Rapper Birdman Threatens The Staff Of The Breakfast Show

If the staff of the Breakfast Show goes missing, we know who did it (Birdman)!

Cash Money Records CEO, Brian Williams, also known as Birdman, made an appearance on the radio show The Breakfast Club in New York and caused quite a stir on social networking. Birdman turned up to the studio angry, with every intention of slamming the show's hosts Charlamagne, Angela Yee and DJ Envy.

Twitter memes making jokes about Birdman's tirade and abrupt exit from the studio

Birdman was upset and on the verge of angry tears, excoriating the show's hosts for comments they made about him not paying his Cash Money Records and Young Money Records artists. Birdman angrily stated they are to, "put some respect on my name" and "stop playing with my f****** name." Birdman made a number of grammatical errors, which led to him being teased on social networking for saying "respeck" instead of "respect" and "tree" instead of "three."

Twitter memes about Birdman's radio interview gone wrong

Birdman also threatened to find them in the streets. Considering he is a suspect in the shooting incident regarding someone opening fire on the tour bus of Cash Money Records star, Lil Wayne, the threats are legit. However, realizing many on social networking had raised brows at his comments, Birdman later apologized. The videotape radio interview only lasted 90 seconds and trended all day on Twitter. So if something happens to the hosts of the show, we will all be blaming you, Birdman (so don't resort to violence).

Lil Wayne Has $30,000,000 In Art, A $10,000,000 Home And 6,000,000 In Jewelry But Refuses To Pay Young Money Artists, Producers And Companies He Owes Money

Lil Wayne

Young Money Records owner, Lil Wayne, recently lost a debt related case in court, regarding the leasing and customization of a private jet, to the tune of $1,000,000. Wayne took possession of the jet and made no payments for an entire year to aircraft company Signature Group sued and won a $1,800,000 judgment. To make matters worse, Wayne didn't even pay the attorney who represented him in the case, who is owed $200,000, which sent the judgment up to $2,000,000.

As a result of the non-payment of the debt, Wayne's house was raided by the Miami Dade Sheriff's department and items from his art collection, as well as his gold and platinum Recording Industry Association Of America sales plaques, were seized by police. Wayne must now pay $2,000,000 for the return of the seized items.

Lil Wayne's Miami mansion

TMZ mentioned that Wayne's art collection is worth $30,000,000. It is rather disgraceful considering he has grossly shortchanged and in many instances not paid so many people in the entertainment industry what they are owed. Wayne and his Cash Money boss Brian "Baby" Williams have ripped off Young Money artists like Drake and Nicki Minaj. They have also refused to pay songwriters and producers such as David Banner, for songs they produced for the company that grossed millions of dollars. Wayne, Young Money and Cash Money are also the subject of many copyright infringement lawsuits by music industry legends, as well as newer talent.

Wayne's entire art collection needs to be seized and sold to pay off his debts and to repay those he has defrauded in the entertainment industry. Wayne is stealing and defrauding people for undue financial gain. That type of money will do a person no good in life. God does not bless that type of conduct. It always comes with sorrow ("The blessing of the Lord makes a person rich and He adds no sorrow" Proverbs 10:22). Dirty money always comes at a high price.

Lil Wayne's Mansion In Miami Raided By Police Who Seize His Assets

Lil Wayne

The $10,000,000 Miami mansion owned by Young Money rapper and drug addict, Lil Wayne, real name Dwayne Carter, was just raided by police. The authorities are in the process of seizing everything they can in the house, to satisfy a $2,000,000 court judgment against the rapper, resulting from a lawsuit brought by private jet company Signature Group in Miami. Lil Wayne leased a jet from the company he instructed them to customize to his specifications, but then failed to make any payments for over a year. This resulted in a lawsuit Wayne lost. Wayne has also failed to pay his layer $200,000 in legal fees for representing him in the case he lost.

Lil Wayne and fellow thief Birdman

Police deputies arrived at the property on La Gorce island, but were denied entry by Wayne's security guard. The police utilized the court order in their possession to raid the mansion and seize Wayne's assets which will be given to Signature Group to help satisfy the court judgment. The company will likely hold an auction to liquidate the seized assets, while select items will be sold to private companies who specializes in such purchases.

Lil Wayne could have filed bankruptcy, which would have granted him protection for at least 6-months and given him the ability to rearrange his debts and repay creditors under a plan. Some debts could have also been wiped out. However, he was too busy partying at a strip club in Los Angeles and Miami sheriffs raided his property.

Lil Wayne, a prodigious copyright thief, also owes the city of Miami over $200,000 in unpaid taxes, as previously reported on the site. The city is allowed to foreclosure on the home after 2-years of tax non-payment. The contemporary mansion still has a mortgage on it. Wayne has been making payments on the home for the past 4-years and in that time, there has been an uptick in home prices in Miami. However, Wayne did overpay for the mansion when it was purchased. Therefore, there may not be much equity in it.

At the end of the day, Wayne was living a lifestyle he is not financially entitled to in any measure. Wayne is a prodigious copyright thief, who has been sued by veteran musicians, as well as newer songwriters and producers, for willfully stealing their copyrighted work, for undue financial gain. Wayne is also not paying his Young Money artists their correct royalties. They have sold millions of singles and albums and have not been paid even 20% of what they are owed under existing contracts. Their artists are struggling to buy homes and cars, opting to lease to keep up appearances.

Young Money's parent company, Cash Money, is even worse, ripping off artists, songwriters, producers and musicians, to the tune of millions, to allow its owner Brian Williams ("Birdman") to live in absolute luxury. Any way you slice it, this type of unethical behavior from Young Money and Cash Money constitutes copyright infringement (thefts of copyrights), fraud and grand theft larceny. Once again, Hollywood is an industry of thieves. If Congress properly regulated Hollywood, these disgraceful financial crimes would not be happening and damaging so many people.

Drake's Team Call Jay Z A Liar For Blaming Apple Music And A $20,000,000 Lawsuit For Not Being Able To Stream Concert Performance On Failed Tidal

Drake at Apple Music streaming launch

Toronto rapper, Drake, real name Aubry Graham, has slammed rival Jay Z as a liar for falsely accusing Apple Music of blocking his failed company Tidal from streaming a concert performance. Jay Z, peeved at the failure of his music streaming company Tidal and the launch of rival Apple Music streaming, which has finished it off, went online referring to the company as "Big Brother."

Jay Z's Tidal tried to cause problems in public view, stating on their website regarding Drake, who is the face of Apple Music streaming, "Apple is interfering with artistry and will not allow this artist to stream. Sorry for Big Brother's inconvenience. We will be back after the performance." Jay Z was trying to turn the public against Drake and Apple Music, but it failed, much like his company Tidal.

Drake's manager came forward and stated he is the one that blocked the streaming as a business decision and Jay Z is lying about Apple and the $20,000,000 lawsuit. Drake's manager, "Apple doesn't have the power to stop us from being part of a live stream. The decision to not have Drake participate in the Tidal stream has nothing to do with Apple or Drake's deal. Point blank, 100%. I made a business decision."

He is correct. Jay Z is a sniveling thief, fraud and liar, who is constantly being sued for theft and financial fraud (Jay Z Slammed For Copyright Infringement In Stealing And Desecrating The Music Of Egyptian Music Legend For His Song ‘Big Pimpin’ and Jay Z And Court Judge Slammed In Trademark Infringement Case For Inappropriate Conduct That Has Become Common In Corrupted Hollywood Lawsuits).

Jay-Z

Jay Z sought to circumvent Drake's $19,000,000 deal with Apple Music streaming and was shutdown by his management. Hollywood lacks loyalty and a sense of fair play. It would have spit in Apple's face had Drake's team allowed Tidal to stream his performance on their rival service, after the company was gracious enough to pay him $19,000,000 to promote their music streaming company. That would have been bad form and poor business judgment.

Jay Z and Tidal have been sued by Cash Money Records for streaming a live performance of their artist Lil Wayne, violating the company's copyrights and exclusive artist rights. This is a pattern of misbehavior with Jay Z, who is currently in court having been sued a number of times for financial fraud and intellectual property theft.

Lazy Jay Z is always looking to steal or leech off other people's hard work and finances. Jay Z fancies himself a businessman, when he couldn't even pronounce the word "entrepreneur" in a television interview and has people writing his speeches, released statements and telling him what to say in interviews, as he simply does not have the intelligence to back up his arrogant boasts.

In actuality Jay Z is a violent, murderous, thieving criminal, blamed for killing his own brother, was also found guilty of stabbing a music executive, has beat up innocent people and sent thugs to physically attack others in the industry he insanely deems rivals. It says a lot about Hollywood that a criminal like Jay Z has been able to steal and beat his way into fame and fortune, living off money and laurels he stole from others.

Birdman Sued Again For Theft Of Royalties

Lil Wayne and Birdman

Cash Money Records owner and rapper, Birdman, real name Bryan Williams, has been sued again for stealing royalties. Music producer DVLP has sued Birdman for $200,000 over unpaid royalties. DVLP stated in court he has done work for Cash Money artists and stars on its subsidiary Young Money, but has not been paid the royalties due to him.

DVLP is one of many people suing Cash Money and Young Money over non-payment of royalties and bills. Recently, rapper/music producer, David Banner, sued them for non-payment of royalties (Lil Wayne And Young Money Sued By Rapper David Banner For Theft Of $150,000 In Royalties). Cash Money and Young Money also have many copyright infringement lawsuits against them for outright theft. The companies' owners show off about being rich, yet refuse to pay millions in royalties and bills they owe to creditors. That's call fraud and theft. Industry of thieves.

8/17/2015 12:50 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF - Birdman is accused of using the social media version of "The check's in the mail" to blow off Lil Wayne's producer who is now suing him for a fortune. The producer -- who goes by DVLP -- had his people make various demands that Birdman and Cash Money cough up $200,000 for work he did on albums for Wayne and other artists. Birdman's response shows the new frontier in blowing off creditors. Forget a lawyer's letter ... Birdman is all about texting DVLP to hold him at bay.
Some of the texts ...

-- "I'm working with yu fam"
-- "You gone get tht 200k"
-- "s**t GETTIN don"

Apparently it didn't, because DVLP is taking it to a judge.

Man Arrested By Police States Birdman Is Behind The Attempted Murder Of Rapper Lil Wayne

Lil Wayne and Birdman

Tour manager, Jimmy Winfrey, has stated in criminal court documents that Cash Money Records CEO, Birdman, real name Bryan Williams, commissioned the attempted murder of his top rapper, Lil Wayne. Winfrey stated in court, “Birdman’s financial dispute with Lil Wayne is what ultimately led to the shooting…Birdman should be held liable as a party to the crime."

Birdman and gay rapper Yung Thug, who is one of his boyfriends. Jimmy Winfrey is Young Thug's tour manager.

Birdman has been denying Winfrey's claims. However, new testimony and evidence keeps surfacing that has repeatedly cast doubt on his innocence. Birdman is currently in a financial dispute with Lil Wayne, who sued him for withholding $50,000,000 in royalties, that he has been spending on himself to live lavishly. Lil Wayne is in financial trouble, as he and his company, Young Money (an offshoot of Cash Money), are being sued for millions of dollars by creditors for non-payment of debts.

Lil Wayne Alleged Bus Shooter Goes Full Snitch ... Birdman Should Be Behind Bars

8/6/2015 12:04 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF - The man charged with shooting up Lil Wayne's tour bus has blown the whistle on Birdman ... saying he should be behind bars too. So, Winfrey argues, "[Birdman] should be held liable as a party to the crime." He's not specifically saying Birdman ordered the hit, but essentially that's what he's saying...

Rapper Rich Homie Quan Ripped Off By Record Executives Sues For $2,000,000 In Royalties

Rich Homie Quan

Atlanta rapper Rich Homie Quan has lashed out against his record label Think It's A Game Entertainment for robbing him of $2,000,000 in record royalties, for songs such as his rap hits "Flex" and "Type Of Way." Quan accuses its CEO of using royalties belonging to the rapper to buy real estate in Atlanta, among other things.

As a result of the financial misconduct, Quan has filed a lawsuit against Think It's A Game Entertainment for $2,000,000, plus punitive damages. A similar problem is occurring at Cash Money Records and its subsidiary, Young Money, as all of their artists are complaining they are not being paid the royalties due to them, while CEO, Birdman, lives lavishly. Birdman has been buying mink car interiors and sneakers. I wouldn't be surprised if he had mink drawers too. As the Judiciary Report recently stated, Hollywood is an industry of thieves.

In his lawsuit obtained by TMZ, RHQ calls out Think It’s A Game Entertainment and its CEO for screwing him out of royalties from several albums including his biggest hits “Flex” and "Type of Way.” Quan says the CEO used some of the jacked funds to buy Atlanta real estate for $159,500 -- and says the guy even pocketed $550,000 from a distribution deal with Def Jam for "Type of Way"...

Lil Wayne And Young Money Sued By Rapper David Banner For Theft Of $150,000 In Royalties

Akon, Lil Wayne, David Banner and Snoop Dogg

Rapper and music producer David Banner has sued Cash Money Records imprint, Young Money, alleging non-payment of royalties.  Banner revealed he produced several tracks for Lil Wayne and is owed at least $150,000 in royalties. Banner is unable to obtain an accurate accounting of royalties owed. In industry terms this means Cash Money and Young Money are engaging in creative accounting, doctoring their books, to defraud people they owe money.

Rappers Drake and Tyga, as well as a host of writers and producers are complaining they have not been paid, collectively owed millions by Cash Money and Young Money, who are thieves. Many writers and producers have also sued Cash Money and Young Money for copyright infringement in stealing their work. Professionals do not do business in this manner. You don't contract people to do work, collect millions of dollars, squander it on lavish living, then don't pay people for their labor that made you rich. It is fundamentally wrong. Real business people do not conduct their financial affairs in this manner.

Meek Mill Calls Drake A Fake (Video)

Drake’s Ghostwriter Comes Forward Damaging His Career With New Scandal

A feud has erupted between rappers Meek Mill and Drake. Meek Mill, who has collaborated with Drake in the past, has accused the rapper of not writing his own lyrics, which is a big no no in rap music. Meek Mill slammed Drake on Twitter, labeling him a fake, in deeds that has greatly damaged the latter's career.

One day later, a man comes forward by the name of Quentin Miller, who reveals he is Drake's ghostwriter. He posts his version of Drake's "101 Bands" and it is aired on the Hot 97 radio station in New York. Thus far, Drake has not denied the allegations that has social networking questioning his career.

Drake vs. Meek Mill Drake 'Ghostwriter' Track Leaks, Eerily Similar

7/22/2015 6:28 PM - Drake and Meek Mill's beef just went way beyond a silly Twitter war -- because an alternate version of a Drake hit was just leaked ... and it features the alleged ghostwriter's vocals and verses. The song is "10 Bands" ... and Quentin Miller's version is damn near identical to Drake's. Funkmaster Flex first played it late Wednesday on NYC's Hot 97 ... throwing gasoline on the fire Meek started by accusing Drake of not writing his own raps -- a HUGE insult in hip-hop.

Meek and a few other rappers are claiming Drake used Quentin's take as a reference to record his final version. For what it's worth ... Miller does have credits on several Drake tracks, including "10 Bands." Drake's remained silent about the allegation -- except for a comment to a friend on social media ... "I signed up for greatness. This comes with it." We're reaching out for Drake's response to the Miller track.

Rapper Birdman Stops Paying His Bills In Miami In A Continuing Financial Decline

Birdman

Entertainers and athletes sometimes suffer from bad planning. Rapper and Cash Money owner, Birdman, is no different. For years he flaunted his wealth with wasteful financial displays, but according to the latest report, his money problems have worsened. Birdman, real name, Bryan Williams, owes $12,447.28 in maintenance fees on his condo in Miami. He has not paid his homeowners association fees in months with reports of bounced checks.

Considering tens of millions of dollars have flown through Birdman's hands, this was preventable. The Judiciary Report constantly advocates proper financial planning and careful spending. Birdman spent money putting mink in his cars as upholstery and on his feet, via shoes, in ostentatious purchases that quickly depreciated. He purchased a mansion in Miami and over renovated it for the area. He spent six figures on one chandelier alone and imported a fortune in marble.

Birdman has wasted several million dollars on buying luxury cars and customizing them, for vehicles that have lost 70 percent of their worth. He has also wasted a lot of money on entourages, women and partying, to the tune of millions of dollars. That's money that could have been working for him in a sensible side business outside the industry.

Previously, the Judiciary Report covered Birdman's financial woes that began to surface this year (Young Money Becoming Broke Money As Creditors Sue Lil Wayne And Company ). However, he like many mainstream stars believed the money would always be coming in. Making huge sums of money and continually in the business is the exception and not the rule.

Keyshia Cole Arrested For Beating And Scratching Up A Woman Her Boyfriend Birdman Cheated With

Birdman and Keyshia Cole

Recently separated singer, Keyshia Cole, who is married to NBA basketball player, Daniel Gibson, has been arrested for assault. Cole has been dating rapper Birdman of Cash Money Records. Last week, she surprised him early one morning at his Los Angeles condominium, only to find him there with another woman at 5:00AM.

Daniel Gibson and wife Keyshia Cole

Cole proceeded to beat and scratch up the face of the woman, resulting in the singer's arrest. It is a mystery why Cole would think a rapper like Birdman, who espouses promiscuity, would be faithful to her. She needs to go back to her husband and he needs to stop cheating on her as well, especially for the sake of their children. It's not a good look when strippers with no morals are posting items about your affairs, as one day your children will read it and wonder why you did that to their mother.

Young Money Becoming Broke Money As Creditors Sue Lil Wayne And Company

Young Money

For years Cash Money Records, established in 1991 and its spin off, Young Money Entertainment, founded in 2005, have lived lavishly in the hip hop world, buying expensive mansions, cars, jewelry and clothes. The trappings of wealth became apart of their image. The rap stars fronting the outfit, Birdman (Bryan Williams) and Lil Wayne (Dwayne Carter) spent money like it is water, in a flashy show of wealth that strengthened their appeal in the rap world among select audiences.

Lil Wayne

However, all is not well with the companies' finances. Years of excessive spending and unlawful financial dealings have caught up with the company. Both labels have lost lawsuits for breach of contract. There are also many copyright infringement lawsuits against Cash Money and Young Money, filed by famous songwriters, producers and publishers, as well as up and coming talent who contend in court they were ripped off.

Birdman

The rap collective is facing fresh lawsuits filed by creditors for millions of dollars in debt they have defaulted on, with more claims on the way. An aviation company has sue Young Money for $1,000,000 in unpaid bills, over a customized Gulfstream private jet that runs $55,000 per month. Lil Wayne lost a lawsuit against Quincy Jones III and was ordered to pay him $2,200,000 for blocking the release of the documentary "The Carter 3" leading to a loss in profits. Wayne is also facing a lawsuit for $250,000 over the domain name Young Money, after failing to pay the remaining balance on the agreed to fee of $600,000.

Nicki Minaj

Exacerbating their financial trouble is the fact Birdman, 45 and Lil Wayne, 31 have purchased lavish mansions in Miami for millions of dollars and made expensive upgrades to the properties in trying to live like the fictional 1980s Miami movie character Tony Montana from their favorite film "Scarface" (thankfully for me the Golden Girls, also set in Miami, was my favorite show when I was a kid in the 1980s and it costs nothing to live like them LOL).

Rihanna, Drake And Karrueche Tran Showed Up To The Same Grammy Party In Awkward Moment

Rihanna looking rough

Rihanna, her ex-boyfriend, Drake, whom she keeps using to make Chris Brown, the love of her life, jealous, showed up at the same party, along with Brown's love, model Karrueche Tran, a woman Rihanna hates. Younng Cash Money Records held a party a Greystone Manor, a place Tran has been before with Brown, infuriating Rihanna, who still wants him back. Brown, who is currently holed up in rehab missed the Grammy Awards and the aforementioned after party.

Karrueche Tran

Rihanna has a habit of showing up at the same places Tran goes to, as days ago they nearly ran into each other at 1 Oak night club. This has happened several times before at different clubs. The one time Rihanna arrived slightly before Tran was in New York at the Pink Elephant and she had management refuse Tran entry, which was petty and juvenile, as the model really doesn't seem to care. Tran is too busy with the love of Rihanna's life.

Drake

The two women stayed away from each other the whole night at the Cash Money Grammy party, especially after the incident at the Pink Elephant, which led Tran and her friend, singer Teyana Taylor to refer to Rihanna as a "wack b***h" for having them locked out of the club, then egging on her lesbian assistant/girlfriend/weed getter/tampon buyer Melissa Forde to brag about shutting them out, via a post on Instagram (Hey, Forde needs to be brought down a few notches- just because you look like Wesley Snipes doesn't mean you're famous).

Chris Brown and Rihanna at the 2013 Grammys right before they broke up again

During Grammy festivities, Tran outshone Rihanna in the looks department. Tran looked fresh-faced and elegant in a black jumpsuit. Meanwhile, Rihanna showed up looking depressed and tired, with bags under her eyes, after what was supposed to be a long vacation. However, Rihanna spent her vacation getting high on weed blunts laced with cocaine and PCP, drunk on alcohol and having sex with a lesbian, while obsessing over Brown. She spent the whole vacation getting blitz, trying to black out her self-induced problems.

Karrueche Tran and Chris Brown

This is not a good example to set and she is destroying herself in the process. She is obviously unhappy. There are other men who would date Rihanna, but she messed up each relationship with her Kabbalah Center induced crazy behavior, addictions and obsession with Chris Brown, causing them to leave.

That's a bit awkward! Rihanna and love rival Karrueche Tran show up at the same Grammys after-party

17:44 EST, 27 January 2014 | UPDATED: 06:03 EST, 28 January 2014 - Rihanna and Karrueche Tran have one thing in common and his name is Chris Brown. The 25-year-old Diamonds singer apparently skipped the Grammys ceremony to attend The Young Money Cash Money Records bash at Greystone Manor.

As luck would have it, Brown's current girlfriend, 25-year-old aspiring model Karrueche, was there too on Sunday making the most of things while the Don't Wake Me Up rapper's in rehab. Current squeeze: Karrueche kept her distance from the Diamonds star but drew attention in a low-cut black outfit. There was no fur flying at this party, however, for the ladies stayed at opposite ends of the West Hollywood venue...

Rapper Lil Wayne Stopped And Searched By The DEA In The MIA

Lil Wayne

Rapper and part time Miami resident, Lil Wayne, real name, Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., 28, was stopped and searched at Miami's Opa-Loca Airport by the Feds, as his private jet touched down in Florida. The Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) confronted the recently released rapper, who is on probation. Carter is famous for run-ins with the law, due to drugs and guns.

No substantial details were released on this recent search, but Carter was released without incident or arrest, which is not usually the case. In the past, Lil Wayne was hauled off to jail, after tour bus and hotel searches all over America, turned up various drug drugs and guns. However, that was the local police in different states. The Feds getting in his face is a whole new ball game of a more serious nature.
