Woman Voluntarily Drops Rape Case Against Donald Trump Without Settlement As It Is Discovered She Made The Whole Thing Up

One day before the November 8, 2016 U.S. presidential election, a Hillary Clinton supporter, Katie Johnson, dropped her rape lawsuit against Donald Trump, who is now president-elect of the United States. The lawsuit was dropped without any financial settlement or admission of guilt on Trump's part. Johnson retracted her lawsuit. The Daily Mail is stating Johnson made up the whole story.

Johnson stated Trump raped her at age 13 at the home of convicted pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein. Johnson provided no evidence regarding her claims. The lawsuit was simply filed with no corroborating receipts or evidence of any kind. Most rape victims can show how they met the alleged assailant. Johnson has failed to establish that. Epstein's victims were able to prove how they knew him and ended up in his home and on his private island for debauched, pedophilic sex parties.

Johnson, a crack cocaine addict, who has two convictions for DUI, stated she came to the conclusion Trump was the man who raped her at Epstein's home in 1994, when she saw him recently on "The Apprentice" television show. Trump has constantly been on television many years prior to Johnson's claims. Since the 1990s he has been one of the most famous men in America. It is unclear why her memory was allegedly jarred recently when "The Apprentice" aired, regarding an incident she states occurred in 1994.

Some are of the belief the Clinton campaign was behind Johsnon's claims. After all, Clinton used the CIA to frame Wikileaks' Julian Assange for rape. Johnson's lawsuit was a political tactic to strip votes from Trump. However, enraged by allegations of rape, Trump began to public threaten he will sue anyone who makes such claims against him.

On Friday, six months after legal papers were filed, the civil lawsuit was dramatically dropped. Katie Johnson's shocking allegations first emerged in a lawsuit filed in California in April this year. She claimed she was raped by Donald Trump when she was a 13-year-old in 1994 - but now she has dramatically dropped the case as DailyMail.com learns that her story was not true.

Social media erupted with claims that the woman had been paid off by Trump or was so terrified by threats to her life from Trump supporters that she was forced to withdraw her claims. But DailyMail.com has learned that the real reason the suit was dropped is because the claims were simply NOT true.

 

The woman first sued Trump and Jeffrey Epstein under the name Katie Johnson - a name we know not to be her real identity - on April 26 in California federal court and filed an amended complaint in New York federal court in October, claiming she was subject to rape, criminal sexual acts, assault, battery and false imprisonment.

Rolling Stone's now discredited "A Rape on Campus" article caused a significant amount of damage

In 2014, Rolling Stone journalist Sabrina Erdely wrote an article entitled "A Rape on Campus" regarding a University of Virginia student identified as "Jackie" who had been gang raped at the school by several male fraternity members of Phi Kappa Psi. People were outraged over the rape. 

Based on details in the story, three members of Phi Kappa Psi were publicly outed as rapists and made the subject of terrible harassment, threats and insults. The fraternity was suspended by the university. The faculty of the University of Virginia was also brought under great public scrutiny and criticism. 

It turns out "Jackie" made up the whole thing about being raped. It never happened. Rolling Stone believed her story and ended up publishing a piece that was a lie. Journalists from newspapers unraveled the story when they began reviewing her claims. Journalists unmasked it as a lie, as it was filled with many discrepancies. It was revealed "Jackie" made up the story for sympathy from a fellow student she was in love with, Ryan Duffin. Rolling Stone retracted the story. However, significant damage had been done to the reputations of faculty at the University of Virginia and the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity.

A jury has come to a verdict in the defamation civil case brought against Rolling Stone and Sabrina Erdely by University of Virginia associate dean Nicole Eramo, awarding her $3,000,000 in damages. Eramo had been publicly slammed for not handling the rape claim properly (which turned out to be a false rape claim). Eramo and her reputation suffered as a result of the article in Rolling Stone.

Erdely was blamed for not doing enough research regarding the gang rape claims of "Jackie." Rolling Stone writer Erdely failed to properly interview people "Jackie" named in connection with the story and friends she stated came to her aid. Her friends later revealed they did not see cuts and bruises on "Jackie" and she did not appear distressed, which completely contradicts the Rolling Stone article. Phi Kappa Psi has also filed suit against Rolling stone and the case is currently pending.

People want to believe a person who states they have been raped. No one wants to believe a person stating they have been raped is lying. However, it has occurred. Some have fabricated rape claims and destroyed lives and reputations in the process. The Judiciary Report would like to implore people not to make up rape claims. When people actually get raped, the false claims others made, makes it more difficult for them to be believed by the public and juries. Rape is a very real and serious crime. Do not make a mockery of it by lying.

In Rolling Stone Defamation Case, Magazine and Reporter Ordered to Pay $3 Million

NOV. 7, 2016 - CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — A federal jury on Monday ordered Rolling Stone and one of its writers to pay $3 million in damages to a University of Virginia administrator over a discredited article two years ago about a supposed gang rape at the university. 

The jury in Charlottesville, Va., had already decided on Friday, after a two-week trial, that Rolling Stone; Wenner Media, its parent company; and Sabrina Rubin Erdely, the author of the article, were all liable for defamation in a case that centered on faulty reporting and a failure to apply basic fail-safes in editing. 

After deliberating for less than two hours on Monday, the jury of eight women and two men decided that Ms. Erdely was liable for $2 million of the total, and Rolling Stone and Wenner Media for $1 million. In her suit, filed in May 2015, the administrator, Nicole P. Eramo, had asked for $7.5 million in damages...

The U.S. Congress pressed Obama's Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, on the matter and she suspiciously and incriminatingly pled the Fifth Amendment. The Fifth Amendment in America is apart of the U.S. Constitution one can invoke to prevent stating something that could lead to one's imprisonment.

I'm not even Attorney General and I want to discuss the matter as it is serious and alarming. Obama just outrageously gave $1.7 billion dollars, not even million, billion dollars, to a world government who has openly expressed it wants to use nuclear weapons to destroy America. Well, thanks to Obama, now they have the money to do so. This has got to be one of the stupidest, most sinister and corrupt things I have ever seen in my life. Obama needs to be held accountable for his behavior.

October 28, 2016 11:22 am - Attorney General Loretta Lynch is declining to comply with an investigation by leading members of Congress about the Obama administration’s secret efforts to send Iran $1.7 billion in cash earlier this year, prompting accusations that Lynch has “pleaded the Fifth” Amendment to avoid incriminating herself over these payments, according to lawmakers and communications exclusively obtained by the Washington Free Beacon. 

Sen. Marco Rubio (R., Fla.) and Rep. Mike Pompeo (R., Kan.) initially presented Lynch in October with a series of questions about how the cash payment to Iran was approved and delivered. In an Oct. 24 response, Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik responded on Lynch’s behalf, refusing to answer the questions and informing the lawmakers that they are barred from publicly disclosing any details about the cash payment, which was bound up in a ransom deal aimed at freeing several American hostages from Iran.

It's safe to say presidential candidate Hillary Clinton currently has a bad case of diarrhea. Yesterday, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) announced they have reopened the criminal case against her for mishandling classified information when she was Secretary of State, under current president, Barack Obama. 

The FBI has been getting bashed in a massive way on social networking. There are a few hundred thousand comments on social networking platforms excoriating the agency for letting Clinton slide with criminal behavior that landed other people in prison. The FBI's name is gone and agents are very resentful about it, as they are hated now more than ever thanks to the Clinton scandal.

As previously stated on the Judiciary Report, I have it on very good authority, like all my other exclusives that proved true, Obama "forced" FBI Director, James Comey, into dropping the case against the Clinton, who leveraged it with promises to ensure he continued at the FBI in his current post, as they are rigging the election in Clinton's favor. Trump is the predicted favorite to win, but Clinton is engaging in voter fraud in a bid to steal the election from him. 

As previously reported on the site, based on mainstream news media reports, former New York congressman, Anthony Weiner, is being investigated by authorities for being a pedophile who had inappropriate contact with a 15-year-old girl (Anthony Weiner Caught Sending Sexual Text Messages To A 15-Year-Old Girl He Visited While Her Parents Weren't Home Bringing More Bad Publicity On Hillary Clinton's Campaign). Weiner is married to Hillary Clinton's top aide and her fellow bisexual lover Huma Abedin.

The FBI is pretending they have uncovered new Clinton emails that suggest criminal impropriety. However, the FBI had all the emails the whole time that suggest criminal impropriety on Clinton's part. The emails have been stored with the NSA the whole time. The FBI are now afraid of the political damage that will be inflicted on the law enforcement agency, who have become very unpopular with the public. The public wants the FBI closed for corruption. FBI agents are demoralized. Morale is low at the FBI.

The FBI is also afraid Clinton's rival in the November 8, 2016 presidential election, Donald Trump, is going to win, which new polls and claims from political scholars are suggesting and that doesn't bode well for Comey's former pro-Clinton stance. Trump has publicly expressed his disdain for the FBI's handling of the Clinton case referring to it as "rigged" and "fixed" by the agency (many people have expressed the same view online). Trump also stated if he were president Clinton would be in jail for said crimes.

Clinton has other dirt on her hands as well. Clinton also used State Department funds as her private piggy bank. An inspector general's report revealed $6 billion dollars vanished from the agency under her watch as Secretary of State. $6 billion dollars also vanished from Haitian earthquake relief funds Hillary and her husband, former President, Bill Clinton, offered to collect under the Clinton Foundation, on behalf of the people of hate, whom they exploited. The Clinton name is mud in Haiti over the scandal.

Clinton has been using these funds to buy and bribe her way through the election. Clinton has bribed so many people it is astonishing. Her whole campaign has been one long stretch of bribery and illegal political favors. I have never seen anything like this before. She is the most corrupt presidential candidate in U.S. history. 

As stated previously in the column, there needs to be a thorough investigation of the Clinton Foundation. There are too many credible reports in the public domain about corruption, bribery, theft and abuse of charity tax status at the Clinton Foundation. They have stolen billions in charity money meant for the poor and sick. They have also taken massive bribes through the Clinton Foundation in violation of U.S. law. These financial bribes are income, but due to the Clinton Foundation's questionable charity status, the money is tax free. These are felonies.

All the funds in the Clinton Foundation need to be seized and returned to the rightful owners (much of it belongs to the poor of foreign nations, as it came from stealing from Haiti and from accepting bribe money from national treasuries, issued by politicians in other countries who secretly gave the Clintons public funds for favors). The Clinton Foundation is hoarding money made from ill-gotten gains in a vast criminal scheme.

New York Knicks basketball player, Derrick Rose, has been cleared in a court of law of all claims he and his two best friends, Randall Hampton and Ryan Allen, raped his on and off girlfriend. A jury of six women and two men in Los Angeles found Rose, Hampton and Allen innocent of the gang rape claims, brought by a disgruntled groupie the basketball star was in an open relationship with over the course of 20-months. Rose's gold digging accuser also pursued and had consensual sex with other NBA stars, such as Los Angeles Laker, Nick Young, among others.

Rose's accuser knew of the existence of other women in Rose's life, such as the mother of his young son, but consented to servicing him and other men in his circle during group sex sessions. The name of Rose's accuser has been withheld in accordance with the law. However, photos have been posted of her online.

What demolished the accuser's rape claims is text messages showing she was in a consensual sexual relationship with Rose and even brought a woman to his house for him to have sex with her as well. After the alleged gang rape, Rose's accuser texted him her banking information requesting financial reimbursement for a sex toy known as a sex belt that she brought to his mansion for sexual activities.

A sex belt is not a fashion accessory. Based on what is written online, a sex belt is used during penetration to give the man a better grip on his sexual partner while penetrating her from behind. Why would you bring that to a man's house if you did not intend to have sex with him. That was a terrible giveaway that Rose's accuser has been lying about being raped. 

The case also revealed she had brought a sex harness to Rose's home, which is another sex toy, which based on information online, is used for sexual penetration. In all the years I have been covering rape cases on this site, I've never heard of a rape victim bringing sex toys to the rape. That alone was enough for me to reject the claims of Rose's accuser. Text messages after the rape where she joked with Rose about him refusing to have sex with a woman she brought to the group sex session was another giveaway she was lying about being raped. A real rape victim would not do that.

Rose's accuser also waited two years to claim she had been raped. Rather than go to the police, she contacted Rose demanding in excess of $10,000,000 or she would go public with the claim. When he refused to pay the extortion money, she went public with the claim via a lawsuit. When the public asked why she did not go to police, she decided to report the fraudulent gang rape.

A close female friend of Rose's accuser also revealed she is a "pathological liar." Her friend revealed they took a vacation in Las Vegas after the alleged rape and when asked if Rose had raped her she responded, "No." The accuser's friend told the court the woman got mad with Rose over a money issue and that was the reason she falsely cried rape. When a person makes up such an outlandish and malicious story in court, they should face significant fines and penalties. Rose's accuser was sworn in under oath and caught lying six times.

Text messages subpoenaed by Rose's lawyers revealed his accuser is a gold digger who has been desperately searching for a rich man to marry, so she could quit her job. Then she lost her job and rather than seeking new, gainful employment, decided to demand millions of dollars from Rose, who had lost interest in her and was spending more time with the mother of his son.

Rose gave his accuser a glimpse into a life of luxury. Rose invited her to his Beverly Hills mansion on different occasions for sex, where she saw a sampling of his wealth. When some people see a successful person who made their money honestly living well, they will be happy for them and be inspired by what they have achieved. However, there are some who will plot to illegally take what another person has worked hard for in life.  

The only thing weaker than the accuser's story is Derrick Rose's knees on the basketball court (people on social networking are stating Rose should get some robo-knees). There are many rape victims I believe and have written in support of on this site. However, Rose's accuser is not a rape victim, but an opportunistic woman aiming to financially rip off a man, seeking a quick way to become rich.

The Los Angeles Police Department were quietly investigating the case, but the fact a jury of six women and two men rejected the case in civil court does not bode well for their investigation for a criminal trial. It's alarming to think someone can be set up in this manner and face jail for something they did not do.

The Los Angeles Times reports a juror named Jared stated of the case, "We actually tried to prove the plaintiff correct before we made our decision. We went over the evidence from the plaintiff's point of view and wrote down everything that was believable. And nothing added up." My sentiments indeed.

Former Friend Of Jane Doe Repeatedly Calls Doe A Liar On The Stand

Friday 9:47pm -A onetime friend of Jane Doe took the stand Friday, testifying for Derrick Rose’s side in the civil suit accusing him and two friends of gang-rape in 2013. In her testimony on Friday, Gabriela Chavez repeatedly called her former friend a liar and said she came forward because she wanted to be on the side of truth. 

Chavez said she had been friends with Doe since 2008, but they last saw each other in 2014. The last time they talked or texted was earlier this year, she said. Much of her testimony was about a trip she took with Doe to Las Vegas in September 2013, about a month after Doe said in her lawsuit she was raped by Rose and two of his friends in her Los Angeles apartment. Before going over the details of the trip, Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald told jurors that they could only use the testimony “simply as to damages” and that it was not “relevant to which version of events at the apartment is true.”

After that warning from Fitzgerald, Chavez launched into testimony in which she called Doe a liar multiple times. She went into the details about the September trip after several pictures of her and Doe in Las Vegas were entered into evidence, showing Chavez and Doe smiling, hanging out by a pool, and in bathrobes. She said that during the trip Doe seemed happy and normal. Doe told her that during the trip that she had sex with Rose and his friends, but was upset that she hadn’t heard back. Chavez told the court, “She specifically said he didn’t even care that I slept with them.” 

Chavez said in court that the story as Doe told it didn’t make sense to her, so she asked Doe specifically if she was raped. Her response, Chavez said, was, “No, but I did have sex with all of them.” During cross examination, Chavez said Doe didn’t use the word consensual but “her entire story didn’t make sense.” 

Like the defense’s cross examinations earlier in the day, Doe’s lawyer Waukeen McCoy peppered Chavez with questions about if she was doing this for money. He asked Chavez several times and different ways if she had tried to get money from Doe for her testimony, which Chavez repeatedly said was wrong, adding, “That’s why I’m on the side of truth right now.” McCoy asked her so many times about money, Chavez replied to one: “Is that the best you are going to keep doing, asking the same question?” 

Many of her answers to questions, like if Doe took a sick day to go to Las Vegas and how she contacted Rose’s lawyer, ended with her calling Doe a liar. At one point, she said Doe “lies about everything that comes out of her mouth.” Even Doe’s desire to stay anonymous was about maintaining lies, she said. “She lies to her family all the time. They don’t know the lifestyle she leads in Los Angeles,” Chavez said. “And she wanted to keep it that way.” 

Chavez said Doe at some point had told her about another rape lawsuit, involving Sean Kingston, that had settled and that she too would settle with Rose for money. Chavez said a text message sent to Doe after she heard about the lawsuit being filed—saying “Hey girl. You ok?” and asking if it was Doe or someone else “it happened to”— was just her checking in because she had been wondering if Doe would file. 

“She told me quite a few times that she was confused and didn’t know what to do,” Chavez said, adding that it was because so many people were telling Doe different things. When Rose’s lawyer, Mark Baute, asked Chavez if Doe is a “pathological liar,” Chavez said yes. She ended her testimony saying she had dinner with Rose in 2015, and the meal lasted a few hours.

NBA basketball player, Derrick Rose, has been set up big time by a scheming groupie, who has bedded other ballers in trying and failing to become a rich pro-athlete's wife. After dating Rose on and off for 20-months, bringing him women for group sex and carrying sex toys to his house, she is claiming he raped her and at least two of his friends gang raped her as well with his consent.

The New York Post wrote, "During cross-examination, she admitted to lying at least six times during her deposition or in text messages to Rose." It also does not look good that she waited over 2-years to file a police complaint and only did so well after filing a massive lawsuit in a cash grab against Rose on some very dubious claims. The police complaint was filed when the public questioned why she opted to sue first rather than go to the police.

The judge presiding over the case expressed anger that the accuser and her lawyer withheld important text messages from the court that reveal on the day of the alleged gang rape she sent Rose texts stating "I need u" and "I want u here." After the alleged gang rape, Rose's accuser also texted him asking for money for a sex toy she brought to his home. 

She also stated in a text about a woman she brought to him for group sex, "She was mad at me babe why u have me bring a b***h and u ain't fina f**k her." A close friend of the gold digger accusing Rose and his friends of rape, testified that when she asked her if she was raped she said "no" and that she was angry over a money issue concerning Rose.    

In light of the foregoing information, if I were on the jury and read those texts from the accuser to Rose, I would vote not guilty. You don't contact your alleged rapist stating romantic things of that nature. Those are things you state to someone you are in a sexual relationship with and plan to keep bedding. If a real rape victim decided to send text messages to a rapist it would state something like "I'm gonna chop your willie off" or "I hope you get arrested and your cellmate violates you like you did me."  Though I don't recommend victims contact their rapist. It is best to contact the police as soon as possible and get in touch with a hospital for testing.

In other Derrick Rose news, the investigator looking into the matter for the Los Angeles Police Department has reportedly committed suicide. Nadine Hernandez reportedly killed herself yesterday at the home of a Los Angeles Police Department lieutenant. She was found with a gunshot wound to the head and later pronounced dead at the hospital.

Daniel Wallach, however, says Rose’s testimony may not play well with the jury. This trial boils down to one issue: whether the accuser consented to intercourse with Derrick Rose and his friends. 

Because there is a complete absence of any physical evidence, such as a rape kit or corroborating medical report — a fact that favors Rose — the jury must decide whom to believe based on witnesses, none more important than the basketball player and his accuser. 

Before calling a single witness, Rose’s lawyers have already planted seeds of doubt in the accuser’s story. During cross-examination, she admitted to lying at least six times during her deposition or in text messages to Rose. She also sent Rose five texts that day in August 2013 between 1:40 a.m. and 2:03 a.m., inviting him to her apartment and saying things such as “I need u” and “want u here.” 

When Rose’s lawyer asked the accuser what she and Rose were going to do, she responded — in what has been described by trial-watchers as perhaps the least believable testimony to date — “Watch a movie or just [go] to sleep, communicate or talk.” Then there’s the fact that she waited more than two years to report the incident to police — and only did so after her civil suit was filed...

Judge eyes mistrial after claims Derrick Rose accuser hid evidence 

October 11, 2016 | 12:39pm - The Los Angeles federal judge overseeing the $21.5 million civil rape trial against New York Knicks guard Derrick Rose said he is seriously considering a mistrial after the NBA star’s lawyers claimed that the accuser had hidden critical evidence. “Let me be very blunt with you. You have been very careless with these exhibits,” Judge Michael Fitzgerald said Tuesday morning. 

The judge was referring to three lewd text messages between the accuser and Rose sent just hours before and after the alleged rape. They discuss a massage therapist whom the accuser brought to a party at Rose’s house the night of the alleged sexual assault and bely her claim that she was in no mood for group sex. 

Rose and two pals are accused of gang-raping the woman on Aug. 27, 2013, at her apartment after she left the NBA player’s Beverly Hills home. The three men say the sex was consensual. The judge said the missing texts give “credence to the allegations which are now being made by the defense” — that the accuser lied about the rape. “It might very well be a mistrial,” the judge said. But he added that he was hesitant to call off the trial because the jury has already spent a week on the case and the NBA regular season starts on Oct. 25...

Detective investigating Derrick Rose rape allegations dead in possible suicide

October 12, 2016, 12:47 PM - WHITTIER, Calif. — A Los Angeles detective who recently acknowledged a criminal investigation into claims of rape by NBA star Derrick Rose died after she was found shot in a California home Tuesday night, reports CBS Los Angeles. Nadine Hernandez, 44, was found around 2:45 p.m., after police responded to reports of a shooting. Paramedics transported Hernandez to a hospital where she later died. A firearm was recovered at the scene, police said. 

Whittier police said in a statement that the incident is being investigated as a suicide. “However, this is an ongoing investigation and we will continue to collaborate with the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office as part of our investigation,” the department said....

Florida news reporter, Sarina Fazina, asked Clinton, "Some doctors have said, because of your age, as well as your opponent’s age, that you could be at higher risk for dementia or even Alzheimer’s and have suggested that you take some neurocognitive test. Would you be willing to do that?”

Clinton flat out refused to take any neurological tests by stating, "There’s no need for that. The information is very clear. And the information, as I said, meets the standards that every other person running for president has ever had to meet, and I’m happy that we’ve met and even exceeded them in certain ways."

People do not exhibit the signs and symptoms of illness Clinton repeatedly does without their being a significant neurological problem. Reputable medical professionals have gone on record stating she is ill and hiding it from the public. Additionally, her own husband, former President Bill Clinton, spoke of Clinton's falls, concussions and blood clot problem, which in itself is serious. We've witnessed as Clinton violently coughed during public appearances, fallen down during a seizure, exhibited the shaking, repetitive nodding, uncontrollable facial expressions and inability to climb stairs which are all associated with Parkinson's.

Hillary refuses to take neurocognitive test 

September 22, 2016 | 7:35am - Hillary Clinton won’t be taking a neurocognitive test, and releasing the results to the public — telling a reporter “there’s no need for that,” even after collapsing as she was leaving a 9/11 memorial event last week in Manhattan. Clinton made the comment, suggesting she will not be releasing any further medical information this presidential campaign, in an interview Wednesday with Florida’s WFTS ABC Action News. 

“Some doctors have said, because of your age, as well as your opponent’s age, that you could be at higher risk for dementia or even Alzheimer’s and have suggested that you take some neurocognitive test,” ABC affiliate reporter Sarina Fazina said to Clinton. “Would you be willing to do that?” 

“I’m very sorry I got pneumonia,” Clinton replied, letting out a hearty laugh. “I’m very glad that antibiotics took care of it. And that’s behind us now. I’ve met the standard that everybody running for president has met in terms of releasing information about my health.” 

She added, “I have to say, my opponent has not met that standard. So I am very happy that we have put out all the information that there is — that reflects on my health. And I am physically, mentally healthy and fit to be president of the United States.” Asked specifically whether she’d submit to testing, Clinton said no. 

“There’s no need for that. The information is very clear. And the information, as I said, meets the standards that every other person running for president has ever had to meet, and I’m happy that we’ve met and even exceeded them in certain ways,” she told the local Florida reporter...

Baylee Curran, the aspiring actress who accused singer Chris Brown of throwing her out of his house at gunpoint, keeps changing her story. In the legal world, when a person keeps changing their story, it is indicative of lying. I’ve seen a few clips of Curran’s interviews and the story keeps changing. First she stated Brown pointed a gun at her. Then in a clip on social networking, she showed how Brown allegedly pointed a gun to the left side of her head. Then in a television interview, she showed how Brown pointed a gun in the center of her forehead. 

I know Brown is hyperactive, but with her inconsistent descriptions you would think he was running around her head in a circle while pointing a gun on it. The story replete with inconsistencies is not making sense. She also stated Brown kicked her out for admiring jewelry, but she didn’t pick it up. Then she stated in another interview that she was touching the jewelry. 

Curran’s claim of being at his house at 3AM wanting to audition for a music video is strange. Most auditions are held by the music video director during the day time and at business locations, not the entertainer’s private home. Police said they retrieved guns and drugs, but Brown’s lawyer stated not from inside the house. Reports stated someone in Brown’s house tossed a duffle bag outside a window. 

Baylee, who has been stripped of her title as Miss California Regional, due to inappropriate photos and is refusing to return the crown and sash, does not have the ability to make it on the level she wants to as an entertainer. She has opted to have sex with famous men with the hope of the casting couch leading to fame. To make money she has resorted to thievery, as the acting roles to her credit gave her a modest salary. The money was running out when this latest incident occurred at Brown’s house. 

 

Baylee Curran, who is refusing to return her crown and sash after being stripped of her title as Miss California Regional, has been accused of stealing a Louis Vuitton purse with $200 and a Rolex watch in separate incidents. However, Curran says everyone is lying (though there is documented proof of their claims).

 

According to the television show “Entertainment Tonight” Brown’s net worth is $30,000,000. This is due to years of recording music, performing shows and collecting royalties. Brown has multiple homes in California and Virginia, containing high end items. He has a fleet of luxury cars and hundreds of thousands of dollars in jewelry. Brown has millions in the bank. Brown also has a history of trouble with the law. This makes him a perfect high profile target for an unscrupulous person. 

As the Judiciary Report has stated in past articles, Brown has done some wrong in life. However, it is wrong for people to use it as an excuse to exploit his or anyone else's past, such as making up stories for 15 minutes of fame and paid tell all interviews, with the goal of it leading to a career. 

Brown is struggling right now with emotional problems and depression. Situations are taking their toll, such as drug and alcohol problems, arguments with the mother of his child who wants a lot of money, losing ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran, being slighted by music industry awards committees, awards shows and critics and constant financial shakedowns by people looking to rip him off. This recent incident is taking its toll as well. 

This incident should bring Brown to the understanding it is not a safe practice to allow random people into one’s home (whether you’re famous or not). However, this keeps happening. So, Brown is not getting the message. Once again, easy target...

The press has been demanding Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump, release his tax returns. The press has also been demanding Democrat, Hillary Clinton, release her tax returns and information on the billions of dollars in the Clinton Foundation, during her bid for the U.S. presidency. Neither candidate has complied.  

Donald Trump has been referred to as a billionaire. Some doubt his wealth. However, he legitimately owns many valuable properties around the world, mainly luxury hotels that occupy prime lots. The land and building value of Trump's vast property empire does make him a billionaire. He also owns entertainment holdings, such as “The Apprentice” and various televised beauty pageants.

Trump’s “cash on hand” as the legal term goes is up for debate. Trump does have millions of dollars in the bank, but not likely billions. However, how net worth works is the value of one’s tangible and intangible assets, whether liquid or illiquid, is used to tabulate the total value. Once again, with Trump’s valuable real estate portfolio, he is a billionaire (if he liquidated it all, he would have billions of dollars in the bank). 

Hillary Clinton and her husband, former president Bill Clinton, left the White House broke, heavily in debt from legal fees, due to unethical behavior. The documentary “Clinton Cash” outlines that through a series of bribes, in exchange for favors using their government connections, the Clintons amassed $2 billion dollars in dirty, illegal money in the Clinton Foundation, which is supposed to be a charity, but has given little to charitable causes.

Hillary Clinton has been using this money in bids at trying to buy the U.S. presidency. If the government truly sourced the origins of the money in the Clinton Foundation, both Clintons would be eligible for life in prison for engaging in vast bribery, widespread corruption, charity fraud, tax fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud and violations of U.S. trade laws and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

Haiti Needs To Strengthen Legislation To Help With Earthquake Rebuilding Effort

"Clinton Cash" exposes the Clintons as outright criminals who ripped off Haiti after the massive 2010 earthquake

 

The island nation of Haiti needs to change its legislation to make it more difficult for people to financially exploit their country. The former President of Haiti, Francois Duvalier, misappropriated millions of dollars in state funds living lavishly on the people's money. When his son, Jean-Claude Duvalier became President of Haiti, he and his wife, Michele Bennett also misappropriated millions of dollars of state funds. When Jean-Claude fled Haiti due to an uprising, he and his wife absconded with state funds. The couple hastily moved to France and went their separate ways. 

Jean-Claude initially lived in a luxury hotel. However, his bills soon piled up. He fell on hard times and ended up moving in with a woman who supported him in her modest flat. However, his ex-wife Bennett and their children, who are now adults, have been living lavishly off a reported $94,000,000 in funds stolen from the Haitian people (taxpayers). Bennett should be legally forced (compelled) to turn over all the money to Haiti. The assets she purchased abroad with state money should also be seized, auctioned and given to the Haitian people.  

In 2010 a catastrophic magnitude 7.0 earthquake decimated much of Haiti's capital Port-au-Prince. Over 200,000 people died. Many were buried in heartbreaking mass graves. It has been a humanitarian crisis of terrible proportions. The level of human loss and suffering is incalculable. Many rushed to help Haiti. However, some took advantage in acts that are cruel and wicked (all of you who did this, make no mistake, God is going to bring it right back around to you). 

Legislation should be passed through the proper channels in an effort to repatriate stolen funds and other assets that belong to the people of Haiti. Further legislation should be passed to lay out stiff criminal penalties to those who rip off the nation, to act as a deterrent and aid in insulating the country from such problems.

Haitian rapper, Wyclef Jean, raised and misappropriated $10,000,000 in charity donations that was meant for the island. The money was donated to Wyclef's Yele charity that was recently closed by the state of New Jersey, where he lives, over impropriety. Wyclef's assets and that of the charity should have been seized, liquidated and given to the people of Haiti. 

Over $13 billion dollars was donated to Haiti after the earthquake and was placed into a fund managed by former U.S. president Bill Clinton and his wife, current presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton. The money was for a rebuilding effort, but billions of dollars have been misappropriated and Haiti's capital still needs to be rebuilt (see free documentary 'Clinton Cash' for details).

None of the aforementioned incidents over the past 30 years was fair to Haiti. There are people in Haiti whose homes were destroyed by the earthquake, with an estimated 200,000 still living in tent cities. There are poor and hungry people in Haiti who are suffering, as their lives were destroyed by the earthquake. All the stolen funds over the past thirty years, need to be repatriated to Haiti to rebuild the nation and feed the poor and hungry. Haiti has high poverty levels and needs the help.

I remembered reading an article years ago about the late Venezuelan President, Hugo Chavez, that in addition to building homes locally for the poor of his nation, he also bought prefabricated homes from other nations. Since 2011 several hundred thousand homes were built under Chavez's Great Housing Mission drive, mostly for low income and poor families. Haiti needs something similar via a financial and construction drive to help solve the housing crisis that occurred due to the quake. Haiti also needs a stronger building code to help withstand natural disasters.

The Duvaliers squandered so much taxpayer money and foreign aid, after promising to build Cite Soleil for the poor. It is apparent the building code on the island needed revision from then to put the island's buildings on firmer foundation. Natural disasters happen everywhere. However, through science and technology some of the damage can be mitigated.

Just two days ago a magnitude 4.6 earthquake struck the other side of the island Haiti shares with the Dominican Republic. Natural disasters are a fact of life. The world must do its best to build and prepare for them in the safest way possible.
