Hollywood Illuminati/Kabbalah cult member, Lindsay Lohan, posted an image of a bandaged finger online after a boating accident. Lohan was trying to anchor a boat in Turkey, when things went wrong. The rope attached to the anchor sliced off a third of Lohan's ring finger and dragged her into the water. Her friends found her severed finger on the boat. Lohan was rushed to the hospital and her finger was surgically reattached.

The drug addicted, alcoholic, fallen star described the whole incident as painful. So hard up for cash is she, Lohan sold TMZ gruesome pics of her severe finger from her hospital bed. The proceeds from the sale of the photos, will be used to buy cocaine and alcohol, to help send her to an early grave.

Lohan and fiancé Egor Tarabasov have been constantly arguing and were caught on camera physically fighting each other in August, during an act of domestic violence. Lohan also stated she was pregnant for millionaire Tarabasov, whom she is dating for money. Then, next day Lohan revealed she had lied about being pregnant. Lohan lives a debauched, drug and alcohol fuelled life full of chaos and other self-destructive behavior.

The public has moved on from her, but she has not accepted it. When you devote your life to debauchery, drugs and alcohol, you risk losing your career as Lohan did years ago. Her refusal to remain committed to rehab has meant she has not gotten her career back.

Drinking then getting behind the wheel is dangerous. It can change the course of your life and that of others in a very negative manner. It can cost you and others life and health in a tragic accident.

Be responsible and do not get drunk. It is not good for your health and can lead to tragedy on the road. Getting drunk has also left some vulnerable and open to attacks from people who took advantage of them (assault, rape, murder). There's nothing wrong with having alcohol, but be in control of yourself. Do not become inebriated. I don't like sounding like a commercial, but if you choose to drink please do so responsibly. A New York human resources manager, Jennifer Connell, has sued her 12-year-old nephew for enthusiastically jumping into her arms in welcoming her to his birthday party. He leapt into her arms and stated, "Auntie Jen, I love you!" To make matters worse, the 12-year-old, who has been sued by his own aunt for $127,000 is dealing with the death of his mother. His vain aunt complained in the lawsuit that the broken wrist has, "Made it difficult to hold my hors d'oeuvre plate."

This is possibly the most vain and cold hearted lawsuit the Judiciary Report has ever covered. The mere fact that Connell sued her bereaved, underage nephew is cruel. The poor boy had to appear in court with his dad and "looked confused." This child is party to a lawsuit and he hasn't even hit puberty yet. As he gets older and realizes the gravity of what his aunt has done, he is going to be devastated. A jury has correctly rejected the lawsuit. Connell needs to drop this terrible, pretentious lawsuit altogether and take one for the team.

Tuesday 13 October 2015 15.27 BST - A Manhattan human resources manager is suing her 12-year-old nephew for leaping into her arms when he welcomed her to his eighth birthday party. The aunt, Jennifer Connell, claims her nephew acted unreasonably when his exuberant greeting caused her to fall and break her wrist in 2011, the Westport News reported from the courthouse on Monday.
She is seeking $127,000 in damages from the boy, whose mother died last year. Westport News also reported that the 12-year-old appeared confused as he sat in the courtroom with his father. Connell reportedly testified that she loves her nephew, whom she described as always being “very loving, sensitive” toward her...

Of the damage done, Connell testified that she did not complain at the time, but she said her life had been “very difficult” since the injury because of “how crowded it is in Manhattan”. “I was at a party recently, and it was difficult to hold my hors d’oeuvre plate,” she reportedly said.

Jury rejects woman's suit against nephew for energetic greeting

7:14 p.m. EDT October 13, 2015 - A jury in Bridgeport, Conn., has rejected a woman's attempt to sue her then 8-year-old nephew for an exuberant greeting at his birthday party four years ago that she says caused her a broken wrist. Jennifer Connell sued in Bridgeport Superior Court for $127,000, saying the little boy did not behave reasonably when he leapt into her arms at his 8th birthday celebration. The six-member jury found the boy was not liable for the injury suffered by Connell, 54, of New York City, the Connecticut Post is reporting...

On Friday, the boy, now 12, appeared confused as he sat with his father in a courtroom in Bridgeport, the state’s largest city, the Connecticut Post reported. The boy’s mother died last year and a listed phone number couldn't be found for the youngster's father, Michael Terala, according to The Associated Press.

The sheriff's office in Los Angeles has officially recommend in a 161 page report that transgender reality star Caitlyn Jenner (Bruce Jenner) be charged with manslaughter, in the vehicular homicide of elderly widow, Kim Howe. Jenner slammed into Howe on Malibu's Pacific Coast Highway in a February 2015 road accident that created a pile up of vehicles. Howe's heirs have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against 65-year-old Jenner, as he caused her death (albeit, unintentionally).

Police determined that despite the fact Jenner was driving within the speed limit, he was driving too fast for road conditions and maneuvering his vehicle in an unsafe manner. Since becoming a transgender woman, Jenner has been a pile of nerves, jittery, distracted and crying all the time, as seen on his failed reality show "I Am Cait" which has plummeted in the ratings. Despite the fact police are recommending charges against Jenner, it is up to the district attorney's office to make the final decision and they are being pressured by gay executives in Hollywood not to file an indictment.

On Thursday, August 20, 2015 the Judiciary Report stated actress Megan Fox is filing for divorce from actor Brian Austin Green due to his cheating and the two are currently separated (Megan Fox And Brian Austin Green Divorcing After His Cheating and on the blog). They did not reconcile, as the next day on August 21, 2015, Fox filed for divorce in court citing "irreconcilable differences" (see article excerpt below from the TMZ website).

Previously, TMZ reported Fox and Green were in an accident in December 2014, but escaped uninjured. TMZ has since retracted that claim. This week TMZ is stating Green was seriously injured in the accident and now suffers from a severe case of vertigo that often leaves him bedridden.

Green is seeking spousal support in the divorce, as he is physically ill and unable to work, whereas Fox has made millions of dollars over the past several years from films such as "Transformers" "Transformers 2" and the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" reboot in 2014. It is the Judiciary Report's view Fox should provide him with financial assistance.

This is not like the case regarding Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, who is the father of her child, disgracefully trying to extract large sums of child support from her, mainly for himself  ($16,000 per month). Aubry did not help Berry become a star nor has he ever financially provided for her. When Fox was broke and struggling in Hollywood to become a star, Green was already established. He began dating her and financially taking care of her. Green even moved Fox into his Hollywood mansion (the Judiciary Report does not promote cohabiting before marriage).

Even though Green cheated on Fox, which was wrong and downright foolish (she is beautiful, the mother of his children and is a millionaire) he helped her when no one had, provided for her and used his contacts to help her get work in Hollywood. A person should never forget those that help them get to where they are in life, especially those who help you with your career in achieving your dreams.

It is also the Judiciary Report's view that Fox and Green should reconcile. The cheating is a very tough thing to address in a marriage, but they have two small children and have been together for years. Fox has also helped Green raise his son Cassius for years. They should try to give their marriage another chance with fidelity as the goal and keep their family together. In such situations forgiveness is tough, but it is key.

TMZ broke the story, Megan filed for divorce Friday. As we said, our sources say it's likely she'll end up paying Brian spousal support, because of the large disparity in income and income potential.

We're told Brian has worked very little since last December, when he was in a head-on collision. As we reported, Brian and Megan were driving when they were hit by a drunk driver who was arrested. Brian says the guy was going around 50 MPH and it was severe enough for the airbags to deploy.

At the time of the accident TMZ was told Brian and Megan were not injured. But now we're told the accident triggered a serious medical condition ... vertigo, which affects balance. Our sources say Brian's vertigo is so bad he can't get out of bed. We're told he hasn't worked since the accident. As we reported, Brian and Megan -- who is working steadily on huge movies -- are still living in the same home.

Atlanta motorist, Russell Eckerman, has sued Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of the late singer, Whitney Houston, for $750,000 over a car accident. 22-year-old Bobbi Kristina is dying in a hospice and her conservator has been made aware of the lawsuit. Eckerman has been hospitalized since January 2015, due to Bobbi Kristina's car accidentally colliding with his vehicle on a Marietta, Georgia road. A report on the WENN website indicates Bobbi Kristina, "Lost control of her Jeep, which subsequently swerved into oncoming traffic and collided with his Ford Taurus." Eckerman's medical bills are quite high.

Bobbi Kristina walked away from the accident unscathed. However, Eckerman sustained skull fractures and a fractured spine. Eckerman was placed into a medically induced coma that he was later brought out of, but is no longer able to speak. Ironically, 3-days after the accident, Bobbi Kristina Brown was a victim of domestic violence at the hands of boyfriend, Nick Gordon. Bobbi Kristina was found face down and unresponsive in her bathtub. She was rushed to hospital and placed in a medically induced coma as well. Recently, Bobbi Kristina Brown was transferred to a hospice to peacefully pass away.

Giant retailer Walmart has settled a lawsuit filed by comedian Tracy Morgan, after one of their company's drivers slammed a large truck into the entertainer's van on a New Jersey road. As stated on the Judiciary Report last year, a settlement is the prudent course of action in this case (Tracy Morgan Responds To The Outrageous Claims Of Walmart's Attorneys Who Blame Him For His Injuries In Fatal Crash). It is the right thing to do in light of what transpired.

Walmart released a statement about the settlement, "Our thoughts continue to go out to everyone that was involved in the accident. While we know there is nothing that can change what happened, Walmart has been committed to doing what's right to help ensure the well-being of all of those who were impacted by the accident." Morgan also released a statement on the settlement, "Walmart did right by me and my family, and for my associates and their families. I am grateful that the case was resolved amicably."

Jenner's car rearended the woman, sending her vehicle into a Humvee, leaving her dead. There's no indication Bruce Jenner was being chased by paparazzi who were nearby when the SUV he was driving became involved in a four-vehicle crash that killed a woman, authorities said Saturday. The Kardashian family patriarch and Olympic gold medalist wasn't hurt, but five people were taken to the hospital for evaluation after the crash that happened shortly after noon on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, said Los Angeles County sheriff's Sgt. Philip Brooks.

Wreckage And Bodies From AirAsia Flight Found In Java Sea (Video)

"Debris, Bodies Found in Search for Missing AirAsia Flight 8501"  

Search and rescue teams have located the wreckage from AirAsia's flight 8501 that was traveling from Indonesia to Singapore. The wreckage and three bodies of deceased passengers were found in the Java Sea. The airplane is believed to largely be intact. The emergency door was found floating in the sea, indicating someone may have tried to exit the aircraft to avoid the incoming onslaught of waves. 

The pilot of flight 8501 requested permission from air traffic controllers to deviate from his established flight plan, due to bad weather, but was denied. The plane went missing not long after. The plane was possibly struck by lightning, destabilizing its computer systems and components. Experts have stated there is technology present on planes to assist in navigating lightning storms, but some pilots do not know how to operate it. 

The families and friends of the deceased collapsed in tears and grief when being told the sad news at the airport. Tony Fernandes, the CEO of AsiaAir stated, "My heart is filled with sadness for all the families involved in QZ 8501. On behalf of AirAsia my condolences to all. Words cannot express how sorry I am."

2-Year-Old Shoots And Kills Mother While Shopping

29-year-old Veronica J. Rutledge, was shot and killed in Blackfoot, Idaho, by her 2-year-old son, while shopping at a local Walmart in the electronics department. Rutledge had placed her son in a shopping cart while perusing the store. The toddler reached into her purse, took out her loaded gun and fired it in her direction. Rutledge was pronounced dead from the gunshot wound, in what is being labeled a tragic accident.

Dec 30, 2014, 9:15 PM ET - A young mother was shot and killed by her 2-year-old son today in an Idaho Walmart, police said. Lt. Stu Miller of the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office said that the boy was sitting in the shopping cart when pulled the handgun from his mom's purse and pulled the trigger. Police identified the victim as Veronica J. Rutledge, 29, of Blackfoot, Idaho. The preliminary investigation shows the shooting was an accident, Miller said. He added that the victim was from out of town and may have been visiting relatives for the holidays. The boy was with family members....

Walmart's Lawyers Run Afoul Of The Public Blaming Tracy Morgan For Injuries In Deadly Bus Crash

Lawyers are sometimes oblivious to public opinion regarding cases, single-mindedy focused on winning at all cost. However, in doing so, lawyers sometimes end up doing more harm than good to their clients' interests. Case in point, lawyers for Walmart are blaming comedian/actor, Tracy Morgan, for serious injuries he sustained in a fatal accident.

Walmart's attorney, Jeffrey O'Hara of LeClairRyan, wrote in court pleadings that Morgan's injuries, "Were caused, in whole or in part, by plaintiffs' failure to properly wear an appropriate available seatbelt restraint device." In short, Walmart's lawyers are blaming Morgan for his injuries in the crumpled van. 

As a result, the public is ripping Walmart in feedback sections of many websites over their lawyers' insensitive, callous claims. It is damaging Walmart's name with the public in acts that are "pennywise but pound foolish." The bad publicity it is creating is not worth it to the company.

A Walmart driver, who had been on the road for too many hours in a row, driving 770 miles, slammed a massive 18-wheeler truck into Morgan's Mercedes limo van carrying several people, including a friend and fellow comedian, who died in the horrible wreck.

At the end of the day, Walmart's overworked driver, who was on the road 24 hours straight, carelessly and negligently slammed into Morgan's limo bus, a vehicle a mere fraction of the size of the 18-wheeler truck. The absence of a seatbelt is not to blame.

On Monday, Walmart delivered its answer in a New Jersey federal court to 30 Rock actor Tracy Morgan's lawsuit arising from a six-car accident on the New Jersey Turnpike. Among nine affirmative defenses, Walmart says that injuries "were caused, in whole or in part, by plaintiffs' failure to properly wear an appropriate available seatbelt restraint device." 

Morgan was among several people injured who are now suing Walmart for negligence. In particular, their lawsuit filed in July questions whether Walmart driver Kevin Roper was fatigued at the time of the crash. According to the suit, Roper had commuted 700 miles from his home in Jonesboro, Ga., to a Walmart facility in Smyrna, Del., before beginning his shift.

Torrei even told Tameka that she is crazy and that's why she lost her remaining children in custody battles. This set Tameka off, leading her to insult Torrei's looks. She told Torrei her hair looks like curly fries (haha) and that she looks like singer Patrice Rushen, which she does in many ways (Tameka, why are you picking on Patrice Rushen). Tameka also threatened to beat Torrei to a pulp for talking about her children.

The whole thing went too far and Torrei took it there. Tameka later stated she was suicidal after the death of her 11-year-old son Kile. So, when Torrei told her to kill herself, it brought back bad memories of how she felt when he died and wanting to give up on life. Suicide is never the answer.

TMZ Retracts Claim Paul Walker Burned To Death

Yesterday's Judiciary Report column contained an article regarding TMZ claiming "Fast And Furious" actor Paul Walker burning to death in a fiery car crash, while being driven by his financial adviser Roger Rodas (Coroner Tells TMZ Actor Paul Walker Burned To Death After Car Crash).

The Judiciary Report disputed this claim, as the light weight, low riding, aerodynamic Porsche Carrera GT crashed into a light pole and tree going in excess of 100MPH, which ignited the gas tank, triggering a fire and explosion. Today, TMZ retracted their story regarding Walker burning alive and to death as well as the item stating the actor was seen flailing after the accident (see article below).

I'm a fan of the Porsche's aesthetic design (Boxster, Carrera, among others). I've also seen them up close and can tell you the obvious, it's not a heavy duty, military styled rugged vehicle like the Hummer. Therefore, a lightweight Porsche crashing into a solid, heavyweight object such as a light pole, whilst going at a high rate of speed, would inevitably result in catastrophic injuries to the human body (organ damage, profound blood loss, death). The impact was so terrible in the Walker tragedy, it split the Porsche in half (diagonally). The Judiciary Report is of the belief the men died instantly and did not feel the effects of the fire.

Furthermore, the gasoline based fire and explosion that ensued for several minutes consumed skin, flesh and did further damage to organs. How could they conclusively come up with an accurate profile of death in terms of consciousness after impact and feeling the effects of burning to death...

12/5/2013 11:06 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF - Paul Walker did NOT make a final desperate attempt to escape the burning wreckage -- and the image seen in video shot right after the crash is definitely NOT Paul ... TMZ has learned.

There had been rampant speculation and buzz on the Internet that a shadowy figure seen around 23 seconds into the video of the burning Porsche Carrera GT ... was Walker trying to get out of the vehicle, but sources connected to the investigation now say it just isn't so ... for several reasons.

First, the sources tell us that, based on photographs of the wreckage ... Paul's body was pinned in an area of the car that makes it clear he couldn't have been flailing outside the vehicle. Also ...we're told that based on the injuries he suffered, Paul died within a nanosecond of impact, and therefore it's impossible for the image in the video to be him.

It's not clear how long after impact the video starts, but clearly more than a nanosecond. As for what the image really is -- we're told law enforcement has watched the video, and based on evidence from the crash site ... it appears to be a part of the car's roof burning.

Fast And Furious Star Paul Walker Dies In Fiery Car Crash But TMZ Posted The Story Two Days Before It Happened

Stunningly handsome "Fast And Furious" star Paul Walker has died in a tragic, fiery car crash. The good looking actor has been a staple in the "Fast And Furious" film franchise since its inception in 2001. Walker was a passenger in the Porsche Carrera GT of friend and financial advisor, Roger Rodas, a former race car driver.

The two were attending a fundraising event hosted by Walker's non-profit charity organization Reach Out Worldwide. Rodas, who was behind the wheel, took Walker for a joyride in his Porsche. The car careened out of control and crashed into a light pole and tree, presumably killing them instantly. Authorities have confirmed speed was a factor in the crash. Figure eight and donut patterns were observed on the road at the site of the crash.

From start to finish the impact phase of the accident was a fireball. A motorist in another vehicle, who saw the car wrapped around a tree, after having knocked over a light pole due to the crash, stated to other drivers, "Drive away. It's going to blow up." A female motorist in another vehicle called 911 emergency services and stated as a loud bang is heard, "The car is in half. Yes there is someone in there."

Jim Thorp, a man who had met Walker earlier at the event stated, "A man and his wife. They saw it happen. They have it on video tape. They thought it was a film being made. They didn't know it was Paul or Roger. They had no clue. They just saw a very nice car get in an accident and then blow-up."

There are reports Rodas' 8-year-old son bravely, but sadly unsuccessfully tried to rescue his father from the mangled car. Onlookers tried to out the blaze with fire extinguishers, but were unable to do so. When firefighters arrived they were able to put out the blaze. However, Walker and Rodas were pronounced dead on the scene. Their bodies were burned beyond recognition, requiring the coroner's office to request dental records of the two men to make a positive identification.

Look at the bottom article link and summary, it says "2 days ago" meaning it was published two days prior to November 30, 2013, the date of the deadly car accident that claimed Walker's life. TMZ has some explaining to do. TMZ has since deleted it from their site.

Ironically, TMZ's archives contained an article about Walker's death two days before it happened, which led to many publicly asking what is going on. One of two things happened. In the past, TMZ has engaged in article backdating to claim scoops and may have backdated it too far.

TMZ is on their own software blogging system, not apart of a major blogging platform such as Blogger or Wordpress. The Judiciary Report's blog is on Blogger's system and the blogging service sets the same time and date for every blog it hosts, accompanied by the time zone. TMZ is free to set anytime they wish, as its their own software and platform.

I've seen TMZ backdate articles. For example, one reads the main page of TMZ in the morning and by noon, newer articles appear, but with earlier time stamps that the ones you read in the morning, all in an effort to claim they were first in breaking a scoop. It is unnecessary, as TMZ has legitimately broken a number of stories.

Solely due to TMZ posting a story about Walker's death two days before it happened, another theory floating around online is the Hollywood "Illuminati" (Kabbalah) was involved in Walker's death (Virginia Rapper Shoots His Best Friend In The Head As An Illuminati Sacrifice In Order To Be Famous In Hollywood). As the Judiciary Report has stated in past columns well before Walker died, TMZ is apart of the Hollywood "Illuminati" whose members have been dying left, right and center under tragic and mysterious circumstances indicating foul play (Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Tupac, Notorious BIG, Keith Carradine, among others).

Over a decade ago, "2 Fast 2 Furious" was filmed near my former house in Miami. It was a pleasant surprise to leave home for the day only to see Walker behind the wheel of a car driving by, while being directed and filmed by director John Singleton. The accidental near-drowning of Usher Raymond’s son, 5-year-old Usher Raymond V, in a pool mishap last week, is more serious than may people first thought. Usher’s ex-wife, who also lost a child last year in a water accident on Lake Lanier (Kile Glover), stated her son with Usher, nicknamed Cinco had "basically died."

Foster stated in court, "The bottom line is my son basically expired. My son had to be revived and brought back to life. My son basically had died on the scene, from what I was told by the doctor." The child has been in the hospital for days, due to water in the lungs, under observation for heart and brain damage.

August 09, 2013 - Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster faced off in an Atlanta courtroom on Friday in a renewed custody battle triggered by the near-drowning on Monday of the former couple's five-year-old son Usher Raymond V inside the R&B superstar's pool.

When asked at the start of the hearing to give an update on Usher V -- who is still recovering from the accident at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta hospital -- Foster replied, "My son is alive, he's alive. I'd say he's doing well." But she also added that he is not ready to be discharged from the hospital and that "there are several issues that I'm concerned about that don't seem quite normal," about the care of Usher V and her other son, four-year-old Naviyd Ely Raymond, who also lives at Usher's residence…
During his beginning testimony on the stand, Usher said he was in the studio when he was notified about the accident and rushed home as soon as possible to assess the situation. "When I arrived, my son was hysterical, and in the back of an ambulance."

The singer said he did his best to calm his son down and was trying to help him understand what had taken place and made this his immediate priority, rather than contacting Foster. He said he waited until he was at the hospital to call his ex about the situation, but at that time, indicated that he still didn't have a clear understanding yet of the gravity of the situation.

Usher's Ex-Wife Releases First Photo Of Their Son After He Nearly Drowned (Photo)

A sad photo was released today of the 5-year-old photo of singer Usher’s son, Usher Raymond V, who almost drowned at his dad’s home in Atlanta this week. Usher was not home at the time of the accident. The child was underwater for minutes, stuck to a powerful pool drain. Usher V appeared weak and sad in the photo, which is understandable after such a traumatic experience. Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond posted the photo to Instagram.

Foster is using the incident to gain back custody of her two sons with Raymond. She is stating they are not safe in his care. Raymond may counter that Foster’s 11-year-old son Kile Glover died last year on Lake Lanier while in her care. At the end of the day, neither parent wanted either child to be endangered. Kids and open water are sometimes a terrible mix. Sadly, accidents happen.

Usher's Son Nearly Drowns At His Home And Is Placed In ICU (Videos)

Usher Raymond IV, the 5-year-old son of singer Usher and ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond, nearly died today from drowning, after he jumped into his dad's pool, while in the care of his aunt, attempting to retrieve a toy that had become lodged in the drain.

The boy became involuntarily attached to the drain, prompting his aunt and a housekeeper to jump into the pool in an attempt at freeing him from the powerful suction of the system. They were unsuccessful at freeing him and screamed for help from two men working in the house. The men also jumped into the pool and were able to free him.

CPR was performed at the house, until paramedics arrived and transported the child to a local Atlanta, Georgia hospital. Raymond IV, also known as "Cinco" was placed in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit). It is not currently known if there will be long term brain damage from being submerged under water for minutes, especially on the developing brain of a child, who was deprived of oxygen during the mishap in the pool.

This is the second tragedy to strike Usher and his ex-wife Tameka. Last year, Tameka's 11-year-old son Kile died in an accident on Lake Lanier as he was struck in the head by a jet ski, while floating on a pontoon. He was placed on life support with doctors determining there existed no brain activity. He was removed from life support weeks after the tragedy.
