California attorneys Christopher Tayback and Joseph Sarles have dropped Hollywood actor Bill Cosby as a client, withdrawing from his sexual assault criminal case. Cosby's legal team filed a last ditch attempt to have the criminal case for drugging and sexually assaulting then university student, Andrea Constand, tossed from court. However, Judge Steven O'Neill refused to grant Cosby's motion to dismiss in Pennsylvania. In October 2015, Hollywood lawyer Martin Singer also withdrew from representing Cosby in civil cases regarding sexual assault. 

The fallen icon has been publicly accused of sexually assaulting 50 women, many of whom also stated Cosby drugged them. A number of famous women are among the victims who have come forward regarding Cosby sexually assaulting and or drugging them. Cosby has been accused of this criminal misconduct for decades, but it was kept quiet and police in Hollywood refused to do anything about it. However, the scandal exploded when comedian Hannibal Buress commented on the topic during a live show in Los Angeles ("But you raped women, Bill Cosby, so that kind of brings you down a couple notches"). Buress' comments were carried on the Huffington Post website creating a firestorm against Cosby, which eventually led to criminal charges.

Cosby's fall from grace is an absolute shame. As someone who grew up watching "The Cosby Show" which is a great program, as well as other sitcoms the star produced, such as the groundbreaking "It's A Different World" I'm sorry Cosby did not conduct himself in a dignified and lawful manner in his personal life. Cosby did do some good for charity. However, his criminal mistreatment of women is completely overshadowing all his work and understandably so. 

I would like to implore people to conduct their personal and professional lives within the confines of the law. Exploiting and hurting others is not the way. Use the podium and opportunities you have been given in life to do good things. To do the opposite in harming others is unethical and will catch up with you.

Bill Cosby continues to fight allegations that he drugs and rapes women. Over 50 women, famous and non famous, have come forward alleging Cosby has drugged and or sexually assaulted them. In a 2015 deposition, Cosby admitted obtaining the powerful prescription drug Quaaludes to give to women to have sex with them. Cosby was also a regular at the debauched Playboy mansion, which has resulted in him facing another criminal investigation in Los Angeles, California (for a drugging and sexual assault).

Cosby was no role model, as much as the average person, who didn't know better, was led to believe. It was all marketing. Role models don't patronize Playboy establishments. Playboy degrades women and is full of debauched sex in orgies and other STD inducing activities. Many women who have left Playboy complain of the emotional, mental and health problems they are now saddled with.

Many got wrapped up with a television persona, despite the fact they did not know the real Cosby, who is sadly a dangerous sexual predator using and abusing women in ways that have destroyed their lives. Sorry to say it, but Cosby is a fake. He is not nice, humble or decent. He chooses to sexually exploit women in terrible ways. He has lied to and deceived many women, luring them into deceitful sexual situations. Just because some of the women accepted the Quaaludes was not consent to rape them. Cosby gave no thought to his family when he did these things or the hurt and disgrace it would bring them. He owes each woman and his family a massive apology.

Actor/comedian, Bill Cosby, was arrested and charged yesterday for sexual assault in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Cosby, now 78, was arraigned on charges of aggravated indecent assault. The case stems from a 2004 incident, regarding Cosby drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand. She sued Cosby in 2005 and he settled the case in 2006. However, now said allegations are the center of the current criminal charges against him.

 

Members of the public have expressed anger online that prosecutors sat on evidence against Cosby for 11-years, knowing he is a danger to women and that others have been making similar accusations against him. Due to his celebrity, Cosby was allowed to remain free with impunity, after damaging the lives of many women he drugged, raped and sexually assaulted. The new district attorney decided to prosecute Cosby in what is his first week in office. Cosby and his attorney stated the arrest is politically motivated. However, 50 women have come forward alleging sexual assault going back as far as the 1960s. Some of the women are famous, others are not. At the end of the day, everyone deserves justice.

Cosby has a problem and for the sake of women everywhere it needs to be address. He is a sexual predator who has used his fame to violate women and abuse them into silence, lest he turn the full brunt of his celebrity and financial resources against them. The misconduct must stop. No one deserves to be treated the way his victims have been harmed.

This week new interviews by the cast and crew reveal DiCaprio's character is indeed "raped" by the bear and there is "thrusting" from behind. The film is abominably promoting bestiality. Hollywood keeps getting sicker by the minute. That is mental illness. They need to get their heads checked. They also have the gall to release that nastiness on Christmas Day. I for one will not spend a dime watching that abomination.

Updated earlier today at 4:03am - Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio has told the ABC's 7.30 program a "ground-breaking" bear attack scene in his latest film The Revenant involved the director watching 100 different attacks. But the actor stopped short of discussing the sequence in detail, despite some online outlets claiming it depicts DiCaprio's character Hugh Glass being raped by the bear.

Fox Studios was this month forced to deny The Drudge Report's story that claimed the film features "a shocking scene of a wild bear raping Leo DiCaprio"...DiCaprio was coy with the details, but praised director Alejandro Inarritu's approach to directing the scene. "I'm not at real liberty to speak to you about exactly how [the director] pulled this off," DiCaprio told 7.30's Leigh Sales.

"So much of the director's technique is something that he wants to keep to himself because he loves the idea of audiences submerging themselves in something that is almost like virtual reality. "But I will say that it involved months of rehearsal and it involved him watching 100 different bear attacks.

DiCaprio says scene is 'very raw, violent, savage.' "What he achieves cinematically is something that I think is very ground-breaking, and that is the ability for an audience to be in a sort of very raw, violent, savage bear attack, yet feel the intimacy of both man and beast."
DiCaprio said the sequence was a visceral one for the viewing audience. "You feel the sweat, and the heat coming off the animal," he said. "It's almost like he awakens other senses within you as an audience member, and you feel like you're some voyeuristic animal watching something that you shouldn't be watching.

Over 30 women, famous and non-famous, have accused Hollywood actor Bill Cosby of drugging and sexually assaulting them. The Judiciary Report does believe Cosby is a sexual predator, who has used his fame to sexually abuse women, some of whom were underage at the time. This behavior is not to be applauded nor should excuses be made for such damaging behavior.

What I dislike is the stance some people are taking and granted, at this point, it is not very many, of blaming the victim, to try to make sense of what has transpired, due to their love of the 1980s sitcom "The Cosby Show." I grew up watching "The Cosby Show" as a kid. This man was an icon loved by many, as "The Cosby Show" presented great values for the nation and the world. Just because Cosby is now in trouble, does not mean we should value "The Cosby Show" any less, as it still remains a great template for decent, traditional values. I still have very fond memories of watching the show as a child. It is top quality entertainment.

However, we must separate the show from the man and understand Cosby has done some very harmful and hurtful things to innocent women. Justice needs to be served. I am not of the belief anyone is setting Cosby up or trying to bring him down (though sometimes things like that do happen to famous figures, but not in this case). Cosby did some unsavory things that have caught up with him. We are all responsible for our choices in life. Let's not make this a racism or sexism issue. Look at it for what it is - Bill Cosby has a problem, as he is a sexual predator. Separate the man from the show, where he played a character on television.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) has announced it has an open investigation into actor and comedian, Bill Cosby, for sex crimes. A number of women have been stating for years Cosby drugged and raped them. The actor, who became a household name due to the hit 1980s television series “The Cosby Show” has also been accused of sexual assault by famous women, who feared he would destroy their careers if they went to the police, due to open threats he issued after attacks.

Yesterday, the Associated Press prevailed in court and obtained a deposition of Cosby from a previous lawsuit, where he admitted under oath in the sealed document that he drugged women with Quaaludes in order to have sex with them. This admission has caused police and prosecutors to have a renewed interest in the allegations that have been made against him. Here's hoping the victims receive justice.

July 07, 2015 4:09 PM ET - The Los Angeles Police Department is conducting at least one current criminal investigation into allegations of sexual assault against Bill Cosby, the department tells NPR's Mandalit del Barco. "LAPD Chief Charlie Beck has said his department would investigate any sexual assault accusations against Bill Cosby — even past the statute of limitations," Mandalit reports. "The department's public information officer, Det. Meghan Aguilar, told NPR that the police have at least one open criminal investigation that may have multiple accusations. The LAPD would not offer any more details because the case is ongoing."

The news comes on the heels of new revelation that Cosby, 77, had said during a deposition in 2005 "that he obtained the sedative Quaalude with the intent of giving the drug to women with whom he wanted to have sex," as NPR's Krishnadev Calamur reported Monday. Accusations of sexual misconduct against Cosby have increased dramatically in the past year; dozens of women have now come forward to say he assaulted them. The Associated Press obtained a deposition of actor, Bill Cosby, who admitted under oath that he gives women drugs, Quaaludes, in order to have sex with them. The bombshell revelations confirm what the Judiciary Report previously stated on December 16, 2014 regarding Cosby having done what he has been accused of by many women, claiming he drugged and raped them.

Some have sworn the actor is innocent, based on a character he played as Heathcliff Huxtable on "The Cosby Show." However, looks can be deceiving. Many Hollywood stars are not what they appear and it's time for the justice system to stop showing favoritism to lawbreaking stars damaging and harming members of the public.

This is truly sad, as it is unethical and sexually deviant. Sex is supposed to be between two consenting adults. A person who is unconscious, after being drugged, cannot grant consent. This is rape, which is unlawful. Cosby has victimized women for years and should be made to face the law for these sex crimes. People need to stop making excuses for him. Stop bringing up his fame, race and or donations to charity. That has nothing to do with this. He brought himself down. Rape is rape and it is a very damaging crime for its victims.

Jul. 6, 2015 5:28 PM EDT - Bill Cosby testified in 2005 that he got Quaaludes with the intent of giving them to young women he wanted to have sex with, and he admitted giving the sedative to at least one woman and "other people," according to documents obtained Monday by The Associated Press.

The AP had gone to court to compel the release of the documents; Cosby's lawyers had objected on the grounds that it would embarrass their client. The 77-year-old comedian was testifying under oath in a lawsuit filed by a former Temple University employee. He testified he gave her three half-pills of Benadryl. Cosby settled that sexual-abuse lawsuit for undisclosed terms in 2006. His lawyers in the Philadelphia case did not immediately return phone calls Monday.

Cosby has been accused by more than two dozen women of sexual misconduct, including allegations by many that he drugged and raped them in incidents dating back more than four decades. Cosby, 77, has never been criminally charged, and most of the accusations are barred by statutes of limitations...

Just one day after the prosecutor's office in Los Angeles declined to charge comedian/actor Bill Cosby with drugging and raping over two dozen women, due to the statute of limitations having expired, which was not a reflection on the veracity of their claims, a new woman comes forward with a recent claim that is prosecutable under the law. 24-year-old Las Vegas lap dancer, Chloe Goins, has come forward with the claim that when she was 18-years of age, she visited the Playboy mansion in Los Angeles and was drugged and raped by Cosby. This incident is within the statute of limitations in the state of California. 

 

Goins stated she and a friend, who knows Playboy mansion owner, Hugh Heffner, were talking at a party held on the premises, when Cosby, who frequents the mansion, though claiming to be a family man, approached them. Cosby is a longtime friend of Heffner and has been accused of sexually assaulting 11 Playboy bunnies at the Playboy club he also frequented (very often), though once again, hypocritically claiming to be a family man. 

Goins stated Cosby brought her a drink as well as one for her friend, in the presence of Heffner, but hers was spiked. Goins stated not long after she began to feel unwell and Heffner stated she could rest in one of the mansion's spare bedrooms. She states Cosby sprang up and offered to walk her upstairs. She states she thought nothing of it. If you did not know of the rumors surrounding Cosby drugging and raping women and his numerous infidelities which really were not common knowledge, you would think nothing of him trying to help you up the stairs.

Goins reported she woke up to find Cosby licking her toes and masturbating. She states he bit one of her toes and that's what woke her up. Goins further states there was saliva all over her body indicating he had done much more than that. In an interview with the Daily Mail UK, Goins stated:

"We stayed at the W Hotel in Hollywood which is one of my favorites and were both looking forward to the party. We got all dressed up, we were going to the Playboy mansion after all. I was a wearing a cute little red dress and my friend was wearing a strapless tan dress. I remember we got to the house and it was like a bigger party so there was a lot going on, lots of girls wearing not very much. 

They checked our ID at the door so I knew drinking was off limits. We were running late but we were quickly introduced to Hef when we got there. It was the first time I had met him, I was excited and all focus was on him. Me and my friend were two cute blondes, he liked us. We were talking to Hef for a while and that's when Bill Cosby walked up. I kind of recognized him from TV, I know he was on a TV show where he played a family guy, but he was a little bit before my time. Hef introduced him as his good friend, they seemed really close. He seemed like a really nice guy, really funny. We were talking, laughing and having fun.

He kind of just left and we were talking and he came back with drinks. He gave me a vodka mixer I think. I wasn't really supposed to drink because of my age but I was like, 'okay, cool'. I thought I'd got a drink on the side. I remember the drink being kind of strong but it didn't taste funny or anything like that. I think I finished most of it, I didn't set my glass down I was holding it the whole time. 

Everything kind of went a little foggy, I started feeling sick to my stomach, and just dizzy. I started telling my friend and I was like where's the bathroom, but I could tell my friend just wanted to hang out, we were still talking to Hef. Then Bill offered to show me the room, he said he knew the way. He seemed nice and I don't remember feeling nervous or that it was weird. He had his arm around me to show me the way and I did notice he had been paying me a little more attention than my friend, but never thought anything of it. 

I was butt naked lying on my back on a bed and didn't have any idea where I was. I was in a bedroom and presumed it was in the mansion because I could hear music, I don't think it was Hef's room, it was just a nice room. I came to and remember seeing this big man crouched over me. It was Bill Cosby and he was at my feet, kind of licking and kissing them and I think he bit my toe as that's what woke me up. I kind of thank God for that because that's what woke me up and I came to. I was shocked, I said, 'hey, what's going on', he didn't really say anything, didn't explain anything or give a reason. 

He jumped up, pulled his pants back up quickly and left. He had seen that I was alert and bolted out of there, I was left in the room by myself. She said: 'I remember waking up and feeling moist all over, like he had been licking all over me. He wasn't on my breasts when I woke, but I could feel, you know, the saliva on them and that he'd been licking on me. 

I felt embarrassed, it was a gross, icky feeling, I felt very violated and humiliated. I was scared, I was just 18 and he was an old man, I was not very sexually experienced and I didn't really know what had happened, it was violating. I can't be 100% sure what he did to me, I was completely out of it. I found my dress but I couldn't find my panties anywhere, I don't know if he had them or not. I just got out of there as fast as I could and found my girlfriend downstairs. She looked at me and said I didn't seem right so she was like, 'let's go'. I think she could tell something was wrong. 

I told her I was scared and didn't know what to do, I told her I didn't think I had been raped, but what happened to me wasn't right, at the very least he was groping and molesting me. She consoled me and said she felt bad about it, but neither of us thought about telling anyone. We were young, we wanted to be Playboy models. I was scared about saying anything about what happened, especially as it was at the Playboy mansion because it's known for naughty stuff. I didn't want to get in trouble and maybe ruin my modeling career and nor did my friend as she was getting the invites to the parties. Bill Cosby was on TV and had a family man image, I thought to hurt that, he would come after me, try to ruin me."

Should the U.S. government abolish the statue of limitations. Nations such as Britain do not have a statute of limitations on criminal matters, operating under the premise, when a crime is discovered it should be prosecuted. In light of serious cases of rape, sexual assault and molestation, involving television stars, Bill Cosby and Stephen Collins (the latter admitted his crimes today) which are not being prosecuted due to the relatively short statute of limitations having expired, should their be a federal legislative measure to abolish it.

People are being harmed and they deserve justice. It is difficult coming forward to police as a victim of crime. It can turn your life and that of your loved ones upside down. Waiting too long does damage the preservation of evidence, but people should have the option of coming forward at any time to receive justice regarding wrongs committed against them.

Famed Los Angeles attorney, Gloria Allred, has launched a civil suit against comedian and actor Bill Cosby, on behalf of women who stated the star drugged and raped them. During an emotional and credible press conference, several of Cosby's accusers came forward and shared their believable stories. As the statute of limitations has expired on a potential criminal case, their only recourse is to sue in court, but there are issues with that as well that could hinder the suit.  

In cases such as these, it is socially acceptable to seek redress in civil court. These women were violated and abused by a Hollywood icon, in situations where they felt they had no voice. For years Cosby was referred to as "America's favorite dad" due to his successful, iconic sitcom "The Cosby Show." For anyone to have spoken out against Cosby would have meant a full on press assault and vindictive retaliation from the star.

The smear and harassment campaigns also target people's families. Some women could take such undeserved abuse, but many understandably cannot. You have to be very strong to stand up to a public figure, who has been engaging in wrongdoing. It is not easy, as the playing field is not level, even though you are the victim. However, in life, the truth doesn't remain hidden. It does come out one way or another.

Annoying gossip talk show host, Wendy Williams, stated she was berated and nearly lost her job years ago as a lesser known radio personality, for bringing up the rumors of Cosby sexually assaulting women. Cosby personally called the station manager about Williams' radio segment that brought up his sexual misconduct and was read the riot act for it. Other famous women who were sexually assaulted by Cosby state they feared he would destroy their careers if they spoke out.

It is my hope the aforementioned women will prevail in court, though the case faces significant obstacles. One of my sources responsible for some of my many exclusives that have proven true, verified to me that Cosby has indeed been drugging and sexually assaulting women. He did this.

Actor and comedian Bill Cosby, star of the 1980s hit sitcom “The Cosby Show” is under fire as 25 women have come forward accusing him of drugging and raping them. Cosby, who had settled a legal case brought against him by several of his accusers years ago, has dodged questions from the press about his conduct, while his attorney tried to state the allegations are fabrications. 

A few days ago, famous supermodel and businesswoman, Beverly Johnson, came forward in Vanity Fair magazine, stating Cosby drugged her with the intent of rape, but she fought back. In a well written article in her own words, Johnson, lifts the veil on the Hollywood icon, confirming people’s worst fears and suspicions regarding him.

In the 1980s, Cosby reached out to the ground breaking model, who was the first African American woman to grace the cover of Vogue magazine. Cosby asked Johnson to appear on “The Cosby Show” which had many guest stars playing themselves or others. It was the top show of its time and the most special sitcom to many, so Johnson, just like any person in the entertainment industry at the time would, gladly accepted his offer. 

Cosby encouraged Johnson to bring her young daughter by his home in New York for brunch. They discussed her appearance on the show and he asked her to come back for another visit reading her acting role. During the second visit Cosby insisted Johnson try a cappuccino from his high end machine, an appliance that was uncommon in the average home at the time. Johnson stated by the second sip she knew she had been drugged by Cosby. She began screaming at him and calling him “motherf*****.” This enraged Cosby who dragged her down the stairs with such force she stated she thought her neck would break. He pushed her into a cab outside his home and she woke up the next morning in her bed.

Cosby’s wife, Camille has leapt to his defense stating, “He is a kind man, a generous man, a funny man. A different man has been portrayed in the media over the last two months. It is the portrait of a man I do not know. The story was heart-breaking, but ultimately appears to be proved to be untrue. Many in the media were quick to link that story to stories about my husband -- until that story unwound. None of us will ever want to be in the position of attacking a victim. But the question should be asked -- who is the victim?” 

Cosby for his part, is playing the race card in this matter, which is highly inappropriate under the circumstances, as he is in the wrong. Cosby recently stated to the New York Post, “'Let me say this. I only expect the black media to uphold the standards of excellence in journalism and when you do that you have to go in with a neutral mind.”

Why are you bringing this burden on the black media. What does race have to do with this. Women of different races, both black and white, famous and non-famous, whom you’ve had interactions with, are credibly accusing you of drugging and raping them. It's time to admit the truth to the public and stop hurting people.

I do believe some women lie about being raped. However, I do not believe Cosby is innocent in this matter. Furthermore, he had settled in court with many of his accusers years ago, in an effort to avoid prison, which is where he belongs. No one has the right to drug and or rape anyone. It is a cruel crime that is so predatory and sick in nature, it deserves to be exposed and dealt with it criminal court.

Idolatry is not a good thing. People fall in love with television and movie characters and music personas that they do not truly know. Unless you know a person personally, do not vouch for them, as the entertainment industry is often smoke and mirrors. There are decent celebrities out there, who are not pedophiles, sexual predators, killers or thieves, but there are some stars who are dangerous deviants harming innocent members of the public and hiding behind celebrity to get away with it in the eyes of the law. 

Two such current examples are actors Bill Cosby and Stephen Collins. Cosby was branded “America’s favorite dad” due to his role on “The Cosby Show” which was one of the most successful sitcoms in television history. Collins was known as the wholesome pastor in charge of his church and family on the show Warner Bros show “Seventh Heaven.” 

However, in real life, these men are sick sexual predators accused of raping women. Cosby has been accused of raping and drugging 25 women, celebrities and non-celebrities alike. Collins was caught on tape admitting to molesting underage girls. Neither have been arrested. Hollywood is a very cruel industry. Women and men are often forced into sex with people they do not want, in order to have or keep their career. Even underage minors are being preyed on.

One of Cosby’s accusers, the famous, respected supermodel, Beverly Johnson, who was the first black woman to appear on the cover of Vogue, stated she wanted to come forward long ago but, “I had too much to lose to go after Bill Cosby.” Cosby is a spiteful, vindictive man, who another famous woman, Louisa Moritz, stated threatened her into silence, with the potential loss of her career if she didn’t “keep her mouth shut” about him forcing her to perform oral sex on him. That was sexual assault. Years ago, Wendy Williams also spoke out on her radio show about the sexual assault rumors concerning Cosby and nearly lost her job over it when he contacted her station manager.

Women and men who refuse the sexual advances of people in Hollywood are blacklisted. In some cases, vindictive, spiteful industry men and women will sic private investigators, such as the now incarcerated, Anthony Pellicano, on those who reject their sexual advances, who wiretap, harass, terrorize, threaten and sometimes assault them for daring to reject a celebrity. I gave the FBI information regarding Pellicano’s terrible criminal behavior and he was arrested 4-months later and sentenced to 15-years in prison for a crime spree of wiretapping, harassment, computer hacking and identity theft that destroyed the lives of many innocent people Hollywood celebrities in their insanity paid him to cruelly target. 

There is a strain of mental illness running through Hollywood, regarding famous megalomaniac sexual predators (both male and female) stars and executives, targeting innocent people who simply want a career in entertainment. Hollywood is not a safe place for men, women or children. It is being run by a small group of mentally ill people imposing their unlawful will on innocents, in exchange for fame and money. Those who refuse are horribly targeted, terrorized, harassed, abused and spied on like dogs. 

The government has not done enough to counter this problem. Hire hands such as Pellicano have been imprisoned but certain sick celebrities and executives should be in prison and not on the streets preying on innocent people. Even children are being abused and molested in Hollywood on a regular basis. It needs to stop.

I have been proven right again, in what was an exclusive regarding Rihanna and Eminem having sex. This week, Eminem released a new song entitled "Shady XV" where he raps about having sex with Rihanna:

Dude probably has lockjaw, scurvy and rickets now, performing intimate sex acts, including penetration, with promiscuous Rihanna, who has herpes. Rihanna has become a full fledged junkie as well, who sleeps with anyone in the industry, who will give her a deal, song, movie or high profile collaboration. That's called prostitution. She is a prostitute. She is no role model. Her career is the casting couch and stealing copyrights, which is a federal and international crime.

Side Bar: Rihanna's dwindling fanbase makes me laugh. Some of them are crazy and quick to jump on every story published about her as a lie. I have 247 exclusives that were later proven true. If I were lying all this time, none of my articles would have later been proven true and I'd have been sued for defamation, libel and slander long ago. I have no reason to lie about anyone. Some members of the public need to stop being so gullible and naive regarding vouching for stars they don't even know. Some, not all celebrities, are not what you think they are (case in point, Bill Cosby). 

Rihanna is not a nice person. She's done a lot of evil, cruel and vile things to innocent people, while trying to become famous and stay in the spotlight, in a career built on stolen copyrights. She's a fraud. Her whole career is a lie built on theft of other people's property. She has damaged people's relationships, marriages and separately others' careers and bank accounts via theft. Stop publicly swearing for people you don't know in clear sight of everyone, before you end up humiliated for falling for their lies.

Accusations of rape and sexual assault continue to pile up against comedic actor, Bill Cosby. Thus far, 17 women have come forward alleging Cosby sexually assaulted or raped them. Now there is another. Clara Ferrigno, the wife of "Hulk" star, Lou Ferrigno, has come forward alleging "The Cosby Show" actor grabbed and groped her in the 1980s, prompting her to push him off her and run away. Thankfully, she escaped before he could do worse, as sexual assault and rape are traumatic and devastating events in a woman's life.

At this point Cosby's name is destroyed and any unbiased person reading these accusations would have reason to believe he has acted inappropriately and improperly, regarding women who did not want sexual contact with him. Not all famous men behave in this manner, but some do, who are not used to being told no and refuse to accept that not everyone wants them sexually.

I have to admit, I'm upset with Cosby. I love "The Cosby Show." Many people love the show and grew up watching it. Cosby became wealthy and famous from such acting vehicles, not to mention, a role model to many. So you mean to tell me he couldn't act like a gentleman and restrain his urges. Lack of self-control has been the ruination of many people.

Ironically, many women would have willingly had sex with him based on his fame and money (which is wrong as that's insincere and he is married as well). Yet he chose to prey on targets, who did not want him sexually, via using wine and pills to drug victims, then threatened them with the loss of their careers and income if they complained about his sexually inappropriate behavior.

He has a problem. He is a sexual predator, who is not worthy of the fame and adoration he has been given by an unsuspecting public. Good deserves to be rewarded with acclaim and praise. Evil conduct harming people deserves criticism and legal correction. Cosby owed his fans more than this. His behavior is completely reckless and unnecessary. He should have faced jail, but there are issues with the statute of limitations running out and the only cases where it can be suspended, are those involving offenses such as war crimes or mass murder. If the crimes are considered egregious enough, the statute of limitations is set aside.

When I was a kid "The Cosby Show" was the top rated sitcom in America. I still watch the reruns on cable. So it saddens me to hear of the serious rape allegations against the show's star Bill Cosby. 16 women have come forward alleging he drugged and raped them. In light of the new rape allegations against Cosby, the NBC television network and the Netflix television subscriber service, have cancelled their planned programs with the comedic actor.

During an Associated Press interview, Cosby demanded questions about the rape allegations be buried. When asked about the rape claims Cosby stated, "We don't answer that." When someone accuses a person of something so serious, answers should be forthcoming. Issuing a "no comment" gives an air of guilt.

The most recent rape allegations against Cosby come from 1980s supermodel, Janice Dickinson, famous 1970s "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest" actress Louisa Moritz and publicist, Joan Tarshis. Dickinson and Tarshis allege Cosby drugged them, via pills with wine and when they later woke up, found evidence they had been raped and penetrated. Moritz alleges Cosby showed up in her dressing room, unzipped his pants and pushed her face to crotch with his hands, forcing her to perform oral sex. Moritz stated Cosby threatened, "Now you don't want to upset me and the plans for your future, do you?"

Many of the women accusing Cosby of rape exhibited the fear the superstar would destroy their careers if they did not accept the rapes and sexual assaults. There are other men in the industry, who engage in this thoroughly unethical behavior that is patently illegal. There are men and women in Hollywood, who arrogantly threaten and attempt to destroy the careers and lives of those who sexually rebuff them. Hollywood is a crazy, sexually deviant and largely unregulated place, where anything goes, even at innocent people's expense.

One of his alleged victims, model and actress, Barbara Bowman, who is now 47-years-old, did an interview after Buress' statements, accusing Cosby of flying her out to Los Angeles, promising to be her mentor and make her a star, but drugging, choking and raping her when she was age 22. Bowman stated to the Daily Mail, "I was drugged and raped by that man. He is a monster. He came at me like a monster. My hope is that others who have experienced sexual abuse will not be intimidated into silence by the famous, rich and powerful. If I can help one victim, then I've done my job."

As a result of Buress bringing the allegations back to the forefront of the press, leading to Bowman's interview, Cosby has cancelled a number of high profile interviews, stating he will not discuss the rape claims. This past weekend, Cosby's lawyer spoke out about the allegations stating, "Over the last several weeks, decade-old, discredited allegations against Mr. Cosby have resurfaced. The fact that they are being repeated does not make them true. Mr. Cosby does not intend to dignify these allegations with any comment. He would like to thank all his fans for the outpouring of support and assure them that, at age 77, he is doing his best work."

Mariah Yeater, 20, did a television interview recently, regarding her allegations that underage pop star, Justin Bieber, 17, impregnated her backstage at a concert in a bathroom of the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. How seedy.

When the interviewer informed her that Bieber has denied her claims, with his family and friends also refuting it, as they were with him the entire time on the night in question, Yeater began to tear up and look away from the camera. The Judiciary Report is having a difficult time believing her claims as well and this was before word surfaced that she had accused two other men of being the father of her 4-month child Tristyn.

She needs to remember that Bieber is a minor and if it is proven she has lied, there will be legal and social consequences for putting an underage youth through such an embarrassing and traumatic ordeal. I would be genuinely surprised if it is Bieber’s baby, as the scenario regarding how it allegedly unfolded coupled with her past history, damaged her credibility. That’s not to say Bieber isn’t having sex, because he is sleeping with Gomez.

As stated previously, this case of course reminds the Judiciary Report of Michael Jackson and a woman named "Billie Jean" who claimed he had fathered her child. I sometimes wonder why Jackson gave a mentally ill woman the attention of naming a song after her, as it may have encouraged her insanity, as seen with a number of stalkers when you pay them any mind in their wrongdoing.

Another interesting point is when Jackson died, a dozen people came forward claiming they were his love child and one of them even looked older than Michael (*raised brows*). This was based on crazy stuff their mothers told them, while others were clearly mentally ill.

(*Suppressing laughter*) You know, it’s bad enough for some black men having to claim the children they actually did father, but the ones they did not, that’s just not going to happen (that was a joke with some truth to it).

Then there’s the case of the young woman who started a massive press controversy claiming Bill Cosby is her dad. The matter went all the way to court and paternity tests proved Cosby was not her dad, leaving her in tears.

There are cases where celebrities have affairs or one night stands with fans or worse groupies and the fruits of that become a positive paternity test. Tennis star Boris Becker impregnated a waitress he just met in a broom closet. Subsequent paternity tests proved the child is his (not to mention she looks just like him). There are many other such cases (well, sans the broom closet).

However, Yeater has not convinced me in any measure that Bieber is the father of her child and the baby looks like her, not the young singer she is claiming an affair with. The photos she sold to the press reveal this fact.

Bieber's nose, eyes and mouth in his baby picture are different from little Tristyn, pictured above. I see little Bieber had a baby mullet (LOL). Then again, I can't talk. When I was that age, my mom combed my hair out into a curly fro, took some of the hair at the top of my head and put a satin ribbon/bow on it. I looked like a Christmas present. Every time I see that picture I cringe and ask her, "Why didn't you learn to comb hair? Couldn't you have braided it or something!"
