TMZ is reporting singer Bobby Brown is not invited to the funeral of ex-wife, Whitney Houston, as her mother Cissy Houston does not want him there. This is similar to what occurred regarding the late singer, Amy Winehouse, whose dad, jazz vocalist, Mitch Winehouse, did not want her ex-husband, Blake Fielder Civil at her funeral. Her dad and many others blamed Fielder for Winehouse's addiction, as he bragged in an interview, he introduced the weed smoking singer, to hard drugs, such as crack cocaine and heroin and heavy drinking.

It is also being said Brown is not being allowed to see his child with Houston, 18-year-old Bobbi Kristina Brown, who is taking her mother's death extremely hard. Bobby Brown has labeled TMZ's claims "inaccurate." However, there has been a history of tension between Brown and the Houston family. Brown wanted to manage Houston during the peak of her career, but her parents did not want him to oversee her finances, as the couple was spending very lavishly and Brown had already gone broke by that time, losing his $20,000,000 fortune. Houston was the breadwinner. They were also angry at reports he introduced her to hard drugs and was seen publicly hitting her on two occasions.

Whitney Houston Is The Latest Hollywood Star To Die Under Tragic Circumstances
Reports Indicate Whitney Houston Has Lost All Of Her Money And Is Asking For Donations

Whitney Houston at her prime in the 1980s
Dying at age 48, in good health, alone in a bathtub, is not natural causes. But here we have it again, another Hollywood star has died early and under tragic circumstances. Award winning singer Whitney Houston passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in California. She was found naked in the bathtub, with her head underwater and strong pharmaceutical drugs and alcohol in her system. Empty and partially depleted pill bottles were found in her hotel suite, along with an open champagne bottle and Heineken beer can. She was 48-years-old. For years the Judiciary Report has warned against mixing certain medications and drinking alcohol during said times as well.

Houston became the most famous female singer in the world beginning in 1985, on a string of number one hits and albums, the likes of which has not been seen since. Due to the range and quality of her great voice, in tandem with her unprecedented music success in the mainstream, she is the top female vocalist America has ever produced. Houston was the Queen of Pop and the Queen of R&B.

After the first 7-years of unprecedented success for Houston, with fame came challenges - namely heavy drug and alcohol abuse being introduced into her life, with her marriage to Bobby Brown in 1992 (sorry, Bobby, but it's true). Many commented that prior to Brown, Houston was alert, on time for events and did more career work. However, that changed when she got married and people publicly commented on and wrote about it.

Over the years, the Judiciary Report and its sister sites have chronicled Houston's troubles, with the wish she would get better. Several months ago, on July 25. 2011, the Judiciary Report wrote of similarities between British powerhouse vocalist and addict, Amy Winehouse, who died at age 27 in 2011 and Houston, as both struggled with drug and alcohol addicted husbands, which eventually led to their own demise (Amy Winehouse Died In Bed).

Whitney Houston and daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown in the 1990s
A day and a half prior to her death, Houston was seen in a daze with a slit wrist and blood on her legs, as she departed club Tru in Los Angeles. Days prior she was also seen with rapper Ray-J, who sorry to say, has been a bad influence on the women he dates (see: Kim Kardashian, who he sold out for $1,000,000). When I saw a photo of Houston with Ray-J several days ago, I got a bad feeling.

Media Take Out ran an article the day before Houston died claiming she had slit her wrist and was bleeding in the club (see next photo)
However, at the end of the day, Houston, just like everyone else in life, is responsible for their choices. But bad company does not help. As the Bible says, "Bad company ruins good morals." Houston had a lot of bad company, such as Ray-J, R. Kelly and other hangers-on that facilitated destructive habits she acquired in Hollywood and negative choices that were rendered. Brown has been a bad influence for many years as well and their divorce was very acrimonious, but credit to him, he has received help in turning his life around over the past couple years. How long it lasts is up to him.

Blood on Houston's leg after leaving the club, allegedly from slitting her wrist, as shown in previous picture
Every album Houston released was a success, except for her last CD, 2009's "I Look To You." It was the first flop of her career. The songs produced by Alicia Keys and R. Kelly were unoriginal and uninspired, leading to Houston's first bomb on the charts. The CD was also poorly received by the public, as discussed on CNN this past Saturday. Subsequent touring resulted in disaster as well, as Houston's voice kept giving out and she became sick, which lead to disgruntled concert-goers.
Houston's final performance on stage at Kelly Price's Grammy party
Even her final appearance, which occurred last week, in which she sang a duet with Kelly Price, it is evident her voice had been seriously damage from years of drug and alcohol abuse. It was not intentional, as Houston loved to sing, but a side effect of hardcore drug use that many singers have found out about the hard way. Weeks before she died, there were also rumors that Houston had gone broke (Reports Indicate Whitney Houston Has Lost All Of Her Money And Is Asking For Donations). Things were not well with Houston. All the signs were there.

Houston's body being removed from her suite at the Beverly Hilton Hotel
Houston is survived by her daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown, who was hospitalized twice in the hours proceeding her mother's death. The two were very close. Bobbi Kristina Brown and her dad also struggle with hard drug and alcohol abuse and need to view Houston's death in part as a wake up call, lest they pass prematurely as well. No human is invincible.

Brandi and her brother Ray-J, who Houston was seen dating days before she died. Did the two break up again.
Side Bar: Once again, another Sony Music star has died under strange and tragic circumstances, where the artist is worth more dead than alive. What fortuitous timing for struggling Sony, suffering under massive revenue declines (Latoya Jackson: Sony Murdered Michael Jackson). Two of the biggest stars in the country gone...

Singer Amy Winehouse Found Dead At Age 27
Nick Carter's Sister Leslie Carter Found Dead At Age 25

Amy Winehouse
"Lioness: Hidden Treasures" the posthumous album of singer, Amy Winehouse, who died this past summer at the age of 27 from alcohol poisoning, has topped the charts in her native Britain. It is a bittersweet occurrence. Winehouse is gone to the grave from her own vices, which sadly consumed her and inadvertently negatively influenced other young men and women as well. Hard drugs and hard drinking had become apart of her act.

Winehouse and her contemporaries such as Pete Doherty in Britain, Lil Wayne and Rihanna in America, have set a very negative example for their fans, via drug and alcohol abuse. I'm not trying to knock Amy, as I'd hoped for the best for her, when she tried to dry out in the Caribbean, but I can't help but think she fell victim to the image she promoted. It became expected of her and due to those low expectations the industry placed on her, she wasn't afraid to fail at giving up on those vices.

When Winehouse first started her career with the debut CD "Frank" she was this healthy, pretty looking Jewish girl, who was unequivocally the best mainstream female singer in modern music. But then, like so many before her, she fell in with the wrong people in the entertainment industry and it cost her so much via what was brought into her environment.

Her boyfriend, who then became her husband, introduced her to hard drugs and she also began to drink more. It took a toll on her appearance, as she became gaunt, anorexic and frail, her skin erupted in sores and she began losing her teeth. She became a different person.

Amy strung out on drugs and alcohol was like a completely different person
The drugs and alcohol so took over, she was seen snorting on stage and drinking alcohol during the middle of shows. My advice to those thinking about trying drugs thinking it looks cool or will make them feel good, is do not do it. Remember Amy and what it did to her life. Some of you do not have the make up to be moderate drinkers either, as one small drink will not do and could prove the gateway to a life of alcoholism...or one cut short by it.

Are Unfounded
Amy Winehouse
Initially, a few papers reported that late singer, Amy Winehouse, died of a drug overdose, as she was allegedly seen purchasing a variety of drugs the night before she died in London, England. However, a coroner ruled this week that Winehouse died of alcohol poisoning, as she was 5 times over the legal limit. In short, no illegal drugs were found in her system. Winehouse drank herself to death. What a tragic waste of life and great musical talent.

Toxicology reports are in on talented, Grammy Award winning, British singer, Amy Winehouse, who died last month of a suspected drug overdose. The report stated no illegal drugs were found in her system. However, pharmaceutical drugs have not been ruled out and alcohol was found in her system.

The Mirror tabloid published stories stating, Winehouse was seen purchasing the narcotics Ecstasy, cocaine, marijuana and Ketamine, an oft abused horse tranquilizer, the night before she died in Camden, North London. This claim has been dealt a serious blow with the release of this week’s toxicology report.
Further tests are being conducted to ascertain whether a mix of alcohol and pharmaceutical meds killed the gifted young singer, who passed away at the tender age of 27. Her death is so sad. Winehouse had so much to live for, but like many in her situation, she just didn‘t realize it.

Side Bar: Doesn't Winehouse look a bit like Bette Midler, who also sings very well. Ironically, Midler did go through a drinking and drug problem as well, but was able to beat it. Midler also played a Janis Joplin type character in the film "The Rose." Joplin famously overdosed at age 27. Many have noted similarities between Joplin and Winehouse's voices as well.

Talk about grave robbers. The family of the late singer Amy Winehouse, is reporting someone stole her song notebook and guitar from her Camden home, after her death. The notebook contained unreleased song in the form of lyrics, which are quite valuable.
Only an industry person could truly benefit from such a theft, because why would a real fan steal something of that order to keep it to themself. The songbook would be useful to someone in the entertainment world, whether it be a writer, producer, label executive or singer pretending to be a songwriter - and the industry is full of such frauds, who would pay cut-rate prices to criminals, to get their greedy hands on other people's copyrights, via commissioned burglaries, among other things. Winehouse's family need to secure her computer as well.

The funeral for British singer, Amy Winehouse, was held in London, England today, as the singer was found dead on Saturday, July 23, 2011, of a suspected drug overdose. Dozens of Winehouse's family and friends, came out to pay their respects and bid her farewell.

Crowds gather outside the funeral
Winehouse's ex-husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, who publicly admitted he introduced the once healthy singer to heroin and crack-cocaine, marking a massive downward spiral in her life and career, was barred from the funeral by her family and denied permission to leave prison to attend the funeral.

No official cause of death has been determined at this time, due to the autopsy being branded "inconclusive." Standard toxicology tests are underway, with the results expected in several weeks. Winehouse leaves behind an estate worth millions and numerous unreleased songs.

Amy Winehouse's family and friends
Her story should serve as a sobering reminder to many of the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse, as Winehouse had so much to live for, but due to not embracing the importance of remaining sober, lost her life. This really is a tragic waste of life, because as accomplished as she was in her chosen profession, there was still so much more she could have done over time, with the talents God gave her. Drug and alcohol abuse brought it to a halt.

Amy Winehouse's back up singers
It is full time the entertainment industry started doing more to keep artists drug free. It is ridiculous the number of entertainers that have overdosed. The National Basketball Association in America has taken a proactive role in educating athletes on the dangers of fame and wealth. It's time the music, film and television industries in Britain and America do the same.

Lindsay Lohan
Will fallen actress, Lindsay Lohan, 24, go the way of deceased singer, Amy Winehouse, 27, due to rampant drug abuse and alcoholism. Lohan has a recklessness about her, in not caring about the consequences of her choices. Lohan has thrown away her career and personal life, over drinking and drugs.

Lindsay Lohan
Ironically, the judicial system in Los Angeles, has become one of her enablers, in slapping her on the wrist for serious criminal behavior and chronic drug and alcohol infractions of the law, rather than dealing with her conduct in a just manner.

Amy Winehouse died of a suspected drug overdose
A good six months to one year in prison, would have corresponded to her numerous charges and probation violations, which have accumulated over the past few years. It would have given Lohan adequate time to dry out and face sobriety head on, rather than pretending for a few days.

Amy Winehouse being taken to the morgue
Instead, Lohan spent hours and days, not months, behind bars and each time she was released, she would go right back to the bad behavior that got her in trouble in the first place. This did her no favors, as just yesterday, she was pictured looking drunk and high, whilst coming out of a night club.

British singer, Amy Winehouse, died alone in bed at age 27, after a suspected drug overdose. Reports state, on Friday, July 22, 2011, Winehouse, who is an alcoholic, was seen buying the narcotics ecstasy, cocaine, heroin and ketamine (horse tranquilizer) in the hours leading up to her death. A half a day later, on Saturday, July 23, 2011, Winehouse was found dead by her security guard, shortly before noon.
It is important to note, taking drugs and alcohol during the same time period can lead to death. Attorney, Robert Shapiro, was grief stricken, when his son, Brent Shapiro, took half an ecstasy tablet with one alcoholic drink and died from doing so. Many recreational users and addicts, are not aware of the dangers.

It is ironic that someone with so much to live for, died so young and in a preventable tragedy. She had made millions through her singing career, with 5 Grammys on her shelf, along with a lucrative recording contract and a new album in the pipeline.
However, her refusal to come to terms with the fact she needed to get clean and sober, ultimately cost Winehouse her life. It was clear from interviews, Winehouse did not grasp the importance of staying drug free and what the end result could be.

Amy Winehouse
Winehouse had so abused her body with drugs, she became weak, sick and emaciated, making her resistance to the effects of drugs very low. A few years ago, she overdosed, but lived. Maybe it made her think she was invincible, when no human has that privilege.
Her dad, jazz vocalist, Mitch Winehouse, blamed her ex-husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, for her addictions, as the young man stated in an interview, he introduced the singer to heroin and crack cocaine. Paparazzi photos revealed the difference in Winehouse before and after she met Civil. The deterioration and addiction are apparent.

Amy Winehouse's lifeless body being carried to the morgue
You'd be surprised to learn how many people start taking drugs, due to a partner with a habit (Whitney Houston, Natalie Cole, Mary J. Blige). But the key is to fight to get and stay clean.
There is also another factor present - trying to live up to an image of what an entertainer should be. The Hollywood glamorization of addiction and the so-called tortured artist is pure rubbish. To some, those cigarettes look cool in your mouth, until they give you cancer. To some, that drink looks cool in your hand, until it gives you cirrhosis. To some, that cocaine on a plate looks cool, until it claims your life. It's better to be uncool and alive, than die prematurely with unfulfilled potential.

Amy Winehouse
British singer and five time Grammy Award winner, Amy Winehouse, was discovered dead yesterday in her Camden, North London apartment. Paramedics pronounced her dead upon their arrival to her home. For years the gifted vocalist battled drug and alcohol problems that not only hampered her personal life, but her career as well.

Winehouse sought solace in Kabbalah and for years refused to adhere to a full and proper rehab regimen, masking her pain with drugs, alcohol and cigarettes. It is a terrible tragedy that a young woman with so much to live for, has passed so suddenly and under such circumstances. It is regrettable Winehouse did not get the help she needed and fell in with people only out to exploit her due to her fame. They were her enablers as well. The Judiciary Report sends its condolences to her family, as this is undoubtedly a tragic loss for them.
