FBI And DOJ Betraying The Rights Of Kids

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

President Barack Obama's FBI and DOJ have come under fire, for betraying the rights of children, in recent corrupt decisions, involving cases to do with children that have been abused and or violated.

The first involves, Bill Allen, the chairman of VECo Corp, who was investigated for having sex with an underage girl. The case was mysteriously dropped, as Allen agreed to be the FBI/DOJ's star witness in a case against former U.S. Senator, Ted Stevens, who died recently in a plane crash.

The case is so egregious, it caught the attention of U.S. Senator, Lisa Murkowski, who demanded to know, why charges are not being brought in the child sex abuse case. Under the circumstances, the FBI and DOJ's conduct does not look good.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder

The second is regarding the Lower Merion School District, who criminally spied on students, via school issued laptops. It was found, the school's computer department snapped over 56,000 images of students in their homes, in various states of undress, using spyware they installed on the laptops.

The school admitted liability, but the FBI and DOJ, being crooked, seek to excuse the misconduct at the government school district in Philadelphia, because as law enforcement, they have been engaging in the exact same misconduct against innocent American and international citizens, which is extremely perverted.

The aforementioned cases do not mark the first time the FBI and DOJ have been accused of betraying the rights of kids. Previously, parents slammed the FBI for rudely telling them to go away, when they inquired about their missing children cases. The FBI and DOJ arrogantly operate and behave as though they are not answerable to anyone, which is undemocratic, un-American and unethical. Anyone willing to betray and sell out the rights of children is extremely evil.

School Slammed In Webcam Spy Case

Blake Robbins, 15, and family were spied on in their home by his school

U.S. District Judge, Jan E. DuBois, has granted the FBI access to the 58,000 images the Lower Merion School District secretly snapped of their students at home, via webcam spyware installed on laptops issued to kids attending Harriton High in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The name of the case is Blake Robbins v. Lower Merion School District. People all over the internet continue to slam the school for this severe privacy breach.

The FBI intends to review the evidence to ascertain whether any laws have been broken. Due to this terrible case, the U.S. Congress has finally proposed legislation, the Surreptitious Video Surveillance Act, to increase prison penalties for those that illegally spy on people in their homes or rented properties, as there is a reasonable expectation to privacy in said situations.

Considering the FBI engages in the same misconduct against certain citizens, such as innocent journalists, bloggers and scientists, the Judiciary Report would be surprised if they brought charges in this case, which are very warranted.

The school district has admitted they did indeed secretly capture thousands of images of students and their families in their homes. The lawyer for Blake Robbins believes, as the Judiciary Report does, some of the evidence showing people secretly photographed in their homes whilst nude, was destroyed by the perverted school IT techs.

It takes an exceptionally nasty, perverse and mentally ill person to secretly spy on someone in their home, as it is a sheer abomination that denotes voyeurism.

Judge: FBI can review Lower Merion webcam photos

Posted on Tue, May. 11, 2010 ...Acting on a request from federal prosecutors, U.S. District Judge Jan E. DuBois agreed to broaden an earlier order that limited the release of the photos to the students or their parents and lawyers. His order was signed Friday and made public Monday.

FBI agents and prosecutors want to review the images to see whether any laws were broken when school district employees activated a tracking system that snapped photos and copied screen images from lost or stolen laptops.

Lower Merion school officials have acknowledged poor planning and oversight led the tracking system to capture at least 50,000 images - some showing teens or their relatives in their homes - from laptops that had already been returned to students...

School Destroyed Evidence In Webcam Spying Case

Blake Robbins

A legal document filed by the Plaintiffs in the Blake Robbins v. Lower Merion School District case revealed, Harriton High, destroyed a portion of the incriminating evidence, testifying to their criminal misconduct.

The evidence in question refers to some of the 56,000 secretly snapped webcam photos, unlawfully taken of 15-year-old, Blake Robbins and fellow students, by the LanRev software, the school illegally installed on the units, without telling anyone.

All students in the district were banned from carrying their own laptop computers to school. They were required to use school issued laptops that had webcams, acting as hidden spycams, which they were not told about in any measure.

The students took the laptops home and their privacy was violated to greater degrees, as the software was programmed to snap photos every 15 minutes, on whatever was in front of the computers, if they were reported lost or stolen.

Many students stated they did not report their laptops lost or stolen, yet the webcams' on light frequently turned on while they were at home and in school, which indicates one is being filmed. They reported these findings to the school, prior to the Robbins case, only to be told it was a computer glitch, which in retrospect, was clearly a lie.

The students were unconstitutionally being spied on by perverted members of the school's staff, such as computer tech, Carol Cafiero, who in an email to another member of the school's faculty, referred to the webcams spying on the kids, as a soap opera she loves.

She is unquestionably a voyeur, who even stated Robbins had "no reasonably expectation to privacy" as his laptop's insurance fee had lapsed.

Therefore, following her sick logic, a $55 lapsed insurance fee, gave Cafiero the illegal, unconstitutional right, to remotely and secretly, turn on a webcam that acted as a hidden camera, spying on a minor in his home, in particular his bedroom, in conduct one would expect from a pedophile.

To Ms. Cafiero and co: you should hope one day your home insurance payment isn't late and a crazy, psychotic insurance company doesn't decide to install hidden cameras in your bedrooms to snap thousands of photos, triggering every fifteen minutes, in a sick bid to see what you are doing inside the property they are financially on the hook for, until the grace period expires on your policy. It would be the equivalent of what you did to underage students in your school district and their families, who were also spied on by default.

The school has admitted there are photos of Robbins "partially undressed" and "sleeping" in his bedroom. However, the school insists the secretly snapped webcam images did not contain any salacious photos, but the Judiciary Report does not believe that. The Plaintiffs claim some of the evidence has been destroyed and the Judiciary Report thinks so as well.

To the readers of this website, think about what you normally do in the privacy of your bedrooms, such as dress and undress, sleep, talk on the phone, while some engage in sexual activity. In light of this, one has to believe, a webcam secretly snapping photos every fifteen minutes, 24 hours a day, for an extended period of time, caught nude photos, which in this case would mean child pornography.

Lock them up for this nastiness against these kids!

School District Accused of Snapping Thousands of Shots of Students at Home

04/19/10 1:50 PM PT'May Be a Voyeur' - Carol Cafiero, a technology
coordinator now on leave from Harriton High School, "may be a voyeur," the
motion suggests. Responding to an email from an IT staffer about how viewing
students from the computer webcams amounted to a sort of "[school district] soap
opera," Cafiero responded, "I know, I love it," according to the recent filing.

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on
Thursday ordered that Cafiero be sanctioned US$2,500 for refusing to answer any
questions in a deposition, citing her Fifth Amendment rights.

Cafiero is also now required to turn over her home computer for
inspection.

School In Webcam Spy Case Captured 56,000 Secret Images Of Students

Blake Robbins

It was revealed today in the Blake Robbins v. Lower Merion School District laptop webcam spying case that the school captured 56,000 images of students without their consent, in different states of undress, in their homes, among other places.

Harriton High, one of the schools in Lower Merion School District, initially lied and tried to play down the case, but as anyone can see, it is a sick, gross invasion of privacy that needs to be prosecuted.

The people on the school board involved in this perversion would not like it if it were done to their families. Yet, had no qualms about doing this to others.

Truth Comes Out In School Webcam Spying Case

Blake Robbins

The truth has started to come out in the Philadelphia school webcam spying case, Blake Robbins vs. Lower Merion School District, affirming a number of things the Judiciary Report stated all along.

It was revealed today, Harriton High's undisclosed webcam program that secretly spied on students through their school issued laptops, snapped THOUSANDS OF PHOTOS OF KIDS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THEIR HOMES. Students were snapped without their knowledge and consent in different states of undress and while sleeping, among other things.

This confirms what the Judiciary Report stated weeks ago, that there must be many illegally taken webcam photos of students in their homes, currently there is no smart webcam that can only turn on when drug use or other illegal activity is present, as the way technology works, the cameras can only be programmed to snap indiscriminately every few minutes or hours, depending on what the IT tech programs it to do.

Robbins' lawyer also stated, Carol Cafiero, who ran from a deposition, invoking the Fifth Amendment, is a "voyeur" that derived personal gratification from secretly watching students in their homes through the webcams.

An email disclosed in court this week revealed, Cafiero saw spying on kids in their homes, through the secretly recording webcams, as her "own little soap opera" which is sick. Ironically, several weeks ago, the Judiciary Report wrote, the school board involved in this case perversely tried to have their own sick little reality show via secret webcams spying on unsuspecting people in their homes.

In that same article two months ago the Judiciary Report also stated, the Blake Robbins case has the signs of sick "voyeurism" and "voyeurs" written all over it.

As stated previously, voyeurism is a form of mental illness, sexual dysfunction and deep depravity that is a danger to society, as anyone that would go to the extraordinary lengths to perversely break that privacy barrier and secretly spy on someone in their home, is sick beyond belief and should not be roaming free among the public to victimize others.

As it stands, Florida, New York and California, among other states, have anti-voyeurism laws that criminalize spying on people in their homes. However, in researching the law, remarkably, in Pennsylvania, it is barely an offense.

However, said webcams on the students' laptops had the capability to record audio, which should constitute violations of wiretapping laws, rendering felony charges. One can equate it to child endangerment laws, in that a child does not have to be injured to prove guilt. The mere fact the child was placed in a dangerous situation that endangered the minor is enough for an indictment.

It should not matter that the mic/audio allegedly was not turned, as the webcameras snapped photos, the capability was there and without permission.

In closing, since 2005 the Judiciary Report warned the FBI, DOJ and the US Congress in writing that questionable people have the capability to spy on innocent people in their homes, as has been proven by Kabbalah's invasive criminal conduct against me and that something needed to be done on a government level to rein in this type of perverse criminal misconduct.

Nothing was done and in that, the FBI, DOJ and US Congress, failed miserably, with innocent kids in Philadelphia now paying a price for the government's dereliction of duty, as other perverts believed such misconduct could be done with impunity, hence the Lower Merion School District case.

That's the problem with ignoring crimes being committed against innocent people, deeming it acceptable collateral damage - someone, somewhere else of the same depraved mindset, will get the same idea, think it's okay and cowardly victimize the weakest in society. This time, the victims were defenseless children trying to get an education.

Judge Refuses To Squash Deposition Subpoena In School Webcam Spying Case

Blake Robbins

Jan Dubois, the judge in the Blake Robbins v. Lower Merion School District case, regarding the school spying on kids in their homes, through laptops issued to them by the learning institution, has refused to squash a deposition subpoena, ordering one of the IT techs behind the illegal spy program to appear in court.

However, the employee in question, Carol Cafiero, has vowed to invoke the Fifth Amendment, which is the right to keep silent to prevent self-incrimination.

Irrespective of Cafiero's incriminating silence, well done to the judge. Someone needs to stand up for victims' rights in these privacy abuse cases that have been popping up all over the country.

The truth needs to be ascertained and not swept under the rug, after the nastiness that was done to these kids and their families, via secretly spying on them in their homes, of all places.

Key figure in ‘Webcamgate’ invokes Fifth

Fri, Apr. 9, 2010 - A Lower Merion School District official at the center of the "Webcamgate" scandal invoked her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination today.

Carol Cafiero, the district's information-systems coordinator, had attempted last month to quash a subpoena ordering her to give a deposition for the federal invasion-of-privacy lawsuit filed in February. A judge rejected her motion.

New Developments In The School Webcam Spying Case

v

The Blake Robbins vs. Lower Merion School District spying case has taken a few more turns. Vice Principal, Lindy Matsko, is running from giving a deposition, as requested by the 15-year-old's lawyer, for fear "he will ambush her" in court.

Well, she and the school's management should have thought about that before they inexcusably confronted and ambushed a 15-year-old boy, with a photograph of himself in his bedroom, secretly taken by a school laptop's webcam, in misconduct they commissioned without his knowledge or that of his family.

It's amazing how people will engage in the perversion of spying on people in their homes, but when their illegal misdeeds are named and shamed publicly, they take the cowardly approach and run for cover.

I ask the site's readers, can you imagine someone coming up to you in a public setting, telling you what is going on in the privacy of your home, due to the illegal surveillance cams they have spying on you in your house. It is abominable and extremely perverted.

Vice Principal Lindy Matsko

The school's management deserves every bit of the shame being heaped upon them for this nastiness. It takes a deprave set of minds to do something like this.

The U.S. Judiciary Committee, a division of the Congress, has also scheduled a hearing into the spying case, as it has alarmed the nation and is quite sick.

The Robbins, all the other students and their families, deserve to know when they were spied on and the frequency thereof. Stop trying to launch a cover up. The case should proceed, the evidence uncovered, people imprisoned and laws enacted to ensure this perversion never transpires again.

There also needs to be laws barring the FBI from engaging in this type of misconduct, as they are currently doing the same to people in America, under the guise of law enforcement surveillance, when it is a sick invasion of privacy.

School IT Techs In Webcam Spying Case On Leave

Blake Robbins

The two school IT techs in the Blake Robbins v. Lower Merion School District have been placed on leave, in the fall out from the horrible invasion of privacy case, that saw a 15-year-old boy, photographed unaware in his own bedroom, by a webcam on a Harriton High School issued laptop.

Michael Perbix and Carol Cafiero have been placed on administrative leave and are stating the school ordered them to turn the cameras on each time. On March 6, 2010, they admitted the webcams are programmed to snap photographs of laptop users anywhere they are located "every 15 minutes."

The school IT Techs confessions on March 6, 2010 confirms what the Judiciary Report previously stated on February 22. 2010 in the article titled School’s Illegal Defense For Spying On Kids In Their Homes With Webcams, in that webcams with spyware attached to them, will trigger at timed intervals, as they currently cannot know when someone is seated in front of the unit doing drugs, as the school alleged regarding 15-year-old Blake Robbins, which turned out to be candy, not illegal pills.

Mike Perbix, computer administrator at Harriton High School

This means, as the site previously surmised, there is more than one photo of Blake and other students, who were caught unaware, when the school triggered the webcams to start snapping photos of them in different situations, without their permission or that of their parents.

That's called voyeurism and it is illegal in America. It also constitutes illegal wiretapping, as webcams come standard with sound and video. The intent to violate the law is clearly there, as meetings were taken before this spying program was implemented.

Oh and in more bad news, Lower Merion School District is not the only learning institution in the nation with such surreptitious spying capabilities installed on laptops.

Police get Webcam pictures in school spy case

March 6, 2010 1:12 PM PST - Two IT employees at Pennsylvania's Lower Merion School District have been put on administrative leave, and pictures taken from Webcams on school-issued computers have been turned over to the local police department, according to the attorney of one of the employees now on leave.

Attorney Charles Mandracchia, who represents school district information coordinator Carol Cafiero, told Philadelphia TV station Fox 29 that that "they had a private Web site for some of these pictures for the Lower Marion Police Department to view and they were the only ones who could view it."

In February, the family of Blake Robbins, a 15-year-old student at Harriton High School filed a civil complaint in federal court against the district for allegedly using the Webcam on his school-issued laptop to take a photo of the student while he was at home. The district contends that cameras were only activated if a laptop had been reported lost or stolen. The district has since stopped using the tracking software to activate Webcams.

Speaking about his client and Michael Perbix, the other suspended IT staff member, Mandracchia said, "It was their duty to turn on the camera, but they would only do that if they received a request from the two high schools." He also said the pictures were "taken by the computer itself...every 15 minutes once the computer was open, but it was only supposed to be done if the computer was lost or stolen."...
