Things are on another downward slide for fallen singer, Mariah Carey. First two of her albums in a row flopped. Then she was dumped by cheating husband, Nick Cannon, who left her stating she is very mentally ill and he fears for their young twins safety. Then, her Las Vegas residency turned into a disaster due to vocal and emotional problems, leading to many dates being cancelled, leaving fans very disappointed and upset. When Carey finally did hit the stage, critics and fans complained about the subpar show, her shoddy vocals and terrible costumes that did not accentuate her fuller figure.

Things seemed to be looking up, as she got engaged to Australian billionaire, James Packer, began a bizarre reality show and began dabbling in the studio again...only for things to quickly turn terrible again. Woman's Day magazine in Australia published an article stating Packer dumped spendthrift Carey, who greedily wants to keep her $10,000,000 engagement ring. If an engagement is cancelled, the woman should give back the ring, especially one of high monetary value. Carey is known for being materialistic and spending excessive sums of money.

Carey is being cruel to her sister who is struggling with HIV and became violently ill this year. Allison Carey has been imploring sister Mariah for help, but she has turned her back on her. Now that Carey is down in the dumps again, maybe she will recognize in part, how bad Allison feels and help her. There's no excuse for turning her back on her sick sister.

Rapper and reality star Ray J and his fiancée, Princess, has been denied a visa to visit the nation of Australia. There is speculation that the visa denial occurred due to his involvement in the latest scandal regarding singer Chris Brown, who was banned from Australia a year ago over the Rihanna domestic violence case and his status as a felon.

The latest incident involving Ray J bringing a female scam artist, Baylee Curran to Chris Brown's home, without the singer's permission, mushroomed into a scandal when she gave gossip site TMZ, police and various news outlets conflicting stories claiming he kicked her out of his house at gunpoint.

Curran has since been unmasked as a thief wanted for questioning, regarding a grand theft larceny case in New York, involving an incident where she stole a $1,000 Louis Vuitton purse containing $200. Curran is also accused of stealing her friend's Rolex watch. Curran's boyfriend is currently in prison over a bar fight she participated in, which left people injured.

Despite Curran's history, Ray J, has been deemed guilty by association. However, there is another spin. The mere fact Ray J brought someone of such poor reputation to Brown's home, in what has become a terrible scandal wasting police time and taxpayer money, indicates he would do the same in other situations.

 Mentally troubled actress, Amber Heard, has come under fire for claims she made alleging her actor husband of a little over a year, Johnny Depp, beat her with his mobile phone. TMZ found photos of Heard laughing and smiling while partying with friends the very next day, with no signs of injury. One of Heard's friends also quickly deleted a photo from Instagram showing the actress smiling with no injuries. This contradicts the photo Heard took the day before and had her lawyer enter into the court record showing big bruises on her face.

Heard called police during an argument she was having with bereaved Depp, whose mother had just died. Depp's family and friends state Heard has been very unsympathetic about his mother's death and kept picking arguments with him. She chose to swoop in at his most vulnerable point, while he is grieving his mother, demanding millions of dollars in a divorce settlement.

The fact still remains, when police responded to Heard's call of a domestic dispute, they saw no injuries on her or signs of a struggle in their home. Heard never told police Depp hit her. However, now she is stating Depp had hit her numerous times in the past and on the day she called police, who have publicly stated they saw no signs of injury. 

Depp's bodyguards are also stating Heard had screamed "stop hitting me" prompting them to rush into the room within seconds, but when they got there, Heard was on a sofa and Depp in the kitchen, way too far away from her to have been hitting her. Depp's bodyguards are also stating they have pulled her off him in the past, after Heard violently lunged at and hit him.

There was also the strange incident Heard got Depp involved in during a trip to Australia. Heard is accused of falsifying and forging immigration documents, then smuggling her dogs into Australia, in an incident that provoked the displeasure of the Australian government. Heard smuggled her two Yorkshire terriers into Australia without declaring them on immigration papers, which is a criminal offense. 

As a general rule, one is not allowed to smuggle in undeclared pets, meats, fruits or vegetables into countries, including America. Animals must have the necessary paperwork regarding health records and sometimes face quarantine. Disease can easily spread to nations via undeclared items that go on to wipe out pets, livestock, fruits and vegetation. Heard was forced to make an apology to Australia on television for violating their laws, with an embarrassed and depressed looking Depp by her side. Heard was facing 10-years for the offense.

Heard is not a rich actress. Yesterday, I looked over her list of films. They are not big films and the types of parts she was given prior to Depp, doesn't pay huge sums of money. Heard was not broke, but she was not rolling in money either. Since dating and marrying Depp, she was given roles in big budget films that are slated to be filmed shortly ("Justice League Part One" "Justice League Part Two" and "Aquaman"). However, Heard hasn't done the work yet. Therefore, she has not collected full payment for the three big budget films and she is still not the star of said movies, which means lower pay. 

Before getting with Depp, Heard did not have a lavish lifestyle, as she could not afford it. Since getting with Depp, she has stopped using commercial airlines and been flying on his private jet, while living in opulent surroundings she simply could not afford on her own. There's nothing wrong with a spouse elevating the lifestyle of the person they have married. However, Heard is a massive gold digger, who thinks there is money to be had from Depp's $400,000,000 fortune.

Heard pretended to be straight to get Depp's money, while cheating on him with women. Now she is in a position to ditch the older actor after a year of marriage, take his money and openly return to her lesbian lifestyle with young women, rather than privately cheating on him with other lesbians. Prior to dating Depp, Heard was with lesbian sex partner Tasya van Ree for years. Heard was secretly married to van Rae and had even changed her last name. In documents she was known as Amber van Ree.   

I can't believe Depp allowed himself to be suckered like this. When you have that much money or the potential to earn large sums, you must get married with a prenup. Actually, I don't advise anyone getting married without a prenup. I have seen people in the industry, as well as some outside of it, completely rip off others in acrimonious divorces.

My attitude is if you didn't earn the money, you shouldn't be getting half of it. By all means, if your spouse needs spousal support to survive, help them out. Don't let them become destitute and fall on hard times if you can prevent it. However, they should not be able to wipe you out in court, taking huge chunks of what you've worked for in your career. There's something so wrong about that.

Depp married Heard with no prenup and in California, one of the riskiest places to do so, as spouses are entitled to half of everything you earned and bought during the marriage, in said state which labels marital assets "community property." After 1-year of marriage and terrorizing Depp, under state law Heard is entitled to walk away with millions of dollars and property. That is ridiculous and so wrong. However, it's the law. Depp has kids. If anyone is to get his money, it should be his offspring.

Chris Brown's promoter, Castor and Ford Agency Pty Ltd, has been hit with a $3,600,000 (2,700,000 U.S. Dollars) lawsuit in Australia, filed by Westgate Entertainment Pty Ltd, over his cancelled concert series. Brown announced tour dates in Australia and New Zealand and began selling tickets, but unadvisedly did so before obtaining a visa. 

This was a significant financial risk, as Brown is a felon from the Rihanna domestic violence case. Protesters demanded the governments block Brown's entry into Australia and New Zealand, rendering him unable to obtain visas. Brown filed an appeal, which was also denied. Brown and another concert promoter have been sued in the Philippines for cancelling a New Years eve show and keeping the $1,000,000 a church group paid as a deposit.

Brown's business is not being handled correctly. The concert cancellations will make it far more difficult for Brown to obtain the necessary touring insurance. It will also increase Brown's insurance premiums. There is also the risk it will make other concert promoters less inclined to work with him, costing him millions of dollars in revenue.

6:02 pm March 31, 2016 - Legal action against US singer Chris Brown's Australian concert promoter has begun in Melbourne over last year's cancelled tour. The 26-year-old singer cancelled both his Australian and New Zealand tours after he was refused a visa to enter Australia in late 2015 on character grounds. 

There was a groundswell of support for a petition that called on the government to block the R&B star from visiting the country because he was convicted in 2009 of assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna. A writ filed in the Victorian Supreme Court on Wednesday by Westgate Entertainment Pty Ltd against Castor and Ford Agency Pty Ltd (CAFA)claims it is owed more than $3.6 million... 

Court documents say an agreement between Westgate and CAFA was reached in June 2015, which would see Westgate contribute 50 per cent of all expenses and costs associated with the tour. Under that deal Westgate would be repaid that money in full and also receive 50 per cent of tour profits. More than $2.6 million was paid by Westgate before the December concerts were cancelled, the writ says...

The item come after news reported by the E! website that his ex-girlfriend, whom he is trying to get back, is dating DJ Morten. Brown is still in love with Tran and is not pleased with what is being stated.

Last year, the singer was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. It is important that bipolar sufferers do not take on too much and it will trigger depression, confusion and anxiety from feeling overwhelmed and agitated. Bipolar suffers do not need any type of imbalance in their lives. It creates problems, triggering negative chemical reactions in their brain. My concern is that Brown will overdose under depression (people in his circle are providing him with narcotics). His family need to watch him and make sure he attends therapy and takes his medicine or this will not end well.

Billboard reports that a tour promoter confirmed the news today, announcing canceled dates in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, and Brisbane. The news follows reports in September that the Australian government denied Brown's visa application due to "character grounds," an apparent reference to his history of domestic violence. (Australia also kept Floyd Mayweather out of the country earlier this year for the same reason.)

The tour cancelation announcement noticeably didn't cite the rejected visa application and promised to double down on rescheduled performance dates. "Mr Brown and the promoters both remain positive that the tour will take place in the near future," a statement from the promoter said. "Mr Brown wishes to express his deepest gratitude to the fans for their support and looks forward to a successful tour in the near future."

The Australian government has announced it is preparing to bar singer Chris Brown from the nation, denying him entry for his "One Hell Of A Nite" worldwide concert tour. Brown has a criminal record from the Rihanna domestic violence case, where he plead guilty in lieu of prison, for assaulting his ex-girlfriend, after an argument between the two turned violent after she struck him. Brown was placed on probation for 5-years after accepting a guilty plea to avoid prison.

A few years ago I saw a documentary on Australia's Border Protection and the checks visitors must go through to visit their nation. Australia has stringent rules for entering their country. One is not allowed to have a felony conviction on one's record and must show means of support when attempting to gain a visa for entering Australia.

Australia's Minister for Women and Minister for Employment Michaelia Cash stated, "I can assure you that the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection will be looking at this very, very seriously. This is a government that is not afraid to say no. We said no, you are not the type of person we want in Australia." The Prime Minister is in agreement with immigration regarding denying Brown a visa.

This marks the fourth nation to do so, after Canada, Britain and New Zealand denied Brown entry, costing him millions of dollars in concert revenues, paid appearances, endorsements and other tie-ins recording artists' representatives negotiate on their behalf. Brown has also lost many sponsorship deals in America. Overall, he has lost tens of millions of dollars since the ill-fated 2009 incident.

A gangster who fled London for Australia and embarked on a career as a model and musician, was arrested by authorities, after police lured him to a fake modeling shoot. 30-year-old Ben Fiberesima fled North London's South Kilburn, after being arrested and bailed on weapons, theft and fraud charges in England.

Fiberesima fled to Australia and became a rapper under the moniker Roky Million, branding himself "the sexiest rapper alive" and modeled for famous designers such as Tom Ford. Fiberesima also authored a self-help book which stated he was worth seven figures. He set up an Instagram account, unwisely refusing to lay low as a fugitive.

The Metropolitan Police, much like their police force counterparts worldwide, loves social networking for catching criminals. They've nabbed a number of lawbreaking individuals, who either surfaced online or even more incriminatingly flashed stolen loot and property on social networking for all to see.

Someone sent the Metropolitan Police a tip after spotting Fiberesima on Instagram with a bevy of beauties (Fiberesima will no doubt brand the tipster a hater). This prompted the police to set up a fake modeling shoot in the fashionable North London district of Kentish Town, after contacting a top modeling agency he worked for, requesting his services. When Fiberesima showed up to the Kentish Town studio to model, police arrested him. He has been sentenced to 3-years and 9-months in jail.

My question is, Fiberesima clearly has the ability to model and rap, why didn't he just do that in the first place instead of turning to a life of crime. People, work on your goals and dreams and stick to that. It will take hard work and dedication but you can make it. Be sensible with your choices and leave the life of crime alone.

Fugitive model Ben Fiberesima jailed after London police sting

Tuesday 19 May 2015 - Police have snared a gangster from London, almost a decade after he established a second life as a model and musician while he was a fugitive in Australia. Ben Fiberesima, 30, from South Kilburn, skipped bail while on trial for fraud and weapons charges in London seven years ago.

Police arrested him in 2008 after they discovered a stun gun, a canister of CS gas and stolen property at his flat after he reported an attempted burglary. After he was bailed, he absconded and adopted a false identity, the Kilburn Times reported. While on the run, Fiberesima modelled for high fashion labels including Tom Ford, and recorded rap using the stage name Roky Million.

In a self-help book Fiberesima penned last year, he boasted he was “worth seven figures by the age of 26”, and used his social media accounts to flaunt his success. But last year Fiberesima’s lavish lifestyle came to an abrupt end when an anonymous tipster alerted the police that he had returned to London. Metropolitan Police detectives posed as a fake photograph company to contact a prestigious modelling agency which had Fiberesima on its books...

Gibson began selling items through the Apple app and a book, fraudulently claiming cancer curing food recipes, which was all a lie.

Years ago charlatan and conman, Kevin Trudeau, published a book called ‘Natural Cures: They Don’t Want You To Know About” touting coral calcium as the cure to cancer when it is not. The entire thing was a scam. People who called the 1-800 number and bought the book, ended up upset when Trudeau’s company sold their credit card numbers to others, such as the sexually explicit “Girls Gone Wild” and they began receiving the pornographic DVDs they were billed for but did not order. Trudeau was repeatedly prosecuted by the Federal Trade Commission for making fraudulent claims and sentenced to 10-years in prison. He is scheduled to be released in 2022.

Crazy celebrity cult, Kabbalah, led by insane pop star Madonna, has touted their costly bottled water as the cure to cancer (which ironically contains contaminants due to improper handling and poor purification methods that are almost non-existent, earning the cult a criminal citation and fine from the Canadian government). Madonna also has a hand in the "Stand Up To Cancer" campaign, where donations are not being used in the best way possible. The "Stand Up To Cancer" campaign is highly questionable and the truth is going to come out about it.

The late Apple CEO, Steve Jobs, decided to forgo medication in favor of a fruit and vegetable diet and it shaved years off his life, due to the absence of medicine and accepted medical procedures. Eating fruits and vegetables is great and essential to your diet, but will not cure cancer. The answer regarding cancer lays in science via medication. However, nothing currently on the market cures cancer. Some commonly used drugs temporarily send it into remission, such as Herceptin, Gleevec and Yervoy (said statement is not an endorsement of the aforementioned drugs) while chemo and radiation are stalwarts that are frequently employed.

Apr 22, 2015, 12:05 - Belle Gibson, the Australian wellness blogger who claimed she overcame terminal brain cancer thanks to a healthy diet, has admitted that she made the entire thing up. The Australian Women's Weekly interviewed Gibson and asked if she had or had ever had cancer, and she replied: "No. None of it’s true." "I don't want forgiveness," Gibson told the Weekly. "I just think [speaking out] was the responsible thing to do. Above anything, I would like people to say, 'Okay, she's human.'"

Gibson gained worldwide fame and more than 200,000 Instagram followers thanks to her story. She was about to publish her cookbook The Whole Pantry in the US when the press started to investigate her health claims and her assertion that she donated 25% of her app's sales to charity. Now Gibson tells the Weekly that she's still passionate about avoiding gluten, dairy, and coffee, but she doesn't really understand how cancer works.

Sydney (AFP) - An Australian blogger who found fame after claiming she was conquering brain cancer through natural therapy, her app even getting chosen for the new Apple watch, admitted Thursday she never had the disease.

Belle Gibson launched her successful The Whole Pantry business in 2013 -- billed as the world's first health, wellness and lifestyle app community -- on the back of healing herself naturally through wholefoods and alternative therapies. She also released The Whole Pantry cookbook in 2014, which publisher Penguin pulled from sale last month when suspicions sparked by the Australian media first arose. It had been due to go on sale soon in the United States and Britain.

Her app had also reportedly been hand-picked by tech giant Apple for its new smartwatch, which goes on sale Friday. Mother-of-one Gibson, 23, has now admitted she fabricated the cancer, when quizzed by the Australian Women's Weekly. "No. None of it is true," she confessed in an interview published Thursday entitled "My lifelong struggle with the truth".

"I just think (speaking out) was the responsible thing to do. Above anything else, I want people to say 'okay, she's human'." Gibson added that after years of lies, confronting the truth was "very scary, to be honest".

Reports said she had received hate mail and even death threats since being exposed. She said the backlash had been "beyond horrible". Gibson did not go into detail about her motivations for lying, other than that she had a troubled childhood. The magazine said accountants were winding up The Whole Pantry business.

Gibson's lie began unravelling when it emerged last month that she failed to donate Aus$300,000 (US$232,000) in profits from the sales of her book to charity as promised and friends started to question her diagnosis via the media. Consumer affairs authorities said they were checking whether she had breached any laws in claiming to give to charity when the money had not been donated.

"Businesses are obliged to ensure that any representations related to their products or services do not mislead consumers and all representations are true and accurate," Consumer Affairs Victoria said in a statement. Todd Harper, the chief of local charity Cancer Council Victoria, urged patients to be wary of cure claims that sounded too good to be true.

"We are very concerned about anyone who makes unproven scientifically flawed claims about cancer treatments because the risk is that cancer patients will take them seriously," he said, without commenting specifically on Gibson. He added that patients should consult their doctor before trying alternative or complementary treatments, including extreme diets.

Bloggers faking disease and even death to gain attention is not a new phenomenon. Earlier this month, a 27-year-old US woman from New York state was jailed for 20 years after killing her five-year-old son by poisoning him with salt, so she could log on and write about his "illness". The court heard Lacey Spears suffered from Munchausen syndrome in which a person fakes illness to get attention. The Australian Women's Weekly said medical specialists it spoke to suggested Gibson could be suffering from a similar condition.

The government takes very seriously its role in protecting the Australian community from the risk of harm by non-citizens who engage in criminal conduct and or conduct that is of serious concern. Visa applicants must demonstrate they are of good character, as required under the character test in the Migration Act 1958, before they are granted a visa. I am aware of Mr. Mayweather’s background - both in terms of his professional success as well as his criminal history - as has been extensively reported in the United States and Australian media. In making character decisions, a range of factors are taken into account. This can include consideration of both a person’s criminal history as well as their general conduct over a continuum of time, to reach an assessment as to whether they are of good character.”

Recently, singer Chris Brown was denied entry into Canada twice, due to his criminal record in relation to the Rihanna domestic violence case. Rapper Snoop Dogg was denied entry into Britain due to his arrest record for murder (acquitted) as well as drug possession. Many countries of the world, including the United States, have stringent rules regarding visa applicants and the requirement they not be felons or convicted of violent or drug related crimes, even if the drug crimes are misdemeanors, as opposed to the more serious felonies.

This is a follow up to the Judiciary Report exclusive articles NSA Workers Admit To Reading The Emails And Listening To The Calls Of Americans In Violation Of The Law (June 9, 2013) and Judge Rules The NSA Illegally Spied On Americans Confirming The Site's Previous Claims (Video) (August 22, 2013) regarding the NSA's illegal spying which the Judiciary Report's sister site the Sound Off Column broke FIRST several years ago.

This week a fresh scandal cropped up as more revelations from courageous American whistleblower Edward Snowden revealed, the NSA has been illegally spying on the heads of state of Mexico, France and Germany, via wiretapping their phone calls (they aren't the only ones being spied on - the list is longer and even includes ally Great Britain). The Judiciary Report has consistently maintained for years that spying on other world governments is a violation of international law.

Years ago one of my connections had privately revealed to me that the Obama Administration had illegally wiretapped the Jamaican Prime Minister, during and leading up to the Dudus extradition scandal, which I stated is illegal and unethical. Then the scandal broke and news came forth that the Obama Administration had indeed unlawfully listened into calls of then Prime Minister Bruce Golding.

I do not agree with any head of state anywhere in the world illegally wiretapping another. International law dictates that one cannot wiretap a person in a foreign nation without the expressed consent of the justice department of said nation, as it will violate the laws of the country in question. No justice department in the world is going to grant another nation the legal right to wiretap their head of state. It's just not done. When such an international incident occurs and it does happen, there is no legal foundation for such conduct.

Obama needs to clean up the NSA and its sister agency the FBI. The expansive, illegal surveillance of Americans and foreigners is costing America a fortune, which could be better used to help the poor and homeless, send many American students to university on scholarship, repair roads and bridges, restore great grant programs at the Small Business Association and give financial subsidies to Americans seeking to buy homes (those were great programs and the reason homeownership and business ownership was so high during the Clinton years). This would be a better use of the tens of billions of dollars per year the illegal surveillance is costing the U.S. taxpayers.

The Judiciary Report does not oppose the use of legal wiretapping, GPS tracking, bank account scanning and subpoenaing emails, files and documents of lawbreakers, to aide the Justice Department in building and prosecuting cases against real criminals, such as organized crime outfits, financial fraudsters and those engaging in violence or sex crimes against members of the public. However, illegally spying on millions of innocent Americans and citizens in foreign countries is unlawful domestically and internationally.

Rihanna's recently concert in South Africa has been slammed by her fans, in what is becoming a common occurrence for the drug addled alcoholic singer. South African newspapers blasted her concert and fans also took to the internet to slam the show that is being labeled a lip-sync packed "rip off."

This year, Rihanna has been booed and slammed in America, Britain, Australia and South Africa, a clear indication the public is turning on her. Rihanna boasted in a recent interview that she will never fall or be over, but she's not paying attention to the signs indicating that is exactly what is happening.

Tuesday 15th October 2013 - Rihanna made front page of The Star Johannesburg newspaper on Monday morning, being blasted a "Ri-Ri-Rip-off!"after concert-goers complained that she brought low energy, lip-synching, and lack of costume change to the stage during her show...

The Star Johannesburg newspaper went on to label her performance as "below-par" and that she "lacked vitality". Sharon Seretlo, a staff photographer, who attended the concert also said that "it was obvious...I could see it." It wasn't just the performance that had the fans in uproar, with ticket prices also coming under fire. Fans such as Nicole Contini, did feel the price was too steep, "considering the level of performance."

Rihanna Booed Again At Her Own Concert

Rihanna's fans continue to turn on her. Thus far this year, Rihanna has been booed in New York, Boston, Paris and now Australia. Rihanna showed up 80-minutes late for her concert in Adelaide, Australia and was vociferously booed by her audience. That's not a good sign.

Rihanna's insistence on snorting cocaine, smoking weed and drinking large quantities of alcohol is causing her to show up late to concerts and other engagements. She is an unprofessional, non-singing copyright thief faking her way through a career based on fraud. She's been passed around among so many men and women in the entertainment industry for career favors, she is getting high as a kite in trying to quiet her conscience. 

This week the blog Crazy Days And Nights reported Rihanna had recently overdosed in her home country Barbados and a doctor had to be called to revive her. Earlier in the year, Media Take Out reported Rihanna had overdosed as well. There were similar reports last year as well. She is playing with fire and one day drugs and alcohol are going to call her number.

What's ironic is Rihanna has been trying to do damage control this week after the embarrassing Teyana Taylor Twitter feud where she got her butt handed to her in front of her so-called Navy, known on the Judiciary Report as the dinghy cause there's not a lot of them left judging by her declining sales. After paparazzi busted handsome Australian actor Liam Hemsworth, 23, cheating on his fiancé, Miley Cyrus, 20, with fellow actress, January Jones, 35, he fled to his native country for weeks to escape the bad publicity. Hemsworth was spotted spending time with his family in Australia. His mother did not look very happy. I know if I had a child, a son, I wouldn't want him to cheat on his girlfriend, fiancé or wife. No mom wants that.

The press and blogosphere interpreted the incident as their engagement having come to an abrupt end, due to the cheating. Reports surfaced that Hemsworth left to "get away from Cyrus." However, upon Hemsworth's return last Friday, Cyrus released a video to YouTube featuring her "twerking" which is basically dancing and shaking like a stripper. I’m pretty sure that video was meant for Hemsworth.

The two seem well-suited to each other, but Hemsworth is not being faithful to Cyrus and on his current path, it's only a matter of time before he cheats again. He will do what she allows. The problem is compounded by the fact Hemsworth is in Hollywood, full of temptation and women willing to do the wrong thing, regardless of whether he is engaged or married. No girlfriend, fiancée or wife deserves to be treated that way. If you want to cheat, you should not be in a relationship.

But this is Miley's choice to make. She has to decide if she is going to continue with Hemsworth, who betrayed her and in public (though some claim he tried to stop January Jones from kissing him at the party by stating "We can't do this here" - leaving with her in a car to do it elsewhere).

Some wonder if Hemsworth was trying to make Cyrus jealous, but who takes things that far to the point they hurt someone else. Furthermore, it is not a good idea trying to make someone jealous. They could get the wrong idea and walk away from you.

In closing, when a person publicly disrespects you with someone of the opposite sex, it reveals immaturity and that they lack loyalty. That's not a good sign. Those are two red flags. Hemsworth may change his ways, but in marrying him, Cyrus is taking a massive risk that he won't.

Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp and its subsidiary News International have been hit with 600 new phone hacking claims, after a criminal in the case, turned states witness and told the government what he knows. This is a positive development in the case because everyone deserves justice. It is a basic human right under the law.

In Murdoch’s homeland of Australia, the government has begun taking steps to change and tighten laws regarding the media. Many in Australia and around the world are publicly commenting the proposed changes are due to Murdoch’s lawbreaking conduct via phone hacking, wiretapping and hacking, among other things.

Frankly, the crimes have not desisted. Murdoch and company just are as brazen with it. Frankly, people are tired of it, as everyone deserves privacy and peace. A good friend of mine in international circles informed me Murdoch is just waiting for things to blow over to go back to business as usual regarding full on phone hacking, hacking, wiretapping and illegal surveillance via trailing targets every move via private investigators. Frankly, this breed of news gathering and corporate raiding the world just does not need.'

At first when I read a headline stating Jamaican gold medalist sprinters Usain Bolt and Yohan Blake will be playing cricket, initially I thought, the insect or the sport. Just kidding, but they are in the running to play cricket. Bolt and Blake are in talks to play in Australia's Twenty20 Big Bash League. 

The Guardian newspaper wrote regarding Bolt, "The world's most charismatic athlete (Bolt) has been sounded out by Shane Warne and will turn out for the Melbourne Stars in the Twenty20 competition." Bolt stated, "If I get the chance I will definitely try because I know it's going to be a lot of fun. I don't know how good I am. I will probably have to get a lot of practice in."

Blake was also quoted as saying he is "a better cricketer than sprinter" and may join Bolt, who played cricket before it was suggested he take up sprinting, due to his incredible speed. It would be interesting to see them play cricket. I would definitely tune in. 

On the whole, Caribbean men love cricket. My dad used to play and he is friends with the West Indian cricket team (players past and present). They've had dinner at our house. They are nice, down to earth people. Sir Vivian Richards even gave my dad a signed bat from a winning game that he keeps among his music and sports memorabilia.
