California Highway Patrol (CHP) After Lil Twist Due To Wrongful Death Lawsuit

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) are not happy with rapper Lil Twist, who is one of the close friends of singer, Justin Bieber. Not only did police repeatedly pull Twist over for driving violations in Bieber's cars, one of their main confrontations with the marijuana smoking rapper, resulted in the death of paparazzo Chris Guerra, for which the CHP is now being sued.

The lawsuit is set to cost the CHP upwards of $250,000 as it works its way through the court system, appeals circuit and all. If a settlement is issued, the CHP is still out a large sum of money (on the taxpayers' dime). Either way, they want Twist's hide for this, as they repeatedly warned him to obey the law.

Victoria Secret model Barbara Palvin,19 got out the catty claws for actress and rival Selena Gomez, 20. What are the jealous women fighting over, you ask. None other than weed smoking pop tart Justin Bieber,18 (that little pimp). After Palvin went on a date with Bieber last November in New York to see the Lion King play on Broadway, Gomez flipped, as it occurred during the time he was supposed to be seeing the actress.

It was Palvin's fault. Paparazzi caught her with Bieber on a date, who had a very nervous and guilty look on his face (deer in headlights look). Palvin decided to tell everybody and tweeted a photo of herself with Bieber and one of the Lion King play with a heart attached to it, indicating romance. Can't blame Gomez for being upset over her boyfriend dating someone else.

However, Palvin does blame her. This week Palvin stated of the incident, "You know how the drama started - Selena retweeted the picture. I’m okay to talk about it because I know there’s nothing. It’s ridiculous how this got to the news. We we're hanging out. That was it. That’s why it was so weird. They thought I caused a big drama, their break-up."

There's an attraction between Bieber and Palvin that they are publicly denying. Palvin is checking out the Canadian bacon (that's you, Bieber). No need to lie. You like the Bieber. However, you owe your boyfriend more than that, because cheating is not cool. He couldn't feel good that his girlfriend went out with a famous pop star behind his back.

Furthermore, when paparazzo Chris Guerra died pursuing Bieber's car this month, Palvin called his manager Scooter Braun, to relay a message to the singer that things would be okay for him. She tried to console Bieber. She clearly likes him and did that because she has feelings for him.

He is following the same path many former child stars have before they ran into serious trouble.

It's Bieber's life and God gave him free will, just like He did regarding everyone else. However, the Judiciary Report's concern is Bieber's impressionable audience. In reading social networking sites to gauge their feedback on the issue, one is left with the impression Bieber has set a bad example, as many of his underage fans are stating they want to smoke weed or smoke it with him, believing this is now cool because their "idol" has done so.

The average parent does not want their child smoking marijuana. Bieber needs to step forward a clarify his conduct, which is what it appears, he was smoking marijuana and advise his audience not to follow in his footsteps. It's not cool reading statements from 12-year-olds stating they now want to do weed, which is a gateway drug, because Justin did it. Time to man up Justin. As stated previously on the website, paparazzo Chris Guerra was struck and killed by a vehicle, hours after telling a friend over the phone that he spotted pop star Justin Bieber smoking marijuana in his Ferrari. The incident happened whilst Guerra trailed Bieber's car again later that same day.

Due to information fed to websites such as TMZ, by Bieber's representatives, the deceased photographer was being dissed and defamed in death as a liar, who'd made the entire story up. However, two days later, photos surfaced of Bieber smoking weed at a party, directly contradicting everything the pop star's camp had previously stated.

Some paparazzi are upset over what they deem the callous manner in which Guerra's death is being referred to online by Bieber and others, as they deem it could be anyone one of them. The question is were the marijuana photos released out of revenge over Guerra's death or did a money hungry observer read the story and decide the party was the perfect time to catch Bieber in the act and cash in on his fall from grace.

Pictures hit the internet last night featuring formerly squeaky clean pop star Justin "Rasta" Bieber, smoking a marijuana joint in a hotel at a party in Newport Beach, California. TMZ is also reporting a girl spent the night with Bieber in the hotel room, who is not Selena Gomez. Bieber's camp has gone into damage control mode, but the photos are pretty striking. Bieber is on the same path many former Hollywood child stars have taken, going from being squeaky clean to drugs, alcohol and promiscuous sex.

Ironically, paparazzo Chris Guerra, who was killed two days ago by a passing car when police told him to step away from a Ferrari belonging to the singer, was adamant on the day of his death that he saw Bieber smoking marijuana in the sports car. It was reported Guerra relayed this information to a friend over the phone and was struck and killed by a car hours later. Bieber's camp accused Guerra of stalking and harassing the pop star. Apparently, Guerra saw too much, hence the complaints against him and waiting for that money shot, was hit and killed by a car.

Bieber's plate is full at this time, as Guerra's death, which is currently not the focus of a criminal investigation, could bring a lawsuit. The singer also had a huge fight with his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, who dumped him at New Years and is refusing to speak to the press about the problems surrounding the couple. He is also still trying to hook up again with Victoria Secret model Barbara Palvin.

Meanwhile, Bieber's fans brought the New Year in with a grin learning the couple broke up again (LOL). Now they will be sad to learn Bieber has been beaming up and had a chick present in the hotel room. Not the best way to start the New Year. It's time for Mama Bieber to have a talk with her boy. Considering marijuana is a gateway drug and Bieber's family has extensive addiction issues, this is dangerous.

Paparazzo, Chris Guerra, thought he’d done just that, as he telephoned a friend stating he was on Bieber’s trail, claiming he witnessed the pop star smoking marijuana in his car earlier in the day. However, one of Bieber’s friends, Lil Twist, borrowed the star’s car after the incident and was pulled over by police.

During the police street stop the paparazzo got too close to the vehicle and was told to step back from the car, only to be hit by another vehicle driving down the street. It was a tragic waste of life for a man still in his twenties. No photo is worth dying over. To be in one's grave over trying to obtain a scandalous snap of a teen pop star is sad.
