Jim Carrey Sued For Wrongful Death And Giving Woman Herpes And Gonorrhea Leading To Suicide

Comedic actor, Jim Carrey, has been sued by Mark Burton, the husband of promising photographer Cathriona White, for wrongful death. Carrey belongs to the dangerous, severely mentally ill Hollywood cult Scientology, which he had roped Ireland native White into shortly after she moved to America in 2009. White killed herself in 2014 at age 30, after 54-year-old Carrey allegedly infected her with the sexually transmitted diseases Herpes 1, Herpes 2 and Gonorrhea. Carrey denies the allegations. Carrey was carrying on an affair with married White, whose husband, Burton, blames him for her suicide death, due to her medical diagnosis, the actor dumping her and calling her a "whore" and "ungrateful b***h."

Carrey was giving White money, gifts and career favors, which allowed her to live comfortably in Los Angeles. One day White texted Carrey complaining of feeling sick. A series of text messages submitted to the court reveals the two began arguing when she got sick with Herpes 1, Herpes 2 and Gonorrhea. She was devastated.

White angrily slammed Carrey in a letter branding herself "damaged goods" due to the sexually transmitted diseases she blamed him for in the diatribe. Carrey dumped her, branding White "a whore" while stating she contracted the sexually transmitted diseases elsewhere. However, White's estranged husband insists Carrey infected her. White overdosed on strong pain pills prescribed to Carrey under the name Arthur King.

Under the law, one is supposed to disclose if one has sexually transmitted diseases, to give potential sex partners the option of deciding whether they are okay with becoming infected as well. People generally don't want sexually transmitted diseases. However, some don't care and others hope after the partner becomes infected, they will accept it. Some people are of a fragile mental state and do not handle the diagnosis well. However, suicide is never the answer.

If the case is allowed to proceed, which it should in light of White's tragic death, in order to obtain facts/closure, Carrey should undergo sexually transmitted disease testing at an independent lab, to obtain the truth regarding the claims presented in the legal action. There are a number of cases of celebrities being sued for infecting women with sexually transmitted diseases. Sometimes it turns out to be true. However, there are cases where it was disproved.

NBA basketball stars Dywane Wade and Gilbert Arenas were separately accused of contracting sexually transmitted diseases that were allegedly obtained from other women while cheating. However, both men underwent testing and the claims were proven false. Wade's then wife Siovaugh Wade, later admitted she began having sex with another man after the basketball star cheated on her, which resulted in a Chlamydia infection. The court ordered the mother of Arenas' children, Laura Govan, to pay him $110,000 when her claims were proven false. Arenas initially demanded $2,000,000.

Hollywood stars are also known to get into cutting (using knives to cut one's flesh and that of others for stimulation) and sadomasochism in trying to get aroused and feel something sexual in trying to achieve orgasm. They keep pushing boundaries further and further, until some, not all, end up in pedophilia, which is highly illegal and sick. Pedophilia is a major problem in Hollywood. Mental problems and STDs plague Hollywood. The highly risky sexual behavior present in the industry has destroyed the lives of many people. Women who date or marry famous men usually end up heartbroken, as said males have been broken into a pattern of promiscuity, leading to them becoming sex addicts who are always cheating.

Madonna is jealous of her son’s relationship with his dad and stepmom. Madonna, 58, is also insanely jealous of Jacqui, who is a pretty 30-year-old model. Not liking what she has been illegally hearing on the wiretaps, Madonna lost her temper and attacked her son. Madonna has made her biological and adopted children miserable. She shouldn’t be surprised that they want to live with Ritchie, rather than remain in her crazy custody. Madonna has exposed her kids to underage drinking and drug use, which she foolishly bragged about to the public. 

Talk show host, Wendy Williams, recently slammed Madonna as having lost her mind, after the singer went on stage drunk, high and making crazy rants. Recently, Madonna, who has repeatedly paid men to date her for two decades, desperately stated on stage, “Somebody please f**k me.” What kind of washed up, hard up madwoman says something like that to a crowd. Rumors in the industry also indicate Madonna also contracted STDs from years of sexually promiscuous behavior, such as regularly taking a limo to downtown New York in the 1980s and having sex with random men, who openly spoke about it.

Madonna paid the father of her daughter, Lourdes Leon, 19, money and gave him a condo, in exchange for fathering her child. The New York Post reported Madonna bribed boyfriend Jesus Luz with a job as a DJ and a $3,000,000 condo in New York to publicly date her. Madonna also paid Moises Arias to date her, via cash for a new place and gave him gifts. All of this is pathetic. Most women can easily get a boyfriend, even more so when it's a famous woman. However, Madonna is so repugnant to men she has to pay them to date her. 

It’s no secret in London that Guy Ritchie never wanted to marry Madonna. However, she trapped him with a pregnancy that nearly ended in tragedy, due to birthing complications and promised him a career in the film industry, using her Hollywood contacts and stolen scripts that got them sued by several people.

Madonna’s children should not have been made to live in such an unstable, toxic environment, full of alcohol, drugs and promiscuous sex. There was a mini-scandal with Madonna’s biological daughter at a private school, due to her overtly sexual behavior and drug use, which she no doubt learned from her mother.

Madonna’s adopted children, David and Mercy, are essentially being held hostage, while claims are being made in the industry that they wish to live with Ritchie in London. However, due to bribery she is allowed to keep the two adopted children as trophies, in an environment adverse to their well being. It is an injustice and crime. Madonna controls her biological daughter with money and rushed her out of the family home at age 15, due to her boyfriends paying her daughter more attention than her. 

All is not well with that relationship either. People in the industry have heard Lourdes Leon badmouthing her crazy mother she finds an absolute embarrassment, due to her publicity stunts, cringe worthy, raunchy stage shows and her failed quest to look 18-years-old again. Madonna even pays paparazzi to airbrush pictures they take of her on the streets. She paid to have CGI remove her wrinkles from videos, which is not the norm in music. However, when the press and fans meet her they see her true age.

A woman who worked with Madonna contacted me previously, informing me of some of her horrid and crazy behavior. I was not surprised by what she stated. Some in the industry believe Ritchie’s son, who is relying on his dad’s money for support, not his mother’s funds, will throw Madonna under the bus via a tell-all informing the world of her horrible behavior, in an exposé that will make “Mommy Dearest” look tame by comparison. She should not have been allowed to inflict damage on these children. They have become drug addicts and alcoholics with mental issues from the Kabbalah cult, due to her terrible parenting.

The man she has been romantically pursuing, vain, vapid actor Leonardo Dicaprio, who used her for sex and dumped her, as he does with so many women in what is unkind behavior, left a party with three other women, snubbing her. How debauched. Shortly after, Dicaprio, who is also a drug addict and alcohol abuser, spent Rihanna's birthday with another woman, adding insult to injury.

Dicaprio's mother would have a fit if he got serious with Rihanna, who is deemed trashy and skanky. Not that dating a promiscuous, unfaithful man apart of the self-proclaimed "pus*y posse" who has had sex with 90% of the women in Hollywood and hundreds of groupies, is a great catch (yea, I said it). What kind of relationship is that where you have to go to the clinic every few weeks wondering if you've contracted a life altering sexually transmitted disease.  

Realizing her career and love life are in the toilet, Rihanna went on one of her lesbian drug binges, where she and assistant, Melissa Forde, her drug procurer and carrier, locked themselves away and do drugs and alcohol in great quantity for days at a time. Rihanna was not suffering from bronchitis. The real problem was Rihanna went on an alcohol and drug binge and became too out of it to perform or face reality. TMZ revealed via video recordings that two days before Rihanna cancelled her Grammy performance and a few short days later on her birthday, her voice was absent the signs of someone suffering from bronchitis.

Rihanna is a manufactured recording artist, who can't sing and was signed solely for her appearance that was drastically altered by the label and her management, via a nose job, breast implants, hair extensions and skin treatments. As Rihanna is rapidly approaching 30 and showing the signs of aging, due to extensive drug use and alcoholism, it is becoming harder to sell her to youth audiences. As she cannot sing, there is nothing to carry her career once the image goes. Adding to their troubles is Rihanna has become a junkie and if she continues along this path, she is going to permanently overdose.

On the day Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen announced he is HIV positive, the CDC (Center For Disease Control) in America announced sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are on the rise in the United States, especially among gay men. However, if you are heterosexual, don't take that to mean you can be as promiscuous as you want and maintain your health. You are at risk as well if you engage in certain risky behaviors (promiscuity, sharing drug needles). People in America and around the world need to pay attention to their sexual health. Avoid poor and risky sexual choices.

The Judiciary Report has been stating for the past few years that STD rates are on the rise. Pop culture is apart of the problem, as promiscuity is being promoted in music, films, TV and online by Hollywood, entertainers and athletes. Websites like Ashley Madison, Grindr and Tinder promote promiscuity as well and it is driving up STD rates. People are being ridiculed on social networking for subscribing to the concept of a monogamous relationship. I've been on Twitter and Instagram and observed as people were mocked for wanting to or actually being in decent, faithful relationship.

Just because someone is in a faithful relationship, doesn't mean they are sexually boring or not having fun. Some of the most tame looking people on the outside and very wild behind closed doors. One of my friends and her husband appear very tame on the outside. However, they have a lot of kids and often make sexual jokes at dinner and parties that pretty much reveal they are freaky with each other. However, they are not promiscuous or unfaithful, yet still leading happy, healthy lives.

CDC: US sexually transmitted disease epidemic worsening

Nov 17, 12:25 PM EST - CHICAGO (AP) -- A U.S. sexually transmitted diseases epidemic is increasing and the most common infection, chlamydia, has risen to record levels, government officials say. Reported cases of chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis all increased in 2014. Chlamydia cases had dipped in 2013, but last year's total of more than 1.4 million - or 456 cases per 100,000 - was the highest number of annual cases of any condition ever reported to the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The chlamydia rate was up almost 3 percent from 2013, the CDC reported Tuesday.

Sexually transmitted diseases are among more than 70 diseases that are reportable to the CDC, including measles, chickenpox and tuberculosis. Flu is reported differently, by hospitalizations. "America's worsening STD epidemic is a clear call for better diagnosis, treatment, and prevention," said the CDC's Dr. Jonathan Mermin.

Gonorrhea cases totaled 350,062, up 5 percent from 2013, and the most contagious forms of syphilis jumped 15 percent to 20,000. As in previous years, the syphilis increase was mainly in gay and bisexual men. Most gonorrhea and chlamydia infections were in 15- to 24-year-olds, an ongoing trend. Both can cause infertility in women but can be treated with antibiotics. They often have no symptoms, and while yearly screening is recommended for sexually active women younger than 25, many don't get tested and infections go untreated, the CDC said.

Ladies, jumping into relationships too quickly can be risky. Dating a man who is not nice, terribly insulted the mother of his child (Ciara) in a song (disparagingly talking about her sexual abilities, like his penis is dipped in gold and not STDs), betrayed Ciara with enemy and STD factory Rihanna and is always on social networking trying to have sex with random people he sees online, is not a good idea. Any man doing that has no discretion or humility and will do some dumb, embarrassing foolishness that embarrasses and ruins him and you via scandal. Future is not behaving like a decent guy. He showed that in his terrible treatment of Ciara.

Dating a rich and famous man who behaves like a dog is not something to strive for in life. It's something to avoid. Some of these famous men behave so appallingly bad online, you'd be taking a major risk in dating them and one simply not worth it. People are having random sex with people they find online and getting sick from it. It's not just everyday people who are doing this. Famous people, particularly males, are logging on to Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, sending private messages to women they spot online, then meeting up with them for sex, knowing nothing about them and it is spreading HIV and other STDs.

Some of the women have embarrassed these famous males to their family and fans, via humiliating stories, as well as secretly taken photos and videos. Many of the women save salacious screenshots of the private messages, DMs and texts from famous males for later use, such as paid tell-alls and or blackmail.

Some people are letting their imaginations run away with them, as though reality is suspended because they are online. They see people on social networking sites, start having these fantasies, decide to meet up with them for dates and sex, then end up in trouble and sick (condoms do fail and according to stats 36% of the time). It is a dangerous practice.

If you log on and spend your time with your mind swimming in filth, following questionable porn pages, letting woman after woman turn your head, sending sexually debauched private messages and nudes, you are begging for trouble and the destruction of all you have worked for. Is promiscuous sex worth getting HIV, losing your health and most likely your career.

The AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is taking the popular online dating apps Tinder and Grindr to task — suggesting their users are more susceptible to STD’s like chlamydia and gonorrhea.

One of the billboard’s is strategically placed — KCAL9’s Jennifer Kastner said the billboard is a few blocks from Tinder’s Beverly Boulevard headquarters. Tinder could hardly miss the sign. The billboards are also accusing the sites of promoting a hook up culture. “I saw it and I was like yep, that’s what it is now,” says Rachel Cross who said she was an early Tinder user.

With talk of rappers Birdman, Lil Wayne and Young Thug being involved in a bitter gay feud that has turned violent (via a drive by shooting on Wayne’s tour bus) and bisexual side chick Keyshia Cole being involved with Birdman as well, it brings up the issue of sexual promiscuity and lack of personal accountability. Gays and lesbians are the group with the highest number of new HIV and AIDS cases. The levels of promiscuity exhibited by bisexual women and bisexual men also greatly fuels the spread of HIV and AIDS.

Some are treating sex like a meaningless recreational activity, ignoring the dangers of HIV and AIDS. As many rappers are marijuana smokers, with a number of them being addicted to cocaine as well in Hollywood, people who are high make very poor choices, not being in charge of their faculties.

Media hungry faux singer Madonna made a surprise appearance at the Coachella music festival in California, only to be embarrassed and humiliated by the publicity stunt she pulled that went terribly wrong. Crazy Madonna grabbed 28-year-old rapper Drake by his head and French kissed him on stage, wrongly thinking it would bring her the publicity she so desperately craves.

However, it all went wrong when Drake immediately gagged and said "what the f**k was that" then wiped off his mouth in absolute disgust. You could literally see the look of disgust on his face. Social networking had a field day mocking Madonna over it, labeling her vile and washed up. People all over social networking lambasted Madonna.

Some made comments about her age, as Madonna is almost 60, while Drake is headed for 30. However, had it been Halle Berry or Christie Brinkley, people would not have reacted so negatively to the stunt. Security would probably have to pull Drake off them (LOL). The problem is Madonna's promiscuity and lack of looks. She thought people would find the publicity stunt sexy, but no one did. Many made jokes that Drake probably contracted STDs via that one kiss and that she is unattractive and needs to stop behaving like an 18-year-old.

Karrueche Tran’s ‘Fix My Life’ Interview Helped To Fix Her Image

Social Networking Reports A Favorable Change In Image And Opinion Of Tran

On Saturday March 28, 2015, an interview aired on television, conducted by Iyanla Vanzant on the show “Fix My Life” featuring model Karrueche Tran, who is the ex-girlfriend of singer Chris Brown. Tran came across well in the interview. Many posts on social networking indicate this fact. The interview humanized Tran for many people.

Before the interview aired, Tran posted a message to her 2.5 million Instagram followers, "This evening the interview with Iyanla Vanzant and I will air. This is about recognizing my mistakes and learning from them. I own up to all the poor choices I have made and pray for the better. I pray everyday to God to strengthen me as a human and a young woman. I only ask that you at least understand me, whether you continue to like me or hate me. At the end of the day, we all have not been at our best at times so please learn from me and never forget to love yourself."

During the interview, Tran discussed her tumultuous relationship with R&B star Brown, who she later found out repeatedly cheated on her, then fathered a child by another woman in their circle, Nia Amey Guzman. When it was announced online that Brown sired a child with Guzman, Tran unceremoniously dumped him on Twitter.

The interview confirmed a number of things the Judiciary Report published in the past about Tran and Brown. For instance, the Judiciary Report repeatedly wrote that Brown was cheating on Tran and he needed to desist with this negative behavior. For over a year the Judiciary Report and my accompanying Twitter page also recommended the couple keep their private business off social networking, as they were having spats and massive arguments online to their own detriment. In the "Fix My Life" interview, Tran acknowledges she should not have, "Taken to social networking to express my feelings…it’s the worst thing to do…I learned the hard way." Some people will sympathize, but others will use it as ammunition to attack one online over relationship troubles.

Another item the Judiciary Report stated on Twitter last week is that Brown and Tran are still in contact with each other, but she has not taken him back. Tran stated during the interview with Vanzant that when news broke online that Brown had fathered a child with another woman during their relationship, "He said he’s sorry, dropped flowers off” and tried to "be back in good graces but he’s not" and "there’s no making up right now." This statement from her confirmed my previous claims. However, I am of the belief Tran will take Brown back one day, though I do not think it is a good idea at this point, given what has transpired.

I am also of the view Tran should not be blamed for trying to improve a man’s life and being faithful to him. That’s blaming the victim. The fact of the matter is Brown needs to change. Anyone who claims to care about him, yet is encouraging him to continue on the dangerous promiscuous path he is on, is not a real friend.

The Judiciary Report repeatedly wrote on the site, which Brown reads, that he needs to stop messing around with women he is picking up off the street, groupies and other fame seeking gold diggers in his circle. It is a dangerous sexual practice in which one can contract HIV. No one is too special, talented or famous to contract HIV. However, certain men in his circle of friends encourage him to bed as many people as possible and to his detriment. It has destroyed his personal relationships, upset members of his family and concerned his fans. All from Brown listening to the wrong people. Now he’s lost Tran and is depressed, which is not good for a bipolar person.

Vanzant made some valid points during the interview, but some items she stated are subjective. For instance, Vanzant told Tran her relationship with Brown is an “unhealthy relationship.” Due to Brown’s unfaithful conduct, it had indeed become unhealthy. Vanzant also stated to Tran, "I’m a strong believer in like draws like. What is it about you Karrueche Tran that would draw a damage man into your life." The fact of the matter is, when you are a good looking person, you will draw all types of people. Men like beautiful women. Women like good looking men. The people you draw to you is not necessarily a reflection of you.

If anything, Brown and his ex-girlfriend Rihanna, who I am no fan of as she is a copyright thief, are more alike. They are both drug addicted, alcoholic singers from physically abusive homes, who were sexually exploited as minors by people in Hollywood, in exchange for fame and fortune. However, their relationship became violent, where she started hitting him and he started hitting back. They were both wrong regarding the violence and it ruined their relationship and bred years of legal issues Brown has just resolved.

Other points of the interview include Vanzant insultingly asking Tran, "Are you clear you are famous by association?" Tran responded yes. Tran doesn’t care about that and is making a name for herself as an aspiring model and actress. Tran has earned several hundred thousand dollars in paid public appearances, endorsements, modeling assignments, film roles and television appearances.


Tran also revealed how she first began dating Brown stating, Chris requested and obtained her mobile phone number, called her and took her out to dinner. She also stated she waited almost 2-months to have sex with him, when he is used to the opposite. Tran further revealed she, "Can count how many men I have slept with on one hand."

Tran told Vanzant she wanted to be different from all the other women Brown dated. Vanzant responded by making a valid point, regarding mistakes many women make when dating troubled men, "Classic mistake all young women make, 'he‘s gonna be different with me than his history'…'he’s gonna treat me differently than he's treated everybody else.''

Nia Almedy, the 31-year-old former model and nursing student who is the mother of Chris Brown's 9-month-old love child, stabbed his girlfriend Karrueche Tran in the back. Karrueche and Nia knew each other. They spoke and partied together, only for Nia to be having sex with Chris behind Karrueche's back.

Nia is not the only one in their circle who did this. That's an unkind thing to do to someone. It's sad enough that cheating went on, but it is more devastating for the person who was cheated on, when their significant other cheated with someone they know.

The sad part is Chris does not love Nia. He loves Karrueche. However, he has ruined his relationship with Karrueche over lack of self-control. He has hurt Karrueche again and in a devastating way. I don't support people treating others in this manner. No woman or man deserves to be cheated on (and repeatedly).

I know at one point Karrueche and Chris had an open relationship, but they had agreed to make it exclusive. Karrueche spoke of wanting to marry Chris and have his children. Therefore, for something like this to happen is sad. She has been crying and is heartbroken, as it was a nasty shock. The sad thing is Karrueche will take him back after a while.

The Judiciary Report has consistently stated for well over a year that Chris is cheating on Karrueche and in a manner that is opening them up to sexually transmitted diseases. His 9-month-old baby is now proof of that (nothing against the baby, as she is a beautiful child).

As I have stated in past articles, Chris will drive around and pick up strangers off the street and take them back to his house or a hotel for sex. He also picks women off Twitter and Instagram for sex, another dangerous habit he and others such as Drake do.

Ladies need to be careful of relationships with men who are going out and picking up random strangers off the street, in the club or other places or online and having sex with them. It's bad enough that condoms have a 36% failure rate. It's even more dangerous when people don't use them. No one is too famous or special to get HIV and AIDS. It doesn't discriminate.

Quick, somebody check on Rihanna. It has just been announced that R&B singer, Chris Brown, the ex-boyfriend of music model, Rihanna, is the proud father of a 9-month-old baby. Rihanna proclaimed Chris Brown is the love of her life, so she is not going to take the news well, considering how much she obsessed over him, in a relationship that descended into violence. Rihanna always wanted to have Brown's kids.

Sounds more like the STD posse (Sexually Transmitted Diseases).

Chris Brown is the proud father of a 9-month-old baby girl ... TMZ has learned. The baby's mother is a 31-year-old former model named Nia -- who we're told has known Chris for several years.

Sources connected to both Nia and Chris tell us they are on very good terms -- however they're not together romantically. We're told 25-year-old Chris is happy about being a father. It does not appear there is a formal child support order in place -- and we do not know the nature of any informal terms of support. One thing's for sure ... baby girl looks a lot like Daddy.
