Us Weekly magazine is reporting that R&B singer, Usher, has wed his girlfriend of several years, Gracie Miguel, who is 12-years his senior. The couple are said to be honeymooning in Cuba. Miguel, replaced Usher's mom Jonetta, as his manager. This is the longest relationship Usher has maintained in his life. Against the advice of the Judiciary Report, Usher, married money hungry stylist, Tameka Foster, who was previously arrested on theft charges and had not changed her ways.

Once Foster entered the entertainment industry as a stylist, she stole clothes from top designers, loaned to recording artists for music video and photo shoots. Complaints started pouring in to labels and management companies of Foster not returning the clothes and there was a reason for that. Four times married Foster, had leased store space in Atlanta, Georgia and began having sample sales, pocketing the proceeds from the illegally sold designer items.

However, he wed her anyway and within one year they were separated, as he fled the house to get away from her. She spent millions more on a home, furnishings, cars, luxury vacations, plastic surgery, clothes and jewelry, in the space of two short years. By year two, Usher had filed for divorce.

However, the two should not have been wed in the first place. She cheated on her husband to snag Usher and his millions and it brought a lot of long-lasting suffering and heartbreak into her life. As the Judiciary Report has consistently stated, leave married people alone. It will bring pain and suffering into your life for violating someone's marriage vows and vice versa. As stated in past columns, well prior to their wedding, the Judiciary Report stated their marriage would end in disaster and suffering and it did. I'm very good at spotting gold diggers and live by the belief you have to pay attention to a person's deeds, not just their words. Usher should have seen what Tameka was up to from the beginning, but he let lust crowd his judgment and it cost him years of misery and millions of dollars. Some people just aren't meant to be together.

Tameka Foster Raymond, the embittered ex-wife of singer Usher Raymond, has taken her new plight to court, complaining in legal documents that the singer, who has sole custody of their two children, is not cooperating with her regarding co-parenting. Foster stated Raymond stormed out of a parenting class, angry at something that transpired.

It's no secret that Raymond has been avoiding Foster. She is still in love with Raymond and angry about their divorce, which she fought against and him having a new girlfriend, record executive and manager, Gracie Miguel. Foster has berated Miguel on social networking, which didn't help matters.

The problem is Foster continues to view Usher as her husband and is treating him as such, which is causing him distress. The marriage is over. Foster, who cheated on then left her husband, the father of her children, to be with Usher, has not accepted the fact it is over. Foster needs to stop looking at the parenting classes as marriage counseling.

Trying to bankrupt Raymond with excessive spending is only making him feel trapped, isolated and exploited. If she seeks to be on good, speaking terms with him, at least for the sake of her children, she must endeavor to change this behavior. Singer Usher Raymond, who recently won a custody hearing under terms that has the FBI investigating the judge in the case, has informed his ex-wife, Tameka Foster, the mother of his two children, that they must vacate his $3,200,000 Roswell, Georgia mansion they have been living in, as he has placed it on the market (at the insistence of his cougar girlfriend/manager Gracie Miguel).

Foster has resisted, demanding more money and another property, maneuvers Raymond has refused to react to by giving in. Raymond wants to unload the costly property with expensive maintenance fess, cutting into the lifestyle he is living with Miguel. Tameka Foster, the ex-wife of singer Usher, has filed an appeal in her custody case, citing judicial corruption, which led to the judge, Bensonetta Tipton Lane, awarding the star custody of the former couple’s two young children. Foster was devastated.

As stated previously, Foster has cited the fact Raymond’s lawyers contributed and raised $25,000 towards the judge’s reelection campaign. This, she now states, is a conflict of interests, especially given the outcome of the case. The Judiciary Report has experience in this area, as in two separate cases to do with the same matter, judges completely corrupted the judicial system in favor of celebrities they were finically attached to or worked for in past employment.

Under such circumstances, judges should automatically recuse themselves, to avoid the appearance of corruption and save taxpayer money. In Foster’s case, the judge did show her some mercy in reinstating the luxury Saks Fifth Avenue credit card on Usher's account that she so coveted, reimbursement of nanny fees and other related expenses, as well as most importantly granting her some visitation rights. However, she awarded primary custody to Usher.

The Judiciary Report prides itself on being fair. Yes, the judge should have recused herself due to the conflict of interest, but under the circumstances, the judge was fair to Foster. The problem is Foster’s mental instability and open acts of violence and threats of grievous bodily injury.

Personally, I’m not a fan of Usher or Foster. Frankly, I’m even less fond of Usher, due to his corrupt business dealings in the music industry that warrant a formal federal inquiry. But Foster’s issues regarding the marriage are far more serious than Usher’s due to her violent temperament.

At the end of the day, Foster has the right to not want her kids around Usher’s adulteress girlfriend, who she sees as her nemesis, Gracie Miguel. But Foster has to realize, being violent will alarm anyone and work against her, especially if she is to be responsible for the welfare of minor children. She wasn’t thinking when she started acting out in rage.

While a few tracks extol being unfaithful, which is not admirable.

When I think about the amount of impressionable people Raymond has influenced with these messages, I'm actually quite appalled. He lives the disloyalty he sings about. Foster was deluding herself to think he would be faithful and not sleep with one of her bridesmaids as he did. Changing one's self with plastic surgery for such a man is in vain, because cheating is a way of life to such a person. Keeping a man like that faithful is a joke. They have to want to be faithful.

A Georgia judge has ruled R&B singer, Usher Raymond, must restore the luxury Saks Fifth Avenue credit card of his money seeking ex-wife, Tameka Foster. This case is outrageous. Foster’s son just died in a tragic accident and she is in court fighting Raymond over money she didn’t earn and a costly credit card she is coveting. Makes you wonder about her priorities.

Any public sympathy Foster received over her son's passing, has been largely wiped out online, as people are questioning her integrity over the aforementioned greed in the alimony and custody case along with other incidents.

All the people that grew excited over items on the internet implying Sony singer Usher, has divorced his wife, Tameka Foster, in a legal action that was finalized, were gleeful in vain, as a spokesperson for her has denied the story.

Some state Usher had a prenuptial agreement, giving his wife very little. However, as she has acquired very expensive tastes during their marriage, I question whether she will walk away with very little. She might even break her word and challenge this so-called prenup people are referring to, in order to maintain a lavish lifestyle in Atlanta.

Not to mention, he joined Kabbalah, a sick cult that has destroyed the career, sanity and personal lives of its members.
