Florida Judge Beats Up Lawyer In Court While Screaming 'You Want To F*** With Me' (Video)

Florida judge John Murphy repeatedly punched prosecuting attorney Andrew Weinstock for verbally challenging the jurist on his client's rights. Judge Murphy wanted Weinstock's client to waive his right to a speedy trial. When Weinstock and his client declined to do so, the judge became indignant. Judge Murphy stated, "You know, if I had a rock I would throw it at you right now. Stop pissing me off. Just sit down." The judicial cannons forbid judges from engaging in abusive and or rude, discourteous speech and with good reason. It reflects very poorly on the entire legal system. It is ill-mannered, offensive and brutish. Justice does not go hand-in-hand with that sort of behavior.

Judge Murphy inappropriately told Weinstock they could take the matter outside via a fist fight, "If you want to fight, let's go out back and I'll just beat your a**." Weinstock said okay and left the room. The judge followed him and proceeded to beat up the lawyer. Judge Murphy grabbed Weinstock by the collar and began repeatedly punching him. The judge was heard yelling during the fight, "You want to f*** with me?" This was highly inappropriate and worthy of criminal prosecution.

Judge Murphy needs to be removed from the bench. Weinstock also should not have accepted the judge's abusive, illegal challenge. As an officer of the court, Weinstock should have walked away and reported the judge's behavior to the Florida Bar. However, truth be told, the Florida Bar is corrupt. I've seen them waive through all sorts of corruption committed by lawyers in different cases (which is included in my forthcoming film "Justice And Truth"). The Florida Bar needs a congressionally ordered raid to remind them of the meaning of life and justice. Something tells me they're going to have the government on their doorstep in the future.

Facebook Founder Flees America For Singapore Renouncing His U.S. Citizenship In An Emerging Pattern

Barack Obama

According to mainstream press reports, multi-billionaire, Eduardo Saverin, the man whose mathematical code was used to build social networking website, Facebook, has renounced his U.S. citizenship acquired in 1998 and moved to Singapore. The Academy Award winning film "The Social Network" exposed the fact that Brazilian born Saverin, who moved to America as a teenager, used money from his dad to start Facebook, but was later robbed.

Saverin met Facebook co-founder, Mark Zuckerberg, the face of the company, at Harvard University, where the two were roommates. Saverin later sued Zuckerberg for trying to push him out of Facebook to steal all the profits and credit, which would not have been possible without Saverin's money or mathematical prowess, via a detailed algorithm he authored.

Zuckerberg also stole the idea for the Facebook website from fellow Harvard students, the millionaire Winklevoss twins, who sued him in court. They were given a settlement, nowhere near what they deserved, but this was due to the fact Zuckerberg lied about the value of the company. The case was reopened but corruptly closed by the court.

The brilliant Saverin left America on April 30, 2012, to start a new life in Singapore, opting to invest in Asian markets and live there "indefinitely." Saverin currently has two companies. There is an emerging trend of brilliant businesspeople leaving the United States, to start lives and businesses in other nations, as the financial climate has become very difficult to maneuver, with no support from the court system or federal law enforcement in the event there is a problem.

The Obama Administration has done very little to stem this new "brain drain" from the nation, as he is preoccupied with his "green" religion of solar power and promoting gay marriage. At the end of the day, if the financial sector is not booming, there will be no money for "green" initiatives or anything else. Please understand that and let it sink in. Realize what it means and the risks facing you as a government. No money, no nothing.

These massive deficits cannot continue. This mass unemployment cannot continue. The nation will collapse under this massive debt and unemployment. You are focusing on the wrong things. As a government, you need to get your priorities in order, if America is to enjoy the unprecedented financial prosperity it had in the past. The past 12 years have been nothing but a lamentable downward spiral.

Eduardo Saverin

People give the government advice and they do not listen, running head on into calamity. The Judiciary Report is on the side of truth and it has been sorely absent in the past two administrations. Over the past decade it has eroded the U.S. economy to astonishing degrees.

The Judiciary Report suggested cutting the deficit, the Obama Administration did not do it, which turned out very badly (Obama Calls For Job Summit and GDP Data Shows The Recovery Failed). The Judiciary Report suggested making stimulus tax dollars stretch in creating jobs, the Obama Administration did not do it, which turned out very badly
(Obama Calls For Job Summit). The Judiciary Report suggested the Obama Administration avoid solar and nonessential initiatives, the government did not do it, which turned out very badly (Obama Solar Firm Fails Filing For Bankruptcy And Laying Off 1,110 People).

Mark Zuckerberg

The Judiciary Report suggest the Obama Administration allow U.S. corporate giants to repatriate nearly a trillion dollars to American shores, with tax forgiveness, the president didn't do it, which turned out very badly, as all that money is working for foreign economies, not America. The type of interest accruing on that money, giving foreign banks capital to work with and move around, could have benefited America, but as usual, the Obama Administration did not listen.

It would have been better for the U.S. economy had the money been in American banks in the States, because the aforementioned corporate giants lose nothing in keeping the money abroad where it is working for other nations. When they choose banks that do not do business in America, they are not subject to American law and do not have to report anything to the Obama Administration. Thus, there is no fear of legal penalty.

The Social Network" movie

The Obama Administration has made it very difficult to do business in America, but unwisely believes its okay, not processing the fact businesspeople can leave and take billions in assets, projects and ideas with them. Then America loses out, all because of a stubborn, unthinking administration that refuses to make things right in the corporate and legal sectors. It is going to add up.

Life is too short. People don't want to go through all that hassle and harassment, as the Obama Administration has been vindictive. People would rather work peacefully and spend their free time enjoying quality time with their family - not worrying about an administration's unorthodox and sometimes unlawful maneuvers, plotting and interfering in their businesses. The American people are going to hold Obama accountable for said "brain drain." So will history.

Bill Clinton

It is being reported that fellow Democrat and former President Bill Clinton referred to Obama as "an amateur" for his political and economic failings. Obama is not being smart about a number of issues that are going to come back to haunt him and the government for generations to come. You can lead a horse to water...

Judicial Commission Rules Miami Judge Ana Maria Pando Violated The Judicial Cannons

Ana Maria Pando

This is a follow up to the February 23, 2012 article "Judge Ana Maria Pando Is Another Miami Judge Being Called Corrupt." The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission has ruled that Judge Ana Maria Pando violated the judicial cannons by, "'Lending the prestige of judicial office' to a friend who is the owner of several medical clinics that had appeared regularly before her." Previously, in a separate 2005 incident, Pando was fined $25,000 for accepting what was in essence bribes via "improper campaign donations."

I'm not surprised by this story. It has been my experience, as a victim of crime, both the justice and judicial systems do not work, due to corruption. It is undeniable at this point, as it has happened too many times.

Look what happened to 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Florida. That could have been any black person. Martin was minding his own business, but was stalked, shot and killed. The authorities completely covered it up and incriminatingly refused for how long to release the 911 tapes. They continue to refuse to arrest his murderer George Zimmerman.

People have to be starting petitions and protests to bring attention to the terrible injustice of it all...and still no arrest. The public will never forget that, as Zimmerman should have been arrested weeks ago. The justice system has failed in that he has been free all this time and after the murder of a minor.

I can't say the corruption problem is relegated to Florida, as I've seen corruption come out of Atlanta, Georgia (Appeals Circuit) and Washington, D.C. (Supreme Court) as well, in addition to many cases all over the country I have covered for the website, which will be apart of my forthcoming book and indie film that I will start shooting this year (I don't need to go through Hollywood to get it done, released and out to a big audience).

Judge Ana Maria Pando Is Another Miami Judge Being Called Corrupt (Video)

County Court Judge Ana Maria Pando is on the hot seat and being asked to recuse herself from a number of cases, due to misconduct and financial conflict of interest. She accepted large campaign donations from Florida Wellness & Rehabilitation and shortly after Judge Pando took extraordinary steps for the company in court, giving the appearance of corruption and bribery from the bench.

According to detailed reports, Judge Pando has refused to recuse herself from other similar cases with a conflict of interest present, infuriating litigants and their lawyers, who filed motions regarding her behavior. In 2005, Pando was publicly censured by the government, in a televised hearing, for violating the Judicial Code of Conduct. However, she was allowed to continue as a judge, but more allegations of misconduct have surfaced, as reported by Channel 7 this month, in a telecast viewed by many in South Florida.

Regrettably there are corrupt judges in the judiciary and they are doing an extraordinary amount of damage to the nation. Some are on a local level others are in the federal division and nationwide. All it takes is the right campaign donation or stock transfer and they will rule corruptly. There are even known cases, where presidents such as George W. Bush and Barack Obama have corruptly directed judges to rule in favor of their lawbreaking campaign donors and friends, on a federal level and all the way up to the Supreme Court. It is inappropriate, unethical and unconstitutional when one branch of the government decides to corruptly take over another.

Carmel on the Case: Judge

Posted: 02/07/12 - The behavior of a South Florida judge is being questioned tonight. Investigative reporter Carmel Cafiero has this exclusive...County Court Judge Ana Maria Pando handles civil cases in her Hialeah courtroom. But now she is being asked to step down to rescue herself from some of those cases. So far, five attorneys have filed 16 motions charging Judge Pando violated the Code of Judicial Conduct, "As she lent the prestige of her judicial office to advance the private interests of Florida Wellness & Rehabilitation Center Inc."

Carmel Cafiero: "Florida Wellness has had a number of cases before Judge Pando. Late last year the company told the State the corporation was dissolving. That was apparently a mistake." An accountant for Florida Wellness accidentally sent the state paperwork the company was closing. Using her judicial stationary, Judge Pando wrote the state to help get the company's operating status returned. State records show the company was then reactivated by "court order."...

Bob Jarvis, Nova Southeastern University: "There's no reason why a judge should be writing on behalf of anybody to begin with, certainly not on her official stationary. But if this is a party that is regularly in her court, or that has even been in her court, I mean that just makes the appearance of impropriety even greater and really makes it inappropriate even more so for a judge to have done what she did."

Judge Pando is up for reelection but has no opposition. So far she has raised close to $70,000. Among the contributors- $2,000 from four Florida Wellness & Rehabilitation Centers, reported the month after the letter was sent. The judge turned down our request for an interview...

Iran Hangs Wife Of Soccer Star

Iranian Government Continues To Hang Women

Shahla Jahed

The Iranian government hanged, Shahla Jahed, one of the wives of soccer star, Nassar Mohammad Khani. Jahed was found guilty of killing one of Khani’s other wives, Laleh Saharkhizan, on what has been labeled a questionable, forced confession. The son of Saharkhizan kicked the stool from under Khani, which led to her death by hanging.

Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani

Her case brings to memory the plight of another Iranian woman that has been unfairly sentenced to die, Sakineh Ashtiani. It is the Judiciary Report’s hope the Iranian government will abandon the death penalty.

Jamaica Seeks To Bring Back The Death Penalty

An article in the Jamaica Observer, revealed some Jamaicans are in favor of bringing back the death penalty. Someone close to me, who has worked in the Jamaican judicial system for many years, is in favor of it, as some do not wish for their hard earned tax dollars to go towards housing, feeding and clothing serious criminals, who have damaged society in irreparable ways.

However, as a Jamaican, I don't think re-instituting the death penalty is a good idea. In general, countries need to move away from capital punishment. Undoubtedly, some people's deeds warrant it, for engaging in conduct that can only be labeled human atrocities, but the Judiciary Report is of the belief, life in prison is best for such egregious cases.

Jamaica needs to move towards the construction of an austere, maximum security prison, with hard labor for its occupants, to incarcerate those that have harmed society in a terrible manner and to act as a deterrent for those thinking of committing heinous crimes that would draw a life sentence.

In closing, respectfully, the Jamaican government needs to detach from the British Privy Council, as the aforementioned individual has proclaimed to me for years. Not for anything negative on the Council's part, but the fact criminals are abusing it to stretch out appeals, sending it to Britain and remaining free in Jamaica for years, wreaking havoc, when they belong behind bars. Keep the process a domestic one.
