The Husband Of Whitney Houston's Daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown Flips His Car And Is Arrested For DUI

Nick Gordon and Bobbi Kristina Brown

History has repeated itself. In the 1990s, Bobby Brown, the husband of the late singer, Whitney Houston, flipped her expensive sports car in South Florida, after driving under the influence. Fast forward two decades and Nick Gordon, the husband of Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, flipped a BMW she bought him, while driving under the influence, according to police.

Brown and Gordon are in a bad place, struggling with the death of the legendary superstar. Friends of Houston have been reaching out to Brown regarding the dangers of drugs, with the hope she and Gordon will enter rehab, to avoid history repeating itself, via another tragic overdose in their family. It's sad that this is happening, as they have so much potential.

The Film 'Scarface' Shows What The Drug Trade Is All About

Scarface

I saw the 1983 film "Scarface" again on AMC last week (the edited, clean version). The movie, filmed in Miami, Florida and Santa Barbara, California, chronicled what was transpiring in Miami at the time during the violent drug trade. The lead character in the film "Tony Montana" was an immigrant to Miami, who wanted to become rich very fast and saw selling cocaine as the answer to his poverty problems.

"Scarface" is often glorified by rappers, who completely miss the message of the film, which is to avoid the drug trade. Director Brian DePalma and writer/director Oliver Stone showed the dangerous, depraved, paranoid and unhappy life that goes with being a drug dealer. However, rappers quote sayings from the film putting a positive spin on what is a very negative and harmful lifestyle.

Only actress Lindsay Lohan snorts more cocaine than Scarface

Rappers promote the drug trade via music, rapping positively about what is destructive behavior. This negatively influences impressionable audiences, who quickly want the homes, cars, jewelry, clothes and women, then get into the drug trade trying to live like rappers (many of whom are just pretending for the cameras, living on credit and rented luxury items).

The terrible consequences of drug dealing is far more real than what rappers are showing you. Miami had quite a few Tony Montanas running around in the 190s, who wreaked havoc on the city. They bought up luxury homes, cars, jewelry and designer clothes. Some drug dealers were buying several homes and businesses in cash to launder the money. Their was so much money laundering going on in Miami from the drug trade the federal government had to make new rules for how much money one can deposit without it being flagged and sent to the government for inspection ($5,000). If you buy a house or car cash, the sale is sent to the government for inspection to verify it did not come from the drug trade or any other illegal sources.

While the drug trade did not personally touch my life, I know someone who was profoundly affected by it. When I moved to Miami in the 1980s as a kid, the drug trade was in full swing. I didn't fully understand it, as I was a child, I just knew it was something negative from what I was told and watched on the news with my mom.

At the time my mom's friend's daughter was dating a man a few had assumed to be a drug dealer shifting cocaine. He bought a house, a Porsche and BMW. He wore a massive gold rope chain and designer clothes. A young man with no job in possession of said assets and no explanation as to how he acquired them, will draw attention. He got my mom's friend's daughter pregnant. They were both in their early twenties and living in luxury from the drug trade. However, she and her mom were told his money came from his dad's business. It wasn't until the police arrested him and all the material possessions were taken away that it came home to everyone he was a cocaine dealer. He was sentenced to many years in prison and missed his daughter growing up.

As the saying goes, drug dealers end up dead or in jail, if they refuse to leave the drug trade. Some were caught early by police as small time hustlers and gave up on the trade, not realizing it saved their lives and futures. Some leave the trade when something terribly violent happens. I saw an interview with a former drug dealer, who stated the very expensive watch he was wearing, saved his life. A rival drug dealer opened fire on his vehicle, but the bullet hit the watch, damaging his hand that was covering his chest, but did not go through to his heart. He gave his life to God after that and became a pastor.

A few years of living in luxury is not worth one's life or a long stretch in jail. Leave the drug trade alone. If you're not in it, don't get in it. If you're in it, get out now. Turn your life around and do something honest with it.

Will Reality Show Clear Up Toni Braxton's Debts And Financial Troubles

Toni Braxton

In 2010, Grammy Award winning singer, Toni Braxton, filed for bankruptcy - the second time in a decade. In 2010, Braxton lost her $2,400,000 Las Vegas home to foreclosure. She also gave up her primary residence, a 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom, $1,500,000 Duluth mansion, set in the Sugarloaf Country Club.

Braxton initially fought to keep the attractive, sprawling home. However, her creditors forced foreclosure, but due to the property having negative equity, Braxton was advised not to challenge it. She ended up surrendering the property, in what had to be a very difficult blow.

Braxton's former home in Duluth, lost to foreclosure

In the 1990s, LaFace Records, gave Braxton a reported settlement of $20,000,000 as apart of a renegotiation fee on her recording contract, after the bad publicity from her first bankruptcy. Label mates, TLC, were reportedly given the same, as they too had filed bankruptcy.

Braxton's former home in Las Vegas, gone to foreclosure

In 2006, Braxton signed a lucrative Las Vegas performance deal with the Flamingo hotel, but fell ill a year and a half into the multi-million dollar run. This is where her troubles began, as she'd taken on new debts and insurers refused to pay when she became ill, stating she hid her medical condition from them, which is a violation of the performer's policy. Braxton is battling lupus, angina and breast cancer.

Braxton's Las Vegas show was cancelled due to illness

It is regrettable that Braxton did not buy a home outright, when she had cash surpluses, rather than obtaining mortgages, as she would not have lost her main residence, which was clearly distressing. She is also older now, 43, with her health problems impacting her appearance. There also exists a pathetic ageism in the vain entertainment industry.

Braxton Family Values

However, with the success of her reality show "Braxton Family Values" that has brought in a moderate amount of money, with residuals and DVD sales to come, will Braxton get back in the black. That depends. Her 2010 bankruptcy filing was filed with debts to luxury retailers and establishments, such as Tiffany's, BMW, Neiman Marcus and the Four Seasons.

Braxton's spending would have to drastically change, in order to rebuild her finances from the ground up and maintain a solid financial profile. Her health is also a factor, which should indicate to her to save up for a rainy day.

Toni Braxton Files For Bankruptcy Again

This week it was announced, one time LaFace Records recording artist, Toni Braxton, has filed for bankruptcy again. Previously, she filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection in 1998, after selling millions of records. She blamed her financial state on LaFace Records, which was owned by Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds and Antonio "L.A." Reid and the low royalty rate they gave her. However, labelmate, Usher, commented at the time, Braxton simply spends too much money and it led to financial ruin. Both Braxton and Usher were right.

Braxton used her earnings to purchase a $1,000,000 Westwood condo, a $400,000 Atlanta mini-mansion, hundreds of thousands in designer clothes, shoes and jewelry, which she could have gotten for free for being famous, a $250,000 silver tea set, Faberge eggs, Gucci silver wear and a baby grand piano, among other things. The singer also owed lawyers and managers almost $3,000,000. With no available means to repay her debts, she filed for bankruptcy. Braxton was later schooled by talk show host, Oprah Winfrey, on how to manage her money. Well, it didn't work.

After being given a $10-$20 million dollar settlement from LaFace and restarting her career in the early 1990's, Braxton resumed her old spending habits. Fast-forward twelve years and she is in the same dire financial predicament once again. She is blaming her current financial woes on insurer, Lloyds of London, for failing to pay an insurance policy she purchased, in the event she fell ill, during a string of Las Vegas, Nevada shows, which went on for a few years.

However, Lloyd's refused to honor the claim, as she did not disclose she has a preexisting heart condition,, which could reoccur and it did, forcing Braxton to cancel a number of Las Vegas show dates. Irrespective of those claims, frivolous spending did play a role in her current financial decline. One look at the list of luxury creditors attached as apart of the bankruptcy filing, makes it abundantly clear. Braxton owes between $10 to $50 million dollars to a long list of creditors that include BMW, Tiffanys and the Four Seasons. Artists often make the mistake of believing their careers will always be hot and fail to plan for the time it is not.

"Shameless" & "Skins" Couple Go Holidaying After Attempted Murder Bid

Elliott Tittensor and Kaya Scodelario leaving airport after vacation last week

"Shameless" actor, Elliott Tittensor and his girlfriend, "Skins" actress, Kaya Scodelario, are being slammed for going on vacation, after seriously injuring a young man, in a case of attempted murder. The couple were seen nonchalantly exiting a Manchester, England airport, after a vacation in Marbella, Spain.

Two weeks ago, Tittensor and Scodelario, were occupant's in the former's BMW, which deliberately rammed an 18-year-old fan, Oliver Flint, who had asked to use a mobile phone, as his battery had died.

Flint nearly died as well, after being intentionally hit with Tittensor's car, which hurled him onto the bonnet, then the ground, where he hit his head on the curb. Doctors successfully stabilized the ensuing brain hemorrhage that threatened his life.

However, the incident left him blind in his left eye, due to damage to the eye socket. His right eye currently suffers from blurred vision. However, as the blood reabsorbs into the brain from the hemorrhage, the vision in his right eye may improve.

Tittensor took to his Twitter page to downplay Flint's families claims, stating "Please don't believe the papers people, it's an ongoing investigation for a reason. But we all know how the papers love to put people down" (link). However, as he has been arrested for attempted murder and police are looking over closed circuit camera footage for additional evidence, the case against Tittensor does not look good.

In addition to criminal charges, Tittensor will face a massive civil suit, due to the terrible injuries Flint sustained. One look at Flint's medical records and the accompanying pictures, will be enough to convince any jury the young man has been gravely harmed.

The money Tittensor has made for the past 8-years in the entertainment industry, on movies and shows such as "Shameless" which is nearly a million pounds, could be wiped away. His home in Manchester, could be targeted for sale as well, in order to satisfy any financial judgments the court levies.

Oliver Flint before the injury

If it is found Scodelario, who was a passenger in the vehicle, during the time of the incident and scornfully ignored Flint's request to borrow her phone, had anything to do with the tragic events, such as egging on or encouraging Tittensor's actions, she too could face a terrible civil suit, wiping out her earnings for the 4-years she has been in the entertainment industry, starring on "Skins" and in motion pictures.

It is very regrettable that this incident ever occurred, as it was completely preventable and unnecessary. Young lives have been destroyed, as Flint has lost his sight and Tittensor could lose his freedom and fortune, over poor choices.

Oliver Flint after the injury

It's a stunning look at the sad direction young stars are headed in, after years of being given everything they want and seldom hearing the word "No." Scodelario has been tainted by the incident as well, as she is being portrayed as a stuck-up snob that snubbed the victim and a passenger in the car that rammed him.

Regardless of any legal maneuvering and PR spinning that will transpire, Tittensor and Scodelario, are responsible for what happened that night. Their names and images have been changed for the worst and it is certain to cost them future employment.

"Shameless" & "Skins" Couple Slammed By Victim's Parent Due To Murder Attempt

Kaya Scodelario and Elliott Tittensor

Shameless" star Elliott Tittensor, 20, who deliberately rammed an 18-year-old fan with his BMW, as girlfriend "Skins" star, Kaya Scodelario, 18, callously sat in the passenger seat, has been slammed by the teen's mother.

Katie Preston, Kaya Scodelario and Elliott Tittensor

Lulu Taddei, the mother of severely injured 18-year-old, Oliver Flint, who was on life support, stated from his hospital room, "The eye specialist has said he has lost the sight of his left eye and the vision in his right is very blurred and getting worse because of nerve damage. How can anyone do such a thing? It was inhuman. For a few hours we honestly believed he was going to die. Then when he came round I had to break the news to him about his eyes. He is struggling to come to terms with it and keeps asking me, 'Will I be able to see again Mum?' We are just praying that his remaining eye improves."

Oliver Flint

Flint spotted Kaya Scodelario at a Kentish Town McDonalds in North London. He asked the actress if he could borrow her phone, as his mobile's battery had died and he sought to call his brothers. Scodelario and her boyfriend, Tittensor, ignored the teen, who had just left a bowling facility, celebrating his brother's birthday.

Oliver Flint and mother, Lulu Taddei

His mother Lulu stated to the Sun Newspaper in London, "Oliver had had a few drinks, but certainly wasn't drunk. He asked Kaya if he could borrow her phone but she ignored him. He then went and asked the young man who was sitting in the car. We think the car was going at about 40mph when it braked really hard and Oliver flew into the road and hit his head on the kerb. But the young man in the car apparently just drove off without a second thought or care for him."

Skins Actress And Boyfriend In Attempted Murder Bid

Elliott Tittensor and Kaya Scodelario

Actor, Elliott Tittensor, 20 and his girlfriend, actress, Kaya Scodelario, 18, have made headlines in Britain, due to an attempted murder bid against a fan, who stood in front of their BMW, at a Kentish Town McDonalds in London, England.

Regular readers should remember the articles the Judiciary Report published on the vile television show "Skins" their involvement in Kabbalah and the Aisha v. FBI case. It is the most depraved teen show on the air (Top BBC Executive Charged As Pedophile, BBC's "Doctor Who" Admits Using People's Names, Image And Likeness In Scripts, Madonna Violates The Privacy Of Minors, Did They Learn Nothing From Heath Ledger, Teens Rushed To Hospital After Mimicking BBC Show). Scodelario was also under consideration to front Madonna & her daughter's Material Girls clothing line.

This latest incident involving the couple, resulted in Tittensor's arrest on attempted murder charges. An unnamed 18-year-old fan saw Tittensor at a local McDonalds and tried to speak to him. He ignored the teenager, who followed him outside, continuing an effort to strike up a conversation.

Tittensor, got into his vehicle, where his girlfriend Scodelario waited. The teenager stood in front of the BMW still trying to speak to the actor. What happened next is under police investigation, as one or both of the vehicle's occupants thought it a good idea to ram the teenager with the motor car, which sent him flying and onto the curb, where he hit his head.

The teen sustained serious head injuries, which pose a threat to his life and doctors believe he may have been rendered blind, due to the forceful blow. Tittensor and Scodelario fled the scene, leaving the teen for dead.

This should not have happened. If the young man was such a bother, due to standing in front of the vehicle, the logical and humane thing to do, would have been to call the police. I find it hard to believe this young man threw himself on the bonnet, risking head injury, blindness and death. Furthermore, why flee the scene if you two are innocent. The couple also face potential lawsuits from the victim's family.

As mentioned on this site previously, in the lawsuit Aisha v. FBI and to the FBI a few years ago in documents, before anyone else did, members of Kabbalah, believe in an Anthony Pellicano tactic of attempting to run over innocent people with cars, to teach them a lesson for offending them.

Years after my assertions were made regarding this matter, I was vindicated in my statements, as the 2008 Anthony Pellicano criminal trial, revealed for the first time, this same vehicular misconduct that transpired against me, also happened to Los Angeles Times writer Anita Busch and a wealthy Las Vegas businessman, who were illegally placed under surveillance and wiretapped by the aforementioned private investigator.

Anthony Pellicano was convicted in the 2008 criminal case and sentenced to 15-years in prison. The disgraced, vicious private investigator also faces additional charges and trials. This form of criminal misconduct is quite sick and a massive felony, posing a serious danger to the public.

Professor Admits Climate Change Fraud

Professor Phil Jones

Professor Phil Jones, of the University of East Anglia, has admitted Climate Change is a fraud. His email account and those of his colleagues, were hacked and disclosed to the public a few months ago, revealing doctored scientific data on global warming, " Jones said that for the past 15 years there has been no ‘statistically significant’ warming."

Jones has refused to turn over research documents in response to a formal Freedom of Information Act request in Britain. In the Judiciary Report's experience, when people refuse to comply with the Freedom of Information Act, it is usually because they are guilty and don't want the evidence to come out. The cat's already out the bag, so you may as well just rip the band aid off and get it over with.

Side Bar: do you know how many people wanted a BMW or Mercedes, but didn't buy one, because they were told it is bad for the environment, so instead, they drove cars the size of matches boxes.

Climategate Fraud Admitted

Written by David Arnett, Publisher Monday, 15 February 2010 10:34

The United Kingdom’s Daily Mail is reported Sunday that the scientist at the center of the controversy over fraudulent scientific assertions which serve as the basis for United Nation reports and the Obama Administration’s economy killing energy program has admitted that he has trouble “keeping track” of information and that his record keeping is “not as good as it should be.”

Professor Phil Jones, whose data is crucial to the theory of climate change, is refusing Freedom of Information requests to produce the data. Colleagues say the reason is that the Professor may have actually lost the relevant papers.

Sunday on the BBC Jones said there was truth to the observations of colleagues that he lacked organizational skills. He conceded the possibility that the world was warmer in medieval times than now and suggested global warming may not be a man-made phenomenon. Jones said that for the past 15 years there has been no ‘statistically significant’ warming...

The Obama Administration and Congressional Democrats continue to fight for an energy policy they call “Cap and Trade” (or Restrict and Tax by critics) which would cost anyone who owns a light switch or rents one in America. At a time of increasing concern over national financial stability, critics believe such a program would have devastatingly harmful effects both directly and in secondary costs to American consumers...
