Porsche Blames Paul Walker For His Death In Lawsuit Response

Paul Walker

The Porsche motor car company has blamed deceased Hollywood star Paul Walker for his November 2014 death in California, which occurred while riding as a passenger in their Carerra GT model. The late actor's 16-year-old daughter, Meadow Walker, filed a lawsuit in court against Porsche blaming them for his death. The lawsuit alleges the car is unsafe and is capable of traveling at a very high rate of speed not suitable for public roads.

Porsche has filed an answer to the lawsuit blaming Walker for his death, citing the Carerra GT he died in, with friend and race car driver, Roger Rodas, behind the wheel was modified, poorly maintained, "misused" and driven recklessly. I am sorry for Meadow's loss, but to be frank, Porsche's allegations of poor maintenance and misuse, coupled with the fact Rodas was speeding on a public road (not a controlled race course free of objects and unexpected turns in the road) is going to make it difficult for her to win the case.

Porsche is basically indicating Rodas and his estate are culpable in Walker's death. To a degree, they are correct. Road racing in a modified sports car is dangerous. Anyone who participates in such unlawful activities, assumes certain risks, such as the possibility of an untimely death. If Rodas had properly maintained the car and been within the speed limit, this would be a stronger case for the plaintiff.

Film star's fatal crash was his own fault, accuse car company

Published 17th November 2015 - FAST and Furious star Paul Walker caused his own death in a car crash, Porsche said today. DENIAL: Paul Walker's daughter filed a law suit against porsche.

The luxury auto giant was responding to a lawsuit filed by the actor’s daughter Meadow, claiming wrongful death. It proposed Walker knew the risks he was taking as a passenger in the 2005 Carerra GT, driven by his friend Roger Rodas, who was also killed when the car hit a pole and set alight in November 2013.

Porsche Cars North America added the vehicle had been “altered”, badly maintained, and “misused” – contributing to the actor’s passing at the age of just 40. The court papers said: “Mr Walker’s death, and all other injuries or damages claimed, were the result of Mr Walker’s own comparative fault.” DIFFER: Meadow believes the car hit a top speed of 70 mph, not 90 like the police claim...

Real Housewives Of Atlanta's Porsha Williams Slammed By Judge Over Second Arrest

Porsha Williams

"Real Housewives Of Atlanta" reality star, Porsha Williams, was slammed by an Atlanta judge, after being arrested for the second time in less than a year. Williams first arrest was for assaulting co-star, Kenya Williams, during last season's reunion taping of the "Real Housewives Of Atlanta."

Williams second arrest occurred recently when police detained her in Atlanta for speeding and driving without a valid license. The judge stated regarding Williams' recent legal troubles, "This case is going to be handled by another court since we can’t reach a resolution here."

Williams' troubles are multiplying, since divorce from former NFL football player, Kordell Stewart. Not only was she caught cheating, as private text messages revealed an affair with another man, Williams left the marriage with nothing from Stewart. More recently, Williams has unethically been engaging in an adulterous affair with a wealthy African man, who bought her Hermes bag, Rolls Royce and jewelry.

Williams flaunted the items on Instagram, which angered her married boyfriend. Shortly after, Williams stated she would be getting rid of the Rolls, which many interpreted as a sign her married boyfriend is taking the car back. Williams can do better than prostituting herself to a married man for expensive gifts. It is unethical and unfair to his wife and children.

Exclusive: Local Judge Pissed at Porsha Williams and Decides to Move Case to Higher Court

Kenisha Moore | February 19, 2015 - Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams must have rubbed someone the wrong way because yesterday an Atlanta Municipal Court judge decided that she didn’t want to hear Williams case that was a result of the star being arrested for driving without a license and excessive speeding. Hip Hop Enquirer was in the court yesterday morning when a judge ordered that Williams case be handled by a higher state court because of the underlying circumstances.

The courtroom was packed with other traffic violators but when it was time for her case to be called, the judge read her file and said “this case is going to be handled by another court since we can’t reach a resolution here” which means the star must either take a plea or be ready for battle as prosecutors love to make an example out of celebrities. At press time, there was no court date set.

Chief Keef Sentenced To 20 Days In Jail On Marijuana Probation Violation

Chief Keef

Chicago teen rapper Chief Keef has been hit with 20 days in jail on a probation violation, as he tested positive for pot. Keef, real name Keith Cozart, aged 17, failed a random drug test, stemming from a speeding ticket arrest. Keef's rap sheet is about as long as his rap lyric sheet, but the rapper doesn't seem concerned about the latest incident.

Chief Keef being arrested

20-days in jail is not much of a sentence and with overcrowding Keef will be out in no time. However, as Keef approaches 18, arrests will become more serious, as he will be charged as an adult if he does not stay out of trouble. Police in Chicago already have him off for having repeatedly shot at a cop during a getaway. Keef is also the prime suspect in the murder of a rival gang member, drawing attention to himself via items he posted on social networking about the murder, which were later deleted.

Keyshawn Johnson Slams Justin Bieber Hard Stating He Switched Seats With Friend After Speeding In Their Neighborhood (Video)

Former NFL football player Keyshawn Johnson slammed Justin Bieber over speeding in their neighborhood. Johnson, tired of paparazzi following him around asking questions about the incident, let rip regarding Bieber, stating the pop star must take responsibility for his actions and desist dangerous driving.

Johnson stated, "As celebrities whatever, we want our peace of mind, we try to get behind gates, so we can enjoy our families and enjoy our lifestyle. But you got a 19-year old kid feeling entitled speeding up and down the highway. That's why all the neighbors are mad. Then you got him spitting on people in the neighborhood. You can't do that. That's not the way it's supposed to be. You got a bunch of handlers running around kissing your a**."

Justin Bieber

Johnson emphasized a point the Judiciary Report and other websites have repeatedly stated, Bieber has too many yes-people around him, who are only looking out for their best interests in how much money and fame they can obtain from him. He also stated Bieber does not have to answer to him, but the District Attorney, which is serious, regarding the alleged incidents that have occurred in the Oaks, leaving residents complaining.

Johnson is angry out of concern for his family and neighbors and the message in his words is one Bieber needs to listen to and observe for his own safety and that of the neighborhood. The Judiciary Report does not want Bieber to meet in a car accident injuring or killing himself and others.

Justin Bieber Angers Famous Pro-Football Neighbors By Speeding On The Streets

Justin Bieber

19-year-old pop singer, Justin Bieber, angered his famous neighbors in the Calabasas subdivision known as "The Oaks." The teen star was spotted speeding in the gated community, inhabited by multi-millionaires. Two in particular were outraged by his behavior. Former NFL football players, Keyshawn Johnson and Eric Dickerson, went public this week complaining about Bieber's driving, as kids are sometimes crossing the street or playing in front yards.

Johnson was driving his car with his child present, when he observed Bieber traveling at a very high rate of speed along one of the community's roads. Johnson chased him down, leading to Bieber running out of his car and dashing into his home. Johnson called the police, who arrived at the property and questioned Bieber. Police are now investigating the matter.

Keyshawn Johnson and his daughter

Dickerson stated, "I live in Calabasas too and @justinbieber needs to slow his a** down." He further explained, "I've seen him driving fast around Calabasas before in the Ferrari. It's just not safe. I don't blame Keyshawn, he's got kids. I don't blame him for trying to get Justin's attention. I would've been the same way ... when you're a father it takes on a whole new meaning."

This is the second run-in Bieber's had with a neighbor, after being accused of spitting on and threatening the life of a man that lives near to him. Ironically that incident erupted over Bieber speeding in the neighborhood, which is deemed dangerous. Police stated they have investigated the aforementioned matter and forwarded the case for criminal prosecution, due to the fact it involves a threat and is one of many incidents involving the singer and alleged infractions of the law.

Keyshawn Johnson

Police have expressed their concern, as there are too many open cases against Bieber, which they deem a pattern of behavior that needs to be addressed. Bieber needs to take it as a wake up call, lest he ends up in jail or worse, like James Dean. He and others could wind up  seriously injured or deceased in a preventable mishap.

Justin Bieber Looked Terrified When Cop Pulled Him Over For Speeding (Photo)

Justin Bieber looking scared and worried (and like he needed a diaper (nappy) change...just kidding)

Photos of cops pulling over speeding 18-year-old pop singer, Justin Bieber, who was being pursued by paparazzi, reveals the star looked scared. Bieber knew he was going well over the speed limit and looked like he had a Maalox moment wondering if he was going to jail.

Police officers issuing Justin Bieber a citation for speeding after ten people complained his car was zooming down the highway at an unsafe rate of speed

Bieber was given a citation by the officers and police continue to investigate the incident. Hopefully, Bieber was scared straight, due to this incident, as speed kills. What good is having fame and wealth if you are not around to enjoy it. Think about that. I'm only stating it for your own good.

Lindsay Lohan (Photo Credit: Splash News/AKM-GSI)

Hollywood troublemaker, Lindsay Lohan, claims her most recent car accident was due to the brakes on the rented Porsche she was driving at the time failing, causing her to slam into an 18-wheeler truck. Porsche basically drop kicked Lohan by testing the car themselves and issuing documentation revealing the brakes were working just fine.

Lindsay Lohan is also going bald (Photo Credit: Splash News/AKM-GSI)

Lohan has been working on the made for TV movie "Liz and Dick" when the accident occurred. The driver of the 18-wheeler stated Lohan tried to bribe him with cash into taking the blame for what she did, in speeding, then crashing the Porsche. The insurance company should require Lohan to cover the damage, as she has caused several accidents over the past few years and there was an open container of alcohol in the trunk of the Porsche.

Lohan's rented Porsche was totaled by the careless drug and alcohol addled actress

I just don't get Lohan's behavior at all. With all the opportunities she has been presented with throughout her career and the many chances to do good, yet this is what she does with it. Furthermore, other actresses that debuted in the entertainment industry around the same time she did have way more credits on their resumes than lazy Lohan. Wasting one's life away in a alcohol and drug haze is always regrettable.

Justin Bieber Is Trying To Toughen His Image

…But In A Dangerous Way

Justin Bieber inappropriately grabbing his, well, bieber. Now I know full well that does not help you sing better or is that how you hit the high notes (Photo Credit: X17).

Justin Bieber’s appearance, music videos, speech and conduct have been growing increasingly edgy. So much so, some are worried. The Bieber is trying to be a rebel and it has gotten him into legal trouble, due to speeding and in a separate incident, assaulting a photographer.

Some PR executives in Hollywood believe getting arrested or attracting police attention is a sure fire way to increase album or movie sales. However, Bieber’s sales have not experienced any kind of major boom from his run-ins with the law and it is ruining his good guy image to impressionable fans.

Justin Bieber Branded A Reckless Driver For Repeated Infractions Of The Law

Justin Bieber

The TMZ website has published a list of road infractions committed by 18-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber and it is an indication that the young singer needs to make some changes. The site states police have caught Bieber going at excessive rates of speed on at least two occasions.

In a third incident, Bieber cut off a police officer in traffic, while driving his Batmobile (yes, that's right, his Batmobile). He was yelled at by a police officer in another incident for illegally parking his car and blocking traffic, while he went into a massage parlor.

The singer was also cited by police for "making an unsafe left turn" and in a separate incident, hit another car. Bieber is driving like he is playing a video game, weaving in and out of traffic at high speeds. However, this is real life and not a game and in driving in that manner, Bieber is begging for something bad to happen.

Until he can prove he is able to safely drive and obey the rules of the road, Bieber should not be behind the wheel. Some of his fans are not going to want to read that, but it is for his own good and that of the public and may save lives. Someone could die if this continues in the manner it has been for the past several months.

Justin Bieber In Trouble For Speeding Down Los Angeles Highway

Justin Bieber

18-year-old pop singer, Justin Bieber, keeps getting himself into trouble with the law. First he beat up a photographer that stood next to his car taking his picture. Now he is in trouble for speeding on a Los Angeles street at speeds in excess of 100 miles per hour. Government representative, Los Angeles councilman Dennis Zine, reported Bieber's conduct to 911 and demanded he be arrested, cuffed and his driver's license revoked. Bieber has been cited by the police for the incident.

According to TMZ, councilman Zine stated, "Bieber was driving like a maniac. He was weaving in and out of traffic. There was hardly any space between cars as he weaved from lane to lane. If I was on patrol, I would have arrested him for reckless driving. I was going 60 and he drove by me like he was in a rocket ship. He was a maniac."

Bieber's manager Scooter Braun brushed off the incident like it was no big deal stating Zine "is just a councilman looking for a headline." It is a big deal. Princess Diana, her boyfriend and driver died from terrible injuries sustained while speeding from the paparazzi. Do not encourage Bieber or anyone else to get into such a dangerous habit, for something as trivial as avoiding having their picture taken. Don't be a yes man, because if he ends up dead from a tragedy at his own hands, there's no coming back from that.

Bieber needs to reevaluate his conduct, as he has been lashing out this year and in ways that pose a danger to him and others. Don't let it be through tragedy that you learn to rein in your anger and dangerous conduct. Take the initiative and do so before something bad happens to you and or someone else, in a situation that could be life altering.

Cop's Plea Deal Attempt Rejected In Killing Of Two Teens

19-year-olds, David Servin and Ashlie Krakowski, where killed in a tragic car accident in Connecticut, after their vehicle was hit by a police car illegally going 94 MPH. Officer Jason Anderson, was fired due to the incident and is now facing criminal charges.

He has been working on a plea deal, which many object to, due to the severity of the tragedy. Anderson walked away from the accident with minor injuries, but the teenage couple sustained terrible trauma that led to their deaths.

David Servin and Ashlie Krakowski

Krakowski was thrown from the vehicle on impact and later died at the hospital. Servin was pronounced dead on the scene. Both were in college, with their lives ahead of them, but it was cut short by the accident.

The case has been plagued with problems. When lawyers for the teens requested documents and videos from the Milford police department, under the Freedom of Information Act, one of Anderson's colleagues deleted some of the dashboard camera footage, suspiciously claiming his deeds to be an accident. However, many attributed it to a cover up.

Jason Anderson

Some items were recovered, with the video posted above serving as one of the key pieces of evidence in the case. The video illustrates Jason Anderson and fellow officer, Rick Pisani, were drag racing on a busy public street. Pisani was going over 70 MPH, which is also illegal in a 40 MPH zone.

It was later claimed the teens had been drinking. However, their lawyers correctly contend, if Anderson had not been speeding, the accident would not have happened. Anderson was traveling at a rate that was double the speed limit. This denied the teens the opportunity to safely make the appropriate turn, without him plowing into them at said excessive speed.

Note: As the holidays are upon us, the Judiciary Report would like to take this time to remind readers not to speed or drink and drive. As this story indicates, in can turn fatal within seconds. The Judiciary Report sends its condolences to the Servin and Krakowski families.

Teachers Treated Like They Are Second Class

U.S. President Barack Obama and members of his financial team

Teachers all over America have been saddled with decreasing paychecks and ever increasing workloads. They are expected to take on additional educational tasks, in the service of their students, while working with less money for materials and on smaller paychecks. The same story has repeated itself across the country for those that take care of and teach the disabled.

Teachers work very hard. It is not an easy job and to work for the low paychecks they do, it truly is a labor of love. Yet, they play such an important role in society, educating the population, generation after generation.

On the opposing side of the spectrum, what does the nation see - the government throwing billions in taxpayer money at banks and other Wall Street corporations - only for them to waste it on big bonuses, lavish vacations and expensive corporate retreats. While teachers are asked to live on little and pay for additional classroom supplies out of their own pockets that often reach into four figures per year. What's wrong with this picture.

Lindsay Lohan In More Legal Trouble

Crack Really Is Whack

Lindsay Lohan

Drug addict and former child star, Lindsay Lohan, has missed a second deposition in a civil lawsuit, where she is accused of commandeering a vehicle while drunk and high, running over a man's foot, whilst taking three men on a psychotic car chase through Los Angeles, insanely pursuing a former personal assistant who fled in fear for her life.

Lohan, a schizophrenic member of the Kabbalah cult, has gone from bad to worse once again, opting to go out shopping, partying and getting high, blowing off the depositions. This has prompted the Plaintiffs' attorney to see sanctions against her and a court order forcing her to appear, lest she be jailed for contempt.

Lohan is broke, due to a string of poor choices and cannot afford to pay a settlement or judgment in line with her terrible misconduct that night. However, if she is not careful, the Plaintiffs' attorney made obtain a default judgment and garnish her wages. What am I saying. What wages. However, she has jewelry, clothing and shoes of value that may not be safe from creditors (several hundred thousand worth).

Considering credit card companies are demanding their money, which could result in a lawsuit, additional claims and judgments shall put her in the poor house.

In other dysfunctional lesbian news, Lohan claims her ex-girlfriend is now messing with a man, pop star Miley Cyrus' ex-boyfriend and spit in her face. Well, as long as you don't pay attention to the important things in your own life, like sobriety and employment, then.

LiLo Is a No-Show Again in Court

April 21st, 2010 5:09 pm - Maybe Lindsay Lohan should worry less about Twitter battles and late night partying and concentrate on making her court dates. The actress/singer/socialite did not show up in court yesterday, marking the second deposition she has missed regarding her 2007 DUI.

According to TMZ, three passengers in Lindsay’s car — as well as the passenger in the car she was chasing — are suing her, claiming she endangered their lives in a drunken chase down the Pacific Coast Highway.

Municipality Camera Speeding Tickets Overturned

Miami Dade Circuit Court Judge, Jerald Bagley, overturned speeding tickets issued by local municipalities, as they are unlawful when not issued by the State. Several towns and villages within Miami, such a upscale, Aventura, installed their own cameras at traffic lights, to catch speeding motorists.

Attorney Bret Lusskin, who runs the law firm, Ticket Cricket, obtained the landmark ruling, on behalf of client, Richard Masone, who had been issued several hundred dollars in speeding tickets in a short period of time ($875). What this ruling will mean for other cases, is yet to be seen, but it has become case law that one can reference.

Judge: Aventura Red-Light Cameras Illegal

Feb 22, 2010 3:14 pm US/Eastern - Miami-Dade County Circuit Court Judge Jerald Bagley ruled Monday that Aventura could not use the cameras to catch and ticket drivers for running red lights in the city.

"The ruling says that the entire program is illegal," said attorney Bret Lusskin of The Ticket Cricket, who represented the plaintiff Richard Masone.

The cameras are still standing, though. The city of Aventura is expected appeal the ruling; should that happen, the cameras would continue to operate during the appeals process. Lusskin said he would tell his clients not to pay tickets going forward, since Bagley's ruling undermines the ability of Aventura police to enforce red light violations...

Aventura installed its cameras in July 2008 and began fining drivers who ran red lights in October 2008. The city charged drivers $125 for the first time they got caught, but bumped the fines up to $250 for a second offense within a 12 month period, and $500 for a third offense within a 12 month period...

Lusskin argued that only the state Legislature could pass traffic laws aside from parking regulations. He also said that police officers should be present to enforce traffic violations...
