Us Weekly magazine is reporting that R&B singer, Usher, has
wed his girlfriend of several years, Gracie Miguel, who is
12-years his senior. The couple are said to be honeymooning in
Cuba. Miguel, replaced Usher's mom Jonetta, as his manager. This
is the longest relationship Usher has maintained in his life.
Against the advice of the Judiciary Report, Usher, married money
hungry stylist, Tameka Foster, who was previously arrested on
theft charges and had not changed her ways.

Once Foster entered the entertainment industry as a stylist,
she stole clothes from top designers, loaned to recording
artists for music video and photo shoots. Complaints started
pouring in to labels and management companies of Foster not

and began having sample sales, pocketing the proceeds from the
illegally sold designer items.

and other blogs told the truth regarding Foster being bad for
him. However, he wed her anyway and within one year they were
separated, as he fled the house to get away from her. Foster

tab at luxury goods department store Saks Fifth Avenue. She
spent millions more on a home, furnishings, cars, luxury
vacations, plastic surgery, clothes and jewelry, in the space of
two short years. By year two, Usher had filed for divorce.

7. Foster is still obsessed with Usher to this day and wants him
back. However, the two should not have been wed in the first

and it brought a lot of long-lasting suffering and heartbreak

leave married people alone. It will bring pain and suffering
into your life for violating someone's marriage vows and vice

reality show "Atlanta Exes" has lashed out at her critics again. Not only has
"Love And Hip Hop Atlanta" star Kirk Frost slammed Tameka for beating up a girl
in a night club over Usher, after demanding they both exit the venue, he implies
she is the worst ex on "Atlanta Exes."
When told this news, Tameka pretended she didn't know who Kirk
was, "Who? I really don’t know him. Let me just clear that up. I don’t really
know him. I was hoping that he was misquoted. I met him when I was married to my
first husband. That part of it was correct. We met, like one time at the studio,
my ex-husband and I went to visit their studio and you know outside of that,
I’ve seen him out and it’s kind of like, “Hi and bye”. I don’t know him, I don’t
know him, so that would be a misnomer. The other thing he said about me having a
fight in the club…I never had a fight in a club. That’s not true."

does he have to gain from making such statements about Tameka, who is the lesser
known party. Furthermore, Tameka has been accused of violence in the past and is
known for threatening bloggers who exercise their right to free speech.
As bad as Kirk's behavior is regarding the mistreatment of his
wife, rapper Rasheeda, I have to agree with him on this one. Tameka is the
meanest, grumpiest and most vicious of the women on the show. Where Christina,
the ex-wife of jail bound rapper/singer, Cee-Lo is optimistic and tries to get
along with others, Tameka is angry, bitter and paranoid. She thinks everyone
slept with Usher, before, after or during their ill-fated marriage I warned
against well over a year before they went down the aisle. For someone with the
word "tame" in her name, she is anything but...

interview and responded to claims she looks like a man. For years online, some
have saddled Tameka with the nickname Maneka, stating she looks manly. The
interviewer asked Tameka, "Time for you to be truthful, are you ever offended

Tameka's ego is certainly off the charts. However, I will state
this, when she first began dating Usher, her face had a softer look, but
excessive plastic surgery made it more angular. Hence the comments about her
looking manly. Women and men need to be careful with plastic surgery. It should
only create subtle improvements. Too much surgery will show, make one look older
than one's years and result in an unnatural, plastic appearance. They key to
good plastic surgery is to look good and people not realizing you've had work
done.

Many felt sorry for Tameka, having lost her 11-year-old son to a
tragic accident, but her co-stars believe she is using it as an
excuse to be cruel to them. Tameka lashed out even more when Usher
downsized her lavish lifestyle, selling the $4,000,000 Roswell,
Georgia mansion she was living in, while running up huge credit card
bills on his tab, well into the six figures.

from the very beginning.

disaster and suffering and it did. I'm very good at spotting gold
diggers and live by the belief you have to pay attention to a

judgment and it cost him years of misery and millions of dollars.

Torrei to a pulp for talking about her children.

there. Tameka later stated she was suicidal after the death of her
11-year-old son Kile. So, when Torrei told her to kill herself, it
brought back bad memories of how she felt when he died and wanting
to give up on life. Suicide is never the answer.

the global blogosphere for not being very nice. She has verbally
attacked bloggers and was accused of threatening to physically
attack two (and worse). Three times married Tameka recently lost one
of her sons, 11-year-old Kile Glover, who died in a tragic accident,
when a jet ski struck him while floating on a pontoon on Lake
Lanier. It is always sad when a child dies.

prior to their wedding the Judiciary Report warned they should not

human being. Divorce and the death of a child are soul shaking
events, but you must keeping going on with your life.

the loss of someone who died at an early age, tend to have a lot of
unresolved anger and as a result are on edge from grief and sorrow.
Allowances need to be made and don't aggravate them.
Jeffrey Hubbard has been sentenced to 4-years in
prison over the accidental death of 11-year-old Kile Glover, the
stepson of singer Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond.
Glover was removed from life support in 2012, after being declared
brain dead due to a jetski accident on Georgia’s Lake Lanier.
Hubbard, a family friend, was on a jet ski when it collided with
Glover’s watercraft (pontoon) and cause irreparable brain damage via
traumatic brain injury. Another child was also injured in the
accident, but survived.

Last month, Hubbard was convicted of homicide by
vessel, serious injury by vessel, reckless operation of a vessel,
unlawful operation of a personal watercraft and a boat traffic
violation, according to the Miami Herald. Hubbard, via his attorney,
stated the incident was an accident.

In another incident, Usher’s 5-year-old son Usher
jr., nearly drowned in a pool at the singer’s home, while being
supervised by his grandaunt. Usher jr. leapt into the pool to
recover a toy and his arm became lodged in the pool drain. The boy
was underwater for a few minutes, but quick thinking construction
workers were able to remove him from the powerful drain and he was
transported to the hospital. Usher jr. is still being monitored on
an outpatient basis, for any lingering effects from the accident, as
being submerged under water for minutes can lead to learning
disabilities and neurological difficulties.
Pop singer, Justin Bieber, is looking to turn over a
new leaf. The singer is mulling over a move to Atlanta, Georgia, the
first place he lived in America when he was 14, in the year leading
up to his big debut. Bieber has gotten into a number of
confrontation with neighbors in his Calabasas, California
neighborhood called The Oaks. Police subsequently raided the
property. Reports state Bieber is now looking to purchase a home in
Atlanta, Georgia.

Bieber’s mentor, singer Usher, who signed him to a
subsidiary company record deal, has lived in Atlanta since his
formative years. Over the past couple years, Usher has spent more

adulterous manager Gracie Miguel, who helped to break up his
marriage to adulterous Tameka Foster, who left her husband to be
with the singer. However, Usher maintains strong ties to Atlanta,
with homes in the city. His camp believes Bieber would benefit from
a greater level of privacy the city would afford, as opposed to Los
Angeles. However, as other sites have pointed out, paparazzi will

generally doesn’t fly in the South. Celebrities in Georgia have been
pulled over and arrested for various offenses.

he's hitting the big 2-0). It's time for him to embrace adulthood
and the responsibilities attached to it. People don't want him to
end up like James Dean, a tragic, rebellious star, who died in a

because it's going to be gone, as word is out his ex-wife, mentally ill
fashion stylist, Tameka Foster, has allegedly been signed to a reality
show. The program in question is "Hollywood Exes" which

Judiciary report stated, "The problem is Foster continues to view Usher as her husband and is
treating him as such, which is causing him distress. The marriage is
over. Foster, who cheated on then left her husband, the father of her
children, to be with Usher, has not accepted the fact it is over.
Foster needs to stop looking at the parenting classes as marriage counseling."
The Judiciary Report wrote that two days ago, as I
was informed by someone familiar with the situation that Foster,
"Continues to treat him like he is still her husband and he
resents it." Usher's ex-wife proved the Judiciary Report right
again, as she went on Twitter today lusting after his shirtless body.
She posted a photo of a ripped Usher showing off his muscles and wrote,
"Well dizzzzzam @Usher. Yep!!! Thats it ;-)." You sound
horny. Girl, go take a cold shower, before he storms out of the next
parenting class with you, which will not benefit you or the kids.
Usher's gotten himself into a bit of mess. His
girlfriend, Gracie Miguel, whom he cheated on Foster with during their
short, contentious marriage, after cheating on singer Chilli from TLC
with Foster, gets upset anytime Foster makes a play for him. But as
stated previously in the column, Usher is cheating on Gracie Miguel
with other women too. Usher should have stuck with Chilli or his
Spanish ex-girlfriend he dated for a longtime prior to her, because his
ex-wife, Gracie Miguel and his other current women are making his life
miserable.
Usher and Tameka let way too much of their business
become public information. The details of their marriage troubles
should have been kept private and worked out behind closed doors, for
their sake and most of all, that of their children. Their story should
be a reminder to people of what the Judiciary Report has stated in the
past on different occasions, if someone will cheat with you, they will
cheat on you. All they've done is hurt each other and who needs
that.

Trying to bankrupt Raymond with excessive spending is only making
him feel trapped, isolated and exploited. If she seeks to be on good,
speaking terms with him, at least for the sake of her children, she
must endeavor to change this behavior. She must also romantically let
him go or she will suffer emotionally for holding on.
In part two of Tameka Foster Raymond's interview with television
show Good Morning America, she spoke about her short, ill-fated
marriage and acrimonious divorce from famous singer Usher, 34, while
attempting to defend herself from online critics. Foster, 42, who was
diagnosed as mentally ill, suffering from "severely moderate
personality disorder" spoke of Usher's fame and the attention it
brought her when she would walk down the street. Foster stated with a
look in her eyes, people would say "That's Usher's ex-wife."
It gives the impression she is living vicariously through him.
Everyone wants the best, but there are limits in how far one should
go to achieve that. Foster was married when she began cheating with
Usher, a young, wealthy singer known all over the world. She threw her
husband aside and did not spend the time she should have with her four
children, while pursuing the singer. To this day, there are accusations
online that she pays more attention to her two children with Usher than
her other kids, who need a mother just as much.

was arrested for financial fraud and stealing prior to her adulterous
relationship with Usher. While she was an ex-con and everyone deserves

that she was not reformed and determined to get money any way possible,
illegal and unethical.

dollars, then kept them after the photo and video shoots. It was stated
Foster opted to open a makeshift store in Atlanta and sold the loan
goods to the public at discounted prices. This saddled her
entertainment industry clients with a bad name among known
designers.
Foster stated in the interview that the $8,000 per month Usher gives
her in child support "is not a lot of money." It's the statutory
maximum in Georgia for two kids, but to a woman attempting to live as
lavishly as possible, running up hundreds of thousands of dollars in
shopping bills on Usher's credit cards, it does not seem like
much.

making her look bad. However, it's time to take responsibility, you
made you look bad via your conduct. You snuck around cheating on your ex-husband (then husband) with
Usher, whom you dragged down the aisles (he did call it off, but then
you convinced him to go through with the ill-fated marriage that
imploded and exploded in a terrible divorce not even two years after
the wedding).
You stalked Usher before, during and after your marriage to him. You
keyed Usher's car, physically attacked him, spit on him, threw things
at him and his girlfriend and threatened them with grievous bodily
injury and death. You also threatened bloggers in writing and over the phone
(because yea, that'll make a blogger write nice things about you -
not). None of this is normal or mentally healthy behavior. You painted
this picture of yourself.
Bloggers would have helped you with favorable coverage, because we
like the underdog, but not when two children are involved and the
mother is given to violent outbursts, physical attacks and threats
regarding others, in
conduct that breaks the law, how can anyone with a conscience support
that.
In related news, Foster is said to be upset that Usher is seeking a
reduction in the $8,000 he pays her in child support.
Makes sense, as he has custody of the children. Why should he have to
pay that much money when he is the primary caregiver, the kids live with
him and he is footing all the bills.

Usher should have listened when this blog warned him not to marry
Tameka (and he does read the site, as does the staff of his music
company). Look at all the drama, heartbreak, grief, distress and
terrible publicity that has sprung from that unholy union born out of
adultery, lies and greed for wealth and social position.
Seriously, I have to ask, what did Usher think I had to gain by
writing these things prior to his wedding, because behind the scenes, he
criticized me to certain industry people for daring to write anything less than flattering about
his relationship with Tameka. A source informed me Usher "expected
more from me" regarding my columns, because I'm "always encouraging
people to get married"...yes, but not to other people's spouses.

That being said, another blogger that later criticized Usher and
Tameka didn't fare so well, nearly getting sued and Usher was wrong for

Before he got married, Usher should have taken the Judiciary Report's
articles as free ethical advice from the unbiased, honest perspective of someone
not on his payroll, realizing he was about to hit the wall (and he has and spectacularly so
for all to see with Tameka, who has finally been ruled clinically
crazy).

should get a prenup if he insists on marrying Tameka, when he should
not wed her as she belongs to someone else (at the time) and now years
later look at the ugly dogfight Tameka has engaged him in, via trying
to take as much of his money as possible in court (Usher's
Fiancee An Excon). What did I have to gain by writing you (or
anyone else for that matter) should protect one's money and assets via
a prenup?
Usher better thank God she didn't kill him, because after my
article
warning that Tameka could get violent, not long after she did
and
kicked his
behind and threatened to kill him and his girlfriend. And
that's who he
was dealing with all along but was too confused to see it. When
he was dating her, as she cheated on her husband, she did what
he
wanted sexually to get him (as evidenced by a story regarding a
leaked
sex tape and a photo of Tameka performing oral sex on Usher
that has
been shopped around).
She told him everything he wanted to hear, while
dragging him down the aisles. The mere fact he cancelled the wedding,
was a sign he did not want to
marry her, but he went back, married her anyway and everything went
wrong. People need to learn from those mistakes. Men also need to learn there are some manipulative women in this
world. Not every woman is like that, but make no mistake, some are and
will take you for a ride.

courtroom on Friday in a renewed custody battle triggered by the near-drowning
on Monday of the former couple's five-year-old son Usher Raymond V inside the
R&B superstar's pool.
When asked at the start of the hearing to give an update on Usher V -- who is
still recovering from the accident at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta hospital
-- Foster replied, "My son is alive, he's alive. I'd say he's doing well." But
she also added that he is not ready to be discharged from the hospital and that
"there are several issues that I'm concerned about that don't seem quite

During his beginning testimony on the stand, Usher said he was in the studio
when he was notified about the accident and rushed home as soon as possible to
assess the situation. "When I arrived, my son was hysterical, and in the back of
an ambulance."
The singer said he did his best to calm his son down and was
trying to help him understand what had taken place and made this his immediate
priority, rather than contacting Foster. He said he waited until he was at the
hospital to call his ex about the situation, but at that time, indicated that he
still didn't have a clear understanding yet of the gravity of the situation.

another custody battle against him yesterday in an Atlanta, Georgia
court. After their son Usher Raymond V, aged 5, nearly drowned this
week, whilst in his father's care, Foster again demanded custody of her
children, after it was taken in a previous hearing.
Foster also stated she does not know if her son sustained brain or
heart damage from the incident. Foster released a photo to the public
on Instagram showing their shell shocked little boy, who looks
traumatized and struggling with the neurological effects of a near
drowning. Judge John J. Goger denied Foster's latest request, after sad
testimony involving Tameka crying on the witness stand.
As stated previously, the Judiciary Report doesn’t think Usher or
Tameka are the angels, but of the two parents, Usher is in the better
frame of mind. Tameka has lost sight of reality, engaging in violent
outbursts, keyed his car, threw items at him and issued death threats
against Usher and his girlfriend, which worked against her. Judges want
to see stability from parents, not behavior indicating either has
become unstable.
While on the witness stand, Foster painted Usher as an absentee
father, who is rarely around. She stated he did not visit his son at
the hospital. Foster revealed she did not see Raymond at the hospital
this week, whereas she has been there round the clock. Foster
questioned, "Where has he been at night when his son is in the
hospital." That's simple. He's been with a woman. This is a big
part of the problem enraging Foster, who has not let go of the romantic
side of their former union, which is over, as they have divorced.

Foster states Usher does not return her calls or emails. This is due
to Foster wanting him back and not accepting the fact he has moved on
with a new girlfriend (correction, new girlfriends, as he is promiscuous,
which is not a good thing). However, Usher needs to keep Foster abreast
of the children's whereabouts, as that concerns her. He can do so
through a relative or employee, if he seeks to avoid confrontations
with Foster.
The Judiciary Report stated years ago, before the two even wed, that
they were not right for each other and should not get married and time
has proven the site right. Some may have wondered about my motives in
having written that (no, I don't have a thing for Usher, nothing wrong
with how he looks, but that wasn't it).
It was hearing things in the
industry that others also knew about. It was reading reports in
publications of Foster's ongoing unethical conduct. Even Usher's mom
started complaining about the planned union, which resulted in a
marriage that didn't even last two years, proving the site right.

For example, Foster and Raymond were incompatible from the start,
having nothing in common, an issue that has presented many couples
whose relationships derailed, with significant problems causing
break-ups. Just because someone fulfills your sexual needs, does not
mean it will translate into a good marriage, as many have found.
You should always choose someone you genuinely love and are
compatible with - Usher didn't do that. He chose Foster because of lust
and sex and the fact she did whatever he told her to...until they got
married. Then the incompatibility, fights and lack of true love while
existing on lust wreaked havoc. The honeymoon was over. He realized
he'd made a serious mistake, wanted out and she clung to him for dear
life.
Tameka kept stealing from people before the marriage, which meant
she is money hungry, but Usher ignored said warning sign the Judiciary
Report wrote about years ago, before their wedding. This greed later
showed itself in its true form after she married him, as she began
spending copious amounts of his money shopping, then tried to wipe him
out in court, after running up massive shopping bills that went well
into the six figures.
Foster ran up a bill of $100,000 at Saks Fifth Avenue alone. There
were other big bills as well that Usher was hit with due to her
spending habits. Beware of a woman always asking you for money to go
shopping. After you get married it will become exponentially worse and
could bankrupt you. It's happened to famous and non-famous men.

However, the most serious issue that existed was Foster was already
married and cheating on her husband at the time to be with Usher, which
is morally wrong. God was never going to bless such a union. The
Judiciary Report has repeatedly warned people to stay away from other
people's spouses - even if they are separated.
Spiritually, you are inviting trouble and misfortune into your life,
as God sees them as married and the act adultery (it brings suffering
into both adulterers lives). Foster wasn't even separated from her
husband. She embarrassed her poor husband as the story was all over the
blogs that his wife had run off with a studly singer - Usher. That's a
cruel thing to do to one's spouse.
Foster dishonored her husband, who is the father of her children and
Usher turned around and did the exact same thing back to her, openly
cheating on her with other women, which also made its way around the
blogs. What goes around comes around. One day Usher is going to be on
the receiving end of that same misconduct as well.
The Judiciary Report is not trying to be judgmental, just warning
people to be careful of their choices in life, as the wrong ones can
bring such misery, heartbreak and suffering. And at the end of the day,
no one wants that. People want to be happy and live good lives with
meaningful relationships.
