Mike Brown Mocked In Death Again As Memorial Tree Defaced

Michael Brown

Last December select cops in Ferguson, Missouri mocked a memorial to slain, unarmed local teenager Mike Brown, after he was gunned down officer Darren Wilson. Locals had placed cards, flowers and teddy bears at the site of the shooting as a memorial, which led to a callous cop calling it "a pile of trash." Once again, Ferguson police were showing Brown disrespect.

Michael Brown memorial tree cut down and defaced:

This month, a memorial tree was dedicated to Brown and by the next day it was defaced. Once again, Brown was disrespected in death. This lack of respect for human life is troubling. Everyone is entitled to live their life and in peace. We are all somebody. To treat others as anything less than human is an offense and insult to humanity and all that is decent and good in this world.

The FBI Declines To Charge Darren Wilson In The Murder Of Mark Brown Revealing A Pattern Of Injustice Against Minorities At The Agency

Darren Wilson

The FBI has declined to find fault with the criminal conduct of Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson, in the killing of Mike Brown. The case sparked protests all over America and the world, with protesters of all colors promoting the slogan “Black Lives Matter.” Brown’s killing was suspicious on every level and bore all the signs of police brutality and excessive force. Adding to the controversy is one of the witnesses for Sharper, whose testimony threw the grand jury case into chaos, was given a cushy government job.

George Zimmerman

The FBI has an appalling record in the area of human and civil rights. The FBI had also reviewed the Trayvon Martin case for potential civil rights violations charges. The FBI sided with child killer George Zimmerman, defending his behavior as self-defense, when the world condemned it as a race based killing of an unarmed teen, who was minding his own business when stalked and killed. Zimmerman has since engaged in more acts of violence, breaking his father-in-law’s nose, threatening a motorist that he would shoot and kill him and twice being arrested for domestic violence in beating up his girlfriend.

FBI Director James Comey rejected both civil rights cases, agreeing with Darren Wilson and George Zimmerman

Why do the FBI bother to review these cases, getting the bereaved families hopes up, only to repeatedly and cruelly dash them, siding with murderers. People should not be surprised. Former FBI agents have gone on record stating the FBI had the great civil rights hero Martin Luther King killed after he refused to obey the suicide letter they sent him. The FBI has an appalling human rights record. At the FBI, black lives don’t matter.

Protests Erupt Over New York Grand Jury's Decision Not To Indict Police In The Choking Death Of Black Man Eric Garner (Video)

"Medical Examiner: Police Chokehold Killed Eric Garner, Death Ruled A Homicide"

Racial tensions among police and the public continue to worsen in America, as another white police officer has been allowed to escape without answering in a court of law, in the death of an unarmed black man. Last month it was police officer Darren Wilson the grand jury let escape scot-free in Ferguson, Missouri, regarding the shooting death of unarmed black teen, Mike Brown. Wilson shot Brown 6 times in cold blood.

This month it is unarmed black man, Eric Garner, who has been denied justice in death. New York police officer, Daniel Pantaleo, put Garner in a chokehold. Despite the defenseless man's protests that he cannot breathe, the pile on of officers continue for several minutes, with Pantaleo essentially choking Garner to death.

A New York grand jury cleared the officer of any wrongdoing, despite the fact a medical examiner stated the chokehold and compressions killed Garner. This is an injustice. The chokehold was unnecessary. To further ignore a man's pleas for air for minutes, while you choke the life out of his body, via excessive force and police brutality, is murder.

No indictment for NYC cop in videotaped chokehold death of black man

8 hours ago - A white New York City police officer was cleared Wednesday in the chokehold death of an unarmed black man stopped on suspicion of selling loose, untaxed cigarettes - a case that sparked outrage and drew comparisons to the deadly police shooting in Ferguson, Missouri.

The decision by the Staten Island grand jury not to indict Officer Daniel Pantaleo added to the tensions that have simmered in the city since the July 17 death of Eric Garner. In the neighborhood where Garner died, people reacted with angry disbelief and chants of "Eric Garner."

His father, Benjamin Carr, urged calm and said the ruling made no sense. "It's just a license to kill a black man," he said, calling the justice system "not worth a damn." Jennie Chambers works nearby and saw Garner daily. "Cold-blooded murder!" she said. "We saw it on TV, it's on video. The whole world saw it. Ferguson, now us."...

Darren Wilson Resigns From His Job As A Police Officer In Ferguson And Will Not Receive Severance Pay In The Killing Of Teen Mike Brown (Video)

In all of the government's pleas for peace and calm after the questionable grand jury verdict in Ferguson, Missouri, that moved not to indict police officer, Darren Wilson, in the shooting death of teen Mike Brown, no one bothered to tell him not to go on television and inflame the situation with his callous words. Wilson did a cocky interview where he stated he would do the same thing again in killing Brown, whom he labeled a "demon." Wilson showed a complete lack of remorse in Brown's murder. He made the situation that much worse. Wilson has now resigned and will receive no severance pay according to the local mayor.

Darren Wilson

Well respected forensic pathologist, Michael Baden concluded, six shots was excessive in subduing an alleged aggressor. To this day we don't truly know what happened or what was said that led to the confrontation between Wilson and Brown because people can say anything they want to when the primary witness is dead.

Mike Brown

However, we do know this in looking at the facts - an unarmed teenager was shot 6 TIMES and that is excessive force and police brutality. This was and is deserving of a prison sentence. Wilson did not have to kill Brown. Wilson did not have to shoot him that many times. It was not an accident. It was a deliberate execution under a hail of bullets that need not be repeated again. For every decent cop who does their job well, Wilson has made it that much harder for them and damaged race relations as well. Worst of all, a family has lost their son.

Protests Erupt All Over America Over The Grand Jury Decision Not To Indict Police Officer Darren Wilson In The Shooting Death Of Teenager Mike Brown

Protests in New York

Protests have erupted all over America in the fallout from a Missouri grand jury refusing to indict police officer, Darren Wilson, in the shooting death of unarmed teen, Mike Brown. Black, white, Asian and Hispanic protestors took to the streets all over America to denounce the decision of the grand jury. While not all police officers are corrupt, those who are need to see the protests and be careful in not summarily executing someone, using excessive force. Wilson shot Brown six times, which is excessive force.

Family of Mike Brown cries at news of no indictment

Many are publicly stating the grand jury process was corrupted in this case, as the prosecutor is supposed to act on behalf of the deceased victim. Instead, transcripts reveal the prosecutor leading Wilson, painting him as the victim. The statements made by the prosecutor are not being viewed by the public as unbiased or impartial.

Grand Jury Declines To Indict Police Officer Darren Wilson In The Shooting Death Of Michael Brown (Video)

A grand jury convened in Missouri, regarding the shooting death of unarmed teen, Michael Brown, by police officer, Darren Wilson. Many have described the incident as excessive force and called for Wilson to be imprisoned for the teen's death. The grand jury returned a verdict today and declined to indict Wilson in Brown's brutal death.

Michael Brown was left in the street dead for almost 5 hours, as no ambulance arrived at the scene, in what necessitates a criminal investigation. Ambulances usually arrive within a few short minutes...

Darren Wilson

The public has reacted quite negatively to the news and understandable so. Brown's body was riddled with bullets in what no reasonable person could call self-defense or justifiable homicide. The case has stoked racial tensions and this miscarriage of justice is only making things worse. However, the Judiciary Report would like to implore the public to keep the peace. The Judiciary Report sends its condolences to the family and friends of Michael Brown.

CNN Reports The National Guard In Ferguson Threw Gasoline On The Fire Of Racial Tensions During Mike Brown Protests By Calling Black Protesters N*ggers

Don Lemon

CNN television news reporter Don Lemon is reporting, while attending protests in Ferguson, Missouri, regarding the police murder of 18-year-old unarmed, university bound student, Michael Brown, he and his television producer heard the National Guard refer to protestors as "n*ggers." The National Guard attempting to corral peaceful protestors, exercising their constitutional right to assemble (freedom of assembly) called the crowd "n*ggers" when they would not disburse and go home.

What was that? Was that really necessary calling people n*ggers? And some wonder why people believe Brown's murder was racial profiling and racially motivated. Explain that! The National Guard brought race into it confirming people's worst suspicions. Some want the case to quickly go away, but there are issues that need to be discussed to prevent this from happening again. It needs to be formally brought out in the open in appropriate venues, so there can be peaceful dialogue with meaningful answers and effective solutions. Racial unity is needed.

CNN’s Don Lemon: National Guard Used ‘N-Word’ to Describe Ferguson Protesters

10:55 pm, August 19th, 2014 - CNN’s Don Lemon was back in the CNN studio Tuesday night after several days on the ground in Ferguson, Missouri. The anchor was hosting a town hall called “Black and White in America,” when one questioner asked what “safeguards” police departments could put in place to prevent shootings like the one that killed Michael Brown in the future.

When one of Lemon’s panelists brought up the idea of putting cameras on officers to make them more accountable, Lemon said that measure might also affect the types of people who decide to become cops...He then shared this story from his time in Ferguson last night:

“I’m just going to be honest with you. Last night, one of my producers said that they — I won’t say if it’s a he or she, because I don’t want to give anyone away — said they came in contact with one of the members of the National Guard and that they said, ‘You want to get out of here because you’re white, because these n-words, you never know what they’re going to do.’ True story. I kid you not. 2014, a member of the National Guard. And my producer doesn’t lie. It is a true story.” Watch video below, via CNN...

Top Forensic Pathologist Michael Baden States There Was No Evidence Of A Struggle Between Mike Brown And Police And He Should Not Have Been Shot So Many Times

Civil right attorney Benjamin Crump (left) and Dr. Michael Baden (right)

World renown forensic pathologist, Dr. Michael Baden, autopsied the body of 18-year-old Michael Brown, who was executed by Ferguson, Missouri police officer, Darren Wilson, in a case of excessive force meets extrajudicial killing. Dr. Baden, who oversaw the autopsies of the late great civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. and former U.S. President John F. Kennedy, was very clear in his pronouncement on the case, waiving his standard $10,000 fee, it was unjustifiable.

Michael Brown was left in the street dead for almost 5 hours, as no ambulance arrived at the scene, in what necessitates a criminal investigation. Ambulances usually arrive within a few short minutes.

Police officials in Ferguson, who are not forthcoming with information, prompting understandable cries of a cover-up from the public, will try to paint the case as justifiable homicide. However, Dr. Baden, who has performed over 20,000 autopsies stated, "In my capacity as the forensic examiner for the New York State Police, I would say, 'You’re not supposed to shoot so many times.'" Thank you very much. This should be basic common sense. The average officer is not shooting people that many times, especially an unarmed person.

Michael Brown autopsy

Wilson shooting Brown SIX times, twice in the head and four times to the torso, was not a warning shot, with shot being singular, it was an outright execution. Wilson claims Brown attacked him, though a witness states it was the other way around. However, Dr. Baden stated the autopsy reveals there was "no evidence of a struggle" on Brown's part. Dr. Baden also stated Brown was shot after he surrendered, as his hands were in the air, judging by the entry points and locations of the four bullets that pierced and lined his right arm. Who shoots a man who has surrendered? A murderer that's who, not a law abiding police officer.

Autopsy Shows Michael Brown Was Struck at Least 6 Times

AUG. 17, 2014 - “In my capacity as the forensic examiner for the New York State Police, I would say, ‘You’re not supposed to shoot so many times,’ ” said Dr. Baden, who retired from the state police in 2011. “Right now there is too little information to forensically reconstruct the shooting.”

Autopsy Report Reveals Teen Mike Brown Was Shot In The Head Twice And Four Times In The Torso After Surrendering To Police Officer Darren Wilson

An official autopsy report has been released in the Ferguson, Missouri shooting death of unarmed 18-year-old, Mike Brown, by police officer, Darren Wilson and the contents reveal it was murder. The autopsy reveals Brown, who witnesses had stated held his hands up in surrender, was shot six times - twice in the head and four times in the torso.

One bullet went through Brown’s right eye, another directly into the top of his head, while the remaining four lined one of his arms. It was as though Wilson used Brown as a target practice poster at a gun range. Brown was executed by Wilson in a brute display of excessive force that cut the university bound boy's life short. This is known as an extrajudicial killing, which is forbidden by law.

Being a police officer means using reasonable force if and when necessary. Reasonable force is not shooting someone’s eye out and sending an execution style bullet into the crown of their head. Wilson behaved like a marksman. This was not an accident or miscalculation. He meant to kill and kill he did.

Police in Ferguson, overwhelmed with protests and rioting in the wake of Brown’s murder, released a videotape that allegedly shows Brown stealing $40 in cigars from a convenience store. However, some online have stated the person in the video appears to have a full head of hair while wearing shoes, while 5 minutes after running from police, Brown’s dead body had sandals on and the corpse bald.

Something strange is going on and regardless of what one believes, no one deserves to be executed over $40 worth of cigars. That is insanity and injustice. A human life is worth more than $40.

Officer Darren Wilson and the convenience store attendant/owner have gone into hiding. However, CNN and other networks posted a video of Wilson’s house which included the street address, making it very easy for irate members of the public to find his residence.
