Secret Service Agent At The White House Arrested For Sexting And Sending 14-Year-Old Girl Nude Images Of Himself While Protecting The President And His Underage Daughters

The U.S. Secret Service, charged with protecting the President of the United States, has been in one scandal after another, during both terms of the incumbent head of state, Barack Obama. Under President Obama's tenure, agents have been caught up in prostitution and drug scandals. There have also been a number of serious security breeches that have endangered President Obama and his family. Agents were also caught sleeping on the job, in conduct that could facilitate an assassination (Secret Service Lapses Putting President Obama At Risk Of Assassination). Obama is the most liberal president America has ever had, but his bodyguards, the Secret Service, should not be in their behavior on the job.

The latest scandal is one of the worst thus far. 37-year-old Secret Service agent, Lee Robert Moore, was arrested for sexting a minor (sexting is sending sexual text messages). The police set up a sting, pretending to be a 14-year-old girl and Moore responded by sending obscene materials in the form of nude pictures of himself and explicit messages via text. Moore did such things as offered to teach the underage girl how to masturbate.

Moore's conduct is alarming, especially considering he is assigned to the White House where President Obama lives with his wife, Michelle Obama and two underage daughters, Malia and Sasha. Moore has since been placed on administrative leave while the case is being prosecuted in a court of law.

White House Secret Service Officer Caught Trying to Sext With 'Teen'

A uniformed Secret Service officer assigned to the White House was suspended after being charged with sending explicit photos of himself to someone he thought was a 14-year-old girl. Lee Robert Moore, age 37, of Church Hill, Maryland, was charged with attempting to transfer obscene material to a minor. Prosecutors say when he was arrested, he admitted sending the communications and that he thought he was chatting with a 14-year-old girl. He also said he sent some messages while on the job at the White House. A Secret Service official says the case was reported to its Office of Professional Responsibility on Friday, November 6th. "On that same date the employee's security clearance was suspended and the employee was placed on administrative leave. All Secret Service issued equipment was retrieved and the employees access to all Secret Service facilities was terminated," a statement said.

A new scandal broke this week that proves my previous claims from 2-years ago correct in that the FBI was indeed spying at the 2012 Olympics. They were doing a cornucopia of spying at the global event.

On November 5, 2014 of this week, the New York Daily News newspaper published a report revealing, "Chuck Blazer, once the most powerful man in US football, was an FBI informant used to spy on FIFA, the New York Daily News reported. Blazer, who is now suffering from cancer, secretly recorded conversations with officials he arranged to meet at his London hotel during the 2012 Olympics, the report said. The FBI pressured Blazer into working for them from 2011 because he failed to pay income taxes on millions of dollars he made as a leader of CONCACAF, football's governing body for North and Central America and the Caribbean, said the report published at the weekend."

The FBI coerced blackmailed the top man is US football, Chuck Blazer, into illegally spying on and secretly recording his international counterparts for the law enforcement agency at the 2012 Olympics

Football (soccer) is a great sport, is my favorite and I certainly want global athletics to be conducted with the greatest level of integrity. However, the FBI is wading into international football and have no jurisdiction or authority to do so. I do not agree with this. If the FBI's internationally unauthorized investigation is not handled properly, it could wreck world football.

Those he invited to the meetings in London included Russia`s 2018 World Cup organising committee chief Alexei Sorokin and Frank Lowy, head of the Australian 2022 bid, but it is not known whether they actually met Blazer...

Obama’s Beige Suit Has People Talking

It is sometimes said people’s fashion choices are a reflection of their mood and current personal situations. So, when U.S. President Barack Obama, donned a crisp beige suit during a press conference recently, it set tongues wagging that something is amiss. A number of website and blogs as well as people on social networking commented on the suit. 

A sad and drawn looking Obama, who appears to be under a significant amount of stress, spoke in serious tones, while wearing the beige suit. This is not something people are used to seeing. American presidents usually wear black or navy blue suits during press conferences. It was a nice suit, but unusual seeing it against the presidential seal at a press conference nonetheless.

This week the White House held a state dinner for French president Francios Hollande, the head of state who is in the middle of a sexual affair scandal in his native France (coincidentally, Obama has been hit with rumors of an affair with singer Beyonce that seems well-timed to promote someone’s currently declining CD - but more on that later).

Mrs. Obama wore a $12,000 Carolina Herrera gown for the event, but critics balked at the price tag, deeming it inappropriate. However, dresses are usually loaned or given to high profile figures. The story is reminiscent of the 1980s when former first lady Nancy Reagan was heavily criticized for wearing many expensive dresses, while her husband, former president, Ronald Regan was in office.

Judge Rules The NSA Illegally Spied On Americans Confirming The Site's Previous Claims (Video)

It was revealed yesterday that a judge ruled the NSA (National Security Agency) illegally spied on Americans in violation of the U.S. Code and Constitution. This confirms what the Judiciary Report's sister site the Sound Off Column Column stated several years ago, when breaking the news first - the NSA is illegally spying on people.

The video report posted above was carried on CNN yesterday and indicated the U.S. Justice Department, the parent agency of the NSA, went to the court in 2011 and confessed it has been illegally spying on Americans for "three years" (2009). However, the truth is, as the copyrighted, time stamped Sound Off Column articles revealed as early as 2006, the NSA has been illegally spying on Americans much longer than the government owned up to in court (NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law).

The Judiciary Report is for law and order and agrees government agencies need the correct and appropriate tools to investigate and prosecute crime. The government should be allowed to engage wiretaps, subpoena emails and utilize surveillance tracking via tailing cars, against drug kingpins, mafia members, financial fraudsters on Wall Street and criminals in the entertainment industry (among others). That's how one makes successful cases against real criminals.

However, as the Judiciary Report and its sister site the Sound Off Column has consistently maintained in articles for several years, members of government are abusing these privileges, via engaging wiretaps, waging computer hacking exploits, issuing private subpoenas for emails and activating GPS tracking against innocent Americans for financial and political gain. The NSA, which shares its data with the FBI, CIA, DOJ, Homeland Security, the State Department and the White House, illegally spied on innocent Americans in doing so, which is unconstitutional. The Constitution never designed America to be a police state.

For example, FBI agents have illegally spied on innocent women they find attractive, wiretapping them, obtaining their license information, peeking into their computers and emails and used GPS in bids at landing them as sex partners. FBI agents have taken bribes to search all surveillance and intelligence databases and sell the information on select innocent individuals to others for cash and non-monetary bribes.

FBI agents and executives have illegally spied on companies and  used the data to make money on the stock market, which qualifies as insider trading. FBI executives have illegally shared surveillance data on innocent Americans (emails, computer files, GPS tracking data, wiretap contents) of a very private nature with politicians for profit. These are abuses of surveillance tools meant to aid in prosecuting criminals, not used for undue profit at innocent Americans' expense.
