Son Beats Mom Unconscious With Hockey Stick When Her Credit Card Is Declined At Taco Bell

Mexican food is delicious. Taco Bell knows this, hence the creation of their restaurant chain. 22-year-old Logan Badgley, beat his mom in the head with a hockey stick, after her debit card was declined at a Taco Bell in Memphis, Tennessee. Badgley's mom had warned him in advance that there were inadequate funds in her account, but he took her debit card and used it anyway.

When the card was declined at Taco Bell, Badgley returned home and attacked his poor mother. The blow to the head knocked Badgley's mom unconscious. He hit her with such force it created "a laceration to the head." His mother must be devastated to know he did such a thing to her.

Badgley, who has been charged with aggravated assault, is invoking the inadequate drunk defense, while he sits in jail awaiting a November 1, 2016 court hearing on his case. However, he is what is known as "a mean drunk" and needs to do time for inflicting grievous bodily injury upon his defenseless mother. He needs to learn to be responsible for his actions, to prevent this from happening again.

Badley needs to apologize to his mother. A traumatic brain injury is a serious matter than has damaging long term effects. He also needs to enroll in rehab. He is wasting his life being drunk and is posing a danger to the community erupting in spontaneous acts of violence. Substance abuse is a serious issue and one that has become a problem all over the world.

Police: Victim hit over head with a hockey stick 

OCTOBER 24--A Tennessee man struck his mother in the head with a hockey stick after he unsuccessfully sought to use her debit card to purchase food at Taco Bell, police report. Investigators allege that Logan Badgley, 22, argued with his mother Saturday evening “because he wanted her debit card so he could go get some Taco Bell.” Though Badgley’s mother told him “there was no money in the account,” he “took the card anyway and left the residence.”

In short order, Badgley returned to the family's home in Lakeland, a Memphis suburb. The victim told cops that her son was angry because he had discovered the card could not cover his Taco Bell purchase. According to a criminal complaint, Badgley confronted his mother in the garage, where he “grabbed his hockey stick” and struck her on the left side of the head. The blow knocked the woman to the ground, where she lost consciousness...

Off Duty Police Officer Finds Toddler Wandering The Street And Discovers Her Mother Had Died Unbeknownst To The Child

An unnamed, off duty police officer in England's Burton upon Trent, saw a toddler wandering the street. The officer, who was off duty and driving in his car with his wife, asked the toddler where she was going, to which the child replied, "I am going to nursery. I can't wake mummy up."

The police officer took the toddler back to her home and discovered her mother had passed away. The toddler's mother, 30-year-old Nicolla Rushton had died, under circumstances police are not treating as suspicious. It is heartbreaking nonetheless.

Nicolla Rushton, 30, from Shobnall, Burton upon Trent, was found dead in her home after the off-duty officer was led back to her home by the little girl. The off-duty officer, who has not been named, was driving with his wife when he spotted the toddler in Shobnall, Burton upon Trent, last Wednesday.

He approached her to ask her where she was going and she replied: “I am going to nursery. I can’t wake mummy up.” The girl then led him back to her home in Shobnall Road, where her mum, Nicolla Rushton, 30, was discovered dead. The heartbreaking details emerged today as it was revealed police were not treating the death of Ms Rushton as suspicious. Chief Inspector Steve Maskrey, from Staffordshire Police, has since praised his officer and said his actions showed police “are never off duty.”...

2-Year-Old Shoots And Kills Mother While Shopping

29-year-old Veronica J. Rutledge, was shot and killed in Blackfoot, Idaho, by her 2-year-old son, while shopping at a local Walmart in the electronics department. Rutledge had placed her son in a shopping cart while perusing the store. The toddler reached into her purse, took out her loaded gun and fired it in her direction. Rutledge was pronounced dead from the gunshot wound, in what is being labeled a tragic accident.

Dec 30, 2014, 9:15 PM ET - A young mother was shot and killed by her 2-year-old son today in an Idaho Walmart, police said. Lt. Stu Miller of the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office said that the boy was sitting in the shopping cart when pulled the handgun from his mom's purse and pulled the trigger. Police identified the victim as Veronica J. Rutledge, 29, of Blackfoot, Idaho. The preliminary investigation shows the shooting was an accident, Miller said. "Rosary lang. Habang nagbakbakan sila, nagpe-pray ako para sa kanya. Sabi ko sa Panginoon na, sana pabagsakin niya si Bradley," Dionesia said in an interview with dzBB on Monday. News outfits said Dionesia, wearing a white gown, stole the show during the much-anticipated rematch.

She was spotted pointing fingers seemingly at Bradley, glaring menacingly, kissing a prayer card while reading aloud while the two fighters traded blows. Dionesia, a fervent Catholic, said her prayers seemed to have worked after she saw her son gaining ground as Bradley was losing his footing. When boxing star Manny Pacquiao (55-5-2, 38 KO) steps back into the ring this weekend against Timothy Bradley, he’ll be faster and more explosive than he has been in years, thanks in large part to the return of strength and conditioning coach Justin Fortune, whose old school, power-and-speed based approach helped Pacquiao gain a reputation as a knockout artist on his rise to superstardom...

MANNY’S POWER WORKOUT 

Pacquiao’s strength and conditioning routine is different most days of the week but many of the elements he tackles most often are contained in this full-body thrash devised by Fortune.

Manny rarely exceeds one minute of rest between any sets or exercises to simulate fight night recovery demands.

1 Manny shoots for three sets of 10 reps on each of the four exercises (see below) but terminates a set the instant he feels like he is slowing down. “It’s all about speed,” Fortune says. “You want your hands touching the floor or the platforms for as little time as possible.” 

2 Fortune sets up five cones in a cross, or an X, with one of the cones at the center. Each cone is spaced 1-2 feet apart. Starting in the center cone with his feet together, Pacquiao hops quickly to the forward cone and back to the center. Landing softly, he quickly switches direction to a cone at his side or behind him. He works on a variety of patterns for three straight minutes. 

3 For his work on the battle ropes, Pacquaio performs several variations – hands together, hands apart, long waves, short waves and side-to-side – for three, one-minute rounds.

Plyo Push-up Circuit 

Variation 1: Manny starts with his hands spaced narrowly on the floor, just inside of two stable platforms, each 4-10” high, depending on the day. From there, he explodes up and lands softly with his hands on top of the platforms. He pauses only briefly before lowering himself into another push-up, exploding at the top and returning his hands to the floor between the platforms. Each time up and each time down count as reps, so his aim is five up and five down for one set. 

Variation 2: Starting in push-up position with his left hand on the platform and right hand on the floor, Manny descends into a push-up and powers his way laterally over to his right so that his left hand is now on the floor and his right hand is on the right platform. Pacquiao pauses only briefly before descending into a push-up and reversing direction explosively to his left. Each lateral bound is one rep. 

Variation 3: Starting with his hands on the floor between two platforms, Manny “walks” his hands up to the top of both platforms, putting one hand up, then the other. Each time he returns to the floor counts as one rep. 

Variation 4: Performing the standard plyometric push-up with a shoulder-width hand spacing, Manny aims to get as much air as possible on each rep...

Woman And Child Crash Into White House's East Gate (Video And Photos)

Yesterday, 34-year-old mentally ill, Connecticut and former New York resident, Miriam Carey, crashed her vehicle into the east gate of the White House in Washington, D.C. It triggered a lockdown of the White House. Carey's one-year-old toddler was present in the car during the incident, which is being blamed on post-partum depression, as it is being stated she became dejected after the birth of her child.

The Secret Service fired shots at Carey, with a car chase ensuing that dragged on to the Capitol Building. Members of Congress were ensconced in the building during the high speed chase. The sound of gunfire led to security alerts being issued and many taking cover inside. Authorities shot and killed Carey during the melee. Two officers were wounded during the fracas. Amazingly, Carey's toddler survived uninjured.

If I had a son I wouldn’t want to see something like that regarding him either, especially if said son is married. Mothers of entertainers who get raunchy on stage or do nude or sex scenes must be mortified when these items are released to the public. No parent in their right mind wants to see something like that and their offspring shouldn’t be making that kind of entertainment in the first place. Entertainment of that nature never truly lasts.

Millionaire Miami rapper Flo Rida, real name Tramar Dillard, has been cleared in a paternity case brought by a woman named Gloria Holloway. Flo Rida was named the father of her 2-year-old child, by default, based on statements she made in a lawsuit, without the benefit of a paternity test. Holloway also made harassing statements about Flo Rida, damaging his name as a deadbeat dad.

Have Fun This Mother’s Day (A Funny Story)

Happy mother’s day to all the moms reading the site. Parents are great. Mom’s are something else, as they give birth to us. Me personally, my mom was in labor 36-hours and I was born a day late, with dark red hair.

I asked my mom what she wanted for mother’s day and she was unsure. So I said, "I’ll give you my debit card (bank card) and you buy what you want." She said okay, took the card and asked for the code, which I gave her. Then I jokingly told her, just call me when you get to the cash register and they ring up the stuff you picked…so I can call the police. I was just teasing, as I wouldn't do that to her. I love you mom. Happy Mother’s Day.

Because I wormed out of cooking Christmas dinner months ago (hey, I made the salad, that counts doesn't it) and thought I had gotten away with it (turns out I didn't) my family’s making me make the Mother’s Day dinner. 8-year-old Martin Richard went to greet his dad at the finish line of the Boston Marathon yesterday, in what would be his last moments of life. Two bombs exploded during a terrorist attack, claiming the young boy's life and his little sister, standing close by, lost her leg. Martin's mother sustained serious injuries and is currently hospitalized. Martin's dad was running for Sandy Hook, another terrible tragedy that claimed the lives of innocent people.

Subsequent pics revealed Madonna's daughter smoking a cigarette at school, while dressed like a street walker, with a partially shaved head. Not the picture or end result of good parenting, leading to the singer being bashed all over the internet, in ongoing criticism, regarding her depraved lifestyle and bad examples.

Madonna, 54, seems more preoccupied with her twenty-something boyfriend, who she pays to date her, than her children. She insists on being a cougar, but what is she going to do when one of her young boyfriends, who is on the payroll, pays more attention to her daughter, who is closer to their age, than her (as seen in photos of them). 

Madonna's boyfriend is so bored with her he is yawning, while she is being clingy. A Daily Mail reader summed up the spectacle, "These pictures make me feel physically sick. There is no way that he can genuinely fancy this pensioner. She is a cradle-snatching mess who is wearing ripped trousers and even worse shoes. She looks like a bag lady. During a routine operation to remove cysts at Florida's Crestview Surgery Center, a subsidiary of North Okaloosa Medical Center, 29-year-old Kim Grice's face was accidentally set on fire by the operating theater's staff, leaving the young mother with second degree burns and emotional trauma. They just flambéd her face. Grice awoke in her hospital room to find her panicked family surrounding her, reluctant to tell her what had happened.

Wow that poor lady. She has a long road ahead of her, but at least she is alive. The hospital has apologized, but it is safe to assume, her lawyer is currently searching for a new Florida mansion to purchase. However, it is better to have one's health, with the incident never having occurred, than the money.

What is going on in Florida. A fake doctor is putting cement in people's faces and butts, while a real doctor accidentally sets a patient's face on fire. This has not been a good month for the medical community in Florida. It's a shame, because there are good doctors in the state.

17-year-old pop singer, Justin Bieber, made his mommy mad, by splashing out on a $160,000 Range Rover vehicle, to add to his already expensive fleet of cars. I'm with Sean Kingston on this, can Bieber even see over the steering wheel. Just kidding.

However, his mom was not amused with Bieber having done so. You know Mariah Yeater is mad too, but for spending her imaginary child support money over a baby her family acknowledged in text messages is that of her ex-boyfriend, the mysterious "Robbie" who just got out of jail and not that of the teen pop star.

Which pop star's 14-year-old daughter, has been experimenting with drugs and developing a bad reputation with the opposite sex, while her mother is busy chasing men half her age. Her growing habit is known in certain New York circles, but mummy dearest is too wrapped up in her own nonsense to see what others are commenting on.

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, but this time the reboot appears to be worse, due to her mom's money, which was made unethically.

It is being said she feels cut out of decisions being made, which is typical of many major record labels. I've seen quite a few young artists come and go, unable to navigate the treacherous waters of fame and finance.

Bieber's manager is signing far too many deals, overexposing the young singer and exposing him to public ridicule, as he has a line of merchandising certain to send him down the path the New Kids On The Block went in the late 1980s and early 1990s. They are going to make him a mockery at the rate they are proceeding, slapping the boy's name on everything from sheets to nail polish. Do remember, he is a young man.

Furthermore, it is not that the lad has no talent, as he can sing and dance. But when businesspeople begin exploiting entertainers, especially young ones, it always leads to trouble and heartbreak.

Fame maybe fun at first, but when people are being overworked and taken advantage of for social and financial gain, with no safeguards in place to protect them, it can become destructive. This is something most entertainers are not mentally, emotionally or physically prepared for in any manner.
