Police Officer That Killed Philando Castile To Be Sued By His Family

Joseph Kauser (left) and Jeronimo Yanez (right)

Minnesota police officer, Jeronimo Yanez, is set to be sued by the family of Philando Castile, the innocent man he racially profiled and murdered this past week during a deceitful traffic stop. The Castile family has retained the legal services of television attorney, Judge Glenda Hatchett. Yanez and his partner, Joseph Kauser, stopped Castile, using the lie he had a broken taillight. However, it was later discovered the police officers sent a message to the control center revealing they intended to stop Castile in traffic, as he has a "wide set nose" and could be the man who robbed a store. This was textbook racial profiling. You cannot ask for a more accurate example of racial profiling. It is also the offensive stereotype, "All black people look alike."

Yanez demanded Castile produce his license from his pocket. When Castile reached for his identification, the innocent motorist was shot five times by Yanez. One has to wonder if they were looking for an excuse to kill him. Castile had no felony criminal record (he has driving violations for not wearing a seat belt, speeding) and was gainfully employed in a school cafeteria feeding young kids. Castile followed police instructions, but was killed anyway.

Judge Glenda Hatchett (left) and Valerie Castile at a press conference yesterday announcing the forthcoming lawsuit

Whenever a black man is killed by police, select members of the press like to state the victim had a criminal record, as if this somehow excuses racial profiling and murder (it does not). Well, what's the excuse regarding killing Castile. If Castile was your brother, son or father, you would want justice to be done. Therefore, certain callous people need to stop acting like it's not a big deal. It is a big deal. An innocent man died a horrible death, due to racism and crappy police work.

Once again, as I have stated on this site in the past, as a police officer, why go directly up to someone you believe to be a criminal and engage them in conflict. If I were a police officer, I'd turn on the squad car siren/lights indicating the motorist in question should pull over, then use the loud horn (bullhorn) to state, "Get out of the car, lay down on the ground on your stomach with your hands stretched outward."

Philando Castile dying in his car after being shot by Jeronimo Yanez

It's the same story with Alton Sterling, the black man that was murdered by police in Baton Rouge, Louisiana last week, after a hasty, questionable confrontation. If they believed he was so dangerous, why charge up to him, tase him, tackle him to the ground in a forceful manner, kneel on his hands, then seconds later shoot him in the chest 6 times, while lying he had a gun in his hand. That was outright assault and murder. What kind of crappy police work is that.

It's the same story with Tamir Rice, the 12-year-old that was murdered by police in Ohio. Why drive right up to a child holding a toy gun and within 2-seconds open fire killing the 12-year-old. As stated in the column previously, why did they not maintain a safe distance (The Public Outraged At The Grand Jury Not Returning An Indictment In The Tamir Rice Murder and Blame The Victim?). This nonsensical behavior on the part of some, not all, police officers indicates a serious problem endangering the public.

It's poor police work on the part of some officers. There are police officers who question and even bring people in without incident. However, when you have select officers adding racism, racial profiling, anger and paranoia regarding black people to the mix, preventable tragedies will occur.

Police Kill Man In Front Of Girlfriend And 4-Year-Old Daughter In Unprovoked Murder (Philando Castile Video)

32-year-old Philando Castile, was shot dead in front of his girlfriend and their 4-year-old daughter, during a traffic stop over a broken car taillight in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Castile, a licensed gun owner informed the officer, Jeronimo Yanez, he had a weapon and permit in the vehicle. This is what gun owners are told to do when stopped by law enforcement. The police officer asked Castile for his driver's license. When Castile attempted to reach into his pocket for his driver's license, contained in his wallet, the police officer became agitated. Then, the officer changed his mind told Castile to put his hands in the air and when he peacefully did, the policeman shot Castile 4 times, killing him. This constitutes murder.

Diamond Reynolds, Castile's girlfriend in the passenger seat, quickly began filming and uploading the aftermath of the shooting to her Facebook page, realizing the police officer is corrupt. Reynold's and Castile's 4-year old daughter told her mother, "It's ok. I'm right here with you." Reynolds was then cuffed and she and her 4-year-old daughter taken to the police station. Reynolds and her child were separated at the jail and unlawfully detained for approximately 12-hours and with no food or water, which constitutes civil rights violations. It was absolutely sinister. They had no right to hold Reynolds and her child. The police were also in the wrong separating mother from child.

A police officer illegally confiscated Reynolds phone and engaged in evidence tampering in having the video removed from Facebook. However, many people had already seen the video that was downloaded and began circulating online. Within a short space of time, the video had 1,000,000 plus views. Once again, police behavior in this case was sinister and constitutes evidence tampering. A few hours later, the video was put back online. Castile's mother also stated on CNN that police have been refusing to let her identify her son's body.

Any police officers involved in unlawful behavior in this case, from murder to removing the video from Facebook to unlawfully detaining Reynolds and her daughter, should be brought up on full criminal charges. The whole story is rotten from start to finish. The officer that murdered Castile is unhinged and trigger happy. He should not be a police officer. He should be in prison paying his debt to society for the life he so carelessly took.

Prince Died Of Accidental Fentanyl Pharmaceutical Drug Overdose

Prince

The Midwest Medical Examiner's Office issued a one page report stating the late singer, Prince, died of an accidental Fentanyl pharmaceutical drug overdose. The report did not state underlying medical conditions, which would constitute privacy violations. However, the medical examiner's report does concur with what the Judiciary Report has maintained for weeks, Prince's death was an accident on his part (Vault Of 2,000 Unreleased Prince Songs Opened But Need To Be Protected From Thieves). He was not trying to kill himself. He, like a number of dancers his age, had serious pain issues from hip and knee problems that required replacement surgery. For nearly 40-years, Prince's energetic stage shows and music videos included leaps, jumps, splits, bends and turns, which takes a toll on the body over time. There were many shows that Prince danced just as much as fellow music legend, James Brown.

Sometimes when people are in awful pain, they take more medicine in an attempt to gain physical comfort to do daily activities in the day or get restful sleep at night, but exceed the recommended dosage. As bad as the pain is, you have to follow the doctor's dosage instructions in accordance with pharmaceutical drug manufacturer guidelines. If your pain becomes that severe, go back to the doctor, who can give you a referral to see a pain management specialist to find a more suitable medical regiment that will not imperil your life and health.

Prince

Just two months ago the Judiciary Report covered the story of stripper-turned-judge, Diane Hampton, who also had a Fentanyl overdose. She was a university educated woman with a law degree, yet she overdosed on Fentanyl, due to the severe pain that accompanies sepsis, which is blood poisoning (Stripper Turned Judge Died Of Pharmaceutical Drug Overdose and Stripper Turned Judge Found Dead In Nevada).

When people get sick. The pain can get pretty intense. Most don't think they can die from a pharmaceutical drug overdose, but it has happened to many people. It's not that the pharmaceutical drugs are bad, as many have provided great relief and regulated maladies within the body. However, some pharmaceutical drugs are more powerful than others and can cause liver damage, respiratory failure and stop the heart, if taken to excess in violation of doctor's orders and that of the drug manufacturer. Most drug makers have done extensive studies and clinical trials regarding their products. They know the side effects of each drug and the dosage the body can safely tolerate. Be careful and follow your doctor's instructions. I wish you all good health.

Over 700 People Have Come Forward Claiming To Be Related To Or The Mother Of The Children Of The Late Singer Prince

Prince

In what is thoughtless behavior, over 700 people have come forward claiming to be related to the late singer Prince or the mothers of his children. Prince died at his Paisley Park home and recording studio in Minneapolis, Minnesota on April 21, 2016 and no will was found. Ever since then, opportunistic people have been coming out of the woodwork making fraudulent claims, in bids at gaining a share of his estimated $100,000,000 fortune.

Prince did not father children by many women nor is he related to half the planet (his former wife Mayte Garcia gave birth to a babies that died within a week and then miscarried a second child). An overwhelming majority of the people coming forward with these claims have never even met Prince. These claims are costly and outrageous. Lawyers for Prince's estate and the administrator need to put their foot down, via making it plainly clear, if anyone files a fraudulent claim, they will be arrested and prosecuted. If they fail to get serious regarding these fraudulent claims, the estate will lose millions of dollars in trying to sort out baseless paternity and DNA claims.

Side Bar: Previously, Prince thought he was of Italian ancestry, due to questions surrounding his maternal grandfather's ethnicity. Towards the end of his life, Prince discovered he was not of Italian ancestry. His parents roots lay in New Orleans, Louisiana, which has many people of black and French descent. Prince's father was black. His mother was black as well, but of mixed ancestry, leading many to believe she was Creole. Therefore, it appears Prince was of African and French ancestry.

EXCLUSIVE: The gold rush begins! 700 people claim to be Prince's siblings as judge rules DNA samples be taken from the music legend's blood to verify claims

Published: 11:06 EST, 7 May 2016 | Updated: 17:37 EST, 7 May 2016 - Nearly 700 men and women from all over the United States have rushed to claim they are Prince’s long-lost half sibling as the dash to get a share of his fortune that could top $1billion heats up. But only one looks likely to have a shot at proving she is actually a blood relative of the singer whose sudden April 21 death shocked the music world, the man who is leading the official hunt for relatives tells Daily Mail Online in an exclusive interview.

‘Our phone has been ringing off the hook, I would say we have received between 600 and 700 calls,’ Harvey Morse said. ‘They run the gamut, literally from “We lived in the same area so we must be related", to “We have pictures of Prince at our family reunion".' Prince’s estate (pictured above is his Paisley Park mansion) is estimated to be worth $300million, but it could increase to $1billion. ‘But I like official documents,’ he added. ‘Birth, marriage, death, divorce certificates, census records, that sort of thing - papers that were drawn up without any thought of this eventuality.’...

On Friday, Judge Kevin Eade, who is overseeing the estate, issued an order in Carver County, Minnesota, allowing for DNA samples to be taken from Prince’s blood to help verify claims, giving those who believe they are related four months in which to file. He ordered that blood be transferred from the Midwest Medical Examiner Office in Ramsey, Minnesota, where the autopsy was conducted, to a DNA diagnostic center in Fairfield, Ohio...

Heir Hunters International, another company that specializes in finding long-lost relatives has claimed that it has found Prince’s son, but Morse said he doubts that is true. ‘If that was the case I would have expected them to have been in court on Monday establishing their case, but they weren’t there. We were,’ he said.

Morse said Prince’s estate could take years to sort out. ‘Bob Marley also died without a will,’ he pointed out. ‘He died 35 years ago and settlement of his estate is still ongoing. ‘The lesson to take from all this is “Make a will,”‘ he said. ‘But lots of people don’t, either because they think they’re immortal, they don’t want to think about death or they put it off, saying they will do it tomorrow, but the truck comes down the road today.’...

Reports Indicate Singer Prince Left No Will

Prince

Legendary singer/musician/songwriter Prince died on April 21, 2016. He was cremated this past weekend and a private ceremony was held at his Paisley Park recording studio and home in Minnesota to remember his storied life. Reports indicate Prince left no will. His estate is worth approximately $100,000,000. Paisley Park and its contents is worth an estimated $10,000,000.

As Prince was a songwriter, he left behind a fortune in music. Prince's sister, Tyka Nelson, who is also a singer, is his heir. Tyka is also a mother. My advice to Tyka is this, get a good lawyer and call all the shots yourself (be careful, Warner Bros and Sony Music, are known in legal circles for bribing lawyers and judges). Set up a trust regarding Prince's estate. Prince, like me, had legal fights with the record label Warner Bros, which is a greedy, evil, unscrupulous company. The only worse one in the entertainment industry is Sony Music.  Prince stated Warner Bros made him feel like a "slave" (he wrote it on his face) and it's the exact same way they have made me feel.

Inside Prince's gorgeous Paisley Park studios

Do not sell off Prince's music catalog. He fought to keep as much ownership of it as possible. He wouldn't want certain music industry people owning it. There are some greedy psychopaths in the entertainment industry circling, as they know he has died and will seek to prey upon you and your family to rip his catalog from your hands. Do not let them do that. I know how evil they can be. Therefore, be careful and protect yourself.

Prince would not want other musicians, especially those he did not approve of, traipsing through his record studios and making music there. It would have devastated him in life. Do not let this happen to him in death. However, I don't think he would mind the public visiting it to take a look at where he made his hits. I think he would like that.

Prince's sister, singer Tyka

Prince was also very particular about who he licensed his music to for other works. He was not into music with violent themes and other negative messages. Do not authorize such singers or rappers to sample his work. He wasn't even a fan of the sampling to begin with, as he was a real songwriter/musician who could compose music from scratch, which is sadly no longer the norm in music. Don't allow movie producers to place his music in films of a twisted or negative nature.

Prince left behind unreleased music. Make sure to properly secure the copyrights in America. The rest of the world immediately recognizes a copyright the moment it is authored in accordance with United Nations laws, via the Berne Convention (time stamps help to secure authorship dates, regarding who did what first in the vent a dispute arises). However, in America the law requires you pay the Copyright Office a fee, in violation of international law, to protect your copyrights on U.S. shores which grants you the right to sue in federal court, in the event they are infringed. If you choose to release Prince's unreleased songs, do it through your own record company.

Millions Send Their Condolences On The Death Of Singer Prince

Prince

Minneapolis music legend, Prince, real name Prince Rogers Nelson, has died (April 21, 2016). He was 57. The singer was found unresponsive in an elevator at his sprawling Paisley Park home and recording studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota. Days prior to his death, Prince’s private plane was diverted to take him to a nearby hospital, as he had been struggling with the flu for several weeks. It is not normal to have the flu for several weeks, which was an indicator something else was wrong, rebooting it in his system.

Prince's Paisley Park home and recording studio complex

TMZ is reporting Prince was treated for an opiate drug overdose this past Friday at a hospital in Illinois and had been seen going to the pharmacy (chemist) four times in the week. TMZ contacted the pharmacy, where an employee informed them Prince looked weak and frail.

The biracial singer’s career spanned 40-years. Some mainstream stars fake it in the music industry, but Prince was legitimately talented. He was one of the true multi-instrumentalists, playing 20 instruments. Prince also sold over 100,000,000 records worldwide and is a seven time Grammy recipient.

Prince and Vanity

Prince had many highs and lows in his personal life. In the 1980s Prince found love with beautiful Canadian singer/actress, Vanity, real name Denise Matthews. Prince saw her as his soulmate and mirror image, which is why he named her Vanity. The couple engaged in wild partying and massive drug use. They parted ways a few years later. Ironically, Vanity died this year at age 57 as well.

Prince and Mayte

In the 1990s, Prince fell in love with and married dancer, Mayte Garcia. Their relationship was plagued by tragedy, as their son Boy Gregory died after living one week. The baby was born with Pfeiffer syndrome, which is a skull defect that also affects the fingers and toes, creating a webbed appearance. The bones in the skull fuse together too early and dominantly during pregnancy, creating severe disability that is sometimes incompatible with life. Garcia became pregnant again. However, it ended in a miscarriage. The sadness of losing both babies devastated the couple, who ended up divorcing.

Prince

The early years of Prince’s career were quite raunchy. However, like Vanity, Prince became a Christian in his latter years, realizing the negativity in the entertainment industry and how it impacts the public (Vanity became a minister). During an awards acceptance speech, Prince stated of the negativity in the industry, "I do not want to be apart of the problem." He made a conscious effort to set a better example for audiences, making cleaner music, dressing appropriately and promoting positive things.

Prince's sister singer Tyka

Prince leaves behind several brothers and sisters. Prince’s sister, 55-year-old Tyka Nelson posted on Facebook, "That U 4 loving my brother! He LOVED playing his music and I KNOW he loved U 2." Prince and Vanity died without children for a legacy, but they will be remembered. May they rest in peace.

Terrorists Call For Attacks On Western Malls

Mall Of America

The terrorist group Al-Shabaab released a video to the internet calling for lone wolf and organized deadly attacks on the Mall of America in Minnesota, Westfield Mall in London, England and West Edmonton Mall in Canada. The world governments of the corresponding nations the malls are located in have taken note of the video and are being vigilant.

Mall Of America

The video brags about the September 2013 Al Shabaab's attack on upscale  Westgate mall in Nairobi, Kenya. The terrorist tortured innocent people during the four day siege that left 68 people dead and extensive damage to the property. The British, American and Canadian governments should maintain a military presence at the malls in question, to act as a deterrent and preemptive maneuver, as well as a tactical move, in the event, God forbid, something should happen. At the end of the day, people can't live their lives in fear of terrorism. Go about your lives and business.

Chris Brown

Billboard magazine is reporting Chris Brown and Trey Songz current "Beneath The Sheets" tour is suffering from sluggish sales In America. A tour stop that was scheduled for Minneapolis has been cancelled due to poor sales, which is a matter of concern to the promoter. Other scheduled dates are suffering from less than stellar sales.

Trey Songz

Brown and Songz have current hits in release. However, could low ticket sales be due to the controversies surrounding Brown, who was in jail last year and been cited for probation violations and Trey Songz being named as the reason Money Team member, Earl Hayes, shot his wife, "Hit The Floor" star, Stephanie Moseley, then turned the gun on himself, due to their affair.

Chris Brown Cancels Minneapolis Date for 'Unspecified' Reasons

By Andrew Flanagan | February 10, 2015 1:03 PM EST - Chris Brown recently canceled his headlining show at Minneapolis' Target Center arena due to unspecified "scheduling conflicts," according to the Star Tribune. The real reason, however, may have been poor ticket sales. The show, with an attendance cap of around 20,000, had only moved about 3,500 tickets, according to Billboard's sources. This appeared to be the case with most dates on the tour. The show had originally been rescheduled before being canceled after Brown violated his probation.

This Man Was Elected To Congress

This country is in a lot of trouble!

Al Franken

AP Article:

No joke: Al Franken takes his new job seriously

WASHINGTON (AP) — So, did you hear the one about the comedian who spent a whole day on Capitol Hill and told no jokes?

Democrat Al Franken arrived in Washington on Monday content to be as mundane in the Senate as he was brazen in his previous job as a "Saturday Night Live" performer.

Forget funny. Soon after he showed up in a Senate hallway with Majority Leader Harry Reid, Franken made clear his new schtick is serious senator from Minnesota.
