IN life, the late singer Michael Jackson, feverishly fought to maintain control of his stake in the Sony Music catalog, which he had merged with his own copyrights. For decades Jackson refused to sell his stake in the Sony Music catalog. However, last month something very strange happened. Jackson's stake in the catalog was sold to Sony Music for far less than it is worth.  

Sony Music purchased Jackson's stake in the catalog for $750,000,000. Jackson's stake in the catalog was worth upwards of $3 billion dollars. Considering Jackson's family and music industry experts have openly stated Sony Music had Jackson killed, via Dr. Conrad Murray deliberately overdosing him on large quantities of the potent drug Propofol, which became highly toxic in his system, no one in the industry is surprised the singer's stake in the catalog has been sold at cut-rate princes to the greedy, lawbreaking corporation, against the singer's wishes. No doctor worth their salt would ever give a patient that lethal dose, then not call police for hours after he realized Jackson was dying.
 
Well, they've murdered him off and gotten the catalog just like they wanted. However, things won't be smooth in the future for Sony or its lawbreaking employees. There is trouble ahead. The company is going to experience a massive, unprecedented fall and collapse due to its greed and madness. And it is richly deserved, you thieves and murderers! It's amazing to me that you think you can engage in murder and God not bring it back to you. However, God doesn't like ugly, as He has plainly stated, "You reap what you sow." Sony buys Michael Jackson’s music catalog for $750M

Associated Press 11:42 a.m. EDT March 15, 2016 - Michael Jackson's estate recently made a deal to sell its stake in some of the world's most iconic songs for nearly $750 million. Some of these classic hits come from the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, and Taylor Swift. LOS ANGELES — Michael Jackson’s estate has agreed to sell its remaining stake in a lucrative music catalog to Sony Corp. for $750 million, the entities announced Monday.

The agreement for Jackson’s half-share of the Sony/ATV Music Publishing catalog will give the company sole ownership of works by The Beatles, Bob Dylan and other hit making musicians, including Eminem and Taylor Swift. The deal is another posthumous blockbuster deal for Jackson, whose estate has erased the singer’s massive debts through a mixture of new music and movie ventures and re-releases of the singer’s most popular music. Jackson’s estate benefits his mother and three children, known as Prince, Paris and Blanket.

“This agreement further demonstrates Sony’s commitment to the entertainment businesses and our firm belief that these businesses will continue to contribute to our success for years to come,” Sony Corp. president and CEO Kazuo Hirai wrote in a statement.

In the charging indictment against Conrad Murray, the doctor of the late pop star, Michael Jackson, the physician was accused and convicted of supplying  powerful narcotics to a drug addict. The reference regarding drug addict meant Jackson. For years Jackson was improperly described large quantities of controlled narcotics, well exceeding the manufacturers recommendations. Hillbilly heroin was also found in Jackson's bathroom when he died.

Jackson famously had a number of rhinoplasty procedures (nose jobs) to reduce the size of his nose. However, after a while his nose rapidly fell apart to the point he had to wear masks or when his face was uncovered, band aid strips across the bridge of his nose, to conceal the damage. It is a well known fact some drug addicts snort drugs like cocaine. However, some drug addicts also  crush powerful pharmaceutical drugs, such as the ones Jackson was prescribed and snort them as well. Is this what happened to Jackson's nose.

I've never seen rhinoplasty go so wrong, as it did with Jackson. However, I have seen cases of celebrities who've snorted drugs repeatedly over the years and it resulting in them losing a part of their nose. Could the effects of excessive plastic surgery and drug use have destroyed Jackson's nose.

In the November 26, 2013 article "Michael Jackson's Doctor: I Held Michael Jackson's Penis Every Night" the Judiciary Report stated, "Urinating is a normal bodily function and many people become incontinent as they get older, but Murray violated patient privacy and confidentiality in telling the world all these things about Jackson. Too much information. We really didn't need to know all this."

Two days later, November 28, 2013 (yesterday), TMZ broke a story that Michael Jackson's estate has now sent a "cease and desist" letter to Conrad Murray accusing him of violating doctor-patient "confidentiality." The estate is threatening to sue Murray if he doesn't stop with the revelations. Living or deceased, doctors are not allowed by law to disclose items about their patients' medical records (conditions).

Yesterday, Jackson's estate also informed TMZ that they are sending letters to the medical boards Murray seeks to have his license reinstated with. Weeks ago on October 26, 2013 the Judiciary Report warned Murray is not reformed and should not get his medical licenses back (Michael Jackson’s Doctor Applies To Get License Back But Should It Be Reinstated). His subsequent conduct bolster's the Judiciary Report's previous assessment of him, which the site still retains.

The Judiciary Report told the public he was going to do these things before he did it. The Judiciary Report began warning about him the day before he was released. Jackson's lawyers should have been on him the moment they heard he was getting out of jail, serving him legal warnings while incarcerated.

When Murray stated in an interview that he held Michael Jackson's penis every night to insert a catheter for the star he referred to as incontinent I was speechless (*crickets*). Murray is a shadow of his former self. His hair has gone completely gray and he has lost a considerable amount of weight. Much of his appearance has to do with depression, stress and feelings of guilt.

Murray's unorthodox approach to medicine killed the top pop star in the world. Murray administered the anesthetic Propofol as a sleeping drug to Jackson, outside of a hospital setting. Jackson became addicted to the drug after many plastic surgery procedures and requested it from Murray who should not have complied. Other doctors had declined Jackson's requests for various drugs, as it was determined he has a dependency on several high grade pharmaceutical drugs and is an addict.

Jackson's fans are outraged that Murray has been released so soon, but due to overcrowding in California jails, one is released early for good behavior while incarcerated. That is the statewide standard in California. Murray now seeks the reinstatement of his medical licenses in three states (which should not be granted) and is pursuing a book and television deal.

He is also mulling doing paid tell-all interviews with magazines, tabloids and television shows. Under the law he is entitled to support himself, but to profit off the death of someone who died under one’s care due to negligent circumstances, is unethical.

The family alleged in court documents AEG hired Dr. Conrad Murray who overdosed Jackson on the potent anesthetic Propofol, killing him in his sleep. The jury found AEG was not liable in Jackson's death, as at the time the company hired him to be Jackson's doctor, he was in good medical standing regarding his license and record. The jury came to the correct conclusion.

Murray is the one responsible for Jackson's death. He has served a measly 2-years on a 4-year sentence regarding the criminally negligent homicide and bears the brunt of the blame. AEG had nothing to gain from Jackson's passing. The tour would have made them money.

Jackson needed the money as well and claims AEG pushed him too hard are dodgy, as he always rigorously practice for tours. Jackson was not going to go out there unprepared and out of tune or step with his dancers. Poor nutrition (Jackson was not eating well due to the effects of the drugs on his system), exhausting rehearsals (under the guise of being a perfectionist) and the wanton misuse of pharmaceutical grade drugs as improperly and negligently applied by Murray ended in tragedy.

As LaToya Jackson pointed out a few years ago, echoing the Judiciary Report's previous claims, Sony is the one who had the most to gain from Jackson's death. They've made a fortune in posthumous sales off Jackson, as they did with Whitney Houston's passing and that of other singers. Jackson's death also makes it easier for Sony to gain full control over the Sony/ATV catalog, ram packed with copyright infringing songs the company keeps stealing from various songwriters, which Jackson co-owned.

Sadly, Hollywood is run by organized crime and they like to keep ownership on a certain level among a handful of people. Jackson, much like Sam Cooke who owned his own substantial publishing, disrupted the order and was killed for it under suspicious circumstances.

Conrad Murray, the former doctor that tended to pop star Michael Jackson in the months before he died, overdosing him on the pharmaceutical drug, Propofol, has filed an appeal in his manslaughter conviction in connection with the singer's death in his Bel Air home at the age of 49.

Murray was overwhelmingly found guilty by a Los Angeles jury, who were in complete unison regarding his criminal misconduct. Judge Michael Pastor also threw the book at Murray, whilst issuing a stern lecture on the lethal consequences of his wanton decisions for money.

Murray remains in jail and is representing himself for the appeal. An ill-advised documentary Murray did into the death of Jackson featured him speaking ill of his attorney as "unprepared." Clearly, he feels he can do better. The Judiciary Report would be genuinely surprised if Murray will be successful in overturning the conviction, as the jury was so unanimous and there are no obvious discrepancies or blaring omissions in the prosecution's case.

However, having stated that, I don't have access to all the case documents from the trial, to poke any possible holes in it, but I did watch it online and the prosecution put on a good, solid case. It is going to be hard to deconstruct what the prosecution in this case did and somehow prove it was wrong. Murray's worst enemy right now is the evidence.

Due to overcrowding issues, experts estimate Murray will only serve half that time, while TMZ states he will get house arrest, due to being a first time offender.

Murray deserves more time in jail, actually prison, as someone has died in his care, under preventable circumstances, based in recklessness and negligence, which any doctor or scientist should know would induce death. You just can't give someone that much medication of that class (drug designation) in one go. Murray is no fool. He should have known.

TMZ is reporting, Conrad Murray, the former doctor of the late singer, Michael Jackson, is suicidal in jail, after being convicted on involuntary manslaughter charges, in connection with the singer's death. Jackson's death has been a lose-lose situation for everyone except Sony, but that's another matter. Life is about choices. Sometimes people make the wrong choices and do not want to face the consequences. Murray must face the end result of his deeds in that Jackson has died. Damage has been done.

An angry Dr. Conrad Murray slammed his lawyers for being unprepared and confused during his manslaughter trial in the death of pop star Michael Jackson. This anger is no doubt compounded by the guilty verdict a Los Angeles, California jury unanimously rendered this week.

At the end of the day, it would have been a tough sell to convince any reasonable person that Murray acted properly in pumping Jackson full of so many pharmaceutical drugs and in such large doses. The prosecution referred to his medical work as "an experiment" and clearly one gone horribly wrong, as Propofol is not approved for the treatment of insomnia, which Jackson suffered from.

The Judiciary Report is still astonished the potent anesthetic was used in this manner, outside of a controlled hospital setting. It was a disaster waiting to happen. One could see the toxicity building up in Jackson's system during his last days, as his skin appeared gray in some pictures and his face gaunt. Jackson did request Propofol, which he referred to as his "milk" due to its liquid, white appearance, but it was Murray's responsibility to say no. He was testing his mortality every night in administering the drug, until one day the unthinkable happened.

Dr. Conrad Murray, who is currently in jail in Los Angeles, California, on involuntary manslaughter charges in connection with the singer’s death of a pharmaceutical drug overdose in 2009, revealed embarrassing details about Jackson.

Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician of the late pop star, Michael Jackson, who died in 2009 from a pharmaceutical drug overdose at age 49, was unanimously found guilty today of involuntary manslaughter by a jury in Los Angeles, California. Murray was taken away in handcuffs, with the jury finding him culpable for overmedicating the singer into an early grave via overdose. The judge and jury did a good job during the case and should be commended for their efforts.

Murray will be sentenced shortly and faces up to four years in prison. The defense team of Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician of the late entertainer, Michael Jackson, who died of a pharmaceutical drug overdose under his care, is in hot water with animal rights groups, for testing the potent anesthetic Propofol on dogs, in preparation for their case.

The Beagle breed was used as their test subjects. Jackson was an animal lover and so is his family. Any animal lovers on the jury during Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial will not be amused at this news, as the entire experiment seems so unnecessary. I don't know why the defense and Dr. Murray thought this would help their case.

People are used to seeing Jackson on stage, energetic and full of life. To see him dead and helpless is sad. This tragedy was so preventable. Dr. Murray should not have been giving Jackson the drug Propofol, which ultimately claimed his life. He bears some responsibility in this.

Last week, the Judiciary Report again disputed Dr. Conrad Murray's claims that the late pop singer, Michael Jackson, administered the fatal dose of the anesthetic Propofol, which led to the star's death. This week, the prosecution in Murray's manslaughter trial, presented clear cut evidence that revealed, Jackson's fingerprints were NOT on the Propofol bottles at the crimes scene. Well, that's your butt, then.

That whole lie Murray concocted and his defense team ran with, defaming a dead man in an attempt to stay out of prison, has been decimated and destroyed. Next we will hear, Jackson, who had so much to live for, namely his children that he spent so much time with and a comeback tour he was so excited about, overdosed himself, cleaned his fingerprints from all the Propofol bottles, so when he died, the police wouldn't know who did it.

Compelling testimony was also provided by hospital cardiologist, Dr. Thao Nguyen, who stated Murray lied about the drugs he gave Jackson, only mentioning Ativan and not Propofol. This sent the doctors in the emergency room in the wrong direction. Nguyen also stated, Murray did not answer her questions regarding the times the drug Ativan was administered to Jackson or when the paramedics were called to the singer's home. Murray told Nguyen, "He did not have any concept of time. He did not have a watch." Not a good trait for a doctor (Murray) to possess.

Dr. Conrad Murray's three girlfriends, Michelle Bella, Sade Anding and Nicole Alvarez, testified for the prosecution today in the Michael Jackson manslaughter trial, regarding the entertainer dying of a pharmaceutical drug overdose. The testimony did not bode well for Murray.

It is alleged, Murray called one of his girlfriends on his mobile phone, while Jackson lay dying from an inappropriately administered Propofol (anesthetic) dosage, outside of a hospital setting, resulting in a deadly overdose. Murray was even having the drug Propofol delivered to the lobby of his girlfriend's apartment building, where anyone could have stolen or tampered with the shipments. He also used the fact that he is Jackson's doctor to impress women he later bedded (girl, don't let him give you Propofol).

The more comes out about this case, the more disturbing it becomes. Murray's conduct is laced with a deceptive unprofessionalism at every turn. It really should not be surprising that something went wrong in his medical treatment of Jackson, as any doctor willing to compromise his ethics in the manner Murray did, by treating insomnia with a potent anesthetic, is going to do other things they should not, which could be detrimental to a patient's health.

On a side note, male television anchors today, commented on how attractive Murray's girlfriends are, implying things about his lifestyle in the process. One has to wonder, how he could manage a successful medical practice...and three young women at the same time.
