Beyonce Slammed By Rapper For Stealing Images From His Album 'Lemonade'

Copyright stealing singer Beyonce has been sued many times for stealing people's music, videos, photos and fashionlines, among other things. The lawsuits have come from all over America and the world, filed by copyright owners who had registered their works prior to the thefts. Beyonce has settled most of the lawsuits. Some are still in the court system with more on the way.

Beyonce has been spending time in her mother's hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana and did so when recording her latest rip off album "Lemonade." Based on items that have been online for several months, Beyonce has ripped off imagery by entertainer Cavalier, who is also known as Cav Magnus, from his 2015 album "Lemonade" for the release of her subsequent 2016 album "Lemonade." When asked about whether he has a connection to Beyonce, he responded online that he worked with Beyonce's sister, Solange Knowles.

Chris Brown Sued By Graffiti Artist For Trademark And Copyright Infringement On His Clothing Line

R&B singer, Chris Brown, has been hit with another lawsuit. Brown has roughly a dozen against him, alleging everything from assault endangerment. The latest has been filed against Brown by graffiti artist, Konfused, real name, Andre Khazrei, who obtained a trademark for his name and registered copyrights for his art work and clothing line. Kofused has been using the name since 2003.

Konfused alleges in a lawsuit that Brown recently stole his trademarked name, changing one letter to rename it Konfuzed, then using it for the singer's graffiti work and clothing line. Konfused also states Brown recently made an error and signed a painting at the Grammy Museum "Konfused" rather than "Konfuzed" which he states is a dead giveaway the singer knowingly ripped him off. In the lawsuit, Konfused demands Brown stop using the moniker and pay damages for infringing his trademark and copyrights. 

The names are extremely similar and even confused me momentarily while writing this article. Brown needs to use his own name, which he has already established anyway, because this is unquestionably causing "confusion in the marketplace" as the frequently employed legal phrase goes, regarding the subject of trademarks.

4/6/2016 12:49 PM PDT - Street artist Konfused is just that ... after Chris Brown snatched his tag and slapped it on a clothing line ... according to the lawsuit he's filed against the singer.  In legal docs, Andre Khazrei says he's been Konfused since 2003 ... long before Breezy created the very similar artistic alter ego, Konfuzed -- and started tagging walls and signing paintings. 

Andre says he got a trademark for Konfused t-shirts and a bunch of other merch -- which is why he says Chris' Breezy Konfuzed clothing line is a total rip-off, which confuses the marketplace. His proof? In the docs, Andre says Chris himself screwed up and signed a painting at L.A.'s Grammy Museum with "Konfused" ... instead of using a 'Z.'

'Empire' Ratings Decline Again For A Total Of 8 Million Viewers Lost Since The Filing Of Lawsuit

 The copyright infringing Fox show "Empire" lost another 300,000 viewers this week. However, the next morning, Rupert Murdoch had the ratings numbers adjusted to add 400,000 viewers that were not there after the show aired on the day it was broadcast. This brings the total numbers of viewers lost to 8,000,000 since I went public with my lawsuit. 

Falsely adding non-existent viewers to failing or plummeting television or radio shows to keep or gain advertising dollars is a scam Hollywood uses that is wholly illegal. I have broken stories on this before "New Nielsen Ratings Scandal Confirms This Site's Previous Claims That The System Is Not Accurate."

The initial report on "Empire" read, "Per Nielsen Metered Market Data, Wednesday’s episode drew an 8.2 overnight household rating. While down from the previous week’s 8.5, the number still ranked as broadcast television’s best Wednesday night." Then the next day, Murdoch fraudulently had 400,000 non-existent viewers falsely added to the ratings for "Empire" due to the industry scandal on the show's massive decline and angry advertisers taking their money elsewhere.

Hollywood simply is not thinking any more. Gone are the times when people actually came up with original items in Hollywood. The financially declining Hollywood industry is now under the control of incompetent, idiotic, ignorant thieves stealing everything in sight. Hollywood lost its edge and sees criminal copyright infringement and copyright infringement as the answer to its problem. However, if they'd hire people with talent, instead of deranged, depraved thieves in Hollywood cults such as Kabbalah and Scientology, these things wouldn't be happening.

Ratings: FOX’s “Empire” Rises, Repeats as Wednesday’s #1 Show (Updated)

Oct 2015 -For the first time this season, FOX's "Empire" enjoyed a week-to-week gain in adults 18-49. It easily ranked as Wednesday's #1 broadcast show. Final Ratings Update: Final broadcast data confirms that Wednesday’s “Empire” indeed posted week-over-week gains in adults 18-49 and total viewership. It was the first of the five second season episodes to rise in either column.

Wednesday’s episode drew a 4.8 adults 18-49 rating with 12.281 million viewers. The numbers narrowly top the 4.7 and 12.223 million marks posted by last week’s broadcast. “Empire,” predictably, ranked as television’s top-rated and most-watched Wednesday show. Its closest adults 18-49 competition came from ABC’s “Modern Family” (2.7). Its closest viewership competition came from CBS’ “Survivor” (9.103 million).

— FOX led into “Empire” with “Rosewood.” The show, which recently received a full season order, posted a 1.6 rating with 5.266 million viewers. Last week’s episode drew a 1.4 with 5.029 million...

While not as hot as it was in the latter half of the first season, FOX’s “Empire” remains a dominant ratings force.

Madonna To Be Dropped From Record Deal Due To Massive Flop ‘Rebel Heart’

Madonna’s latest copyright infringing, ill-fated CD “Rebel Heart” is a massive flop in every way (Boycott Madonna's New CD 'Rebel Heart' And Songs Such As 'Living For Love' Which Are Stolen Constituting Criminal Copyright Infringement). Not only did it fair very poorly on the Billboard charts, it debuted with very weak sales, then fell right off without a trace. Despite the significant promotion, financial incentives and gifts given to currently popular artists to promote Madonna and appear with her as well, the CD failed.


Drake looking violated and gagging after Madonna french kissed him seeking publicity. Drake exclaimed in disgust "What the f**k was that."

As a result, Madonna is set to be dropped from Interscope. “Rebel Heart” has cost them money and resources that could have better been used on other artists who would have turned in better sales. However, Madonna has a questionable and highly illegal backroom deal with Interscope, fuelling the record deal.

Boycott Madonna's 'Rebel Heart' CD And Songs Such As 'Living For Love' Which Are Stolen Constituting Criminal Copyright Infringement

Chronic copyright thief Madonna, who has stolen from many singers, songwriters, producers, directors and photographers, for every single album she has ever released, has stolen from my preexisting copyrights again. This time the thefts are for her forthcoming "Rebel Heart" CD.

Pre-release and leaked items reveal Madonna has been stealing from my preexisting copyrights again, via select items, such as the lead single "Living For Love" that was registered with the Library of Congress in my name over 7-years ago. Other tracks on the leaked CD "Rebel Heart" reveal even more infringements from my preexisting copyrights.

The items were criminally obtained through illegal, unauthorized computer access, via hacking my computers, in criminal acts paid for by Madonna and carried out by the staff of Madonna.com. Some of the staff of Madonna.com are hackers from Madonna's insidious cult the Kabbalah Center (whose so-called rabbi, Yehuda Berg, has been sued for drugging, sexually assaulting and trying to rape a female student and threatening to beat and kill her for sexually rejecting him Madonna’s Rabbi Yehuda Berg Sued For Sexual Assault And Threatening To Beat And Kill Student At The Kabbalah Center For Not Having Sex With Him).

Madonna also continues to criminally pass around items from my preexisting Library of Congress registered copyrighted catalog to members of the Kabbalah cult such as Rihanna, Beyonce, Jay Z and Katy Perry, among others. The aforementioned artists also have a very questionable history of copyright infringement, having been sued by many people in America and the international community for stealing.

All these artists do is steal and you need to stop supporting them. Some of the proceeds from my copyrights were meant to support and produce my forthcoming pharmaceutical drug patents to help terminally ill people live longer. Proceeds from my illegally liquidated copyrights were not meant to be used for thieving, disgraceful stars to live the high life. That's blood money.

Years ago when I was interviewed by the FBI and gave them documents and information regarding phone hacking, illegal wiretapping and computer hacking being done by Madonna and the Kabbalah Center's private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, the charging indictment of him revealed he had four hackers on staff at his Hollywood office, hacking into the computers of innocent people celebrities paid him $100,000 to target. Now that Pellicano is in prison, Madonna and the Kabbalah Center have their own hackers on staff continuing the criminal hacking.

Madonna is a complete loser with no work ethic or decency. Everything she has released, from her first CD to the present, contains preexisting copyrighted materials she stole from many artists, songwriters and producers. She is a complete and utter fraud with absolutely no talent.

A new lawsuit will be filed against her and the Kabbalah Center, among others, in the next few weeks. It will be included in my forthcoming film Justice And Truth, regarding the News Corp phone hacking scandal, which I broke first (Madonna is a business associate of News Corp's Murdoch family and illegally passed some of my preexisting Library of Congress copyrighted items to them).

Copyright Office Corrupted By Madonna And The Kabbalah Center Issuing Bribes To Employees To Backdate Registration Dates And Access Private Copyrights

As the Judiciary Report has illustrated in past articles, exclusives that later proved 100%, singer, Madonna, has a long, disgraceful, detailed history of copyright theft click here. She's been sued so many times by Americans and international citizens for stealing preexisting copyrighted work, then fraudulently trying to pass it off as her own. She's also been criminally stealing copyrights from me and repeatedly harasses me, though I don't want anything to do with her, in what has become a sick obsession on her part click here. 

A Kabbalah Center member issued threats to me, from her, stating Madonna and other members of the Kabbalah Center, which a number of experts have labeled a sick cult, have been issuing bribes at the Copyright Office/Library Of Congress in Washington, DC, to illegally access preexisting, private, unpublished copyrighted works, apart of various writers, producers, authors and directors' forthcoming projects, enabling her to receive unauthorized copies of the contents. 

Then as apart of the bribe, receive a backdated registration date, making it appear Madonna and the Kabbalah Center registered the works first when she did not. The scam on Madonna's end becomes apparent when copyright registrants with preexisting "Poor Man's Copyrights" and other time stamped methods of establishing the date of authorship, still trump the fake registration dates she illegally bought and paid for through bribery at the Copyright Office/Library Of Congress.

The Copyright Office/Library Of Congress is connected to the U.S. Congress, the center of lawmaking in America. Yet this is going on there. To think a lazy, untalented, trashy pop star has criminally corrupted the Copyright Office/Library Of Congress is terrible and disgraceful. 

American and international citizens from all over the world, in the tens of thousands, some whom are struggling artists who can barely afford to pay their bills, scrape together money to pay the Copyright Office/Library Of Congress fees of $75 per registration, only for a greedy, shiftless, vile pop star, Madonna and her equally insane cult, the Kabbalah Center, to be issuing bribes to gain undue access and copy private, unreleased works, trying to get an illegal jump on the true authors of the works. That is sick and despicable. 
This kind of corruption should not be occurring in an entity connected to a house of legislature (Congress).

I was once told by a Copyright Office/Library Of Congress employee, Robert Blankenberg that "Madonna is free to use any of your copyrights" without permission, whilst trying to talk me out of suing her, abusing his authority. He so twisted copyright law in his repugnant, corrupt explanation of how copyrights work, in order to justify what U.S. Federal law describes as criminal copyright infringement, racketeering (RICO), conversion, grand theft larceny, invasion of privacy, fraud and money laundering, it was astonishing. 

My advice to copyright holders and those seeking to copyright items, be careful, as the Copyright Office/Library Of Congress is corrupted. Your copyrights are not safe. Ironically, the United Nations, via the WIPO, states that a copyright is supposed to be FREE to the owner/author and is automatically established when one creates a work. 

However, Congress created the Copyright Act years ago, in violation of United Nations' law, forcing all American and International citizens to pay a fee to copyright works in Washington, DC or you cannot sue in America if the works are stolen. This is not helped by the fact that 99.9% of copyright cases in America are thrown out by federal judges, who refuse to let the cases go to trial. Federal judges might I add, it has been discovered have serious financial ties to Hollywood in a number of ways (stocks, revenue connections and advisory posts).

I recently sent a Freedom of Information Act request to the Copyright Office as apart of my forthcoming film "Justice And Truth." I sent it registered mail. Therefore I have confirmation. The Copyright Office has defied federal law as enacted by Congress and refused to answer the FOIA request sent to them 3-months ago, which is illegal on their end.

I'm sending a copy of everything to the FBI, so it will be on record that I filed this complaint regarding Madonna and the Kabbalah Center criminally corrupted the Copyright Office, Library of Congress. It will also be featured in my forthcoming film "Justice And Truth."

Report: Missing Malaysian Airlines MH370 Airplane Was Deliberately Sabotaged And Taken Down By Jacob Rothschild Over Passengers Involved In Multi-Billion Dollar Patent Business Deal With Him (Video)

 
Billionaire Jacob Rothschild is being accused by many websites and hacker group Anonymous, as having a role in the disappearance of Malaysian Airlines MH370 airplane, for projected billions of dollars in financial gain. Onboard the missing flight were senior executives and engineers from the company Freescale Semiconductor (Austin, Texas) have a semi-conduct patent worth a fortune. Anonymous states Rothschild co-owns the patent with Freescale Semiconductor. 

Jacob Rothschild referred to as an "Illuminati member" by the hacker group Anonymous. "Illuminati members"are notorious for trying to destroy people over their intellectual property such as patents, copyrights and trademarks.

Anonymous accused Rothschild of being an “intellectual property stealing Illuminati member” who has profited from the deaths of the employees of Freescale Semiconductor, as he is now the sole owner of the patent with 20 of Freescale senior employees now gone due to the missing plane. Freescale Semiconductor, “Had just launched a new electronic warfare gadget for military radar systems the day before the plane went missing” Anonymous also states of the 273 people on the plane, 70 were engineers. 

The semi-conduct patent was approved four days after the plane’s disappearance. Freescale and four of its Chinese employees owned the pending patent that was approved four days after the plane went missing. Now Freescale and Rothschild own the entire multi-billion dollar patent. The four Chinese employees are Peid Ong Wang, Zhijun Chen, Zhihong Cheng and Li Ying. The video states, “As all four Chinese members of the patent were passengers on the missing plane, patent owners can alter the proceeds legally by passing wealth to their heirs. However, they cannot do so until the patent is approved .So when the plane went missing, the patent was not approved.” 


The video goes on to state, “If the patent holder dies the other owners share equally in dividends from the deceased. If four of the five patentees dies then the patentee left alive gets 100 percent of the patent. That remaining patent holder is Freescale Semiconductor.” Rothschild owns Freescale Semiconductor (Rothschild’s Blackstone owns Freescale Semiconductor). The video further states, “Rothschild is hiding evidence to gain the rights to this semiconductor. He wants power and he wants his money. It may have taken 239 deaths to do it, but to him that’s just apart of population control.” 

 
Reports online indicate Peid Ong Wang, Zhijun Chen, Zhihong Cheng and Li Ying were killed in a plane crash, over ownership of their intellectual property, in events being blamed on "Illuminati member" Jacob Rothschild 

In life, people should be careful how they make their money. There are families in world history who did awful things for money and ended up suffering for it very badly. The Kennedys are a prime example. Their grandfather, Joe Kennedy, did very cruel and unethical things to people for money, to the point religious and non-religious people state his family has been cursed ever since as a result, due to the things that keep happening to them.

I pray for justice for the passengers of Malaysian Airlines flight MH370, as there is clearly a cover up going on. It’s odd that none of the passengers on the flight called their loved ones before the plane disappeared (during the September 11th terrorist attacks, passengers called their loved ones to say goodbye). There were also men onboard flight MH370 who used fake identities to board. The plane also flew undetected for 6-hours, indicating it was deliberately taken off the radar.

MH370: How Fatal is the Chip That Rothschild Reportedly ‘Acquired’?

On March 25, IntellihubNews reported that with the MH370 now missing or 'took down,' Lord Jacob Rothschild acquired a patent for a potent chip created by 20 employees of Freescale Semiconductor Ltd. aboard MH370. On March 24, Freescale Semiconductor Ltd. confirmed that it has 20 employees among the 239 passengers aboard the MH370 - 12 from Malaysia and 8 from China. 

"Out of respect for the families' privacy during this difficult time, we will not be releasing the names of the employees who were on board the flight at this time," Freescale spokeswoman Jacey Zuniga said. "These were people with a lot of experience and technical background and they were very important people. It's definitely a loss for the company," Mitch Haws, said Freescale's vice president. 

How destructible could this chip be? In a detailed report from Malaysia Chronicle dated April 8, it said that Freescale launched what could be the world's smallest microcontroller in Feb 2013 called the Kinesis KL02. KL02 measures 1.9 mm by 2mm and contains RAM, ROM and a clock. Even with its minute size, KL02 might be the most potent next-generation war weaponry. 

Whether remotely controlled or automatically programmed, KLO2 can be utilised to employ drones smaller than flies. Such small-sized drones were allegedly being used to deliver lab-cloned viruses or toxic drugs instrumental for spreading plague, virus and disease; track spy satellites or large scale and hidden weaponries. KL02 could also be injected to devices like Google glass to render the device obsolete or have the device controlled from 'someone' aside from its owner. 

The chip is also significant in making plausible Pentagon's ultimate dream of human-controlled robotic warrior. It can be injected to bionic prosthetics to control robotic nerves and limbs. 'Killing' the creators of this chip will prevent any leakage or selling of the technology to the Chinese and outside the Malaysian government. It is widely known that China is in its way of advancing its military-applications technology for warfare.

The Malaysian government, on the other hand, is rumoured to have acquired rights to a powerful chip which can alter barcode tags in retail goods and can be inserted into human body to by-pass identity verifications. Rothschild family reportedly owns the Malaysian Central Bank which has significant investments in Malaysian government and Malaysian Airlines.

Published Author Sues Warner Bros For Stealing Her Preexisting Book To Make The Movie 'Gravity'

Published author Tess Gerritsen has sued Warner Bros for $10,000,0000 over their Oscar winning film “Gravity” starring Sandra Bullock and George Clooney. Gerrtisen is an M.D. and best selling writer, who has authored several books that are widely available in stores and online. Warner Bros stole her book “Gravity” which is about a female astronaut lost in space and decided to make it into a movie without permission or payment to Gerrtisen. The film has grossed $800,000,0000. Therefore, Gerrtisen is suing for too little. If it weren’t for the theft of her book "Gravity" the movie “Gravity” would never have been made. 


George Clooney

Previously, George Clooney, who as mentioned above, stars in "Gravity" was sued by an author for obtaining a copy of her book and making it into the film "Syriana" without permission or payment. This also constitutes copyright infringement, a common and illegal practice in Hollywood.

Hollywood companies like Warner Bros are brazen with the thefts of copyright, because simply put, they buy off federal judges with cash or stock options. I speak from experience in having copyrights stolen by Madonna, who works for Warner Bros. When I sued Madonna et al, one of the companies in the case that participated in criminal copyright infringement with her, regarding my preexisting copyrights, quietly gave the Miami judge stock in their company, but in her child’s name, which she later admitted to in legal papers. This is known as taking a bribe - a common occurrence. I know of another case where Madonna and company blackmailed a sitting judge (which will be included in my forthcoming film Justice And Truth).

This ongoing criminal misconduct from Hollywood is based in sheer greed, via wanting all the fame, money and glory for things they did not do. They could follow domestic and international law in seeking copyright holder's permission and properly licensing work, but Hollywood has no integrity or decency and believes it is above the law. Congress needs to do something because a terrible, history making scandal is on the way regarding Hollywood and these judges that America and the world will never forget or excuse.

HBO’s New Pornographic Gay Show ‘Looking’ Is Depraved, Debauched And Unoriginal


HBO's "Looking" didn't look for originality or adherence to the Copyright Act or Berne Convention 

HBO’s new gay show "Looking" is depraved, debauched and very unoriginal. So unoriginal it breaches three preexisting copyrights I own that they've changed from wholesome and heterosexual to gay porn (Christians take note, because that's Hollywood). Time Warner owns HBO as well as Warner Bros.

Warner Bros has been home to chronic copyright stealing pop tart Madonna for nearly thirty years, before she signed with Live Nation in an unsuccessful pairing. However, Time Warner still plays host to the singer and her ex-husband Guy Ritchie at Warner Bros Pictures, in a series of crooked business deals. HBO’s parent company, Warner Bros (Time Warner) is a company I sued in the past for criminal copyright infringement and sent the matter to the FBI, as required by the U.S. Congress under federal jurisdiction rules.
The FBI interviewed me twice about the matter, in addition to other commissioned criminal misconduct by Madonna, Warner Bros and their affiliates, regarding crimes which includes, but is not limited to hacking to copy and steal preexisting copyrights, phone hacking (News Corp scandal I broke first) and wiretapping that transpired in the case.

Madonna's private eye Anthony Pellicano was subsequently arrested 4-months after I was interviewed by the FBI twice. He was also  convicted and sentenced to 15-years in prison for his crimes. Madonna has since switched to new private investigators to continue her criminal behavior (see: Gavin DeBecker among others).


You're right it's not TV...it's gay porn!

Based on pre-release items of HBO's "Looking" that I’ve seen online, there is very provable, clear cut criminal copyright infringement of what was heterosexual, Christian copyrights I own and registered years ago, well before this show was even announced. However, Time Warner/Warner Bros has turned preexisting heterosexual Christian copyrights they stole into debauched gay porn for broadcast on HBO. Please boycott the show.

"Looking" follows the lives of gay males in San Francisco and is packed with inappropriate, explicit and graphic scenes of gay sex. Some of the actors in the film were heterosexual prior to filming, but due to paychecks and career promises in Hollywood, took questionable x-rated roles in the show to their detriment.

According to IMDB, for the first few months of 2013, "Looking" was being made by another network in Britain, under a different name. Something went bad with the deal and the British network backed out of the infringing project, which as stated above, was once was a preexisting copyrights about straight people, whose stolen storyline has now been turned gay, much like some of the previously straight actors in the show.

Some of the actors in "Looking" were not known to be gay prior to this show. However, hefty paychecks and promises of fame changed that (see: Hollywood illuminati). What I don’t understand is why none of the actors in the film took their parents into consideration when filming what is basically gay porn.

Once their parents catch an eyeful of their children engaging in gay porn on screen, they are going to be shocked, shaken, heartbroken and devastated. They are going to literally cry tears. That’s a horrible thing for a parent to go through in watching something like that. I’m already being informed that some of the parents of actors connected to the show are very upset at pre-release materials.

No parent wants that for their child. Furthermore, the shock of seeing one’s son performing gay porn on TV is not good for any parent’s heart (physically or emotionally). The actors in the show owe their parents and fans (many former fans after they grasp what’s in that show) an apology for springing that debauched mess on them. It was not cute, cutting edge or funny. It was disrespectful and thoughtless. Neither will be it be funny when said actors see the effect the show will have on their careers, especially in America.

It is also going to create feelings of embarrassment and humiliation for parents of actors connected to the show once people find out or even see what their kids are doing on camera. And for what? Phony, trumped up promises of fame and fortune in Hollywood that will not materialize once audiences grasp the graphic nature of the show.

Additionally, when the general public finds out the full truth behind what went into "Looking" people are going to be appalled and never see Hollywood the same way again. The back story on "Looking" and the hateful, vengeful, malicious motivation behind it is the height of depravity. Previously, the industry pushed the sexually charged HBO show "Queer As Folks" which was overwhelmingly unpopular with audiences in America, but due to the gay factor in Hollywood, the show was given far more chances than other programs, but produced very little results.

It doesn’t matter who one sleeps with in Hollywood or what promises are issued if one compromises one’s self in going against moral codes, if audiences don’t like what they are being sold, they’re not going to buy it. You could have all the promotion, marketing and money in the world behind it, if audiences don’t like it or the image that has been created, having that big machine behind you won’t matter.

The founder of the sick, money hungry Kabbalah Center, Philip Berg, is dead. Reports indicate he passed away this week. Berg and pop singer Madonna, fleeced many out of millions of dollars in various scams that are currently under criminal investigation by the U.S. government and foreign officials as well.

Berg, a notorious copyright thief, much like his cohort Madonna, broke into the home of a deceased rabbi, stole his unpublished manuscript and took credit and payment for it, publishing it word for word. He was subsequently sued by the deceased rabbi's family for the criminal fraud and theft. Kabbalah has been a blight on Hollywood and the world, operating under the sick premise of "Inducing Schizophrenia" in people. Celebrities such as Britney Spears, Amanda Bynes, Lindsay Lohan, Beyonce, Rihanna, Demi Lovato, Mariah Carey, Miley Cyrus, Lil Wayne, Rupert Murdoch, Steve-O and Rosie O'Donnell, among others, have become mentally ill due to the cult's detrimental and damaging teachings. Madonna and Kabbalah were exposed during the criminal trial of private eye Anthony Pellicano, as having hired the mafia member to illegally wiretap, hack, stalk and harass people they paid him to for sick reasons. Avoid Kabbalah like the plague, because they will try to entice you with career favors and even money. However, they are headed for criminal court trouble and will drag you down with them.

AFP - The founder of the Los Angeles-based Kabbalah Centre, whose celebrity devotees include Madonna and Demi Moore, has died aged 86, the center announced. Rabbi Philip Berg -- known as Rav to his followers -- had been ill since suffering a stroke in 2004, the Los Angeles Times reported.

"The Kabbalah Centre is deeply saddened to announce the passing of our teacher, Rav Berg," said a statement on its website...Berg is survived by his wife Karen, "will continue their work and vision for the Centre," the website said.

Jay-Z’s Bodyguard Killed By Police In Miami After Trying To Break Into A House

Norman Oosterbroek, 43, the very violent head of security for illuminati/Kabbalah rapper Jay-Z, his wife Beyonce and fellow members Kanye West and Lady gaga, was tasered to death by police after breaking into a home in Miami, Florida butt naked. Police were called when Oosterbroek was observed breaking into a home on Old Cutler Road, an affluent section of South Miami and Coral Gables. Did I mention he was butt naked. Wonder who else's home he's broken into in Miami.

Ironically, when I was interviewed by the the FBI twice in 2005, regarding the Kabbalah criminal copyright infringement case and phone hacking scandal, which I broke first (via a police complaint to the Met Police in London), I did tell the FBI agents about the problem I was experiencing regarding break-ins, where the thieves didn't steal jewelry or electronics, but kept going to the desk in my home studio and stealing offline copyrighted discs with original songs, films scripts and book manuscripts, among other things, that I'd authored. Three of the break-ins occurred while we were at home. Each time they kept going for my home studio, as I had stopped authoring new copyrights on my computers that connected to the internet, because two computer security companies stated in writing the computers are being hacked and the contents illegally copied.

During one break in, the intruder picked the backdoor lock to my home studio and made his way inside. He fled when my mother began screaming for me to call 911. During another break-in, the intruder smashed the back window to my home studio and began trying to make his way inside, when my aunt began screaming as she saw him. He fled as a result. Other break-ins occurred when I was not at home and discs were stolen. It's gotten to the point, I don't leave any copyrighted CD or DVD discs with my new copyrights on them at home.

After the break-ins, weeks later each time, the items on my CD and DVD-ROM discs, only privately stored in the Library of Congress and in my home, kept coming out attributed to Madonna, her label Warner and their affiliates via a copyright attorney Robert Jacobs at Sony (Beyonce's label).

Police reports in Miami support these claims and the FBI was informed in writing as early as 2005 and furnished with copies of the police reports. The Miami Shores Police where I used to live stated they could not take up the case, because the FBI took it over having federal jurisdiction.

Kabbalah's former private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, who I complained to the FBI about in 2005 (he was arrested 4-months later and is currently in prison), routinely broke into people's homes and cars on behalf of Hollywood stars and hired thugs to do so as well, to install illegal surveillance equipment and or take files and computer items he was not able to have his 4 on staff hackers steal over the internet (via hacking/computer intrusion). The main agent that I gave the information to verbally and in writing is FBI Agent Catherine Koontz.

Similarly, in the phone hacking case in Britain, concerning Kabbalah member Rupert Murdoch, one of his employees turned police witness confessed that they had certain thugs they paid to break into homes to steal files and items they were unable to get their hands on through lawful means for illegal public use (Rupert Murdoch's News Corp Exposed For Burglaries Into High Profile People's Homes To Steal Information For Profit).

Toni Braxton Loses The Copyrights To Her Songs

Singer Toni Braxton's second bankruptcy is proving more damaging than the first a decade ago. She had an agreement with the bankruptcy court that she could buy back the copyrights to her songs for a minimum of $20,000 but she must participate in the bidding process.


However, Braxton received an unexpected blow when a man named Ross M. Klein outbid her, paying $40,000 for 27 of her songs, which was a steal. Braxton reportedly earned $700,000 since filing bankruptcy. She should have used some of it to retain the rights to her music.

Another Journalist Calls The FBI Liars For Denying The Existence Of Freedom Of Information Act Files They Claim Do Not Exist But She Has Parts Of In Her Possession

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have been exposed as corrupt liars again, as they have violated the Freedom of Information Act in denying the existence of a government file, regarding the FBI's investigation into Saudi hacking and copyright infringement. However, journalist Jo Franklin has copies of portions of the file in her possession, proving the FBI has lied.

The Freedom of Information Act request was sent to FBI Director Robert S. Mueller three times in three months and he has broken the law in denying the existence thereof. Then again, he is the man CBS News revealed committed perjury in lying under oath in Congress (CBS News Confirms That FBI Director Lied To Congress About Carrier IQ Spying). One should not expect "fidelity, bravery and integrity" from such a disgraceful liar and criminal.

Once again, the FBI has violated the Freedom of Information Act, violating the law and their congressional mandate. The U.S. Congress has failed in this regard, as they appointed the FBI the sole agency to investigate copyright infringement cases, but for the right amount of money, they criminally won't in conduct that is despicable and an illegal redistribution of wealth, in aiding and abetting high profile criminals, in covering up their crimes.

It is the same thing the FBI did regarding my case, due to a large bribe I have on good authority from one of my impeccable proven sources, FBI Director Robert S. Mueller accepted. He is a modern day Judas, who will do anything for money, while betraying innocent victims of crime.

FBI Refuses To Turn Over File of Saudi Hacking Investigation Says File 'doesn't exist' 

EINPresswire.com/ September 19, 2012 -- In defiance of the Freedom Of Information Act, the Federal Bureau of Investigation has refused to turn over the file of a six month investigation of Saudi hacking and illegal film distribution in the US. The FBI claiming the file "doesn't exist" says it thus cannot comply with the Freedom of Information Act. The request was sent directly to FBI Director Robert Mueller more than three months ago and resent twice.

In fact, a large portion of the file, correspondence with three different FBI Agents working on the investigation, is currently held by journalist Jo Franklin. "It is astonishing they claim they can't comply with the Freedom of Information Act saying it doesn't exist. I have a large portion of it. One has to wonder what they are trying to conceal in the rest of it," noted Ms. Franklin. The Freedom of Information Act mandates the Justice Department release the file within 21 days.

The investigation was originally requested by the National Security Division of the Justice Department stemming from a Complaint filed by filmmaker and author Jo Franklin. The Complaint cited Saudi hacking and destruction of her film website, email hacking, and illegal mass duplication and distribution of her award-winning PBS series "Saudi Arabia."

"The Saudis were blatant about their years of illegal film distribution. It originated under Amb. Bandar Bin Sultan who was well advised this was illegal but remained confident that no one in the US legal system would do anything about it. His Deputy, Rihab Massoud stated candidly 'We gave that out to everyone." I first notified the FBI of this in 2009. They said they would open a case. Then weeks later said they would do nothing but could give no reason," stated Ms. Franklin.

Copyright infringement, film piracy, is a serious problem for the film industry which loses millions of dollars annually to theft. The FBI is assigned oversight of law enforcement of this. Saudi Arabia has a well known history of copyright infringement.

The second Complaint was filed in January 2012 when it became evident the Saudis had expanded their illegal actions to now include hacking and an attempt to destroy a new film they didn't like. SeaCastle Films took the issue to Federal Court and won release of the film which was lauded in reviews by noted historians, Pulitzer Prize winners, and moderate Islamic scholars. Nevertheless, the Saudis continued to destroy the film's website and intercept email. Upon being advised the FBI had opened an investigation, the Saudis remained confident the Administration would do nothing to them. "We put in a call to the Administration to kill the investigation," stated Saudi Embassy personnel.

"Everything about this is deeply disturbing. I have substantial material from the file that supposedly doesn't exist. By law, I am entitled to the rest of it. The longer they refuse to turn it over, the more concerned I am about what is in it," stated Ms. Franklin.
