Boxer Adrien Broner Causes A Stir On Social Networking In Stating He Is Voting For Donald Trump In U.S. Presidential Election Due To Promise Of Lowering Taxes (Video)

Warning: video contains profanity

Former four time boxing champion, Adrien Broner, is being heavily criticized on social networking for stating he is going to vote for hatemonger, Donald Trump, in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. Broner explained his reasoning for voting for Trump stating he will lower taxes. However, Broner has been duped. Trump has made a massive u-turn on previous statements regarding lowering taxes in America.

Apparently, Marcos Maidana hit Adrien Broner harder than we thought, as he has announced he is voting for Donald Trump, who has made comments that upset minorities

A new report on Reuters this month stated, "U.S. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said on Sunday he was open to raising taxes on the rich, backing off his prior proposal to reduce taxes on all Americans and breaking with one of his party's core policies dating back to the 1990s. 'I am willing to pay more, and you know what, the wealthy are willing to pay more,' Trump told ABC's 'This Week.'"

The Judiciary Report has maintained from the time of the 2008 financial crisis, which I predicted first in published site articles, the only way out of the problem, is to raise taxes on the rich. America needs a moderate tax increase on the rich and austerity to get out of the ongoing financial crisis (Newly Released Financial Data Reveals America Has Hit An Unprecedented Economic Low Under President Obama). Former U.S. President, George W. Bush, created the problem with his poor, corrupt political policies and current president, Barack Obama, added to it via massive spending that has not worked out, morphing into fruitless debt.

Adrien Broner: I’m Voting for Donald Trump

2 weeks ago - Adrien Broner has voiced his support for Donald Trump in the upcoming presidential election. In a New York radio interview, the boxing champion and Cincinnati native said that “everything he’s saying is correct”. He also supports Trump because he’s going to lower taxes and “that’s what I’m with, for real, because taxes been kicking my @$$”. Broner is currently awaiting trial for assault and robbery charges. If convicted, he would not be able to vote in the upcoming election.

Adrien Broner Scores Controversial Win Over Ashley Theophane

Ashley Theophane and Adrien Broner

Troubled boxer, Adrien Broner, 26, scored a 9th round stoppage over underdog, Ashley Theophane, 35, in Washington, DC this past Friday night. Broner hit Theophane with a low blow to his genitals, which caused him to put his hands up and hunch over. The referee misinterpreted it and in a controversial decision being slammed on social networking, gave Broner the stoppage. Theophane tried to explain to the referee he was not asking for the fight to be stopped. However, the referee refused to listen, ending the bout prematurely.

While Broner did dominate for much of the fight, you never know, Theophane may have scored a knock out, clipping him when he was momentarily off guard. Theophane did not look to be in mortal danger. Therefore, the fight could have continued. Maybe Broner will give him a rematch, but he doesn't usually extend that offer to opponents he has already fought.

Photos from the Broner v. Theophane fight

How did Broner dominate in this fight? Broner took out his rage for former mentor, Floyd Mayweather, on the latter's protégé, Theophane. It was like Broner snapped and kept picturing Mayweather instead of Theophane in the ring. It was like a case of sibling rivalry gone wild. Broner is exhibiting signs of jealousy and abandonment, as Mayweather, who once took Broner under his wing as his heir apparent, has embraced Theophane and Gervonta Davis instead as his new boxing protégés, signing both to Mayweather Promotions.

Broner was signed to rival Golden Boy Promotions, but has now started his own company, About Billions. Mayweather understandably put his boxer's signed to Mayweather Promotions first. Broner was genuinely hurt and tearful about comments Mayweather made criticizing his lifestyle and the negative attention it attracted. This was his motivation for fighting the way he did during the Theophane bout.

Broner v. Theophane fight

On the under card, 21-year-old newbie Davis won his fight against Guillermo Avila in convincing fashion, unleashing a flurry of shots that won him a TKO in the 6th round. Davis has a lot of potential and exhibits a steady tenacity in finishing opponents in the ring [Boxer Adrien Broner On The Verge Of Tears Slams Former Mentor Floyd Mayweather (Video)]. The Davis v. Avila fight was a clean finish in what was a clear cut win.

It was another story regarding the Broner vs. Theophane fight. It was not a clean win for Broner, who had already drawn criticism from fight fans for failing to make weight for the fight. Broner missed the 140 pound limit, weighing in at 140.4, whereas Theophane accurately made weight. Broner was given 2-hours to shed the additional weight, but didn't even bother to return to be weighed again.

Broner v. Theophane fight

As a result, Broner, was stripped of his WBO belt. Even with his win last night, the title still remains vacant, meaning he is not the champion. All over .4 pounds which is being interpreted by many online, who have voiced the opinion in articles and on social networking that Broner is not taking his job as a boxer seriously.

In past fights, Broner was apparently training at Pizza Hut (LOL) as he posted a photo of himself eating fast food and bloated, which you can only do to limited degrees when not in training camp (this led to boxer Marcos Maidana beating the hot wings and pepperoni right out of Broner in the former's win). It's a shame that Broner does not take his job more seriously, as the Judiciary Report has maintained for years that he has boxing talent (credit where credit is due).

Adrien Broner being fed fast food by his fiancée in 2014

In a tweet on the website Twitter, I stated two weeks before the fight that Broner looked too big for the bout. Broner didn't look out of shape. The muscle definition was there. However, he was top heavy. Broner's torso was too big for his weight class and as a result, 2-weeks ago he did not look like a lightweight boxer. Broner looked more like a middleweight. Broner was also retaining water in the face and torso, clearly due to alcoholism (Broner was arrested and convicted of drunk driving last year and sentenced to 6-months probation and community service).

My tweet on Twitter 2-weeks prior to Adrien Broner not making weight, being stripped of his title and fined $50,000

Broner's trainer was unable to fully correct this issue in time for the fight, as Broner did not make weight, resulting in him being stripped of his title, as mentioned above. Broner's eyes have also been looking very sad and troubled these past few weeks, due to personal and legal issues outside the ring:

Adrien Broner

Theophane is also a good boxer, but I would like to see him increase his punching power. Theophane needs an expansion of his punching power. There are exercises one can do, focusing on the center of balance and inertia coupled with resistance, in pulling up punches, especially from one's core, then firing them off. Then after much practice, it becomes instinctive. Athlete who perform on instinct have better results in play.

For failing to make weight, Broner had to paid Theophane $50,000 in order for the fight to continue as scheduled. Therefore, Theophane will get his purse plus the additional $50,000. Not bad for a night's work (that was actually months of hard work work).

In the month leading up to the fight, I watched training videos posted online for both Theophane and Broner. Theophane worked much harder than Broner and put way more into training camp. I am of the belief, Theophane, put too much into the training camp and it took its toll. By fight night he looked exhausted before the first bell had even sounded. He looked anemic in the days leading up to the fight due to his rigorous roadwork and overall hectic training schedule. I'm my humble opinion, the road work, sparring sessions, conditioning and strength training went to excess.

Ashley Theophane ran for many miles in the Nevada mountains on a regular basis in preparation for the fight

A few days before the fight Theophane posted a photo of him running many miles and he looked gaunt. He also appeared emotionally drained from the training camp and comments being made, as from the outset he was the underdog and received a significant amount of taunting from Broner, those in his camp and his rival's fans. He took it to heart and you can't afford to do that. In boxing, such taunts are a mind game.

Theophane is to be commended for his gargantuan effort. However, Mayweather in the last couple years of his career commented on "training smarter" in relation to camp being less strenuous in certain ways, but more effective. A balance needs to be struck regarding many boxers and what goes into training camp, so they don't overdo it and harm their hearts. This is especially true for heavyweights, as they are larger, tend to lift massive weights and do road work, all of which can overwork the heart, creating damage.

At the end of the bout Broner called out Mayweather for a fight. This led to Mayweather laughing till he cried (and on camera). Broner was also laughed at and booed by the crowd, then mocked on social networking for his comments regarding fighting Mayweather. Ironically, Broner also stated he grew up poor eating "cornflakes and water" which was the same thing Theophane had stated about himself months prior.

Warrant Issued For Adrien Broner's Arrest On Charges Of Assault And Theft Carried Out At Gunpoint

Adrien Broner and Floyd Mayweather before their recent string of arguments. Mayweather has been telling Broner to calm down regarding his activities outside the ring.

Several hours after the Judiciary Report posted the article "Boxer Adrien Broner On The Verge Of Tears Slams Former Mentor Floyd Mayweather (Video)" to the site and blog very early yesterday morning, again imploring boxer Broner to take a more reserved approach in his life, a warrant was issued for his arrest. The TMZ website broke the story yesterday afternoon that back on January 21, 2016 at 3:30 AM, Broner was gambling at a bowling alley in his U.S. home state of Ohio and got into trouble.

Broner lost thousands of dollars in bowling bets and it is alleged he lashed out and beat a man at gunpoint, knocking him out, then retrieved the money. The injured man was transported to the hospital, where he was given 60 stitches (whoa, 60 stitches, why don't you fight like that in the ring instead of knocking civilians out, you could have beat Maidana LOL). Yesterday afternoon, authorities decided to charge Broner with felonious assault and aggravated robbery.

Broner is a millionaire. He didn't need the money. This episode was very unnecessary. Something else is going on with him and he is self-destructing under it. He needs to apologize and make amends regarding the injured man from the bowling alley. He also needs to get help lest what's going on inside him destroys him. I don't want that to happen to him. He has a lot of potential and has come very far.

Adrien Broner vs. Marcos Maidana

In past articles the Judiciary Report has repeatedly implored Broner to calm down and spend his time and money on family and educating himself. When you achieve financial success and are in the public eye, it is not difficult to get into trouble. The site has repeatedly implore entertainers and athletes to leave a certain element behind from their past, if what they do and encourage you to partake in is negative and or illegal. How is it "keeping it real" when people are encouraging you to do wrong in what could take your freedom and fortune. There's nothing wrong with having rich or poor friends. It is not a question of money, but the mentality they possess. If they have the wrong mindset it will corrupt you at some point or another.

I  remember reading about the late boxing trainer Cus D'Amato and his struggles with keeping boxer Mike Tyson on the straight and narrow. When Tyson was 15-years of age, D'Amato took him into his home and began training the troubled youth as a boxer. Tyson had a rough start in life, due to his parents involvement in crime. D'Amato taught him discipline by making him exercise/train as a boxer and clean up the house, doing chores on a regular basis. However, D'Amato noted there were times after he moved Tyson out of the boxer's native Brooklyn, that he had to go searching for and retrieving him, lest he fell back in with the same crowd he got into trouble with in the first place.

Adrien is detached from reality, as evidenced by a text message between himself and ESPN boxing analyst, Dan Rafael (Um, what's up with your phone battery LOL).

Broner is also hanging around people with the wrong mentality, such as Miami rapper Rick Ross, who is a violent, thieving man known for getting into criminal trouble. Ross has criminal cases against him for violent behavior. Ross, a former prison guard in Miami, adopted the persona of incarcerated drug dealer Freeway Ricky Ross and has been trying to become him, in violation of the drug dealers image rights (Right of Publicity and the Lanham Act). Freeway took great exception to this mimicking and denounced Ross for this behavior in a $10,000,000 lawsuit (Freeway mysteriously lost the case in what warrants a proper judicial review for denying someone their image rights as a human being and as Warner Bros was involved, an entity known for bribing federal and Supreme Court judges with stock, it's clear what transpired here).

Ross also promotes rape through his music and has an album that is sick and seriously blasphemous against God. Ross, apart of Hollywood's so-called "Illuminati" which is steeped in the occult, greatly offended the church in America with a particularly contemptible album. One of my friends in Miami, who knew Ross growing up, stated he was not a thug and was working as a correctional officer. However, trying to adopt a tough rapper image, Ross has been breaking the law in violently beating up people in Georgia (and other states) and in one incident a man was murdered at Ross' Miami house. This is not good company of Broner to be keeping, as Ross and company are headed for serious trouble. However, that's his choice.

Adrien Broner's next fight is against British boxer Ashley Theophane

A few weeks ago, I was pleased to learn that Broner had proposed to his longtime girlfriend, who is mother of his two children. Broner made the announcement on Twitter a few weeks ago and I congratulated him on the social networking site. For Broner to get on the right path in life he is going to have to settle down. Getting married and spending time with his wife and children will do him a world of good and vice versa. Spending time working on his boxing, rather than partying and gambling with people who love to carouse, will also be more beneficial to him. He is a millionaire in his twenties and needs to make the most of the advantages he has been blessed with. Do not lose everything you have worked for over foolishness. Avoid certain people and situations, lest they cost you everything.

Broner was arrested last summer for reckless driving while intoxicated. He was given six-months probation, which he successfully completed without rearrested. I am also of the belief Broner needs to go to rehab. Broner is struggling with alcoholism and that is a dangerous thing for anyone, especially an athlete, as it will impact your performance in play, damaging your career and overwork the respiratory system and the heart while other bodily mechanisms try to compensate for the negative impact of alcohol abuse (Johnny Manziel Loses Contract With Cleveland Browns After Constant Drinking And Partying).

Showing Up Too Late To The Fight (Boxing)

A Question Of Pace And Endurance

Adrien Broner's fight against Shawn Porter (LOL)

Sometimes, for whatever reason, some boxers show up too late to the fight. No, not late for the ring walk. I'm referring to some boxers saving everything energy-wise for the last couple rounds of the fight, then failing to get the knockout and losing on points. This was the case in the Adrien Broner v. Shawn Porter fight. Broner, who is a very talented boxer, waited until the last two rounds to really go at Porter, who had boxed steadily and consistently throughout the bout, registering and accumulating vital points.

Towards the end of the fight, Broner was able to register a punch that resulted in a knockdown, but not knockout. Porter ended up winning on points. I've seen some boxers pace themselves this way and it can cost the fight, as an opposing pugilist who recognizes this early on will outpoint or knock them out.

Adrien Broner's next fight is against British boxer, Ashley Theophane, on April 1, 2016 at the DC Armory in Washington, DC. Tickets are available online. The fight will be televised on Spike in the U.S. (9PM Eastern Time). Theophane will likely be studying Broner's fights against prevailing boxers Maidana and Porter as a blueprint, in the hope of taking Broner's WBA Junior Welterweight belt.

On the opposite side of the spectrum, some boxers "throw the kitchen sink" at their opponent from the opening bell. Sometimes they get the knockout in the first couple rounds, but other times their opponent proves durable, causing them to run out of steam early, due to expelling so much effort straight out of the gate. Do not use all your strength in the opening rounds or save it all for the closing rounds. Aim for an even keel.

Pace and endurance are important for this reason. Boxers need proper conditioning and strength training to go the distance under any circumstances. Proper conditioning improves stamina, creating an even distribution of strength and durability, resulting in endurance throughout the fight. Build up your strength to the point that you can fight with evenness and the constant application of pressure.

Amir Khan Mocks Floyd Mayweather With Mask Telling Him To 'Shut Up And Box Me'

Boxer, Amir Khan, 28,  is desperate to fight lightweight world champion, Floyd Mayweather, 38, who has not lost a single fight to date. Mayweather has been toying with Khan. It mushroomed into a social networking fight last year, when Mayweather chose Marcos Maidana in Khan's stead, handily beating him in Las Vegas.

Amir Khan wearing a Floyd Mayweather mask while mocking him

Mayweather is now eyeing up a battle against top rival, Manny Pacquiao, 37, leaving Khan upset once again. After Mayweather flatly stated Khan's name holds no weight, the boxer donned a mask of his rival and stated, "Shut up and fight me." You tell Mayweather stuff like that, it just may turn into a street fight (LOL). Khan needs to fight fellow Brit, Kell Brook, as it would be a good match-up and he is keen to enter the ring against him.

Amir Khan dons Floyd Mayweather mask and holds bundle of cash as he tells pound-for-pound king to 'shut up and fight me'

Published: 11:49 EST, 15 January 2015 | Updated: 16:21 EST, 15 January 2015 - Amir Khan has staged a tongue-in-cheek 'come and fight me' plea to Floyd Mayweather Jnr as the American pound-for-pound king closes in on a multi-million dollar fight with Manny Pacquiao. It is understood undefeated five-division world champion Mayweather is ready to complete terms with Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum in Los Angeles on Friday for a May 2 superfight.

But Briton Khan is keen to muscle in, attempting to goad the 37-year-old WBC and WBA welterweight champion into taking him on instead of the 36-year-old Filipino WBO holder. In a video seen exclusively by Sportsmail from boxing suppliers RDX, Khan comically dons a facemask of Mayweather and holds out a wad of money in hand.

He then attempts to goad his illusive opponent further, whilst pointing at a giant wall projection spelling out 'Who are ya?' as he looks to up the pressure on the American to give in and fight him. Despite the Bolton hero's best efforts, Mayweather is likely to snub Khan and give boxing fans the bout they have long-awaited...

Floyd Mayweather's Eyes On Rival Manny Pacquiao For Billion Dollar Fight After His Massive Victory Against Chris Algieri (Video)

The timing of Algieri's trainer could not have been worse, as he stated, "I'm gonna let him out the cage. I've still got him in the cage. I'm gonna let him loose in another round or so. He listens to me very well!" only for Paquiao to drop him seconds later, in what happened several times during the fight. It became a humorous meme on social networking "Let him out the cage!"

This past Saturday, Filipino boxing megastar, Manny Pacquiao, took on New Jersey's undefeated pugilist, Chris Algieri. On paper, many thought the fight would go to Algieri. Commentators and pundits pointed out the fact 30-year-old Algieri is 5 years younger than Pacquiao, 4 inches taller, with a longer reach by 5 inches and zero losses in the ring. The New York Post proclaimed Algieri would be the one to take Pacquiao down.

Manny Pacquiao v. Chris Algieri

However, as the Judiciary Report has stated in the past, "The Bigger Boxer Doesn't Always Win." Pacquiao pummeled Algieri, dropping him several times during the fight. Pacquiao, who has a very strong core (and at times it looks like he's firing shots off from said core) and incredible handspeed, proved too much for Algieri. However, don't cry for Algieri. He was paid well for the fight and has a master's degree. His record is still great, losing one fight in twenty-one (21-1 with 8 KO's). He should not feel bad, as he lost to a legend, one of the greatest ever to set foot in a ring.

Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao

After Pacquiao v. Algieri, social networking repeatedly commented that rival Floyd Mayweather, who recently turned in a great and definitive performance against Marcos Maidana in their rematch, must have watched the fight. By Monday news filtered out of renewed interest from Mayweather, with financial figures being discussed regarding a fight between him and Pacquiao.

Floyd Mayweather's Father Says His Son Will Fight Manny Pacquiao In 2015 In News Welcomed By His Top Rival

Floyd "Money" Mayweather

There are reports from champion boxer Floyd Mayweather's camp, as well as that of Manny Pacquiao, that a fight could be on the horizon from the top rated pugilists. Floyd Mayweather Sr. has stated regarding his top grossing son, "It's gonna happen. That fight's gonna happen. Trust me. That fight's definitely gonna happen. It's a fight for the world, man, right there. It's the biggest fight that has ever been in life, so like I said, man, that fight's gonna happen. Floyd never told me the fight's gonna happen, but ... the fight's gonna happen. You mark my words, and we'll see.”

Adding fuel to the fire is Oscar winning actor Denzel Washington. The Los Angeles Times reported, "Last week, Mayweather Jr.’s friend, actor Denzel Washington, said on Stephen A. Smith’s radio show that Mayweather Jr. has told him he plans to fight Pacquiao in June."

Well loved boxer, Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao, stated regarding the potential bout, "I'm crossing my fingers. Hopefully that fight will happen by next year. I'm crossing my fingers that that fight will happen but right now my mind is already set to focus on my next fight with Algieri. I think the time to talk about that issue is after the fight." Pacquiao is ready for his next fight, having accidentally broken the nose of his sparring partner, Viktor Postol.

Floyd Mayweather and Marcos Maidana

Pacquiao next fight is against New Jersey's Chris Algieri on November 22, 2014. Next year could be quite busy for Manny, as another tough and worthy opponent, Marcos Maidana, recently stated he wants to fight him in 2015. Maidana stated, "He is the biggest thing for me after Mayweather, and [it makes] business [sense to] fight him. There is a desire to stage something here, but it would be very difficult to make a fight so big in Argentina."

Manny Pacquiao Next Fight: Marcos Maidana Wants Shot Against ‘Pacman’ After Twin Defeats to Floyd Mayweather

First Posted: Oct 28, 2014 02:52 PM EDT - Former World Boxing Association welterweight champion Marcos Maidana wants to face Manny Pacquiao in 2015. Marcos Maidana took two straight defeats to Floyd Mayweather Jr. this year, but the Argentine believes that he still deserves to be in big fights, saying that he wants to face Manny Pacquiao next year.

Maidana, who holds a 35-5 record with 31 knockout wins, said in an interview that facing Pacquiao is the next best option after the Mayweather fight. The 31-year-old wants the fight to be staged in Argentina, but he conceded that it will be difficult for both parties to schedule the fight in his home country.

Pacquiao still hopeful on Mayweather showdown

Posted on » Tuesday, October 28, 2014 - HONG KONG: Filipino boxing star Manny Pacquiao said he hoped to finally step in the ring with arch-rival Floyd Mayweather next year as he denied he was taking his upcoming opponent Chris Algieri lightly. Pacquiao, mobbed by his supporters during a promotional trip to Hong Kong, said: 'I'm crossing my fingers' that the hotly anticipated Mayweather fight could happen in 2015.

'Hopefully that fight will happen by next year,' he said. 'I'm crossing my fingers that that fight will happen but right now my mind is already set to focus on my next fight with Algieri. I think the time to talk about that issue is after the fight.' The eyes of the boxing world have long been on a showdown between the unbeaten American and eight-division world champion Pacquiao (56-5-2), two of the greatest boxers of their generation.

The two regularly exchange taunts with 'Money' Mayweather recently posting pictures of Pacquiao's losses, and the Filipino last month telling his rival to stop 'blabbing' and fight him...

Will Floyd Mayweather Settle The Shantel Jackson Lawsuit In Exchange For Her Silence

Floyd Mayweather

The Shantel Jackson domestic violence lawsuit poses several problems for boxer, Floyd Mayweather, who is coming off a win against fellow pugilist, Marcos Maidana. Jackson's threats of telling-all about her 8-years with Mayweather, could prove very damaging to his name and career, if she begins divulging all she saw.

Shantel Jackson: Floyd needs to cut me a check

Jackson's attempts at syncing her lawsuit to create a scandal before Mayweather's fight failed to cost him the bout, as he handily routed Maidana, who took such a beating, he forgot which corner to return to after the match. However, Jackson's lawyer Allred is very good at extracting settlements for clients in exchange for their silence. The question is does Mayweather believe Jackson knows enough to really damage him.

When high profile individuals get into relationships, they really should consider having their significant other sign a confidentiality agreement, because in the event things do not work out, some will betray your confidence. It's one thing to go to law enforcement with allegations of criminal activity, but divulging non-criminal and embarrassing details of someone's life for money is something altogether different.

Did Shantel Jackson File A Lawsuit And Tell All On Boxer Floyd Mayweather A Week Before His Big Fight To Make Him Lose

Floyd Mayweather and Marcos Maidana

[This is a follow up to a story the Judiciary Report broke first, regarding Shantel Jackson and the fact she would start to claim ex-fiancé, Floyd Mayweather, the top earning athlete in the world, was hitting her and now she has made said allegations a month later (Floyd Mayweather's Ex-Fiancée Shantel Jackson Sues The Boxer For Beating Her Confirming What This Site Previously Stated She Would State)]

The internet is buzzing that actress model gold digger, Shantel Jackson, filed a lawsuit against the top earning athlete in the world, boxer Floyd Mayweather, a week before his big fight, to create a distraction with the intention of causing him to lose.

Sports heads know that boxers don't fare as well as they normally do with distractions present. Great boxers have lost big fights due to massive arguments and serious issues with their love interest, girlfriend or wife. It destroys their concentration and focus, making them susceptible to subpar punching and knockouts, performing well below their normal levels of sports excellence (In Sports Focus Can Make The Difference Between Winning And Losing).

Floyd Mayweather and Shantel Jackson

People on social networking keep stating Jackson timed her lawsuit and big press conference, telling all regarding her tumultuous relationship with Mayweather, alleging he beat, choked and pulled a gun on her, to coincide with Mayweather's rematch against Marcos Maidana. According to Shantel, the alleged beatings began happening in 2012, but as you can see, she never went to the police or filed suit back then.

The last incident Shantel alleges, where she says Mayweather dragged her by the arm, pulling her back into his condo, demanding they talked things out regarding their relationship, occurred in February 2014. That was over 7-months ago. Why did Jackson wait one week before his big fight to file the lawsuit and go public.

It's not like she couldn't find a lawyer to go against Mayweather in this type of case, who coincidentally is worth $400,000,000. A lawyer in Allred's area of practice would jump at such a high profile case, as men in these situations often settle to avoid the negative publicity.

The spectacle was timed to mess with Mayweather's head right before the fight, for maximum press coverage and public interest as well as being conducted with the belief it will make the defendant, Mayweather, more inclined to settle for big money to get the problem out of the way.

Shantel Jackson complaining on social networking about friends turning on her over Mayweather

People would have more respect for Shantel had she gone to the police and then a lawyer sooner, rather than timing it to coincide with his big fight. I know some women in relationships with a domestic violence component, have trouble leaving a man, as they love him and are heartbroken, holding out hope the man will change. I sympathize with them, but your safety comes first (use your head and not your heart and remove yourself from that dangerous situation). However, a woman who keeps going back to a man for lavish gifts and money, as Shantel did, all while saying he is abusing her, is up to something else.

Britain's Kell Brook Is The New IBF Welterweight Champion Of The World

Kell Brook

Britain's Kell Brook defeated boxer Shawn Porter to win the IBF middleweight title in California this past Saturday. Brook, who is half English and half Jamaican, was thrilled with his victory, defeating Porter 11-114, 117-111, 116-112. Brook is undefeated, with his record standing at 33-0 (22 knockouts).

This definitive win puts 29-year-old Brook inline to fight British rival Amir Khan. As some of you may remember, months ago the Judiciary Report wrote about the social networking war between Brook and Khan. Brook challenged Khan to a fight, with his promoter Matchroom Boxing, offering the latter $5,000,000 to get in the ring against their pugilist in Britain.

However, Khan was holding out for a fight against top dog Floyd Mayweather and frowned at fighting Brook. The Twitter war turned ugly. King Khan stated Brook was not an international boxer and labeled the fight too domestic. This prompted Brook to call his rival Queen Khan and label him someone running from a fight.

Amir Khan

Then Mayweather turned around and did to Khan what he did to Brook, snubbing a fight with him as too small. Mayweather fought and defeated Marcos "Chino" Maidana and is set for a rematch on September 13, 2014 (Amir Khan Doing To Kell Brook What Floyd Mayweather Did To Him). For Khan, waiting on Mayweather has been like waiting on a unicorn, a fairytale.

Brook's definitive win and status as IBF champ puts him inline to fight Khan, who can no longer state the rival from his homeland is not international. Brook stated after his win, "The British public want it. He'll probably say I need to win another title for the fight. I know he doesn't like me. The fact is, he is getting it. I'm the champ of the world."

It's your move Amir. Kell called you out again. It's time to defend your skills as a boxer and give the British people a big show. Think of it as national pride. Not to mention, Froch v. Groves in London sold 80,000 tickets this summer. There is a big market in Blighty.

Married Reality Star Tiny Slams Boxer Floyd Mayweather For Stating He Had Sex With Her (Video)

During a press conference a week ago to promote the upcoming rematch Mayweather v. Maidana 2, boxer Floyd Mayweather stated he’d engaged in sexual intercourse with reality star/singer, Tiny, the wife of rapper T.I.. The rapper, who is making death threats against Mayweather, is a convicted felon, who went to prison on gun charges. Hours after the statement caused controversy on social networking, Mayweather stated he did not say he was having sex with Tiny. However, her husband thought he was having sex with Tiny.

Tiny recently did a radio interview with comedian/actor Rickey Smiley, where she stated, “Tough that you can’t just be out and take a picture with somebody” to which he responded, “That don’t mean that you sleeping with somebody because you took a picture.”

Prior to this incident, the Judiciary Report warned about famous people taking photos with others and what one writes/says on social networking, regarding how it can sometimes be misconstrued by the public [Thirsty Groupie Publicly Touching And Flirting With Carmelo Anthony Gave The Public A Certain Impression Sure To Upset His Wife LaLa (Video) and Why Do Women Take To The Internet And Imply Sexual Things About Famous Men]. People will automatically assume you are having sex with the person, especially based on the body language in the photo or the nature of what is written or said.

Tiny further stated regarding Mayweather, “He has never been in a room with me by himself” and he “turned his head when he said ‘he thought I was f****** his b****.” Tiny also stated she was not happy with him using the b-word in reference to her. Mayweather previously apologized for using the b-word in reference to Tiny (then did it again).

Floyd Mayweather Backtracks Says He Did Not Have Sex With T.I.'s Wife Tiny

Floyd Mayweather at press conference last week

This past Saturday, lightweight boxing champion of the world, Floyd Mayweather, caused controversy on social networking and websites, by stating during a press conference for his fight Mayweather v. Maidana 2, that he slept with Tiny, the wife of rapper T.I.

Tiny avoiding Mayweather as he motions for her whilst saying hello weeks ago, due to husband T.I. offended him and led to the athlete making claims he had sex with her

Mayweather stated regarding Tin'y unfaithful husband T.I., "What about the bitch? I was f***ing his b***h." However, hours later Mayweather stated what he'd actually said was, "He thinks I was f***ing his bitch." He further stated, "I've never been with Tiny sexually. I respect her situation and I think she's a good person. I would never disrespect a marriage."

Tiny and TI

According to TMZ, Tiny agreed, "T.I.'s wife Tiny confirms that statement ... telling us she's never had sexual relations with Floyd -- and thinks he only spoke out at the presser to get revenge for her BET Awards diss. As for T.I. ... he simply told us, "I hope he is enjoying himself. God bless him."

Floyd Mayweather’s Latest Pay Per View Numbers Indicate He Needs To Choose His Next Opponent Very Carefully

Marcos Maidana v. Floyd Mayweather on May 3, 2014

Top grossing boxer Floyd Mayweather is facing a conundrum. His latest numbers from his May 3, 2014 fight against challenger Marcos Maidana, is said to have done 800,000 to 900,000 in pay per view sales. This is less than half the figures from his previous fight against Canelo Alvarez, which received over 2,000,000 pay per view buys in America alone, with additional purchases in Mexico. Despite the lower pay per view numbers, Mayweather still made $70,000,000 from the fight.

A few things contributed to lower sales. Many Americans did not know who Maidana is and skipped paying the hefty $70 pay per view fee for a fight with a largely unknown challenger. Roughly an hour after the fight, people had already ripped and uploaded it to YouTube, using Twitter to alert people to the external free link for the bout. Within 24 hours, one free YouTube page alone had 25,000 views of the fight. Digital rights management did not do a sufficient job in quickly removing links and fans knew to expect it.

Manny Pacquiao

Another factor is people wanting and waiting for him to fight fan favorite, Manny Pacquiao, in a bout that has been repeatedly delayed. Pacquiao is ready to fight Mayweather. It is now up to Mayweather to make the fight happen. The fight has the potential to break pay per view records and go down in history as one of if not the top fight to date.

Adrien Broner Wants To Fight Manny Pacquiao In Floyd Mayweather’s Stead

Floyd Mayweather

There has been talk of a rematch between boxers Floyd Mayweather and Marcos “Chino” Maidana, after the latter’s defeat to the reigning, undefeated champion in the ring this month. However, the Judiciary Report is against it. Mayweather should not have fought Maidana in the first place, after he was accused of questionable conduct (Adrien Broner Apologizes For Running Out Of The Ring And Marcos Maidana Is Being Investigated).

Marcos “Chino” Maidana

Then on May 3, 2014, during “The Moment” as it was billed, Maidana engaged in more unorthodox ring tactics. Mayweather should endeavor to fight someone other than Maidana, as the fight was not a clean one on the challenger's end, replete with low blows, kickboxing (which shocked Mike Tyson who was sitting in the audience) and headbutts, giving the champ his first cut in the ring, with blood pouring into one of his eyes. Maidana’s trainer told him on tape to make it a dirty fight and he made it so.

Manny Pacquiao

This week, Mayweather’s protégé Adrien Broner, who defeated Carlos Molina on the undercard of the May 3, 2014 fight, wants to take on beloved boxer, Manny Pacquiao. Tweets Broner retweeted on his Twitter page in addition to other items on social networking indicate Broner is in favor of a potential bout with Pacquiao.

Adrien Broner

While Broner taking on Paquiao would be an interesting match up, this is not the main fight people want to see. The public has demanded a Mayweather v. Paquiao fight for years. Mayweather should fight Amir Khan, Adrien Broner and Manny Pacquiao. In the mean time, Broner should have a rematch with Maidana to try to avenge his 2013 loss to the tough contender.
