Hillary Clinton Says All Americans Are Racist (Videos)

This week during her first debate against Donald Trump in the presidential election, Hillary Clinton made an unflattering statement about America. When debate moderator Lester Holt asked Clinton about the problem in America regarding some police officers engaging in racial profiling and brutality she stated, "Lester, I think implicit bias is a problem for everyone, not just police." 

Many Americans online are angry at Clinton's stunningly bad statement. People are openly slamming her online for poorly representing the country in alleging such a thing. There is racism in America, but every American is not racist. It was a very ignorant thing for Clinton to state. For someone that is supposed to be politically savvy, it shows how bad her bias is that she couldn't hold it in, even at such an important event. 

It was also quite telling. It was a reflection of her own heart. Clinton harbors a racial bias. Clinton has harbored a hatred for black men for a long time and the public became aware of it in the 1990s during the presidency of her husband Bill Clinton. She infamously referred to black males as "super predators" and stated she and her husband's administration must "bring them to heel" via mass incarceration that locked up 2,000,000 African American men. A number of the convictions were faulty.

Clinton's conduct had a terrible impact on the black community that lingers to this day. It shows the dangers of racism. It's not a good way to be. People should strive not to be biased. America needs to remember the phrase, "A house divided against itself will not stand." And right now America is very divided.


Every time groups such as Black Lives Matter confront Clinton on her race based statements, she stubborn states things such as "I don't believe in changing hearts" meaning she has no intention of releasing her racially biased views. She is alarmingly cold. Given the chance, Clinton would engage in the mass incarceration of black men again, as she aided her husband in doing in the 1990s, in what would wallop the already swamped prison system and cost the taxpayers billions of dollars.

11:47 PM 09/26/2016 - Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton said the entire country suffers from implicit bias during the first presidential debate with GOP nominee Donald Trump.  During the debate on policing, the right policy measures to implement in order to reduce crime and how to improve race relations in the country, Clinton said the entire country — not just the police — suffers from implicit racial bias.

Obama Demanding Black People Vote For Hillary Clinton Who Referred To Black Men As ‘Super Predators’ And Had A Hand In Locking Up 2 Million Black Males During Her Husband's Administration In The 1990s

U.S. President Barack Obama, has been campaigning on behalf of mentally and physically unfit candidate, Hillary Clinton. Obama stated, he would interpret it as a "personal insult" if black people didn't vote for Clinton. Oh really? A personal insult not to vote for Clinton, who infamously labeled black males in America "super predators" who must be "brought to heel" and she encouraged her husband to do just that, resulting in Bill Clinton implementing laws that put away 2,000,000 black men.

Due to those decisions, there are currently more black men in prison than any other race, though African-Americans only make up 10% of the U.S. population. I don't believe any race or gender is bad. So in my eyes, for Clinton to single out black men was foul. Criminals come in all colors. Clinton should know - she is one.

Obama Sees ‘Personal Insult’ if Blacks Don’t Rally for Hillary Clinton 

SEPT. 18, 2016 - President Obama spoke on Saturday at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation gala dinner in Washington. With Democratic leaders increasingly worried about a lack of passion for Hillary Clinton among young black voters, President Obama is rolling out a new and more personal campaign message: “It’s about me.” 

The president told African-Americans this weekend he would consider it a “personal insult” if they did not vote for Mrs. Clinton, implicitly putting his name on the line as his former secretary of state struggles to replicate the coalition that delivered him victories in 2008 and 2012. “My name may not be on the ballot, but our progress is on the ballot,” Mr. Obama said on Saturday night at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation gala dinner in Washington, where Mrs. Clinton also spoke. “Tolerance is on the ballot. Democracy is on the ballot. Justice is on the ballot.”...

Officer Who Shot Surrendered Unarmed Miami Therapist Caring For Disabled Man Has A History Of Stereotyping Black People As Criminals And Villains

Jonathan Aledda has been named as the North Miami Beach Police Department officer who shot unarmed African-American behavioral therapist, Charles Kinsey, as he lay on the ground with his hands up in surrender. Minutes before the shooting occurred, Kinsey exited the group home he works in, walking behind 24-year-old mentally disabled patient, Arnaldo Rios, who had walked out of the facility. 

Kinsey was following behind Rios for his own safety and to bring him back to the group home. Police became involved and it led to the shooting, after they allegedly received a 911 call from an anonymous person, stating a suicidal man had a gun and was going to shoot himself. So Aledda decided to shoot the allegedly suicidal man instead. Who in their right mind shoots a suicidal person that allegedly posed a danger to himself.

A neighbor stated to the press that she used her binoculars to detect Rios did not have a gun in his hand, but a toy. She informed a police woman on the scene of what she observed through her binoculars, but was told to back away. Shortly after, Kinsey was shot at three times, with one of the bullets hitting his leg. Rios was admitted to the hospital suffering significant emotional trauma, as the autistic man keeps reenacting the incident repeatedly stating "I hate the police!" and "shoot!" among other things, while terrified and traumatized.

Due to intense public backlash, the North Miami Beach Police Department is stating Aledda was trying to protect Kinsey by attempting to shoot Rios. However, the public is not buying it. Feedback comments on websites such as the Miami Herald, Miami New Times and news channels reveal, members of the public are questioning why Aledda handcuffed a bleeding and wounded Kinsey, as well as Rios, putting both in the back of his squad car after the shooting.

If Aledda was trying to protect the behavioral therapist, why cuff him while injured. There was a distance between Kinsey and Rios prior to the shooting. How did a member of the SWAT team, who specialize in sharp shooting, miss so terribly, hitting the man he claimed he was protecting.  

Clearly, Aledda thought Kinsey was the bad guy, when neither the behavioral therapist or his client had done anything illegal in this matter. People in the disability field in Miami now fear for their mentally impaired patients lives and have been sending out alerts warning staff and the family members of the disabled to be very careful when out in public, especially around police.

Aledda has a history of questionable behavior. A complaint was filed against Aledda in 2013 for injuring a store owner. Aledda responded to a 911 call of a robbery in progress at a business in Miami. When Aledda arrived, he assumed the black store owner was the robber, threw him against a wall twice and injured his elbow. Aledda refused to listen to the store owner who was informing him that he was the one who called police for assistance due to the robbery. Aledda opted to rough up, injure and arrest the store owner anyway. Much like Aledda clearly refused to listen to Kinsey, shooting him while assuming he was the bad guy, when he was just trying to protect his mentally disabled patient, Rios. Talk about stereotyping people

Autistic man whose black caretaker was shot by an officer is so traumatized he’s stopped eating and has been screaming ‘I hate the police!’

Arnaldo Rios was the intended target of the shooting, which occurred Monday after four North Miami police officers responded to a 911 call about a suicidal man with a gun.

Rios sat cross-legged. He yelled. He didn't obey commands to lie down with his hands up and he fidgeted with a metal object. Meanwhile his therapist Charles Kinsey tried to surrender by lying down on the ground and keeping his hands up. The Bahamas And United Arab Emirates Issue Travel Warnings Regarding America


U.S. President Barack Obama has done a very poor job regarding racial profiling and police brutality, as he has engaged in incendiary, divisive speech, while failing to enact any meaningful change to ensure people are treated equally under the law. Many in the black community are angry with Obama regarding this issue and have expressed disappointment on social networking.

The U.S. State Department often issues travel warnings against numerous foreign nations. In an unprecedented turn, nations are issuing travel warnings to their citizens regarding America. The race based police brutality occurring in U.S. states, prompted the Bahamas and United Arab Emirates to issue travel warnings to their citizens about traveling to America. 

The world is outraged at the police brutality which resulted in the deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, which have been heavily televised on the international stage to billions of people, via global news broadcasts. To highlight that it is a chronic problem, many well respected international newspapers and programs have carried pieces listing the names of many victims of color who have died at the hands of police using excessive force. 

Global citizens have publicly expressed their disapproval of the police brutality on social networking and via peaceful protests in their nations. Global citizens have expressed the view the brutalization of black people in America needs to stop. As it stands, global citizens are afraid to visit America for fear of their safety. 

People all over the world do not agree with what is transpiring. Officers who engage in police brutality are damaging America’s name and standing in the world. America has regressed. It’s like the civil rights era all over again with abuses against black people, leading to protests. The pictures coming out of America now and eerily similar to the unrest of the 1960s. 

This is the world’s perception of America. Washington is turning a blind eye to how America is viewed in the world. The extensive human rights abuses being committed against black people is viewed in a very negative light in the international community. Hopefully international disapproval will get Congress’ attention and spark some meaningful legislative change, where all Americans can be treated equally.

Bahamas issues US travel advisory over racial tensions
 
9 July 2016 - The Bahamas has issued a rare travel advisory for its citizens visiting the US, recommending particular care for young men in cities affected by tensions over recent police shootings. The advisory warns citizens to not get involved in protests and avoid crowds. It comes after two black men were shot dead by police in Minnesota and Louisiana, and five officers were killed at a protest in Dallas. Some 90% of the Bahamas population is black, according to the CIA. 

The advisory comes as the country, a former British colony, celebrates its Independence Day holiday, on 10 July, a time when many locals travel abroad, including to the US. The statement, issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, tells citizens to "exercise appropriate caution", especially in cities affected by "tensions... over shootings of young black males by police officers". "In particular young males are asked to exercise extreme caution in affected cities in their interactions with the police. Do not be confrontational, and co-operate," it says. "Do not get involved in political or other demonstrations under any circumstances and avoid crowds." 

The US regularly issues travel advisories for Americans visiting other countries, but it is rare for nations to issue warnings for their citizens travelling to the US.

UAE tells citizens to leave robes at home after businessman held as Isis suspect in US
 
Sunday 3 July 2016 20.34 EDT - The United Arab Emirates has urged men to avoid wearing the white robes, headscarf and headband of the national dress when travelling abroad, after a businessman visiting the United States was wrestled to the ground and held as an Islamic State suspect. UAE media reported that the Emirati man was detained in Avon, Ohio, last week after a female clerk at a local hotel called 911 to report what she had described as a man affiliated to Islamic State, according to the Arabic-language al-Bayan newspaper. 

The English language newspaper the National said the receptionist at the Fairfield Inn hotel called the police after she heard the man talking on his phone in the hotel lobby. The woman reportedly described him as “a suspicious man with disposable phones – two of them – in a full head dress.” Gulf News, another UAE newspaper, published photos of the Emirati man in white robes being wrestled to the ground and handcuffed before being led away by police. The man, who sustained injuries in the incident, told the National that the police were “brutal”...

Police Scanner Reveals Black Man Philando Castile Was Racially Profiled And Killed By A Cop For Having A 'Wide Nose'


Just when you thought it couldn't get any more insulting it does and on a new level. News reports indicate the brutal shooting death of motorist, Philando Castile, with his girlfriend and 4-year-old child present in the car, was not for the reasons police initially claimed. Castile was summarily executed by police officer Jeronimo Yanez. The incident, along with the police killing of Alton Sterling, sparked protests in America and other parts of the world, due to it being the product of racism and police brutality. It also led to the shooting deaths of 5 police officers in a retaliatory killing by army reservist Micah Xavier Johnson.

Police initially stated Castile was driving with a broken taillight, which is why they claimed he was pulled over by police. However, the photos from the crime scene revealed otherwise, which many on social networking began publicly pointing out. Two days later, police acknowledged Castile was pulled over for having a "wide nose" which in their estimation looked like a black man who had held up a store.

This case is beyond insulting. The racial stereotypes, evidence tampering in trying to delete video footage of the killing from Facebook, lying, fraud, defamation of an innocent man and extreme lack of courtesy shown to Castile, who make no mistake, was racially profiled, is disgraceful. Yanez must be prosecuted within the scope of the law for costing an innocent man his life and for the disturbing cover-up that ensued. Any other police employee that aided in the cover up and evidence tampering should face criminal prosecution as well.

 3 days ago - ST.PAUL - The uncle of Philando Castile told KARE 11 the police scanner audio we obtained is an example of racial profiling. A KARE 11 viewer, who gave us audio clips of police radio traffic, claims they captured the moments just before Philando Castile and his girlfriend were stopped by St. Anthony police – which ended with police fatally shooting Castile. 

KARE 11 has attempted to confirm the authenticity of the recording with police officials, but so far they have not responded. We have verified that the license plate mentioned by police in the recording matches the plate of the car Castile was driving. The location the officer gives also corresponds to the locations of the traffic stop. 

“I’m going to stop a car,” the officer says on the recording. “I’m going to check IDs. I have reason to pull it over.” “The two occupants just look like people that were involved in a robbery,” the officer says. “The driver looks more like one of our suspects, just ‘cause of the wide set nose,” the officer continues. 

Diamond Reynolds said she and her deceased boyfriend did not match the descriptions on the audio clip. Philando Castile’s uncle, Clarence Castile, called the traffic stop an example of racial profiling. “I just thought it was kind of insane to pull somebody over saying they matched a robbery suspect by having flared nostrils,” Clarence Castile said. “It is kind of hard to see flared nostrils from a car...

Tennis Player James Blake Tackled, Slammed To The Ground And Arrested By New York Police Department In A Case Of Mistaken Identity (Video)

The frequently sued New York Police Department (NYPD) is in the middle of another scandal, as 5 white officers tackled and body slammed Harvard educated, award winning former professional tennis player, James Blake, mistaking him for a man who had purchased a phone with a stolen credit card.

The 35-year-old tennis star was standing outside a swanky hotel in New York City, whilst waiting for a car he hired to take him to a Time Warner assignment at the U.S. Open in Flushing Meadows, New York. One of the five officers, who were dressed in plain clothes, lifted Blake in the air and slammed him on the concrete. They all swarmed and held him down, despite the fact he didn't resist arrest and kept asking what's going on. Blake was later released when a retired police officer recognized him and apprized the arresting officers of the tennis star's identity.   

Blake stated to the press after the incident, "To me it's as simple as unnecessary police force, no matter what my race is. In my mind there's probably a race factor involved, but no matter what there's no reason for anybody to do that to anybody." Indeed, as many online are questioning why it required such spontaneous force to detain someone for the non-violent crime of credit card theft.

The New York Police Department issued a statement on the incident, "Once Blake was properly identified and found to have no connection to the investigation, he was released from police custody immediately. In regards to the alleged improper use of force, the Police Commissioner directed the internal affairs bureau to investigate."

Blake is demanding an apology. However, it would be surprising if one was issued by the NYPD, as that would be admitting liability and can be used against the New York Police Department in court during civil litigation for wrongful arrest and physical injury. The police officers in question did not even report the incident, in violation of department rules. It took Blake going public to bring attention to the issue. The officer that body slammed Blake has been stripped of his gun and badge, pending an internal affairs investigation. 

The NYPD has a well documented history of racism in meting out rough treatment to blacks and Hispanics that white people do not face. Black pregnant women have been manhandled and tossed to the floor during improper arrests. Black men have been killed by the New York Police Department in acts of police brutality and excessive force.

It's been a rough year for Blake. Last summer an executive Blake rented his Florida home to set it on fire, after killing his wife, son. The man also killed himself. It was discovered the executive was having financial problems and sadly chose the wrong answer to his problems, via murder suicide.

Aventura Mall Boycott Is Over Legal Case Is Settled

This is a follow up to the article Boycott Aventura Mall For Racial Profiling And Negligence. The boycott is now over. Things are now resolved. We talked things over, they made peace and the legal cases I filed in this matter was settled this week. The mall via their legal representative made amends. The terms of the settlement are confidential.

CNN Reports The National Guard In Ferguson Threw Gasoline On The Fire Of Racial Tensions During Mike Brown Protests By Calling Black Protesters N*ggers

CNN television news reporter Don Lemon is reporting, while attending protests in Ferguson, Missouri, regarding the police murder of 18-year-old unarmed, university bound student, Michael Brown, he and his television producer heard the National Guard refer to protestors as "n*ggers." The National Guard attempting to corral peaceful protestors, exercising their constitutional right to assemble (freedom of assembly) called the crowd "n*ggers" when they would not disburse and go home. 


What was that? Was that really necessary calling people n*ggers? And some wonder why people believe Brown's murder was racial profiling and racially motivated. Explain that! The National Guard brought race into it confirming people's worst suspicions. Some want the case to quickly go away, but there are issues that need to be discussed to prevent this from happening again. It needs to be formally brought out in the open in appropriate venues, so there can be peaceful dialogue with meaningful answers and effective solutions. Racial unity is needed.

CNN’s Don Lemon: National Guard Used ‘N-Word’ to Describe Ferguson Protesters

10:55 pm, August 19th, 2014 - CNN’s Don Lemon was back in the CNN studio Tuesday night after several days on the ground in Ferguson, Missouri. The anchor was hosting a town hall called “Black and White in America,” when one questioner asked what “safeguards” police departments could put in place to prevent shootings like the one that killed Michael Brown in the future. 

When one of Lemon’s panelists brought up the idea of putting cameras on officers to make them more accountable, Lemon said that measure might also affect the types of people who decide to become cops...He then shared this story from his time in Ferguson last night: 

“I’m just going to be honest with you. Last night, one of my producers said that they — I won’t say if it’s a he or she, because I don’t want to give anyone away — said they came in contact with one of the members of the National Guard and that they said, ‘You want to get out of here because you’re white, because these n-words, you never know what they’re going to do.’ True story. I kid you not. 2014, a member of the National Guard. And my producer doesn’t lie. It is a true story.” Watch video below, via CNN...

Top Forensic Pathologist Michael Baden States There Was No Evidence Of A Struggle Between Mike Brown And Police And He Should Not Have Been Shot So Many Times

World renown forensic pathologist, Dr. Michael Baden, autopsied the body of 18-year-old Michael Brown, who was executed by Ferguson, Missouri police officer, Darren Wilson, in a case of excessive force meets extrajudicial killing. Dr. Baden, who oversaw the autopsies of the late great civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. and former U.S. President John F. Kennedy, was very clear in his pronouncement on the case, waiving his standard $10,000 fee, it was unjustifiable.


Michael Brown was left in the street dead for almost 5 hours, as no ambulance arrived at the scene, in what necessitates a criminal investigation. Ambulances usually arrive within a few short minutes.

Police officials in Ferguson, who are not forthcoming with information, prompting understandable cries of a cover-up from the public, will try to paint the case as justifiable homicide. However, Dr. Baden, who has performed over 20,000 autopsies stated, "In my capacity as the forensic examiner for the New York State Police, I would say, 'You’re not supposed to shoot so many times.'" Thank you very much. This should be basic common sense. The average officer is not shooting people that many times, especially an unarmed person.

Wilson shooting Brown SIX times, twice in the head and four times to the torso, was not a warning shot, with shot being singular, it was an outright execution. Wilson claims Brown attacked him, though a witness states it was the other way around. However, Dr. Baden stated the autopsy reveals there was "no evidence of a struggle" on Brown's part. Dr. Baden also stated Brown was shot after he surrendered, as his hands were in the air, judging by the entry points and locations of the four bullets that pierced and lined his right arm. Who shoots a man who has surrendered? A murderer that's who, not a law abiding police officer.

Boycott Aventura Mall For Racial Profiling And Negligence

I am calling for a boycott of Aventura Mall in Miami. The mall is not properly maintained leading to shoppers being seriously injured and now according to television news broadcasts, the mall is being targeted by a roving set of pick pockets stealing wallets. Worst of all, I was racially profiled at Aventura Mall over the summer, after I covered an item regarding the mall on the Judiciary Report (Bad Lawyer Alert: Sarah Steinbaum Of The Jacoby And Meyers Law Firm (Broadspire And Turnberry Associates) and Bad Lawyer Alert: Sarah Steinbaum Of The Jacoby And Meyers Law Firm (Broadspire And Turnberry Associates) - PART 2 and Mafia Threat Issued In Aventura Mall Case).

 Shortly after I published the aforementioned articles online, during a visit to Aventura Mall, a visibly armed, gun toting, surly security guard sat next to me and menacingly stared directly at me for several minutes, whilst violating my private space. I have to ask, since when do security guards sit on the job and snarl at a shopper.
It was patently offensive, inappropriate and out of line. This was a nasty thing to do to someone, who has literally spent thousands of dollars at Aventura Mall. I got tired of the guard sitting so close to me and nastily staring at me, so to break the tension I took out my laptop to do some work and when I opened the Judiciary Report site the guard saw it, quickly got up and hurried away.

 I reported the incident to Aventura Mall's lawyer Scott Schomber in an email dated August 27, 2013. I spoke with Mr. Schomber days after and he stated regarding the incident, "This is not something I advise clients to do." Well they did and the incident is on surveillance tapes. I also have witnesses who saw the whole thing happen. 

 It was harassment and I am not standing for it in any measure. As such, I am asking you, my readers, both domestic and international to boycott Aventura Mall. There are other malls in Miami and South Florida you can visit such as the sprawling Sawgrass Mills mall, upscale and exclusive Bal Harbor Shops, the charming mall The Falls and family friendly Dadeland Mall.       

 The stores in Aventura Mall need to be careful regarding its owners Turnberry Associates, owned by the Soffer family. The mall is not being maintained properly leading to serious injuries to shoppers. Turnberry's executive staff is also engaging in imprudent conduct that will not contribute to positive sales for tenants.

 Turnberry Associates has breached fiduciary trust regarding rental contracts with tenants in the mall, via the aforementioned conduct and are a liability to their businesses. More on this story in a future Judiciary Report article...

Trayvon Martin Denied Justice In Death (Videos)

A terrible decision has been rendered in the Trayvon Martin case, regarding murderer George Zimmerman, who killed the unarmed 17-year-old in Sanford, Florida. Zimmerman has been acquitted on all charges, leaving many outraged at the grave injustice of it all. In the June 27, 2013, the Judiciary Report expressed its belief justice would not be served in this case and it has not been Trayvon Martin Death Photos Released (Photos).

It was a bad day in history where a precedent was set regarding stalking, confronting and murdering people one deems suspicious. The Stand Your Ground law was misapplied to Zimmerman in this case, where under Florida Statutes one can use reasonable force to protect one's self from danger. Stand Your Ground correctly applied in its true state would have protected Martin, not his aggressor, Zimmerman.

The law makes no allowances for defying police and emergency services' orders in stalking an individual, confronting and killing them as Zimmerman did to Martin. It was and is completely illegal. The justice system has failed in this matter to protect and uphold the rights of the people and in Martin's case, those most vulnerable in society, minors.

However, as I and others have seen over the years, where the courts fail, God never does and He will be the arbiter of justice (regarding Zimmerman's murderous deeds). Zimmerman took the life of an unarmed boy, who did him no wrong, due to his questionable perceptions of black people.


God made Trayvon and He made Zimmerman and will not be unjust or partial regarding the latter's criminal misdeeds. Things will not be well with Zimmerman in this life for the life he has taken without cause. Zimmerman has brought all this pain and suffering to innocent people and caused serious racial division and strife.

The Judiciary Report sends its sympathies to the Martin family. What has happened in this case is disgraceful. The lack of justice is adding insult to injury. It was a bad day in history people will never forget. The eyes of the world are watching and what people are seeing is a great injustice and terrible confirmation of the fact there is something wrong with the justice system, as the Judiciary Report has consistently stated since its inception.

Trayvon Martin Death Photos Released (Photos)

Heartbreaking photos of 17-year-old murder victim Trayvon Martin have been released and they are terribly sad. The photos show the innocent teen's lifeless body laying on the grass, after unjustifiably being killed by neighborhood patrol watchman George Zimmerman. As the murder trial moves forward in Florida, some have publicly expressed their concerns justice will not be served.

At the end of the day, Zimmerman violated neighborhood, police and 911 rules in pursuing Martin, confronting and then killing the teen, after offensively demanding to know, "What are you doing around here?" How is one to take that, as it is a rude, ill-mannered, accusatory question to ask someone walking in their family's neighborhood. He had a right to be there. He was not trespassing.

Regardless of your views on race, a boy was gunned down before he even came of age, at the hands of a paranoid, suspicious, trigger happy man who disobeyed the orders of those in authority, to recklessly pursue his victim. Martin owed him no explanation, as he is not the police and the average cop would not have acted in the corrupt, careless manner Zimmerman did, gunning down an unarmed teen simply trying to find his way home.

No one, black, white, Hispanic, Asian or Indian deserves to be killed in the manner Martin was and it has set a terrible precedent in the State of Florida and America, which could lead to repeated acts of similar violence if Zimmerman is found not guilty. Last year it was Martin, tomorrow it could be your loved one - black or white - and no one wants that. Don't take society in this direction.

Protests On The One Year Anniversary Of Trayvon Martin's Death




A year ago, 17-year-old Miami teenager, Trayvon Martin, was shot and killed in Florida by neighborhood watchman, George Zimmerman, 28, who racially profiled the youth. Protests, demonstrations and other gatherings were held today to commemorate his untimely death. In the meantime, the contentious Zimmerman murder trial continues in Sanford, Florida.

Woman Accuses Killer George Zimmerman Of Sexually Assaulting Her As A Minor

The latest development in the murder of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, by volunteer Sanford, Florida neighborhood watch captain, George Zimmerman is sad, as it entails a girl being sexually abused. USA Today is reporting, a woman has come forward to police, accusing killer, George Zimmerman, of sexually assaulting her when she was underage. She is referred to as "Witness #9" in police files and gave an interview detailing the alleged sexual assaults that transpired at the family home of Zimmerman in Lake Mary, Florida. 

The article states, "The woman says in the taped interview that the alleged sexual assaults began when she was 6 years old and she and her sister went to stay with Zimmerman, then 8, and his family." The interview goes on to reveal incidents of sexual assault by Zimmerman continued up until she was age 16.

Zimmerman's lawyers argue her testimony should not be used in the case, nor should it have been released to the public. However, jurors should be allowed to hear the woman's testimony, if she is willing to appear in court (even behind a screen) and tell her story, as it speaks to his lack of character.

Additionally, Zimmerman and his wife lying to the court about how much money they have, in order to receive a very low bail, says they cannot be believed or trusted and are lying about other items, such as Martin's murder.

The FBI Says George Zimmerman Is Not Racist But How Would They Know After Having Been Sued Numerous Times For Racism

The FBI has questionably issued a report stating murderer George Zimmerman, who killed underage 17-year-old African-American minor, Trayvon Martin, after stalking and harassing him in Florida, is not a racist.

It's hard to take the FBI seriously in this matter for two reasons. Zimmerman repeatedly called 911 in America to report suspicious black males in his neighborhood, as young as age 7. Secondly, the FBI has been sued many times for acts of racism against blacks, Hispanics and Arab civilians and FBI agents.

It has been my personal experience that the FBI is the most hateful, racist, vicious, corrupt and treacherous law enforcement agency in the world. The FBI are pure evil. They have cost many people their health and lives (in more ways than one, as a forthcoming scandal shall attest).

The FBI has a terrible history of racism. Former agents and historians even stated it was former FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover that retained a man to assassinate civil rights hero Martin Luther King Jr. This recent story regarding the FBI and Zimmerman would be the equivalent of Hitler having pronounced fellow Nazis people who are not anti-Semitic. There's a serious credibility issue present.

Fox News Did Not Start Off Racist But Took A Terrible Turn Into Racial Divisiveness


Fox News has been dubbed Faux News by African-Americans for its racist views and terrible racial leanings 

Years ago, Fox News, owned by Rupert Murdoch's News Corp, did not start off as the bastion of racism it is today, offending millions of Americans and global citizens on a daily basis. It use to be light hearted and funny. However, during the George W. Bush administration, spurred on by former vice president, Dick Cheney, things got out of hand.

Racial divisiveness became the order of the day, particularly where African-Americans are concerned. There was no low too deep to plumb in a race war initiated at racist Murdoch's direction. Millions of Americans would love to see Fox News sign off the air for good one day and with the way things are going, regarding scandals encompassing Murdoch and co. and their continued misconduct, they are going to get their wish.

George Zimmerman's Bail Revoked For Lying About How Much Money He Has To His Name

The bail of killer, George Zimmerman, 28, has been revoked in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, 17, for lying to the court about how much money he had in his possession. Zimmerman launched a website that has since been closed, but not before he collected over $200,000 in donations. Zimmerman hid how much money he received in donations, prior to being granted a relatively low bail, especially for the seriousness of the crime he admits to committing.

In concealing this pertinent fact from the court, a misdeed and lie his wife helped to propagate, the couple engaged in deceit and perjury. As a result, Judge Kenneth Lester revoked Zimmerman's bail, giving him 48 hours to turn himself in. Zimmerman has consistently lied throughout this case and cannot be believed.

New Evidence Surfaces In The Trayvon Martin Case (Video)

New evidence has surfaced in the Trayvon Martin murder case. Prosecutors trying self-appointed, gun toting neighborhood watch captain, George Zimmerman, in the unprovoked killing of the minor, released the last known video of 17-year-old Martin minutes before he was unjustly gunned down. The teen was shopping in the convenience store 7-11 for some snacks, to take back to his dad's home in the Sanford, Florida community known as The Retreat.

In the interest of fairness, upon deeper forensic study, coroners now claim Martin's hands showed signs of bruising, contrary to previous claims by the funeral director. However, this indicates self-defense wounds, after being stalked, approached and attacked by "creepy" and "crazy" Zimmerman, who violated neighborhood watch rules by carrying a gun. He also disobeyed the instructions of the 911 emergency service, via stalking, then confronting Martin, who had every right to be in the neighborhood.

Had Zimmerman listened to the authorities, who wisely told him to back off, due to their vast expertise over the years in such situations, realizing that not all people are criminals and robbers waiting to strike, none of this would have happened. Zimmerman is culpable in Martin's death. Remove his illegal behavior from the equation and Martin would still be alive today. He must face the legal consequences of his actions, as people can't just go gunning down folks on the street they deem suspicious. It is unconstitutional and criminal.

Black Florida Woman Given 20-Years In Spite Of Stand Your Ground Law

This is a follow up to the April 23, 2012 article "Stand Your Ground Double Standard Leaves Black Woman Jailed In Domestic Violence Case." Yesterday, African-American, Marissa Alexander, was unjustly sentenced to 20-years in prison. It reveals the disparities in the legal system.

Alexander's husband outright threatened to kill her in their home, prompting her to fire off a single shot in self-defense, which hit the wall and no one was hurt, yet she has been sentenced to two decades in prison. Whereas, half white, George Zimmerman, was initially given a free pass for stalking and murdering 17-year-old minor, Trayvon Martin, without provocation. 

It took massive protests to even get Zimmerman arrested, only for a judge to grant him bail, regarding a case that has many wondering if there will be justice for Martin, who wasn't bothering anyone, yet was unjustly and unnecessarily killed for racist reasons.

Photo Opines What If Trayvon Martin Had Been White?

A photo designed to make people think about their prejudices, flipped roles in the Trayvon Martin murder case, where the 17-year-old African American boy was murdered by a half white, half Hispanic vigilante, George Zimmerman, who stated the teen looked "suspicious." Martin was in compliance with the law. Zimmerman was not.

The photo reversed roles, making Martin white and Zimmerman black, with some believing, had it indeed been that way in real life, Zimmerman would have been arrested immediately for the killing. Due to Zimmerman frequently calling 911 to report suspicious "black males" some as young as age 7, which says it all about his prejudices and paranoia, some believe had Martin been white, he would still be alive today. Sad, but true.
