Video footage from security cameras has been released of
retired tennis star, James Blake, being tackled and slammed to the ground by a plain
clothes New York Police Department officer, in a case of what
they are labeling mistaken identity. Blake was waiting outside an
upscale New York
hotel for a car to take him to the U.S. Open in Flushing
Meadows, New York, when he was attacked by the NYPD officers
shown on the video and
five others in the undercover unit.
The New York Police Department has revealed a witness
allegedly identified Blake as a perpetrator buying phones with a
stolen credit card. However, they had the wrong man. While the
actual suspect does bear a bit of a resemblance to Blake, many
including the tennis star, want to know why such force was used
in arresting him for a non-violent crime (and one he did not
commit).
James Blake
Blake could have hit his head on the concrete or damaged his
spine when the officer charged at him, then slammed the tennis
player on the
ground. That was very dangerous. Blake escaped with bruises and
scratches, but things could have turned out much worse. If he
was the type of man to become easily enraged, like rapper Kanye West,
he probably would have been killed for resisting arrest. There is no necessity for such
force. This is how Eric Garner died in what became a global
scandal the NYPD still has not recovered from.
Police do have a difficult job, where they put their lives on
the line each time they go on duty. However, there needs to be a
proper balance. Excessive force and police brutality has killed
so many people, particularly minorities. Look what happened to
Blake. It is a prime example of what black people in America
have been complaining about for years. He did nothing wrong in
the incident and was treated terribly, physically injured and
could have been killed. There has to be a
better way to go about confronting and questioning suspects. The
officers knew they were wrong, as they tried to cover up the
incident by violating police rules in not filing an incident
report. It took Blake to go public with the offense for it to be
addressed.
The frequently sued New York Police Department (NYPD) is in
the middle of another scandal, as 5 white officers tackled and
body slammed Harvard educated, award winning former professional
tennis player, James Blake, mistaking him for a man who had
purchased a phone with a stolen credit card.
The 35-year-old tennis star was standing outside a swanky
hotel in New York City, whilst waiting for a car he hired to
take him to a Time Warner assignment at the U.S. Open in
Flushing Meadows, New York. One of the five officers, who were dressed in plain clothes,
lifted Blake in the air and slammed him on the concrete. They
all swarmed and held him down, despite the fact he didn't resist
arrest and kept asking what's going on. Blake was later released
when a retired police officer recognized him and apprized the
arresting officers of the tennis star's identity.
Blake stated to the press after the incident, "To me it's as
simple as unnecessary police force, no matter what my race is.
In my mind there's probably a race factor involved, but no
matter what there's no reason for anybody to do that to
anybody." Indeed, as many online are questioning why it required
such spontaneous force to detain someone for the non-violent
crime of credit card theft.
James Blake
The New York Police Department issued a statement on the
incident, "Once Blake was properly identified and found to have
no connection to the investigation, he was released from police
custody immediately. In regards to the alleged improper use of
force, the Police Commissioner directed the internal affairs
bureau to investigate."
Blake is demanding an apology. However, it would be
surprising if one was issued by the NYPD, as that would be
admitting liability and can be used against the New York Police
Department in court during civil litigation for wrongful arrest
and physical injury. The police officers in question did not
even report the incident, in violation of department rules. It
took Blake going public to bring attention to the issue. The
officer that body slammed Blake has been stripped of his gun and
badge, pending an internal affairs investigation.
The NYPD has a well documented history of racism in meting
out rough treatment to blacks and Hispanics that white people do
not face. Black pregnant women have been manhandled and tossed
to the floor during improper arrests. Black men have been killed
by the New York Police Department in acts of police brutality
and excessive force.
James Blake
It's been a rough year for Blake. Last summer an executive
Blake rented his Florida home to set it on fire, after killing
his wife, son. The man also killed himself. It was discovered
the executive was having financial problems and sadly chose the
wrong answer to his problems, via murder suicide.
Eric Garner being put in a fatal chokehold by police (right)
The New York Police Department (NYPD) has settled a police
brutality lawsuit filed by the family of Eric Garner, who was
killed last year while being arrested. Garner's family is being
paid $5,900,000 in compensation over his death. Garner was
killed due to a chokehold administered by police officer, Daniel
Pantaleo, while he and fellow officers swarmed him on a
sidewalk.
This year's most popular rapper, Bobby Shmurda, real
name Ackquille Pollard, has been arrested by the New York Police
Department (NYPD) in a drug sting. Shmurda was arrested outside a
recording studio in Manhattan, with two illegal guns in his
possession and a small quantity of crack cocaine. 15 members of
Shmurda's entourage and gang, were arrested as well, in reference to
attempted murder, assault, narcotics and weapons possession charges.
The indictment alleges Shmurda is apart of a gang responsible for
shootings in New York, in connection with drug trafficking turf
wars.
This past summer, as his hit "Hot Ni**a" began
spreading around the internet, Shmurda was arrested on a weapons
charge in June. In October, when his debut song had become the top
track of the year among internet audiences worldwide, Shmurda was
arrested for smoking marijuana in New York.
Bobby Shmurda
Shmurda, who signed to Sony Music, receiving a hefty
financial advance against future royalties, recently complained of
being ripped off by music industry promoters in not being paid for
concerts. Shmurda recently got into a social networking dispute with
fellow internet rapper turned star, Chief Keef, after his rival
released a song insulting him with implied threats of violence [Rapper
Bobby Shmurda Threatens Rival Chief Keef And His Crew (Photos)].
Chief Keef, who is based in Chicago, has also had a number of
run-ins with the law, regarding gang violence and drugs.
Artists have to be smart when they decide to become
entertainers. When the spotlight turns to you as an urban artist, so
does police attention, especially if you are outspoken or have a
criminal record. To espouse violence, drug use or narcotics
trafficking in one's lyrics is a sure way to invite the wrong type
of attention and send a negative message to impressionable
audiences.
President Barack Obama talks about racial tension in wake of
protests across America
U.S. President, Barack Obama, spoke about the racial
tensions in America, which have risen due to cases of police
brutality plaguing the country. Black people have been killed by
police using excessive force, while others were brutalized on
camera, in incidents filmed by citizens witnessing the sad displays.
John Boehner
House Speaker, Republican, John Boehner, stated regarding the
matter, "The American people deserve more answers about what
really happened here and was our system of justice handled
properly." Protests all over America certainly indicate the public
is demanding answers. Something must be done to stop the injustice.
Protests in New York
Protests have erupted all over America again,
regarding people speaking out against the ongoing injustices transpiring. Thousands of people
in New York marched all over the city, including at City Hall and
the New York Police Department. Other protests are being conducted
in many other cities across America, such as Seattle, Los Angeles,
Oakland, Washington, Baltimore, Atlanta, Philadelphia and Cleveland,
among others, demanding an end to police brutality.
Michael Sollenberger (left) and Thomas Flanders (right)
The Cleveland Division of Police is currently
embroiled in a scandal, regarding the shooting death of 12-year-old
black boy, Tamir Rice, who was playing with a toy gun in the park,
when officer, Timothy Loehmann, abruptly opened fire on the child.
Two days later, Rice died in the hospital of his injuries. Shortly
after, news of Loehmann's dismal personnel records surfaced,
indicating he was forced out of another police squad, due to serious
deficiencies in his performance as an officer and a troubled mental
state.
A new scandal has emerged, as text messages between
Cleveland police officers, Michael Sollenberge and Thomas
Flanders, were packed with racial slurs. One of the text messages
states, "I
hate ni*gers." Another text stated, "'What do apples and black
people have in common? They both hang from trees."
This comes at a time when the public (black, white,
Hispanic, Indian and Asian) are protesting flagrant cases of police
brutality and excessive force in America, in the fall out of the
Eric Garner killing in New York, at the hands of New York Police
Department officer, Daniel Pantaleo and Mike Brown's shooting death
by officer Darren Wilson.
It is clear some, not all police officers have
racial issues concerning minorities. People have the right to like
or dislike whomever they choose, even if it is based on race. However, when it starts to
interfere with your job as a public servant and you begin to treat
people differently based on their race, especially in a deadly manner, this is wholly
illegal and unethical. Something must be legally done within the
scope of the law to stop police brutality, which is unquestionably
on the rise in America, as evidenced by a number of high profile
cases (some of which were covered on the Judiciary Report
yesterday).

'I hate N******. That is all': Police officers who were caught
'exchanging racist texts' placed on
administrative leave while full
investigation is carried out
Published: 11:41 EST, 4 December 2014 | Updated:
12:48 EST, 4 December 2014 - Five deputies with the Montgomery
County Sheriff's Office in Ohio are under investigation for
allegedly sending racist text messages. Two officers, Capt. Thomas
Flanders and Detective Michael Sollenberger, have been placed on
paid administrative leave while the other three – who are as yet
unnamed – remain on the job while the investigation continues.
The accusations came to light after an anonymous
source passed on hundreds of pages of the messages to the Dayton
Unit of the NAACP. The texts, which contain a barrage of racist
slurs and insensitive jokes aimed at African-Americans, were
exchanged between November 2011 and January 2013 on personal cell
phones.
After conducted a three-month-long investigation to
ensure their authenticity, Derrick Forward - the civil rights
organization’s local president - turned the messages over to Sheriff
Phil Plumber last week. The texts were exchanged between November
2011 and January 2013 on personal cell phones between the employees
during working hours.
They contain a barrage of racist slurs and
insensitive jokes aimed at African-Americans. One text said, 'I hate
N******. That is all.' One deputy 'joked' to another: 'What do
apples and black people have in common? They both hang from trees.'
Another read: 'We stopped at a Walmart in Birmingham, there are a
lot of Black people in Alabama. It's all Martin Luther Kings fault.'...
"NYPD Cop Puts Pregnant Brooklyn Woman In CHOKEHOLD For BBQ
GRILLING Outside!!"
Mayor of New York, Bill Deblasio,
has spoken out against the use of illegal chokeholds by police.
Incidents regarding New York officers engaging in police brutality
and excessive force have made their way onto You Tube and various
news channels in America. The public has been protesting these acts
that have brutalized blacks and Latinos in New York, in the wake of
the local grand jury refusing to indict police officer, Daniel Pantaleo,
for killing unarmed man, Eric Garner, via the use of an illegal
chokehold.
"NYPD Yet Another Illegal Choke Hold On A 7 Month Pregnant
Woman About A BBQ"
Another incident saw officers from the New York Police
Department NYPD, put a pregnant woman in a chokehold and beat her
husband, calling him a "nig*er" because they were barbequing in
their front yard in Brooklyn.
"Rochester, NY Police Beating Pregnant Woman"
Another case involves the NYPD beating a pregnant woman they put
in a chokehold. Despite her please warning them she is pregnant and
they are going to "kill" her "baby" the police brutality continued.
"NYPD officer caught on camera pushing pregnant woman to
ground"
In another case a pregnant woman was thrown to the ground, put in
a chokehold and tased. A woman in the neighborhood tried to help the
unarmed pregnant woman and another police officer, violently pushed
her to the point she fell several feet away and sustained a broken
arm.
"Medical Examiner: Police Chokehold Killed Eric Garner, Death
Ruled A Homicide"
Racial tensions among police and the public continue
to worsen in America, as another white police officer has been
allowed to escape without answering in a court of law, in the death
of an unarmed black man. Last month it was police officer Darren
Wilson the grand jury let escape scot-free in Ferguson, Missouri,
regarding the shooting death of unarmed black teen, Mike Brown.
Wilson shot Brown 6 times in cold blood.
Eric Garner (right)
This month it is unarmed black man, Eric Garner, who
has been denied justice in death. New York police officer, Daniel
Pantaleo, put Garner in a chokehold. Despite the defenseless man's
protests that he cannot breathe, the pile on of officers continue
for several minutes, with Pantaleo essentially choking Garner to
death.
Eric Garner being put in a fatal chokehold by police (right)
A New York grand jury cleared the officer of any
wrongdoing, despite the fact a medical examiner stated the chokehold
and compressions killed Garner. This is an injustice. The chokehold
was unnecessary. To further ignore a man's pleas for air for
minutes, while you choke the life out of his body, via excessive
force and police brutality, is murder.

No indictment for NYC cop in videotaped chokehold death of
black man
8 hours ago - A white New York City police officer
was cleared Wednesday in the chokehold death of an unarmed black man
stopped on suspicion of selling loose, untaxed cigarettes - a case
that sparked outrage and drew comparisons to the deadly police
shooting in Ferguson, Missouri.
The decision by the Staten Island grand jury not to
indict Officer Daniel Pantaleo added to the tensions that have
simmered in the city since the July 17 death of Eric Garner. In the
neighborhood where Garner died, people reacted with angry disbelief
and chants of "Eric Garner."
His father, Benjamin Carr, urged calm and said the
ruling made no sense. "It's just a license to kill a black man," he
said, calling the justice system "not worth a damn." Jennie Chambers
works nearby and saw Garner daily. "Cold-blooded murder!" she said.
"We saw it on TV, it's on video. The whole world saw it. Ferguson,
now us."...
32-year-old undercover cop Wojciech Braszczok was arrested and
charged with "gang assault" and "criminal mischief"
in the New York Motorcycle Road Rage case. A large group of
motorcyclist surrounded, taunted then beat up SUV driver, Alexian Lien,
for running over one of their members, in trying to get away from them.
Wojciech Braszczok being led out of court after
being arrested, charged and posting $150,000 bond
In fleeing from the large group of motorcyclists, motorist Lien
accidentally hit three people in the convoy, running over one of the
men on a bike, 32-year-old audio engineer, Edwin Mieses, crushing his
spine. Mieses is now paralyzed, as Lien's Range Rover ran over the
lower portion of his body. Mieses' family wants Lien charged for this
conduct.
Lien being pulled out of SUV and beaten by
motorbike mob
According to reports, undercover police officer Braszczok, was seen
on video repeatedly kicking the back door of Lien’s SUV, where the
driver’s 2-year-old daughter was located. Prosecutors are stating he
was an "active participant" in the gang assault on Lien.
Fellow police officers have questions his conduct, stating their
disapproval of his deeds. Braszczok's attorney states he is innocent.
The district attorney disagrees.
Wojciech Braszczok in the motorbike convoy surrounding
the car
While the Judiciary Report is sorry anyone was injured in this incident,
at the end of the day, the motorcyclists should not have surrounded
anyone’s car, doing dangerous tricks and slowing down in front of the
vehicle, creating panic and fear in the Lien family. They were out of
line. Most people would find said conduct intimidating and fear for
their safety. To make matters worse, the vehicle had a toddler
present.
Rosalyn Lien and husband Alexian Lien
Think about it, if you were driving and an aggressive motorbike
convoy suddenly surrounded your vehicle, slowing down in front of you,
doing reckless stunts and refusing to depart from your space while
encasing you with your spouse and small child present, what would you
do? How would it make you feel?
Amanda Bynes being led out of the building in

According to In Touch magazine, mentally ill Hollywood actress,
Amanda Bynes, who is in Kabbalah, has been evicted from her New York
apartment, after her recent headline grabbing drug arrest in Manhattan.
Bynes was spotted behaving erratically in the lobby of her apartment
building, prompting staff to call police.

When the cops arrived, Bynes threw a bong filled with marijuana out
of the high-rise apartment's window and the drug paraphernalia
shattered on the ground below, damaging evidence. Staff and residents
are not happy with Bynes' scandals and as such, she is reportedly being
evicted from the building.
Mentally ill Kabbalah actress, Amanda Bynes, has scored a court victory in her New York drug case. Last week, Bynes was behaving in an erratic manner in the lobby of her New York apartment, prompting building staff to call the police. Police went to Bynes' 37th floor apartment to question her regarding the incident.
This prompted Bynes to throw her marijuana bong out the window, with the drug paraphernalia shattering on the ground below. Cops retrieve the bong, but it was broken in many pieces, damaging their case. As a result, the drug charges will not be pursued against Bynes, who has developed schizophrenic and is in serious need of psychiatric care.
It's been a sad fall from grace for the once wholesome girl next door, who played a variety of roles in teen oriented films and sitcoms. True to cult form, she is being isolated from her parents, who she is fighting against, while they try to help her. This simply is not right and something needs to be done about these cults destroying lives and breaking up families for financial gain.
The New York Police Department has a message for mentally ill
Kabbalah actress Amanda Bynes in response to her claims a police
officer "slapped (her) vagina" - no one hit that (pardon the
pun). While some women really are sexually assaulted, it is believed
Bynes made up the claim.
Amanda Bynes
NYPD Deputy
Commissioner Paul J. Browne stated to website TMZ, "Investigators
have found no evidence to corroborate Ms. Bynes's allegations. To the
contrary a credible civilian witness who was with the officers
throughout told investigators that none touched Ms. Bynes
inappropriately or otherwise engaged in misconduct at any time."
Amanda Bynes
There's more bad news for Bynes. She was arrested for throwing a
bong out of her 37th floor Manhattan apartment. She denied doing drugs
or possessing said paraphernalia. However, police found the shattered
bong outside the apartment building and will be using it as evidence in
her arrest.
Early yesterday morning, the Judiciary Report (and the blog) wrote
about the Twitter beef between actress Amanda Bynes and singer Rihanna.
The site stated Rihanna had a nose job and wears European weaves,
leading some such as Bynes to think and state she is "trying to be
white."
Several hours later, Bynes announced she is having a nose job and is
going to become a singer/rapper. Uh oh! Bynes should focus on getting
well first. It's one thing for a actress that does mostly pop culture,
teen type shows and films to become a singer, but a rapper, that's
another story.
Amanda Bynes before Hollywood cult Kabbalah made
her mentally ill
Is she going to be called Amanda B. Will her first song be called
"Bong" as she was arrested for throwing one out of her
apartment window in New York. Will her second single be called
"Slap The Vagina" as she has accused a cop in the New York
Police Department of slapping her vagina (hey, her words, not mine).
The latest development regarding Bynes and Rihanna's Twitter fued is
she's denying the whole thing, claiming it was a mock up, but no one
believes that. Said Twitter account has posted items in the past that
Bynes confirmed.

Amanda Bynes Rihanna-Bashing Tweets Were Fake!
Breaking News
12:36 PM - 27 May 2013 - Amanda Bynes is now claiming the tweets
bashing Rihanna (pardon the pun) did not come from her and were
actually mocked up someone else ... then she went on to say some other
crazy stuff. Bynes went on another rambling Twitter run this afternoon,
in which she says, "I saw a bunch of mocked up tweets about me
bashing Rihanna in my mentions. I'm followed by so many people that
someone is always mocking up fake tweets so I feel the need to address
them!" From there she goes on to say ... well, your guess is as
good as ours:
"That's one of the mocked up images, they took photos of me
from outside and morphed them onto someone else's body. I am allergic
to marijuana and alcohol but I smoke tobacco. Why does Rihanna smoke
weed and not get in trouble for it but I smoke tobacco and people think
I'm on drugs? I refuse to be treated like someone I'm not, which is why
I fought for myself and am suing everyone involved. I don't need to go
to rehab. There is never a drug or alcohol in my system! I'm sick of
all the lies! What would you do if someone accused you of things you
didn't do and yet you still had to be in jail at all over it! I'm so
offended but I am so educated that I know cops cannot illegally enter
my apartment, sexually harass me, arrest me, take me to a MENTAL
HOSPITAL, then lock me up for a crime I didn't commit. I'm suing them
all for this upsetting nightmare. My lawyer knows I'm a model citizen
who doesn't partake in drugs. He's going to court this week to set the
record straight again on my behalf. Thankfully I'm an educated
multi-millionaire who knows better than to speak to perverted unjust
cops without my lawyer."
Do you hear that noise? It's a sigh of relief from Los Angeles cops at the news, trouble prone, former actress, Lindsay Lohan is leaving town. That's right, she's moving back to her home state of New York, to which the NYPD undoubtedly groaned in horror.
What's that white stuff in your nose, Lindsay!
Lohan has left for New York with her mother, Dina Lohan. She has also fired her management in seeking "a fresh start." But let's be honest. Trouble doesn't find her. She finds trouble. Therefore, it doesn't matter which city she is in or who is her manager. Lohan is the problem.
FBI Director Robert Mueller and Senator Patrick Leahy
Six weeks ago, on September 24, 2009, in the FBI Blames NYPD For Botched Terror Bust article, the Judiciary Report, once again condemned the FBI's standard practice of letting criminals run free amongst innocent people in society, hoping to catch them in greater wrongdoing, while spooling others into their web of crime. The Judiciary Report has condemned this practice for years, as it is quite dangerous.
Maj. Nidal Hasan
According to published reports in prominent newspapers and on networks today, regarding the Fort Hood massacre that left 13 people dead and 30 wounded, "The FBI was given the gunman's name six months ago" due to threats issued online.
Six months ago, a man by the uncommon name of, Nidal Hasan, which is the exact same name as the American-born radical Muslim being held in connection with the Fort Hood killings, posted very violent items online about the U.S. army and bringing Jihad to America.
Video: Army General: 'This Was a Kick in the Gut'
Hasan made written statements on the internet, calling for Muslims in America to strap bombs to themselves, go to Times Square in New York and detonate them, killing innocent people. He made hateful remarks with very violent leanings regarding America.
Hasan is currently in custody and on a ventilator, after being stopped in his tracks, via four bullets from a quick thinking female solider, by the name of Kimberly Munley. Wow, with that kind of precision, you must be able to shoot a fly off a mosquito's back.
Kimberly Munley
If this allegation regarding the FBI having known about this man's unlawful threats for six months, turns out to be accurate and most press outlets are insisting it is true, it would mean these terrible crimes could have been prevented.
This is exactly what the Judiciary Report was referring to several weeks ago, as something that could happen at the hands of a lone criminal, if the FBI continued to let terrorism targets remain free, to see where cases can lead:
"The Judiciary Report would like to know, why the FBI had alleged terror plotters roaming around among civilians, for such a long period of time, before arresting them.
What if their alleged plan had deviated and a lone surveillance target initiated a bombing on his own, wiping out scores of innocent people. What would you have told the public, then.
These investigations are very poorly handled and pose a great danger to the public. The FBI is playing with fire using behavioral scientists and analysts to guess what these alleged criminals will do next.
There is no perfect science to guessing the minds of crazy people. They are ruled by impulses that often go beyond the realm and understanding of socio-science." - September 24, 2009.
The Judiciary Report has been stating for years the FBI’s method of investigation is terribly dangerous, flawed and would cost innocent people their lives. Why was Hasan not investigated? The written threats made online six months ago should have been immediately investigated.
Paperwork to have that person arrested should have been processed immediately, as the individual is glorifying, threatening and calling for Jihad. The person could have been arrested on treason charges and or making terroristic threats.
Federal law enforcement should have impressed upon the Court that said individual be remanded into custody, as his written threats of Jihad make him a serious danger to the public, where innocent people could lose their lives (As a preventative measure, there should be processing time, allowing law enforcement to hold terror suspects in a cell for a few days, revoking any communication with the outside world, lest they tip off any existing terror accomplices).
While, that was going on, someone should have instruct staff to immediately obtain warrants to search every single thing this man owns or ever did, enabling one to go after leads in investigating each and every phone number, email, text message, credit card purchase, receipt and place he has been, that can be obtained via existing records. This would enable one to find out exactly whom the suspected criminal was communicating with in various formats.
But the FBI doesn't work that way. They conduct investigations butt backwards, posing a terrible risk to the public. Furthermore, if it was indeed Hasan that made the threats online, his security clearance should have been revoked six months ago, as he has been working on a base with 40,000 army personnel.
U.S. President Barack Obama has promised answers on the terrorist attack at Fort Hood
You don’t leave individuals like that to roam among innocent people in society, watching and waiting to see if they will do something violent, when you have enough probable cause to make an arrest.
Stop letting people that show criminal intent via terroristic threats and declarations, wander around free, as you may not have enough time to avert a catastrophe, if they divert from their original plans, substituting it with an improvisational act of violence or murder.
Once again, if the individual that made the aforementioned threats online, was indeed Hasan, as is being stated in the press, had the FBI, who still reads this website everyday, followed what the Judiciary Report wrote several weeks ago and a few months before that and a few months before that, regarding abandoning these criminally negligent wait and see practices in criminal cases, those 13 soldiers would be alive today.
Irrespective of what is revealed regarding the identity of the internet poster by the name of, Nidal Hasan, who made the threats in question, as a "victim of crime" that has been greatly harmed by the FBI’s severe criminal negligence and seen their practices up close, breaking story after story on them, I can testify, there is no method in their madness, to borrow from the phrase. It makes no sense, does not add up, nor does it work out in the end.
They sit back and allow extensive, horrible damage to happen to innocent people, time and time again, due to horrific mismanagement, terrible corruption and very poor leadership at FBI headquarters. For further reference see the Bernard Madoff case, the R. Allen Stanford indictment and the current mortgage crisis, all items the FBI knew of for many years before each transpired and did absolutely nothing to stop from happening and damaging innocent people, though it was in their power to do so.
Their criminal negligence is of such great proportions, no decent human being will ever be able to decipher it, as it is based in bureaucracy, crookedness, arrogance and ego.
FBI Director Robert Mueller
Then, the FBI gets mad and labels outspoken critics such as the Judiciary Report unpatriotic and subversive, but it is they who could care less about people and this site doesn’t support stupidity.
After all, this is the same FBI that thinks it knows more than everyone else on the planet, so much so, it clumsily invented its own form of science in the Bruce Ivins Anthrax case that not one real scientist can make a lick of sense out of, as it is based in, what is the word I'm looking for, stupidity. Ok, I'll be nice, it is based in fantasy.
It’s all good and fine for the FBI to go into Congress bragging about their so-called technological advancements, when the Judiciary Report’s sister site, the Sound Off Column, began writing about them in 2006, they didn’t even have email or a working computer system, for which the site proactively offered constructive suggestions, through a series of articles, on how to remedy the problem from an IT standpoint, as it posed a great risk to national security.
But at the end of the day, to have the tools and no basic common sense or good management and effective leadership to navigate the nation through the law enforcement challenges of the 21st Century, invalidates any so-called technological strides the FBI claims it has made.
The Judiciary Report is of the belief the FBI needs to be closed and the U.S. Congress should start a new national law enforcement agency, as the current one is not listening to reason, logic or following sound practices, due to being so immersed in corruption and incompetence.
But knowing Congress, they are going to wait until something even worse happens that is widespread and horrific in scope, before they address the problems at the FBI. However, Congress should hope that one day their negligence in overseeing said agency, doesn’t inadvertently affect their families, in the manner they’ve allowed the FBI’s criminal negligence to harm other innocent families.
For example, in the movie “Rendition” there was a corrupt Muslim officer, so immersed in helping the C.I.A. torture an innocent Arab-American citizen, wrongfully believed to be a terrorist, that he failed to pay attention to his own family, namely his daughter, who was dating a man that unbeknownst to her was a suicide bomber. One day, while out in a town square, she went up to him and he opened his shirt to reveal a bomb strapped to his chest, ready to commit a terrible human atrocity. His daughter accidentally died with bomber and many other innocent people in the town square.
Fort Hood shootings: FBI given gunman's name six months ago
Published: 9:59PM GMT 06 Nov 2009 - The US Army major who killed 13 people in a shooting spree at America's biggest military base had come to the attention of the FBI six months earlier over possible links to extremist comments posted on the internet.
Major Nidal Malik Hasan, a devout Muslim who was trying to buy his way out of the Army, was suspected of being the author of postings which compared suicide bombers to heroic soldiers who throw themselves onto grenades to save others.
It also emerged that Hasan, 39, had described the US Army as "the aggressor" in Iraq and Afghanistan and was resisting a planned deployment to Afghanistan, raising questions over whether the military missed warning signs which might have prevented the massacre.
Witnesses said Hasan shouted "Allahu akbar", Arabic for God is great, as he opened fire – a phrase commonly used by Islamic militant suicide bombers – though investigators said there was no evidence he had been recruited by al-Qaeda or other Islamic extremist organisations.
Hasan – who was initially thought to have been killed – is being kept alive on a ventilator after being shot four times by a civilian policewoman who was the first officer on the scene of the shooting at Fort Hood, Texas. Officer Kimberley Munley, whose actions were described as "amazing and aggressive", is one of 30 survivors who were shot by Hasan, of whom 28 remain in hospital.
Six months ago the FBI was alerted to postings by a blogger called Nidal Hasan on the Scribd website. The author wrote about a US soldier who had died smothering a grenade blast, saying: "Scholars have paralled (sic) this to suicide bombers whose intention, by sacrificing their lives, is to help save Muslims by killing enemy soldiers.
"If one suicide bomber can kill 100 enemy soldiers because they were caught off guard that would be considered a strategic victory."...
Contrary to published reports in the mainstream pressthe FBI is defending the NYPD in the terror bust of Najibullah Zazi, regarding the tip off that occurred between an Imam and the aforementioned suspect. The NYPD can't be blamed for FBI HQ's poor planning.
The FBI is not handling its investigations properly and it is a public hazard. The NYPD was following the FBI's lead, but the leadership is not of the best order.
The Bureau needs to change its practices, as having terrorist suspects roaming around the country, to afford the FBI the opportunity to presuppose, pontificate, formulate theories and luxuriate time on cases, filing it under the category of seeking to catch others that may or may not be affiliated with the primary target plotting to commit acts of criminal misconduct, poses a severe danger to the public.
If a deviation in a bombing plan occurs, shifting to another form of improvisational terror, many American civilians could die.
Intent to commit Jihad should be enough to pick them up. After all, if an individual states they are going to kill the President, that qualifies as a punishable crime.
FBI Director Robert S. Mueller: two, that's how many times I've lied to you already in this Congressional hearing.
The minute a potential Jihadist states they wish to commit such terrorist acts, said verbal or written statement should be enough under the law, to make an arrest.
The government should not wait until the target actually gathers the materials/weapons or tries to load and or detonate a bomb, as that is leaving too much to chance, risking great collateral damage, in potential lives lost.
The FBI had conclusive evidence showing intent for quite sometime, yet allowed Zazi to roam free in America for two years. How can this be the right way.
Side Bar: Zazi's intentions are quite vicious, but sorry, he doesn't appear to be the real deal. Yes, what he did is illegal and he deserves life in prison, but he is not a bonafide terrorist. He is another wannabe.
He is a stooge in what has to be the gayest terrorist attempt ever - trying to blow people up with hair dye. Which self-respecting terrorist goes gay like that. This dude is the Muslim Ken Paves (the gay hairdresser of reality TV star Jessica Simpson).
FBI director defends NYPD's actions in terror probe
September 30, 2009 - FBI Director Robert Mueller Wednesday appeared to throw cold water on speculation the NYPD jumped the gun and tipped off terror suspect Najibullah Zazi that he was being investigated.
Controversy over the way city detectives handled the case erupted when it became known a Flushing imam they interviewed later tipped off Zazi that police were asking about him and others.
Wednesday, law enforcement sources told The Associated Press other possible plotters were under heavy surveillance and officials believe there is no longer any threat of a bomb attack...

The FBI is blaming the New York Police Department for a poorly handled terrorism bust, which forced the Bureau to move in on a group of suspects, earlier in their timeline than scheduled.
FBI Director Robert Mueller and Senator Patrick Leahy
It is being claimed, the NYPD questioned an Imam, who was a Muslim informant and he tipped off the main suspect, who tried to flee, forcing the FBI to raid residences in New York, sooner than planned.
Najibullah Zazi
The Judiciary Report would like to know, why the FBI had alleged terror plotters roaming around among civilians, for such a long period of time, before arresting them.
What if their alleged plan had deviated and a lone surveillance target initiated a bombing on his own, wiping out scores of innocent people. What would you have told the public, then.
Najibullah Zazi
These investigations are very poorly handled and pose a great danger to the public. The FBI is playing with fire using behavioral scientists and analysts to guess what these alleged criminals will do next.
There is no perfect science to guessing the minds of crazy people. They are ruled by impulses that often go beyond the realm and understanding of socio-science.
Side Bar: there was a news report stating Zazi and co. planned to blow up fashion week. The Judiciary Report speaks for women everywhere in stating, Zazi should get life in prison without the possibility of parole, for plotting to blow up all those designer clothes. What was he thinking! Acts of terrorism against designer clothes will not be tolerated.
