The New York Police Department has a message for mentally ill
Kabbalah actress Amanda Bynes in response to her claims a police
officer "slapped (her) vagina" - no one hit that (pardon the
pun). While some women really are sexually assaulted, it is believed
Bynes made up the claim.

Commissioner Paul J. Browne stated to website TMZ, "Investigators
have found no evidence to corroborate Ms. Bynes's allegations. To the
contrary a credible civilian witness who was with the officers
throughout told investigators that none touched Ms. Bynes
inappropriately or otherwise engaged in misconduct at any time."

There's more bad news for Bynes. She was arrested for throwing a
bong out of her 37th floor Manhattan apartment. She denied doing drugs
or possessing said paraphernalia. However, police found the shattered
bong outside the apartment building and will be using it as evidence in
her arrest.
