Two disc jockeys from Australia's 2Day FM, Mel Greig and Michael Christian, tearfully apologized in televised interviews, over the suicide death of one of their hoax victims, Jacintha Saldanha, a nurse to Prince William's wife Kate Middleton.

Last week, Middleton was admitted to King Edward VII hospital in London, suffering from "severe morning sickness. The two DJs telephoned the hospital pretending to be Middleton's in-laws, Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles and were able to unlawfully extract patient information on Middleton. Saldanha was the one that put the call through.

Some pranks are funny, others are not. This one is the latter. For the record, there is nothing funny about unlawfully attempting to access another person's medical records/information. It is sad and regrettable Saldanha took her life over the incident, due to the negative publicity and embarrassment the prank provoked.

It is now being stated, the disc jockeys could face potential criminal charges for unlawfully recording another individual. They should also face charges for illegally extracting a person's confidential medical information. There will most likely be a civil suit against the disc jockeys and the radio station as well. 

Side Bar: On a personal note, I'm not fond of radio disc jockeys contacting people about serious situations under false pretenses. It is reckless and immature. As some of my readers will recall, a DJ from Nova's 919 pop music radio station in Australia contacted me about the Madonna case and lied about his true intent for wanting me on the show. He deliberately withheld pertinent information, such as the fact Madonna and her label sponsored and arranged the radio segment on her they tried to lure me into, which was to and did feature her family and friends, of which I am neither.

I also found out after I declined the show invite, the station is co-owned by Rupert Murdoch's son, Lachlan Murdoch (Illyria Pty Ltd). As many of you know, I was the first to break the phone hacking scandal via a police complaint I filed with the Metropolitan Police in 2005 (Rupert Murdoch's News Corp). So I guess the radio show stunt was payback for me going to the police, erm, but I ended up turning down the show and clowning the DJ online, which ticked him off no end *blows kiss at.*

My dad's a radio DJ with over 20-years experience on air. My aunt is also a radio personality of many years. Quality broadcasting is good music, relevant news, human interest features of public interest and innocuous, humorous banter. A recent revelation in the phone hacking scandal revealed News Corp executives, such as James Murdoch, who is the son of CEO, Rupert Murdoch, have secret iPhones that were hidden from investigators. There mere fact anyone would need a secret phone says they are hiding something and in a case like this one does not have to guess it would be criminality.

Police are searching for the contents of these secret mobile phones for more evidence in the growing case that has already netted charges against two of Murdoch's top executives, Rebekah Brooks and Andy Coulson. James Murdoch should be arrested and charged as well, as emails and testimony reveal he has lied to the public, police and parliament about the crimes he and others have been committing at News Corp.

The Judiciary Report is of the belief the Murdoch family should not own Sky (network and satellite) in Britain, as they don't care about the country and are constantly insulting Britons and publicly so. They are an ungrateful, wretched family, as the British public made them quite rich by buying millions of copies of their newspapers each week, watching their films (20th Century Fox) and subscribing to their cable service (Sky). 

Briton has millionaires and billionaires and Sky should go to a British native or someone in the commonwealth that has shown genuine interest and care regarding the country. The Murdochs are arrogantly behaving like Britain did something to them, when they are the ones breaking the law to criminally spy on people in everyway they can, even children who are murder victims.

His shifty son, James Murdoch, recently resigned from News Corp, under a cloud of suspicion, due to emails revealing he knew of, encouraged and condoned criminal phone hacking, to obtain scoops and exclusives for News Corps news outlets.

How can I put this delicately, who will be Murdoch's success when he kicks the bucket. His eldest son Lachlan Murdoch left News Corp to invest in Australian television, after unethically pushing a CEO out of his job. Far be it from a Murdoch to earn anything in life and do things the right way.

Murdoch's daughter Elisabeth is a crooked, shameless copyright thief, who started her own production company, with copyrights she criminally stole from others. That leaves Murdoch's wife Wendi, who is very smart and well educated, but rattled and embarrassed by all of the arrests in the phone hacking scandal. The only answer is for the entire Murdoch clan to step down and let someone else run News Corp or there will be massive trouble ahead in this regard.

Editors Rebekah Brooks and Andy Coulson, who resigned from Rupert Murdoch's News Corp, due to the terrible phone hacking scandal, are set to face the British Parliament next week.  The two former News International/News Corp executives that unwisely let the crooked, corrupt Murdoch family use them to do their dirty work, are expected to answer a wide range of hard hitting questions about their involvement in the criminal act of phone hacking.

Mrs. Brooks could lose her mansion and London flat (apartment) due to lawsuits stemming from her unlawful conduct on behalf of the Murdochs and News International/News Corp 

Both have already been arrested by the Metropolitan Police in the criminal inquiry, Brooks was nabbed twice, so it is in their best interest to stop covering for Murdoch. However, they may not see it that way. Murdoch has given Brooks 5,000,000 British pounds to shut her mouth. Coulson's financial payout is thought to be less.

The British government slammed News International/News Corp CEO, Rupert Murdoch and his son, James Murdoch, in a report on the phone hacking scandal scandal. The Murdoch's invasive criminal conduct has victimized members of the public, whose privacy was perversely invaded for profit, to gain scoops for his newspapers and television networks.

Two weeks ago, on April 20, 2012, British Member of Parliament, (MP) Tom Watson, stated in his book "Dial M For Murdoch" that a representative sent on behalf of ruthless Rupert Murdoch, CEO of News International, a subsidiary of his evil media empire, News Corp, tried to sacrifice editor and public relations executive, Andy Coulson, in the phone hacking scandal (News Corp's Andy Coulson From The Phone Hacking Scandal Is Struggling With Mental Illness).

The News Corp staff needs to wake up and smell the coffee. The Murdochs are willing to betray anyone to stay out of prison, even if it means his staff goes to prison. 20 April 2012 - Labour MP Watson has alleged that he was approached last June by an "intermediary" from News International offering a deal that would have seen David Cameron's ex-spin doctor Andy Coulson sacrificed.

I've been in London, England for over a week, staying with family. Remember my rant two days ago, about News Corp and its CEO Rupert Murdoch and his fellow Kabbalah member, Madonna. Well, yesterday, on my way out to do some work, I'd walked about two minutes from my relative's house of nearly 20-years, to go get public transport.

After a few short minutes of waiting, I saw Rupert Murdoch's right-hand man, Andy Coulson, walking in my direction. Coulson is one of the figures in the phone hacking scandal, who was arrested and subsequently fired from a Downing Street government job that Murdoch installed him in, to spy for him. While I was quietly waiting on public transport, I was admiring the architecture on a row of stately, picturesque old mews homes across the street from where I was standing, surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants (I'm addicted to architecture). Then I looked to the right and saw Coulson staring at me, as he slowly walked along side his bicycle (dude, you're supposed to ride those).

I briefly stared back at him puzzled/frowning, as it was strange to see him out like that after all the bad publicity. Then he frowned at me a bit, with this look of shame, crossed the street and began visibly and angrily muttering to himself, whilst looking at the ground, as he walked along side his bicycle. Dude, based on what I saw yesterday, if you want to plead insanity in the case, you will get that.

Seriously, in furiously talking to himself in the manner he was and publicly so, it gave the appearance he is struggling with mental illness, in some sort of mental breakdown. Coulson needs help before he has a complete meltdown or worse. He is clearly not in a good frame of mind. He had the appearance of a broken man.

This is what comes of working for deranged Rupert Murdoch. The way I saw Coulson lividly talking to himself in public and not caring that people could see him doing so, is pretty sad and an indication that his mind is very troubled. He worked for Murdoch, commanding a salary of over one million dollars per year. Coulson then gained a public relations position in the highest office in Britain, that of the Prime Minister's office, but took a terrible fall from grace when he was arrested for phone hacking.

Murdoch convinced his entire staff that they are untouchable in committing crimes against the public that he and his family ordered. Then Murdoch betrayed his staff, allowing them to take the fall for him and his corrupt kids. Coulson is a smart, good looking man. Why he got mixed up with sleazy, power obsessed Murdoch is a mystery. Like the song says, "Must be the money."

Side Bar: I was informed that Murdoch is bribing members of his staff to take the fall for him and his family in the phone hacking case. They are being offered huge sums of money to lie and pretend he and his family did not order the criminal behavior. No amount of money is worth the shame and his employees need to start thinking about their own families, rather than the Murdochs, who got them into this mess in the first place.

Side Bar 2: to Mr. Coulson, I wasn't trying to ruin your life or anyone else's when I broke the phone hacking case online and in a police complaint in 2005. However, unprovoked, the Murdochs, in conjunction with equally greedy madwoman, Madonna, tried to ruin my life, in very cruel and unethical ways.

They covetously did so in attempting to destroy me in any manner they can, in trying to fully steal my very valuable Copyrighted Catalog, they have been criminally using without permission. They got so carried away with this madness, they began interfering in my home life as well and had my family and friends criminally harassed in violation of the law. I was never going to stand for that. Not now and not ever. I will not stop until everyone involved is locked up.

A bitter and feeble looking Murdoch, who has lost pounds in what can be dubbed worry weight, has become angry that the establishment he once bullied, threatened and manipulated, has turned on him over a scandal that has appalled the world.

Being the bitter Betty he is, Murdoch has been throwing people under the bus, left, right and center, trying to take down as many folks with him as possible. He needs to be a man for a change and face the consequences of his criminal actions. He needs to quit lying, as Murdoch and his twisted little family concocted this criminal invasion of privacy scheme that has victimized the public. He needs to own up to it.

Note to Murdoch: Mark my words, if I don't get you with this scandal, I shall get you with the next one, which is far worse in nature, regarding the scope of your criminal activity. You and your associates are going to learn a horrible lesson about the ills of criminally hacking my phones, emails and computers, plus infringing my copyrights, for undue enrichment and interfering in my personal life. I will not break the law, but I will break your company, much like you tried to do to mine.

Another thing, what's this rumor I hear about your wife, Wendi and a member of your staff. The Viagra not working for you anymore? *smirks and blows the kiss of an enemy at Murdoch.*

News Corp Subsidiary NDS Hacked Into Direct TV And Echo Star To Spy On Customers In Their Homes

On February 13, 2012 in the article The FBI Lies About Properly Investigating News Corp For Phone Hacking, Hacking And Police Bribery the Judiciary Report accused News Corp of using Direct TV equipment to illegally spy on people in their homes, via audio and visual means. This is also a claim the Judiciary Report has maintained for years (Sick Surveillance - Hidden Camera Charges and University Student Kills Himself Over Sex Tape).

Yesterday, the New York Times published an article regarding the company NDS, owned by News Corp, hacking and stealing copyrighted data belonging to Direct TV, whose cable systems they infected with spyware. What the public does not realize is, in NDS tampering with software used in cable boxes, on behalf of News Corp and others, to spy on people in their homes, they surreptitiously beam the visuals back to the control center, criminally invading the privacy of those they target. It's the same technological criminal concept as the laptop webcam spying cases (Truth Comes Out In School Webcam Spying Case).

The New York Times wrote of the Direct TV lawsuit against NDS/News Corp, alleging hacking and trade secret theft, "DirecTV also sued DNS, alleging fraud and misappropriation of trade secrets. Vivendi and DirecTV withdrew the lawsuits. In January, the United States Supreme Court ruled in favor of NDS and awarded the company $19 million in damages after a protracted battle with EchoStar (now Dish Network). In a 2003 lawsuit, EchoStar had accused NDS of hacking into its system."

I am a former Direct TV customer and was illegally spied on in my home with the illegally obtained surveillance data, forwarded to Murdoch and Madonna's Kabbalah cult, who repeatedly approached me in public telling me in great detail what was going on in my home, in a manner you had to have not only heard, but seen into my very home to know. These are serious federal offenses that not only criminally violate domestic law, but international as well. News Corp and Kabbalah are very sick, despicable, deeply perverted and depraved entities that need to be brought to justice in a court of law.

The question is why did the Supreme Court corruptly rule in favor of lawbreaking, bribe issuing NDS/News Corp, even in the midst of the terrible, disgraceful phone hacking scandal that gripped the world and revealed extensive criminal activity at the company, with over 30 of its employees being arrested for crimes against the public. It does not inspire confidence in the Supreme Court. It raises many questions as to what is going on in the Supreme Court that time after time they rule in favor of corrupt, lawbreaking entities such as News Corp.

In this case a "consultant" is code for a "computer hacker" from Europe that broke into the computers of ITV, copied, then post the rival company's copyrighted codes/intellectual property that runs their service. News Corp is such a ruthless, shameful, dirty company with no integrity or standards.

This hacking and harassment is what I have been writing about for years. The Murdoch family is villainous and contemptible, as they go about criminally sabotaging and robbing other companies and their executives. They believe in breaking the law via malicious computer hacking, phone hacking, wiretapping, roving bugs (mobile phones bugs that secretly listen to conversations any room the phone is present), hidden cameras secretly planted in homes and offices, drones and stalking, via a team of violent, felonious private investigators and their thugs, (who have serious criminal records) to infiltrate, rob and dismantle any company they deem a competitor, with the goal of driving them out of business and stealing their assets.

This type of criminal conduct is detrimental to business everywhere. It damages nations, economies, companies and families. For every company with millions or billions in assets, whether intangible or tangible, the Murdochs criminally destroy or damage, then rob, represents jobs gone from global economies, as they are engaging in these blatant crimes in Britain, America, Australia, Canada and the Caribbean. What kind of evil, abominable family does something like that. That sick, greedy family is a menace to society. They need to be locked up for the economic and public safety of the world, as they believe in financial crime and violence to get ahead.

The Murdochs should be forced to register as sex offenders for having private investigators stalk and film rivals' underage children, as they did to an attorney representing victims in the phone hacking case - not to mention spying on people in their homes via phone hacking (secretly turning on the cameras on people's phones and watching them in different states of undress without their knowledge). Britain's press regulator, slammed by victims of tabloid phone hacking, to be shut down

Posted: 03/8/2012 6:21 PM - LONDON - Britain's press regulator, much criticized amid a scandal over tabloid phone hacking, confirmed Thursday that it is to be abolished and replaced with a new body. The Press Complaints Commission said it had appointed a "director of transition" to conduct the shutdown as quickly as possible and overseee the creation of a new body, "including transferring staff, assets and liabilities."

The industry-funded body has been called weak and ineffective by victims of tabloid intrusion, who have increasingly turned to the courts instead for redress. It can demand a newspaper publish an apology, but has no power to issue fines. "Harry Potter" author J.K. Rowling was one of several celebrities to criticize the regulator in testimony to Britain's judge-led media ethics inquiry, calling it "toothless ... a wrist-slapping exercise at best."...

Two journalists from Rupert Murdoch's Sun newspaper, apart of News International/News Corp, tried to commit suicide and were rushed to a local hospital in England. It is thought the recent seizure of millions of emails and paper files in the phone hacking and computer hacking scandal, caused the journalist to attempt suicide, for fear of going to prison due to incriminating evidence.

However, said journalists need to man up, as the phrase goes. Do your time in prison, as your debt to society and try to rebuild your lives. Number one, they should not be covering for the Murdoch family, who are largely responsible for the scandal, but are hanging employees out to dry to save their own corrupt backsides.

Number two, employees need to come clean in the scandal and tell the police and public what they know, as this corruption and criminal activity came straight from the Murdoch family and worked its way down.
