President Barack Obama's 18-year-old daughter, Malia Obama, usually looks cheerful, energetic and well rested. However, since she embarked on her gap year, taking time off before she is scheduled to enter Harvard University, she has been doing more illegal drugs, drinking, behaving in a promiscuous manner and partying. Malia now looks like someone in the grips of addiction.

The Judiciary Report realizes teens are encouraged to find who they really are at Malia's age, but she must realize, addiction is no joke and has destroyed many people's lives. Malia is burning the candle at both ends and it is a dangerous path to be on. Make no mistake, what a person does with their freedom can destroy them. One should use one's freedom wisely and take nothing for granted.

The above posted photo of Malia shows her with dark circles under her bleary eyes and reveals that she is losing weight, when she was already thin. Addiction does that to a person. She doesn't look herself. It is a negative change and one no person needs. Malia needs to take a step back from what she is doing and assess the consequences of drugs and alcohol.

Malia Obama, President Barack Obama's 18-year-old daughter, attended a beer pong party, wearing skimpy clothes, as reported in the press. The party took place in Maryland. This is the second wild party Malia has been to in the past few weeks. Police broke up a wild, alcohol fuelled party Malia attended in Martha's Vineyard, due to a noise disturbance. The Secret Service whisked her out of the party to avoid negative publicity, but the press had already discovered she was there. Several weeks prior, Malia was photographed illegally smoking weed and twerking at a concert in Chicago, which embarrassed the White House.

When the press inquired about the most recent incident, regarding Malia attending a beer pong party, President Obama invoked national security, which was a misuse of his privileges as head of state. One's daughter is engaging in embarrassing behavior for her post, does not mean one can apply national security to the situation. When contacted for comment on Malia's most recent incident, First Lady Michelle Obama, declined to comment.

Two days ago, a concertgoer from the Lollapalooza music festival that took place in Chicago, Illinois a week and a half ago, came forward confirming that President Barack Obama's daughter, Malia Obama, 18, was indeed smoking marijuana. 18-year-old Jerrdin Selwyn, saw Malia smoking a marijuana joint she got from another teenager.

Selwyn's claims also confirm what the Judiciary Report stated two weeks ago, regarding the exasperated Secret Service leaving uncooperative Malia to her own devices, as they weren't even watching her go off to go smoke marijuana with an 18-year-old boy she'd just met at Lollapalooza.

Selwyn stated to Radar Online, "I caught Malia smoke pot and I have the pictures to prove it. She was only a few feet away from me and you could smell the marijuana smoke coming from the cigarette she took a hit on. I saw some young guy hand her a cigarette; she took at least one hit on it.

She had it in her hand for about one minute then gave it back to him. She was literally only a few feet from me...and she was the only person who had any form of pipe or cigarette that I could see. All during this time, the Secret Service was in the background, I’m not sure whether or not they saw her take a hit on a joint. I saw the same guy sitting in a chair with Malia crouched down in front of him near the fencing area. I walked past them on my way out and I heard Malia ask him, 'Do you want to go smoke?' I didn’t hear his response but he got up after a few seconds and they walked off together." 

Considering Malia has become promiscuous over the past 2-years, as written about in this column two weeks ago, someone should have been there to stop her running off with a stranger. I know she is an adult, but 18 or not, her parents should not be allowing this. Someone should have stopped her. It is very dangerous for Malia to go off with strangers she has just met, especially without the Secret Service in tow. Worst of all, to go off with strangers to get high, as she is inebriated and not in charge of her faculties. Young women have been sexually assaulted, raped and in some cases murdered, while drunk and or high. These are not safe practices. Malia needs to stop engaging in this risky behavior.

Selwyn also complained of the double standard regarding Malia illegally smoking marijuana, "The only thing that bothers me about Malia smoking pot, is there are several colleges kids out there doing the same think Malia is doing but they are either getting ticketed or put in jail. She gets to slide by because she is the President’s daughter."

Nia Guzman, the mother of singer Chris Brown's 1-year-old daughter, Royalty Brown, has hauled the star back into court on claims he is smoking marijuana and cigarettes around their child, which has given her asthma. Guzman stated Brown returns Royalty to her every two weeks reeking of smoke.

Brown, his entourage and friends needs to stop smoking and around his daughter. Children will develop asthma and respiratory problems when placed in such an environment. Second hand smoke is serious and can lead to cancer as well. It is not something that should be taken lightly.

As stated in past articles and on my Twitter page, Brown has relapsed regarding drug use and alcoholism and is not taking his bipolar medicine on a regular basis. Brown's friends are active drug users who frequently get drunk and are placing temptation in his path in this regard.

Guzman also placed a request with the court for an increase in child support, from $2,500 to $16,000 per month. The increase is too high. There can be a moderate increase, but $16,000 is too much. It's not alimony, but child support. This should be kept in perspective.

Blame The Victim?

Why do some in society choose to blame victims of crime for the heinous acts committed against them by others. Shouldn't it be blame the criminals, as no one has any justification for violating the rights of others. This pattern of blame the victim happens in lesser known incidents of crime, but as examples, I will invoke famous criminal cases to illustrate my point.

When 17-year-old Miami boy, Trayvon Martin, was stalked, confronted and gunned down by violent neighborhood watchman, George Zimmerman, a man with a history of criminal behavior, who was acting outside the law again, some had the unmitigated gall to get on the internet and type garbage about a deceased teen that was minding his business.

The defense in the criminal case was no better, digging out stories about an underage murder victim's past, such as the fact he had occasionally smoked weed. By that insane reasoning, all marijuana smokers around the world deserve to be stalked, confronted and murdered in cold blood for walking on the street. Show of hands, how many of you have smoked weed, heads of state included (we know who you are anyway) think marijuana smokers deserve to be stalked, confronted and killed as Martin was by Zimmerman? You'd be a savage and barbarian if you thought that is okay. So why did some try to irrationally reason that it was okay, putting forward invalid and inhumane reasons in trying to justify the unjustifiable. If that is your mind's way of trying to make sense of something heinous, you need to change your way of thinking.

At the end of the day, what happened to Martin could have happened to anyone in that situation. Martin was not the problem. Deranged, psychotic Zimmerman stalking and confronting a person in violation of neighborhood watch and police rules, then resorting to violence via a gun, was the problem. Honestly, think about it, what would you have done if you were Martin and you were stalked, confronted and attacked by a stranger in plain clothes questioning why you were walking on the street rudely stating, "What are you doing around here?" (which was none of Zimmerman's business)? Your first thought would be the person is crazy and looking for a fight or going to rob you. 

In the case of Tamir Rice, the 12-year-old who was shot and killed by failed, formerly fired cop, Timothy Loehmann, some chose to blame an underage minor for walking around with a toy gun in a state that allows people to openly brandish weapons in public places. Some stated online that the gun looked real and tried to justify the preventable shooting death under that false premise. However, Loehmann and his partner Garmback are to blame for driving right up to an alleged suspect with an item they were told could be a fake gun and opening fire within seconds. Why didn't they maintain a safe distance. They drove up a few feet from the child.

In rape cases, some blame women for dressing provocatively, inexcusably stating they were asking to be raped dressing in that manner. Let me ask you a question, when you are in the supermarket and the food looks appetizing, as it is supposed to be for attractiveness, do you not know it is unlawful to open the packages and start consuming the food.

When you go to a jewelry store, do you not know it is illegal to smash the glass, grab the pretty, shiny jewelry, stealing something that does not belong to you. When you are in an electronics store and you see a nice, shiny item you would love to have, do you not know it is illegal to grab said item and do whatever you feel like with it in stealing it. Therefore, how can anyone attempt to justify raping someone based on how they are dressed (or even citing the victim was drunk or high, so it is their fault). Furthermore, women in loose clothing, covered up from the neck down and sober have been raped as well. Therefore, there is no valid argument regarding dress code or inebriation.

Often in cases where celebrities are accused of crimes against others, some try to rationalize and explain away bad behavior regarding conduct that is wholly wrong. So caught up in idolatry, they blame and verbally attack the victims, rather than objectively looking at the facts in their faces. Some stars encourage this behavior in their fans, who end up with egg on their faces for believing them and mindlessly verbally abusing others on their behalf.

They begin vouching for famous people they don't even know and verbally attack and insult strangers on social networking and in some cases even their own co-workers, family and friends, whom they do actually know that do not believe the star in question is blameless in the matter. Then the truth comes out after all the public denials and lies by the star that said celebrity was in fact guilty of the misconduct they'd been accused of. Be careful swearing and vouching for people you don't know. You could end up embarrassed or in trouble over something you've written.

Lance Armstrong, among others, comes to mind. He viciously attacked his critics, who stated he was using steroids to win races, called them liars, filed lawsuits against them (knowing he was guilty) opened them up to public ridicule and hate, with his fans following his terrible example and verbally abusing and threatening his accusers. Then what happened? The truth came out that he was using steroids for years and engaging in practices to evade detection. He was investigated, stripped of his medals and banned from cycling for years. However, he and his fans had inflicted damage on innocent people who told the truth about his dishonesty and cheating and the damage was done in that regard.

The majority of society knows right from wrong. If people would learn to respect the rights of others and exercise due caution in unsure situations, most crimes and acts of abuse would not occur. However, when people decide they are going to do something they know is wrong, giving in to bad impulses, innocent people end up defrauded, abused, harmed or even killed.

Blaming the victim is cruel and inhumane, as it is the act of victimizing victims all over again. You are essentially inflicting damage on someone that has already been wrongly damaged by others. It's not a good or decent thing to do. It speaks to a lack of humanity in some. If the shoe were on the other foot, the same people irrationally and cruelly blaming the victim, would want to be believed, treated humanely, fairly and given justice. As the phrase goes, "Do unto others as you'd have done to you."

Obama has made a number of decisions that has people wondering what is going on with him. Obama has adopted a party attitude from his Hollywood friends and donors, whom people complain, are running the White House (into the ground).

She spoke out to disclose what she sees as O'Donnell's hypocrisy - that when she's out and about her bubbly and engaging personality is belied by the way she is at home. Chelsea said: 'I find her not genuine a lot of the time. When we'd go out, she was a completely different person in public than at home and I had a hard time with that. It's like two different people.'

She also spoke to deny the star's public claims - made through O'Donnell's own social media accounts and apparently to the police - that she had run away from home and instead said Rosie had kicked her out two weeks before her 18th birthday. Chelsea told Daily Mail Online: 'I find her not genuine a lot of the time. When we'd go out, she was a completely different person in public than at home and I had a hard time with that. It's like two different people.

Rihanna has been on the casting couch many times, trading sex in exchange for songs, movie roles and promotional opportunities, among other things. The recording label Rihanna is signed to Island/Def Jam (and Universal's Roc Nation), wants her to clean up her act, due to scandals regarding her substance abuse issues and promiscuity that is negatively impacting her career. This makes it much easier for Jay Z to pimp them and for them to go through with what they are doing (which is essentially prostitution). Rihanna and Ora are also both Jay Z's mistresses, while his naive wife, Beyonce, looks the other way.

Beyonce is putting up with the cheating in exchange for fame and the image of a so-called power couple, which is a facade. Beyonce has her own substance abuse and alcohol issues from dating then marrying Jay Z, whom many states bears a striking resemblance to a camel (hence people calling him the nickname "Joe Camel").

Chris Brown’s bodyguard Clay Lewis was arrested by police outside the Playhouse night club in Los Angeles. According to the website TMZ, police spotted weed paraphernalia in Lewis' car through the window. Upon searching the car, police discovered a loaded Glock gun in the trunk. Lewis has a permit to carry the gun in Florida, but not California. In light of this fact, Lewis was arrested. Hours later he posted $35,000 bail and was released.

Previously, Brown‘s bodyguard, Chris Hollosy, was arrested along with the star, accused of assaulting a fan, Parker Adams, in Washington, DC. Both men were detained and placed on trial months after their arrest. Hollosy was found guilty of assault. Brown accepted a plea deal and paid a fine to the court, due to previous legal issues impacting his probation. Brown also settled a civil suit in connection with the incident.

With talk of rappers Birdman, Lil Wayne and Young Thug being involved in a bitter gay feud that has turned violent (via a drive by shooting on Wayne’s tour bus) and bisexual side chick Keyshia Cole being involved with Birdman as well, it brings up the issue of sexual promiscuity and lack of personal accountability. Gays and lesbians are the group with the highest number of new HIV and AIDS cases. The levels of promiscuity exhibited by bisexual women and bisexual men also greatly fuels the spread of HIV and AIDS.

Some are treating sex like a meaningless recreational activity, ignoring the dangers of HIV and AIDS. As many rappers are marijuana smokers, with a number of them being addicted to cocaine as well in Hollywood, people who are high make very poor choices, not being in charge of their faculties.

Reports in US Weekly indicate singer Chris Brown, who just completed 5-years of probation, got into a confrontation with two flight attendants on a private jet, for illegally smoking weed. US Weekly reports Brown was "smoking a ton of pot" which is not allowed on flights, as it is a violation of FAA rules.

Brown is accused of blowing marijuana smoke in the face of one of the flight attendants, who asked him to stop smoking weed on the flight. Brown is further accused of stating to another female crew member, "What is your old ass doing here anyway. I like to have the help be people I actually like to f**k."

Brown's publicist acknowledges there was a confrontation between the singer and flight crew, but stated he was smoking a cigarette. Brown's publicist stated the pilot refused to fly after Chris outed his cigarette, but his companion did so offensively. The pilot demanded Brown's companion be removed from the flight. This prompted Brown's tour manager to ask for a new pilot, in a request that went unfulfilled. When Brown's companion was ejected from the flight, the plane finally departed.

This latest outburst comes on the heels of the public meltdown Brown had on Twitter and Instagram after seeing ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, 27, posing for a picture with handsome male supermodel Tyson Beckford. Brown and his Bloods street gang associates threatened to break Beckford's legs, with the singer stating he would "f**k ya baby momma" and "whoop your child."

Brown later apologized for the outburst. If this continues it is going to end very badly for him.

In the April 30, 2015 article "Chris Brown's Bipolar Medicine Is A Dangerous Mix With His Other Habits" the Judiciary Report expressed concern over Brown doing drugs and drinking alcohol whilst taking medication for bipolar disorder. Fast-forward one week and Brown got into another fight this past weekend. Brown punched a man in Las Vegas, Nevada on a basketball court. The unnamed man went to police. The police issued Brown a misdemeanor battery citation. However, Brown got the man to recant his $tory and now the case is closed.

As stated in the column previously, Brown's medications are not going to work correctly with marijuana and alcohol present in his system. The alcohol is creating agitation. It's not safe taking drugs and alcohol with pharmaceutical meds. It will have adverse reactions and some properties in the illegal narcotics and alcohol will cancel out or agitate properties of medical compounds.

During the Rihanna domestic violence case, which resulted in her then boyfriend, singer Chris Brown, being sentenced to 5-years probation, with a violation that landed him in jail for 5-months, the crooner was diagnosed as bipolar. Ironically, so is Rihanna, but she refuses to seek medical treatment or go to rehab for extensive drug and alcohol problems, far worse than Brown's habits.

Brown regularly smokes marijuana. Sometimes he is not aware of the contents of the joints/spliffs that have been laced with other items. As Brown is on multiple doctor ordered medications for bipolar disorder, depression and anxiety problems, it is dangerous that he smokes marijuana that is at times provided by people he does not truly known. It can counteract his medication and produce very adverse effects. Brown should also refrain from drinking alcohol while on doctor prescribed medications.

Brown does not have girlfriend Karrueche Tran to look out for him anymore and watch his conduct regarding drugs and certain negative friends in his circle. Tran often told him the truth about certain behaviors and asked that he changed for his sake and that of their relationship. Brown must face facts and sober up, especially on tour, lest he causes himself injury via destructive habits. His baby daughter needs him in her life.

Rihanna is seen with a straw and white substance resembling cocaine. After a few brief seconds of leaning forward over the white substance on the table, Rihanna is seen pinching her nose. These are all behaviors displayed by cocaine addicts.

Rihanna for her part is denying she uses cocaine, but the video certainly gives the impression she does snort the illegal narcotic. This is not the first time Rihanna has been caught doing cocaine. Previously, Rihanna snorted cocaine off her bodyguard's head at a music festival. Rihanna tried to publicly claim it was marijuana. However, it was a white powdery substance once again. The drugs, alcohol and hard partying are rapidly aging Rihanna, who looks much older than her 28-years.

Rapper and reality star Nelly, real name Cornell Haynes, was arrested in Nashville, Tennessee on drug and gun possession charges. Police stopped Nelly’s tour bus for not having the right stickers and did a surprise search of the vehicle. Police discovered marijuana, meth (MDMA/Ecstasy) and three guns in the sleeping quarters of bus.

Police also discovered 100 small Ziploc bags used to pack and sell drugs. This resulted in Nelly being arrested on felony drug charges. Nelly, via his attorney, Scott Rosenblum, is denying the drugs belong to him. Nelly’s attorney stated to website TMZ, "Nelly will not be associated with the contraband that was allegedly discovered.

The Brit Awards took place in London today and Rihanna was scheduled to perform, but did not show up. The producers of the show were expecting Rihanna to take the stage and were unaware she was a no-show, until she failed to show up for rehearsals. The producers had to scramble at the last minute to replace Rihanna with Kanye West. Rihanna is constantly unprofessional. During a number of concert tour stops over the past couple years, Rihanna was so drunk and high on illegal drugs, she failed to take the stage, leaving ticket holders angry.

“Four Five Seconds” is the lead single from Rihanna’s forthcoming album, but it has flopped, with audiences openly slamming the song, stating it is “wack” “bad” and “sucks” among other things. For many months, the Judiciary Report has stated, Rihanna’s label and management has struggled to find new material for her forthcoming album, which has created delays, as all they have been able to come up with are subpar songs. “Four Five Seconds” is more proof of the Judiciary Report’s claims, as the public hates Rihanna's new material and it is damaging her career.

CNN anchor, attorney, Nancy Grace interviewed fellow Atlantan,  rapper, 2 Chainz. The two had a heated discussion about the legalization of marijuana in America. Grace is against the legalization of marijuana, while 2 Chainz is in favor of it. Grace cited the case of a couple whose toddler died in a fire while they were high on marijuana and not supervising the child properly. She also took 2 Chainz to task over his explicit, misogynistic lyrics.

Rappers do not understand the extent of the influence they have on impressionable members of the public. I know a lady whose son got caught up in Tupac and other rapper's "thug life" music and philosophy and it led him into a life of crime in trying to live like his favorite rappers. He is now serving 18-years in prison. Artists need to be careful what they record in their lyrics and post to social networking. Many impressionable people trying to live like rappers with flashy cars, mansions and designer clothes they see in videos and on social networking, are taking their violent, crime laden lyrics seriously and doing the same.

Brown also went on an online tirade accusing Tran of having secret dates with home wrecking rapper, Drake, a claim her publicist denies. Tran then took pictures with rapper and reality star, Ray J, which set tongues wagging that they are an item. TMZ posted the photos and claimed it nearly drove Ray's girlfriend, Princess, to suicide (which would not have been the answer to her problems). Tran then denied dating Ray J.

On Thursday, Brown, who is finishing up his probation, after spending 4-months in jail this year, was spotted grinding on attention seeking industry mattress, Amber Rose. Tran was nowhere in sight. Neither was Rose's soon to be ex-husband, rapper, Wiz Khalifa. Another individual absent was actor, Nick Cannon, the soon to be ex-husband of troubled singer, Mariah Carey, who is not fond of Rose for secretly dating him.

Brown's other on and off again girlfriend, colorstruck singer, Rihanna, is not amused with the latest photo/video of Brown and Rose and is still harboring feelings for him. Tran is also still reeling from breaking up with Brown and woke up yesterday morning complaining with tears in her eyes. To see Brown getting close to Rose was not amusing for her either. Brown hurt Tran with his cheating. She kept trying to make the relationship work, but it approached a point where Brown put his health and hers in jeopardy, by having sex with women he picked up off the street and took back to his mansion. Sometimes he was inebriated. Other times he was sober. However, HIV doesn't discriminate. People, take your health seriously.

Sexual Assault Allegations Against Football Player Colin Kaepernick Sound Suspect

San Francisco 49ers football player Colin Kaepernick is under criminal investigation for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman in Miami at a residence at the Viceroy Hotel. The unnamed woman was in an apartment alone with Kaepernick and two other football players. She stated she mixed alcoholic drinks for the three men and they encouraged her to use a bong which contained marijuana or they wouldn't give her any alcoholic shots.

The woman alleges she felt lightheaded after smoking the marijuana and went to Kaepernick's bedroom to lay down on the bed. She states Kaepernick, a man who she's had a sexual relationship with, "Came up behind her into the bedroom and started kissing her." She is now alleging sexual assault, stating she woke up in a hospital bed and has no knowledge of how she arrived there. 

There is so much wrong with this story. First of all, why was she comfortable being alone, in an apartment, at night with not one, but three male athletes, if she didn't know them well. It doesn't sound like anyone forced her there. She was even playing bartender. Secondly, why was she mixing the three males alcoholic drinks if she was uncomfortable with the situation. It sounds like she was partying. Thirdly, why is she stating Kaepernick sexually assaulted her when she's had a sexual relationship with him for months. A woman can be raped by an ex-boyfriend, but the information she provided to the police reads as though she and Kaepernick have a sexual relationship.

A jury is not going to believe she voluntarily entered an apartment with three pro-athletes she knows, one she's been having sex with for months, made them alcoholic drinks and smoked weed with them, then her boyfriend (or customer), raped her. I'm not buying it. Sounds like someone trying to get a quick payday or revenge. Suspect stories like these make it so difficult for real rape victims to be believed. Some rape stories I believe, such as allegations made against former football player Darren Sharper (Former NFL Football Player Darren Sharper Facing 30-Years In Prison For Drugging And Raping People). However, the story regarding Kaepernick doesn't sound right. Pieces of the story are missing.

Atlanta Police Discover Marijuana In Justin Bieber's SUV

Justin Bieber's SUV was seized by police in Atlanta, Georgia, after his bodyguard was detained for snatching $10,000 in camera equipment belonging to a paparazzo trailing the singer. The paparazzo reported the incident to police, who retrieved the equipment and impounded the motor vehicle. A quick search revealed marijuana and weed pipes in the SUV. 

Residents of the Atlanta suburb the singer has been renting a property in have been complaining about Bieber's presence in the neighborhood. Bieber has rented the home of producer Dallas Austin and police have been doing patrols of the house. Bieber is said to be working on rap music in Atlanta and has changed his name to Bizzle. However, a Christian rapper has recorded and performed under the name Bizzle for years.
