Crucial Text Messages Left Out Of Derrick Rose Trial Reveals Accuser Texting Him On Day Of Alleged Gang Rape Saying She Wants And Needs Him, Cop On The Case Kills Herself

NBA basketball player, Derrick Rose, has been set up big time by a scheming groupie, who has bedded other ballers in trying and failing to become a rich pro-athlete's wife. After dating Rose on and off for 20-months, bringing him women for group sex and carrying sex toys to his house, she is claiming he raped her and at least two of his friends gang raped her as well with his consent.

The New York Post wrote, "During cross-examination, she admitted to lying at least six times during her deposition or in text messages to Rose." It also does not look good that she waited over 2-years to file a police complaint and only did so well after filing a massive lawsuit in a cash grab against Rose on some very dubious claims. The police complaint was filed when the public questioned why she opted to sue first rather than go to the police.

The judge presiding over the case expressed anger that the accuser and her lawyer withheld important text messages from the court that reveal on the day of the alleged gang rape she sent Rose texts stating "I need u" and "I want u here." After the alleged gang rape, Rose's accuser also texted him asking for money for a sex toy she brought to his home. 

She also stated in a text about a woman she brought to him for group sex, "She was mad at me babe why u have me bring a b***h and u ain't fina f**k her." A close friend of the gold digger accusing Rose and his friends of rape, testified that when she asked her if she was raped she said "no" and that she was angry over a money issue concerning Rose.    

In light of the foregoing information, if I were on the jury and read those texts from the accuser to Rose, I would vote not guilty. You don't contact your alleged rapist stating romantic things of that nature. Those are things you state to someone you are in a sexual relationship with and plan to keep bedding. If a real rape victim decided to send text messages to a rapist it would state something like "I'm gonna chop your willie off" or "I hope you get arrested and your cellmate violates you like you did me."  Though I don't recommend victims contact their rapist. It is best to contact the police as soon as possible and get in touch with a hospital for testing.

In other Derrick Rose news, the investigator looking into the matter for the Los Angeles Police Department has reportedly committed suicide. Nadine Hernandez reportedly killed herself yesterday at the home of a Los Angeles Police Department lieutenant. She was found with a gunshot wound to the head and later pronounced dead at the hospital.

There are reasons to doubt the story of Derrick Rose’s accuser 

October 10, 2016 | 3:48am - The Post asked two sports lawyers their opinion about the Derrick Rose case. Daniel Werly believes Rose’s rape accuser will have a tough time proving her case. Daniel Wallach, however, says Rose’s testimony may not play well with the jury. This trial boils down to one issue: whether the accuser consented to intercourse with Derrick Rose and his friends. 

Because there is a complete absence of any physical evidence, such as a rape kit or corroborating medical report — a fact that favors Rose — the jury must decide whom to believe based on witnesses, none more important than the basketball player and his accuser. 

Before calling a single witness, Rose’s lawyers have already planted seeds of doubt in the accuser’s story. During cross-examination, she admitted to lying at least six times during her deposition or in text messages to Rose. She also sent Rose five texts that day in August 2013 between 1:40 a.m. and 2:03 a.m., inviting him to her apartment and saying things such as “I need u” and “want u here.” 

When Rose’s lawyer asked the accuser what she and Rose were going to do, she responded — in what has been described by trial-watchers as perhaps the least believable testimony to date — “Watch a movie or just [go] to sleep, communicate or talk.” Then there’s the fact that she waited more than two years to report the incident to police — and only did so after her civil suit was filed...

Judge eyes mistrial after claims Derrick Rose accuser hid evidence 

October 11, 2016 | 12:39pm - The Los Angeles federal judge overseeing the $21.5 million civil rape trial against New York Knicks guard Derrick Rose said he is seriously considering a mistrial after the NBA star’s lawyers claimed that the accuser had hidden critical evidence. “Let me be very blunt with you. You have been very careless with these exhibits,” Judge Michael Fitzgerald said Tuesday morning. 

The judge was referring to three lewd text messages between the accuser and Rose sent just hours before and after the alleged rape. They discuss a massage therapist whom the accuser brought to a party at Rose’s house the night of the alleged sexual assault and bely her claim that she was in no mood for group sex. 

Rose and two pals are accused of gang-raping the woman on Aug. 27, 2013, at her apartment after she left the NBA player’s Beverly Hills home. The three men say the sex was consensual. The judge said the missing texts give “credence to the allegations which are now being made by the defense” — that the accuser lied about the rape. “It might very well be a mistrial,” the judge said. But he added that he was hesitant to call off the trial because the jury has already spent a week on the case and the NBA regular season starts on Oct. 25...

Detective investigating Derrick Rose rape allegations dead in possible suicide

October 12, 2016, 12:47 PM - WHITTIER, Calif. — A Los Angeles detective who recently acknowledged a criminal investigation into claims of rape by NBA star Derrick Rose died after she was found shot in a California home Tuesday night, reports CBS Los Angeles. Nadine Hernandez, 44, was found around 2:45 p.m., after police responded to reports of a shooting. Paramedics transported Hernandez to a hospital where she later died. A firearm was recovered at the scene, police said. 

Whittier police said in a statement that the incident is being investigated as a suicide. “However, this is an ongoing investigation and we will continue to collaborate with the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office as part of our investigation,” the department said....

Director of National Intelligence James Clapper apologized to Congress for lying under oath on April 18, 2013 about his NSA spying on Americans. He was forced to do so, as weeks after his deceitful appearance in Congress, brave whistle blower Edward Snowden released hard evidence of the NSA illegally spying on millions of Americans. It also confirmed what I have been writing online for several years regarding the FBI and NSA secretly spying on Americans in criminal violation of the Constitution.

The spying has disrupted a number of lives. I was made aware of the unlawful conduct when they began illegally spying on me, most noticeably in 2005, after I went to the FBI and was interviewed by them twice, formally complaining about Madonna and her private eye Anthony Pellicano, a member of the mob, who was arrested four months later on the very things I complained of verbally and in writing.

After the first tips I gave the FBI worked out, they began illegally spying on me for tips in cases, without my consent, by secretly engaging unlawful wiretaps on my phone lines, later confirmed by three separate telephone technicians. They also began obtaining copies of all my private emails and unpublished columns containing exclusives they sought to use first.

The problem was compounded by the fact I have connections in political and entertainment industry circles. Items privately and lawfully discussed over the phone and or by email with them, were being illegally intercepted by the eavesdropping FBI and NSA and utilized to start cases against people, whose criminal activity we privately denounced.

When it happens over a dozen times (raids and arrests of those privately spoken about over the phone and via email) and telephone technicians confirm the government is wiretapping one’s phones, you pretty much figure out that’s what they’re doing – illegally turning you into an informant without your knowledge or consent. Congress never gave them the authority to do that.

Under the Constitution, as a private citizen, I am allowed to go public with claims of government wrongdoing, such as having my privacy invaded via unconstitutional spying, as I have experienced it. I don’t work for the government, never have. Therefore, in publishing on my sites the extent of their illegal spying, no contract, oath or trust was allegedly betrayed in any fashion, except them betraying my own as a victim of crime they decided to violate as well in trying to turn me into an informant/snitch without my knowledge or consent.

Imagine that, they tried to turn me into a snitch. As far as I’m concerned, I’m too cute for that. I have never worked for any world government, but if I ever do, it will be in a formal capacity, up front in a desk job. I’m not into that cloak and dagger crap the FBI so relishes.

Therefore, I'm thankful to Edward Snowden. He has via data and files, straight from the NSA, confirmed what I have stated online for years. The American people need to know what has happened to civil liberties in the nation at the hands of an overreaching, power grabbing administration that refuses to rein in its unconstitutional behavior. America is now a police state and innocent people are being treated like criminals in being spied on and classed as things they are not, terrorists or spies, in order for some in power to get away with this invasive spying illegality before Congress.

I only regret that Snowden didn’t pass the files to Wikileaks and remained anonymous, as he doesn’t deserve what the administration is trying to do to his life, all because they broke the law and didn’t want the public to find out. If he mysteriously dies or is outright killed, it is my hope every single one of you involved, from the bottom to the top in Washington, gets kicked out of office. And don’t think it can’t happen regarding Snowden. President Obama enacted a new rule that he can kill Americans on U.S. soil or in the international community and not face prosecution.

Clapper has apologized for lying to the committee during testimony. The director of National Intelligence apologized in June to the chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee for lying during a hearing, according to a letter published on the DNI website on Tuesday.

Director James Clapper appeared before the committee in March, where Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., asked him specifically if NSA spies on millions of Americans. Clapper answered, "No." Since then, Edward Snowden reportedly leaked government documents that unveiled a secretive government program that did precisely what Wyden suggested in collecting meta data for cell phone and internet records of hundreds of millions of Americans.

"James Clapper Is Still Lying": That would be a more honest headline for yesterday’s big Washington Post article about the director of national intelligence’s letter to the U.S. Senate.

Clapper, you may recall, unequivocally said "no, sir" in response to Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., asking him: "Does the NSA collect any type of data at all on millions or hundreds of millions of Americans?" Clapper’s response was shown to be a lie by Snowden’s disclosures, as well as by reports from the Guardian, the Washington Post, the Associated Press and Bloomberg News (among others). This is particularly significant, considering lying before Congress prevents the legislative branch from performing oversight and is therefore a felony.

Despicable, perverted voyeur and privacy invader, Rupert Murdoch, currently embroiled in the disgraceful phone hacking scandal that has appalled the world, lied to the British Parliament last summer, when he stated he had no intention of reopening the newspaper News of the World or opening a publication entitled The Sun On Sunday.

Greedy Murdoch was just biding his time, hoping the scandal would die down enough to rebrand his disgraced and shuttered newspaper News of the World as The Sun On Sunday. If you remember, the News of the World was known for publishing on Sundays. This week Murdoch stated The Sun On Sunday will "launch very soon." Thus far Rupert Murdoch, his son James Murdoch, executive Rebekah Brooks and former editor Piers Morgan, among others, lied to Parliament and the public in the aforementioned hearings.

He hasn't missed a beat - just a few months profit, which he intends to make up for by printing the most salacious, invasive stories on the market. He'll be back to his full blown phone hacking, wiretapping, hacking and stalking ways via his team of private investigators, in no time. He tried to scale down his illegal spying activities to some degree during the current scandal, but it will return full throttle once he believes the coast is clear.

Murdoch flew into Britain this week to convince his Sun UK newspaper staff to keep silent about the vast crimes he and his family ordered them and other News Corp properties to commit, in criminal violation of laws in several sovereign nations, including the United Kingdom and America, to name a few. This comes on the heels of the Metropolitan Police in London, arresting 10 journalists and executives at the Sun Newspaper over the past few weeks. Thus far roughly 30 people have been arrested in the phone hacking scandal.

It should be noted, the problems thus far, are greater than what transpired in London, England. The bulk of the crimes being committed at News Corp on the Murdoch family's orders, are transpiring in New York, Los Angeles and Miami (America). However, Murdoch and company have the head of the FBI, Robert S. Mueller, in their back pocket.

They have also silenced opposition from Congress, via massive campaign donations, while people's rights are being violated on U.S. shores in criminal violation of the Constitution and U.S. Code. Unless the Murdochs are arrested, charged and properly prosecuted, these crimes will continue, as they've had legal trouble and investigations into this matter since 2006 and have refused to stop breaking the law at the public's expense.

Friday 17 February 2012 - Rupert Murdoch declared his "unwavering support" for the Sun's journalists today and announced he is lifting the suspensions of all arrested staff. The media mogul also confirmed he will begin publishing the top-selling tabloid seven days a week by launching a new paper called the Sun on Sunday "very soon". As stated on the site a month ago, Rupert Murdoch's News Corp, installed employee Andy Coulson at 10 Downing Street in London, for dubious reasons, as he was being paid a large salary by the company, while he worked for British Prime Minister, David Cameron (News Corp Continued To Pay Andy Coulson After He Quit To Spy On British Government).

This week it has been confirmed that Murdoch continued to pay Coulson after he resigned from News International/News Corp and began working for the Prime Minister, also allowing him to keep his company car and health insurance. This was a violation of House of Commons' rules. Murdoch and his son, James Murdoch, lied in Parliament "claiming ignorance" regarding Coulson's salary.

As thieving and stingy as Murdoch has been with employees and rivals, why would he be so generous to a man, Coulson, who had supposedly quit working for him. That's because he never stopped working for Murdoch and had become his spy in the Prime Minister's office. Coulson was planted in the highest government office in Britain, to spy on and direction Cameron in the manner Murdoch wanted him to go.

This is very alarming for a number of reasons. First of all, Murdoch is not a British citizen and should not be directly meddling in and attempting to control politics in the United Kingdom, especially at such a high level, as it is inappropriate. This went well beyond ordering journalists to write a narrative promoting Murdoch's political views. This man was unlawfully in Downing Street trying to control, manipulate and bully a few Prime Ministers in a row, into doing his bidding.

One doubts he means the aforementioned people well. Murdoch has destroyed so many lives in Britain with his newspaper scandals and phone hacking, even spying in the lives of deceased children who are murder victims, cheated the British taxpayer out of a fortune and ran a number of Britons out of business to enrich himself.

Therefore, he really has not acted in the best interest of the country, in conduct that is unprovoked and unseemly. There's no way to pretty it up. Murdoch's behavior does not look right.

A story by Bloomberg on Monday indicated that News International, which oversaw the scandal-plagued tabloid, was still paying Coulson while he worked as the UK Conservative Party's director of communications as part of a severance package...

It also further undermines the testimonies of both News Corp.'s international Chairman and CEO James Murdoch, son of the company's Chairman and CEO Rupert Murdoch, and former News International chief executive Rebekah Brooks. Brooks denied Coulson was being paid while Murdoch claimed ignorance.

Andy Coulson 'broke' Commons pass rules by failing to declare NI payments

Wednesday 24 August 2011 17.14 BST - Andy Coulson appears to have broken House of Commons rules by failing to declare payments and benefits he received from News International while holding a parliamentary pass sponsored by David Cameron.

Registers held in the Commons archive, seen by the Guardian, reveal that in September 2007 – three months after Coulson was employed by Cameron's office – the former News of the World editor failed to declare the health insurance, company car and severance payments he was receiving from his old employers.

The records also show that for at least two months after he resigned from his position as No 10's head of communications in January this year, Coulson continued to hold a parliamentary pass, sponsored by Downing Street, which allowed him access to parliament as a No 10 employee...
