The press has been demanding Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump, release his tax returns. The press has also been demanding Democrat, Hillary Clinton, release her tax returns and information on the billions of dollars in the Clinton Foundation, during her bid for the U.S. presidency. Neither candidate has complied.  

Donald Trump has been referred to as a billionaire. Some doubt his wealth. However, he legitimately owns many valuable properties around the world, mainly luxury hotels that occupy prime lots. The land and building value of Trump's vast property empire does make him a billionaire. He also owns entertainment holdings, such as “The Apprentice” and various televised beauty pageants.

Trump’s “cash on hand” as the legal term goes is up for debate. Trump does have millions of dollars in the bank, but not likely billions. However, how net worth works is the value of one’s tangible and intangible assets, whether liquid or illiquid, is used to tabulate the total value. Once again, with Trump’s valuable real estate portfolio, he is a billionaire (if he liquidated it all, he would have billions of dollars in the bank). 

Hillary Clinton and her husband, former president Bill Clinton, left the White House broke, heavily in debt from legal fees, due to unethical behavior. The documentary “Clinton Cash” outlines that through a series of bribes, in exchange for favors using their government connections, the Clintons amassed $2 billion dollars in dirty, illegal money in the Clinton Foundation, which is supposed to be a charity, but has given little to charitable causes.

Hillary Clinton has been using this money in bids at trying to buy the U.S. presidency. If the government truly sourced the origins of the money in the Clinton Foundation, both Clintons would be eligible for life in prison for engaging in vast bribery, widespread corruption, charity fraud, tax fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud and violations of U.S. trade laws and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

The new season of "The Real Housewives Of Atlanta" kicked off yesterday with attorney Phaedra Parks and her husband, Apollo Nida, taking center stage. Apollo is in prison, after being indicted for massive fraud and theft this year, in stealing over $2,000,000 in pension money under a complete and utter scam. The fraudulent scheme was intercepted and shutdown by the U.S. Secret Service, who are also charged with protecting the President of the United States.

Apollo vented his anger at Phaedra for not appearing in court on his behalf and telling the judge he is a good father, which he believes would have given him a lower sentence. As it stands, the judge was merciful. Apollo was facing up to 30-years in federal prison for the aforementioned widespread fraud. The judge sentenced him to 8-years in federal prison. With good behavior he could be released in half that time. This means he would be able to see his kids grow up, which is a blessing.

Phaedra could have supported Apollo by showing up in court, even if she did not say anything. Many news sites and blogs were quick to note she was absent from legal proceedings. Phaedra is distancing herself from Apollo's legal issues, as she is a lawyer and it is not good for business. She also does not want to be implicated in his crimes, as someone has to raise their beautiful toddlers. And make no mistake, some online were stating Phaedra knew about Apollo's crimes and was somehow involved. Phaedra denies any involvement in his fraud scheme.

Apollo was incarcerated in the past for 5-years in connection with an auto theft ring. Some have stated Phaedra was wrong to marry an ex-con, but I don't think she was wrong to take a chance on an ex-convict. There are many ex-cons who are not repeat offenders. People deserve a second chance after a run in with the law. The problems occur when people go to prison, come out unreformed and end up back in a life of crime. Apollo should have learned his lesson from his first brush with the law.

As stated in a past article, Apollo was blessed to have a successful, attractive wife, with her own career and lovely home, taking a chance on him straight out of prison, welcoming him as her man. They got married, he moved into her home and they started having children. He lived a very good life with her, but it is clear he took it for granted. Sadly, Apollo is a pretty boy with entitlement issues. 

Apollo also wanted to earn more money than his wife, who is known for representing celebrities like Bobby Brown. However, Apollo should have been accepting of the fact Phaedra went to university for 7-years to become a lawyer and as a result makes more money. There's nothing wrong with that. He should have been thankful, as some men complain when their wives don't make any money. Still, some men take issue with their significant other making more money than they do, when it's nothing to be ashamed of or be emasculated by. At least it's not likely she wants you for your money (in general).

Apollo also wanted to live like a millionaire and turned to crime again as a means of obtaining money. He was wasting money in the strip club ($5,000 per visit), buying expensive designer clothes and a luxury car with ill-gotten gains. This lifestyle was funded by robbing the pensions of elderly, retired people, who needed the checks to pay their bills. 

Not everyone in life will be rich. People need to realize that. Furthermore, a lot of allegedly rich people you see on TV are overextended, cash poor and living on credit, while others in Hollywood are "robbing Peter to pay Paul" as the phrase goes. For many it's about keeping up appearances for the cameras, which misleads the public.

For some a good life is having a job, buying a home, marrying the person they love and having kids with them. And you know what, you don't need to be a millionaire to do that and it's a great dream to strive for. At the end of the day love and family are what is important. Don't let money own or control you. 

Some people love money too much and it becomes their downfall. The Bible says "the love of money is the root of all evil" and it's true. It doesn't say "money is the root of all evil" as people often cite, but "the love of money is the root of all evil." You need money to pay bills. There's nothing wrong with that, but keep things in healthy perspective, because when you love money it can lead you to do things that harms you and others.

People need to appreciate what they have in life. Don't be greedy. Do things the right way. Crime always catches up with people in one way or another. Therefore, leave it alone. Think of how your family will feel if you get into trouble (Phaedra spoke of the "shame" Apollo's conduct has brought her good name). 

For those of you who have been in trouble with the law, stay away from crime. Make the most of your life and freedom. Show that you are reformed by not returning to that illegal lifestyle. It is not worth losing your freedom.

Apollo Nida, one of the married stars of “The Real Housewives Of Atlanta” has denied claims he is cheating on his wife, Phaedra Parks, but claims keep surfacing indicating otherwise. A groupie came forward claiming she’s having an affair with him, but as she remained anonymous, some did not take her claims seriously. Then on Valentine’s Day, Nida, a father of two, was spotted with another woman. However, he claims he was making a paid appearance at an event and the woman in question was a friend of the family. 

The upcoming episode of “The Real Housewives Of Atlanta” features a scene with Apollo and home wrecker Kenya Moore, flirting with each other (again) in a manner that upset his wife. Months ago, Nida stated Moore offered him oral sex, which he declined. However, openly flirting with her on the show, disrespecting his long suffering wife, will give the public the impression that something is going on. Considering Parks, a lawyer, is representing Apollo in his current criminal case for massive identity theft and bank fraud, he really should think twice about making her angry, lest she helps the government send him to jail (LOL).

Rapper and former Fugees member, Wyclef Jean, has closed his Yele charity under a cloud of suspicion and a criminal investigation. Yele was supposed to benefit his homeland Haiti, but stands accused of misappropriating $16,000,000 in charity money donated to benefit victims of the devastating earthquake in Haiti. 

Instead the money went to luxury items such as private jets and high salaries for Yele's staff members, including Jean and his mistress. This story is sad, as $16,000,000 could have gone a far way to help Haitians that have been left destitute. Jean owes Haiti and Yele's donors a massive apology.

Similarly, the cult stole $3,000,000 from a London resident, then kicked her out of the Kabbalah Centre they set up in England, after they took everything they could from her and made her mentally ill (as is their way in doing what they call "inducing schizophrenia"). There are many more cases involving Kabbalah and Madonna stealing from people.

The Los Angeles Times states the aforementioned cult have "amassed…hundreds of millions of dollars" and as many attest, through criminal means.

At the end of the day, these people are not but a bunch of grubby little thieves pretending to be helping the public, when all they are doing is illegally helping people out of their money (and in some instances by force and death threats).

Rihanna complains in a lawsuit filed in New York that the money management firm Berdon LLP cost her tens of millions of dollars in touring revenue (more like losses) and encouraged her to buy a bad house that is shoddy for $6,500,000.

This month, Alex Salmond testified at the Leveson hearings into News Corp’s invasion of privacy in the pone hacking case. Salmond stated News International/News Corp illegally accessed his bank accounts, making this news public for the first time.

As stated previously on my websites, I experienced the same in 2004, when my bank account was illegally accessed via a News Corp and Kabbalah hacker, who tried to spend all the money in my account, when I announced the release of my CD.

They were trying to illegally use up all the funds I had to press up copies of the CD and promote it online via advertising, by illegally accessing my bank account, via the debit card and spending so much money, so fast, it raised the suspicion of the bank, who stopped the criminal misconduct.

The malicious hack and identity theft was halted by Miami's Transatlantic Bank via their card monitoring service. A representative from the company woke me up early one morning on the east coast of America, to inform me many purchases were being made on the west coast of America, using my debit card, which did not fit my pattern of spending and made no sense. 

This incident was reported to the FBI, but due to a bribe Kabbalah, via Murdoch's business associate and fellow Kabbalah member, Madonna, gave the head of the agency, Robert S. Mueller, the investigative documents pertaining to it was covered up, as said conduct constitutes several felonies. 

The mere fact News Corp and Kabbalah are breaking the law in such a flagrant fashion, believing they have some right to criminally access people’s bank accounts out of malice, while spying on them, betrays the severe level of criminal intent said entities possess. They are crazy and out of control.

Whereas the Metropolitan Police in London  have been doing something about their criminal misconduct, the FBI in America continues to protect Murdoch and Kabbalah, who are also committing crimes in the United States. The Obama Administration is well aware of this fact, but has looked the other way to said crimes that are harming innocent people in America.

The nation of Malawi is turning on pop tart Madonna all over again. Madonna and her fellow racist, n-word using cult Kabbalah, are currently under criminal investigation for tax evasion and stealing charity donations from people all over the world, including Malawi.

Madonna and Kabbalah solicited over $60,000,000 in donations in Malawi's name and only gave them $650,000, while spending the rest on themselves and lavish living, including sports cars, jewels and mansions in Beverly Hills. Madonna deceitfully promised to build a girls school in Malawi, imitating the positive publicity talk show host Oprah Winfrey received for actually doing so.

However, Madonna was accused of staging a big publicity fueled ground breaking, getting her pictures in papers all over the world, then ditching the country, pocketing millions in cash with her equally greedy Kabbalah buddies. She left the impoverished African nation starving and without the promised school.

Malawi has been angered all over again, as Madonna recently announced she will build 10 schools in their nation, looking for more charity donations from the public, to pocket the funds all over again. This week, Malawi's government declared, Madonna is running roughshod over them and has no permit to build 10 schools.

She created such a fiasco with the first school that has yet to materialize, by psychotically bulldozing an entire village of homes, only to leave the poor without a roof over the heads and no school for their children, to show for it. Madonna is a depraved racist that thinks black people are slaves.

They never should have agreed to anything with that sick madwoman, who only cares about herself. However, her excuse going around in the entertainment industry is that "I just needed the money to tie me over for the time being" because her career has been in a tailspin for over a decade.

No one attempted to track or retrieve the weapons, in deeds that look like a massive set-up the FBI engaged in against the ATF, in one of their famous federal jurisdictional turf wars that have been reproved in Congress and the press.

There are also real issues regarding the overvaluation of the Murdochs' stake in Britain's BskyB. Plans for the Murdoch family to fully purchase the satellite provider in Britain, spectacularly collapsed this summer, when the British Parliament publicly denounced the deal, in light of the terrible phone hacking scandal.

Lady GaGa has been selling "We pray for Japan" bracelets, publicly stating the proceeds will go to charity, but she has inflated the shipping costs on each item to $3.99, to mail out an item that normally costs $1.00 per parcel to post. She is accused of pocketing the extra money from inflating the shipping costs, as well as hiding how much money the $5.00 bracelets have made and not delivering the proceeds to the people of Japan. How disgusting.

By her own admission, Lady Gaga is a spendthrift, whose extravagant taste and wild spending, made her bankrupt a year ago, despite selling records and going on tour. She simply spent too much money and it caused her finances to collapse.

It was announced this summer, Lady GaGa is in the market for a luxury $10,000,000 home in Bel Air - the most expensive neighborhood in Los Angeles, California. I wonder where she will get the money from, considering she has wasted what she made and her new album has failed to generate any real profits, having been sold for 99 cent per unit, to ensure a #1 on the Billboard charts, then bottoming out after week one.

Why are children still being allowed to go to the corrupt Kabbalah Center, considering the fact they are under criminal investigation in an FBI probe, for crimes against children and human trafficking. The Kabbalah Center, led by pop tart, Madonna, is also under criminal investigation by the IRS in a separate federal probe for fraud, theft, money laundering and inappropriate use of tax exempt status, as the cult heads are stealing millions and living lavishly on money publicly solicited in the name of poor people in Malawi. Regrettably, the poor in Malawi have not been receiving the millions Madonna and Kabbalah solicited in their name over the past several years.

The FBI has an initiative called Innocent Images, geared at stomping out child pornography and the exploitation of children in a sexual manner. Yet, here it is, kids are still going to the Kabbalah Centers with their parents, sometimes without, in a cult that has known pedophiles and sexual predators in its ranks, fond of hiring private investigators to illegally spy on families in their homes. This is child endangerment. Furthermore, the so-called curriculum the children are being taught in Kabbalah is fostering severe mental illness. Adults and children are being exposed to this madness.

They further wrote off in their taxes, items of a very illegal nature, such as unlawful surveillance, via wiretaps, hacking and stalking, as legitimate "security" and "internet" expenses, when they are not. The wife of baseball player, Alexander Rodriguez, who Madonna and Kabbalah illegally placed under invasive surveillance, complained of illegal wiretapping in court documents, during their divorce proceedings. Madonna and Kabbalah placed Mrs. Rodriguez and their small children under illegal surveillance, when the pop star became obsessed with him, resulting in a very embarrassing public scandal. This was an egregious abuse of the tax code.

It is very ironic that Madonna illegally adopted two children from Malawi, yet she has abused and exploited their homeland for financial gain. They are not going to feel good when they get old enough to read and hear stories about how a publicity obsessed madwoman adopted them as accessories for attention, while bulldozing their people's village in Lilongwe, full of homes belonging to the poor, to make way for a school she had no intention of building (she bulldozed 200 poor people's homes).

No compensation was given. Madonna and Kabbalah have now been exposed for fraudulently holding a groundbreaking years ago, spending millions in donated charity money on themselves and not even pulling one building permit, which is very unorthodox and corrupt.

The Kabbalah Center has been nothing but a massive financial scam for Madonna and the Bergs, bringing them $300,000,000 in cash and assets, while the people of Malawi go hungry and homeless. This madwoman even roped the United Nations into a star studded benefit for Malawi, held five years ago and millions were donated by private citizens that never made it to the African nation. However, the United Nations knew she was corrupt, but got involved for dubious financial reasons that shall haunt them for a very long time to come, when the truth is revealed.

What we see is a steady pattern of people in authority, from the FBI to the United Nations, consistently failing innocent people that have been grossly exploited by Madonna and Kabbalah. A criminal probe needs to be launched, as to why it was allowed.

As mentioned previously in Newsweek, Madonna has hidden bank accounts in the Cayman Islands. These accounts contain millions in donated charity money she has stashed away. This is thoroughly unorthodox conduct for any charity, as it is just not done, due to transparency requirements.

Madonna's career has been over for some time now, as she released flop after flop on the charts over the past 10 years. According to Ticketmaster data, none of her tours have sold out for well over a decade. Yet here it is, Madonna recently bought a $40,000,000 townhouse in New York, a $10,000,000 property in the Hamptons (New York), a $10,000,0000 house in Beverly Hills, maintains a $15,000,000 penthouse in Manhattan, purchased a $20,000,000 townhouse in London, a $15,000,000 country home in England, with a fleet of luxury cars worth millions and keeps a personal staff of two dozen people (not to mention a fortune in failed plastic surgery and she still looks older than her age). Not even America's richest men, Warren Buffett and Bill Gates, live that lavishly and they've earned way more money than she has in her fraudulent career that is solely based on criminal copyright theft.

I know finance well. I also know how much entertainers are truly paid by labels and external corporations in the corporate sector and Madonna's lavish lifestyle far exceeds her so-called earnings. Therefore, where is this money coming from to fund the publicly noted extravagance that is her lavish lifestyle. Rhetorical question. She is nothing but a common, vulgar, low class slime that is a thief and hoodlum, criminally robbing people and stealing from the poor.

The magazine exposes Madonna's shady, greedy, illegal behavior and her disgusting attempts to publicly pin the blame on others, over the criminal fraud she commissioned and executed in the dangerous cult she fronts for cash.

And make no mistake, Madonna has illegally made many millions in cash off the scam that is Kabbalah, which illegally enjoys a "not for profit" status, meaning they pay no taxes anywhere in the world. She could care less about Malawi, the impoverished African nation she has been using to raise money, then pocketing the cash for herself and cronies in her crazy circle.

The Berg family stated they took an oath of poverty, yet all live for free in multi-million dollar Beverly Hills mansions and their bills are paid for by Kabbalah - these expenses include, "Food, furniture, clothing, gas, nannies, tutors, gardeners, housekeepers, personal assistants, and more exotic indulgences such as luxury cars, first-class flights, and spas." Who are they really kidding. That is not an oath of poverty.

The magazine reveals the fact Madonna's corrupt Kabbalah charity that she personally runs, has a multi-million dollar bank account in the Cayman Islands, a banking locale people often use, due to its secrecy laws. This is highly unusual behavior for a charity of any kind, as such organizations are required to be transparent, not stash away stolen money abroad.

It's amazing that once again the Clintons' names have surfaced in connection with Madonna's, as seen in the current Newsweek article, as she has hired the same questionable legal, investigative and public relations people they have employed, while engaging in misconduct. Madonna is a friend of Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, who support Kabbalah and have used their political connections to help the criminal cult.

The Clintons and Madonna also have another dubious distinction in common - they've both heavily used the now incarcerated private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, who went to prison for illegal wiretapping, harassment and identity theft on behalf of rich and famous people. Since his incarceration, both Madonna and the Clintons have moved on to other private investigators to do their dirty work.

Many of the Clintons' and Madonna's surveillance victims, have openly complained of unlawful, strong-arm tactics being used against them, such as commissioned illegal wiretapping, stalking, harassment by hired thugs, death threats and burglaries to their properties, where illegal surveillance equipment was installed in their homes and sensitive files stolen.

Old habits die hard. Clinton began a plan to illegal collect their DNA, credit card numbers, passwords, bank account data, family information and phone conversations, all via commissioned stalking, hacking, wiretapping and invasion of privacy. These are things she'd commissioned private investigators to do to others when her husband was in office and when she was a Senator, then ran for President. Once again, old habits die hard.

In lieu of being fired, Clinton has promised to never seek public office again. If you ask me, she should be in prison. That set seems to have a corruption problem when it comes to privacy and money, as several of Hillary Clinton's campaign people and donors were indicted for financial fraud.

Then they hire spin doctors to try and convince the public their victims are crazy liars. However, if you keep getting busted red handed, engaging in the same perverse privacy and financial crimes over and over again, guess who's the nut - that's right - it's you. Because normal, civilized, decent human beings do not behave in such a dreadful, disgusting, depraved and despicable manner.
