People Coming Out The Woodwork Claiming They Are Prince's Relatives To Get A Share Of The Deceased Singer's Millions

Prince

As was to be expected, any time a notable person dies, who had money and or other valuable assets, people come out the woodwork claiming to be relatives entitled to a cut of their estate. Rarely are the claims true. Weeks after Prince's death, a woman has come forward claiming to be his half-sister, but none of his other siblings know about her. A man has also come forward claiming to be Prince's son, who was born from flings the singer allegedly had with his mother.

Prince

If claims are genuine, so be it. However, if claims and others of said nature that will likely arise, are fraudulent, this is flagrant. A family has lost a loved one. Let them grieve in peace and work on resolving issues regarding a complex estate. Furthermore, why wait until Prince died to come forward and make the claims.

Rihanna Is After Famous Married Singer/Songwriter...

Rihanna

I've received a scoop from one of my sources responsible for some of my site exclusives that later proved true eand it’s about vocally challenged singer, Rihanna. The failure of her current album “Anti” that bombed on the charts and in the sales department, has created the first flop of her career. It has mushroomed into other problems, such as poor ticket sales for her current concert tour that Samsung has partially underwritten and is getting burned by (Rihanna ‘Anti’ Tour Opens To Half Empty Arena Due To Massive Sales Decline).

Samsung expected a good return on their investment and massive exposure to many concertgoers around the world, but that's not happening. Rihanna's ticket sales are low and nowhere near that of other modern entertainers such as Adele, Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber. Furthermore, the sales scandal surrounding Rihanna and Tidal has brought all involved bad publicity.

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen

Rihanna slept with several songwriters and producers in getting the "Anti" album completed (some of whom gave the secret away online) and it simply did not produce any hits this time, whereas in the past it secured her number ones on the charts. As "Anti" is a sales and chart failure, the label and her management are already looking to Rihanna's next album in an attempt to salvage her career.

Rihanna has a known habit of having sex with industry producers, songwriters, entertainers and executives, married or single, for career advancement. It is what her entire career has been built on. I was informed Rihanna has set her sights on a new target to seduce for help with her career...and he is married. Rihanna has set her sights on married Grammy award winning singer/songwriter, John Legend, whom she has a crush on.

Future and Ciara when they were engaged

This is foul. Legend is married to model, Chrissy Teigen, who loves him and is pregnant with his baby. Rihanna needs to leave him alone. Rihanna similarly targeted rapper Future, who was engaged to her music rival, Ciara, a woman that was also pregnant at the time. Rihanna's cheating with Future and in public places, led to Ciara calling off the engagement (Singer Ciara Calls Off Engagement To Rapper Future Over His Cheating With Rihanna And Others). Rihanna was also having sex with music producer The Dream while he was married to others, in exchange for songs. He even bragged about having sex with her because she is famous and has been getting passed around the industry. And Rihanna is still having sex with rapper Jay Z, who is married to singer Beyonce (Solange is gonna beat that butt again - stay out of elevators Joe Camel/Jay Z).

Most women are happy for others when they find someone. It's great seeing people find a soulmate. However, some women are cruel and revel in causing others heartbreak by messing up their relationships. In closing, ticking off a female supermodel is not a good idea. They are usually hungry and hungry people can get very vicious (LOL). Seriously, Rihanna needs to leave that man alone.

Son Of Sony Executive Dangerously Hooked On Drugs And Needs Rehab To Save His Life

The son of a multi-millionaire Sony Music executive, is hooked on drugs and in danger of overdosing. I'm not a fan of Sony Music, but I feel sorry for the son of this executive, who was a recording artist. His son is in his mid-twenties and trying to follow in his dad's footsteps in the industry, which is not easy due to the number of careers he has launched. Too much pressure is being placed on him by people in the industry. In trying to achieve what his father has in the music industry, he has been hanging around some dangerous, drug addicted entertainers, some with criminal records. He has picked up some of their drug habits.

In trying to keep up with that crowd and gain their approval for his career as an industry executive, he has become hooked on drugs. I was alerted to this recently and thought it quite regrettable. I'm saddened to learn about it, as he is a nice person (so is his mom) and I don't want anything bad to happen to him. Sadly, he's being led astray by a vicious industry that chews people up and spits them out. His parents need to get him into an intensive rehab program to save his life. He does not need to fall into the drug cycle Bobbi Kristina Brown did, which led to her being taken advantage of in acts that ended in her premature death.

Side Bar: I don't want to name names in this article, because I don't want to embarrass the people involved. However, said executive reads this column and his situation at Sony is unique enough for him to know it's his son.

Kelly Price Files For Divorce From Cheating Husband

Kelly Price

R&B singer, Kelly Price, who was criticized for her behavior on the show "R&B Divas LA" which included her husband, Jeffrey Rolle, has filled for divorce. The singer/songwriter and Rolle have been married for 20-years and have two grown children. For years, rumors have persisted in the entertainment industry about Rolle, who is Price's manager, cheating on her and using her money to buy gifts for his mistresses. Price never confirmed or denied the rumors. However, their current divorce will only add fuel to the fire. Price has also fired Rolle as her manager.

Kelly Price and Jeffrey Rolle

Price's image took a serious hit from "R&B Divas LA" as a public backlash ensued over her treatment of her co-stars on the show. Price later claimed she did so on the orders of producers to create ratings. However, none of the producers confirmed her claims, neither did her co-stars. One thing is for certain, the show was better with Price, as she became the villain people tuned in to bash, but it obviously became too much for her.

Pitbull's Song 'Fun' Featuring Chris Brown Rips Off ‘Conga’ By Gloria Estefan And The Miami Sound Machine Who Were Not Given Credit Or Payment (Videos)

Pitbull and Chris Brown performing "Fun"

Yesterday at the Billboard Music Awards, Miami rapper, Pitbull, performed his song "Fun" featuring singer Chris Brown. Pitbull has released a song "Fun" produced by Miami producers The Monsters And The Strangerz that sounds an awful lot like the big 1985 hit "Conga" by fellow Miamians and Cuban-Americans, Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine.

A search online regarding the song reveals no songwriter's credit or sampling credit for "Fun" has been given to Enrique E. Garcia who wrote Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine's "Conga." Both "Conga" and the later released "Fun" have very similar beats and melodies. The songs also share a few mutual lyrics especially the hook:

Pitbull (2015): "Loosen up your body baby, come undone"

Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine (1985): "Come and shake your body baby"
2015's "Fun" by Pitbull

1985's "Conga"

Album credits for Pitbull's "Globalization" which contains the song "Fun" do not give any credit to the songwriters of Gloria Estefan's preexisting song "Conga"

Pitbull and Chris Brown Bring ‘Fun’ to 2015 Billboard Music Awards [VIDEO]

May 18, 2015 12:58 AM - Pitbull brought Miami to Las Vegas at the Billboard Music Awards while Chris Brown delivered the moves during their performance of “Fun” on Sunday night (May 17). Channeling Michael Jackson as he often does, Breezy, dressed in a crimson-colored shiny suit, christened the stage before Pit descended from the “rooftop.” The set was built to resemble the type of scenery one might see on South Beach.

Spitting in both English and Spanish, the Globalization creator got the crowd jumping in their seats and maintained the high energy throughout the performance. The two even hit a couple of merengue steps together. “Loosen up your body baby, come undone,” Brown sang pleadingly, while fans in the audience happily obliged.

Before CB joined forces with Pitbull for “Fun,” he graced the red carpet with a surprising date. The singer brought along his 10-month-old daughter Royalty to experience her first awards show. Looks like Breezy decided to create his own Bring Your Daughter to Work Day.

Jay Z Is A Pimp (Rihanna And Rita Ora)

Jay Z Rapped "Big Pimping" And He's Not Lying

 Jay Z

Rapper turned music exec Jay Z likes to brag that he is a businessman, but he has so many lawsuits for copyright and trademark theft, it’s hard to believe his claims. Case in point, the Judiciary Report received a credible tip about Jay Z from a source responsible for some of the site’s exclusives that were later proven true and the rapper’s conduct resembles that of a pimp when it comes to female stars he works with such as Rihanna and Rita Ora.

Jay Z and Rita Ora

At times during their careers, to get certain Hollywood executives both in music and film to give them career favors, Jay Z has sent the aforementioned singers, among others, to industry bigwigs with the orders “Take care of him.” My source revealed “take care of him” is Jay Z’s term for sex. He has been pimping out Rihanna and Rita Ora to industry men in exchange for career favors. He’s also sent women he has worked with after unsuspecting athletes for publicity. By definition, that’s a pimp.

Jay Z and Rihanna

Multi-platinum music producer Dallas Austin once reference to this unsavory industry practice as “f***ing for tracks” where female singers and rappers have sex with writers and producers in exchange for working with them and giving them hits. In the film and television industry it is known as the casting couch. Something Rihanna has been on as well. Look for a forthcoming Judiciary Report article on Rihanna and her unsavory career exploits...

Justin Bieber Snubbed By The Grammys Leading His Manager To Slam Them

Justin Bieber and Scooter Braun

Pop singer Justin Bieber is dejected today, as he discovered he has been snubbed by the Grammy Awards, after pushing for a record number of nominations. Bieber's manager Scooter Braun went on a rant regarding the Grammy committee overlooking him, "This time there wont be any wise words, no excuses, I just plain disagree. The kid deserved it. Grammy board you blew it on this one...This time he deserved to be recognized and I don't really have any kind nice positive things to say about a decision I don't agree with."

Me personally, after seeing the process firsthand in dealing with the Grammy committee, regarding a deceased music legend I tried to get on the ballot in an appropriate category a few years ago, who started his own form of music, reggae, wrote and produced more music than most and discovered and signed Bob Marley (Clement Coxsone Dodd, my late godmother's husband), I can say in all honesty before God I would not want a Grammy.

It's complete rubbish. The process is pure foolishness. Never again. It is rigged. Furthermore, when you see who constantly wins, artists with little or no talent, who are constantly and credibly sued for committing copyright infringement, it invalidates the entire award.

When you find out the level of music industry politics that goes into it and the sheer number of butts you have to kiss, it is not worth it. The nominations and voting process for the award is so suspect. It's who you know (and bow to and often in more ways than one) not what you do (music, talent ect). I've been telling you guys that on the site for years...

Toni Braxton Made A Confession That One Of Her Love Songs Was Actually About Smoking Weed

Tamar Braxton and Toni Braxton

Grammy winning R&B singer Toni Braxton made a somewhat stunning confession to her fans this week, stating her song "You're Making Me High" is actually about smoking marijuana, not being in love. One should have been able to tell from the title that is what she was singing about, but people did not expect that from her. Braxton recently stated she had smoked her first marijuana joint and then wrote the song with Babyface.

I didn't buy the CD featuring "You're Making Me High" as her image had grown too raunchy for me at that point and unnecessarily so. I preferred Braxton's debut CD, which was her best release, as it featured the songs "Seven Whole Days" and "Breathe Again" (seriously, were you not going to "breathe again" if the guy didn't come back - okay, no one is that special).

Usher Sued Again For Copyright Infringement Over Stealing Song

Usher (right) wearing a Kabbalah cult bracelet

Sony Music singer Usher has been sued for once again stealing other people's music. Previously, Usher was exposed for stealing music from the television show "The Simpsons." Usher was also sued twice for stealing other people's music and taking credit and payment for him, gardening him awards that are undeserved. He's even brazenly stolen music from a famous artist in another country. Usher has also been connected with online claims by a known musician who publicly stated his protégé Justin Bieber was given credit for writing music that had already been written and copyrighted by said female songwriter.

This time around, a Florida man named Aubrey Davis, who performs under the moniker, DJ Mixx, has sued Usher for copyright infringement. According to TMZ, DJ Mixx, copyrighted a beat titled "Let's Go" and shopped it around the music industry, looking for lyricist to work with him. DJ Mixx states Usher re-copyrighted the beat, which is a crime, under his name and added lyrics to it, renaming it "Hey Daddy" for his flopped "Raymond vs. Raymond" CD.

Usher Raymond

Previously, the Judiciary Report wrote about an uncreative producer who is well-known in Atlanta, who simply takes song submissions out of his office's mail and criminally infringes them, giving the tracks new titles and changing a few lines, then re-copyrighting it in his name.

He collects all the money (millions) and credit for other people's work, via this illegal practice and has even won Grammys for being a total fraud and criminal. This producer and his partner are affiliated with Usher. The Judiciary Report was told this information years ago by a songwriter/musician, who had dealings with a close relative of the producer, who was in a famous music group. I also met one of his cousin's who is a preacher and she is very disappointed regarding the producer's philandering conduct. That's the entertainment industry for you.

Davy Jones British Star Of The Monkees Dies Of A Heart Attack At Age 66

Former teen singer, Davy Jones, of the pop band "The Monkees" passed away in Florida today of a heart attack. He was 66-years-old. The Manchester born Brit, shot to fame with the quintet The Monkeys, as a singer, songwriter and actor in their television show of the same name in the 1960s. Their hits included "I'm A Believer" and "Daydream Believer.

The Monkees

I remember watching reruns of "The Monkeys" television show in the 1980s as a kid. I thought Davy was so cute with a melodic voice. The Judiciary Report sends its condolences regarding his passing.
