The FBI Finally Admits It Did Not Need Apple To Unlock Terrorist's iPhone In Power Grab

The Judiciary Report has been proven correct in its assertion the FBI lied about needing Apple to unlock the iPhone of the terrorist ringleader in the San Bernardino terrorist attack. In the March 11, 2016 article "FBI Using San Bernardino Terrorist Attack As A Power Grab At Apple" the site stated, "As the phrase goes, "Give them an inch and they will take a mile." Once the FBI gets a foothold, they will keep imposing and perversely go further each time. Furthermore, the FBI does not need Apple to unlock the phone. Others have unlocked iPhones. The FBI just wants to illegally control Apple in a bid to further spy on the masses. They are grossly overstepping their congressional mandate. It is arrogant, out of order and totalitarian in nature."

Two weeks later, on Monday, March 28, 2016, in an evening announcement, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and its parent agency the Department of Justice (DOJ) stated they are backing of Apple in the court case and have found an outside company to unlock the terrorist's iPhone. Yea, you do that (sarcasm). I told you guys the FBI was lying. They are a deceitful, treacherous, corrupt, lying agency, who are not to be trusted under any circumstances (they've caused innocent people's deaths, including children and separately framed innocent people New Evidence Reveals The FBI Sent Innocent People To Death Row and Man Wrongfully Imprisoned For 28-Years Due To FBI and The FBI Still Framing People For Crimes and Wives Of Men Framed By The FBI Speak).

The FBI was about to greatly damage Apple, a company that legitimately employs thousands of people and actually makes America money, unlike the Federal Bureau Of Investigation, who keeps going to Congress with its hands outstretched accompanied by concocted stories and fake cases they've created, to demand more taxpayer money to spy on Americans and international citizens, in violation of the Constitution.

If the power grab had gone ahead through the courts, the public would have simply associated Apple with the FBI, branding them snitches controlled by the Feds, having embedded themselves in the company's products to spy on the masses and began avoiding their products. Apple makes good products and should be free from government interference of that nature. 

Hackers are nosy. The minute tech companies put out new products, hackers do their level best to take them apart and would brag online about any backdoors they've discovered. Congress was negligent in allowing the FBI and DOJ to file the court case against Apple, trying to take over a company they weren't smart enough to build. It was pure arrogance. Revelations of widespread National Security Agency (NSA) spying is proof federal law enforcement cannot be trusted with the public's privacy.  

There is something deeply perverted with people, government or civilian, who believe they are to be secretly spying on others. There is something mentally wrong in their brains to be doing this. Psychologists have written many papers on the subject. It is perverted, mentally ill voyeurism. Government officials have been forced to admit under oath and in Congress that all this spying has not stopped even one terrorist attack. It's just an excuse to spy on people.

Select members of government are using illegal spying for undue enrichment to commit insider trading, financial theft, corporate theft, gain information of political rivals to get in office and secure lucrative jobs and in some cases spy on their significant others (an exclusive the Judiciary Report broke first).

The Fight Between Apple And The FBI Is Just Getting Started

March 30, 2016 00:19 IST - Apple isn't the only company that is aiming to install greater encryption around products. Washington: The Justice Department has called off a high-profile legal battle with Apple after it was able to unlock an iPhone used by one of the San Bernardino shooters without the company's help. But rather than resolve the fight, this latest development is likely to motivate Apple and other companies to strengthen the security of their devices even more and force the government to keep up with any new security measures, technology executives and security analysts said. 

"They're in an arms race," said Matthew Blaze, a cryptography researcher and professor at the University of Pennsylvania. "The FBI is trying to find new ways in and Apple is trying to find new ways to defend against that." Apple isn't the only company that is aiming to install greater encryption around products, which makes intrusions by hackers and government investigators alike much more difficult. 

The FBI case appears to have intensified efforts among tech companies such as Snapchat and Facebook to employ better encryption - a trend that began after Edward Snowden's revelations of government spying in 2013 and a massive wave of cyber-hacking in recent years. 

Cloud computing company Box, which filed a legal brief supporting Apple in the San Bernardino case, is one of the many tech firms rushing to offer new encryption-related security features. It recently launched a product, Keysafe, that allows corporate customers to hold on to their own encryption keys -- a move co-founder and chief executive Aaron Levie said was as much about fighting off hackers and cybercriminals as it was about fending off government surveillance. The implementation of Keysafe means the company cannot collect and hand over the private information of a customer even when the authorities have a warrant.

Under the unlawful operation, Holder, with Obama's approval and knowledge, sent money and high powered weapons to select criminal outfits in neighboring nation Mexico, to see what would happen when it fell into the hands of the drug cartels the government has been watching. The cartels began using the weapons to kill American border patrol agents and Mexican civilians in the drug war.

Sean Penn posed for a photo with drug kingpin, El Chapo, shaking his hand as though he is in agreement with him. It did not reflect well on Penn in the eyes of Mexican authorities. Penn was followed by the Mexican government to a remote jungle where they witnessed him interview El Chapo.  The Mexican government raided El Chapo the next day.

This week it was revealed, weapons the Obama Administration sent to Mexico, also ended up in the hands of the most dangerous drug dealer the world, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman. It is being reported, "a weapon capable of taking down a helicopter" was among the guns confiscated by the Mexican government during El Chapo's recapture.

After an August 11, 2015 court hearing in the Aisha v. Madonna/Kabbalah Center case, a lawyer for Jay Z, represented by the Greenberg Traurig law firm threw Madonna under the bus asking me "I know you have a problem with Madonna, but what did Jay Z do." Jay Z's lawyer basically admitted Madonna is culpable in the case, as her behavior has been so brazen, outrageous and outright criminal, believing there would be no lawsuit or FBI intervention to stop her, she did whatever flagrantly cruel and wicked thing she wanted and got very sloppy to the point there is so much evidence inextricably linking her to criminal behavior towards me. It was his attempt at distancing his client, Jay Z, from Madonna's criminal conduct. However, Jay Z's misconduct is plainly listed in the lawsuit.

Jay Z illegally used preexisting copyrights belonging to me for songs he unlawfully released, some of which were on my former website (Aisha.TV and AishaMusic.com) while other songs that were unpublished were illegally obtained by one of Madonna's hackers, Randy Vaughn, via the criminal computer hacking of my laptops and computers, which was confirmed by computer security companies. Jay Z's also used private, unpublished business plans that contain proprietary data, also obtained via criminal hacking by Madonna's hackers.

My copyrights were copyrighted with the Library Of Congress YEARS prior to Jay Z (and his co-defendants) infringing them for undue financial enrichment and awards. Some of the items include my business plans for a sports team, a sports management company (for discovering and developing unknown talent, not poaching established talent from other managers and agents as Jay Z has been doing), an artist management company and a chicken wing restaurant - all preexisting items Jay Z illegally used, after obtaining them from Madonna's hackers.

Jay Z's lawyer also filed a "notice of removal" transferring the case from state court to Federal court, which I did not want (it is easier for litigants to access the state court wherever they go in the world via the online eFile case system, which the federal courts do not permit). Jay Z's lawyer also took it upon himself to plan my life out for the next year, giving me a lengthy print out of court hearings he chose dates for without asking me. The defendants in the case knew I was going abroad and did this in a bid to try to block me leaving, as it has proven very difficult for Madonna and company to harass, terrorize and threaten me (among other things) in the international community, especially to the sick and appalling degrees they did in America. I am abroad on business, to see doctors about alternative back surgery and torn rotator cuff surgery, as well as to help a relative who is physically unwell.

After the hearing Jay Z's lawyer broached the subject of settlement. The paperwork he gave me indicates a possibility of settlement, though not likely and they would inform the judge if one is reached. However, I asked for no money in the lawsuit and have no intention of settling something that contains a horrific criminal component (I will sue them internationally at a later date regarding the copyright infringement and I do not intend on settling that case either, as those infringing works I find very offensive never should have been made). These people really should be in prison for what they have been doing. I filed the current lawsuit seeking "injunctive relief" to stop the terrible criminal behavior that includes, but is not limited to computer hacking, stalking and confrontations, as well as acts of violence. I did not ask for money in this lawsuit and left that to the discretion of any potential jury, as a means of punitive damages.

I need to finish my pharmaceutical patents to help sick people, which I made mention of in the lawsuit. How am I supposed to finish the patents with those Kabbalah lunatics constantly stealing my copyrights, criminally sabotaging businesses I've started in trying to destroy my income, sending Miami Kabbalah Center members to break into my home whenever they feel like looking for offline copyrighted DVD-ROMs containing my preexisting copyrighted work they wish to steal, vandalizing and damaging my computer and electronic equipment during break-ins, stalking me everywhere I go including to libraries in America, while I'm trying to peacefully work on my patents (they developed a habit of stalking me to public libraries and then openly harassing me while I work). No one should have to work or live under such human rights abuses. It's absolutely sick.  

Additionally, this month I received a letter from the Department Of Justice, the parent agency of the FBI, stating they will look into the allegations in the lawsuit. As I stated in the lawsuit "FBI COMPLAINT - As a federal formality, this lawsuit has been sent to the FBI with a formal complaint of civil rights and human rights abuses."

I did not file the complaint with the FBI because I have any faith in them. I don't. They are corrupt. After they interviewed me when I made the complaint about Madonna's private investigator Anthony Pellicano and they only arrested and imprisoned him months later, while according to what one of my sources told me, accepting a big bribe from Madonna to remain free, I pretty much lost all faith in the U.S. government, no longer believing they are a force for good.

In the mean time my main focus is getting my pharmaceutical patents out to help sick people and mark my words, everyone of you involved in this sick copyright theft and harassment spree, trying to block my pharmaceutical patents from coming out via engaging in sabotage and theft of funds, so you can continue to steal my copyrights for illegal financial enrichment, will answer for it within the scope of the law in world forums and it will not be pretty.

This is a follow up to the February 3, 2015 article "The FBI Declines To Charge Darren Wilson In The Murder Of Mark Brown Revealing A Pattern Of Injustice Against Minorities At The Agency." Today, the FBI's parent agency, the equally corrupt, Department of Justice, has announced, child killer, George Zimmerman, will not be charged for murdering 17-year-old minor, Trayvon Martin. Instead, Zimmerman, this deranged threat to the public, especially black people, will be allowed to continue to roam free. Zimmerman has illustrated he is a walking time bomb.

Since the time Zimmerman was unjustly acquitted in the murder of Martin, he has broken his father-in-law's nose in an unprovoked confrontation, where he also threatened his wife, who is divorcing him. Zimmerman was also arrested twice for domestic violence, in hitting and choking his girlfriend, but was released with no charges filed. He also threatened to murder a motorist in an incident that was an unprovoked act of road rage from Zimmerman.

An embarrassed and humiliated Attorney General, Eric Holder, is trying to backtrack on what amounts to criminal behavior, as he had illegally labeled Fox News journalist, James Rosen, a criminal spy, in order to gain court approval to spy on him. Holder was searching for anything he could find to destroy Rosen for engaging in his constitutional right to free press, via exposing government misconduct (particularly Holder’s and that of the administration). Self-interest was at play once again, as they’ve done this to a number of journalists who exposed crimes being committed by the government against the American people.

For years the Judiciary Report has stated the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Department of Justice (DOJ) has been illegally spying on journalists and people in general with publicly outspoken views (usually for political reasons) by lying about them in official documents, labeling them criminals such as spies or terrorists. It is the only way the FBI/DOJ can legally get court clearance to spy on someone under such circumstances and it is a dirty political trick that needs to desist.

When the FBI/DOJ does such things they become the laughingstock of the intelligence community, as world governments and spy groups know they did not employ the individuals who have been defamatorily labeled spies, just so the FBI/DOJ can spy on them for political reasons. What is basically amounts to is this: you lawfully wrote something about me I didn’t like, so I’m going to waste taxpayer money and investigate you with the hope I can viciously harass you and your loved ones out of revenge, making you shut up.

The worst part is when their unconstitutional investigations into the aforementioned law abiding targets gets nasty and personal out of nothing but revenge, as it so often does at the low brow agency. The FBI then begins contacting friends and family members of the innocent target(s), approaching their loved ones and friends with outrageous, defamatory lies, in bids at turning them against them.

They will state it is "a matter of national security" or "life and death" requesting the target’s loved ones and friends assist the FBI in trying to demoralize, harass and abandon the target they will deceitfully make out to be the most horrible person alive, all because some big wig in Washington didn’t like a piece they wrote for a blog, website or newspaper, exposing some truth they did not want uncovered.

It's called an abuse of power and they deserve to go to prison for it. "Your tax dollars hard at work" … violating the constitution. That’s called an abuse of power and they deserve to go to prison for it.
Holder now states of his disgraceful behavior, "I'm a little concerned that things have gotten a little out of whack. I think we can do a better job than we have. We can reform those regulations, reform those guidelines to better reflect that balance. I don't like that, because it means me as official who has great respect for the press, is in essence saying a reporter doing his or her job and doing that important job is somehow branded a criminal. I'm just not comfortable with that, we're going to change that."

A number of politicians from both political parties want Holder to resign, due to the mounting scandals that have thoroughly discredited him. However, law-breaking Holder states he has no intention of resigning. It is going to come back to haunt him, as more scandals loom regarding his behavior in office that was not in line with the law.

Learn from FBI Director Robert Mueller’s downfall, after strong-arming his way into an unprecedented and unwise term extension the Judiciary Report warned against (Failed FBI Director Robert S. Then, two years later, Mueller was caught on the job during the Boston Marathon bombings, as having been the negligent fool that ignored a vital tip from the Russian government that would have saved innocent lives and spared nearly 300 people terrible injury. Pardon the pun, but quit while you’re ahead, Holder.

Confirmed: The FBI Spying On Journalists Emails Just As The Website Previously Stated

This week it was revealed the FBI spied in the email box of Fox journalists, James Rosen and William La Jeunesse. They are accused of no crimes nor have they been legally charged in any matter, but the FBI and its parent agency, the Department of Justice wanted to find out their  scoops and the identity of their sources before they publish articles and news reports. This misconduct on the FBI's part constitutes criminal violations of the U.S. Constitution.

This further confirms what the Judiciary Report has been stating for years (and since 2006 in sister site the Sound Off Column) regarding a story I broke first - the FBI is going to hosting companies/e-mail service providers and secretly demanding the contents of select writers/journalists/bloggers' emails: FBI To Be Called Before Congress Over Spying and The FBI And Mobile Phone Spying and Former U.S. Government Official States The FBI Is Spying On All Americans (Video) and It Has Been Confirmed The U.S. Government Is Spying On Scientists And Doctors In Violation Of The Constitution.

Journalists and bloggers all over America are angry at this development, as it tramples free press and free speech, which are guaranteed by the Constitution. The FBI is not engaging in this misconduct for national security purposes, but political ones to stifle lawful criticism of the government. They are also doing this to get tips and scoops to build investigations around, in order to break cases and look groundbreaking and ahead of the curve before Congress, when they go to the legislature to seek billions of dollars in taxpayer money.

The Fox News Channel is outraged over new revelations that three of its reporting staffers were targeted by the U.S. Department of Justice in criminal investigations related to their attempts to obtain information from government sources.

James Rosen, the network's chief Washington correspondent, has become a First Amendment cause celebre over his treatment by the Obama administration. But the DOJ, Fox says, also investigated the Emmy Award-winning investigative reporter William La Jeunesse and Fox News producer Mike Levine.

FBI Warning Public About Hackers Secretly Triggering Web Cams To Spy On You In Your Home

The FBI put out a warning this week stating the public should be careful regarding hackers secretly turning on your computer webcams to spy on you in your home. This is a problem the Judiciary Report has been writing about for years, due to the phone hacking case, which I broke first, that also has other illegality attached to it.

However, the Judiciary Report would be remiss not to mention, the FBI has been known to secretly trigger people’s webcams to spy on them at home, in the office, hotel rooms and wherever the computer unit/laptop is located. As written in a past article, the Judiciary Report found a case in the court system where the FBI was reprimanded for using a hidden camera in the private space of a family they were surveilling, due to one of the parents being a target of the investigation and ended up filming one of the couple’s minor children with the camera.

This was a serious breach of the Constitution and U.S. code. The FBI has also engaged in remote triggering of webcams to watch certain people in their homes they have placed under surveillance. So in short, practice what you preach.
