Kanye West and his boring fashion line that is getting bad reviews

Rapper, Kanye West, fancies himself a fashion designer, but many disagree. Including the Judiciary Report. And his ex-girlfriend, Amber Rose, who did not hold her tongue in her assessment of West's fashion line, reportedly stating the clothes look like they should be used to wash cars. In another insulting critique, rapper turned actor Ice T, referred to West's fashion line as futuristic slave clothes.

West's first and second fashion lines are dull, bland, ugly and uninspired. They are plain and boring. It defies comprehension that such pieces are being shown at an actual fashion week. They are being nice as West is famous, but there are suitable and worthy designers whose clothes should be shown, rather than the rapper's amateur so-called collection.

Kanye West's later released rip off of the "Back To The Future" shoe. People online have publicly noted the similarities between the two shoes.

West is also unoriginal. His first shoe looked an awful lot like the sneakers from the classic 1980s film "Back To The Future" that Nike put into production months before West released a look alike version of their official product (West is often sued for stealing music and is in court with rapper Jay Z for stealing a song in what is a copyright infringement case filed by a music legend).

Too often in the entertainment industry, famous people are given credit for things they are not actually doing or doing correctly, which insults the public's intelligence. Everybody's a fashion designer all of a sudden. However, the only rapper who has gotten it right is Diddy with his Sean John line.

Back To The Future (Film Series)

In watching science fiction films such as "Back To The Future II" and the television cartoon turned movie "The Jetsons" one is painfully reminded of how far we have not come in terms of implementing modern advances into everyday life. For all of society's scientific advances, the world still seems behind and almost primitive at times, compared to what it could be.

So what's the problem. Lack of ideas (in the mainstream). Lack of funding (the most inventive scientists often don't work for the biggest corporations). Lack of cooperation (the government and the core scientific community sometimes are not on the same page).

"Back To The Future" actor, Michael J. Fox, has slammed singer Taylor Swift, for dating so many men. Swift, 23, who was dumped again, this time by One Direction boyband member, Harry Styles, 18, was also turned down by actor Bradley Cooper, 38.

Fox stated he would not allow Swift to date his son Sam Fox. Actresses, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, mocked Swift at the Golden Globes last week, telling her she can't date Sam Fox. When asked by Vulture magazine if Swift could date his son, the veteran actor stated, "No, no...just back off. I don't keep up with it. But Swift writes songs about everybody she goes out with, right? What a way to build a career."

Fox stated he would not want his son bringing Swift home. He further said if he did he would say, "Sam, you piece of s**t. Oh...that was the girl you brought home! Yea, I think that was a no. Swift really has damaged her reputation sleeping with all those men.

Obama Messes Up And Calls Americans "Lazy"

Politicians Pounce On Him Over His Statements

U.S. President Barack Obama has angered many in America by stating at an official gathering that Americans have become "lazy." Republican politicians Mitt Romney and Rick Scott have pounced on the president over his statements. For Obama to make such a blanket statement is wrong. Furthermore, he who vacations often should not be the one to cast the first stone.

The Judiciary Report does not think Americans are lazy. Millions of Americans get up 5-6 days a week and report to work. The problems that have occurred in the economy are squarely due to the greed of a small percentage of rich people that believe they are to exploit and gouge the masses, while they sit on their backsides and label it their money working for them. However, how some of them acquired the money is very questionable (Bernie Madoff, R. Allen Stanford and certain other fraudsters on Wall Street and in Hollywood).

It created a complacency and inequity that has greatly damaged the American middle class and made lower income people worse off in the area of finances. Until that socioeconomic imbalance and injustice is corrected, look for things to get worse. In the 1980s and portions of 1990s, everyone in America had a chance to succeed. It's not like that anymore thanks to certain fraudsters and their criminal monopolies in the corporate sector.

A good pop culture analogy for that would be the film "Back To The Future 2" where via dishonesty and cheating, the lazy, unintelligent character Biff becomes one of the richest people in the world, via stealing the time machine and an almanac to place bets on future games he already knew the results of thanks to the stolen book (sort of like insider trading, phone hacking or intellectual theft, in stealing privileged information to get rich).

Biff then buys up most of the city with the ill-gotten wealth and everyone and everything else begins to suffer, due to his greed in wanting to illegally own it all. Schools begin struggle and close down, crime flourishes, people are killed, the police corrupted, homes in a once thriving city are abandoned and things simply turn to gloom. All that so immoral, ruthless Biff and his select group of friends and family, could live in absolute luxury, hoarding ill-gotten gains they were not entitled to, while the whole city of thousands suffered. Well that's America right now times millions. Only this isn't a movie, but reality...

This is a follow up to the article Back To The Future Shoes To Be Made By Nike. Today, Nike is facing a backlash online, for only making 1,500 pairs of the famous "Back To The Future 2" sneakers, worn by Michael J. Fox's character in the film, Marty McFly and charging several thousand dollars per pair. Many consumers are upset, as the shoe is firmly outside of their budget.

The funds will benefit Michael J. Fox's Parkinsons charity. It's a very nice looking, cool shoe, but the Judiciary Report would like to see more of them made and at a lower price to the public. However, that is Nike's decision to make. When I read the shoe was going to be for sale, I thought "oh cool" when I read the price I thought "oh...no."

Nike is said to be manufacturing a select number of the futuristic shoes featured in the "Back To The Future 2" film, worn by Michael J. Fox's character, Marty McFly, for limited release in the retail market. Estimates state the shoe will retail for approximately $3,500 a pair, basically pricing most people out of buying one.

Seeking to capitalize on the first Richie Rich movie, starring "Home Alone" actor, Macaulay Culkin, Warner Bros made "Richie Rich’s Christmas Wish." The movie was a "Home Alone" clone, featuring a kid making a wish he was not in his family and things going wrong along that path thereafter.

Richie wishes he was not apart of his family, via a "wishing machine" (as opposed to a washing machine) and it happens. It places him in a terrible predicament, as he is given the opportunity to view the deterioration of his hometown, with him not having born, a la "It's A Wonderful Life."

One moment the film is like "Home Alone" and the next it turns into "Back To The Future" and "It's A Wonderful Life." These are the hallmarks of a screenplay writer devoid of ideas. This movie became a mess very fast. It kept circling one into boredom, rather than being a source of entertainment.

The film was full of slick stunts, gimmickry and gadgetry, but lacked a basic story line of any substantive quality. It turned cheesy at many intervals with items that were corny and not funny.

The "Back to the Future" trilogy began with the first installment released in 1985. The series of films stars charismatic, Canadian actor, Michael J. Fox and were instant hits.

The first film saw teenager, Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox), act as an aide to his friend and scientist, Doc Brown, who invented a time machine using a Delorean sports car, he custom fitted with a Flux Capacitor, the fictional apparatus, that makes time travel possible.

The part of Marty originally went to actor, Eric Stoltz, who tested for the role. However, right before filming began, the production company made a last minute change, replacing him with "Family Ties" actor Michael J. Fox.

In the film, Doc Brown stole plutonium to power his time machine, from Libyan terrorists, who chase after him in America, finding the scientist in the parking lot of a mall, after closing hours, as he meets with McFly, who begins to film his latest invention.

In attempting to escape with his life, McFly revs up the time machine, to flee the terrorists and is launched back to 1955. Many films have attempted to capitalize on the success of this franchise, but none have duplicated its popularity with the public.

The "Back to the Future" movies are an entertaining trio of films, but as it is geared towards all audiences, it could have done without the cursing and grown up sexual jokes. Leaving those elements out would not have hurt this funny film series.

In looking at the tragic death of former child star, Corey Haim, one is reminded of another Canadian star that made it big in Hollywood, but to less dangerous results, the irrepressible, Michael J. Fox.

Corey shot to fame in such 1980's movie classics as "License To Drive" "Lucas" and "Lost Boys." Though he has been engaged, he never married, due to sad situations breaking up relationships.

Haim began using drugs, like most other teen stars in Hollywood and it became a life long struggle, battling said addiction. At times, Haim was alone and the loneliness may have worsened his addiction.

Michael J. Fox, who began acting in his teens, became famous in his twenties for roles in such films as the "Back To The Future" trilogy, "The Secret Of My Success," "Teen Wolf" and Alex P. Keaton on the TV show "Family Ties." Fox reportedly had difficulties with alcohol.

Both men are talented actors, but getting married fairly early (age 26) and having children with wife, Tracey Pollan, may have grounded Fox, centering him and creating a driving force in his life, to want to do better.

As with the early deaths of Hollywood actors River Phoenix, Brad Renfro and Heath Ledger, the passing of Corey Haim is another sad reminder of the pitfalls of fame in tinsel town.
