Parliament Lights Up With Massive Mural Of Usain Bolt To Celebrate His Historic Win

Usain Bolt image projected on the Houses of Parliament in London

The British Parliament projected a light mural of the fastest man alive, Usain Bolt, on the side of its building, to commemorate his win at the 2012 London Olympics. Bolt defended his title in the 100m race in sensational form and it was a nice tribute to his achievement.

It's been reported, Bolt's race on August 5, 2012, was the most watched event of the Olympics in Britain and America. Thus far, it has also received the highest global ratings as well. When NBC in America delayed airing the race on television, people in the United States flocked to the network's website, which created so much internet traffic it crashed the servers.
