Kim Kardashian Sues Blog Site Media Take Out Over Insurance Scam Claims After $11,000,000 Jewelry Theft

Kim Kardashian filed a claim for her stolen wedding ring, among other alleged pilfered pieces of jewelry

Reality star, Kim Kardashian, has sued gossip blog Media Take Out for libel, due to the website stating she engaged in an insurance scam, after allegedly being held at gunpoint and robbed of $11,000,000 her jewelry. Media Take Out is owned by Fred Mwangaguhunga. It is one of the most viewed sites on the internet.

Kardashian's lawyer stated Media Take Out wrote she, "Faked the robbery, lied about the violent assault, and then filed a fraudulent claim with her insurance company to bilk her carrier out of millions of dollars." The fact of the matter is many on social networking sites have written items indicating they are of the belief the Kardashian's staged the robbery. Media Take Out shares their view and published it online.

Kardashian's lawyer further stated, "Kardashian was assaulted and robbed by two masked men, who placed a gun to her head, duct-taped her hands, legs and mouth, and then left her lying helplessly on the bathroom floor of her rented apartment while the thieves absconded with millions of dollars in jewelry. As if that ordeal were not awful enough, Defendants made it worse by publishing on the Website, only hours after the assault, that Kardashian faked the robbery and then committed insurance fraud by filing a claim with her carrier."

Am I sorry for Kardashian? No, she's a thief herself (you reap what you sow) and Kim and the Kardashians have been sued repeatedly by many copyright and trademark owners all over America for stealing their intellectual property/products and slapping the family name on it like it is their own.

I will state this though, Media Take Out took a big risk writing that Kardashian staged the robbery and engaged in an insurance scam. The last part in particular about the insurance scam was risky, as it is a serious accusation and not easy to prove. Even if people online think Kardashian had the robbery staged (and many do based on comments on social networking) in order for you to write it on a website, you must have proof, lest you get sued.

You could attempt to legally compel Kardashian to submit to a lie detector test regarding the robbery. You could also depose her for 3-hours on the matter until all the details come out. While you're at it, find out how many industrial plants had workers working overtime to product her butt implants that now look like a diaper gone very wrong.

Kim Kardashian Sues Website Over Claims She Faked Paris Robbery

October 11, 2016 - Kim Kardashian isn't taking a gossip site's claim that she lied about her traumatic Paris robbery lightly. The reality star is suing mediatakeout.com and its owner Fred Mwangaguhunga for libel per se. "After having been the victim of a horrific and traumatic armed robbery in France, Kim Kardashian returned to the United States only to again be victimized, but this time by an online gossip tabloid that published a series of articles in early October 2016 referring to her a liar and thief," writes Kardashian attorney Andrew Brettler in a complaint filed Tuesday in New York federal court...

Derrick Rose Accuser Brought Sex Toy To Orgy Then Claimed She Was Raped In Dubious Story

Derrick Rose going into court in Los Angeles, California last week

Multi-millionaire basketball player Derrick Rose has been in court for a bitter trial, as he has been sued by his ex-girlfriend of 20-months (on and off) for gang rape. The lawsuit was filed in 2015, two years after the alleged incident, which is bizarre. Rose's friends Ryan Allen and Randall Hampton are named in the lawsuit as well. What's even more bizarre is 10 additional men are listed as "John Doe" defendants. It lends the impress she is accusing Rose of allowing 12 men to have sex with her without her consent.

Rose and his accuser had a consensual sexual relationship, but he began cheating. Rose's accuser, a gold digger, feared she would be dumped and began making scandalous accusations against him while demanding money. She threatened to sue Rose if he did not pay up.

Rose's accuser wanted millions of dollars to keep quiet, prompting him to call her bluff. She then sued Rose for $21,500,000, rather than going to the police about the alleged rape. She did not go to the hospital or a doctor to have a rape kit administered for evidence police use to prosecute rapists. She did not even have the standard screening done for sexually transmitted diseases or pregnancy.
Rose's accuser also claimed she was drunk, but the athlete stated she had one shot of tequila, did not exhibit the signs of intoxication and sent him lucid text messages during that time period. Rose's accuser also claimed she was drugged, but under cross-examination in court admitted she saw no drugs at the orgy and was not tested for drugs or alcohol after the alleged incident.

Rather than go to police about the alleged rape, she went to a lawyer and filed a lawsuit first, clearly illustrating the entire incident is a cash grab and not about justice. The Judiciary Report already expressed the view last year that Rose's accuser is not being truthful (Derrick Rose Gang Rape Accuser Is Not Telling The Whole Truth And Here's What Truly Happened...). She got vindictive, as her meal ticket would not marry her and was just using her for sex.

As the case wore along, more evidence surfaced recently undermining the accuser's rape claims. Rose's lawyer recently presented evidence revealing the athlete's accuser brought a sex toy to the incident, referred to as a "sex belt." A series of text messages prior to the alleged incident, illustrates the athlete requested she buy and bring the $269.00 "sex belt" to the orgy and he would financially reimburse her. She had also brought a sex harness to Rose's house as a gift.

A follow up text message that was sent after the alleged rape also shows the accuser texting the athlete demanding financial reimbursement for the "sex belt" and cab fare. She provided her bank account number in one of the texts for him to do so. Rose reimbursed her for the cost of the "sex belt" and cab fare.

Baller Alert stated this is the woman accusing Rose of rape

A text message that was withheld by the court also reveals the accuser sent Rose an item asking why he did not have sex with her friend she brought to his home, "She was mad at me babe why u have me bring a b***h and u ain't fina f**k her." A rape victim is not going to send that type of text message to her alleged rapist. Nowhere in the text messages after the alleged rape is there any mention of non-consensual sex with anyone. The jury should have been given this information.

First of all, a text message obtained by Rose's lawyer revealed she stated to a friend she brought to the orgy, "I need a very wealthy man. We should go find one" prior to flirting with Rose at a Los Angeles night club. Her friend later came to Rose's defense stating her claims against the athlete are not true.

She was a gold digger hanging out at places celebrities go to, such as Shutters restaurant in Malibu, though she did not have much money, due to being broke and at times unemployed. She was hoping to meet and marry a rich, famous man. However, they kept using her for sex then casting her aside. If you're willing to have sex with a famous man and bring him other women to have sex with as well, he's not going to respect or take you seriously. Only a gold digger would do that.

A woman who loves a man would be angry, devastated, heartbroken and jealous regarding other women having sex with him and wouldn't tolerate it. Gold diggers are not phased by the cheating because they are hanging on to live lavishly, get gifts and the money. They could care less about the famous man. Any woman who agrees to an open relationship does not love you (and vice versa) and is hanging around for the money and your fame.

Second of all, who brings a sex toy to a rape. Which victim brings a "sex belt" to a rape. She went there to have consensual sex. The latest evidence cements the fact Rose's accuser is not telling the truth. She has muddied a man's name, casting a rape shadow over his reputation, over something that has all the appearances of a lie.

Thirdly, Rose's accuser claims she is prudish, but is actually promiscuous. The trial revealed Rose's accuser had sex with two other other famous basketball players on different occasions (Nick Young is one of them). That's hardly prudish. That's called being a groupie.

This is not fair nor is it right. Women should be very careful throwing the word "rape" around. Rape is a terrible thing that has severely traumatized many women. It's not fair for someone to cry wolf, diminishing the likelihood that real rape victims will be believed when the speak out and destroy a man's name in the process.

Sex Belt

The accuser should face charges and a fine for wasting the court's time and damaging a man's name. It's hard to shake the tag of rapist, because when the man is innocent, there will still be some that believe he committed the crime and engage in abusive behavior against him.

Rose did not love his on and off girlfriend, who is now falsely accusing him of rape. He stated on the stand, "Our relationship was sexual and it wasn't exclusive." Rose was not even jealous when his friends had sex with his on and off girlfriend, because he saw her as a groupie and did not love her. Any man that would pass you around to others does not love you.

Rose also had another girlfriend in Chicago that his accuser knew about the whole time and the fact he had sex with other women as well, but stuck around trying to get his money. However, when she realized his money would not be hers and another woman would get it via marriage, she became angry.

In closing, male celebrities need to wise up and stop being promiscuous. Some women target male celebrities for their money and to leech off their fame. Decent women do not do that. A woman who loves you won't be asking you for money/gifts or use you because you are famous (name dropping to get what she wants and or using your connections for personal gain). She won't sell you out to the press either, doing sly tell-alls directly or using a third party as her mouthpiece, disclosing your personal business because she didn't get the money.

Pebbles Scores Legal Victory In Defamation Case Regarding VH1 Movie 'CrazySexyCool:The TLC Story' As Judge States Case Can Proceed

Pebbles

Singer/songwriter Pebbles, real name Perri Reid, scored a legal victory in her defamation case against cable network, VH1 and its parent company, Viacom, who are the makers of the 2013 television movie "CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story." The judge in the case ruled the defamation case can go forward to trial. The defendants are taking a big risk not settling with Pebbles, who has sued them for $40,000,000.

Pebbles is the former founder and manager of the most successful female singing group in history, TLC. The VH1 network made a television movie of the group's life that drew 5,000,000 viewers in its first airing. Subsequent re-airings were viewed by millions more people. The defamation was widespread and made Pebbles the brunt of hateful, threatening comments on social networking and disparaging articles in the press and blogosphere.

TLC, L.A. Reid and Pebbles in the 1990s

The film was told from the perspective of the group, who had fallen out with Pebbles years prior, over a contract dispute. Pebbles named the group, trademarked it, auditioned girls to be members and put hundreds of thousands of dollars into making them a success. Pebbles, who was at the top of the charts at the time, also used her music industry contacts to get TLC the best producers, songwriters, video directors and choreographers. Without Pebbles, there would not have been a TLC.

Pebbles gave the group standard industry contracts all new artists get. However, TLC accused Pebbles of robbing them, which was demonstrably false and later denied by her ex-husband, L.A. Reid, one of the co-founders of LaFace Records, the label the group recorded for during the prime years of their collective career.

TLC's television movie "CrazySexyCool"

L.A. Reid recently stated what the Judiciary Report has maintained from 2013 regarding Clive Davis' Arista Records/BMG reaping the lion's share of the money from TLC (and other recording artists). Reid stated in February 2016, "In fairness to her (Pebbles), she doesn't collect the money from record sales. Record companies do that. At that point, we were in a joint venture with Arista and BMG. So if Pebbles is accused of not paying TLC, then that means that I didn't pay her, which means that they didn't pay me."

The movie was billed as a true story, not the standard "based on a true story" or a fictionalized retelling of events, which would grant some poetic license and let viewers know the film contains fiction. Upon viewing the film, there were historical inaccuracies and lies. Key details unflattering to TLC were also left out of the television biopic. The 40-plus page Pebbles lawsuit listed 15 lies and inconsistencies in the movie, illustrating she was defamed. For example, lies contained in the movie are Pebbles and TLC had the same lawyer and she controlled the attorney, the group were only paid $25.00 per week, Pebbles fired Chilli, T-Boz told Pebbles she had Sickle Cell prior to signing her contract and asked her to put money before her health, Pebbles did not furnish them with a copy of their contracts, Pebbles was aware Chilli had an abortion and was involved in her decision to do so. It's crazy that they lied like this for a film.

Pebbles

VH1 and Viacom even made a retraction stating the film was not a true story but "fictionalized" version of events. However, to those who watched the film, it was billed as a true story. Pebbles was greatly damaged by the public hatred and illegal threats directed at her the moment the film aired. VH1 and Viacom needs to be financially penalized, via punitive damages, for being reckless in what pushed Pebbles into a deep depression.

You shouldn't play with people's lives like that because you feel you are in a position of authority to film something that's been sensationalized and is not in keeping with the truth. Pebbles and TLC had their differences, but the movie was an inaccurate and unfair retelling of what transpired. No due diligence was done, as business records in the State of Georgia, court documents from TLC's bankruptcy and the second filing of group member Tionne Watkins (T-Boz), as well as label contracts they have in their possession could have been used to develop a clearer picture of what transpired. A deposition in Pebbles' defamation lawsuit revealed the filmmakers relied solely on T-Boz and Chilli's word on what transpired and used it wholesale in the movie without fact checking.

Clive Davis and L.A. Reid. Music industry experts know, Davis is the one who made the lion's share of the money off TLC. However, Pebbles was made the scapegoat.

The movie conveniently left out Atlanta radio station reports of an argument between TLC member Chilli and Pebbles over her cheating with then husband L.A. Reid. The film was not properly researched nor did it use independent industry insiders who could have given an accurate picture of what was the standard in the music industry at the time.

Former TLC member, the late Left Eye, real name Lisa Lopes, went on to start her own production label, emulating what Pebbles had done with her company Pebbitone. Ironically, Lopes gave TLC look and sound alike group, Blaque, the same type of deal Pebbles had given TLC. It speaks volumes. The same type of record deal is in use in the music industry today.

TLC today is Chilli (left) and T-Boz (right)

In other TLC news, the group is still being slammed over collecting nearly $500,000 in donation money on Kickstarter to make a new album, that is two years later. Many people donated to the effort and nothing had materialized (R&B Group TLC Slammed On Twitter For Collecting $430,000 In Donations For An Album That Has Not Materialized).

Additionally, the music industry is not what it once was in many ways. It is likely difficult for TLC to get the type of material they are used to from the days at LaFace. I think TLC may have taken on too much, especially with Watkins battling Sickle Cell Anemia. It's great to make an album, but it can get stressful under the wrong circumstances.

Perri ‘Pebbles’ Reid to proceed with $40M Viacom suit

September 19, 2016 | 3:48am - An Atlanta federal judge has ruled that R&B act TLC’s creator and former manager Perri “Pebbles” Reid can proceed with a case to sue Viacom for allegedly defaming her in a 2013 VH1 biopic, “CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story.” Viacom filed a motion last year stating Reid had no case, but the judge ruled against it Thursday. Reid signed the band in 1991, and TLC went on to become one of the biggest-selling female acts, with hits like “Waterfalls.” They later filed for bankruptcy, and the film claims Reid only paid the group $25 a week. Reid is seeking $40 million in damages.

Her lawyer Stacey Godfrey Evans told us: “We are thrilled with this major win against Viacom and look forward to justice . . . Ms. Reid worked hard to ensure the success of TLC, and she is ready to present that story to a jury. The negative portrayal of her in the TLC movie is simply not the truth.”...

Donald Trump's Wife Melania Trump Sues Media For Calling Her A Former Escort

Donald Trump and Melania Trump

The release of nude and semi-nude modeling pictures of Melania Trump, the wife of U.S. presidential candidate, Donald Trump, created a scandal in the press. Melania took the pictures during the early stages of her modeling career in Europe, prior to marrying Donald Trump. Some media outlets began writing spin off stories during the scandal, claiming Melania was an escort, with the standard inference that sex for money was involved.

The escort claims crossed the line in Melania's eyes and she has initiated legal proceedings against several news outlets over the story. Melania's representative stated on her behalf, "Mrs. Trump has placed several news organizations on notice of her legal claims against them, including Daily Mail among others, for making false and defamatory statements about her supposedly having been an 'escort' in the 1990s. All such statements are 100% false, highly damaging to her reputation, and personally hurtful. She understands that news media have certain leeway in a presidential campaign, but outright lying about her in this way exceeds all bounds of appropriate news reporting and human decency."

Man Drops Gay Slur Fake Cake Lawsuit Against Whole Foods And Is Sued By The Supermarket After It Is Discovered He Made Up The Homophobic Incident

Jordan Brown

A gay so-called "pastor" Jordan Brown, filed a lawsuit against the Whole Foods supermarket company, alleging its bakery department in Austin, Texas sold him a cake with the word "fag" on it, which is a slur for homosexuals. The cake allegedly stated "Love wins fag." The store denied the scurrilous allegation. Brown retained an attorney and presented him with the cake box containing the alleged slur cake. I was surprised when I read about this case. It seemed out of character for Whole Foods, as they are happy go lucky hippie supermarket (LOL no shade intended).

Whole Foods, angry that its name was being tarnished, did some investigating. CCTV security footage revealed the UPC label on the alleged slur cake is fake. When Brown left the store the cake's label was on top of the box. However, the cake he and his attorney presented to the public and entered into evidence in court, had the label on the side of the box.

A close up of the fake cake

Whole Foods continued to poke holes in Brown's questionable story. Sensing the scam was up, Brown came clean and dropped the fraudulent lawsuit. Brown However, Whole Foods picked it up - as in suing his backside for lying and defaming their store, which brought a significant amount of bad publicity to their brand.

Whole Foods revealed the only thing the cake stated was "Love wins." It did not state "Love wins fag" which would have been horrible. That would have been a nasty thing to do to someone who ordered a cake. However, Brown was the one who added the word "fag" to the cake, then sued wanting attention (he posted the cake on Twitter) and some quick money (he is in debt up to his eyeballs and has been sued over unpaid student loans).

Jordan Brown tweeted out the fake cake on Twitter slamming Whole Foods over a cake he desecrated

I've shopped at the Whole Foods in London, England (Kensington) several times and had dinner there as well and the staff has been very courteous. The staff at the Whole Foods in Aventura, Florida (Miami) which I'd been to a number of times as well, were also very courteous. As far as I can see, Whole Foods, like Publix supermarkets in America, train their staff to be nice and courteous. So, Brown's story was strange.

People should not make false accusations against companies. Some in the gay community are creating incidents that didn't happen to bring attention to themselves. However, it is not a good idea making up stories about companies. It is destructive to jobs and revenues. People will fight for their reputation when they have been wronged.

Sinead O'Connor Sued For $5,000,000 Over Stating Arsenio Hall Spiked Her Drink And Was Prince's Drug Dealer

Prince

Former talks show host Arsenio Hall, has filed a $5,000,000 defamation lawsuit against singer, Sinead O'Connor. Shortly after the death of singer, Prince, on April 21, 2016, O'Connor, who had remade the late musician's song "Nothing Compares 2 U" and achieved worldwide fame from it, accused Hall of supplying Prince with illegal drugs. O'Connor blamed Hall for Prince's death. O'Connor also referred to Hall as "Prince and Eddie Murphy's b***h" regarding gay rumors that have surrounded them since the 1980s.

Arsenio Hall

O'Connor reported Hall to police in Prince's hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota, as apart of their investigation into his death. Hall labeled the claims defamatory and hit O'Connor with a lawsuit over her conduct. O'Connor has responded to Hall's lawsuit via items posted on her Facebook page. O'Connor labels the lawsuit "laughable threats" and told Hall, "He can suck my d**k. That is if he isn't too busy sucking someone else's." She further stated, "I'm more amused than I've ever dreamed a person could be and look forward very much to how hilarious it will be watching him trying to prove me wrong."

Sinead O'Connor

O'Connor's family has been very worried about her of late. Prior to slamming Hall, she went missing for days, then surfaced online making posts about them on social networking they labeled untrue. In the past, O'Connor stated Prince summoned her to his house in the 1990s and asked her to stop using profanity in promotion of the remake of his song "Nothing Compares 2 U." O'Connor revealed she became angry and started punching Prince. O'Connor stated she and Prince got into a fist fight, prompting her to flee his house in Los Angeles late at night.

Arsenio Hall Sues Sinead O’Connor For $5M For Claiming He Was Prince’s Drug Dealer

Collin Robinson @slangsyllables | May 5, 2016 - 3:59 pm - Sinead O’Connor recently accused Arsenio Hall of fueling his good friend Prince’s drug habit, which led to the artist’s death. According to TMZ, Hall has responded to the tune of a $5 million defamation lawsuit. The funnyman’s lawyers, Marty Singer and Lynda Goldman, filed a suit this morning in which the comedian calls O’Connor a “desperate attention-seeker” for posting a rant on Facebook earlier this week. She called Prince a “longtime hard drug user” and referred to Hall as “Prince’s and Eddie Murphy’s b***h.”

The former late-night host also denies ever supplying Prince with illegal drugs in the lawsuit and adds he hasn’t had contact with O’Connor for 25 years. He also dismisses her claim of spiking her with drugs in the past. Hall furthermore claims that he witnessed O’Connor tell Prince she “detested him” and told the singer to “go f**k himself.” This one may get ugly...

Sinead O'Connor Responds to Arsenio Hall's $5 Million Defamation Lawsuit: It's 'Laughable'

May 8, 2016, 3:00 AM ET - Sinead OConnor performs in Italy on Oct. 5, 2014 and Arsenio Hall attends an event in Burbank, Calif. on May 2, 2016. WATCH Arsenio Hall Suing Sinead O'Connor for $5 Million. Sinead O'Connor has responded to Arsenio Hall's $5 million defamation lawsuit, which the comedian filed last Thursday in Los Angeles, after the Irish singer suggested in a Facebook post that he supplied Prince with drugs.

In a post written Friday on her official Facebook page, O'Connor said she was responding to Hall's "laughable threats." She wrote, "I'm more amused than I've ever dreamed a person could be and look forward very much to how hilarious it will be watching him trying to prove me wrong." O'Connor reiterated her previous claims, and added, "I do not like Arsenio Hall." Then, in a subsequent post, O'Connor posted a YouTube video of her song "Nothing Compares 2 U," and captioned it "THIS IS FOR PRINCE. RIP."

As ABC News previously reported, on May 2 O'Connor wrote on her Facebook page, "Two words for the DEA investigating where prince got his drugs over the decades.... Arsenio Hall (AKA Prince's and Eddie Murphy's b****). Anyone imagining prince was not a long time hard drug user is living in cloud cuckoo land. Arsenio I've reported you to the Carver County Sherrif's office. Expect their call. They are aware you spiked me years ago at Eddie murphy's house. You best get tidying your man cave."...

Sinead O'Connor has revealed she came to blows with Prince over 'Nothing Compares 2U', the song he penned which propelled Sinead to superstardom

Speaking in an interview with Norwegian station NRK yesterday, she said, "I did meet him a couple of times. We didn't get on at all. In fact we had a punch-up. "He summoned me to his house after 'Nothing Compares'. I made it without him. I'd never met him. He summoned me to his house - and it's foolish to do this to an Irish woman - he said he didn't like me saying bad words in interviews. So I told him to f*** off."

Sinead revealed the row became physical. "He got quite violent. I had to escape out of his house at 5 in the morning. He packed a bigger punch than mine. In other news, Sinead last week posted a review of OhMiBod's latest sex toy, saying, "The OhMiBod? Oh my God! This is what every adult woman wants for Christmas, trust me. Even your Ma! So tell your Da! No man will ever be nagged again who buys this for his woman."...

Lee Daniels Settles Defamation Lawsuit Filed By Sean Penn Over Madonna's Lies

Sean Penn and ex-wife Madonna, who claimed he used to beat her with a bat, yet she keeps smiling and taking photos with him

Lee Daniels slammed actor Sean Penn in a Hollywood Reporter interview last year, labeling him a "wife beater." Daniels made these claims due to lies Penn's mentally deranged ex-wife Madonna told and circulated in the industry for years. Madonna claimed Penn beat her with a bat. However, Madonna is a pathological liar and a kleptomaniac. She is not to be believed. Daniels publicly rehashing the rumors Madonna spread, resulted in Penn filing a $10,000,000 defamation lawsuit against him last year.

Lee Daniels

Daniels made the statements in the interview in trying to excuse allegations of domestic violence against Terrence Howard, the star of his copyright infringing, failing show Madonna illegally sold him at cut rate prices in a dirty business deal "Empire." Slamming Penn was a means of kissing up to Madonna. However, the show "Empire" has been on a massive ratings slide over the past few months under a site boycott.

"Empire"

Daniels has now settled the lawsuit, donated money to Penn's Haiti charity and issued a groveling publicly apology stating, "I am sorry that I have hurt you Sean, and I apologize and retract my reckless statements about you." Daniels is known in the entertainment industry as a mean spirited, evil, vicious man that abuses his post as producer to damage the careers of those he deems enemies. Stars such as Mo'Nique have spoken out against him. Others in the industry have made complaints against him as well. Daniels is a nasty piece of work and a complete fake.

Lee Daniels Settles Sean Penn Defamation Suit, Writes Apology Letter: 'I Am So Sorry I Have Hurt You Sean'

05/04/2016 AT 04:35 PM EDT - Sean Penn has settled his defamation lawsuit against Lee Daniels, who wrote a public letter of apology to the actor after accusing him of hitting women last year. "I am so sorry that I have hurt you, Sean, and I apologize and retract my reckless statements about you.

How thoughtless of me. You are someone I consider a friend, a brilliant actor and true Hollywood legend and humanitarian," Daniels wrote in a joint statement with Penn obtained by PEOPLE. Along with the apology, Daniels made a donation to Penn's J/P Haitian Relief Organization...

Penn filed the complaint against Daniels last September after the Empire co-creator compared the actor to his show's star Terrence Howard, who admitted to hitting his first wife. "That poor boy," Daniels said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. "[Terrence] ain't done nothing different than Marlon Brando or Sean Penn, and all of a sudden he's some f------ demon. That's a sign of the time, of race, of where we are right now in America."

Ciara Slaps Rapper Future With A $15,000,000 Lawsuit For Lying About Her On Twitter And In Interviews

He Had It Coming...

Ciara and Russell Wilson

Atlanta rapper, Future, real name, Nayvadius Cash, impregnated then broke up with singer, Ciara. Future neglected his duties as a father, opting to cheat on fiancée Ciara, with music industry prostitute, Rihanna, who has slept with dozens of men and women in Hollywood for career favors. Ciara called of her engagement to the father of five, by five different women and a year after the birth of her child, Future (Jr) began dating handsome, refined football player, Russell Wilson. Future became angry, as Ciara had updated to a famous man who is a good looking millionaire.

Ciara wearing Russell Wilson's jersey

As a result, bitter, jealous Future began taking digs at Ciara and Wilson. He posted items on Instagram threatening to shoot Wilson. He insulted Ciara's mothering skills, told his Twitter following he pays her $15,000 per month in child support and she has denied him all access to his son for the past year and a half. This was a lie. Ciara's attorney filed a $15,000,000 lawsuit on her behalf for slander and defamation and presented the court with emails to refute Future's lies that are based in actual malice (to knowingly make false and malicious statements about another person).

Future

Ciara's attorney presented email evidence to show she gave Future access to his son 19 times over the past year and for days at a time. Ciara's attorney also asserts she flew with her son to various U.S. states Future was present in an effort to give him parenting time. Future should not have made these deceitful statements, nor that disrespectful song disparaging Ciara's vagina, stating she should have had sex with him like a porn star.

Future posted items on the social networking site Twitter which disparaged Ciara in stating, "this b***h got control problems" "I gotta go through lawyers to see baby future...the f****ry for 15K a month" and "she probably set Russell up. You letting them catch that photo. Leave my son out of all the publicist stunts (regarding Wilson pushing Future and Ciara's son in a stroller)."

Future and Ciara in 2014 before they broke up

Many people online, including me, wrote Future needed to desist with the insults, especially for the sake of his child, who could one day read them and be very offended. However, he persisted in an unwise course of action and now he is facing massive financial penalties for it. As far as the Judiciary Report is concerned, Future dragged Ciara in the mud while they were dating. He had her going to strip clubs throwing money around and did his level best to turn her into something she is not. Wilson is a decent guy who has cheered her up after the brazen disrespect and emotional abuse Future subjected her to in front of the whole internet.

Jerry Heller Sues Dr. Dre And Ice Cube For $110,000,000 Over 'Straight Outta Compton' Movie

1980s music industry manager, Jerry Heller, has sued Dr. Dre, Ice Cube among others, over the $200,000,000 grossing music biopic "Straight Outta Compton." The movie chronicled the lives of the rappers in the 1980s gangsta rap group N.W.A. (Nig*as With Attitudes). Heller was the manager of the group, who worked for the late rapper and Ruthless Records label boss, Eazy E, real name Eric Wright, who died of AIDS due to sexual promiscuity.

Heller's lawsuit states he was defamed in the film. As a result of this alleged defamation, Heller has sued for $110,000,000. Heller maintains he was falsely accused in the film of withholding "a $75,000 check from Ice Cube" ate "lobster brunches while the contracts were being signed" and was "fired by Eazy E." Heller is also making a claim for producers of the film using his book without credit or payment, which would constitute copyright infringement, if proven true.

Derrick Rose Gang Rape Accuser Is Not Telling The Whole Truth And Here's What Truly Happened...

Derrick Rose

I heard the gang rape lawsuit against Chicago Bulls star Derrick Rose, filed by an ex-girlfriend is not truthful, as "pieces of the story were left out." I also heard "the sex was consensual" regarding the woman, Rose and his friends, in what was essentially a threesome, but the accuser "is embarrassed" at what transpired, as Rose moved on without her.

Rose had more than one girlfriend at the time and after he left the accuser prior to her gang rape accusations, he moved on with others, deeming the relationship had run its course. His ex-girlfriend is now bitter and feeling used. To borrow a phrase from an episode of the sitcom the Golden Girls she, "Got screwed and has nothing to show for it."

You cannot consensually have sex with someone, then feel guilty and degraded because of the type of sexual activity you consented to that most deem slutty and immoral, then decide to lie and state they raped you. That's a crime. It's called fraud. You are destroying people's names over a lie.

Jameis Winston Has Countersued Accuser For Defamation

Jameis Winston

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback, Jameis Winston, has countersued rape accuser, Erica Kinsman, for defamation. Winston is seeking $70,000 in damages. Kinsman accused Winston of raping her while they were students at Florida State University, when people who witnessed their encounter said it was consensual. Kinsman was Winston's side chick who became angry when he refused to dump his girlfriend. Even after alleging rape, Kinsman kept going to Winston's football games and cheering for him, as revealed by tweets on social networking site Twitter. Kinsman has since deleted the tweets, but they were recovered by Winston's lawyers.

Erica Kinsman

Police and prosecutors in Florida found Kinsman's rape claims to be untrue and full of discrepancies. Winston’s attorney also revealed Kinsman and her money hungry attorney/aunt, Patricia Caroll, who is fuelling these cases, tried to extort Winston, a top prospect for a lucrative multi-million dollar career in the NFL, demanding $7,000,000 to keep quiet about their rape allegations or they would go to the police .When Winston refused to pay, Kinsman and her aunt went to police, but the case fell to pieces as with contained lies.

Floyd Mayweather Sued By The Mother Of His Children Domestic Violence Victim Josie Harris For Defamation In Calling Her A Drug Addict During Katie Couric Interview (Video)

Floyd Mayweather

Josie Harris, the mother of three of four of boxer Floyd Mayweather's children, has filed a $20,000,000 lawsuit against him in court for defamation of character and emotional distress. In the days leading up to Mayweather's massive May 2, 2015 fight against top rival, Manny Pacquiao, the boxer did a widely disseminated interview with Katie Couric.

During the interview Mayweather stated of claims he beat Harris in acts he was convicted of in criminal court, "Did I kick, stomp and beat someone? No, that didn't happen. I look in your face and say, 'No, that didn't happen.' Did I restrain a woman that was on drugs? Yes, I did. So if they say that's domestic violence, then, you know what? I'm guilty. I'm guilty of restraining someone."

Josie Harris

Harris contends she is not a drug user and Mayweather has defamed her to the world with these statements. Harris' lawyer stated, "Mayweather’s vicious lies about Harris, made to a world-wide audience, were designed to hype Mayweather’s upcoming fight with Pacquiao (in which Mayweather is believed to have earned a staggering nine-figure income), to avoid bad press by deflecting responsibility for beating the mother of his children, and instead, to cast Harris as a violent, drug-abusing, aggressor who needed to be restrained. These lies were calculated to cause severe harm to Harris both personally and professionally...Floyd “Money” Mayweather could not afford the bad press, public outcry and backlash that would have certainly resulted had he truthfully answered Katie Couric’s questions about the morning of September 9, 2010. Instead, Mayweather chose to tell lies about Harris: lies that labeled her as a drug-abuser and an aggressor."

Mayweather was arrested and jailed for punching and kicking ex-girlfriend Harris, in a jealous rage, because she began dating famous NBA basketball player, CJ Watson. Mayweather has several girlfriends, but expected loyalty from Harris, the love of his life, though they were no longer an item. However, as they were not married, she was free to date whomever she felt like pursuing a relationship with. Harris was not the aggressor, as Mayweather broke into her home as she slept on the couch and began beating her for dating Watson. She was repeatedly punched in the head and in order to properly view the bruising, doctors would have needed to shave her head, creating more trauma.

Harris stated during the beating Mayweather yelled, "I'm going to kill you and the man you are messing around with. I’m going to have you both disappear." The former couple's three children witnessed the beating. Their son Kouran ran to the gated community's guard gate for help, requesting they call the police. Kouran stated to police, "I heard yelling and I came out and my dad was hitting my mom. It happened at 4 a.m. in the morning." The then 10-year-old boy also stated he saw his dad "punching and kicking" his mother. Kouran later referred to his dad as "a coward" over the incident.

Harris has a case. Mayweather was convicted of beating her and went to jail for 2-months. This will go against him in civil court and not play well with the jury. Mayweather has to prove Harris was using drug at the time of the incident and if her medical records do not reveal such an item, he is liable for defamation and the accompanying damages.

Mayweather was also convicted of beating two of Harris' female friends at a night club in Las Vegas years ago. He also faced police investigation for punching Melissa Brim, the mother of his eldest child, on two separate occasions, which left her with injuries.

This is not the first time Mayweather's verbal claims have gotten him into trouble. Years ago, rival boxer Manny Pacquiao sued Mayweather for publicly stating he uses performance enhancing drugs and will not submit to drug testing, allegations the Filipino star denied. The case changed court venues, then Mayweather settled it out of court.

Whitney Houston’s Family Denounces Lifetime Biopic

A still from the Lifetime network "Whitney" movie

The family of the late singer, Whitney Houston, has denounced the Lifetime biopic TV movie "Whitney." The movie premiered this past Saturday, to 4.5 million viewers. Lifetime has been touting the ratings, but it was not due to the film they made, but ongoing public interest in Houston, who always stole the show in life and death.

HOUSTON FAMILY STATEMENT

"My daughter came home from high school yesterday and shared with me inquiries she had endured from her peers and teachers about the upcoming TV movie about her aunt Whitney. She was somewhat exasperated and said she did not get it – that a woman who claimed to be her aunt's friend would direct a movie that seems so unloving towards her Aunt, and how it could affect her cousin Krissi. I share with you the thoughts I shared with my daughter yesterday – that there is often a fine line that separates elevation and degradation in the industry.

What lifts up one person in the headlines may in fact destroy another. I don't think it ever entered their minds that they were assaulting the legacy of another individual; they just want the job or the opportunity to shine. But to do so in such an incredible way, to go after someone who cannot correct what you get wrong, someone who – like so many people, and especially women – struggled to hold up their humanity and live with dignity despite their personal challenges, is wrong.

It is easy to turn a blind eye to other people if you're not careful. But the needs of Whitney's family matter. We have dealt with her every emotion from the day she was born until the day she died, which gives us absolute position and absolute authority as a family to feel the way we do about her legacy. We matter. We're still here. Why wasn't there a call to myself, Gary, Cissy or even her daughter? Why deny selected members of the family an advanced copy of the film?

As we once again enter a season of bereavement and the strategic timing so close to the anniversary of Whitney's death, this is a disappointment that any of us who loved her could do without. This creative pursuit at the expense of the integrity of such an iconic woman, who is voiceless today, reeks of condemnation and deceit. It reeks of enslavement to an industry that will likely do the same to you one day. As my grandmother used to say, “Keep living.”

I say this to all Whitney's family, friends and fan base: If you watch this movie, watch it knowing that Lifetime is notorious for making bad biopics of deceased celebrities and brace yourself for the worst."

Lifetime's Whitney Houston Biopic TV Movie Slammed By Critics And Social Networking

Photo for Lifetime's biopic "Whitney"

Critics overwhelmingly rendered negative reviews for Lifetime's disgraceful Whitney Houston television movie biopic, which debuted this past Saturday, January 17, 2015. While most agree it was not as bad as the terrible job Lifetime did on the life of the late, beautiful songstress Aaliyah ("Aaliyah: The Princess Of R&B"), the Whitney movie was terrible.

Whitney Houston

Many critics and people on social networking complained the movie was more about Houston's ex-husband, R&B singer Bobby Brown. Many complaints also centered around the fact the film had trashy sex scenes. The movie was historically inaccurate and defamed Whitney and her mother, legendary Gospel singer, Cissy Houston. I guess it was payback for Cissy Houston disapproving of the film, but who could blame her. The Judiciary Report was never in favor of this movie being made and now that it has been filmed and released, it has proven the site right.

Whitney Houston is one of the greatest singers of all time. What she achieved in music is historic and remarkable. Her career was never based on hype or looks, though she was a stunningly beautiful woman. Her career was all about her outstanding voice and beautiful music. Lifetime's movie failed to capture any of that. They've reduced one of the best vocalists of all time to a trashy tabloid scandal for a poorly made 2-hour piece that damaged her legacy.

Yaya DaCosta, got the nuances of the character all wrong and made Houston look like a flighty, ungraceful, scatter brained, clingy woman fluttering across stages with no poise or life of her own outside of her husband. Even with all of Houston's problems with drugs and alcohol, she had a poise and dignity about herself that was missing from this film. Lifetime and Angela Bassett, made a mockery of her life.
