'Love And Hip Hop Hollywood' Star Moniece Slaughter Slammed By NBA Basketball Star Joe Smith For Stealing $109,000 From Him After She Dated Lil Fizz

Moniece Seduced, Had Sex With, Then Released The Cray Cray On Joe Smith Before Robbing Him!

Lil Fizz and Moniece Slaughter

Former singer and current reality star, Moniece Slaughter, who appears on the reality show "Love And Hip Hop Hollywood" has been slammed by former Los Angeles Lakers and Cleveland Cavaliers basketball player, Joe Smith, for having stolen $109,000 from him when they dated. Moniece dated Joe after the father of her child, rapper Lil Fizz, left her and was awarded full custody of her son, Kameron Frederic, as well as a restraining order, over her unstable and violent behavior.

Joe Smith: I want my money back!

Smith told TMZ, "She's crazy" (same thing Lil Fizz said). Smith complained that between October 2011 and March 2012, Moniece wrote 9 checks using his checkbook. Moniece made the financial instruments payable to one of her cohorts, Timothy Clayton Carr, bilking Smith out of $109,000. Carr cashed the checks for Moniece as she has no bank account. The basketball star filed a criminal complaint with the police in Manhattan Beach, but states his money still has not been recovered. The Manhattan Beach Police Department informed TMZ "the case remains open and active."

Lil Fizz: she's not getting my money for some plastic penises

Ironically, Moniece tried to extract $100,000 from Lil Fizz, to make plastic penis sex toys, she wants to sell through a company she has registered. Fizz looked at her with great skepticism and sarcastically told her no. I don't blame him. Fizz's money should go towards taking care of himself and their son. It's abundantly clear Moniece used Smith's herself and has hidden some of it.

Side Bar: why do some women want a plastic penis. It's so much cheaper to get a husband with a real one. Much more cost effective (LOL). Clearly Moniece doesn't believe in her product, as she was trying to get the real thing in attempting to seduce and move in with Fizz, but failed.

Former NBA Star Joe Smith -- I Can't Get No Satisfaction! Money Still Missing After Reality Star Ex-GF Duped Me

11/17/2014 12:45 AM PST - Former NBA star Joe Smith claims his ex-girlfriend, "Love & Hip Hollywood" star Moniece Slaughter, bilked him out of a ton of money ... and he's pissed that cops have done nothing about it. According to a report filed with the Manhattan Beach Police Department, Smith claims that between October 2011 and March 2012, nine checks were written from his checkbook to a Timothy Clayton Carr ... totaling $109,000.

Smith told police he did not write the checks and does not know a man by that name. In June 2012, police were able to get a hold of Carr, who told them he was a friend of Slaughter and that he was cashing the checks for her as a favor because she didn't have a bank account. Carr told cops he was unaware the checks were stolen or that anything was wrong until Smith canceled the last check.

Carr also told police Slaughter had agreed to pay him back for the canceled check, but it when it came time to meet up ... she disappeared. But Slaughter told police an entirely different story. According to the report, Slaughter claims Smith knew all about the checks and signed them personally. She claims Smith only canceled the last check because the pair broke up.

After talking to Slaughter, police went back to Smith and explained her story. His response ... "She's crazy." Smith has told police he wants to press charges, but nearly 2.5 years later ... nothing has come of it. He tells TMZ Sports he's frustrated the case remains unresolved and feels police have been giving him the runaround. Cops tell TMZ Sports the case remains open and active.

Rapper Bobby Shmurda Lashes Out Online About Not Being Paid For Concerts

Bobby Shmurda

Rapper Bobby Shmurda is famous for the megahit “Hot N*gga” which dominated the internet this summer. The Miami born rapper, of Jamaican and Haitian parentage, is new to the industry, after the internet made him famous in a few short months. He’s finding out the hard way that the industry is smoke and mirrors, filled with financial corruption and pitfalls at every turn.

Shmurda complained online that he is not being paid for concerts he has done. With record sales in America the lowest in decades, artists lean on concert performances and endorsements to earn revenue. Shmurda stated, "Nah idgaf I’m doing all theses show not getting ma money dey got me doing s**t every f***ing day so its hard to keep up Witt dis s**t den I ain’t got nobody to trust ain’t no help in dis b**** I’m ready to go back to da trap be4 jail #RNS dats how I feel foh."

Shmurda's mother stated, "It’s not that he’s not getting paid, it’s that he’s new to the business. There’s a chain of command that he has to go through before he gets his payment. I guess he’s thinking all the money should go from the front man to his hands — it doesn’t work like that. Of course they hold onto it so he actually does the show. Then it goes to his business manager, then to the touring accountant, and then to him."

50 Cent Mocks Floyd Mayweather’s Reading Abilities Again With A Poorly Written Note To Rapper TI’s Wife Tiny

50 Cent's post on Instagram

Rapper 50 Cent is at it again. After he mocked the world's richest boxer, Floyd Mayweather, regarding reading difficulties he exhibited during a radio show, provoking a response advising 50 Cent to read how much money the pugilist makes via two posted checks totaling over $72,000,000, the rapper decided to target the champ again (50 Cent Cruelly Mocks Floyd Mayweather's Reading Abilities When Many People Struggle With Illiteracy).

Floyd Mayweather's tweet addressing 50 Cent's insults

50 Cent posted an item to his Instagram mocking Mayweather. The caption on 50 Cent's post read, "You put up a check. That must be for a blogger. You know I got money." The question is, which blogger is 50 Cent talking about. You trying to say bloggers are broke? We're not. I've got $10 in the bank and I resent that comment (I'm kidding about the $10).

The fake note 50 Cent wrote and posted on Instagram, was poorly written and contained many spelling errors, under the pretense it was authored by the  champ and addressed to reality star, Tiny, wife of gun-toting rapper TI. There is bad blood between TI and Mayweather, as the rapper is of the belief the boxer had sex with his wife Tiny. Mayweather denies the allegation.

Floyd Mayweather Responds to 50 Cent After (Pseudo) Ice Bucket Challenge—See the Photo!

Sat., Aug. 23, 2014 3:13 PM PDT - Floyd Mayweather's response to rapper 50 Cent is so money. The hip-hop star had on Thursday shared a video showing himself forgoing the now-viral ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, taken by scores of celebrities, and issuing a new one—he said if the boxing champion would read one page from a Harry Potter book, he would donate $750,000 to charity.

On Saturday, Mayweather posted a photo of two checks that would probably not be accepted as a mobile deposit. "Read this $72,276,000.00. God bless," he said. "I guess you want people to see your math is better then your reading," 50 Cent tweeted in response to the photo.

He also posted an expletive-filled video posted on his Instagram page (warning: strong language). "You put up a check. That must be for a blogger. You know I got money," he said...

50 Cent Cruelly Mocks Floyd Mayweather's Reading Abilities When Many People Struggle With Illiteracy (Video)

Rapper 50 Cent, former friend of world champion lightweight boxer, Floyd Mayweather, constantly attacks the pugilist on social networking and in interviews out of pure jealousy. 50 Cent has been lusting after Mayweather's fiancée, turned ex-fiancée, Shantel Jackson, for years. 50 Cent, not a boxing expert, even started a boxing promotions company modeled after Floyd's successful, multi-million dollar grossing Mayweather Promotions.

50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather

Mayweather, the highest grossing athlete in the world, with an estimated fortune of $400,000,000, has largely ignored 50 Cent's attacks, but they've become quite personal, provoking a response (see Mayweather's tweet below stating "Read this. God bless" and a copy of two of his checks totaling $72,000,000). 50 Cent went on the radio and aided radio personality Charlemagne in mocking Mayweather's reading abilities.

Nelly and Shantel Jackson

It was cruel and inappropriate. The thing that's most harmful about the taunting is it will discourage others with reading difficulties from getting tutoring or going back to school. I have friends and family who've tutored people who've struggled with reading and mathematics. The tutoring makes a difference. Going back to school has also proven helpful to many who cannot read or do mathematics.

Floyd Mayweather's tweet addressing 50 Cent's insults

Months prior to this incident, the Judiciary Report sincerely stated Mayweather's protégé, Adrien Broner, should spend some of his winnings on education. No matter who you are in life, you can always learn something new. Let it be an ongoing process.

Chris Brown’s Manager Goes Broke And Loses His Mansion

Chris Brown: Wait, so you're telling me this dude is broke! This dude's got my checks, man!

Music manager, Bu Thiam, the brother of rapper, Akon, has lost his Atlanta mansion to foreclosure. Thiam, who recently began managing singer, Chris Brown, was unable to pay his property taxes and his house was auctioned off by the court. Some in the industry will reason, if a music manager loses his home to foreclosure, unable to pay basic property taxes, how can he secure lucrative financial deals for clients, when he cannot manage his own finances.

Additionally, for months some of Chris Brown’s fans spoke out online against Bu managing the star. Their concerns will not be allayed when they find out Brown's checks go through Bu first, who takes his cut, then passes on the rest to the singer.

Bu’s brother Akon is also having financial problems. His $300,000 Ferrari was repossessed by the leasing company, for missing payments. Years ago, Akon made money off music for a time, but like many stars, began living the high life and did not save for a rainy day, believing money would always be coming in. It often does not work that way. Akon’s career hit a major decline, as many entertainers experience and he found himself in debt and overextended.
