Video game maker Ubisoft, has gone too far with the release of their latest product "We Dare." Shockingly, the striptease, swingers' sex game, has been approved for children as young as 12-years-old. Ridiculous!
Has the entertainment industry completely lost its mind (dumb question, as the answer is yes). First "Skins" and now this. Stop trying to sexualize children. Give them a chance to be kids without being accosted by sexual imagery, speech and innuendo before they are even of age.

Once again, the MTV show "Skins" finds itself in the middle of another scandal for child exploitation and child pornography. The adaptation of the controversial British show, which was criticized across the pond as well, has come under fire, for its underage stars posing in their underwear in Elle Magazine.

Eleanor Zichy, 15, Rachel Thevenard, 17 and James Newman, 17, participated in the inappropriate photo shoot that is being slammed. This is pedophilia, which is what they should have named the show. Audience are wising up to the producer's exploitative tactics and the show's ratings have plummeted overnight.

Is MTV really comfortable broadcasting child porn, via its new show "Skins," because that's what they are doing in continuing to air the pedophilic program, which has drawn the wrath of family organizations and parents alike.
The Judiciary Report warned a year in advance it was not a good idea adapting the show, but network greed won out and now MTV is being slammed left, right and center, by numerous organizations and members of the public.
People are being urged to boycott the program and this includes advertisers, who have been dropping out on a daily basis. So what does MTV do? They turn to Sony for ad revenue in promoting their films and Play Station products during "Skins." Sony deserves to be boycotted for this as well.

The MTV show "Skins" has lost half of its ratings, under the weight of controversy surrounding the program, many have labeled child porn. A number of major advertisers have pulled their ads from airing during "Skins" leaving MTV in a difficult situation.
Two days ago, the network staunchly stated they are proud to air their adaptation of the award winning British show. However, as pointed out yesterday, many British parents were upset about the show on their shores as well. Furthermore, just because a person or program wins an award, does not mean it is of merit.

After all, pedophiles Roman Polanski and R. Kelly have won numerous awards for work that lacks integrity and decency. The sad fact of the matter is, due to the hedonistic nature of the entertainment industry worldwide, things get on the air that simply should not.

MTV is still under fire for the scandalous new show "Skins" which features pornographic scenes, acted out by minors. It is an adaptation of the British show of the same name, which also caused controversy in Britain, due to its raunchy and explicit content.
A number of big U.S. advertisers have fled the show, demanding their commercials be removed from the show's breaks. MTV is trying to claim the program shows kids as they really are, but it is a poor excuse for broadcasting child porn, in criminal violation of U.S. law.
MTV's statement is a cop out, as one does not have to watch child porn to know kids are engaging in underage sex. One does not have to watch a child take drugs to know it is happening. Much like one does not have to kill to know murders are being committed in society.

A cable news clips today revealed, "Skins" features an underage girl performing oral sex on an underage boy. A forthcoming episode shows an underage boy running down the street naked as his bare backside is shown. "Skins" also features lesbian sex scenes between minors.
Pedophiles are fans of the show and contributing to the ratings. "Skins" has given pedophiles a false view that the sexual exploitation of minors has become acceptable and fashionable in society, because after all, it is on MTV. It is obvious that "Skins" is Sodom and Gomorrah reborn. The show glorifies underage promiscuous sex, drug use, violence and suicide. All the things decent parents try to keep their kids from.
Is there any wonder kids today are falling into terrible levels of trouble previous generations did not experience. One need look no further than the negative examples they are being given via so-called entertainment, as it becomes conditioning and aspirational.

The U.S. adaptation of the British show "Skins" which debuted this week, has caused a major controversy in America this week. It's underage actors are engaging in sex and drug scenes on camera, glorifying inappropriate conduct, for the purpose of ratings.
My regular readers may remember the site mentioning "Skins" a year ago, as the offending and privacy violating television show, written about in relation to the Aisha v. FBI lawsuit (see article Madonna Violates The Privacy Of Minors). A year ago, the Judiciary Report, branded the British version of the show pedophilic and questioned why it was being redone in any measure.

This week, the U.S. based Parents Television Council has slammed the show as "child porn" and that it is. They are calling on Congress and and Justice Department to investigate the show, sending them formal letters, demanding a "child porn" probe.
However, as the Aisha v. FBI lawsuit indicates, the Justice Department already knows about the nasty show and could care less. The FBI and Justice Department are more interested in helping the pedophiles and thieves in Hollywood get away with crimes, not stopping them. They are just as immoral as Hollywood.

In a terrible miscarriage of justice, "Shameless" actor, Elliott Tittensor, 20 and his girlfriend, "Skins" actress, Kaya Scodelario, 18, have beaten a very serious attempted murder case, which left victim, 18-year-old, Oliver Flint, blind in one eye and recovering from a brain hemorrhage. Tittensor and Scodelario were at a fast food restaurant in Camden, North London and rebuffed Flint when he asked to borrow their mobile phone.

Flint stood in front of their vehicle and did not move fast enough for the couple's taste, prompting them to drive forward, hitting Flint, which threw him onto the curb, where he hit his head and damaged his eyes, causing blindness. Tittensor's defense is Flint hopped on the bonnet of his car, but that would have been no excuse for accelerating the vehicle, causing the young man the aforementioned, permanent injuries.

Furthermore, Tittensor and Scodelario fled the scene of the crime, did not call the police or medical services, leaving Flint on the curb seriously injured, with his brain bleeding. He could have internally bled to death. Those are not the actions of the innocent. The couple should have faced prison time and financial penalties for their conduct, in trying to emulate the miscreant characters they play on television, in real life.

As so-called punishment, Tittensor, was given a three-figure fine and six points on his license, which is insulting to the injured. After the hearing this week, which amounted to a slap on the wrist, for something so serious as attempted murder and hit and run, Flint's enraged father, punched Tittensor in the stomach outside the court, causing police to restrain him and file assault charges.

He is scheduled to appear in court shortly regarding the incident. Tittensor better be glad that's all he got, as some would have killed him for causing their child blindness. However, violence is never the answer. Even though the court failed to bring justice, God will not. The couple also need to ask God for forgiveness, for drastically altering another person's life in that manner.
It is the Judiciary Report's hope, the Flints sue the couple in civil court, as a young man has been blinded in an act of deliberate cruelty that should not have happened. You don't treat people that way. Everybody's life is valuable. Fame does not give one a license to abuse and assault others.

"Shameless" actor, Elliot Tittensor, was punched in the stomach by an assailant, outside Highbury Magistrates Court in London, England yesterday, as his girlfriend, "Skins" actress, Kaya Scodelario, screamed in horror. The incident happened after the two attended a court hearing on attempted murder charges.

Several weeks ago, Tittensor, in the presence of his girlfriend, Kaya Scodelario, deliberately attempted to run over 18-year-old, Oliver Flint, in Camden, North London, sending the teenager flying in the air, then onto the curb. Flint hit his head on the sidewalk, sustained a brain hemorrhage and was rendered blind in one eye.

The attack may have been out of revenge for Tittensor's hit and run blinding Flint. This most recent hearing is said to have resulted in the actor being fined for driving without insurance, with points tacked onto his license. The case for attempted murder is still pending.
Tittensor and Scodelario face potential lawsuits from Flint over the terrible incident, which could have killed him. Under the circumstances, the two deserve to be sued and jailed for injuring Flint, as there is no excuse for their conduct.

"Shameless" actor, Elliott Tittensor and his girlfriend, "Skins" actress, Kaya Scodelario, are being slammed for going on vacation, after seriously injuring a young man, in a case of attempted murder. The couple were seen nonchalantly exiting a Manchester, England airport, after a vacation in Marbella, Spain.
Two weeks ago, Tittensor and Scodelario, were occupant's in the former's BMW, which deliberately rammed an 18-year-old fan, Oliver Flint, who had asked to use a mobile phone, as his battery had died.
Flint nearly died as well, after being intentionally hit with Tittensor's car, which hurled him onto the bonnet, then the ground, where he hit his head on the curb. Doctors successfully stabilized the ensuing brain hemorrhage that threatened his life.
However, the incident left him blind in his left eye, due to damage to the eye socket. His right eye currently suffers from blurred vision. However, as the blood reabsorbs into the brain from the hemorrhage, the vision in his right eye may improve.
Tittensor took to his Twitter page to downplay Flint's families claims, stating "Please don't believe the papers people, it's an ongoing investigation for a reason. But we all know how the papers love to put people down" (link). However, as he has been arrested for attempted murder and police are looking over closed circuit camera footage for additional evidence, the case against Tittensor does not look good.
In addition to criminal charges, Tittensor will face a massive civil suit, due to the terrible injuries Flint sustained. One look at Flint's medical records and the accompanying pictures, will be enough to convince any jury the young man has been gravely harmed.
The money Tittensor has made for the past 8-years in the entertainment industry, on movies and shows such as "Shameless" which is nearly a million pounds, could be wiped away. His home in Manchester, could be targeted for sale as well, in order to satisfy any financial judgments the court levies.

If it is found Scodelario, who was a passenger in the vehicle, during the time of the incident and scornfully ignored Flint's request to borrow her phone, had anything to do with the tragic events, such as egging on or encouraging Tittensor's actions, she too could face a terrible civil suit, wiping out her earnings for the 4-years she has been in the entertainment industry, starring on "Skins" and in motion pictures.
It is very regrettable that this incident ever occurred, as it was completely preventable and unnecessary. Young lives have been destroyed, as Flint has lost his sight and Tittensor could lose his freedom and fortune, over poor choices.

It's a stunning look at the sad direction young stars are headed in, after years of being given everything they want and seldom hearing the word "No." Scodelario has been tainted by the incident as well, as she is being portrayed as a stuck-up snob that snubbed the victim and a passenger in the car that rammed him.
Regardless of any legal maneuvering and PR spinning that will transpire, Tittensor and Scodelario, are responsible for what happened that night. Their names and images have been changed for the worst and it is certain to cost them future employment.

Actor, Elliott Tittensor, 20 and his girlfriend, actress, Kaya Scodelario, 18, have made headlines in Britain, due to an attempted murder bid against a fan, who stood in front of their BMW, at a Kentish Town McDonalds in London, England.
Regular readers should remember the articles the Judiciary Report published on the vile television show "Skins" their involvement in Kabbalah and the Aisha v. FBI case. It is the most depraved teen show on the air (Top BBC Executive Charged As Pedophile, BBC's "Doctor Who" Admits Using People's Names, Image And Likeness In Scripts, Madonna Violates The Privacy Of Minors, Did They Learn Nothing From Heath Ledger, Teens Rushed To Hospital After Mimicking BBC Show). Scodelario was also under consideration to front Madonna & her daughter's Material Girls clothing line.
This latest incident involving the couple, resulted in Tittensor's arrest on attempted murder charges. An unnamed 18-year-old fan saw Tittensor at a local McDonalds and tried to speak to him. He ignored the teenager, who followed him outside, continuing an effort to strike up a conversation.
Tittensor, got into his vehicle, where his girlfriend Scodelario waited. The teenager stood in front of the BMW still trying to speak to the actor. What happened next is under police investigation, as one or both of the vehicle's occupants thought it a good idea to ram the teenager with the motor car, which sent him flying and onto the curb, where he hit his head.
The teen sustained serious head injuries, which pose a threat to his life and doctors believe he may have been rendered blind, due to the forceful blow. Tittensor and Scodelario fled the scene, leaving the teen for dead.
This should not have happened. If the young man was such a bother, due to standing in front of the vehicle, the logical and humane thing to do, would have been to call the police. I find it hard to believe this young man threw himself on the bonnet, risking head injury, blindness and death. Furthermore, why flee the scene if you two are innocent. The couple also face potential lawsuits from the victim's family.

As mentioned on this site previously, in the lawsuit Aisha v. FBI and to the FBI a few years ago in documents, before anyone else did, members of Kabbalah, believe in an Anthony Pellicano tactic of attempting to run over innocent people with cars, to teach them a lesson for offending them.
Years after my assertions were made regarding this matter, I was vindicated in my statements, as the 2008 Anthony Pellicano criminal trial, revealed for the first time, this same vehicular misconduct that transpired against me, also happened to Los Angeles Times writer Anita Busch and a wealthy Las Vegas businessman, who were illegally placed under surveillance and wiretapped by the aforementioned private investigator.
Anthony Pellicano was convicted in the 2008 criminal case and sentenced to 15-years in prison. The disgraced, vicious private investigator also faces additional charges and trials. This form of criminal misconduct is quite sick and a massive felony, posing a serious danger to the public.

In an item mentioned in the August 2009 lawsuit Aisha v. FBI, regarding the BBC program "Doctor Who" using people's real names, images and likeness to base characters on, in violation of the law (Right To Publicity) the people behind the program admitted yesterday that they have done such things.
The writers of the show arrogantly proclaimed yesterday that they took the image and likeness of politicians and others, used it for the show, but added defamatory and unflattering items to it. Yesterday they admitted, they took Margaret Thatcher's name and made her into a very unflattering character named Rehctaht, which is her name spelled backwards.
Such conduct is plain lazy, uncreative, haughty, cowardly and nasty. However, what's your excuse when you criminally misappropriate the names, images and likeness of minors for your programming, which you did to two of my younger relatives, in being nasty to me in unprovoked conduct commissioned by Madonna (see: Madonna Violates The Privacy Of Minors), as mentioned in the aforementioned lawsuit. How do you justify doing such a thing to kids.
I wasn't kidding when I said I am going to sue you and write about you and I promise you, it will be emotionally painful, humiliating and spark changes to the law, when I get finished with you. Imagine that, using the Queen's airwaves to terrorize people.

She battled the Argentine army abroad and the unions at home. But Margaret Thatcher never knew she was also under attack from outer space.
Left-wing scriptwriters hired by the BBC during the 1980s tried to inspire a 'Tardis revolution' by using Doctor Who as propaganda to undermine the Tory prime minister.
In one serial they caricatured her as a vicious and egotistical alien ruler who banned outward displays of unhappiness among her downtrodden people and used a secret police to oppress dissidents.
Former actors and writers on the show admitted yesterday that there was also thinly veiled support for the miners' strike and the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament...
'The idea of bringing politics into Doctor Who was deliberate. We were a group of politically motivated people and it seemed the right thing to do.' ...
'I was very angry about the social injustice in Britain under Thatcher and I'm delighted that came into the show.'
But he added: 'Critics, media pundits and politicians didn't pick up on what we were doing. Nobody really noticed or cared.'
The ratings plunged to 3million and the series was taken off air, reappearing for a one-off episode in 1996 before the hit 2005 revival.
A BBC spokesman said: 'We're baffled by these claims. The BBC's impartiality rules applied just as strongly then as they do now.'
The BBC is once again proving a destructive force when it comes to kids, as six young students were rushed to the hospital, after mimicking a scene from the show "Waterloo Road" which featured students drinking stolen, science lab Ethanol (alcohol).
Writers must be careful of what they author into scripts, bearing in mind, the impressionable public, particularly kids, that are often eager to follow and emulate.

This is a follow up to the articles Madonna Violates The Privacy Of Minors (October 7. 2009) and Did They Learn Nothing From Heath Ledger (October 8. 2009).
In the aforementioned articles, I wrote of the BBC's misconduct in conjunction with Madonna, as added to the Aisha v. FBI case, regarding the pedophilic tone present in their misdeeds.
One month later it has been announced, via a news release published yesterday, "Top BBC man charged in child sex probe." Think about it - top man at the BBC has been arrested as a pedophile.
By God's grace, the Judiciary Report has been proven right once again. Appalled, I kept wondering in my head and then in the aforementioned articles a month ago, how someone could do something so vile, as to violate the privacy of minors, as mentioned above in the October 7. 2009 article and transmit said contents on the airwaves as entertainment.
It takes an incredibly sick group of individuals, Kabbalah, to concoct and commit such depraved acts. Then again, depravity is Madonna's middle name.
No sane, non-pervert, non-pedophile, would think such conduct is acceptable human behavior (or lawful for that matter).
Don't drop the soap! Then again, you'd probably like that.
Now, if they'd only do a pedophile sting in Hollywood, but then again, the head of the FBI, Robert S. Mueller, doesn't believe in arresting rich and famous people. Therefore, known celebrity pedophiles are quite safe and behave very egregiously as such.
When you take shows such as "Skins" into consideration, replete with underage sex, 15-16 year-olds simulating sex on TV, even with teachers a decade or two older than they are, you realize a few rotten eggs have hatched at the BBC, influenced by cult behavior.
Kabbalah has a sick foothold at the BBC. The cult is actively breaking domestic and international law there and is going to bring the storied network crashing down.
First Kabbalah's front woman Madonna and her aforementioned madness at the BBC (Aisha v. FBI). Now, Lindsay Lohan, a Kabbalah actress audiences do not regard anymore and boycott in droves, with writers and producers refusing to hire her, has mysteriously been given a plum program at the BBC. Not to mention, another Kabbalah member, Gwen Stefani, has been living with a well-known BBC executive for years.
The BBC is a historic British institution and Britons are going to tar and feather you lot over the desecration and destruction of the network, with the trust governing the channel already scrambling to establish new ethics rules, in the face of all these scandals. Mark my words, this is not going to end well in terms of public reaction, regarding what those Kabbalah cult loons have in the pipeline.
Top BBC man charged in child sex probe
A senior London-based BBC producer has been charged following a police investigation into child sex abuse, it has been reported.
The employee was arrested as part of Operation Algebra, which led to the uncovering of Scotland's largest pedophile network earlier this year.
Detectives leading the inquiry alerted the Metropolitan Police and the man now faces court. Nearly 125,000 indecent images were seized during Operation Algebra which led to the conviction of eight men in May.
Iain Livingstone, Assistant Chief Constable of Lothian and Borders Police, told the Sunday Mail newspaper: "We referred a case involving a serious offender to the Met which involved a senior figure at the BBC.
"The individual was in a very senior position and he became apparent to us during Operation Algebra.
"We passed that information on and the individual has now been charged and is awaiting court."
A BBC spokeswoman said it would not be appropriate to comment.

Yesterday, the Judiciary Report covered the BBC/E4 teen program "Skins" in the article "Madonna Violates The Privacy Of Minors."
A homosexual character on "Skins" was called Maxie and the role was played by heterosexual actor, Mitch Hewer.
At the time he was chosen to play Maxie, Mitch was barely 17-years-old and required to perform gay kissing and fondling scenes on camera. That's called exploitation of a minor.
Hewer later stated in an interview that people (men) always come up to him expecting him to be gay like the character Maxie, but he is not. His facial expressions and words during the interview betrayed the fact he was not happy regarding these developments.
He has also been typecast as gay, as the work is not flowing in as it should be, for an actor that was on national television, starring on a program that was shown in many countries.
To take a heterosexual male, especially one that is a minor, promise him fame and fortune, but tell him, in order to live his dreams as an actor, he as an underage youth, would have to do gay kissing and fondling scenes with other boys on camera, was reprehensible.
What about Hewer's emotional well being. Did the gay factions of the entertainment world learn nothing from the death of Heath Ledger.
Too often, gay executives in show business, want good looking, charming young men to compromise who they are, in order to set up some ideal of what is gay, in a bid at shoving homosexuality down the throats of audiences.
I find the show "Skins" very disturbing. It sets a horrible example for teens, much like the 20th Century Fox film "Jennifer's Body" and certain other programming in that genre. It's not right to foist that on people's impressionable children.

Jamie Brittain, who nicknamed himself "Devil" on Twitter, bragged recently that "Skins" does show debauchery among teens, but refuses to show the consequences of such misconduct. This dude is crazy. You're not even dealing with adults, but children and this is the terrible mindset you are operating under, in exposing millions of people's kids to vile conduct, guaranteed to mess up their lives in some manner or other, if they try it.

You seemed to have unrealistically exempted yourself from all consequences in life, such as criminally spying on underage youth and foolishly believing their sibling won't come after you in every court of law, both civil and criminal, until you are incarcerated, destitute and without any form of a name. The FBI, Madonna and members of her depraved, disgraceful Kabbalah cult, such as television writer/producer, Russell Davies (Hollywood's "Queer as Folk" and the BBC's "Doctor Who" and "Torchwood") not only infringed my PREEXISTING copyrights, but violated my privacy as well and that of my family and friends, using it as the basis for select episodes of the BBC programs "Torchwood" and "Doctor Who."

24. Madonna then spread her invasive madness to her label affiliate BBC in London where she lived (BBC’s DVDs are distributed by Madonna’s Warner Bros). The BBC is familiar with Aisha’s family, having worked with her dad and aunt. Previously, in 2004, the BBC called Aisha’s dad, renowned musicologist and disc jockey, Vaughn “Bunny” Goodison, in Jamaica over the telephone, for an interview on the passing of his esteemed, lifelong friend and music legend, 72-year-old, Clement Dodd. On another occasion, the BBC telephoned Aisha’s dad for comment on the passing of famous charity worker, 87-year-old, Sister Mary Ignatius Davies, who was also a good friend of the family. These interviews were carried on BBC radio and on their websites. Aisha’s aunt, Jamaica’s award winning, highly rated, poet laureate, Lorna Goodison, had also done pleasant radio and print interviews with the BBC. Therefore, the family had maintained a good relationship with the BBC, but Madonna, driven by ill-will and hatred, resenting the famous arts family, due to Aisha’s very valuable, groundbreaking Copyrighted Catalog she covets and Aisha’s refusal to respond to her correspondences, viciously sponsored a Kabbalah styled case of gross invasion of privacy and copyright infringement, through BBC employees and Kabbalah members, Russell Davies and Billie Piper (Madonna’s protégé), aimed at vindictively targeting and maligning the award winning family. The family at no time did anything to Madonna, Davies or Piper, not knowing any of them, yet acting in concert with Madonna, they began to place items from Aisha’s preexisting Copyrighted Catalog and astonishingly her personal life as well, in his BBC scripts.

Davies infringed Aisha’s copyrights for select episodes of the BBC shows “Doctor Who” and “Torchwood” and additionally, included Aisha’s personal, identifying information unique to her, in his scripts. These items were obtained through hacking by the staff of Madonna.com. Davies, who has visited Aisha’s official websites, before and after the misconduct transpired, as attested by Traffic Facts site statistics software, has followed Madonna’s lead and taken broadcasting to an unprecedented low in Britain for the “Children of Earth” five part series on the “Torchwood” program he writes for. The “Children of Earth” broadcast not only includes items from preexisting, protected items from Aisha’s computers, using it for the main storyline of the 5 part miniseries, it also includes Aisha’s mother’s name “MILLIE” as a character, a variation of AISHA’s name in the script as a character named “MISHA”, a look-alike character that is the spitting image of Aisha’s sister, casting the character as a girl who is maliciously exploited and thrown in prison, the name CLEMENT mcDOnalD, a variation of the name CLEMENT DODD, appears in the script as an elderly character (CLEMENT DODD is Aisha’s aforementioned godmother’s husband, who invented reggae music and signed Bob Marley to his first record deal). There is also a character named MR. DEKKER, which is the real name of one of CLEMENT DODD’s legendary, award winning, international reggae recording colleagues and Aisha’s dad’s late friend, MR. DESMOND DEKKER. The CLEMENT and DEKKER names were cast as psychotic, despised, crazy characters running from aliens, which is disrespectful to the memory of the two, real, beloved, legendary Jamaican national heroes in the music field, which the names were distastefully taken from, in a racist manner by Russell Davies and Madonna’s Kabbalah. Other invasive items that infringe Aisha’s preexisting copyrights were included in select episodes of Russell Davies’ show “Doctor Who.” ...

Other members of Madonna’s Kabbalah such as Sacha Baron Cohen, have been outed using real people for characters in TV shows and movies, such as “Ali G” being based on BBC radio disc jockey Tim Westwood and 2009’s Austrian character “Bruno” being illegally based on Austrian TV personality Alfons Haider. In 2009, Madonna’s partner and Kabbalah member, Jerry Bruckheimer was also sued for perversely basing a defamatory episode of “CSI” on a real live couple that owns a Los Angeles real estate firm, Scott and Melinda Tamkin, with the show using their real names and lives for the broadcast without permission, but defaming them as reckless people participating in sexual bondage, pornography, drunkenness and murder, in similar conduct to what Aisha had formally accused Bruckheimer of in her 2005 lawsuit against Madonna.
Since the filing of the lawsuit several weeks ago, I have discovered my teenage godbrother's privacy and that of his mother, who live in South Florida in America, were violated during the case, as he, his mother and I, exchange emails very often and speak on the phone regularly, which was illegally wiretapped Anthony Pellicano style (Madonna's private investigator, whom I gave the FBI detailed information about in 2005 and he was later arrested and convicted on wiretapping charges - See page of lawsuit).
During one of the many hacks into my computer, which were traced back to Digilink, who is the web hosting company for Madonna's official website Madonna.com, not only was my very valuable preexisting Copyrighted Catalog copied and then infringed by Madonna and her cohorts in Hollywood, my emails, both business and personal, were illegally copied, as mentioned in the lawsuit.

Let's not forget, prior to this, the BBC called my dad, a renowned musicologist, twice in Jamaica for interviews on famous musicians that are friends of the family. I kept wondering how they got his number. They also interviewed my aunt, an award winning author, Lorna Goodison, prior to all this as well.
Therefore, the BBC does know my family. Not to mention, the BBC has come up in my website stats numerous times, before and after these incidents regarding Russell Davies,
It's bad enough for Madonna and co. to violate my privacy, but while their invasiveness was going on, she and her comrades at the BBC, invaded the privacy of my sister and godbrother, who were minors at the time this unlawful activity began. That is absolutely criminal.
I am also of the belief, they found out what my sister looks like and based the aforementioned "Torchwood" character on her ("Lois" from Torchwood's "Children of Earth), via photos I had taken of her at the airport, that I emailed to her in Jamaica, after I extracted them from the card of my digital camera.
Violating the privacy of minors is a very serious crime. Turning two minors, that are private citizens, into characters on TV, at the request of a sick, devilish pop star, Madonna, invading innocent people's privacy and harassing others, as she is psychopathic and obsessed out of her non-singing mind, is disgusting and nasty.
