Robert Zimmerman, the brother of killer George Zimmerman, was
complaining on Fox News that his family’s phones are wiretapped,
"We do have concerns and always have of having our phones tapped,
having our phones listened to by the administration or whomever."
Oh whoopty do. Big deal. Rip out the front page. What else is new. I've
been writing about the illegal wiretapping for years (FBI/NSA).
Stop whining like a girl. The rest of us have to live with the
wiretaps, so do you. However, your brother unlike the rest of us
deserves the wiretaps. Your brother killed an unarmed teenage boy, Trayvon Martin and
your dad abused his position as a judge to pervert the course of
justice regarding his wrongdoing. If you ask me, both father and son
need to be investigated for violating federal law.
Trayvon Martin was shot and killed by
George Zimmerman
A terrible decision has been rendered in the Trayvon Martin case,
regarding murderer George Zimmerman, who killed the unarmed 17-year-old
in Sanford, Florida. Zimmerman has been acquitted on all charges,
leaving many outraged at the grave injustice of it all. In the June 27,
2013, the Judiciary Report expressed its belief justice would not be
served in this case and it has not been Trayvon
Martin Death Photos Released (Photos).
Trayvon's body at the crime scene
It was a bad day in history where a precedent was set
regarding stalking, confronting and murdering people one deems
suspicious. The Stand Your Ground law was misapplied to Zimmerman in
this case, where under Florida Statutes one can use reasonable force to
protect one's self from danger. Stand Your Ground correctly applied in
its true state would have protected Martin, not his aggressor,
Zimmerman.

article of clothing that inexplicably offended killer George
Zimmerman
The law makes no allowances for defying police and emergency services'
orders in stalking an individual, confronting and killing them as
Zimmerman did to Martin. It was and is completely illegal. The justice system has failed in this matter
to protect and uphold the rights of the people and in Martin's case,
those most vulnerable in society, minors.
Trayvon Martin and his dad Tracy
However, as I and others have seen over the years, where the courts
fail, God never does and He will be the arbiter of justice (regarding Zimmerman's
murderous deeds). Zimmerman took the life of an unarmed boy, who did
him no wrong, due to his questionable perceptions of black
people.
God made Trayvon and He made Zimmerman and will not be unjust or
partial regarding the latter's criminal misdeeds. Things will not be
well with Zimmerman in this life for the life he has taken without
cause. Zimmerman has brought all this pain and suffering to innocent
people and caused serious racial division and strife.
The Judiciary Report sends its sympathies to the Martin family. What
has happened in this case is disgraceful. The lack of justice is adding
insult to injury. It was a bad day in history people will never forget.
The eyes of the world are watching and what people are seeing is a
great injustice and terrible confirmation of the fact there is
something wrong with the justice system, as the Judiciary Report has
consistently stated since its inception.
Robert Zimmerman defended his son, George Zimmerman, but
getting him out of criminal court trouble time and time again, as he has done
in the past, has led to this terrible predicament today.
Judge Robert Zimmerman, the father of murderer, George Zimmerman,
who killed unarmed teen Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Florida, insists his son's
voice is heard on 911 tapes yelling for help. However, expert voice analysts
state, the voice on the 911 tape does not match Zimmerman. One ear witness to
the vicious crime, where the teen was shot through the heart at point blank
range, stated the voice sounded like that of a boy, not a man. Zimmerman is 28.
Martin was 17.
George Zimmerman
Martin's family maintains Trayvon is the one screaming for
help on the 911 tapes and considering he was unarmed and being stalked by an
armed man, he described to his girlfriend over the phone moments before his
death as "creepy" and crazy" it is more plausible to think it
was the teen on the tape crying for help and not the killer.
Trayvon Martin
People need to stop judging the case based on race, because
if Trayvon were your child you would want justice for him. Martin's family
should sue Zimmerman and his wife, as the couple collected over $200,000 in
Paypal donations, in connection with the murder of their son, then lied to the
court about the funds. If it were not for Zimmerman's illegal actions, Trayvon
would not have died. Therefore, Zimmerman is liable for Trayvon's death and
should pay with his freedom and funds.
The latest development in the Trayvon Martin case adds insult to
injury. George Zimmerman, who murdered unarmed, underage
African-American teen, Trayvon Martin, right before issuing a racial
slur regarding him on 911 tapes, was inappropriately granted $150,000
bail and is set to go free pending trial.
Judge Kenneth R. Lester Jr., made the wrong decision in granting
Zimmerman bail, for a murder that was not self-defense, as prescribed by
the controversial "Stand Your Ground" act, because he is the
aggressor and instigator that broke the law and neighborhood watch
rules, via carrying a loaded gun, acting as self-appointed captain.
In the interest of fairness, a new photo was released yesterday showing a few
trickles of blood coming from the back of Zimmerman's head, which he
alleges were inflicted by Trayvon Martin. However, he stalked, chased,
approached and got into a violent confrontation with the scared teen and
said superficial wounds could be the result of that struggle, with
Trayvon, the victim, who was being unlawfully pursued, acting in
self-defense.
I state this, because I have no idea when the photos were taken, as
Commissioner Lee acting in collusion with George Zimmerman's dad, Judge
Robert Zimmerman, acted very inappropriately, engaged in a cover-up, did
not collect the proper evidence and Zimmerman, despite his claims of
significant injury allegedly inflicted by Trayvon, declined to go to the
hospital and was walking around like nothing happened.
Zimmerman's credibility is non-existent, as his story has
changed so many times he cannot be believed.
Zimmerman has stated Trayvon came up to him and circled his car five times
before attacking him. However, a witness, Martin's girlfriend, who was on the phone with him, disputes the story and 911 tapes reveal Zimmerman was
chasing the teenager, against the authorities advice and instructions.
911 tapes also corroborate the witness statements of Martin's
girlfriend that "creepy" and "crazy" Zimmerman was aggressively and illegally
stalking Trayvon, who was scared and in fear for his life. We know
Trayvon
was scared because:
a.) Trayvon did not have a gun or weapon of any kind,
Zimmerman did.
b.) When asked about the screams multiple witnesses
heard on the night of the murder, many indicated it was that of a boy (Trayvon)
not a man (Zimmerman).
Why would Zimmerman, the person with a man's voice and a loaded, deadly
gun be screaming for help, as his brother illogically and irrationally
tried to claim on television.
Trayvon Martin
28-year-old Zimmerman stated yesterday, he thought Trayvon was a
little younger than himself, but on 911 tapes he told authorities Martin
is in his teens. How can over a decade be "a little younger." That's 11
whole years. The two were not even in the same age group.
Zimmerman has
consistently lied throughout the case and cannot be believed. In the
legal world, you are taught to look for inconsistencies and constantly
changing stories, to determine if a person is lying. Based on the facts
of the case, Zimmerman is lying.
People have been begging the public to remain calm and not react with
violence, due to the awful injustices stemming from this case and Judge
Lester flushes it all down the toilet with the bang of his gavel. It was within his discretion to
remand Zimmerman into custody, due to the extraordinary circumstances
surrounding the case and he did not - much like the accused murderer's
father, Judge Zimmerman, publicly proclaimed he would not issue an
arrest warrant for the acts his son is accused of, which says it all. Can you say
corruption.
George Zimmerman
Weeks ago, the Judiciary Report cited this case as more proof "the
justice system does not work." Granting Zimmerman bail, after all the
death, pain, shame, trouble, division and expense he has caused, adds credence to the Judiciary
Report's claim. No matter what color they are, no one is worth all this
trouble, when they have done something wrong.
Note that when Zimmerman was finally arrested weeks
after the murder, the Judiciary Report commented "it
is a beginning"
because the site has seen and documented so much corruption coming from the justice system, some stunt
was expected and here it is via this latest corrupt act.
The government needs to wake up and smell the coffee. While I do not
wish for it to happen, based on what I have read online throughout this
case, if you release Zimmerman he will be killed. If you acquit
Zimmerman, he will be killed. Riots will ensue and billions in property
damage and losses - not to mention, more loss of life. This needn't
happen, but you are failing the public with these acts of corruption.
Side Bar: it should be noted, to the gun owning members of the
American public, the Judiciary Report is not attempting to challenge
your constitutional right to carry a gun (though I do not and never have
owned a weapon). The site is challenging anyone's conduct in stalking,
confronting and murdering anyone of any color, as this is a sin against
God and man, which is criminal and positively wrong. That is not
self-defense. It is outright murder.
Ambiguous Site Begging For Money Creates More Questions Than Answers
Trayvon Martin and relative
In a desperate bid to address the enormous amount of public anger being directed at him, George Zimmerman, the man that murdered unarmed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, in a race based killing, has launched a website that is not helping his cause (http://therealgeorgezimmerman.com).
The pages of the site are titled "The Real George Zimmerman" "My Race" "The Facts" and "Contact." Zimmerman is begging for money online to support his family and for his legal case. Under the circumstances it is inappropriate. Profiting from crime is wrong.
Under the "My Race" page it states, "'The world is my country, all mankind are my brethren, and to do good is my religion.' - Thomas Paine." That does not answer the question he posed, as some have inquired on his ethnic background, due to the circumstances surrounding the case.
Zimmerman's dad is white and his mother Hispanic. The main reason race has come up in this murder is squarely due to Zimmerman. He made so many calls to 911 reporting individuals he labeled suspicious black males, one even as young as age 7, indicating blatant racial profiling. Zimmerman is also heard using the slur "f*cking coons" on the 911 tape.
George Zimmerman
Zimmerman asserts "I assure you the facts will come to light." No set of facts will explain Zimmerman stalking and confronting Martin, in an incident that ended in murder. Zimmerman started and caused this tragic incident. Zimmerman is heard on the 911 tapes breathing heavily as he ran after Martin, who was a scared kid trying to get away from the "crazy" and "creepy" man following him around on a rainy night, which sadly would be his last on earth.
Under the "album" page, Zimmerman posts photos of graffiti laden walls bearing support for him, by people who have broken the law in defacing others' property. In one incident, pro-Zimmerman statements were spray painted on community center in an African-American neighborhood to cause distress.
Zimmerman complains on the site, "As a result of the incident and subsequent media coverage, I have been forced to leave my home, my school, my employer, my family and ultimately, my entire life." However, Martin lost his life. There's no comparing who suffered the greater injury. Furthermore, this situation is of Zimmerman's own making. He cannot complain.
I believe had Martin survived the shooting, he would have labeled Zimmerman a criminal and a liar, professing he did not do anything to him on that fateful night.
Zimmerman had no authority under the law to stalk, confront, harass and or murder anyone, as he did to Martin. This entire crime and the fall out thereof is squarely Zimmerman's fault and he continues to perpetuate lies to defend the indefensible that has already cost others their lives, as it was reported three African-Americans were killed by two gunmen in support of Zimmerman.
It is time for Zimmerman to confess to God and the Martin family, asking both for forgiveness. Stop the charade and cover up.
The public also needs to keep its cool and not become enraged to the point people commit acts of violence, as has been seen in incidents against blacks, whites and Hispanics over the past couple weeks. Stop turning on each other. Things must not escalate out of control, because once that fire is lit, it will rage unchecked for a time doing significant damage. This is not the answer.
The government of Sanford, Florida continues to drag its feet in the murder of unarmed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, who was killed by 28-year-old, lawbreaking, armed vigilante, George Zimmerman, though so much is at stake.
The Sanford government is endangering America, as people are threatening to riot and burn things to the ground in the event Zimmerman is not charged or is acquitted. Once again, the Judiciary Report does not advocate violence, but what is being written and stated online and in public by many is not something to be ignored.
This brings me to my question - is the government of Sanford acting under the auspices of due diligence or poor governance. I think it is the latter. Lives and billions of dollars in property all over America is at stake if the wrong decisions are made in this case. Yet, here we have officials of a municipality, running amok, covering up crimes and violating the Civil Rights Act in the process.
George Zimmerman
At the heart of the matter is George Zimmerman, a man whose criminal conduct is not worth all this trouble. It is poor governance to do this under the circumstances, via jeopardizing lives and property over a vigilante.
When I read Zimmerman attacked a cop a few years ago, that's all I needed to know to realize he is a reckless instigator and aggressor, who is not all there. I repeat, he attacked a cop. Seriously, who does that. It's instant jail or death (well, unless daddy's a corrupt judge). What's he going to do next? Bite a bear? Slap a shark?
A good psychologist can bring the truth out regarding Zimmerman's mental state, as he has a problem to be going around attacking innocent people - something he has done three times with impunity.
The Question Is What's Taking The Government So Long To Make An Announcement
Trayvon Martin
One of the top stories in the world right now that is not reflecting well on the government of Sanford, Florida, is the murder of 17-year-old African-American, Trayvon Martin, who was killed by 28-year-old George Zimmerman, in a racially charged incident. It has been announced via the mayor of Sanford, Jeff Tripplett, the city is prepping for the worst, while waiting for state attorney, Angela Corey, to announce whether Zimmerman will be prosecuted for the February 26, 2012 murder of the unarmed teen.
Martin was in compliance with the law, Zimmerman was not, via stalking, civil rights act violations, assault and murder. He also violated the neighborhood watch rules in patrolling the community with a gun. Zimmerman is the stalker and aggressor. He is the one clearly in the wrong. Had he followed the law and local rules, none of this would have happened. Let's establish and accept that painful fact and not pretend this was all somehow lawful.
If Zimmerman is not charged or is acquitted, the fall out will spread well beyond Sanford and billions of dollars in damage could ensue. I am not encouraging violence or wishing for it, but anyone reading the internet will realize, many are threatening it if justice is not served. I'm not a cynic - I'm a realist. I know what I have been reading on many websites, via comments submitted in feedback sections. People are angry.
George Zimmerman
For some black people, in what has been dubbed "post racial America" the Martin murder has come as a shock, nasty slap in the face and reopened terrible wounds from the civil rights era. However, I'm not surprised by what transpired regarding Martin's killing, as I have experienced and written for years of terrible human rights abuses, including aggravated stalking and attempted murder in Florida and though it was reported to the appropriate authorities, they took bribes and swept it under the rug.
All is not equal and injustice is running rampant. Corruption is costly. It's not worth the trouble. It is better to do the right thing in the first place.
Already, the government, both local and federal, have lost money on this case. Businesses in the city of Sanford is also losing money. One restaurant owner reported losing $10,000 per week. Other businesses have been suffering as well, due to the terrible stigma attached to the city. They are losing tourist dollars. The federal government is trying to run damage control and has launched its own investigation, which will end up costing a significant amount of money as well.
The Retreat in Sanford, Florida where Trayvon Martin was killed
Many people know about this story. The ink that has been spilled due to this murder is massive, as the story has been featured in just about every major newspaper of the world, on international television and in the blogosphere. Mayor Trippet is hoping to counter that stating, "Those that would like to make this a defining moment for the city of Sanford are wrong, and we just have to make sure that we do a good job of making sure that that's not our lasting image." However, it is a defining moment, because the local government failed to do the right thing.
It's not like the BP oil spill where the company paid for ads to lure tourists back to the affected areas by speaking about the clean up. What would the Sanford ads look like, a government official stating, "Hey, remember that black kid that was killed and we tried to cover it up, well we've cleaned up and want you to come visit." There are some things a PR campaign can't fix.
However, The True Hatred Came From George Zimmerman
Trayvon Martin
Robert Zimmerman, the dad of murderer, George Zimmerman, has spoken out in the death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, whom his son killed in cold blood for unlawful, racist reasons. Robert Zimmerman slammed President Obama for stating Martin "If I had a son he would look like Trayvon."
However, it was not hateful. The day before the president made the statement, my mom and I were having a discussion about the case, where I stated, "Trayvon looks familiar" (maybe I'd seen him around Miami, as I have friends that live a couple blocks away from where it was reported his mother lives). My mom replied, "He looks like Obama."
George Zimmerman admitted to killing a minor in an incident that has him on a 911 tape using the racist slur "fu*king coons." That was hateful - not someone stating there is a resemblance between a deceased minor and a head of state. As a parent, Judge Zimmerman probably does not want to admit his son did something very wrong, but as a man of the law he knows better, even if he does not want to admit it. It would be better if he kept silent, rather than attempting to defend the indefensible to a nation and world angered by a terrible injustice, as it is calling his legal career into question.
George Zimmerman, the 28-year-old self-appointed neighborhood watch captain that stalked, then murdered 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, who was unarmed and defenseless, claims the teen attacked him first, bloodying his face and the back of his head, in addition to breaking his nose. Zimmerman claims this occurred after he stalked Martin, against 911 orders, with no legal authority to pursue the underage teen, who was minding his business in the Sanford, Florida community his family lives.
However, video released yesterday of Zimmerman at the Sanford, Florida police station showed no visible injuries, stitches or bandages of any kind on the killer, as he was led into the station in handcuffs. He moved around the room with no difficulty or assistance.
Trayvon Martin's heartbroken parents Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin
Zimmerman's story is further being challenged by funeral director Richard Kurtz, who received Martin's body. Yesterday, in an interview with attorney and television personality, Nancy Grace, the funeral director stated, "As far as his (Trayvon's) hands and knuckles, I didn't see any evidence he had been fighting anybody." If someone is alleged to have broken another person's nose via punches, would it not show on the accused person's hand(s).
Martin's girlfriend stated the teen told her a "creepy" man was following him and that he looked "crazy." Indeed. Zimmerman looks crazy in his previous mug shot, for one of three arrests that went nowhere, thanks to his judge dad, Robert Zimmerman. It appears Robert Zimmerman kept getting his trouble-seeking son out of trouble, leading the 28-year-old to believe he was untouchable in the eyes of the law.
Well, he's really done it this time. Had Zimmerman been forced to face the consequences of his previous crimes, rather than daddy repeatedly getting him out of trouble, maybe he would have thought twice before murdering a boy on a public street, after referring to him as a "fu*king coon" on 911 tapes.
"Video: ABC News Video Shows George Zimmerman Unscathed"
If it is revealed Robert Zimmerman corruptly aided his son in thwarting arrest in this matter, as a police investigator wanted to arrest him, but district attorney mysteriously said no, both father and son should face jail time. Parents can't be responsible for their children's crimes, but if they facilitate and cover up their unlawful behavior, they are culpable as well under the law.
Zimmerman Is A Repeat Offender Whose Magistrate Judge Dad Kept Getting Him Out Of Trouble
17-year-old murder victim Trayvon Martin
The website Rolling Out has brought forth an interesting point regarding 28-year-old murderer, George Zimmerman, who killed unarmed, defenseless 17-year-old minor, Trayvon Martin in cold blood. Zimmerman's dad is retired Florida magistrate Judge Robert Zimmerman.
The Retreat gated community in Sanford, Florida, where Trayvon Martin was mudered
Zimmerman also stands accused of bullying neighbors and trespassing, forcing his way into a lady's home, under the guise of being a neighborhood watch captain, leading to a complaint against him. Yet, after all these crimes, he remains free.

George Zimmerman, Son of a Retired Judge, Has 3 Closed Arrests
11:25 AM EDT 3/27/2012 - ... Did George Zimmerman have help from his father, a retired judge, in clearing his name in three separate arrests? According to a records search on George, he was previously arrested for domestic violence, resisting an officer without violence and most shockingly, resisting an officer with violence — a felony charge that surely could have landed him in prison.
All three of those arrests, however, were mysteriously closed with no semblance of charges for the Florida resident. So how was someone with a violent past including that of battery against an officer able to carry a 9 mm handgun? Maybe that’s a question Robert Zimmerman should answer …George Zimmerman had felony assault on police officer charge in ’05 & 2 domestic assaults
