Ciara And Future Custody Battle Takes New Twist

Ciara, her son Future and Russell Wilson

The custody battle between singer, Ciara and ex-fiancĂ©e, rapper Future, over their 1-year-old son, Future, just took a new twist. Future applied for joint custody. The legal application was made in a California court, a state that promotes such arrangements. As a result, Future was awarded joint custody of their son, in what is customary in California. Ciara opposed the request in court papers, but did not prevail.

Ciara

Previously, Future made false claims online regarding Ciara’s parenting skills and his alleged inability to spend time with his son. However, Ciara’s attorney presented emails that disputed his claims. Future is angry at Ciara for calling off their engagement over his cheating, then a year later becoming engaged to handsome, wealthy NFL star, Russell Wilson.

Future and Ciara in 2014 before they broke up in 2015

The public has been trolling Future stating Wilson is raising his child, while he is out messing with promiscuous women, neglecting his duties as a father. Future has been too busy chasing groupies and promiscuous female celebrities that want to use him to get songs and publicity, to spend time an adequate amount of time with his son. Future tried to blame Ciara, but records revealed she made time for him to be with his son. His priorities are all wrong and that's the problem. Future keeps knocking up women (5) then neglecting his duties as a father, in favor of trashy women he meets in the industry and on tour (groupies).

Future, Ciara Custody Battle: Judge Rules ‘Body Party’ Singer Must Allow Future To See His Son

05/17/16 AT 2:15 PM  - Ciara’s going to have to switch up her custody battle strategy if she hopes to win against ex-fiancĂ© Future in court. The pair faced off over their son Monday, and it’s not looking good for the mother-of-one. TMZ reported that the Ciara initially set out to gain full custody of the son she and Future share. The singer, 30, claimed her former beau has been absent through much of Future Zahir Wilburn’s life. She and her lawyers slammed him for being a bad father and an even worse person. Still, the publication notes that California state courts tend to gravitate toward joint custody, and this case is no different. The judge rejected the arguments of both Ciara and her legal counsel...

Republicans Vowing To Repeal All Of President Obama Policies When He Leaves Office (Including ObamaCare)

U.S. President Barack Obama

Republican rivals of Democrat, President Barack Obama, are vowing to repeal all he did while in office, after his term expires. The biggest piece of legislation that was rammed through under the Obama Administration, is ObamaCare, regarding health care for Americans. The Judiciary Report has repeatedly stated in the past that America needs a healthcare program, but ObamaCare is not it.

Things have gotten so bad under ObamaCare doctors' offices are turning patients away after they've shown up for appointments, stating all the voluminous paperwork has not been completed. Hospitals and physical rehabilitation facilities are also denying ObamaCare patients admittance, demanding doctors scrap vital post surgical care, resulting in the deaths of many people due to complications tied to recovering at home without medical supervision.

Cheer Up, Obama’s Legacy Can Be Erased

The White House rammed through an agenda that could be quickly undone by a Republican president

Dec. 20, 2015 4:06 p.m. ET - President Obama seems to aspire to join Franklin Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan as one of the three most transformative presidents of the past hundred years, and by all outward signs he has achieved that goal. But while Roosevelt and Reagan sold their programs to the American people and enacted them with bipartisan support, Mr. Obama jammed his partisan agenda down the public's throat...

Congress Needs To Enact Legislative Guidelines Regarding Police Brutality

The way to solve the current problems is via Congress and the federal government addressing the police brutality occurring in America, by establishing new, clear-cut federal guidelines/laws, that provide stiff penalties for officers who cross the line. For example, the 16-year-old girl, who was battered by a cop for not getting out of her seat at school, could have been removed from class via the officer using his right arm to lift her up by her left arm, then escorted her out of the classroom [South Carolina Police Officer With History Of Abuse Chokes, Slams And Throws 16-Year-Old Black Girl Across Classroom Committing Assault On A Minor (Video)]. Putting a child in a chokehold, slamming her to the ground, then tossing her across the room, before jumping on her back and cuffing her, was assault (South Carolina Cop Who Choked, Body Slammed And Threw 16-Year-Old School Girl Fired From His Job).

In cases where subjects of petty crime are fleeing, an officer should not have the right to run after and shoot the person in the head or back/torso, as it often results in death. Unless you are trying to catch a very dangerous serial killer or mass murderer, who poses an imminent danger to the public, you should not be shooting at the person several times as they run away. The average person cannot recover from being shot several times. Once again, if you shoot someone several times, you are likely going to kill them.

If you cannot successful shoot the individual in the leg once to slow them down or stop them (avoiding the femoral artery which can lead to rapid exsanguination and death), you should not aim for the head or torso. Case in point, African-American man, Walter Scott, was shot in the back several times and died, after running away from a cop over a minor traffic stop (Michael Slager Indicted For Shooting Unarmed Black Man Walter Scott 8 Times In The Back As He Ran Away).

Scott ran away (not towards) officer, Michael Slager, who began running after him. Slager shot Scott in the back 8 times, then tried to plant a gun next to his body (to set up the lie Scott had grabbed his gun and attacked him when he had not). The officer even pushed mortally wounded Scott's face into the ground to impede breathing, lessening his chance of survival. Scott had committed no major crime. He did not deserve to die over a broken taillight on his car. It is insulting and ridiculous that he died for such a minor offense.

Another issue that has resulted in preventable injuries is police officers beating or shooting suspects after they have been cuffed and subdued (Deputy Sheriff Charged With Manslaughter In The Shooting Death Of Black Man Who Was Already Handcuffed On The Ground). This is not appropriate and constitutes assault. Videos online show some police officers kicking and punching people already in handcuffs and subdued. Other incidents include driving police vehicles erratically causing injury to occupants who are handcuffed (referred to as "waffling").

Jay Z's 'Big Pimpin' Copyright Infringement Lawsuit Dismissed On Corrupt Technicality

Jay-Z

The copyright infringement lawsuit against rapper Jay Z over his foul, explicit song "Big Pimpin" has been thrown out of court by a U.S. federal judge (*feigns surprise*). The lawsuit contends frequently sued copyright infringers, rapper Jay Z and producer Timbaland, used a sample of the preexisting song "Khosara Khosara" without the permission of the copyright holder. The lawsuit was brought by Osama Fahmy, the current owner of the song, written by his uncle, the late Baligh Hamdi.

U.S. federal judge Christina Snyder basically ruled Egyptian law does not apply in America and Jay Z and Timbaland are allowed to steal his music. Technically, the judge is correct in stating Egyptian law does not apply in America. However, the United Nations' Berne Convention does, as America is signatory to it and it covers the breadth of copyright law.

At the end of the day, if the copyright owner does not want you using their work, you have no business doing so. If defeats the purpose of ownership and intellectual property laws that any idiot can steal something and use it against the wishes of the copyright owner. It constitutes fraud, financial fraud, conversion, grand theft larceny and copyright infringement.

If foreign recording artists began stealing Jay Z and Timbalands songs, using them abroad and making money off them while stating American law does not apply in their nations, the two men would be livid (and knowing Jay Z and his legal track record he would willfully commit acts of assault, attempted murder or murder). However, they expect to do this to others and get away with it, as the U.S. federal court system is unequivocally the most corrupt in the world. 99.9% of copyright cases are questionably thrown out by a federal judge before it gets the chance to reach an American jury to decide the merits of the case. That is disgraceful. Hollywood is an industry of thieves.

Riots Erupt In Baltimore Over Freddie Gray Killing By Cops Reiterating The Need For A Federal Law Regarding Police Brutality (Video)

Today was the funeral of Freddie Gray, a man in Baltimore, Maryland, who was the subject of deadly police brutality and excessive force, simply for running in fear from several police officers. Gray had committed no crime, but became afraid when he saw several police officers staring at him.

Gray ran away and was caught and beaten. Gray was dragged into an ambulance and hours later pronounced dead at the hospital. His spine was snapped and ribs crushed, all while in police custody. No one is saying what truly happened to Gray, which has resulted in rage from people in Baltimore. This rage turned into violence as riots erupted.

The people of Baltimore have every right to be angry at the violence being directed at black people. However, rioting and looting is not the answer. Peaceful protests would be better. Gray's death is the latest of many at the hands of select police officers in America, who have used an extraordinary amount of force against black people.

It is painfully clear there needs to be a federal law enacted at a congressional level to address police brutality. Clear lines need to be drawn in the proverbial sand, regarding what is acceptable and unacceptable conduct from police officers. There should be stiff penalties to any officer who engages in police brutality and excessive force.

Justin Bieber's Mom Expresses Her Concerns Regarding Him (Video)

A month ago on Twitter, I wrote of a tip I received stating, Pattie Mallette, the mother of singer Justin Bieber is, "Not taking it well watching what's happening to her boy" regarding the controversy that now surrounds him. One week later, Bieber posted a statement to Instagram stating his family couldn't be prouder of him and all the rumors to the contrary are untrue (Justin Bieber Calls Actress Lindsay Lohan A Broke Loser). It's the same article which details the item where I stated he is in danger of becoming Lindsay Lohan, then a week later he slammed the troubled actress and stated he is not like her.

My tweet on March 8, 2013

Bieber's post on Instagram on March 15, 2013

However, this week when asked about Bieber, via her words and expressions, his mom Pattie revealed she is clearly worried about what's going on regarding him. Bieber's mom stated, "I really don't know what to say. I think moms always worry about their children. The roles have changed now that he's 19. Of course I have talks with him, of course I have conversations with him about all that stuff. I wouldn't say [I'm more hands-off]...it's just different."

Justin Bieber's home in Calabasas, California, where the incident transpired

Since the time I wrote the initial tweet and article, Bieber has been placed under formal criminal investigation in California for an incident that transpired in his neighborhood, regarding him spitting on and threatening to kill his neighbor. Things have been spiraling out of control in Bieber's camp but instead of helping him via therapy and rehab, his minders are shutting out his family and working him to death. You can't claim to care about someone and do that.

President Barack Obama has signed new gun control measures into law and along with it billions in new spending. Man Is Arrested With His Nephew's Genitals In His Wallet

Suspect hiding his face

This is unquestionably one of the worst news stories I've come across. A 42-year-old man in South Africa was arrested when it was discovered he was carrying in his pocket, the genitals of his missing 18-year-old nephew. We are living in a very troubled world that something like this could happen.

Police discovered the 18-year-old's body and "Found that the hands, the head and legs were cut off from the body and we then recovered the private parts in his wallet." Can you imagine the horror of the police when they made the gruesome discovery.

Ryan Giggs Exposed As Super Injunction Football Player In Adultery Scandal

The United Kingdom has a legal tool known as a "super injunction" which bars the British press from disclosing the names, details and private lives, of individuals seeking said court order. However, Twitter, based on US shores, was used by a British blogger, to expose a six month adulterous affair of athlete Ryan Giggs.

Ryan Giggs and his wife Stacey (Photo Credit: PA)

The world famous footballer, who plays for Manchester United FC, reportedly had an extramarital affair, with nude model and reality star, Imogen Thomas. The married father of two, sought to keep the affair secret from the press, to preserve his marriage to Stacey Giggs, the mother of his two children.

However, Thomas and her friends began implying she had an affair with a famous footballer and dropped so many hints to the press that it led some to believe it was Giggs. Bound by UK law, Thomas and co. could not state his name, but gave enough information for others to go on.

Imogen Thomas (looks like his wife)

Then, Twitter came into play, via the blog site Super Injunction, who let the cat out the bag, pardon the pun. Hey, let's face it, Thomas is acting quite catty towards his wife. Thomas seems more concerned about her celebrity, than Giggs' wife and children, which is regrettable. She owes his wife and kids an apology for that.

Osama's Family States His Killing Was Illegal And They May Sue

The family of slain terrorist, Osama Bin Laden, has stated the U.S. Navy seal raid on his home in Abbottabad, Pakistan, which led to his killing, was illegal under international law. The law is the law and as such, Osama's family is correct in this statement, as President Obama did bypass the Pakistani government and trespassed in a sovereign nation, to complete the military maneuver. Attorney General Eric Holder's statements to the contrary are completely incorrect and have no basis in international law.

Osama Bin Laden

However, having written that, Osama shall not get my sympathy, as he was an unrepentant mass murderer that brought the world much grief. Bin Laden's family is contemplating suing over his death, but have not specified in which world venue.

Obama Seeks To Reform Malpractice Law

Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama, seeks to reform malpractice law in America, as apart of his Patient Affordable Health Care Act. Obama's goal is to eliminate frivolous lawsuits. However, the danger that exists in this undertaking is labeling legitimate lawsuits frivolous. What shall be the criteria to make that determination. What shall be the standard and litmus test. In short, how will you know.

There are cases of doctors removing the wrong limb or flat out removing body parts in error. What do you tell that person. Do they not deserve redress in court or do you want them to take one for the team, to accommodate a costly and ineffective health care act.

There are cases of doctors sexually assaulting patients. What do you recommend they do in the way of justice. Shall they be denied their day in court to accommodate the health care act. There are cases of doctors drinking and taking drugs on the job, then injuring patients, which constitutes flagrant malpractice. Shall their victims be tossed aside in court, to prop up a faulty heath care act.

Don't get me wrong. There are many wonderful doctors out there. Some are saints, who have helped so many people recover from infirmity and tragedy and deserve every bit of their pay. However, there are bad apples as well.

The government needs to go to the root of the problem - hospitals and doctors offices - then legally remove improperly trained and lawbreaking personnel. Wheat and weeds should not grow together.

Blaming the victim is not going to solve the problem of frivolous lawsuits. If the day comes and God willing it won't, that President Obama is very ill and has his rights violated by someone in the medical field, who rendered very poor care to him or abused him in some way, then and only then, is he in a position to truly delegate instructions on this matter, in a well-informed manner.

As someone that has seen the health care system at its very worse firsthand and read many other legal cases that would bring tears to one's eyes, the President is entering risky legal territory that could trample on patients' rights.

Obama's talk of medical malpractice reform surprises both sides

January 28, 2011, 8:44 p.m. - His use of the term 'frivolous lawsuits' in his State of the Union address upsets patients' rights advocates. President Obama took both Republicans and normally supportive patients' rights advocates by surprise this week when he voiced support for a national limit on medical malpractice lawsuits.

"I'm willing to look at other ideas to bring down costs" besides repealing his healthcare overhaul, Obama said in his State of the Union address, including "medical malpractice reform to rein in frivolous lawsuits."...

New Proposed Law To Threaten Obama's Reelection Bid

First Lady Michelle Obama to President Barack Obama: Did you marry me to get your papers (kidding)

The local government of the U.S. State of Arizona, is front and center again with the proposition of a controversial law. First there was the immigration bill, now there's the proposed presidential birth certificate act.

The government of Arizona, emboldened by a new wave of Republican incumbents, seeks to pass a new law, which would require any candidate for President of the United States, present an original copy of their birth certificate.

This new law could scupper President Barack Obama's 2012 reelection bid, as the government of Hawaii recently stated, they do not have an original copy of his birth certificate in their archives.

Officials, such as former Ambassador, Alan Keyes, insist Barack Obama was born in Nairobi, Kenya, making him ineligible under the U.S. Constitution to be President Of the United States (Alan Keyes Calls Obama A Nairobi Usurper).

Bullied To Death

So many people are being bullied, creating massive emotional traumas in their lives. I have read of a variety of cases, where children, teens, adults and the elderly, have been targeted and in some instances, ended up dead, as a result of bullying.

Some people do not think bullying is a big deal, dismissing its victims as thin-skinned. However, anything bad enough to create depression, thoughts of suicide, suicide or end in a deadly assault, is a major issue that should not be ignored. Bullying needs to be criminalized by the justice system, in an attempt at clamping down on the problem.

Stephen Colbert Made A Mockery Of Congress

Stephen Colbert in Congress

And they wonder why Hollywood stars constantly go too far, never knowing when to quit, even engaging in criminal conduct such as DUI, drug use, theft, criminal copyright infringement (Kabbalah) and practicing pseudo-medicine without a license (Scientology). It is because they know Congress will back them up, no matter how insane their behavior.

Case in point, last week, Stephen Colbert took his odd brand of comedy to Congress, whilst speaking on a very serious issue, immigration, making a complete mockery of himself and the legislature.

The jokes were unfunny, ill-timed and cringe-worthy. The entire episode wreaked of mental illness, yet there he was on TV, revealing how inappropriately enamored the legislature is with Hollywood, one of the most destructive entities in America, that has done more to erode society's social fiber than anyone.

There are people in America who have been raped, abused, robbed and damaged by financial fraud in the corporate sector, whose testimonies would be more useful and appropriate, yet look who they brought in and what he misused the nation's time to state, in a very ineffective manner.

Is there any wonder national confidence in Congress is at an all time low. But of course, the government will waste more tax dollars commissioning a study to ascertain why, when all they have to do is look in the mirror.

"A Whale Of A Good Time"

Going for a boat ride is usually fun for most people. However, a whale informed a couple on a boat to move out of his way and apparently they didn't get the message, so the mammal gave them a vivid illustration. The majestic creature leapt out of the water, into the air and landed on the boat. The vessel was destroyed, but the couple left unharmed. The two are being charged with harassing the whale (LOL).

Side Bar: the whale, who is being represented by Gloria Allred, was heard singing "Sailing" by Christopher Cross and "Hit Me Baby One More Time" by Britney Spears. Just kidding.

Joran Van Der Sloot's Attorney Quits

Joran Van Der Sloot

The attorney of murderer, Joran Van Der Sloot, has quit as his legal representation, due to the fact he confessed to killing, 21-year-old, Stephany Flores and has agreed to tell authorities, where he buried 18-year-old, Natalee Holloway, after sexually assaulting and killing the young women in separate incidents.

It's ironic that Van Der Sloot is complaining of the Peru prison system, stating he will most likely be sexually assaulted and killed, when that is exactly what he has done to innocent women that did him no harm.

Van Der Sloot needs to seek treatment and God's forgiveness, because as it stands, he is a danger to the public. People need to stop, think and restrain themselves, before they commit such crimes that devastates families.

Cruel Credit Card Company Practices

The selling and reselling of debt in America has become a very profitable industry for credit card companies and banks, but a burdensome load on Americans. During the current harsh economic climate, many Americans have lost their jobs and defaulted on credit card payments. If one has no job, how can one pay one's bills.

One of my friends lost her job and defaulted on one of her credit cards and by the time they sold and resold the debt, it was ugly. She was forced to make arrangements with the third party financial institution the credit card company sold the original debt to, making $100 monthly payments.

However, what was a $5,500 balance, became a $16,500 nightmare, after they added countless fees and massive interest rates to the original sum she owes, which they purchased from the credit card company. She gave me the documents to peruse and it was quite appalling.

In looking at the papers, I shook my head, as this same story is repeating itself all over America and bogging down Americans with terrible debt, far above anything they originally owed, which is unconscionable. The Judiciary Report realizes companies are in business to make money, but there should be limits on what they can charge consumers.

The government should enact legislation to bar companies from adding such exorbitant fees, as it is keeping many Americans in serious debt and hampering their futures. Companies should not be able to gouge citizens to such terrible extremes, as it is corporate extortion, not conducive to a healthy economy.

Madonna Used As The Barometer For Old Age

Elena Kagan (Photo Credit: Bloomberg News)

In what is certain to be a bruise to her inflated ego, unoriginal Madonna, was used as a barometer for old age, when Supreme Court nominee, Elena Kagan, stated she is younger than the crazy pop singer. Ouch!

I don't know about you, but when applying for a legal position, one should not invoke the name of a madwoman, who has been sued for battering and choking a child (Keith Sorrentino) and engaging in egregious privacy, civil rights and copyrights abuses, all of which broke the law.

Not to mention, borrowing huge sums of money for films, from financiers and lenders, whilst committing fraud, then not paying the money back and having to be sued for said unlawful conduct.

Los Angeles Boycotts Arizona Yanking $58 Million

Los Angeles

The City of Angels, thinks Arizona's new immigration law is devilish. The City of Los Angeles, California, has announced the pending cancellation of contracts with the U.S. state of Arizona, due to its new immigration bill that racially profiles Hispanics. The loss of contracts from the City of Los Angeles will total at least $58 million dollars.

A number of people have slammed the inhumane measure being promoted in Arizona, as it is unconstitutional and will open Hispanics up to human rights abuses. The U.S. Justice Department, headed by Obama pick, Eric Holder, failed to act in a timely manner to head off this crisis.
