Christian Woman In Pakistan Beaten, Arrested And Sentenced To Death For Drinking From Same Well As Muslim Women

Asia Bibi

Asia Bibi, a Christian mother of five, was beaten, arrested and sentenced to death for drinking from the same cup as Muslim women in Pakistan. According to published reports, Muslims consider Christians dirty and unclean "pigs" and "swine" and for Bibi to have drunk water from a well Muslim women used, is considered blasphemy punishable by death.

Protests on behalf of Asia Bibi

The only thing dirty about this incident is the way Bibi has been treated, as though she is subhuman and not deserving of rights. We are all human beings and deserved to be treated properly as such. This type of segregation and scorn has no place in society anywhere in this world.

20-Year-Old Man Detained In The Beating Death And Rape Of 7-Year-Old Jorelys Rivera

"Police Say Ga. Girl Killing Very Calculated"

20-year-old Ryan McCabe Brunn, has been arrested in connection with the murder of missing 7-year-old Georgia girl, Jorelys Rivera. The young girl was in the care of a babysitter, while her mother worked the nightshift at her place of employment. Rivera went missing, as she was allegedly abducted by maintenance man, Brunn. Her body was discovered days later in the garbage. The medical examiner stated she died of blunt force trauma to the head, stab wounds and was also raped.

Precious little Jorelys Rivera

The state of Georgia maintains the death penalty, as a means of punishing crime and many will be calling for Brunn to face such a fate, due to the heinous nature of the Rivera's murder. If such a claim is not successful in court, Brunn will likely face life in prison if convicted, where inmates will not react well to his presence. When one goes into prison as a pedophile and or child murderer, it will make one a target.

Ryan McCabe Brunn

In the State of Georgia, there exists an exemption in avoiding the death penalty and that is mental disability. However, according to the New York Times, the burden of proof to meet said requirement is very high, making the death penalty a strong probability for very violent offenders, who commit crimes such as the ones Brunn is accused of in court. Jorelys died a violent death - justice must be served.

Obama Pushing For The Death Penalty For Bradley Manning And Wikileaks

Barack Obama (center)

The administration of U.S. President, Barack Obama, is pushing for the death penalty for openly gay soldier, Bradley Manning, believed to be the source of the insightful Wikileaks document dumps, which have captivated the world for the past year.

The leaks have exposed criminal activity by the Obama and Bush administrations, proving to be very embarrassing and humiliating for them. However, if the government bothered to follow the law and didn't engage in such egregious criminal misconduct, things like this would not happen.

Julian Assange

Wikileaks and its founder, Julian Assange, have denied Manning is the source of the government leaks and has been championing his release, due to the terrible mistreatment he is receiving at the hands of the Obama Administration.

Manning is being kept in appalling, inhumane conditions in a Texas military prison. He is forced to sleep in a dirty cell, with a mattress on the floor that has no pillow, sheets or blankets. He has no communication with the outside world or any privacy.

This mistreatment is coming from the same Obama Administration lecturing America and the world on justice, human rights and how to treat people with dignity and respect. You should practice what you preach.

Bradley Manning

It is clear to anyone with sense that you are criminally violating Manning's human rights and flagrantly violating the U.S. Constitution. It didn't get Bush far. You shouldn't expect any better for your legacy as President in undertaking the same illegality.

Bear in mind, the U.S. Constitution bars the government holding people without charge, but that is exactly what has happened to Manning for the past year. To top it all off, he is now facing the death penalty, of all things, over some stupid documents, written by a gossiping housewife of a Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, who doesn't know when to keep her mouth shut and her nose out of people's private business.

Anyone perverted enough to want to know the deeply personal contents of other people's private medical records, without legal authority to do so, deserves to be outed for the scum they are (Hillary Clinton Wanted Illegal Access To Cristina Kirchner's Medical Records).

Hillary Clinton

It is appalling that the government seeks to put Manning to death over some papers, claiming he "Supported the enemy." Who exactly is this enemy you speak of? Assange is an Australian with a website - a nation that is an ally of America.

How is he the enemy. You certainly can't charge him with treason, as incompetent Attorney General, Eric Holder, originally wanted to do, as he is not an American (once again, look up the meaning of the word treason).

Next you'll be telling us you've linked Assange to Al Qaeda, Manning to the Taliban and Barney to Hamas. Just admit it - you've been outed for heinous conduct, apologize and move on. All this legal grandstanding is not going to put right the illegal behavior contained in the leaked documents.

Court Rules Wikileaks Founder To Be Extradited

Wikileaks Founder Could Be Extradited And Executed By Obama Administration

Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange, lost a crucial round in court this week, when a London judge order he be extradited to Sweden on dubious rape charges, for engaging in consensual sex without a condom. Many believe it is due to his website, Wikileaks, publishing State Department cables and military videos, illustrating serious crimes being committed.

Assange and his lawyers have vowed to appeal the decision. Many in America and the international community support Wikileaks' work in exposing government corruption. The leaked documents the site has published, pulled the veil back on very unsavory conduct harming humanity.

Julian Assange

Seeking to neutralize Assange, the Obama Administration, has been working behind the scenes to have him extradited to America, by way of England, then Sweden. A number of nations have rules that state, they will not extradite people to any nation they may face the death penalty or torture. Both could happen to Assange in America, as the CIA renditions people and some states have the death penalty.

It remains to be seen if Assange will be extradited to America, but many believe this is the next step to silence him. Not a pretty picture of what can happen when one speaks out in the defense of justice. He does not deserve to die for this or spend life in prison.

Iran Hangs Wife Of Soccer Star

Iranian Government Continues To Hang Women

Shahla Jahed

The Iranian government hanged, Shahla Jahed, one of the wives of soccer star, Nassar Mohammad Khani. Jahed was found guilty of killing one of Khani’s other wives, Laleh Saharkhizan, on what has been labeled a questionable, forced confession. The son of Saharkhizan kicked the stool from under Khani, which led to her death by hanging.

Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani

Her case brings to memory the plight of another Iranian woman that has been unfairly sentenced to die, Sakineh Ashtiani. It is the Judiciary Report’s hope the Iranian government will abandon the death penalty.

Paris Hilton To Face O.J. Simpson Judge

Paris Hilton

Socialite, Paris Hilton, who was arrested for cocaine possession in Las Vegas, Nevada, last month, is scheduled to face the same judge that incarcerated O.J. Simpson for a 13-year stint in prison. Hilton is set to appear before Judge Joe M. Bonaventure for her arraignment on October 27, 2010.

Side Bar: Does Las Vegas have the death penalty. Just asking. I'm only kidding. I do not support the death penalty, because I'm loving and gentle. But Paris Hilton should be forced to listen to her irritating music, while being beaten with bamboo reeds, until her hair extensions fall out. Because I'm nice.

Jamaica Seeks To Bring Back The Death Penalty

An article in the Jamaica Observer, revealed some Jamaicans are in favor of bringing back the death penalty. Someone close to me, who has worked in the Jamaican judicial system for many years, is in favor of it, as some do not wish for their hard earned tax dollars to go towards housing, feeding and clothing serious criminals, who have damaged society in irreparable ways.

However, as a Jamaican, I don't think re-instituting the death penalty is a good idea. In general, countries need to move away from capital punishment. Undoubtedly, some people's deeds warrant it, for engaging in conduct that can only be labeled human atrocities, but the Judiciary Report is of the belief, life in prison is best for such egregious cases.

Jamaica needs to move towards the construction of an austere, maximum security prison, with hard labor for its occupants, to incarcerate those that have harmed society in a terrible manner and to act as a deterrent for those thinking of committing heinous crimes that would draw a life sentence.

In closing, respectfully, the Jamaican government needs to detach from the British Privy Council, as the aforementioned individual has proclaimed to me for years. Not for anything negative on the Council's part, but the fact criminals are abusing it to stretch out appeals, sending it to Britain and remaining free in Jamaica for years, wreaking havoc, when they belong behind bars. Keep the process a domestic one.
