Prince Estate Shuts Down Jay Z’s Cheap Bid To Buy Music Catalog For Far Less Than It Is Worth

This is a follow up to the October 31, 2016 article "Jay Z Tries To Defraud Prince Estate In Trying To Buy Music Catalog For Far Less Than It Is Worth." This week the Prince estate rejected Jay Z's financial offer of $40,000,000, which as stated on the site previously, is well below the value of the late singer's music catalog.
 
Jay Z has also been illegally streaming 15 Prince albums on his and Madonna's failed music streaming site Tidal. They did so after his death, which was illegal, dirty and sneaky on their part. Prince's estate is demanding payment for the unauthorized use of the music and rightfully so, as the illegal misconduct by graverobbers Jay Z and Madonna, defrauded the late singer's heirs out of money ($750,000).

I don't know why underachieving, untalented people like Jay Z and Madonna keep stealing and or defraud real singers, songwriters and musicians out of their intellectual property. Unintelligent Jay Z and Madonna keep trying to take things that are way above them, that they did not and do not have the acumen to create.

Prior to Prince's death, he repeatedly stated he didn't want his work to be a part of the problem in pop culture. Prince was referencing the violent, misogynistic, depraved entertainment that is damaging people's minds and warping the public's outlook on life. I could just imagine the offensive madness Jay Z and Madonna would do with Prince's music if given the chance. It would be the equivalent of two monkeys taking a paint brush to a Picasso. They have no talent, sense of decency or decorum. People like them should not have the catalog.

Prince's Estate Is Not Happy With Jay Z

Published 22 hours ago - The moment that Jay Z had the opportunity to, he put a bid out of $40 million in hopes of getting his hands on Prince's vault of unreleased music, following the Purple One's untimely death earlier this year. Unfortunately, Hov lost the battle over Prince's highly coveted private collection of never-before-heard music, with Universal Music Publishing Group instead gaining control. That being said, the Tidal boss still has the rights to the music that was previously released, which was something that was mutually agreed upon between Jay Z and Prince while Prince was still with us. 

Prince's estate, however, doesn't agree with how the situation unfolded and is reportedly taking action against Hov's decision to allow the music to be streamed on Tidal. Your content will resume shortly. As reported by TMZ, the estate said they will not allow "Roc Nation to exploit any of the intellectual property assets of the Estate." 

According to the report, the estate is calling Jay's decision to have 15 albums from Prince's catalog available on Tidal as "unauthorized," which in short means that Hov may have to now pay up. Additionally, the estate reportedly is aware of the deal that Prince made with Jay Z, but is claiming they haven't yet found proof of a $750,000 payment to finalize the agreement....

Jay Z Tries To Defraud Prince Estate In Trying To Buy Music Catalog For Far Less Than It Is Worth

Rapper and thieving criminal Jay Z, is trying to buy the music catalog of the late music legend Prince for $40,000,000. This sum is well below the financial value of Prince's catalog of music streaming on Jay Z and Madonna's failed music service Tidal. Jay Z is trying to scam the Prince estate. Prince's songs have become music classics. Prince's released songs are worth at least $125,000,000. Prince's unreleased songs, estimated to be to be 2,000, are worth even more due to having been written and produced by Prince and due to the quantity. I would estimate Prince's unreleased music is worth upwards of $500,000,000.  

Prince died under very suspicious and sinister circumstances in the same manner of fellow singer/music catalog owner Michael Jackson, who was murdered via a deliberate pharmaceutical drug overdose (Mislabeled Fentanyl Pills Found At Prince’s House After His Death From Overdose Indicates He Did Not Know What He Was Taking). Jay Z Bid to Buy Prince's Unreleased Music

10/26/2016 12:40 AM PDT - Jay Z tried to snap up all the unreleased Prince music that was unearthed at Paisley Park after the singer's death ... TMZ has learned. We've learned Jay met with Prince's sister, Tyka, and her husband, Maurice Phillips, several weeks ago. The mogul flew Tyka and Maurice to NYC to meet with him. 

Sources close to Prince's family tell us ... Jay made an offer of around $40 million. We were unable to confirm the figure from Jay's camp. But there was a rub. Tyka may be Prince's only full sibling, but she has to get sign-off from all the brothers and sisters, in addition to the trust that is managing the estate. Word is that JZ is still in the running to get the overall deal for streaming rights ... but it will be very expensive and there are some major players in the game.

DNA Test Proves Inmate Is Not Prince’s Son

An overwhelming majority of the people coming forward with these claims have never even met Prince. These claims are costly and outrageous. Lawyers for Prince's estate and the administrator need to put their foot down, via making it plainly clear, if anyone files a fraudulent claim, they will be arrested and prosecuted. If they fail to get serious regarding these fraudulent claims, the estate will lose millions of dollars in trying to sort out baseless paternity and DNA claims.”

This week mainstream reports indicate DNA tests have now conclusively proven Carlin Q. Williams is not Prince’s son. I could have told you that for free. Actually I did. Never mind the amount of publicity this man was given for making up a story at a terrible time for Prince’s family. People needn’t make up stories about being the offspring of deceased people that were wealthy, in order to inherit the assets they leave behind. It is very unethical. You don’t know how hard people work for their money and to assume you should con rightful heirs out of it is not right. Additionally, do not intrude on the grieving process for the bereaved.

Prince's Estate States Anyone Making Claims As A Relative Must Pay For Their DNA Test

Lawyers for Prince's estate and the administrator need to put their foot down, via making it plainly clear, if anyone files a fraudulent claim, they will be arrested and prosecuted. If they fail to get serious regarding these fraudulent claims, the estate will lose millions of dollars in trying to sort out baseless paternity and DNA claims." 


On Monday, May 16, 2016, the Bremer Trust, the court appointed administrators of the estate of the late recording star, Prince, has asked the judge in the case for approval, to order all individuals attempting to make a DNA claim as potential relatives of the singer, pay for their own genetic testing. This makes sense. Only people who have been lied to by a promiscuous parent or are mentally ill opportunists will pursue DNA claims when they realize they have to pay for it. This will weed out many false claims, saving the estate time and money.


In closing, just because you went to a Prince concert doesn't mean you are related to him. Just because your mama slept with a man that looked like Prince (probably an impersonator), doesn't mean he is your daddy. Please spare his family the harassment and emotional distress.

In what is thoughtless behavior, over 700 people have come forward claiming to be related to the late singer Prince or the mothers of his children. Prince died at his Paisley Park home and recording studio in Minneapolis, Minnesota on April 21, 2016 and no will was found. Ever since then, opportunistic people have been coming out of the woodwork making fraudulent claims, in bids at gaining a share of his estimated $100,000,000 fortune.

Prince did not father children by many women nor is he related to half the planet (his former wife Mayte Garcia gave birth to a babies that died within a week and then miscarried a second child). An overwhelming majority of the people coming forward with these claims have never even met Prince. These claims are costly and outrageous. Side Bar: Previously, Prince thought he was of Italian ancestry, due to questions surrounding his maternal grandfather's ethnicity. Towards the end of his life, Prince discovered he was not of Italian ancestry. His parents roots lay in New Orleans, Louisiana, which has many people of black and French descent. Prince's father was black. His mother was black as well, but of mixed ancestry, leading many to believe she was Creole. Therefore, it appears Prince was of African and French ancestry.

But only one looks likely to have a shot at proving she is actually a blood relative of the singer whose sudden April 21 death shocked the music world, the man who is leading the official hunt for relatives tells Daily Mail Online in an exclusive interview. 

‘Our phone has been ringing off the hook, I would say we have received between 600 and 700 calls,’ Harvey Morse said. ‘They run the gamut, literally from “We lived in the same area so we must be related", to “We have pictures of Prince at our family reunion".' Prince’s estate (pictured above is his Paisley Park mansion) is estimated to be worth $300million, but it could increase to $1billion. ‘But I like official documents,’ he added. ‘Birth, marriage, death, divorce certificates, census records, that sort of thing - papers that were drawn up without any thought of this eventuality.’... 

On Friday, Judge Kevin Eade, who is overseeing the estate, issued an order in Carver County, Minnesota, allowing for DNA samples to be taken from Prince’s blood to help verify claims, giving those who believe they are related four months in which to file. He ordered that blood be transferred from the Midwest Medical Examiner Office in Ramsey, Minnesota, where the autopsy was conducted, to a DNA diagnostic center in Fairfield, Ohio... 

Heir Hunters International, another company that specializes in finding long-lost relatives has claimed that it has found Prince’s son, but Morse said he doubts that is true. ‘If that was the case I would have expected them to have been in court on Monday establishing their case, but they weren’t there. We were,’ he said. 

Morse said Prince’s estate could take years to sort out. ‘Bob Marley also died without a will,’ he pointed out. ‘He died 35 years ago and settlement of his estate is still ongoing. ‘The lesson to take from all this is “Make a will,”‘ he said. ‘But lots of people don’t, either because they think they’re immortal, they don’t want to think about death or they put it off, saying they will do it tomorrow, but the truck comes down the road today.’...

Tupac's Mother Afeni Shakur Passes Away During Legal Battle Over His Estate

The mother of the late rapper, Tupac Shakur, passed away on May 2, 2016. Afeni Shakur, born Alice Faye Williams, had a suspected heart attack in her Sausalito, California home. She was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead an hour later. Shakur was 69-years-old. In her youth, Shakur was a member of the Black Panther party. Shakur and other members of the Black Panthers were incarcerated for plotting to bomb landmarks. Shakur was acquitted while in jail and gave birth to Tupac one month later. 

Tupac was killed in a drive by shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada at the age of 25. The rapper left behind a sizeable catalog of unreleased music. His mother fought Death Row Records in court, for control of his music and the $20,000,000 in royalties owed to his estate. Wrestling control of Tupac's estate was not easy for his mother. There were threats from parties at Death Row, as the label's CEO, Suge Knight, has repeatedly ripped off artists in well documented incidents, via using strong arm tactics and violence.

In 1997 Vanity Fair published an article stating Knight was funneling money from Tupac's sales and royalties to the Italian-American mafia, namely the Genovese crime family and the rapper resented the theft of his funds (he was killed while initiating proceedings to leave Death Row Records). Similar claims were made about Tupac's rival, the Notorious B.I.G. (Christopher Wallace), having being approached by the Genovese mafia. The U.S. entertainment industry is run by organized crime and deranged cults. 

Shakur later won her case and Death Row was forced to fork over unreleased Tupac songs and the royalties owed. Afeni Shakur has since released eight Tupac albums on the label she named Amaru, which is the rapper's middle name. She has also executive produced a Broadway play about Tupac and a forthcoming biopic that recently wrapped shooting.

The company Knight once bragged about on television as having grossed $1 billion dollars, had spectacularly fallen by 2007. The United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) moved in on Knight for tax evasion. Knight hired an attorney to file for bankruptcy on behalf of Death Row Records. All assets were seized and liquidated to pay off the company's debts. Knight also lost his mansion to foreclosure. He is currently incarcerated, while on trial for murder and attempted murder, after stalking the cast and crew of the 2015 movie "Straight Outta Compton."   

Shakur was embroiled in a messy, acrimonious divorce when she died that was filed in North Carolina, though she lived in California, where martial assets are community property (split in half). Her husband of 12-years, Gust Davis, was demanding $10,000 per month, which is half of the income she receives from her role in Tupac's estate. Most of the money from the Tupac estate, which makes an estimated $900,000 per year, has been going to the charity foundation Shakur created in Tupac's memory.

Her husband was also inexcusably demanding half of Tupac's songs. Overall, he demanded half of Tupac's estate in divorce papers (houseboats, 50 acre North Carolina ranch, millions in cash, $10,000 per month for life and his Jaguar). They had no prenuptial agreement. Now she's dead. People in the entertainment industry with valuable copyrights have been passing away at a frequent rate.   

Tupac has a sister, Sekyiwa Shakur, who has two children. Tupac's sister should be the one to inherit his estate that was passed to their mother upon his death. She would do a better job regarding his legacy, as the conduct her stepfather has been exhibiting is and was not in the best interest of her mother.

People Coming Out The Woodwork Claiming They Are Prince's Relatives To Get A Share Of The Deceased Singer's Millions

As was to be expected, any time a notable person dies, who had money and or other valuable assets, people come out the woodwork claiming to be relatives entitled to a cut of their estate. Rarely are the claims true. Weeks after Prince's death, a woman has come forward claiming to be his half-sister, but none of his other siblings know about her. A man has also come forward claiming to be Prince's son, who was born from flings the singer allegedly had with his mother.

If claims are genuine, so be it. However, if claims and others of said nature that will likely arise, are fraudulent, this is flagrant. A family has lost a loved one. Let them grieve in peace and work on resolving issues regarding a complex estate. Furthermore, why wait until Prince died to come forward and make the claims.

Vault Of 2,000 Unreleased Prince Songs Opened But Need To Be Protected From Thieves

Press reports indicate a vault has been opened containing 2,000 unreleased songs by the singer Prince, who died last month while having a medical emergency at his Paisley Park home and recording studios in Minnesota. The vault in his studio was opened with a drill. Prince was a real musician, who was able to compose music from start to finish, without assistance.  As a result of his songwriting ability and the convenience of having a studio at home, Prince was able to record many songs.

Prince's heirs need to increase security at Paisley Park, lest certain industry thieves pay for break-ins to steal music and release them as their own. There are songwriters and producers who have been targeted by thieves. The week the late singer Amy Winehouse died, some of her unreleased songs were stolen in a commissioned theft by a music industry person. Music producer, BT, was devastated when someone stole his home studio computer containing $100,000 in unreleased music. There are other terrible stories in this regard as well. 

The music industry is being run by very unscrupulous, greedy people, desperate for money and glory that does not belong to them. There are unscrupulous music industry people at Warner Bros and Sony Music already making greedy plans regarding Prince's unreleased music and they are preparing to rip off his heirs. Word is getting around the industry about the schemes they are planning. There's nothing more some of those untalented turds would love than to go around taking credit for a Prince song they didn't write.

Prince Reportedly Left Behind Over 2,000 Unreleased Songs

HOLLYWOOD, CA – APRIL 2 - :While Prince may be gone, that doesn’t mean the new music has to stop coming. According to Hunting For Prince’s Vault, a documentary created by the BBC that sought to unearth just how much music the star had sitting around that even his biggest fans had never had a chance to enjoy, there are thousands of songs that the public hasn’t heard yet. 

Some of the people that worked with the rock star for years estimate that there could be around 2,000 unreleased songs, and the final number might be even higher than that. All of this music is sitting in a vault at Prince’s Paisley Park estate in Minnesota, and no, that’s not a fun nickname for a studio, either—there are supposedly thousands of recordings in what looks like a bank vault. 

For the documentary, journalist and filmmaker Mobeen Azhar spoke to people connected to the legendary performer, including fellow musicians, engineers, and even those that worked on his management team and a woman who helped him organize all of this material, and they all back up the rumors that there are literally thousands of recordings that Prince never allowed out of the vault for one reason or another. 

In addition to studio recordings, the vault is also said to contain several music videos (some for songs that were also never released) and two full-length films. While he was primarily known as a musician, Prince also made a name for himself as an actor in films like Purple Rain. It’s tough to believe that there are movies featuring the Purple One that he never shared, but if anybody would do such a thing, it’s Prince...

Court Appoints Administrator For Prince’s Estate While Police Seek DEA Help In His Death

Tyka Nelson, the sister of the late music legend Prince, who died last week, informed the court the late singer has no will for his vast estate. As such, the court appointed an administrator and established a trust today, which the Judiciary Report suggested yesterday (Reports Indicate Singer Prince Left No Will). Nelson states she and Prince’s half siblings should share the estate. They need to be careful, as Prince’s former label Warner Bros, is not to be trusted and will try to take what they are not entitled to in any measure. 

Local police in Minnesota are also requesting the assistance of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as prescription painkillers were found in Prince’s home, Paisley Park, where he died. Sites such as TMZ are speculating Prince died from a prescription pill overdose. I don’t think Prince meant to overdose. Sometimes when people are sick or in pain from injury, they take more and more painkillers or flu medicine in trying to feel better and end up accidentally overdosing (leading to heart attack, respiratory failure or deadly seizure). 
A friend of my family died a few years ago from a heart attack. He was a famous producer with two recording studios, a label, homes, a store and a copyrighted catalog of works. My dad, a musicologist and radio personality, used to tell him to get a will, as he knew so many people in the music industry that passed away from old age, disease, accidents ect. The producer died without a will. It led to a fierce legal battle in two countries, mainly in Britain, as his heirs retained attorneys regarding his assets. So much money has gone to legal fees. It’s a very difficult process when there is no will. 

Many label owners, producers and songwriters do not have wills. It’s a bad habit in our trade. Many label owners, producers and songwriters keep much of their business dealings and practices in their heads. If one dies, it can create protracted legal battles in trying to sort out matters concerning their estate. I would advise company owners, production talent, entertainers and athletes to maintain a proper will. Yes, it is morbid and a pain in the backside, but necessary to protect the ones you love after you are gone and will save your heirs additional legal fees and court related distress.

Prince's Death: Local Investigators Ask for DEA's Help on Case

The county sheriff investigating the death of Prince is asking for help from the Drug Enforcement Administration, federal law enforcement officials told NBC News on Wednesday. The officials say prescription painkillers were found in his possession when he died and in his house near Minnesota, though officials have yet to say what role, if any, those medications may have played in his death. 

An autopsy was conducted last week, but the medical examiner said it would take weeks before the cause of death would be disclosed. The DEA's role, officials say, will be to determine such things as where the medications came from, and what prescriptions Prince had obtained. DEA agents often check those records in death investigations. Some of his friends have said he took the painkiller Percocet to relieve pain in his hips — the result of years of jumping during performances...

Acting on a petition from Prince's sister, Tyka Nelson, Judge Kevin Eide, a district court judge in Carver County, Minn., signed orders appointing Prince's longtime bank, Bremer Trust, National Association, as a special administrator to secure and preserve the estate until a "personal representative," or executor, is appointed by the court.

Michael Jackson's Music Catalog Sold To Sony For A Fraction Of Its Value Is Very Suspect

IN life, the late singer Michael Jackson, feverishly fought to maintain control of his stake in the Sony Music catalog, which he had merged with his own copyrights. For decades Jackson refused to sell his stake in the Sony Music catalog. However, last month something very strange happened. Jackson's stake in the catalog was sold to Sony Music for far less than it is worth.  

Sony Music purchased Jackson's stake in the catalog for $750,000,000. Jackson's stake in the catalog was worth upwards of $3 billion dollars. Considering Jackson's family and music industry experts have openly stated Sony Music had Jackson killed, via Dr. Conrad Murray deliberately overdosing him on large quantities of the potent drug Propofol, which became highly toxic in his system, no one in the industry is surprised the singer's stake in the catalog has been sold at cut-rate princes to the greedy, lawbreaking corporation, against the singer's wishes. No doctor worth their salt would ever give a patient that lethal dose, then not call police for hours after he realized Jackson was dying.
 
Well, they've murdered him off and gotten the catalog just like they wanted. However, things won't be smooth in the future for Sony or its lawbreaking employees. There is trouble ahead. The company is going to experience a massive, unprecedented fall and collapse due to its greed and madness. And it is richly deserved, you thieves and murderers! It's amazing to me that you think you can engage in murder and God not bring it back to you. However, God doesn't like ugly, as He has plainly stated, "You reap what you sow." You haven't gotten away with anything.

Sony buys Michael Jackson’s music catalog for $750M

Associated Press 11:42 a.m. EDT March 15, 2016 - Michael Jackson's estate recently made a deal to sell its stake in some of the world's most iconic songs for nearly $750 million. Some of these classic hits come from the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, and Taylor Swift. LOS ANGELES — Michael Jackson’s estate has agreed to sell its remaining stake in a lucrative music catalog to Sony Corp. for $750 million, the entities announced Monday.

The agreement for Jackson’s half-share of the Sony/ATV Music Publishing catalog will give the company sole ownership of works by The Beatles, Bob Dylan and other hit making musicians, including Eminem and Taylor Swift. The deal is another posthumous blockbuster deal for Jackson, whose estate has erased the singer’s massive debts through a mixture of new music and movie ventures and re-releases of the singer’s most popular music. Jackson’s estate benefits his mother and three children, known as Prince, Paris and Blanket.

“This agreement further demonstrates Sony’s commitment to the entertainment businesses and our firm belief that these businesses will continue to contribute to our success for years to come,” Sony Corp. president and CEO Kazuo Hirai wrote in a statement.

Reports Indicate Singer Prince Left No Will

Legendary singer/musician/songwriter Prince died on April 21, 2016. He was cremated this past weekend and a private ceremony was held at his Paisley Park recording studio and home in Minnesota to remember his storied life. Reports indicate Prince left no will. His estate is worth approximately $100,000,000. Paisley Park and its contents is worth an estimated $10,000,000.

As Prince was a songwriter, he left behind a fortune in music. Prince's sister, Tyka Nelson, who is also a singer, is his heir. Tyka is also a mother. My advice to Tyka is this, get a good lawyer and call all the shots yourself (be careful, Warner Bros and Sony Music, are known in legal circles for bribing lawyers and judges). Set up a trust regarding Prince's estate. Prince, like me, had legal fights with the record label Warner Bros, which is a greedy, evil, unscrupulous company. The only worse one in the entertainment industry is Sony Music.  Prince stated Warner Bros made him feel like a "slave" (he wrote it on his face) and it's the exact same way they have made me feel.

Do not sell off Prince's music catalog. He fought to keep as much ownership of it as possible. He wouldn't want certain music industry people owning it. There are some greedy psychopaths in the entertainment industry circling, as they know he has died and will seek to prey upon you and your family to rip his catalog from your hands. Do not let them do that. I know how evil they can be. Therefore, be careful and protect yourself.

Prince would not want other musicians, especially those he did not approve of, traipsing through his record studios and making music there. It would have devastated him in life. Do not let this happen to him in death. However, I don't think he would mind the public visiting it to take a look at where he made his hits. I think he would like that.

Prince was also very particular about who he licensed his music to for other works. He was not into music with violent themes and other negative messages. Do not authorize such singers or rappers to sample his work. He wasn't even a fan of the sampling to begin with, as he was a real songwriter/musician who could compose music from scratch, which is sadly no longer the norm in music. Don't allow movie producers to place his music in films of a twisted or negative nature.  

Prince left behind unreleased music. Make sure to properly secure the copyrights in America. The rest of the world immediately recognizes a copyright the moment it is authored in accordance with United Nations laws, via the Berne Convention (time stamps help to secure authorship dates, regarding who did what first in the vent a dispute arises). However, in America the law requires you pay the Copyright Office a fee, in violation of international law, to protect your copyrights on U.S. shores which grants you the right to sue in federal court, in the event they are infringed. If you choose to release Prince's unreleased songs, do it through your own record company.

City Of Cleveland Government Adds Insult To Injury Suing 12-Year-Old Tamir Rice For Ambulance Fees After Police Shot And Killed The Underage Boy

Lawyers for the City of Cleveland have filed a lawsuit against, 12-year-old murder victim, Tamir Rice, demanding $500 in ambulance fees and additional court costs, after mentally unstable police officer, Timothy Loehmann, gunned down her son in acts of brutality and excessive force. This lawsuit was no typo. City of Cleveland management knows exactly what it is doing, as the lawsuit was filed against the estate of the 12-year-old child, which is appalling. 


Tamir Rice left to die on the ground on police orders. His 14-year-old sister was handcuffed and thrown in the back of a squad car for trying to help her dying brother.
Subodh Chandra, an attorney for Tamir's estate, accurately concluded in a response to the lawsuit that has been filed against the deceased minor, "The callousness, insensitivity, and poor judgment required for the city to send a bill - its own police officers having slain 12-year-old Tamir - is breathtaking. This adds insult to homicide."

This is one of the most callous things I have ever read. The coldness of it all is astonishing. I don't understand how some people lose their humanity and do such things. The  people who referred the matter to the city attorneys and those responsible for filing it in court should all be fired. Someone was trying to get back at the Rice family, due to the bad publicity the case brought the city and they need to be held accountable for their disgraceful actions.

The negative attention the scandal of Rice's murder created is needed to draw people's attention to the horrors and injustice of the case and others that have transpired in Cleveland, regarding police brutality. The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported, "In more than 60 lawsuits, citizens accused officers of needlessly shooting at them, beating them during routine traffic stops, shocking them with Tasers while face-down on the ground in handcuffs or arresting them when they had committed no crime."

They did nothing for four minutes until an FBI agent who happened to be nearby took over...

$10,000,000 Wrongful Death Lawsuit Filed Against Nick Gordon For Drugging And Drowning Whitney Houston’s Only Child Bobbi Kristina Brown

Court appointed conservator, Bedilia C. Hargrove, has filed a $10,000,000 wrongful death lawsuit against Nick Gordon, the ex-boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of the late singer, Whitney Houston. Hargrove states in her lawsuit Gordon gave Brown , “A toxic cocktail” of drugs, beat her, dragged her up the stairs and placed her facedown in her bathtub. A trash can was also found in the tub by Brown’s feet. Bobbi Kristina's tooth had been knocked loose by Gordon.

Gordon accused Bobbi Kristina of cheating on him. However, he was the one cheating on her all the time. The Judiciary Report was informed the relationship was ending, they were screaming at each other and he couldn't take it (that she wanted the relationship over). Bobbi Kristina was trying to end the abusive relationship, Gordon became enraged and beat her worse than ever before.

Drug dealer, Max Lomas and his girlfriend Danyela, were present while Brown was dying in the bathtub. Lomas stated Gordon cleaned up blood throughout the house, after viciously attacking frail Bobbi Kristina, for understandably trying to leave him. Hargrove stated in legal documents that after Gordon left Brown to die in her bathtub, he went to Lomas's girlfriend, Danyela, who was also a friend of Bobbi Kristina, put his head on her feet and stated, “Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.”

This supports what the Judiciary Report has stated all along - Gordon was abusing Bobbi Kristina and had a hand in her death. He robbed her of her life at age 22 and should be made to answer for it in a court of law. Bobbi Kristina had a right to leave him. She was so in love with him and gave Nick Gordon everything. This is how he chose to repay her.

It is evident by his speech that Gordon thinks he is Whitney Houston's son and entitled to her estate just as much as Bobbi Kristina had been during her life. Gordon repeatedly and aggressively approached the executor of Houston's estate, Pat Houston, under this misguided and erroneous premise. Gordon threatened to kill Pat Houston, but did it in a subtle way that created issues in obtaining a restraining order. The Houston family is afraid of Gordon, who has a gun collection and short temper.

Women need to be careful how they leave an abusive relationship, as it can result in violence and of a deadly nature. Seek the assistance of the police and the courts to remove the abusive party from your residence. Change your locks immediately and avoid your aggressor.

Family Infighting As Bobby Brown Applies For Guardianship Of Daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown Who Is In A Persistent Vegetative State

R&B singer, Bobby Brown, has applied with the court for guardianship of his 22-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, who is in a vegetative state. Bobbi Kristina Brown was found face down in her bathtub, suffering from cardiac arrest in an unresponsive state. A combination of illegal narcotics and a fight with boyfriend, Nick Gordon, left her in that tragic state.

Bobbi Kristina is the daughter of the late pop star, Whitney Houston, who died in a Beverly Hills bathtub from a drug overdose and drowning in 2011. Houston left her estate to Bobbi Kristina. If Brown is successful in obtaining a court recognized guardianship, he will also control her estate. This has created infighting between the Houston and Brown families.

Houston and Brown split on very bad terms, which involved infidelity and domestic violence. Brown was also financially bankrupt. Some in the Houston family do not want Brown to have control over Bobbi Kristina's finances as her guardian. Brown seeks to exert control over the direction of her medical care, as some are stating it's sad to keep Bobbi Kristina alive as a medical vegetable.

Bobby Brown States Nick Gordon Is Not Married To His Daughter With Whitney Houston And Therefore Not Entitled To Her Estate But...

TMZ is reporting that R&B singer Bobby Brown has stated his daughter with the late singer, Whitney Houston, is not married to Nick Gordon, despite what the couple has been claiming for the past year. Gordon was raised as Bobbi Kristina's brother (though he was not formally adopted by Houston). The issue is now being discussed in the press, as Gordon would be entitled to the Houston fortune that was left to Bobbi Kristina by her mother, who died in 2012.

3-years ago before Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordon stated they were wed, the Judiciary Report published a March 19, 2012 article entitled “If Nick Gordon Marries Bobbi Kristina Brown And Something Happens To Her Will He Get Everything.” Now that Bobbi Kristina is on life support, after doctors’ detected next to no brain activity, due to a drowning incident at her Atlanta home, what will Gordon get.

Brown’s family is stating due to the couple not being married as far as they know, Gordon gets nothing. The two lived together in Atlanta for years as a couple and for many more as brother and sister. The State of Georgia abolished common law marriages in 1997. However, Gordon could sue for breach of contract and fraud, as Bobbi Kristina presented him to the world as her husband and vowed to love and financially support him. She was doing just that. She was paying all his bills. They even exchanged what they were referring to as engagement/wedding rings. Gordon could take the estate to court for some serious cash (Cooper vs. Kelley). Does he deserve the money? Absolutely not. It is not his money. Furthermore, he hurt Bobbi Kristina.

"Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon." For once, the Houston family agrees with Bobby Brown ... telling TMZ, Gordon and BK never officially wed.

Further, we're told by Houston family sources ... there are no legal documents that would allow Gordon to get any of the Whitney Houston fortune Bobbi Kristina inherited -- if she passes. The fake marriage revelation flies in the face of several statements Bobbi Kristina and Nick both made on camera back in 2014. 

Shortly after the alleged wedding ... Bobby was visibly shocked when we broke the news to him, and he doubted it was true. In this case, Daddy did know best.

Did Michael Jackson Have A Son With 80s R&B Star Miki Howard


Talented 1980s r&b singer Miki Howard, famous for the hits “Love Under New Management” and “Baby Be Mine” has a son named Brandon Howard, who lives in South Florida. Reports have surfaced that the late pop singer Michael Jackson fathered Howard’s son, who based on appearance does resemble the singer. Miki Howard was also managed by Michael’s father Joe Jackson in the 1980s, with some claiming Brandon is his son.

 


Howard’s nickname is also “Billy” and Jackson released the song Billie Jean the year Brandon was born. Some of the lyrics to “Billie Jean” state “Billie Jean is not my lover, she’s just a girl who claims that I am the one, but the kid is not my son”… but is he. A dental device Jackson wore was purchased at an auction. It was said to contain his DNA. Tests were done using the DNA extracted from the dental device, comparing it against Howard’s, which according to reports rendered a 99.9 percent match.

If the scientific work regarding the DNA tests proves accurate upon secondary verification, meaning it was Jackson’s actual DNA and it provided a conclusive match to Brandon’s, it is only fair he be legally acknowledge as the star’s offspring and receive the appropriate inheritance.
