President Barack Obama's 18-year-old daughter, Malia Obama, usually looks cheerful, energetic and well rested. However, since she embarked on her gap year, taking time off before she is scheduled to enter Harvard University, she has been doing more illegal drugs, drinking, behaving in a promiscuous manner and partying. Malia now looks like someone in the grips of addiction.

The Judiciary Report realizes teens are encouraged to find who they really are at Malia's age, but she must realize, addiction is no joke and has destroyed many people's lives. Malia is burning the candle at both ends and it is a dangerous path to be on. Make no mistake, what a person does with their freedom can destroy them. One should use one's freedom wisely and take nothing for granted.

The above posted photo of Malia shows her with dark circles under her bleary eyes and reveals that she is losing weight, when she was already thin. Addiction does that to a person. She doesn't look herself. It is a negative change and one no person needs. Malia needs to take a step back from what she is doing and assess the consequences of drugs and alcohol.

The Hollywood movie “Southside With You” chronicling the first date of U.S. President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama, when they were young lawyers at a Chicago law firm in 1989, has flopped at the U.S. box office. The movie, which cost $1,500,000 to make, carrying additional marketing costs of approximately $10,000,000, opened in a respectable 813 theatres, but grossed a paltry $3,100,000 for the week, placing 13th at the box office. It is further evidence of the unpopularity of the president.

The couple have two children, Malia Obama, 18 and Sasha Obama, 16. For the past few weeks the couple’s firstborn, Malia, has generated a massive amount of bad publicity due to publicly smoking marijuana, twerking while exposing half her butt at the Lolapalooza music festival and having to be rushed out of an alcohol fuelled party in Massachusetts that was raided by police. 

Malia’s conduct has caused many on social networking, message boards and in the blogosphere, to question the parenting skills of her parents. Malia’s parents have not publicly spoken about her unlawful behavior, as marijuana possession is illegal in Illinois and so is underage drinking. The Obamas have lectured the American people on how to raise and feed their children, stating their daughters are proper young girls, yet their daughter Malia, has been out in public breaking the law for all to see. 

There are many parents out there who try to set a good example for their kids, but some still make bad choices. However, when you do what the Obamas have done in allowing your underage children to repeatedly consort with drug taking, alcoholic, promiscuous stars such as Beyonce and Rihanna and violent misogynistic rappers such as Jay Z, Joey Bad As*, Pro Era and Bryson you are inviting disaster and disgrace into the midst of your family. You are telling your offspring that people whose example should not be emulated, are role models.

Some are trying to justify Malia’s irresponsible and illegal conduct by stating she is on her way to Harvard. Let me get this straight, because one is set to attend an Ivy League university, one might I add that has a code of conduct Malia is openly defying, one is permitted to criminally break the law via smoking marijuana and engaging in underage drinking. Additionally, invoking the fact the Bush twins illegally drank alcohol while they were underage teens at the White House, as though it somehow justifies and excuses Malia breaking the law as well, when it was wrong on both counts, is a weak argument. 

Please explain that illogical line of reasoning regarding illegal behavior being permissible because someone else did the same in defiance of the law, but due to privilege was not prosecuted like the rest of America would have been for doing the same. The two tier justice system at work again. One set of rules for the rich and another set of rules for the poor.

Some of you possess a base, irrational and blame shifting line of reasoning regarding what is dangerous and detrimental conduct, deemed criminal under existing statutes. It gives pause regarding what your impact on society will be, if you continue to reason away unlawful behavior. Anyone who would encourage a minor to smoke marijuana or engage in underage drinking is defying the law and decency. Not to mention, smoking marijuana and drinking is dangerous for one’s health. But in your infinite wisdom, do continue to encourage underage minors to smoke marijuana and drink alcohol, in defiance of all recognized medical pronouncements (sarcasm). After all, what do those medical and science professionals know, you looked up your opinion on Wikipedia and know more than everybody (sarcasm).

Why Aren't Her Parents Speaking Up

Posted above is the video of President Barack Obama's daughter, Malia Obama, illegally smoking marijuana, a gateway drug, at the Lollapalooza music festival in Chicago, Illinois, after twerking and showing half her behind while suggestively dancing. As stated previously in the column, I will not advocate this. I know two nice people whose lives were ruined due to smoking marijuana in university. It impacts different people in various ways. It's strange that the President and First Lady have not commented on these incidents concerning Malia, as it is not behavior that should be promoted. This is so disappointing.

President Obama and First Lady Obama need to speak to Malia and their youngest, Sasha Obama, about the dangers of drugs, alcohol and promiscuity and to remind them of their role as First Kids (a U.S. president's kids). They need to set a good example as First Kids. They also need to tell Malia to remember people are watching her. The comments have turned very negative regarding Malia, which is regrettable, as for a time she was free from scandal. Articles and comments on social networking are now referring to Malia as "stripper" "hoe" "slut" "tacky" "ghetto" "embarrassing" and "seasoned whore" among other things.

The U.S. Secret Service, charged with protecting the President of the United States, has been in one scandal after another, during both terms of the incumbent head of state, Barack Obama. Under President Obama's tenure, agents have been caught up in prostitution and drug scandals. There have also been a number of serious security breeches that have endangered President Obama and his family. Agents were also caught sleeping on the job, in conduct that could facilitate an assassination (Secret Service Lapses Putting President Obama At Risk Of Assassination). Obama is the most liberal president America has ever had, but his bodyguards, the Secret Service, should not be in their behavior on the job.

The latest scandal is one of the worst thus far. 37-year-old Secret Service agent, Lee Robert Moore, was arrested for sexting a minor (sexting is sending sexual text messages). The police set up a sting, pretending to be a 14-year-old girl and Moore responded by sending obscene materials in the form of nude pictures of himself and explicit messages via text. Moore did such things as offered to teach the underage girl how to masturbate.

Moore's conduct is alarming, especially considering he is assigned to the White House where President Obama lives with his wife, Michelle Obama and two underage daughters, Malia and Sasha. Moore has since been placed on administrative leave while the case is being prosecuted in a court of law.

White House Secret Service Officer Caught Trying to Sext With 'Teen'

A uniformed Secret Service officer assigned to the White House was suspended after being charged with sending explicit photos of himself to someone he thought was a 14-year-old girl. Lee Robert Moore, age 37, of Church Hill, Maryland, was charged with attempting to transfer obscene material to a minor. Delaware State Police say Moore chatted with an undercover officer posing as an underage girl on the social media application Kik...

Prosecutors say when he was arrested, he admitted sending the communications and that he thought he was chatting with a 14-year-old girl. He also said he sent some messages while on the job at the White House. A Secret Service official says the case was reported to its Office of Professional Responsibility on Friday, November 6th. "On that same date the employee's security clearance was suspended and the employee was placed on administrative leave. All Secret Service issued equipment was retrieved and the employees access to all Secret Service facilities was terminated," a statement said.

Beau Biden was seriously injured in a fatal car crash at age 3 in an accident that claimed the life of his mother and baby sister. He later developed health problems. In 2013 Beau was discharged from the Navy for testing positive for the illegal drug cocaine. Beau is survived by his wife and two children.

Drone Lands On White House Lawn While President Obama's Children Were In The Residence (Video)

A drone flew perilously close to the White House in Washington, DC, landing on the lawn at 3AM yesterday morning. The security breach alarmed the U.S. Secret Service, charged with protecting President Obama and his family. The president's young daughters, Malia and Sasha, were at home during the time of the incident. Secret Service representative Brian Leary stated, "An investigation is under way to determine the origin of this commercially available device, motive and to identify suspects." Acording to reports, a man contacted the government to report his drone accidentally crashed on the White House lawn.

Security experts have expressed their concern at the incident and with good reason. A drone can be used to disseminate deadly substances in the way of bio-terrorism or a bomb potent enough to take out the entire White House. The government is seeking a method of disabling drones that wander too close to the White House. There are high end technological items that use pulse signals and RF that can be used to disable electronic items. They should be effective on drones.

The Judiciary Report has written in two past articles that the perimeter surrounding the White House's air and physical space needs to be widened. The government should not wait for something bad to happen to implement the necessary changes. The average person does not have bad intentions, but make no mistake, some have the capacity to kill.

This month has been one of ironies for Malia Obama, daughter of U.S. president, Barack Obama. Horny teenage boys on Twitter caused Malia's name to trend, taking about how pretty she has become now that she is developing. I joked on Twitter that Obama will have their parents indicted for tweeting about his daughter's rear end, among other things. To the teenage girls reading this site, just remember, teenage boys are horny little toads who cannot be trusted. During this month, 16-year-old Malia and her younger sister, Sasha Obama, 14, were also criticized by congressional aide, Elizabeth Lauten, who wrote online that they dress inappropriately. Lauten's comments spread like wildfire over the internet, then into newspapers and onto select television shows discussing current events, leading to her resignation.

Lauten statements that led to her resignation were, "Dear Sasha and Malia, I get you’re both in those awful teen years, but you’re part of the First Family, try showing a little class. At least respect the part you play. Then again your mother and father don’t respect their positions very much, or the nation for that matter, so I’m guessing you’re coming up a little short in the ‘good role model’ department. Nevertheless, stretch yourself. Rise to the occasion. Act like being in the White House matters to you. Dress like you deserve respect, not a spot at a bar. And certainly don’t make faces during televised, public events."

Lauten's anger regarding President Obama's political policies, was misplaced in being directed at his children. They are teenage girls growing up, who have been thrust into the spotlight. The Obama girls often look sad at public functions, which is an indication they are going through something.

For years the Judiciary Report has written online that President Barack Obama is not safe, due to security issues regarding the Secret Service. The site has maintained for years that the president is too open and accessible due to his risky security configurations. Some may have misinterpreted said articles, but the Judiciary Report has been proven right this month in claims made in Congress that the President is not safe.  

4-years-ago in the November 15, 2010 Judiciary Report article "Why Did The Secret Service Abandon Kennedy Moments Before He Was Shot And Killed" the site stated, "President Obama should be careful, as his radical agenda may cause some in the U.S. government to turn on him...the Secret Service leaves Obama open too often. They are paid to be body shields, as well as trained shooters, in defense of the President." 

In the January 21, 2010 Judiciary Report article "Obama And The Secret Service" the site stated, "Why is it when they go out in public, the Secret Service stands so far away from President Obama. Shouldn't they be closer to him, even walking in front of him. One sees them in photos online and often Obama is wide open. That's not safe. You should adjust that."

In Congress this week it was revealed the Secret Service allowed a felon carrying a gun to ride an elevator with President Obama in Atlanta. People all over America were shocked at the revelation, voicing their opinions online, as that is definitely a serious security breach. No one who is not an authorized federal agent or member of the U.S. military with proper clearance should be anywhere near a president with a gun. 

This latest revelation made public this week proves the Judiciary Report's years old claims correct that Obama is constantly left wide open and it is not safe. If that man was the type, he could have shot and killed the president in seconds in the elevator, with one bullet to the brain, giving the Secret Service no time to react. That's all it took to kill John F. Kennedy, seconds and a bullet to the brain, when the Secret Service left him wide open.

Last month a mentally deranged man, Omar J. Lopez, carrying a knife hopped the White House fence, entered the building and made it all the way to the briefing room. In the weeks following the aforementioned scandals, other revelations have surfaced regarding serious security breaches.

It was also revealed this week, the White House was shot at on different occasions, where bullets penetrated the historic national residence. During one incident involving gunfire aimed at the White House, the president's youngest daughter, Sasha Obama and his mother-in-law, Marian Robinson, were present.

After being grilled and ripped by Congress, Julia Pierson, the Director of the Secret Service and the first woman to hold the post, resigned in the wake of the aforementioned security breaches. She may as well leave before something worse happens.

I am of the belief, the no fly zone around the White House is too small and the perimeter needs to be widened. There were incidents where unidentified planes got too close to the White House and caused panic. I am also of the belief a sign should be placed outside the White House warning people if they hop the fence they will be shot and actually make good on the threat if anyone does so. People will think twice before they hop that gate again if that becomes the new rule (LOL). 

I don't believe in playing with people when it comes to serious matters, so for the life of me I could not understand for the past 4-years, blaring security errors/weaknesses surrounding the protection of the President.

Controversial radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh has slammed singer Beyonce as a hypocrite who has betrayed previous claims about being an "Independent Woman" (it should be noted, Beyonce was credibly sued years ago for stealing the song "Independent Women" so it really wasn't her idea, lyrics or message to begin with).

In a recent radio broadcast political shock jock Limbaugh stated to his millions of listeners, "Beyonce is now saying, go ahead and put up with it, and you know why? I'll tell ya why. 'Cause she got married. She married the rich guy. She's even calling herself Mrs. Carter on the tour."

At the end of the day, only a handful of people like the song "Bow Down" and those are Beyonce's diehard fans known as "stans" who are dwindling in number. Her career is not what it used to be and it has made her very desperate and so much so she is resorting to degrading tactics for publicity and sales, but it has failed.

First Lady Michelle Obama has referred to copyright thief and "Illuminati" member Beyonce as a role model for her young daughters, but she may want to rethink that, as I'm sure the public do not want the first kids following the example of stealing, promoting the occult or running around the White House singing the lyrics "Bow down bit**es" and "gold a*s rings, gold a*s fangs." The song "Bow Down" is an embarrassment and one of the most ignorant songs ever released. Beyonce is showing her true colors as the masks slips and what's underneath is not pretty.

It's always wise to keep a safe distance from married men. Most people work hard on their marriages and do not deserve for them to be damaged or destroyed. As controversy and disgrace engulf singer Beyonce for being the first person to lip-sync the national anthem at the inauguration of a U.S. President, photos being released from the event show her getting too close and flirty with President Obama, in a manner disrespectful to his wife, First Lady Michelle Obama.

In one photo, Knowles is seen flirting with Obama while his youngest daughter Sasha looks on with a curious, pondering and "you need to stop" expression (posted above). Beyonce's behavior didn't look right. In another photo they were seen whispering to each other with lustful looks on their faces. People in Washington have been stating for months that something happened between the two and their behavior certainly isn't helping rumors. No wife deserves that.

However, a big bombshell has been dropped regarding Obama, by the website Radar Online, two weeks before the 2012 U.S. presidential election, via a college friend stating the president used to sell cocaine in university. Well, this would explain his relationship with rapper Jay-Z, who brags on his CDs in profane, graphic terms about selling drugs, aslo calling women "bi**hes." During a recent Obama interview, he stated he also listens to Jay-Z's music, as does his two young daughters, Malia and Sasha.

Beyonce Knowles is being slammed online over her crush on President Barack Obama, which has led to open, inappropriate flirting with the head of state. This is an ironic betrayal, as First Lady Michelle Obama is always issuing glowing quotes about Knowles in articles, all the while she is after her husband.

As stated last week, Knowles has become the subject of articles ripping her for her flirty conduct with the president. She behaves like she is in love with Obama, which is wrong as they are both married. That's foul smiling and grinning with his wife and playing with his kids, whilst harboring feelings for him Knowles clearly can't contain.

Many online have written scathing items about Knowles, stating they believe she is after him sexually, with some sites even implying something happened, which is something Obama does not need , especially after the Vera Baker adultery scandal, which occurred right before the First Lady contemplated divorcing him (according to Time magazine). Knowles needs to back up.

The website Buzz Feed Politics did an article on the new book "Barack Obama: The Story" by David Maraniss. The biography reveals that in high school, U.S. President Barack Obama, was apart of the so-called "Choom Gang." In Hawaii the word "choom" means "to smoke marijuana." The book and other sources indicate, Obama was very greedy with his weed smoking, often cutting in for additional hits when the marijuana spliff was being passed around. What a pothead.

An except states, "Barry also had a knack for interceptions. When a joint was making the rounds, he often elbowed his way in, out of turn, shouted 'Intercepted!,' and took an extra hit. No one seemed to mind." Obama even thanked the weed smoking "Choom Gang" in his yearbook (never mind he didn't thank his mother). The book also describes the gang as not only smoking marijuana, but drinking beer at the same time as well.

Come to think of it, Obama does look stoned in most of his old pictures. Me personally, I think he took a hit before he came up with his health care plan (LOL). Seriously, in light of his extensive drug use, what will he tell his impressionable young daughters Malia and Sasha about the subject now that it has been made public.

At first I thought they left off the word "hot" as in "hot dog." But no, they meant dog, as in canine, Fido, fluffy, ruff ruff ect.

But the featured item on the menu was dog ... jokes -- which figured, since Barack Obama's old admission to eating dog as a child was just recently revived as a campaign sideshow.

"Last week we learned that the president's two favorite steaks are rib eye and seeing eye," cracked comedian Jimmy Kimmel, the evening's host. But even Kimmel got a taste that it's tough to work a room better than the Obama himself. The president touched on Sarah Palin's recent hosting of "Today" to segue into the night's toughest line: "What's the difference between a hockey mom and a pit bull? A pit bull is delicious."

President Obama Needs To Revise His Immigration Policies As Innocent Americans And Foreigners Are Suffering

Recently, I read the story of high school valedictorian, Daniela Pelaez, who is being deported from America, the nation she came to from Colombia at age four. She has lived in America since she was a little girl and has excelled in her studies, so much so, she plans to become a doctor. Yet, here we have it, an immigration judge has issued a deportation order for the bright young student, which will uproot her from the life she has known for the past 14-years.

How is this humane. Why is a judge punishing someone that came to this country as a small child. Really, is a four year old a criminal. Is anyone a hardened criminal for seeking what they deem a better life in a new nation. No.

ABC News recently covered a story regarding parents being deported to their native foreign nations and their kids that were born in America placed in foster care in the United States. These families have been broken up in a sad manner, with the government refusing to return the children to their parents who have been deported abroad. There are over 5,000 such cases and counting.

As covered previously on the Judiciary Report, according to published reports, the Obama Administration has deported a record number of people (The Obama Administration Has Deported A Record Number Of Immigrants In 2011). So much so, tens of thousands of American born citizens were mixed up in the shuffle, rounded up, arrested and carted off to nations they had never been to before, while telling anyone who will listen that the government has made a mistake.

Teens, adults and even the mentally disabled who were unable to speak up for themselves were wrongly deported, though they are American born citizens. I'm not trying to hurt anyone's feelings by writing about this subject, but people's lives are being uprooted and destroyed in a trend that must stop.

We saw this negligence in the case of 13-year-old Jakadrien Turner (who is now 15-years of age). President Obama, what if you had not become head of state and someone who was not doing their job properly, without your knowledge, arrested, detained, then negligently deported your underage, American born daughter Malia, to a country she did not speak the language and she fell pregnant at age 15, as in the case of Jakadrien Turner. You would be devastated. But that's the reality the Turner family has faced. Your immigration policies need to change, as Americans and foreigners are being hurt by it.

Are accidental deportations common? Deported Dallas teen sheds light on faults

Jan 07, 2012 - Whether 15-year-old Dallas teen Jakadrien Turner sought deportation or got caught up in a fast-moving US immigration bureaucracy remains in question as the girl returned to the United States late Friday after an eight-month banishment to Colombia...

But the known facts of her case, namely that an American kid who didn't speak Spanish ended up on a plane to Colombia within six weeks of being arrested in Houston for shoplifting, are reviving questions about the frequency of mistaken or accidental deportations of US citizens. Some suggest that mistakes are on the uptick as US authorities have notched record deportation levels in recent years...

One study published last year looking at cases in which deported Americans have later been able to prove they're US citizens contends that about 1 percent of those detained and deported in any given year are, in fact, Americans. That's about 20,000 people since 2003, it concludes.

Immigration: Another U.S. citizen deported

January 5, 2012 | 1:25 pm - Here we go again: A U.S.-born citizen deported from her own country. This time the case involves a 15-year-old girl who was sent packing from Houston to Colombia, according to published reports.

Clearly, U.S.-born citizens can't be detained by immigration officials, much less deported by the Department of Homeland Security. But it seems to be happening with greater frequency. Last month, The Times reported that at least four U.S. citizens were detained in Los Angeles County over the last two months.

And in 2007, Pedro Guzman, a mentally disabled man who is illiterate, was deported from Los Angeles to Tijuana even though he was born in this country. Guzman spent months in Mexico sleeping on the streets. Other cases have also popped up in recent years, and a study by a UC Berkeley think tank suggests the number is much higher.

Initial estimates indicated, First Lady Michelle Obama, cost the U.S. taxpayer an additional $100,000 by leaving early for the family's Hawaii vacation. However, a new report in the mainstream press suggests, the entire episode has cost the U.S. taxpayers $4,000,000. This occurred during a financial depression.

Critics are slamming Mrs. Obama for feasting on sumptuous food and having extravagant parties on the island, during very hard economic times, when the nation has a record high poverty rate. Many Americans are losing their homes and can't afford a vacation, opting to stay at home. Seeing her live it up on the taxpayers dime and at extra cost is being roundly slammed on many a message board and in feedback sections online. Mainstream news outlets have picked up on it as well.

Even with her initial spending that drew the original criticism from journalists and bloggers, Mrs. Obama did not tone down the expenditures, making a greater show of the people's wealth while away from Washington. It makes the First Family appear out of touch with the rest of the country.

U.S. President Barack Obama and wife First Lady Michelle Obama, dislike the reality shows starring the Kardashian family. During an interview this week, Mrs. Obama stated of the Kardashian sisters, "Barack really thinks some of the Kardashians -- when they watch that stuff -- he doesn't like that as much, but I sort of feel like if we're talking about it, and I'm more concerned with how they take it in -- what did you learn when you watched that. And if they're learning the right lessons, like, that was crazy, then I'm like, okay."

Regrettably, Kim Kardashian has set a terrible example for young women on how to behave in society. She has gone from man to man and done very questionable and unethical things for money. She is not a role model and has led her sisters astray, in her quest for fame with no musical or acting ability to back it up. Kim's mom, Kris Jenner, has become a Christian minister, so here's hoping she talks to her daughter, as she is running with a terrible set in the music industry, in search of a singing career and they are going to land her in terrible trouble.

Having written that, I find it highly hypocritical that Obama dislikes the Kardashians, yet constantly consort with the likes of Jay-Z and Beyonce, the thieving, degenerate couple, who are constantly sued for flagrantly breaking the law in acts of copyright infringement, criminal copyright infringement and racketeering of all things, destroying people's careers and lives, with the rapper openly assaulting innocent folks, in acts caught on camera. He's hardly reformed.

You have a problem with the Kardashians, yet have no qualms about having your preteen girls hanging out with a vulgar, scantily clad, unintelligent, butt shaking R&B singer, who is reportedly pretending to be pregnant for publicity and her rapper husband that has a profane song called "P***y" and a Satanic one he titled "Lucifer." Yet, these are the people you have around your children. You even had Jay-Z posing in your chair in the White House. Remind me again why you're in charge of this country, because right now, all I'm seeing from you is a double standard and very poor judgment.

U.S. First Lady, Michelle Obama, recently did a revealing interview on NBC's Today Show with Matt Lauer. She discussed her husband's politics, their children (Sasha Obama and Malia Obama), healthy school lunch initiatives...and touched upon the subject of her husband's graying hair.

Lauer asked the First Lady, if rumors are true that President Obama dyed his hair black, for the State visit of Chinese President, Hu Jintao, as news sites and blogs claimed. Surprisingly, she said no (No, I don't feel stupid at all). Well, what was it, then? Shoe polish. Just playing. For the record, there is nothing wrong with safely eliminating one's grays. It will make a person look 10-20 years younger.

Last Saturday in the November 27, 2010 article "Obama Lip Buster Found" the Judiciary Report joked about, Secretary of Education, Arne Duncan, regarding Obama's lip that was split open during a basketball game with federal workers, " Dude, that was not the best way to protest not getting a pay raise."

Two days later, Obama has announced there will be no pay raises for federal workers, proposing a two year freeze. Well, well, well, Barack is being a bitter Betty after the ball game. I'm only kidding, as the government really can't afford pay increases. To issue them would do even more damage to the national budget.

In other news, the President was back on the basketball court today. However, he played against two easy targets - his preteen daughters. Clearly, the President is suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Lip Disorder. I don't know, Obama's oldest is getting kind of tall. He might catch another errant elbow.
