Plane Carrying Donald Trump's Vice Presidential Running Mate Mike Pence Dangerously Skids Off Runway In New York (Video)

A Boeing 737 jet carrying Donald Trump's vice presidential pick, running mate, Mike Pence, skidded off the runway in New York last night, prompting fears for his safety. Pence, the Governor of Indiana, ended up in the grass. Pence was not hurt in the incident that occurred at LaGuardia Airport in New York City and posed for photos with firefighters summoned to the scene. "Arrestor beds" which are blocks installed at select airports, prevented the plane from skidding any further into disaster.

Pence stated, "So thankful everyone on our plane is safe. Grateful for our first responders and the concern and prayers of so many." The FAA and National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the suspicious incident that occurred at a time Trump and Pence have been gaining in the polls.

Clinton refused to refer to the bombing in New York that occurred this past Saturday as a terrorist attack, though it is similar to the deadly Boston Marathon Bombings. Thankfully, no one died in New York, which sadly was not the case in Boston. 
 

The term "Zombie Hillary" began to trend on Twitter this past Saturday, as U.S. presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, appeared drugged and out of it when asked about the terrorist attack in New York that left 29 people injured. The malicious attack was perpetrated by Ahmad Khan Rahami, who had become radicalized during trips to the Middle East.

Clinton was very sedated. I’ve seen people on Parkinson’s medication with the same expression. When the dose begins to kick in, it leaves Parkinson’s sufferers sedated, very sleep and moderately able to properly respond to questions. A new report in the Washington Post has slammed Hillary Clinton for her poor handling of the New York economy when she was senator of the U.S. state. Clinton promised to create 200,000 jobs in New York and miserably failed to do so. Clinton is not good with economic matters. The “Clinton Cash” documentary revealed, the money Clinton and her husband, former U.S. president, Bill Clinton, are sitting on comes from bribes in exchange for government favors. 

Clinton is not financially savvy at all. There are lawyers who legitimately became millionaires and billionaires through companies they created. Clinton was not one of them. You can only collect bribe money in exchange for political favors for so long (Clinton Cash). That does not grow an economy. It hampers it. America needs a brilliant businessperson to change its dwindling financial fortunes. America has hit a number of economic lows under current President Barack Obama and needs an aggressive, dedicated financial plan.

August 7 at 7:43 PM - In her presidential bid, Hillary Clinton has made job creation a centerpiece of her platform, casting herself as a pragmatist who would inspire “the biggest investment in new, good-paying jobs since World War II.’’ Her argument that she would put more Americans to work has focused on her time in the Senate, when she took on the mission of creating jobs in chronically depressed Upstate New York. As her husband, former president Bill Clinton, put it recently, she became the region’s “de facto economic development officer.” 

But nearly eight years after Clinton’s Senate exit, there is little evidence that her economic development programs had a substantial impact on upstate employment. Despite Clinton’s efforts, upstate job growth stagnated overall during her tenure, with manufacturing jobs plunging nearly 25 percent, according to jobs data. 

The former first lady was unable to pass the big-ticket legislation she introduced to benefit the upstate economy. She turned to smaller-scale projects, but some of those fell flat after initial glowing headlines, a Washington Post review shows. Many promised jobs never materialized and others migrated to other states as she turned to her first presidential run, said former officials who worked with her in New York...

Clinton’s pledge to help Upstate New York amid an early 2000s recession was risky, experts say. “To her credit, she really did focus on economic development upstate as a focus and as a purpose,’’ said David Shaffer, former president of the Albany-based Public Policy Institute, which compiles New York jobs data. 

But Shaffer and other experts faulted Clinton for setting an unrealistic goal by promising to create 200,000 new jobs in a region struggling to retain existing positions. “As soon as I heard that, I thought, ‘Okay, some D.C. consultant sat around with focus groups to figure out what would sound good. You wouldn’t make a promise like that if you had seriously looked into it,’’ Shaffer said.

Clinton also has touted success with cosmetic projects that created few jobs, The Post found. 

Nicholas A. Langworthy, the Republican Party chairman in Erie County, N.Y., said he’s taken aback by Clinton’s repeated references to what he described as “small bore” efforts, such as securing federal money for a Buffalo project called Artspace that created residential living space for artists. Clinton cites Artspace in her list of Senate accomplishments. 

“To have someone running for president of the United States bragging about an Artspace apartment building in Buffalo is laughable,’’ Langworthy said. “That’s a project a city council member or a small-city mayor would champion, not a U.S. senator.’’

Madonna Crazily Tries To Have Guy Ritchie Arrested For Child Kidnapping Because Her Son Ran Away And Doesn't Want To Live With Her

This past December, deranged pop singer, Madonna, began using her 15-year-old son, Rocco Ritchie, for publicity, in airing the details of what was a private custody battle. The details should not have been made public, as it is a private family matter. However, washed up Madonna cannot bear the fact her music sales are destroyed due to boycotts for stealing copyrights, resulting in her not having a hit in 15-years. Therefore, she did the unthinkable and used the custody case for publicly. Most celebrities can handle the transition out of the limelight, but Madonna cannot deal with it.  

The crazy, attention seeking pop star expected public sympathy to go in her favor regarding her custody battle with ex-husband, Guy Ritchie, but it failed. Ritchie and Madonna have joint custody of the child, who is well within his right to stay with his dad. Madonna corrupted the court case and mysteriously got New York Supreme Court Justice, Deborah Kaplan, to issue overbearing and unconstitutional instructions that the mentally deranged singer's underage son must spend Christmas with his mother, whom he can't stand and ran away from to live with his dad in London, England. 

People all over the world began asking online and offline, how a judge can force a child to spend Christmas with someone he dislikes. It gave the public a certain impre$$ion that brought the court into disrepute. The 15-year-old boy defied the judge's instructions and did not board the plane from London to New York, refusing to spend Christmas with his violent, abusive mother, who had repeatedly degraded and humiliated him on Instagram and Twitter via inappropriate videos and nasty comments that cause him acute public embarrassment.

Ritchie filed paperwork in a London court, refuting Madonna's crazy claims and demands. The British Court sided with their 15-year-old son and Ritchie, stating the boy will not be forced to board a plane for New York to spend time with his mother. The holidays are a time people prefer to spend with the ones they love. As it stands, Rocco Ritchie prefers his stepmom, Jacqui Ritchie, to his real mother.

A reliable source responsible for some of my site exclusives informed me regarding Madonna and Rocco Ritchie, "Her son hates her." Word in the industry is Madonna's unstable lifestyle, embarrassing publicity stunts, unflattering "mutton trying to pass for lamb" raunchy stage shows and videos, chasing after males and females in their teens and twenties for sexual relationships, coupled with her abusiveness, made the boy flee. It is also being stated Madonna's terrible and embarrassing public conduct has made her son the subject of ridicule and bullying by his peers.

After sharp public criticism against previous judicial instructions, Judge Deborah Kaplan, made a u-turn and scolded Madonna in court this week. Judge Kaplan informed Madonna that her public custody battle is upsetting her son, who wants the matter resolved between both parents. The 15-year-old boy's layer stated the case is "stressful and upsetting" for him and he wants it to end. The British judge had previously issued similar comments. Rocco Ritchie's lawyer made it clear to the court he does not want to live with his mother and would prefer to stay with his dad in London.

Madonna's lawyer Ellen Alter ironically stated, "He thought it was better for Rocco to live with him. He may be right, I don't know. But the proper procedure was to come back to New York and ask for a change in circumstances. He used self-help. He taught his son that obeying court orders was not important and I think that's one of the most serious things that's happened in this case that's detrimental to Rocco." 

Firstly, Madonna's own lawyer stating, "he (Guy Ritchie) thought it was better for Rocco to live with him. He may be right, I don't know" reveals doubt regarding her client's parenting skills (or lack their of). Secondly, Madonna is psychotic, violent and abusive person, who is deeply into the occult and in sick, lawbreaking ways. The boy ran away for a reason. In essence, the court is being asked to force a child to go back to his insane, abusive mother he ran away from to stay with his father and step-mom in an environment better than the one he was in.

Thirdly, Madonna asking the New York court to arrest, Ritchie, a British citizen they have no jurisdiction over, for contempt of court, due to the fact she was so abusive with her son he ran away to live with his dad in another country, is hypocritical. To accuse Ritchie of "kidnapping" and wanting him prosecuted as such, is crazy, as he has joint custody and Madonna has been abusive to the boy. She is the one who should be in prison in the custody case.

Madonna has irrationally accused Ritchie of turning their son against her. However, any sane person can see she turned her son against her via terrible parenting. Madonna repeatedly made nasty comments about him online, degrading the size of his penis (saying he doesn't have one "no sausage"), calling him the n-word slur for attention in what turned into a nasty scandal that led to blacks and whites slamming her for using the word, coupled with other behind the scenes abusiveness.

Madonna's adopted African son and daughter, also want to live with Ritchie. Madonna is holding them hostage in exchange for Rocco back. Madonna had her lawyer file manipulative court papers to that effect, stating Ritchie is not allowed to have visits with her adopted children if she doesn't get her biological son back, who by all counts, does not want to live with her. Rocco Ritchie has been enrolled in school in London, prompting Judge Kaplan in New York to accept the boy's decision, stating she is pleased he is in school. Ritchie attorney also alluded to the fact he could include damning documents in the case, but does not want to distress his son. Ritchie has a lot of dirt on his ex-wife, enough to put her in prison for life. 

As the scripture states, "You reap what you sow." It's ironic that Madonna has lost her son these past months, as she stole someone else's child. Madonna was slammed a decade ago over an illegal adoption, where she insanely and illegally ripped a little African boy away from his devastated, crying family in Malawi (they did interviews protesting the adoption). The world began booing and slamming Madonna as a "baby snatcher" and "baby thief." It brought the weathered pop tart to tears on "The Oprah Winfrey Show." Her plan to leech off the massive worldwide publicity and applause Angelina Jolie received for privately adopting an African child had backfired on Madonna, provoking public hatred against the faux singer.

Reports online indicated Madonna bribed a judge and government official in Malawi, demanding she wanted to adopt the boy, whose family did not want to give him up. Madonna also lied and told the boy's village she would build them new homes. Instead the satanic Hollywood star bulldozed an entire village for their land and did not build the poor and destitute villagers new homes. Then, it was revealed Madonna solicited over $40,000,000 in charity donations for Malawi, but did not give them money. Madonna and the cult she runs, the Kabbalah Center, also illegally claimed the land in Malawi after the demolition job. The nasty pop star was even seen grinning her dentures at the cameras as she left Malawi, while waving around a bottle of hand sanitizer, scorning the poor Africans as unclean.

As stated in the column previously, Madonna should not have custody over any child, as the New York Post reported she was sued a decade ago for beating up, choking and slamming against a brick wall, an 11-year-old boy, Keith Sorrentino, who "pestered her for an autograph on her day off." Madonna settled the case for $600,000. Ironically, I received an email from someone stating they are Keith Sorrentino.

Madonna insanely began to take shots at Strecker in public and had singer Robbie Williams insult her in a flopped song.

Madonna also began spying Strecker and Ritchie via a private investigator she paid to follow them around London, England and send her reports of all their activities. Madonna used the unplanned pregnancy to break up Strecker and Ritchie. Strecker went on to marry wealthy Anthony Rothschild and is now worth more than Madonna and Ritchie combined.

Madonna and Ritchie had a bad marriage. It was horrible and acrimonious. The marriage was all for show. His attention was always elsewhere. Madonna wanted him, but he still wanted Strecker. Madonna's promise to make him rich and famous as a director came at a price. Madonna is the criminal copyright infringement queen of Hollywood.

Every movie Madonna helped Ritchie put out through her contacts at Warner Bros, a company she worked for her entire career, resulted in a copyright infringement lawsuit, as it was all stolen from different sources. Ritchie's career is just as fraudulent as Madonna's having stolen from many copyright holders. Ritchie left Madonna and demanded millions of dollars in a divorce settlement that contains a confidentiality agreement barring him from disclosing the vile things he knew she did, including child abuse.

Madonna's hard facial features make her look like E.T. and she has more muscles than Ritchie, who is not out of shape.

Ritchie and Madonna are in the middle of an ugly custody battle over their 15-year-old son, who fled America because of her insane behavior and has been living with his dad in London, England. Madonna, who insanely turned up to court in a cape like she's Batman (she has more muscles than him too) and repeatedly made loud, crazy outbursts during a hearing, corruptly abused the legal process and mysteriou$ly got a judge to issue a questionable ruling that shocked many, ordering the boy back to America. The British courts refused to comply with the order, refusing to put the boy on a plane to New York to spend Christmas with his mother, as she tried to save face in light of the fact her child does not like her.

Madonna was galled by the fact paparazzi in London, England were following around Ritchie, his son with Madonna called Rocco and Ritchie's pretty new wife Jacqui, who were happy, smiling and having fun in Britain. Madonna's son has been pictured smiling and affectionately leaning on his stepmom on different occasions. Not only has Ritchie replaced her, their son has as well. Madonna's son has made it clear to the court he does not want to live with Madonna. Rumors in Hollywood are circulating that Madonna is jealous and angry that her son prefers his stepmom to her. Madonna has been slamming Ritchie in public settings calling him "c*nt" during a concert, as she is bitter over the custody case and the bad publicity it has brought her.

Madonna has also been violating Ritchie's privacy and that of her son, placing paid articles with press outlets who are tired of her (one journalist whose name begins with a T stated, "Why does she keep sending us this s**t"). The articles Madonna had a member of her staff write based on her instructions and send to newspapers and websites, are defamatory, mean-spirited, tacky and blame her ex-husband for turning her child against her. Guy Ritchie's custody case against his deranged ex-wife, Madonna, regarding their 15-year-old son, Rocco, has a very telling item included in it that betrays her penchant for criminal activity within the court system. Ritchie has requested the case be conducted in London, England, rather than New York in America. Madonna has a penchant for bribing American judges. In the original case I filed against her in 2005, the judge, Cecilia Altonaga, was bribed via stock issued to her minor child, which she was forced to admit in a recusal request. 

Altonaga also corrupted a recent case in Miami, where Madonna was sued by a business man for copyright and trademark theft, after she stole his intellectual property, as she has done to many people to prop up her fake, fraudulent career. A mainstream report revealed Madonna bribed a judge in Malawi to illegal adopted a boy from a local village, whose family complained he was being ripped away from them, after she insanely picked him out as the one she wanted. Mainstream reports also revealed Madonna bribes journalists to write glowing things about her in publications.   

The mere fact the New York judge in the case ordered Madonna's son, a 15-year-old child, to spend Christmas with a mother he hates (he defied the order and did not board the plane from London to New York) says the case has been corrupted. Why does the child have to make an appearance in court. He has plainly stated he does not want to live with that deranged madwoman, who resides in New York and wants to stay with with his father in London, England. Why are you all abusing the court system trying to drag him back to America like a runaway slave to make an appearance in court. Why can't the judge use video conferencing as is done in many cases, rather that questionably trying to help a violent, deranged old madwoman save face, regarding a child that fled America over her depraved, evil behavior.

People are openly asking how a judge can order a child to spend Christmas with someone, especially an individual he clearly despises. Stop disgracing the U.S. legal system in the world with such corrupt conduct. It doesn't look good. Furthermore, who takes the word of a woman, Madonna, who showed up to court in a cape. That's not appropriate court attire.

Madonna is a woman who was sued for choking a 10-year-old boy, Keith Sorrentino, for "pestering" her for an autograph on her day off. This lunatic and savage is not a person who should have been allowed custody of anyone. God only knows what she has done to her kids behind closed doors and her brother seems to think there will be a tell-all in the future, as this website wrote previously about her sick "Mommy Dearest" behavior. Madonna has repeatedly disgraced the U.S. court system in the world, engaging in brazen acts of bribery that has people all over the world asking how such corruption could transpire. It needs to stop.

Side Bar: It is clearly a pattern of criminal misconduct with Madonna and company in using the court system to force her will upon people who don't want to be around her. She is abusing the court system to force her own kid to stay in America when he does not want to live with her. I left America over her terrible conduct as detailed in this case and they deliberately filed a flurry of legal paperwork to block me from leaving and to ensure I would repeatedly have to come back over crazy court hearings. They switched jurisdictions on the case I filed, moving it to federal court, which essentially requires you to appear on a regular basis, as opposed to state court, where I originally filed it that makes provisions for documents to be uploaded online from anywhere in the world.

Just face facts already. Madonna’s Son Ordered Back to US to Spend Holidays With Her

 

December 24, 2015 -  Madonna won’t be home alone for the holidays, at least. Her son, Rocco, had wanted to stay in London for Christmas with his British dad, Guy Ritchie, but a judge ordered Wednesday that he return to the U.S. and granted the pop star’s legal request to be reunited with the 15-year-old teen. Madonna is currently embroiled in a custody battle with ex-husband Ritchie, who she was married to from 2000 to 2008, and with whom she co-parents Rocco and adopted son David, 10. The singer is also mother to daughter Lourdes (now 19) from another relationship and adopted daughter, Mercy.

Rocco is said to be tired of traveling with the Grammy-winning singer on her Rebel Heart tour, according to the New York Post, and wants to settle down in the U.K. with his dad, who is now remarried with three children. The teen has reportedly refused to board a plane bound to the U.S. “He has expressed very clearly that he does not want to return to New York,” Ritchie’s attorney Eric Buckley told Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan when she ordered him to come home to his mother.

Madonna has argued that the dispute belongs in New York, where she lives, and where the divorce agreement was registered in 2009. Neither Madonna nor Ritchie is allowed to discuss the case with their son, according to the legal ruling. However, the “Material Girl” singer was in court Wednesday, accompanied by an assistant.

Jelani Maraj, the 37-year-old brother of Young Money rapper, Nicki Minaj, was arrested on charges of child rape and sexual intercourse with a minor. Maraj was arrested in New York's Nassau County and detained for raping a 12-year-old child. The name and sex of the child has not been specified by authorities for privacy reasons. Nicki Minaj is being criticized online for posting his $100,000 bail. Previously, she paid $30,000 for his wedding.

Presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton and her husband, former U.S. President, Bill Clinton, are mired in controversy this week, as their offshore company Fondo Acceso, was shut down in Colombia for operating as an unregistered private equity fund. A report on the Washington Free Beacon website reveals the company was "not registered as a private equity fund in the country, which may have allowed it to avoid certain industry regulations and oversight from the Colombian government."

The site also further states, "Fondo Acceso is registered in Colombia as a 'simplified stock corporation' which legal experts said precludes it from doing business as a private equity fund." Fondo Acceso had $20,000,000 in funds and branded itself a "private equity fund." In what also looks quite shady, the unregistered, private equity fund that kept the identity of its owners hidden (the Clintons) was run out of a Bogotá, Colombia office, when the Clintons' actual office is in New York.

This brings to memory the recent September 29, 2015 Judiciary Report article "Bill Clinton And Hillary Clinton Accused Of Hiding Money As $50 Million Disappears" which carried a report from the Forbes website  regarding the Clintons missing or hidden money. As stated in the column years ago, an investigation revealed the Clintons hiding money in the Cayman Islands.

Clinton Foundation’s Colombian ‘Private Equity Fund’ Was Unregistered

Company’s website removed from internet after Thursday report

November 23, 2015 5:00 am - The Clinton Foundation’s Colombia-based investment company was not registered as a private equity fund in the country, which may have allowed it to avoid certain industry regulations and oversight from the Colombian government. Although Fondo Acceso described itself as a “Private Equity Fund” in company promotional materials and business presentations, it is not listed in a database of current or previously registered private equity funds maintained by the Colombian government.

Colombian legal experts consulted by the Free Beacon said that Fondo Acceso did not appear to have violated any laws by calling itself a private equity fund, as long as it was not doing so while trying to raise capital. According to its corporate records, Fondo Acceso is registered in Colombia as a “simplified stock corporation,” which legal experts said precludes it from doing business as a private equity fund.

Fondo Acceso’s website was also removed from the internet this week, shortly after the Washington Free Beacon reported that the $20 million investment firm was owned by the Clinton Foundation and was run out of the foundation’s office in Bogota...

Pitbull Kills 9-Year-Old Girl In New York Renewing Calls For Them To Be Banned (Video)

Beautiful 9-year-old girl, Amiyah Dunston, who was a painter and violinist, was killed in Long Island, New York in a pitbull dog attack. Amiyah, whose nickname was "MiMi" was playing in her friend's backyard during a play date, when a pitbull escaped from a neighboring yard and attacked her. People attempted to free Amiyah from the jaws of the 80-pound dog, who refused to release her.

When police arrived at the home and attempted to free the badly injured child during the grisly attack, the dog charged at them. An officers opened fire shooting the pitbull to death. Amiyah was pronounced dead from the injuries the pitbull inflicted upon her. No charges have been brought against the owner of the dog, Carlyle Arnold Jr, as the dog was not previously considered dangerous. However, he was arrested in an unrelated case for violating a restraining order.

People online are calling for pitbulls to be banned (they are in select U.S. cities and states, but not in a uniform manner on a federal level nationwide). In many nations, select breeds of dog are banned and with good reason, as some canines are very dangerous. Too often select dog owners do not take enough precautions in securing their pets and have the naive view that they are harmless, when there have been tens of thousands of dog attacks (especially the pitbull). Pitbulls should be banned everywhere. They have single-handedly committed the most fatal dog attacks in the world. They are known for attacking children (as are rottweilers) and turning on their owners. If you have a child present in your home, you should not have a pitbull or rottweiler.

A Nassau police officer shot and killed the dog after it charged the cop. Amiyah Dunston, identified Monday as the 9-year-old girl killed by a pit bull, was a Plaza Elementary School student who went by the nickname Mi-Mi, played the violin and painted.

"Amiyah Kayla was a phenomenal little girl who has touched many lives with her presence, smiles and laughs," her mother's fiance said, reading from a statement.

She was attacked Sunday during a playdate in the backyard of an Elmont house and died hours later. The dog was owned by Carlyle Arnold Jr., 29. Authorities said Monday it would be difficult to bring criminal charges because it did not appear the dog had previously been ruled dangerous...

Sony Music executive and LaFace Records co-founder, Antonio "L.A." Reid, is being slammed on social networking and in the blogosphere everyday for not paying $2,000,000 in bail money to have 20-year-old rap artist, Bobbi Shmurda, released from Riker's Island prison in New York, where he and fellow gang members have been locked up for the past 10-months.

Bobbi Shmurda, real name, Ackquille Pollard, is up on a host of charges that include murder, attempted murder, drug trafficking and possession of illegal weapons. Shmurda had the hit of 2014 with the track "Hot Nig*a" which was independently written, recorded and released. Sony Music got into a bidding war with other record labels and won. Shmurda was signed to a multi-million dollar deal. His upfront "advance" as it is know in the industry was said to be $1,000,000. 

However, the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) and New York Police Department moved in on Shmurda and his GS9 crew, who are affiliated with the Los Angeles street gang the Crips. The feds are accusing Shmurda and company of being very violent and dangerous criminals. As such, Sony Music declined posting $2,000,000 bail. They did so for fear of bringing down the police on them over an artist who has not made the company the equivalent of his bail money.

Reid was quoted as stating, "I'm crazy about that kid and I think about him often, but we seriously don't make the money we used to make. That's a fact of life. Bobby Shmurda is not the same as Snoop Dogg and Murder Was The Case, who's coming off The Chronic and his first album. It's a different era, ya know? And we're a publicly held corporation. We just aren't in the same position we were in back in those days. So, it's a different day."

Reid, tired of the bad publicity centering on him online regarding the incident further stated, "It made me feel like people don't know anything about my business. It's really not their business. That's the truth about it. We're not elected officials here, and we're not at liberty to disclose how we do business." Shmurda expressed his disappointment stating, "When I got locked up, I thought they were going to come for me, but they never came."

Shmurda's lawyer Matthew Middleton slammed Reid and Epic/Sony stating, "These companies for years have capitalized and made millions and millions of dollars from kids in the inner city portraying their plight to the rest of the world. To take advantage of that and exploit it from a business standpoint and then turn your back is disingenuous, to say the least."

L.A. Reid Defends Epic Not Paying Bobby Shmurda's Bail

Epic Records has come under fire in recent months for their refusal to pay the $2 million bail for Bobby Shmurda, the "Hot Nig*a" rapper behind bars since December 2014 awaiting gun and drug charges. However, Epic CEO L.A. Reid defended the label for not bailing out their signee, telling the Rap Radar podcast (via Vibe) recently, "It made me feel like people don’t know anything about my business. It's really not their business. That's the truth about it. We're not elected officials here, and we’re not at liberty to disclose how we do business."

Reid admitted that "I'm crazy about that kid [Shmurda] and I think about him often," but the state of the music industry doesn't make it financially possible or practical for Epic to bail out the Shmoney Dance creator. A New York human resources manager, Jennifer Connell, has sued her 12-year-old nephew for enthusiastically jumping into her arms in welcoming her to his birthday party. He leapt into her arms and stated, "Auntie Jen, I love you!" To make matters worse, the 12-year-old, who has been sued by his own aunt for $127,000 is dealing with the death of his mother. His vain aunt complained in the lawsuit that the broken wrist has, "Made it difficult to hold my hors d'oeuvre plate."

This is possibly the most vain and cold hearted lawsuit the Judiciary Report has ever covered. The mere fact that Connell sued her bereaved, underage nephew is cruel. The poor boy had to appear in court with his dad and "looked confused." This child is party to a lawsuit and he hasn't even hit puberty yet. As he gets older and realizes the gravity of what his aunt has done, he is going to be devastated. A jury has correctly rejected the lawsuit. Connell needs to drop this terrible, pretentious lawsuit altogether and take one for the team.

New York woman sues 12-year-old nephew over hug that broke her wrist 

Tuesday 13 October 2015 15.27 BST - A Manhattan human resources manager is suing her 12-year-old nephew for leaping into her arms when he welcomed her to his eighth birthday party. The aunt, Jennifer Connell, claims her nephew acted unreasonably when his exuberant greeting caused her to fall and break her wrist in 2011, the Westport News reported from the courthouse on Monday.
She is seeking $127,000 in damages from the boy, whose mother died last year. Westport News also reported that the 12-year-old appeared confused as he sat in the courtroom with his father. Connell reportedly testified that she loves her nephew, whom she described as always being “very loving, sensitive” toward her...

Of the damage done, Connell testified that she did not complain at the time, but she said her life had been “very difficult” since the injury because of “how crowded it is in Manhattan”. “I was at a party recently, and it was difficult to hold my hors d’oeuvre plate,” she reportedly said.

Jury rejects woman's suit against nephew for energetic greeting

7:14 p.m. EDT October 13, 2015 - A jury in Bridgeport, Conn., has rejected a woman's attempt to sue her then 8-year-old nephew for an exuberant greeting at his birthday party four years ago that she says caused her a broken wrist. Jennifer Connell sued in Bridgeport Superior Court for $127,000, saying the little boy did not behave reasonably when he leapt into her arms at his 8th birthday celebration. The six-member jury found the boy was not liable for the injury suffered by Connell, 54, of New York City, the Connecticut Post is reporting...

On Friday, the boy, now 12, appeared confused as he sat with his father in a courtroom in Bridgeport, the state’s largest city, the Connecticut Post reported. The boy’s mother died last year and a listed phone number couldn't be found for the youngster's father, Michael Terala, according to The Associated Press.

The frequently sued New York Police Department (NYPD) is in the middle of another scandal, as 5 white officers tackled and body slammed Harvard educated, award winning former professional tennis player, James Blake, mistaking him for a man who had purchased a phone with a stolen credit card.

The 35-year-old tennis star was standing outside a swanky hotel in New York City, whilst waiting for a car he hired to take him to a Time Warner assignment at the U.S. Open in Flushing Meadows, New York. One of the five officers, who were dressed in plain clothes, lifted Blake in the air and slammed him on the concrete. They all swarmed and held him down, despite the fact he didn't resist arrest and kept asking what's going on. Blake was later released when a retired police officer recognized him and apprized the arresting officers of the tennis star's identity.   

Blake stated to the press after the incident, "To me it's as simple as unnecessary police force, no matter what my race is. In my mind there's probably a race factor involved, but no matter what there's no reason for anybody to do that to anybody." Indeed, as many online are questioning why it required such spontaneous force to detain someone for the non-violent crime of credit card theft.

The New York Police Department issued a statement on the incident, "Once Blake was properly identified and found to have no connection to the investigation, he was released from police custody immediately. In regards to the alleged improper use of force, the Police Commissioner directed the internal affairs bureau to investigate."

Blake is demanding an apology. However, it would be surprising if one was issued by the NYPD, as that would be admitting liability and can be used against the New York Police Department in court during civil litigation for wrongful arrest and physical injury. The police officers in question did not even report the incident, in violation of department rules. It took Blake going public to bring attention to the issue. The officer that body slammed Blake has been stripped of his gun and badge, pending an internal affairs investigation. 

The NYPD has a well documented history of racism in meting out rough treatment to blacks and Hispanics that white people do not face. Black pregnant women have been manhandled and tossed to the floor during improper arrests. Black men have been killed by the New York Police Department in acts of police brutality and excessive force.

It's been a rough year for Blake. Last summer an executive Blake rented his Florida home to set it on fire, after killing his wife, son. The man also killed himself. It was discovered the executive was having financial problems and sadly chose the wrong answer to his problems, via murder suicide.

DMX Sentenced To 6-Months In Jail For Failure To Pay $400,000 In Child Support

Trouble prone 44-year-old rapper, DMX, real name, Earl Simmons, has been sentenced to 6-months in jail for failure to pay $400,000 in back child support. DMX has been ordered to serve his sentence in the Erie County Holding Center in New York. DMX is also facing additional possible charges in New York for jumping bail and robbery in New Jersey. DMX has been arrested numerous times for driving violations (driving without a licenses, car jacking, reckless driving), drug offenses, resisting arrest, animal cruelty and probation violations.

DMX was one of the most famous rappers in music during the 1990s and early 2000s, with his signature dog barking trademark and husky rapping voice. He had a string of hip hop hits and grossed millions of dollars from record sales and touring. However, drug use and mental illness derailed his rap career. His marriage suffered as a result as well and he and his wife separated in 2010. DMX is said to have fathered 12 children with his wife and during extramarital affairs, which have led to large child support payments he is unable to fulfill.

Money problems set in from poor financial planning, excessive spending and the aforementioned affairs. DMX also stated he was raped by Monique Wayne, who became pregnant with his child. The rapper states he had been drinking and had fallen asleep when she allegedly raped him. Prior to that incident, DMX was arrested for raping Angela Hooks, a stripper in New York that he invited to a friend's apartment, but was later acquitted, as DNA tests cleared him of the crime. The DNA found at the alleged crime scene did not match the rapper's and was of another man.

Man Brags On Instagram About Killing Rapper Chinx In Death Police Believe Is Connected To Rapper Stack Bundles' Murder

One of French Montana's rappers, Chinx, a/k/a Chinx Drugz, real name Lionel Pickens, aged 31, who was apart of his rap collective, Coke Boys, was gunned down in his Porsche Panamera sports car in a drive by shooting that occurred in his hometown Queens, New York on May 17, 2015. Chinx was fatally shot five times in the torso. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Many of Chinx's songs glorified the deadly drug cocaine, bearing the name of the illegal narcotic in album and song titles. Chinx was also signed to French Montana's Cocaine City Records. Chinx  was working on his debut CD when he was gunned down. The website Media Take Out published an item online stating a man using the Instagram username "teamshabbaofficial" bragged on Chinx's page on the social networking site about shooting the rapper to death.

One post on his Instagram account contained a photo of the Chinx crime scene and the words "I got aim mf" and another stated "I told him we would catch him. Rest in piss b***h" with a devil and gun emoji  beside it. A third item on the site states "Ask about us in Queens 124th n***a think we care he a rapper." The account also bore the name "Gang Worldwide."

Other sites are stating Chinx's murder is related to the shooting death of fellow rapper and mentor, Stack Bundles, real name Rayquan Elliott, who was killed in 2007 in New York. Police have stated they are investigating if the two murders are connected, as both rappers were associates. How did a rapper, who had no hit single, afford to purchase a Porsche Panamera, which retails for $80,000. With all the cocaine talk it gives one the impression Chinx was dealing cocaine and other illegal narcotics. Was this a music industry vendetta or was Chinx killed for a drug related matter.
