14-year-old Pakistani girl, Rimsha Masih, has been granted asylum in Canada, after her neighbor lied to officials stating she had burned the pages of the Islamic book the Qu'ran, making her eligible for execution. After death threats and arrest, Masih was found to be innocent. The Canadian government has graciously granted Masih and her family asylum in Canada, where they have begun a new life.
