Tyson Fury Defeats Wladimir Klitschko To Become Heavyweight Boxing Champion Of The World

The "Gypsy King" Becomes The Boxing King Of The Heavyweight Division

UPDATE 12-7-15: A report in the Daily Star indicated Tyson's win would mean he has unified the division. However, other reports online state it has not been unified with his defeat of Klitschko. Fury is still the world champion though.

Tyson Fury

27-year-old Tyson Fury, the English underdog of Irish ancestry, went the distance with fellow boxer, Wladimir Klitschko, 39, the heavyweight champion of the world for the past 11-years and won, in what was an upset victory that came as a shock to many. Fury defeated Klitschko in Dusseldorf, Germany, before a 55,000 strong sell out crowd this past Saturday, to become the new heavyweight champion of the world, unifying the division.

Fury won by unanimous decision (116-111, 115-112, 115-112). Fury won Klitschko's WBA Super, IBF and WBO belts in the $50,000,000 fight. His purse is thought to be $5,000,000 with additional potential payouts from the widely watched fight. Previously, Fury won the British, English, European, Commonwealth and Irish belts. He is now one of the most decorated boxers in sports history.

Fury was often mocked for not being mainstream, speaking his mind in incendiary interviews and press conferences and not being chiseled. Most people did not think he had a chance to defeat Klitschko, but I didn't count him out. The Judiciary Report began running a series of articles on Fury a year and a half ago, prior to his fight against boxer Dereck Chisora for the British and European heavyweight titles, which he later won. Fury visibly shook up Chisora and shocked Klitschko, who also looked surprised at the challenger's performance during several points in their bout.

Team Fury ecstatic as the winner is announced "From the United Kingdom..."

Some attribute Fury's win to Klitschko's age (and 39 is advanced years for boxing and most sports). However, just months ago, Klitschko defeated excellent Philadelphia boxer, Bryant Jennings, in New York's famed Madison Square Gardens arena. Pundits should give credit where credit is due. Klitschko is a superb boxer. One of the best ever. However, people underestimated Fury's abilities as a pugilist and how badly he wanted to win. You could see the drive and determination in his eyes the whole fight.

Months ago on Twitter I stated I am rooting for Fury in the Klitschko fight. A year and a half ago in July 2014, I wrote Fury should improve his training regiment (which he did) and pitch for the Klitschko fight as he has a talent for boxing (Tyson Fury States He Wants To Fight World Champion Wladimir Klitschko But There’s A Problem).

Wladimir Klitschko

I did not discount Fury for several reasons. He is undefeated. He comes from a line of bare-knuckle Gypsy boxers, who by all indications are very physically tough. He is strong with a significant reach. He showed improvement over his past several fights and then improved his fitness levels losing the beer belly and love handles (even though he recently described his body as being "like jelly" LOL). He certainly showed faith. Congrats to Fury on his well deserved win. God bless. I love a good underdog story.

Britain's Kell Brook Is The New IBF Welterweight Champion Of The World

Kell Brook

Britain's Kell Brook defeated boxer Shawn Porter to win the IBF middleweight title in California this past Saturday. Brook, who is half English and half Jamaican, was thrilled with his victory, defeating Porter 11-114, 117-111, 116-112. Brook is undefeated, with his record standing at 33-0 (22 knockouts).

This definitive win puts 29-year-old Brook inline to fight British rival Amir Khan. As some of you may remember, months ago the Judiciary Report wrote about the social networking war between Brook and Khan. Brook challenged Khan to a fight, with his promoter Matchroom Boxing, offering the latter $5,000,000 to get in the ring against their pugilist in Britain.

However, Khan was holding out for a fight against top dog Floyd Mayweather and frowned at fighting Brook. The Twitter war turned ugly. King Khan stated Brook was not an international boxer and labeled the fight too domestic. This prompted Brook to call his rival Queen Khan and label him someone running from a fight.

Amir Khan

Then Mayweather turned around and did to Khan what he did to Brook, snubbing a fight with him as too small. Mayweather fought and defeated Marcos "Chino" Maidana and is set for a rematch on September 13, 2014 (Amir Khan Doing To Kell Brook What Floyd Mayweather Did To Him). For Khan, waiting on Mayweather has been like waiting on a unicorn, a fairytale.

Brook's definitive win and status as IBF champ puts him inline to fight Khan, who can no longer state the rival from his homeland is not international. Brook stated after his win, "The British public want it. He'll probably say I need to win another title for the fight. I know he doesn't like me. The fact is, he is getting it. I'm the champ of the world."

It's your move Amir. Kell called you out again. It's time to defend your skills as a boxer and give the British people a big show. Think of it as national pride. Not to mention, Froch v. Groves in London sold 80,000 tickets this summer. There is a big market in Blighty.

The Wife Of British Prime Minister David Cameron Pats Him On The Rear In Public

This Is Why She Is Always Pregnant

David Cameron and Samantha Cameron

Samantha Cameron, the wife of British Prime Minister, David Cameron, pat him on his butt during an official state function, when she thought the cameras were not looking. So much for the British "stiff upper lip." Actually, I think it's great that she's so playful with her husband. It also explains why she is pregnant so often. You go girl! Clearly the PM is no Stanley "I Have A Headache" Roper.

Celluloid Film Review: Arthur

Title: Arthur

Year Of Release: 2011

Review Date: September 30, 2011

Rating: PG-13

Running time: 110 minutes

Box Office Gross: $65,339,543

Site Rating: 2 out of 10 stars

Family Warning: contains some sexual content and bad language

"Arthur" the remake of the 1981 film of the same name, did not live up to its predecessor, regarding the promiscuous Brit living in New York. The reboot, which stars British comedic actor, Russell Brand, in the role, did not quite do the late Dudley Moore justice. Most filmgoers probably did not look past the surface of this film's trailer, to buy a ticket to see it, as the movie so paled in comparison to what came before it, the deterioration in quality was immediately apparent.

The film did have a few funny moments, but it took way too long for them to arrive. Some jokes did fall somewhat flat, while ironically characterizing the Obama Administration's view on economics. When officials inform Arthur he is living a lavish and meaningless life, by stating, "How do you explain this frivolous spending during a recession" - he simply goes to an ATM, obtains funds from his family's account and spontaneously begins throwing it all over a room full of people while proclaiming, "Free money, recession's over, we're in a boom." The Obama school of economics, indeed.

Speaking of Obama, Hollywood has been name dropping him in their movies, as a means of promoting him. This is being done in bids at propping him up, after their insane agenda, bad advice and constant presence at the White House, firmly planted the first African-American presidency in trouble (see polls). When Arthur is confronted by his mother about his debauched lifestyle and her desire for him to marry a domineering woman he does not love, she admonishes him by stating, "As the charming coffee colored gentleman (Obama) that runs this country said, 'It is time to put aside childish things.'" Actually, that phrase came from the Bible (1 Corinthians 13:11). Leave it to Hollywood to compliment and insult in the same sentence, where no matter what they tell you, race is a factor.

Ryan Giggs Exposed As Super Injunction Football Player In Adultery Scandal

The United Kingdom has a legal tool known as a "super injunction" which bars the British press from disclosing the names, details and private lives, of individuals seeking said court order. However, Twitter, based on US shores, was used by a British blogger, to expose a six month adulterous affair of athlete Ryan Giggs.

The world famous footballer, who plays for Manchester United FC, reportedly had an extramarital affair, with nude model and reality star, Imogen Thomas. The married father of two, sought to keep the affair secret from the press, to preserve his marriage to Stacey Giggs, the mother of his two children.

However, Thomas and her friends began implying she had an affair with a famous footballer and dropped so many hints to the press that it led some to believe it was Giggs. Bound by UK law, Thomas and co. could not state his name, but gave enough information for others to go on.

Imogen Thomas (looks like his wife)

Then, Twitter came into play, via the blog site Super Injunction, who let the cat out the bag, pardon the pun. Hey, let's face it, Thomas is acting quite catty towards his wife. Thomas seems more concerned about her celebrity, than Giggs' wife and children, which is regrettable. She owes his wife and kids an apology for that.

British MP Slams "Medal Of Honor" Over The Taliban

The third installement of the Electronic Arts Los Angeles (EA LA) video game "Medal of Honor" has been at the center of a political controversy, for adding the known terrorist group, the Taliban, to its latest release. It has been slammed by a British MP.

The video game, set in Afghanistan, allows players to choose which side they would like to be on, whether it be that of the Allied soldiers or the Taliban. It has caused outrage in Allied nations, such as America, Australia and Britain, with the latter seeking to have it banned.

Medal of Honor 3 featuring the Taliban

Under the law, Electronic Arts is legally allowed to add the Taliban to their video game. However, the manner in which it has been done, giving players the option of fighting as the terrorist group, was in poor taste and may have a negative impact on users, especially impressionable preteens and teens.

Side Bar: If EA Los Angeles are not careful, the U.S. government may claim they are promoting terrorism.

Tyrese Gets Friendly With Megan Fox Replacement

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Tyrese Gibson

Actor, Tyrese Gibson, posted a photo on his Twitter page, featuring him with newcomer, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who replaced his friend, Megan Fox, in the "Transformers" film franchise, as the lead love interest of actor, Shia Labeouf.

The Judiciary Report isn't holding its breath regarding Whiteley's acting abilities, because, let's face it, she's a model and has none. However, her British accent may work in her favor, as that makes (script) lines sound more accomplished and engaging.

That's another thing - with all the countless qualified British actresses about, why did Bay go for an unproven one, who is, may I remind you, a model by trade. Yes, it really must be because she showed up to the audition and exposed see-through lingerie. Er, isn't that a form of the casting couch. Glad he takes his filmmaking so seriously (sarcasm).

7-Year-Old Brit Raised $195,000 For Haiti

An extraordinary 7-year-old British boy, Charlie Simpson, raised $195,000 for earthquake victims in Haiti, via gaining sponsorship for riding his bicycle in favor of donations for each mile covered.

Charlie Simpson

The money Simpson has raised through his efforts, goes to UNICEF's Haiti charity for kids. He stated, "My name is Charlie Simpson. I want to do a sponsored bike ride for Haiti because there was a big earthquake and loads of people have lost their lives. I want to make some money to buy food, water and tents for everyone in Haiti."

That is so sweet. I think I'm gonna cry. To date, Britain has raised roughly $100 million dollars for Haiti.

Megan Fox Likes Robert Pattinson

Teen Choice Awards Talk

Megan Fox

Actress Megan Fox, 22, is trying to get her claws into British actor, Robert Pattinson, 23. Translation, Megan is clowning her actor boyfriend, Brian Austin Green, again.

Well, she is going to catch a serious beatdown from a whole herd of 16-year-old girls over Pattinson. Speaking of 16-year-olds, teen actress/singer, Miley Cyrus has a crush on Pattinson as well.

Robert Pattinson

Pattinson, star of the "Twilight" films, has become very popular, seemingly overnight, which is how it often works with fame. It seems a lot of women in Hollywood like him. It's the British accent. Women get stupid when they hear a British accent.

Miley Cyrus

Side Bar: Miley, what were you doing on that stripper pole...and more importantly...who okayed it being on a Teen Choice awards show. I keep writing about Hollywood's inability to discern what is appropriate for kids and teens.

I've stated it before and I will state it again, Miley, with kindness, your parents need to beat your little butt. I'm getting a terrible flashback of Britney Spears at 16 and that's not a road you want to go down, Miley.

Megan Fox hearts Robert Pattinson

Tue, Aug 11, 2009 10:54:45 GMT - Is there any female in Hollywood that doesn’t have a little crush on Robert Pattinson? Well it doesn’t look like it as now even Megan Fox has jumped on board the train headed right towards the Twilight hunk.

The Transformer actress recently said: "I would eat Rob Pattinson so that I could steal some of that pretty. I just wanna be pretty like he's pretty. I want that James Dean, that sexy- *** hair."

That’s quite a reversal from an interview she gave to Elle in May when Megan had this to say about Rob and Zac Efron: “Boys in their 20s are a waste of time. They have nothing to offer conversationally. They're immature."

Indeed Pattinson seems to be sweeping them all off of their feet, Miley Cyrus tweeted this on Sunday:

@mileycyrus Gave a hug to Rob Pattinson today. Ok girls I get it now. So cute. Sorry "Robby" bout all my bashing my past. :)

"I'd pass out if I met him. I can't talk about it, 'cause I'd pass out." No, not the ramblings of a teen fan but none other than Jennifer Love Hewitt! Even Shakira has admitted to having a crush on British Rob.

What’s your secret Robert?

Miley Cyrus' 'Teen Choice' performance sparks debate

August 12, 2009 - The Internet is abuzz about the 16-year-old's racy dance. Parent groups say it crossed a line.

Miley Cyrus' provocative performance during Monday night's "Teen Choice Awards," in which she wore short shorts and boots and at one point straddled a pole, has set off a firestorm on the Internet over whether the act was appropriate for a 16-year-old entertainer in front of a youthful audience.

On YouTube and on Twitter, followers of the Disney Channel series "Hannah Montana" debated whether Miley was doing a pole dance on top of a moving ice cream pushcart or was simply hanging on to the pole for balance. Some found her sultry routine over the top for the Fox award show, which attracted 4 million viewers -- more than a quarter of whom are under age 18 themselves, according to Nielsen ratings...
