Just 5-weeks ago, 19-year-old Rmarni Eliss (Raemarni Eliss) was traveling the world first class with boxer Floyd Mayweather on his private jet, after she spent $1,000 to buy a ticket to a meet and greet he held in her native England. Mayweather took Rmarni shopping for designer clothes and purses, items she posted online. Now she is suddenly back in Dudley, England, after his girlfriend, Bad Medina, grew unhappy with all the attention her presence attracted. Rmarni received a wave of abuse on Instagram and in the feedback section of newspapers websites such as the Daily Mail UK, for running off with Mayweather. The comments were upsetting her, as she began to comment on what people were stating online, branding her a gold digger. Rmarni had left her boyfriend behind in England, to fly with Mayweather to Miami, where they spent a month together. She also spent a couple days with Mayweather in Los Angeles and attended a basketball game.

Rmarni is an aspiring rapper and thought Mayweather was her big break. The boxer has launched a record label and signed two artists. However, she is back in Dudley, England disappointed her career has not taken off. Most singers in Britain who want to make it go to London and seek a record deal. There are also great studios in London such as Abbey Road, Metropolis and RAK.

Joc was married to his high school sweetheart, Alexandria Robinson, for 13-years (2001-2014) in a marriage that birthed three children. Promiscuous Joc also has five other children and another on the way. As with some famous men, especially rappers, infidelity entered the picture. Joc then began living with "Love And Hip Hop Atlanta" co-star Karlie Redd, in a poor decision that ended his marriage. And for what? Joc and Karlie soon broke up, as the relationship was not meant to be.

Joc is now dating Sina, who has children for him, as well as bedding real estate agent, Khadiyah, a woman said to be pregnant with his baby. Khadiyah is basically keeping the rapper, via paying his bills and buying him things, in another relationship bound to hit the skids. There's nothing wrong with buying the one you date gifts, but it would be better if it was a two way street.

Joc is behaving like a gigolo and social networking is of the view he is using Khadiyah for her money. His ex-wife was the love of his life. Now that he is divorced in what occurred due to his unfaithful behavior, he seems lost regarding who he wants to be with.  How is Joc going to be a father to 9 children by five women. How is he going to be there for all of them, children scattered over 5 households.

Men need to handle their business better than this. Joc should have stayed with his wife. He was with her for 13-years. She is the one he loves. He should have kept it zipped during his marriage, as now he has a big brood he is required to financially support and be there for, when there's not enough time in the day to pull that off under his current circumstances.

Her recent three singles, "Four Five Seconds" "Bit*h Better Have My Money" and "American Oxygen" flopped with audiences, receiving overwhelmingly negative feedback on social networking, despite Kabbalah's best efforts to talk up the singer and her songs via their fake Twitter and Instagram accounts used for promotion.

Rihanna was also hit with a copyright infringement claim for "Bit*h Better Have My Money" by Texas singer Just Brittany. Then a cocaine scandal surfaced, featuring Rihanna snorting cocaine through a straw, in a widely disseminated video clip. Rihanna angrily denied the obvious to the public, but it is not the first time she was caught snorting cocaine.

With Rihanna's career imploding, the label decided to rework the failing album. As a result, Rihanna was recently paired with producer of the moment, Diplo, who slammed her as having a bad vibe he does not like. As a result of what he says he experienced, Diplo is actively trying to back out of plans regarding working with Rihanna in the recording studio.

The problem is Rihanna believes her own hype the record label and management created, but it is all fake to get the public to buy their products. At the end of the day Rihanna can't sing, dance or act and her career has been based on copyright infringement. She is no Whitney Houston. She is a copyright thief that never should have been famous, as she did so via stealing other people's protected intellectual property, in violation of the law.

Despite the domestic violence incident and latest news about Berg allegedly being a pedophile, Masika reunited with him. Mayweather's candid, old school dad, former boxer, Floyd Mayweather Sr., was a bit more blunt in his assessment of what happened to Broner during the Maidana fight, "He got his a** beat." Floyd, come get your daddy! Seriously, Mayweather Jr., had the  benefit of his dad's knowledge and experience regarding boxing and it clearly helped him. It's better to learn from other people's experiences and mistakes, than having it happen to you. He is now the highest grossing athlete in the world.

R&B singer Chris Brown has just announced he will be releasing two CDs this year. The CDs are tentatively titled "X" and "Fan Of A Fan" due for release this summer. It has also been announced Rihanna is in the studio bleating like a goat at a barbeque recording music for release this year.

The two entertainers, who have a tumultuous romantic history, are releasing competing CDs, which will be compared to each other as industry pundits and the public continues to gauge the impact of the fall out from their high profile fight on their career sales. Who will sell more. Time will tell.

Chris Brown Countersuing Frank Ocean's Cousin Who Has Sued Him Over A Studio Fist Fight

In August 2013, Sha'keir Duarte, a cousin of singer Frank Ocean, sued R&B star Chris Brown over a studio fight. It was later determined, Ocean started the fight against Brown. Duarte is demanding significant damages from Brown in court, who is fed up and firing back against his claims.

Brown has filed legal papers countersuing Duarte over the fight, branding him "Aggressive and hostile." According to website TMZ, Brown also states in legal papers that Duarte threatened to kill him, kicking and punching him during the fight that wound up on a studio surveillance tape.

Hollywood Life is reporting the collaboration between singer Chris Brown and rapper Drake is still on. Claims of a collaboration all started when Brown posted a video of himself and Drake in the studio with the caption "Hanging in the studio with Drake." However, when Brown removed the video days later, most assumed the collaboration was off.  However, plans for the duet are still in the works, despite their legal woes.

The fight was allegedly initiated by singer Rihanna, according to rapper Meek Mill, another man she's had sex with. Singer Chris Brown and rapper Drake, who were once rivals over troublemaking singer, Rihanna, posted a photo on social networking revealing they are working together on a song. Are the two men comparing notes on promiscuous Rihanna, whom Brown slammed as being unfaithful, stating she is not his if she's everybody's, regarding her having sex with men and women in the industry for songs and movie roles. People, especially men, are complaining and criticizing Rihanna's not existent butt, calling it a twerking fail. Men online are derisively stating she should not be twerking as she has no behind. Many on blog feedback sections are also stating she looks trashy, slutty and skanky in the video in see-through clothing. Not setting the best example, which is regrettable, as most of Rihanna's audience are teenagers.

It doesn't look like singer Frank Ocean is trying to make peace with fellow entertainer Chris Brown. The two vocalists had a fight at a Los Angeles recording studio several months ago, where police were called. Both insisted the other started the fight. Ocean stated he was the victim. Since that time, singer Sean Kingston came forward stating Ocean was responsible for the fight, as CCTV video of the recording studio facility suggests.

Yesterday, Ocean sported a shirt featuring Brown's face on it with a statement regarding domestic violence. This was a reference to the highly publicized fight between Brown and then girlfriend Rihanna, which occurred after the Grammys in 2009, for which the singer is on probation. Ocean is attempting to stir up conflict between himself and Brown, which is not beneficial to either party, especially the latter, who under the wrong circumstances could end up in jail.

R&B singer Kelly Price is really going after everyone. On part one of the "R&B Divas LA" reunion show, host Wendy Williams confronted her about comments she made on social networking site Twitter, stating Mariah Carey can't sing. Price used to be Carey's back up singer and left before the singer wanted her to do so.

Williams, who called Price a "mean bully" read her tweet about Carey, "I’m looking at a concert on TV right now of a certain singer and asking myself what happened to your voice. Sometimes the gimmick goes too far. One day you go to sing and realize it ain’t happening. This is making my voice hurt."

I'm not a fan of how Mariah Carey got her record deal (having sex with Sony Music president Tommy Mottola while he was married with small kids, breaking up his marriage, then marrying and using him for preferential treatment at the label). Not a fan of Carey repeatedly stealing copyrighted music from stars such as Earth, Wind and Fire and the Emotions (for which she was sued) as well as ripping off lesser known songwriters (who also sued her).

However, when Carey began in the early 1990s, it did appear she could sing very well. Price is attributing it to a studio gimmick. But seriously, if you could do that in a studio then Rihanna and Britney Spears would sound like Whitney Houston. There is a physical change regarding the sound of Carey's vocals around the time of her third CD "Music Box" when her voice began to deteriorate. You can hear the deterioration on "Music Box" as compared to her self-titled debut CD.

Other singers have experienced similar things, but Carey's is one of the most notable vocal declines in pop music history. Her former labelmate Celine Dion stated she had lost her voice for a few weeks, but it came back. Dion still sounds the same today, with no decline.

However, I always wondered what happened to Carey, as singers' voices usually don't change/decline until they are in their sixties (some singers experience no negative change at all, such as Patti Labelle). I've heard singers in their eighties and their voices didn't change the way Carey's did, especially over the course of a couple years. 

Drugs and alcohol can cause audible damage to one's voice prior to one's sixties, but with Carey, something distinctly physiological occurred. Would be a good case study. I know music theory and history form a musicological standpoint and can attest, something strange happened with Carey. I wondered if it was years of singing in the whistle register that depleted her voice, but Minnie Ripperton and countless opera singers have done the same and their voices did not diminish in the manner Carey's did and so rapidly. 

There is another theory and it appears to be what Price is implying - someone else was singing with Carey in the studio, proving the backbone of her musical sound. Look at what she stated again about Carey, "I’m looking at a concert on TV right now of a certain singer and asking myself what happened to your voice. Sometimes the gimmick goes too far. One day you go to sing and realize it ain’t happening. This is making my voice hurt." Why would her voice hurt unless she was singing...

Price may be implying it was her propping up Carey's sound on her first CDs, as she was her background singer. Another issue that does not help matters, it is well noted that for years Mottola refused to let Carey tour, which would have meant singing live. It wasn't until her voice (on record) began to deteriorate that she started singing live. By that time the deteriorated vocals matched up (recorded and live). Makes you wonder.   

Chris Brown Sued By Frank Ocean's Cousin Over Studio Fight

Sha'keir Duarte, a cousin of gay singer Frank Ocean, has sued entertainer Chris Brown over a fight the performers' entourages engaged in at Westlake Recording Studios on January 27. 2013. Duarte contends a member of Brown's entourage, his bodyguard named "Hood" punched and kicked him two dozen times, firing off hits to the torso and head, rendering him disabled.

Despite the allegation that "Hood" attacked him, Duarte is stating it was done on Brown's instruction. As such, he has sued Brown for financial damages, blaming him for the incident that was reportedly caught on camera. Brown's lawyer Mark Gerago is vowing to have the lawsuit dismissed claiming it has no merit.

I've been writing on the Judiciary Report website that R&B singer Chris Brown is in a bad way. I've also stated this on my Twitter page, prior to the current problem he has experienced. I was informed by a credible source regarding what’s going on with him and posted about it on August 6, 2013 in the article Chris Brown States He Is Quitting Music Over Rihanna Domestic Violence Case People Won't Forgive Him For.

In the aforementioned August 6, 2013 article I stated, "A friend of mine informed me that Brown has been very angry and depressed. He is at breaking point." Three days later, on August 9, 2013, it was reported in the mainstream press that Brown had a seizure at a recording studio in Los Angeles and 911 emergency services were summoned. When paramedics arrived, Brown refused treatment. It confirms what I had stated days prior to the seizure regarding him reaching "breaking point" as seizures are often induced by stress (and or drugs, among other things).

I didn’t reveal the full extent of what I had learned about what’s going on with him, out of respect for his privacy because what I was told is bad and serious, but he can’t keep going like this. I’ve been writing for nearly a year that Brown needs to take a break, most recently a month ago again in the July 17, 2013 article Is Chris Brown Too High Profile While On Probation. There’s the health aspect and the harassment angle he is experiencing as well and it is overwhelming enough to crush him if he is not careful.

Brown has shut out certain people, while letting in others who are negative influences. Until he properly cleans house regarding the aforementioned toxic friends and business associates, goes into rehab and does detox, taking some time off for himself to let his mind and body heal, he is going to go over the edge. No one can keep going like that without hitting the wall. Hollywood is not worth his or anyone's health or life.

Singer Chris Brown left his Hollywood mansion today sporting a cast, after getting into a fight with entertainer, Frank Ocean. Brown contends Ocean, who is gay, started the fight first. While Ocean stated Brown started the melee via punching him. Prior to Brown wearing the cast, Ocean complained his hand was "cut" during the fight.

Those for Chris Brown are interpreting the cast as the singer being a victim who was injured in a fight. Those against him are stating the injury to his arm and subsequent cast, is due to Brown beating Ocean with his right fist. As for witnesses in the case, each is sticking up for their own entourage. It's a matter of hearsay at this point and whether police will be able to sift through the statements for inconsistencies to determine who is telling the truth. That remains to be seen.

Late last night, I asked on Twitter about surveillance cameras, as they are standard at recording studios, especially the mainstream ones used by major label artists. TMZ stated shortly after, the surveillance cameras at the studio picked up the tail end of the fight inside reception and not what transpired in the parking lot. That's a security risk, but I digress, it does not help the case.

It remains to be seen if the judge will violate Brown's probation on what is hearsay. Then again, the 2009 domestic violence case regarding Brown fighting girlfriend Rihanna after she began beating him, was based on hearsay as well and he ended up a felon from it.

Chris Brown Is In Trouble And Facing Jail On Probation Violation As Frank Ocean Changes His Mind Demanding He Be Prosecuted For Punching Him

Yesterday TMZ reported that R&B singer Chris Brown and gay rapper Frank Ocean got into a confrontation, which escalated into a fist fight in the parking lot of the Westlake Recording studio in Los Angeles, California. Initially, based on what TMZ was told and relayed to the public, no one wanted to press charges. However, several hours later, Frank Ocean changed his mind and is after Brown. 

Ocean now wants Brown, who has made homophobic statements in the past, prosecuted for punching him - despite the fact the singer states the rapper and his entourage attacked him. If successfully prosecuted, this incident would constitute a probation violation against Brown, stemming from a 2009 incident with girlfriend Rihanna. It would also be a hate crime, due to the fact Ocean is gay and Brown has a history of using phrases such as "f****t" online and to members of the public, who went to the press with their complaints.

Frank Ocean: this is what I look like when he hit me y'all! (hmm, I thought gay dudes didn't wear earrings in their left ear. Is this a new thing in gaydom).

As with the 2009 Rihanna domestic violence case, Brown was not immediately arrested when the incident transpired, as he fled the scene, but police could detain him after an interview if they feel they have sufficient evidence to charge him and they are requesting to speak to him.

Brown has a problem on his hands and so does Ocean, as the singer's people are known to retaliate. Not to mention, this could really put a wrench in the off the wall Rihanna-Karrueche-Tran-Chris-Brown love triangle dominating the blogs. Yep, they're going to be fighting over conjugal visits in no time if he goes to jail.

Brown allegedly punched Ocean in the brawl Sunday night in the 7200 block of Santa Monica, authorities said. "Chris Brown is a named suspect in a battery report," said Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore. "The victim is desirous of prosecution."

Chris Brown's Violent Fight With Frank Ocean Has Both Artists Telling Two Different Stories But Who Is Telling The Truth

Troubled singer, Chris Brown is in more doo-doo again again. Yesterday, the felon got into a fist fight with gay rapper, Frank Ocean (you know, Kanye's boo - LOL). Several months ago, Brown and Ocean had a disagreement on Twitter. Last night the two ran into each other at the Westlake Recording studio in Los Angeles, California and things went downhill from there, as a fight erupted.

Brown was first to give his side of the story to website TMZ, claiming as he was leaving the recording studio, when Ocean and his entourage tried to detain him, blocking the exit. Next he stated Ocean and his guys confronted him in the parking lot and an argument began over a parking spot. Brown states he reached out to shake Ocean's hand and a member of the singer's entourage punched him, leading to a fight. That's Brown's side of the story.

However, Ocean is stating Brown, backed up by his own entourage, punched him and a fight broke out with all the men. Ocean stated on Twitter he was "jumped" by Brown and co. and his hand is now injured, which poses a problem regarding his Grammy performance next month. Ocean stated online, "Got jumped by chris and a couple guys. lol. i only wish everest [his dog] was there. cut my finger now I can't play w two hands at the grammys." In response to the incident, Chris Brown stated online, "Working on my album. Not working on negativity. Focus on feeding ya family. Bull***t will forever be in the shadows."

The Judiciary Report is trying to be objective, but it is obvious pieces of this story are missing from both sides. Neither man filed a police complaint when officers arrived on the scene, because Brown had fled and Ocean refused to press charges.

As I pointed out on Twitter this morning, this incident is a probation violation for Brown, who is half way through the 5-year probationary period the judge assessed and levied against him for getting into a fight with girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. Brown also got into a fight with rival rapper Drake at a night club several months ago. He's also engaged in other probation violations such as stalking and doing so across state lines. Then there’s that incident regarding his entourage harassing staff at a Subway restaurant and in the parking lot.

Brown needs to stop getting into these situations. He is becoming the female Lindsay Lohan. The judge has given him a pass on many issues and incidents. However, if his case is reassigned to a judge who scrutinizes parolees more than the current jurist, he could land in jail, which is a rough place for a pretty boy who can dance ("pop and lock" would take on a whole new meaning in jail).

If Ocean changes his mind and presses charges, with Brown’s history of fighting, he'd have a legal problem on his hands regarding his probation. Brown needs to learn to stay at home for a change with some DVDs, video games and some food. If he gets into anymore serious trouble, he’s going to jail. Because Brown can get into trouble even in the parking lot of a Subway restaurant (maybe you should stay out of parking lots). Dude, how do you get into trouble at Subway. Eat your sub and your cookie and calm down.
