New FBI Director James Comey Laments The Lack Of Minority Agents But There's A Reason For That

FBI Director James Comey

The new head of the FBI, James Comey, who replaced racist, bribe taking, taxpayer money wasting former agency director, Robert S. Mueller, gave a speech recently lamenting the lack of agents of color at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Myself and others have the distinct impression black lives don’t matter at the FBI. It is how minorities have been treated by the agency and it is a black mark on the FBI's name and image.

As stated previously in the column, black agents came out on record stating the agency had the late civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr killed. Modern day cases such as Trayvon Martin and Mike Brown, saw the agency state they would investigate, then each time corruptly pronounced there was no wrongdoing.

Martin was an underage, unarmed black teen, who was illegally stalked, confronted, harassed, then murdered by a deranged, self-proclaimed neighborhood watchman. Yet no one at the FBI saw anything wrong with that. If someone stalked, confronted, harassed and killed their unarmed, underage offspring, the FBI would ensure the perpetrators didn’t even make it to the police station. There would be no trial. The perpetrators would be dead.

Unarmed black teen Mike Brown was confronted and attacked by police officer Darren Wilson in Ferguson, Missouri. Brown ends up bullets to the head, torso and arm, as witnesses stated he was surrendering. The top pathologist in America stated Wilson did not have to shoot Brown so many times (Top Forensic Pathologist Michael Baden States There Was No Evidence Of A Struggle Between Mike Brown And Police And He Should Not Have Been Shot So Many Times). Ferguson Police managed to turn one witness whose testimony was used in support of Wilson. Said witness now has a cushy job with the local Ferguson government. The FBI saw absolutely nothing wrong with any of this, even though many people all over America and the world did.

It was also discovered FBI investigators falsified evidence in matters that resulted in minorities being sent to prison on death row for crimes they did not commit (New Evidence Reveals The FBI Sent People To Death Row Who Were Innocent Of Crimes They Were Convicted Of). That is incredibly evil.

Innocent minority men spent years behind bars proclaiming their innocence, all because of corruption that came out of an FBI lab trying to meet arrest and conviction quotas to get more taxpayer money from Congress. None of this has helped the FBI in the eyes of minorities in America and all over the world.

As I have stated in the past, there are good law enforcement officers and bad ones as well. One can’t generalize everyone. The problem with the FBI is there are so many egregious cases that have harmed innocent minorities and resulted in injustices that people are highly suspicious of the agency. This negative image is one of the FBI’s own making. They can’t complain. Their deeds regarding minorities led the nation and the world to feel this way. There are inequities in how minorities are treated by the FBI and it is plain for many to see. It does not compel people of color to join the agency. Hence the decreased number of minorities at the FBI.

After death threats and arrest, Masih was found to be innocent. The Canadian government has graciously granted Masih and her family asylum in Canada, where they have begun a new life. Compendius wishes the Masih family the very best. May God be with you always.

Malala Yousufzai has been granted asylum in Britain, after the Taliban tried to murder the young Muslim woman for seeking an education

Rimsha is now going to school in Canada, something forbidden by terrorists groups in Pakistan, who also tried to murder 15-year-old Malala Yousufzai for seeking an education. Everyone in society should be free to pursue an education. Women are not property, but people entitled to human rights.

Julian Assange's Extradition To Sweden Could Mean The Death Penalty In America If They Hand Him Over To Obama

Julian Assange

Wikileaks founder Julian Assange has been ensconced in the Ecuadorian embassy in London's bustling Knightsbridge, attempting to evade extradition to Sweden on trumped up rape charges. A woman that consented to have sex with Assange, changed her mind after the fact, which is highly questionable. The Judiciary Report does not believe in premarital sex, but how can you have sex with someone, then after you've done the deed, change your mind (not before or during the act). That's a load of rubbish.

Barack Obama

Many believe the claims were cooked up by the Obama Administration, as revenge for top secret documents whistleblower Assange posted to the Wikileaks site, revealing serious criminal wrongdoing by the government. Some in Congress publicly stated, there are forums for whistleblowers to address criminal misconduct, but the Judiciary Report can unequivocally state from experience, no there are not, as when a member of the administration wants to launch a cover up, everyone else in the government falls in line. Let's not lie to the public, shall we.

Buju Banton Convicted On Drug Charges After Mistrial

Buju Banton (left)

Dancehall singer, Buju Banton, real name, Mark Myrie, was convicted this week on drug charges in Tampa, Florida. He has been remanded into custody. The original case brought against him last year resulted in a mistrial.

However, the singer was found guilty this week, in spite of the fact, the government's cooperating witness in the case stated, the drugs, guns and vehicle used in the set up did not belong to Banton. His attorney announced they will lodge an appeal.

Wikileaks Founder Free On Bail

Julian Assange Freed

Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange, has been freed on bail. He was released from a London, England prison today, after turning himself in on a trumped up rape charge in Sweden, concocted by the U.S. State Department. Assange leaked a massive cache of terribly embarrassing classified documents that exposed criminal wrongdoing in the U.S. government.

As a result, President Obama, has allowed key players in his administration, namely Hillary Clinton, to run amok with revenge plans against Assange, which garnered him more sympathy than scorn.

Wikileaks A Wake Up Call For Washington

Lawyer: Wikileaks Founder Human Rights Violated

Julian Assange

The lawyer of framed Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange, stated during an interview yesterday, his human rights have been violated in a "rape" case in Sweden. Assange has been framed for "rape" on the basis of having consensual sex "without a condom." His lawyer stated he has not received a written version of the charges against him, in his native English, which is a violation of international human rights charters.

The Obama Administration is using the CIA concocted sham of a case, to detain Assange, while they work on flimsy charges against him, with the intent of gaining an extradition. The main charge being bantered about is "treason" which seems odd, considering he is not American. Assange is Australian. Therefore, that charge makes no sense. However, typical of the corrupt and sorry to state, crazy Justice Department, they are of the belief it will stick.

Hillary Clinton

The facts of the case are not in the Obama Administration's favor. Assange did not solicit the data he published. It was sent to his whistleblower website, Wikileaks, due to the widespread criminal misconduct people like, Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, have been engaging in at the State Department, under the guise of government business.

Therefore, he cannot rationally be charged as treasonous or a spy, because the information that was passed to him, was done without solicitation and furnished on the basis it would be used as a whistle blowing tool.

Barack Obama

Additionally, it was passed to Assange by someone that lawfully had access to it. Since the U.S. Congress encourages whistle blowing to promote a transparent government, what's the problem? I'll tell you what the problem is, it gave the American people and the world a very candid view of the crimes being committed in Washington, which flies in the face of the Constitution and every conceivable law in existence.

It also showed the American people they cannot trust what the government is telling them. Things are being done in the nation's name that the American people do not approve of based on feedback and never asked for in a million years.

The government needs to learn from the experience and change its ways. Wikileaks was a wake up call for Washington, regarding unfettered corruption and the illusion one can break whatever law one chooses, under the guise of "sovereign immunity." There is no such thing, as there will always be consequences to corruption and criminal conduct, no matter who you bribe to suppress the truth.

The Identity Of The Women Accusing Wikileaks Founder Of Rape (Photos)

Julian Assange

Wikileaks website founder, Julian Assange, is being accused of rape in a frame up backed by the Obama Administration. The two women being used in the CIA plot are hardline, vengeful feminist Anna Ardin and Sofia Wilen. Ardin once authored a paper on how to legally punish a mate for being unfaithful, alluding to conduct similar to what Assange has been falsely accused of committing.

Anna Ardin

Assange is being charged with rape, for having consensual sex, with two women, on two different days, using a condom that broke during one encounter and in another incident, engaging in intercourse without a condom, both acts unlawful in Sweden. Once again, respectfully, the Swedish government needs to revise its legal classifications, as calling the aforementioned conduct rape trivializes the real horrors of sexual assault. Many tourists visit Sweden, renown for its beautiful people and may land in legal hot water, due to the "Sex By Surprise" statute that is in effect, labeling intercourse without a condom or a broken one, rape, when by international standards it is not.

Sofia Wilen

In regards to Ardin and Wilen, the former contacted the latter, after finding out she too had sex with Assange and the women, under the direction of the CIA, filed a police report against the Wikileaks website founder, both had feverishly pursued. The case was initially thrown out, but under political pressure and threat's from Hillary Clinton at the State Department, it was revived.

Ardin and Wilen need to answer this, why would you invite a man to stay in your apartment, while he is visiting from abroad, go to dinner with him, return to your place, have sex with him and then file a police report against him two days later, with another young woman who stalked him and volunteered to work on his presentation, unless you are trying to set him up (*looks at the CIA* you wanna answer that one too?).

Dec. 8, 2010 - Julian Assange Jailed on Charges: Politically Motivated, or Just Convenient? But in an exclusive interview with ABC News' Jim Sciutto, Wikileaks' spokesman Kristinn Hrafnsson insisted Assange's arrest won't alter the site's calculated release of thousands of secret government cables, which still continues according to plan. The site published a new slate of cables Wednesday.

"It is not derailing us in any way," said Hrafnsson, adding that a group of five to six people is running Wikileaks' operations in Assange's absence. "This is a turning tide and starting a trend that you can't really stop unless you want to shut down the Internet."

Julian Assange Arrested After Being Framed

Free Julian Assange And Bradley Manning

Julian Assange

The Obama Administration made a lot of enemies today, with the arrest of Wikileaks site founder, Julian Assange, for leaking classified documents illustrating rampant corruption and human atrocities perpetrated by the government. He was arrested in London, England today, in a very chaotic scene, when he turned himself in on an outstanding international Interpol warrant for very dubious rape and sexual assault claims.

Many booed his arrest as a show of support for his bravery in exposing government corruption. Online many slammed the Obama Administration for framing Assange in order to neutralize him and his website, which is now operating from the web address www.Wikileaks.ch.

The arrest stems from Assange's stay in Sweden this summer, where he had consensual sex with two women, two days apart. They both reported him to the police on the very same day, which looks very strange under the circumstances. In one instance, the condom broke during sexual intercourse and the other he did not use one.

Hillary Clinton

Under Swedish law it is a crime to have sex without a condom and it is labeled rape and sexual assault. Sweden should revise this law, as it does not reflect the true horrors of rape, to state someone having CONSENSUAL sex without protection is a sexual predator. Originally, the case was thrown out by Swedish prosecutors, labeled without merit, but under pressure from the Obama Administration, it was reopened.

Statistic reveal condoms have a 36% failure rate, which would mean many are guilty of a crime under Swedish law. What it translates into is any couple engaging in consensual sex, where there is breakage of the prophylactic, has just committed rape. That makes no sense.

The Judiciary Report is of the belief, should the Swedish government want to continue criminalizing sex without a condom, they should rename the statute the Unsafe Sex law, rather than referring to it as "rape" or "sexual assault." That would be more appropriate. Currently, the title does not fit the conduct and is unnecessarily destroying people's names and taking away their freedom.

Barack Obama

To clarify, the Judiciary Report does not encourage premarital sex. However, the law is the law and a proper classification and interpretation should be placed on each section, for the sake of domestic citizens and international tourists.

One has to wonder if the CIA passed the women involved some money to make the complaint, as Assange was invited to stay at their apartments, before the so-called incidents transpired. It wouldn't be the first time the government framed someone.

If you take a good look at the leaked Wikileaks cables featuring Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, you will observe a ruthless member of government, preoccupied with people's sex lives and medical records, searching for a weak point to criminally exploit. It's a very old political trick and an exceptionally dirty one.

Wikileaks Founder Conveniently Accused Of Rape

Julian Assange

Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange, was conveniently accused of rape, in deeds being labeled a federal government trick to discredit and destroy the widely read website. A warrant was issued for Assange in Sweden, on the rape charge, then quickly retracted.

Assange denied the allegations, labeling it plot by the Obama administration, to neutralize and harm him, for leaking classified documents about the Afghanistan war. The military conflict has killed a significant number of civilians, including many children, as opposed to terrorists.

The CIA, FBI and Pentagon are after Assange, out of sheer revenge, giving the world another unflattering glimpse at the federal government's evil streak and how far they are willing to go, to destroy domestic and international citizens that speak out against them.

One cannot break the law to uphold it. What the government is attempting to do to Assange is positively criminal and disgraceful. The American people do not pay your salaries with their hard earned tax dollars, for you to break domestic and international law, in a very unlawful and vengeful witch hunt.

The government is fearing a forthcoming Wikileak of additional information, which details more corruption on their part. The solution to this problem is simple. The government should stop engaging in appalling criminal conduct at home and abroad, that way, if someone gets a hold of its files, they do not have to attempt to frame, destroy and potentially kill said person, as the contents of the files are that terrible.

Many are looking forward to the upcoming leak, as the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, have based in deceit, costing many soldiers and civilians their lives. The entire whistle blowing process has given the public an unvarnished look at what is truly transpiring, regarding the war.

Here's hoping Assange survives the onslaught, as the government is not above murdering him, preferably through something that looks accidental. It's not like they haven't done it before to many others.
