British Government Votes To Renew Nuclear Deterrent Trident

The British government was mulling whether to dispose of its nuclear deterrent Trident, which is a missile system. Yesterday, Parliament voted in favor of renewing Trident. I'm a peaceful, optimistic person, but I'm also a realist. In this day and age, western countries need to be sensible regarding national security. Britain, the world's fifth largest economy, needs a nuclear deterrent. It does not have to be on the level of Trident or at such a staggering cost, but a nuclear deterrent is needed. 

Britain should also maintain its own nuclear deterrent, which is not currently the case. Maintaining one's own nuclear deterrent, would also create more jobs in Britain, helping the economy. Additionally, the British government should employ more inventive scientists who are loyal to the country, to create technology to protect the nation (detection systems, weapons jammers ect).

Obama Seeks Congressional Clearance On Bombing Syria (Video)

U.S. President Barack Obama is seeking Congressional authorization to launch military strikes in the nation of Syria, over alleged chemical attacks on citizens of the Middle Eastern country by President Bashar Assad. As I stated on Twitter days ago, as a formality and token of democracy all presidents should consult Congress first before engaging military action.

Many are skeptical of Obama's planned military action, due to former President George W. Bush having lied to the nation and the world about Iraq and weapons of mass destruction, then invading, which resulted in over 1,000,000 deaths. America's top ally, Britain, took a vote in Parliament last week regarding whether to join Obama in military action against Assad and it was formally rejected. As a result, Obama has become cold towards America's top ally, which is unnecessary.

The Assad government is claiming it a victory symbolizing American "retreat" but technically it is not. The Assad government needs to refrain from such inflammatory language lest Obama bombs them into the Flinstone age. When you start to cry "chicken" in an opponent's face, you could provoke him into proving otherwise. Considering the U.S. military far outstrips Assad's army, this is an unwise provocation.

The Judiciary Report is not for military action in Syria. Far more people on both sides of the coin (America and Syria) could end up dead from military engagement than have already died in the alleged chemical attacks, which needs to stop. No one should be using chemical weapons.

It is a ghastly way for a human being to die and it is especially distressing to view reports stating children in Syria have died in this manner. Assad needs to step down. When one starts using chemical weapons that cause the deaths of others, especially children, it is time for you to leave office. There is no excuse or rationale for such behavior.

Oh, this could get rough. Editors Rebekah Brooks and Andy Coulson, who resigned from Rupert Murdoch's News Corp, due to the terrible phone hacking scandal, are set to face the British Parliament next week.  The two former News International/News Corp executives that unwisely let the crooked, corrupt Murdoch family use them to do their dirty work, are expected to answer a wide range of hard hitting questions about their involvement in the criminal act of phone hacking.

Mrs. Brooks could lose her mansion and London flat (apartment) due to lawsuits stemming from her unlawful conduct on behalf of the Murdochs and News International/News Corp 

Both have already been arrested by the Metropolitan Police in the criminal inquiry, Brooks was nabbed twice, so it is in their best interest to stop covering for Murdoch. However, they may not see it that way. Murdoch has given Brooks 5,000,000 British pounds to shut her mouth. Coulson's financial payout is thought to be less.

Media maggot, Rupert Murdoch, testified to the British Parliament this week, about the phone hacking scandal his company News International/News Corp is mired in. Despicable, perverted voyeur and privacy invader, Rupert Murdoch, currently embroiled in the disgraceful phone hacking scandal that has appalled the world, lied to the British Parliament last summer, when he stated he had no intention of reopening the newspaper News of the World or opening a publication entitled The Sun On Sunday.

Greedy Murdoch was just biding his time, hoping the scandal would die down enough to rebrand his disgraced and shuttered newspaper News of the World as The Sun On Sunday. If you remember, the News of the World was known for publishing on Sundays. This week Murdoch stated The Sun On Sunday will "launch very soon." Thus far Rupert Murdoch, his son James Murdoch, executive Rebekah Brooks and former editor Piers Morgan, among others, lied to Parliament and the public in the aforementioned hearings.

He hasn't missed a beat - just a few months profit, which he intends to make up for by printing the most salacious, invasive stories on the market. He'll be back to his full blown phone hacking, wiretapping, hacking and stalking ways via his team of private investigators, in no time. He tried to scale down his illegal spying activities to some degree during the current scandal, but it will return full throttle once he believes the coast is clear.

Murdoch flew into Britain this week to convince his Sun UK newspaper staff to keep silent about the vast crimes he and his family ordered them and other News Corp properties to commit, in criminal violation of laws in several sovereign nations, including the United Kingdom and America, to name a few. This comes on the heels of the Metropolitan Police in London, arresting 10 journalists and executives at the Sun Newspaper over the past few weeks. Thus far roughly 30 people have been arrested in the phone hacking scandal.

It should be noted, the problems thus far, are greater than what transpired in London, England. The bulk of the crimes being committed at News Corp on the Murdoch family's orders, are transpiring in New York, Los Angeles and Miami (America). However, Murdoch and company have the head of the FBI, Robert S. Mueller, in their back pocket.

They have also silenced opposition from Congress, via massive campaign donations, while people's rights are being violated on U.S. shores in criminal violation of the Constitution and U.S. Code. Unless the Murdochs are arrested, charged and properly prosecuted, these crimes will continue, as they've had legal trouble and investigations into this matter since 2006 and have refused to stop breaking the law at the public's expense.

Friday 17 February 2012 - Rupert Murdoch declared his "unwavering support" for the Sun's journalists today and announced he is lifting the suspensions of all arrested staff. Reports coming out of London indicate, the Metropolitan Police have recovered emails from a hosting company in India, used by Rupert Murdoch's News Corp for its News International newspapers. News Corp is submersed in a disgraceful phone hacking and computer hacking scandal that has exposed a massive cache of criminal activity at the company in the name of undue profits.

The emails, believed to be apart of a batch of missives that had been deleted to cover criminal misconduct, are said to reveal wrongdoing by Murdoch's son, James Murdoch and former editor, Rebekah Brooks, who was arrested several weeks ago in the case. People are demanding members of the Murdoch clan involved in the scandal be arrested as well.

This week, James Murdoch was questioned again in the British Parliament for two hours, over discrepancies uncovered regarding his first appearance, where his statements were later refuted by News Corp employees as lies. Murdoch went into Parliament and lied once again, blaming the entire crime spree on other employees of the company, when paper and email evidence have been made public indicating he knew, condoned, encouraged and supported phone hacking as a way to illegally gain intellectual property belonging to others and scoops to print in their newspapers.

British MP Tom Watson let Murdoch have it, referring to him as a "mafia boss" running a "criminal enterprise." He is not alone in retaining this view, as British citizens have been protesting the Murdoch family's mafia behavior, with picket signs reflecting the same. The U.S. government is also investigating News Corp in America for using "mafia tactics" to bully, rob and destroy business rivals.

As the person that broke the phone hacking story first regarding News Corp, I can attest, I have been subjected to "mafia tactics" ordered by Murdoch and his crony, Madonna, who has ties to the mafia, via a relative, a former private investigator and an ex-boyfriend in Miami, who she is working with again.

As stated on the site previously, I am working on a new business venture (a store). I spoke to one of my relatives that has two successful businesses in operation for over 18-years and her advice to me was "find your niche" work at it and build up a clientele. It was good, ethical advice.

I bring that up because when you look at how News Corp operates, they don't believe in finding one's niche and fitting in in the marketplace. They believe in illegally spying on and coveting other people's business and assets, then resorting to "mafia tactics" to rob, dismantle and destroy other companies, then illegally absorb them into News Corp, in criminal violation of the law.

The Murdochs get richer and many people poorer and it has greatly damaged the world economy in every nation he has done this in. Murdoch has illegally gobbled up so many companies and their assets, via dirty business practices forbidden by law and in the process putting many people in the unemployment line. "Occupy Wall Street" protestors, took their fight to the mansions of the rich and famous in New York, taking particular care they went to the Fifth Avenue home of News Corp CEO, Rupert Murdoch. It is quite fitting they should protest Murdoch, a man who has made his money via theft, illegally running people out of business to steal their assets and criminally spying on many via commissioned phone hacking, hacking and wiretapping, then shamefully printing the contents of the unlawful surveillance in his newspapers for profit. Murdoch also uses his Fox News and Sky News networks to stir up controversy, hate, division and racism for financial gain. This is a man that has been caught red-handed bribing police to get away with robbing and abusing innocent people.

Murdoch is one of the key figures responsible for the horrible financial crisis that has hit America, which also spread to prominent nations of the world, due to his unbridled greed and illegal tactics. His disgraceful use of News Corp television networks, to push through and promote a corrupt and corrosive political and financial agenda, enabled Murdoch and others like him to get richer, while the world as a whole became poorer and suffered. It's time to reverse that unjust development and if the government refuses to legally make this happen, vote them out.

The Judiciary Report is convinced Murdoch's misdeeds via the broadcasting and publishing industries, which he used to exploit, batter and abuse many for profit, has greatly aided in bringing this financial and social calamity on America and by extension the world. He broadcasted this greedy agenda that high profile politicians bowed to and to the detriment of us all. This all transpired under the complicit eye of Congress, who possesses the legal tools to rein him and others in his set in, but have stubbornly refused to do so, allowing brazen high profile criminals to damage so many innocent people.

The damage inflicted on the U.S. economy is so extensive, with much of it long lasting. So many people and companies have sustained permanent damage during the ongoing financial crisis. Until the White House, U.S. Congress and the British Parliament arrest Murdoch, his kin and other similarly corrupt individuals, the financial damage will continue to rage on.

A world of several billion people are being made to suffer for the sake of several hundred greedy, lazy, well-connected, high profile individuals that are gouging and stealing to get richer. They are the ones that should be made poor, not the public, via paying restitution and fines for the crimes they have committed. The world is not going to tolerate it much longer. You have unwisely allowed things to reach boiling point.

The slaps on the wrist are not working to deter money motivated criminal behavior, as said financial fraudsters continue to wreak havoc on the global economy in the name of getting richer. Decisive action needs to be taken against the thieves and fraudsters in the corporate sector, who are bringing the country and many allied nations down.

How can recovery happen when the main criminals that caused the calamity in the first place, are still running loose and unethically trading in business like nothing happened. You've allowed them to get away with murder, which is a recipe for disaster. America was not meant to be a nation with a tiny group of rich and a massive amount of poor. That's not going to work. It is not in this nation's psyche to adapt to such a demotion, after many decades of prosperity and it shall only breed horrible results. The government is changing the American way of life for the worse and they need to turn around before it is too late.

James Murdoch, the son of greedy News Corp CEO, Rupert Murdoch, is being summons back to the British Parliament, after reports surfaced from lawyers and former employees, stating he flat out lied to the legislature, during the highly publicized hearing.

Murdoch tried to unethically and publicly shift the blame in the scandal, to the famous law firm of Harbottle & Lewis. However, the firm contends, the Murdochs were formally made aware of the illegal phone hacking transpiring at News International/News Corp in 2007, but chose to let it continue as a dirty way of doing business at the public's expense.

To recap: as most of you know, News International/News Corp, not only illegally wiretapped and hacked politicians and celebrities, they also criminally invaded the privacy of murdered children. It was even discovered, they unlawfully tampered with an investigation into the death of murdered school girl, Milly Dowler, via phone hacking, by reading/listening to, then deleting her phone messages. This gave the police and her family the false impression, Dowler had simply run away and was still checking her messages. She was later brutally murdered by a club bouncer and her body was discovered dumped in the woods.

The Murdochs have tarnished the reputation of one of Britain's top firms, Harbottle & Lewis, to cover their own backsides, whilst lying to the public. Other law firms have been tainted by the scandal as well. It's time the Murdochs take full responsibility for their criminal deeds, as the average person believes they are guilty.

Rupert Murdoch’s strange son, James Murdoch, is being devoured by former employees of the family’s company News International/News Corp, for lying in the British Parliament about phone hacking politicians, celebrities and children, who were murder victims.

More people have come forward from the company and law firms that have represented it, stating they informed James Murdoch and by extension his dad, of the "widespread" use of phone hacking, which is illegal wiretapping and hacking, taking place at News International/News Corp, but it was ignored in favor of profits. An email both Murdochs were privy to three years ago is being used as evidence against them.

As stated on the site a month ago, Rupert Murdoch's News Corp, installed employee Andy Coulson at 10 Downing Street in London, for dubious reasons, as he was being paid a large salary by the company, while he worked for British Prime Minister, David Cameron (News Corp Continued To Pay Andy Coulson After He Quit To Spy On British Government).

This week it has been confirmed that Murdoch continued to pay Coulson after he resigned from News International/News Corp and began working for the Prime Minister, also allowing him to keep his company car and health insurance. This was a violation of House of Commons' rules. Murdoch and his son, James Murdoch, lied in Parliament "claiming ignorance" regarding Coulson's salary.

As thieving and stingy as Murdoch has been with employees and rivals, why would he be so generous to a man, Coulson, who had supposedly quit working for him. That's because he never stopped working for Murdoch and had become his spy in the Prime Minister's office. Coulson was planted in the highest government office in Britain, to spy on and direction Cameron in the manner Murdoch wanted him to go.

This is very alarming for a number of reasons. First of all, Murdoch is not a British citizen and should not be directly meddling in and attempting to control politics in the United Kingdom, especially at such a high level, as it is inappropriate. This went well beyond ordering journalists to write a narrative promoting Murdoch's political views. This man was unlawfully in Downing Street trying to control, manipulate and bully a few Prime Ministers in a row, into doing his bidding.

One doubts he means the aforementioned people well. Murdoch has destroyed so many lives in Britain with his newspaper scandals and phone hacking, even spying in the lives of deceased children who are murder victims, cheated the British taxpayer out of a fortune and ran a number of Britons out of business to enrich himself.

Therefore, he really has not acted in the best interest of the country, in conduct that is unprovoked and unseemly. There's no way to pretty it up. Murdoch's behavior does not look right.

Wednesday 24 August 2011 17.14 BST - Andy Coulson appears to have broken House of Commons rules by failing to declare payments and benefits he received from News International while holding a parliamentary pass sponsored by David Cameron.

Registers held in the Commons archive, seen by the Guardian, reveal that in September 2007 – three months after Coulson was employed by Cameron's office – the former News of the World editor failed to declare the health insurance, company car and severance payments he was receiving from his old employers.

The records also show that for at least two months after he resigned from his position as No 10's head of communications in January this year, Coulson continued to hold a parliamentary pass, sponsored by Downing Street, which allowed him access to parliament as a No 10 employee...
