Soldier Bradley Manning Found Guilty Of Violating Espionage Act (Video)

Private Bradley Manning, the soldier responsible for bravely leaking government documents and footage to website Wikileaks.org, showing among other things, civilians being murdered in the Middle East, has been found guilty on six counts of violating the Espionage Act of 1917. The 25-year-old American born solider, who spent some of his formative years in Wales (United Kingdom), was acquitted of the most serious charge of "Aiding the Enemy."

Edward Snowden

Manning has been kept under terrible prison conditions, meant to punish and break him physically and mentally, before trial. His conviction comes as a disappointment to many, who view it as a blow to free speech and free press. Manning exposed government wrongdoing and like NSA leaker, Edward Snowden, should be commended for that. It's ironic and hypocritical that select members of government egregiously break the law, yet those that expose it should be sentenced to prison.  There's something very wrong with that.

Obama Administration Forcing Jailed Wikileaks Suspect To Sleep Naked In Cold Cell

Barack Obama

The Obama Administration is violating the Geneva Conventions again, in its harsh and cruel treatment of Bradley Manning, the openly gay solider and alleged source of the Wikileaks website's massive document dump. Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange, embarrassed President Obama and Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, as the leaks contained blatant acts of criminal wrongdoing.

The administration's abuse of a prisoner, who was held for months without being charged, in criminal violation of the U.S. Constitution, constitutes torture. It proves to the nation and the world, the Obama Administration has become corrupt and very capable of the criminal misconduct contained in the leaked items.

It was revealed today, Manning, is being forced to sleep in the nude on a prison cell mattress placed on the floor. His bed has no sheets, blankets or pillows in the dirty cell, which is subject to cold and heat from the changing weather climate, in apart of America that experienced record snow fall this year. I wouldn't treat a dog that way, let alone a human being.

Bradley Manning

The Obama Administration has attempted to justify this misconduct, stating it was for Manning's own good, but to people that know better, regarding the dirty tactics used by government officials, will recognize it as a method of torture. They are trying to break this young man. It first begins with subtle abuses, then steadily they increase the human rights violations. Other abuses will include tainted food, spiked medication, sleep deprivation, threats and "accidental" physical injury.

Manning remains in solitary confinement, with no real contact with the outside world, which is a proven method of psychological torture. Third world dictators have used all the aforementioned abusive techniqures on people they wish to destroy mentally, before or while they inflict physical acts of torture. Disgusting!

It is appalling and astonishing to think, Manning is eligible for the death penalty of all things, over leaked documents. He did not betray America. Bush did. Former President, George W. Bush, is the one that should be on trial for the deaths of thousands of soldiers and over a million civilians, due to his deliberate lies. He is the real criminal. People have been found guilty and subject to life sentences for far less crimes than Bush committed against innocent people.

Obama Pushing For The Death Penalty For Bradley Manning And Wikileaks

Barack Obama (center)

The administration of U.S. President, Barack Obama, is pushing for the death penalty for openly gay soldier, Bradley Manning, believed to be the source of the insightful Wikileaks document dumps, which have captivated the world for the past year.

The leaks have exposed criminal activity by the Obama and Bush administrations, proving to be very embarrassing and humiliating for them. However, if the government bothered to follow the law and didn't engage in such egregious criminal misconduct, things like this would not happen.

Julian Assange

Wikileaks and its founder, Julian Assange, have denied Manning is the source of the government leaks and has been championing his release, due to the terrible mistreatment he is receiving at the hands of the Obama Administration.

Manning is being kept in appalling, inhumane conditions in a Texas military prison. He is forced to sleep in a dirty cell, with a mattress on the floor that has no pillow, sheets or blankets. He has no communication with the outside world or any privacy.

This mistreatment is coming from the same Obama Administration lecturing America and the world on justice, human rights and how to treat people with dignity and respect. You should practice what you preach.

Bradley Manning

It is clear to anyone with sense that you are criminally violating Manning's human rights and flagrantly violating the U.S. Constitution. It didn't get Bush far. You shouldn't expect any better for your legacy as President in undertaking the same illegality.

Bear in mind, the U.S. Constitution bars the government holding people without charge, but that is exactly what has happened to Manning for the past year. To top it all off, he is now facing the death penalty, of all things, over some stupid documents, written by a gossiping housewife of a Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, who doesn't know when to keep her mouth shut and her nose out of people's private business.

Anyone perverted enough to want to know the deeply personal contents of other people's private medical records, without legal authority to do so, deserves to be outed for the scum they are (Hillary Clinton Wanted Illegal Access To Cristina Kirchner's Medical Records).

Hillary Clinton

It is appalling that the government seeks to put Manning to death over some papers, claiming he "Supported the enemy." Who exactly is this enemy you speak of? Assange is an Australian with a website - a nation that is an ally of America.

How is he the enemy. You certainly can't charge him with treason, as incompetent Attorney General, Eric Holder, originally wanted to do, as he is not an American (once again, look up the meaning of the word treason).

Next you'll be telling us you've linked Assange to Al Qaeda, Manning to the Taliban and Barney to Hamas. Just admit it - you've been outed for heinous conduct, apologize and move on. All this legal grandstanding is not going to put right the illegal behavior contained in the leaked documents.

Julian Assange Arrested After Being Framed

Free Julian Assange And Bradley Manning

Julian Assange

The Obama Administration made a lot of enemies today, with the arrest of Wikileaks site founder, Julian Assange, for leaking classified documents illustrating rampant corruption and human atrocities perpetrated by the government. He was arrested in London, England today, in a very chaotic scene, when he turned himself in on an outstanding international Interpol warrant for very dubious rape and sexual assault claims.

Many booed his arrest as a show of support for his bravery in exposing government corruption. Online many slammed the Obama Administration for framing Assange in order to neutralize him and his website, which is now operating from the web address www.Wikileaks.ch.

The arrest stems from Assange's stay in Sweden this summer, where he had consensual sex with two women, two days apart. They both reported him to the police on the very same day, which looks very strange under the circumstances. In one instance, the condom broke during sexual intercourse and the other he did not use one.

Hillary Clinton

Under Swedish law it is a crime to have sex without a condom and it is labeled rape and sexual assault. Sweden should revise this law, as it does not reflect the true horrors of rape, to state someone having CONSENSUAL sex without protection is a sexual predator. Originally, the case was thrown out by Swedish prosecutors, labeled without merit, but under pressure from the Obama Administration, it was reopened.

Statistic reveal condoms have a 36% failure rate, which would mean many are guilty of a crime under Swedish law. What it translates into is any couple engaging in consensual sex, where there is breakage of the prophylactic, has just committed rape. That makes no sense.

The Judiciary Report is of the belief, should the Swedish government want to continue criminalizing sex without a condom, they should rename the statute the Unsafe Sex law, rather than referring to it as "rape" or "sexual assault." That would be more appropriate. Currently, the title does not fit the conduct and is unnecessarily destroying people's names and taking away their freedom.

Barack Obama

To clarify, the Judiciary Report does not encourage premarital sex. However, the law is the law and a proper classification and interpretation should be placed on each section, for the sake of domestic citizens and international tourists.

One has to wonder if the CIA passed the women involved some money to make the complaint, as Assange was invited to stay at their apartments, before the so-called incidents transpired. It wouldn't be the first time the government framed someone.

If you take a good look at the leaked Wikileaks cables featuring Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, you will observe a ruthless member of government, preoccupied with people's sex lives and medical records, searching for a weak point to criminally exploit. It's a very old political trick and an exceptionally dirty one.

WikiLeaks Founder Put His Safety On The Line

Julian Assange

WikiLeaks founder, Julian Assange, put his life on the line, to end the war in Afghanistan and should be protected for doing so. Assange leaked thousands of U.S. government documents and a video, illustrating the war has killed far more civilians than terrorists.

In the Granai massacre, an estimated 100 children and 59 adults were killed, when 500-1000 pound bombs, were dropped on their village in Afghanistan. As it stands, most of the causalities in the Afghanistan war have been civilians, which is very lamentable. The Bush Administration misused the U.S. Military.

As such, Assange and illegally incarcerated, gay soldier, Bradley E. Manning, are whistleblowers, who are justified in leaking the documents. The public needed to know about these atrocities the American people did not sign up for.

The CIA wants WikiLeaks gone and they are out to get the poor chap, Assange, who has been keeping a low profile. One does not want Assange to end up like Dr. Kelly, dead from an alleged suicide for opposing a war, with the public later finding out it was murder.

When a government becomes unhinged, anything can happen and current rumblings in the international community, about planned CIA action against Assange, are not good. If you go through with getting rid of him, everyone will know you did it.

Obama Fears More WikiLeaks Leaks

U.S. President Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama, moved in on Wikileaks, detaining and questioning people associated with the site, due to it having leaked 90,000 classified documents, but the real pressing concern, is the site shall publish more damaging top secret items, further throwing his government into chaos. The Judiciary Report has been informed, Wikileaks is sitting on even more explosive items.

As it stands, Wikileaks did not engage in behavior along the lines of, leaking blueprints for a classified jet, to a foreign country, with the intent of stealing, replicating and profiting from it. Once again, the site's actions fall under the category of whistle blowing, exposing crimes against humanity that are being committed, in the wanton slaughter of Afghanistan civilians.

Wikileaks founder Julian Assange

Under U.S. law, whistleblower activities are supposed to be protected and exempt from prosecution. Therefore, why has the Obama Administration arrested soldier, Bradley E. Manning, for leaking items to Wikileaks, he had access to in his military capacity. A few billion people object to the wars in the Middle East. Manning does not stand alone in this regard.

Bradley E. Manning

The Judiciary Report has met and spoken to family members of U.S. servicemen, who insist the government is engaging in massive cover-ups of wrongdoing in the Middle East and American soldiers cannot take the strain of the wars anymore, with many of them regrettably turning to suicide as the way out (click here for Getting Help For Depression).

Said family members have stated, the U.S. government is under-reporting the number of American soldier suicides and attributing it to other things, such as the insurgency. Meanwhile, George W. Bush, the real villain in all of this, luxuriates in a Texas mansion. It is not right. These wars need to end. Free Manning and arrest the real culprit, Bush.

Obama Wants Wikileaks Founder Arrested

Wikileaks Founder, Julian Assange (left) ...or the blonde dude from "Harry Potter" (right) *suspicious look*

Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange, stated he has been informed by American Government sources, that the Obama Administration seeks to arrest him, should he ever visit U.S. shores, for leaking classified documents, relating to the war in Afghanistan.

The Obama Administration is claiming Assange's conduct constitutes espionage, but the Judiciary Report disagrees. The Wikileaks site is in receipt of documents that are the property of the U.S. government.

The documents have not been used for financial or personal gain by Assange, but released to the world, to illustrate the fraud and brutality of the war in Afghanistan. The world hates the war in Afghanistan, much in the same way it despises the conflict in Iraq and wishes for it to end.

U.S. President Barack Obama

Assange was passed classified documents by a U.S. solider, Bradley E. Manning, who had access to the items, due to his post. Assange in turn, passed on the documents to newspapers, such as the New York Times. However, under U.S. law, it was to remain confidential and leaking such items, as brave as it was, is a violation of domestic laws.

Bradley E. Manning

The most Australian Assange is guilty of is receiving and releasing classified documents, which were not copyrighted under U.S. law, but protected by the Berne Convention. Once again, U.S. law forbids releasing classified documents, without the proper authorization.

However, it remains to be seen, whether the Obama Administration will seek an extradition, which they stink at. Just ask Roman Polanski or Dudus.

As for Manning, his conduct does not qualify as espionage either. The Judiciary Report would classify him as a whistleblower and let him go. He exposed horrible corruption and heinous war crimes against humanity, initiated and perpetrated by the Bush Administration. He blew the whistle by uncovering documents illustrating wrongdoing and illegal behavior, not national secrets of propriety.

Obama Flip Flops On WikiLeaks Scandal

U.S. President Barack Obama

They day after 96,000 classified documents were leaked to the WikiLeaks website, the Obama Administration stated it was not a big deal, as the items were not "top secret" but "secret."

However, days later they've flip flopped, stating the WikiLeaks, 96,000 page government leak is very serious, as it contains operatives names, U.S. state secrets and national security methods, detailing how the government collects confidential data.

Soldier, Bradley E. Manning, is thought to be the source of the leaked documents

So which is it, Mr. President. The Judiciary Report is of the belief, it is a serious leak that has embarrassed the government and exposed U.S. spies and informants. However, they need to leave the Middle East, as the region does not belong to the U.S. government and this prolonged occupation is illegal and ill-fated.
