British Prime Minister David Cameron's Naughty Joke Cracks Up Parliament

Did The PM Have An Austin Powers Moment Without Knowing It

British Prime Minister, David Cameron, has apologized for a seemingly innocent-turned-naughty comment he made in Parliament, during an exchange with MP Nadine Dorries. In response to her criticism of his Deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg, Cameron began by stating, "I know you are extremely frustrated..." to which the entire male dominated room fell to pieces, laughing at the perceived sexual connotation behind the statement. As the phrase goes, "Boys will be boys." Some are under the impression that British people are not very sexual, but they are just as red blooded as anyone else.

Side Bar: President Obama recently said he is "frustrated." Does it have the same meaning when it's a man...
