Lady Gaga Grammy Debacle Continues As Criticism Spreads And Family Of Natalie Cole Slam Snub

The Grammys are still being slammed over their telecast this past Sunday that suffered the lowest rating in 7-years. I did not watch the show (I'm boycotting them over giving copyright infringing artists Grammys), but I have read articles on the telecast and seen a clip on Twitter of Lady GaGa's tribute to the late music legend David Bowie.

Lady GaGa can sing, but it would have been better had she not tried to dress like Bowie and franticly moved around the stage like an escaped mental patient. Bowie's performances were not like that. GaGa looked clumsy trying to be Bowie and the make up was amateurish and symmetrically uneven. They did not correctly recreate his look. Bowie simply didn't look that way.

The Grammy committee could have allowed Gaga to do ONE song not EIGHT, which led to other tributes being scrapped. They could have also invited Bowie's friends Mick Jagger and Grace Jones to America from England to do a tribute, as they knew him and are apart of that time in music, having lived it with him during their respective hay days. The Gaga tribute was very misguided and strange to the point it even offended Bowie's son.

The family of the late music legend, Natalie Cole, has slammed the Grammy committee for omitting a tribute to the singer who died last December. As stated in previous articles, I am not of the belief the snub was racially related, as the Grammys have given many awards to minorities over the years.

I remember when I was a kid Cole dominated a Grammy telecast with the song "Unforgettable" winning multiple awards for her moving duet with her deceased dad, Nat King Cole. However, the Grammys scrapped a musical tribute to Cole and others because Gaga's overindulgent 7-minute set to Bowie that audiences deemed a big commercial for her sponsor Intel, took over the show.

 Gaga's set should have been shorter. As stated in the column on Monday, February 15, 2016, prior to the Grammys' airing "Even 30-seconds of a top song by each such as Cole'a 'Unforgettable' White's 'September' or 'After The Love Is Gone' Bowie's 'Let's Dance' and 'You Belong To The City' by Frey from the Miami Vice soundtrack." No one would have been offended at such a montage and performance sequence. If they had closed out the tribute section with "After The Love Is Gone" people would have been tearful, due to the song's lyrics and tone indicating a goodbye (which audiences would be saying goodbye to the stars who had passed away). 

It should be noted, the Grammys reversed their position on Maurice White, as articles reveal a musical tribute to him was added and he was awarded a posthumous lifetime achievement award. However, no musical tribute was added for Cole and they really could have shaved some of GaGa's time to do so.

The stolen Fox show "Empire" has lost 2,200,000 viewers in the past couple weeks, reaching record low ratings for the program. The most recent episode of "Empire" pulled in 9,000,000 viewers. This marks a massive 11,000,000 viewers lost since the filing of my lawsuit. The show's producer, Lee Daniels, is scrambling in Hollywood trying to save the show, utilizing all sorts of craziness. During his breaks he spends his time messing with barely legal teenage boys in Hollywood.

However, he and Rupert Murdoch, whose company I reported to police for hacking, phone hacking and computer hacking and in doing so broke the phone hacking scandal, deserve the fall from grace. As stated in this column previously, I am completely and totally disgusted by Daniels' for not only stealing my preexisting Library of Congress registered copyrights he received from Madonna at discount prices, but also illegally using the life of a mentally disabled woman my mother was the social worker for, as the basis for his movie "Precious."

Ironically, since I publicly outed Daniels in an article about the criminal violation of HIPA in illegally accessing the mentally disabled woman's medical records, case evaluations and items my mother discussed with her over my phone that was wiretapped where I lived in Miami, he has since added the actress who played "Precious" to the show "Empire." That didn't save "Empire" either.

The ratings for the copyright infringing Fox show "Empire" illegally stolen by kleptomaniac Madonna, then illegally sold to phone hacker and corporate thief, Rupert Murdoch, who fraudulently credited to fellow scumbag Lee Daniels, continues sinking in the ratings. This week the show lost another 1 million viewers, shedding 8% of its audience.

Thus far, since the lawsuit I filed regarding said willful copyright thefts and the invasion of privacy, harassment and assault that has been done in support of said criminal enterprise, the show has plummet from 17,600,000 down to 12,200,000 viewers in a very short space of time.

You would think with millions of people reading about their crimes via my sites, Congress who I wrote to publicly announcing they will review copyright law and the Department of Justice having responded to my complaint, they would stop the sick behavior, but they have not. A brand new high tech phone I bought and brought with me to London has been phone hacked by Madonna's hackers in America. My emails and laptops are still being hacked.

Madonna also contacted a big American company and had them engage in criminal acts of discrimination and sabotage in an effort to illegally destroy a business I've started in another nation that has nothing to do with the entertainment industry or her in any manner. Madonna also contacted Google and had them strip the paid ads from my blog recently under an illegal and discriminatory premise (a new lawsuit will be filed regarding that shortly).

As far as Madonna and her Hollywood cohorts are concerned I'm not allowed to earn a living. Kabbalah Center cult members they've sent to stalk me told me this to my face. They fear my first forthcoming patent regarding cancer coming out and go global, which would mean they'd have to stop stealing copyrights from me that is bringing them ill-gotten financial gains.

All I care about is helping sick people via said forthcoming patent because cancer is a dreadful disease impacting millions of people. It's very disturbing that Madonna and company are doing this when people's health is at stake. It is infuriating and disgusting.

By the way, they're still stealing copyrights from me. That has not stopped. I've said it before and I'll say it again, slavery never left America. It just took on another form. The slavetrade is alive and well in America and losers in Hollywood think it is something to be proud of when it is not. It is a mark of shame and disgrace.

The copyright infringing show "Empire" mentioned in my lawsuit Aisha v. Madonna/Kabbalah Center, as being criminally stolen from my vast, PREEXISTING copyrighted catalog, has experienced a massive ratings decline since the site went public with the case. The show has lost 4,000,000 viewers (17.6 million  to 13.7 million viewers).

The "Empire" copyright was illegally sold to Rupert Murdoch's Fox (and criminally credited to that vile, insidious man Lee Daniels), a man whose company I reported to the Metropolitan Police, in what turned into the phone hacking scandal and many arrests. Murdoch has been knowingly buying stolen goods from Madonna, who illegally gained access to my copyrighted catalog via hacking and bribing workers at the copyright office (a fact the sick Kabbalah Center cult had a songwriter throw in my face over the telephone in an unwanted call).

I have no sympathy for them regarding the massive ratings decline and advertisers complaining. What kind of scumbucket trash steals things then sells said things she doesn't own. What kind of loser does something like that.

Hollywood is an industry of thieves run by criminals with ties to organized crime, such as the Italian-American mafia, whom Madonna has laundered money for in financial transactions with mafiosos. Madonna is nothing but an untalented, scumbucket thief and criminal, who should not be famous or free to roam the public, as everything she has ever put out is stolen from many writers, songwriters, producers, artists, photographers and directors. 

Recently, Madonna sent someone to threaten me over my forthcoming pharmaceutical patents to help cancer and AIDS patients. Madonna and company are threatening to destroy the company saying, "You're not going to make any money from them." Imagine that. I work on my patents day and night to help sick people and all that foul, vile demon Madonna can think about is money it will make and not the true goal of the patents which is saving lives. What an evil, ugly human being.

Side Bar: "Blackish"which is another infringing show stolen from my preexisting copyrighted catalog, that was criminally sold by Madonna, lost 33% of its viewers since I went public with the lawsuit.

Bruce Jenner's new reality show about his transgender life "I Am Cait" has flopped in the ratings. The show was watched by approximately 2,700,000 which is considered low for its genre and the level of promotion it received. The former Olympian, who had plastic surgery in an effort to look like a woman,  has been the subject of controversy. Medical doctors and scientist do not recommend gender reassignment surgery. Psychologists refer to it as a mental disorder, as it is "biologically impossible" to change one's sex.

The fall out from the Jay Z and Solange elevator fight continues. Rapper Jay Z and his wife Beyonce embarked on a tour titled "On The Run." Many of the tour stops suffered from poor ticket sales, which led to higher ticket prices in VIP and special seating to compensate for the losses. 

The couple turned their "On The Run" tour into a special for HBO and in bombed in the ratings department. It turns out the public is "On The Run" from Jay Z and Beyonce, as only 800,000 people viewed the special on HBO, indicating the couple's popularity is seriously declining. Despite this fact, Beyonce and Jay Z announced plans for a joint album, to be released to a public that is suffering from fatigue where this overexposed couple is concerned.

Beyonce and Jay Z are constantly in court facing a number of trademark and copyright theft lawsuits, as well as cases for financial fraud. People should endeavor to do business in a lawful, honest and ethical manner. It may seem like one is getting ahead at first via dishonest financial transactions and theft, but history has a way of correcting itself at a moment's notice. Just ask Bernard Madoff, who lost it all overnight.

CNN Ends Piers Morgan's Show But Is It Due To Him Being Questioned By Police In London For Phone Hacking

This is a follow up to the Judiciary Report's series of phone hacking articles, regarding a story I broke first in 2005, via a formal, written police complaint to the Metropolitan Police in London, England. Since the time of the police complaint I filed, 100 people have been arrested in connection with the scandal. People are still being investigated by the police regarding the case.

CNN has announced they are cancelling the Piers Morgan Live program, after 3-years on the air. When Morgan was announced as the replacement for Larry King, whose show was on the air for 25-years, the Judiciary Report stated it wouldn't work and Morgan is not the right replacement. 4-years on, time has proven the Judiciary Report correct, as his ratings are abysmal.

Morgan was interviewed by police this month regarding claims he actively phone hacked people, illegally mining their phone calls and messages for items to print in the newspapers as scoops, when he was working for Rupert Murdoch's now defunct News Of The World and at the Daily Mirror. Tapes indicate Morgan did indeed break the law, as he was heard owning up to the misconduct that he is now backpedaling from, claiming complete ignorance (I know you did it).

Could Problems In Gabrielle Union's Personal Life Be Affecting Her Show As 'Being Mary Jane' Plunges In The Ratings

The opening episode of BET's television show "Being Mary Jane" starring actress Gabrielle Union, got off to a solid start with decent cable ratings. However, the show lost 500,000 viewers in week two and continues to slide. According to the Los Angeles Times, "The debut installment had already dropped from the more than 4 million viewers who tuned in to the show's movie-length pilot, which aired last May."

Could the plunging ratings have to do with the drama in Union's personal life, as it was revealed Miami Heat star basketball player, Dwyane Wade, fathered a child with another woman, Aja Metoyer, during the time the two were together. The baby was born in November 2013 and his mother went on a Twitter tirade, spilling the beans regarding Wade and Union, who she labeled an alcoholic.

Wade has since proposed to the actress, but Union is receiving a significant amount of criticism online, with people calling her weak over her decision to stay with a boyfriend who cheated on her. People are also unhappy with the fact Union broke up Wade's marriage to this high school sweetheart Siohvaughn Wade, who became much more vocal over the past several months.

No matter how interesting a show might be, likeability regarding its cast can impact ratings. If there is a public image scandal, it can cause ratings to wane. Bloggers certainly aren't trying to help Union, who is deemed a homewrecker online.

Rihanna's reality show styled to rock was dropped in Britain for abysmally low ratings, which hit historic lows for its genre and content. After begging for it to stay on the air, the show was sent to America on the Style Network. However, as the show was about to air, NBC shutdown the Style Network.

Based on reports, execs at NBC, who also owns Bravo, did not like "Styled To Rock" but as it has already been recorded they've given it a bad time slot on Friday night on the aforementioned channel. With all of Rihanna's court problems for copyright infringement and plagiarism, Bravo needs to carefully screen the content to make sure she is in compliance with the law.

The PR stunt is a way of getting attention for the project.

The first time I saw the trailer for the show "Duck Dynasty" I thought it was a sitcom. Turns out, it is a real family in Louisiana and the the program is a reality show. The Robertson family made millions off selling duck calls, a whistle-like apparatus used to lure ducks, enabling hunters to catch them. No duck is safe thanks to this family (LOL).

The Robertson's have parlayed some of their fortune into a reality series that is a hit with viewers. The program is currently pulling in over 4,000,000 viewers per week. The family are proud of their redneck roots and are quite the comedians, but make no mistake, they are nobody's fools, running a successful multi-million dollar business. The Braxtons are contemplating hosting their own reality show, as viewing numbers for "Braxton Family Balues" spin-off "Tamar And Vince" have been lackluster. It seems the public prefers the entire family, as opposed to just attention loving Tamar Braxton and her husband Vincent Herbert.

As such the family seeks to capitalize on it, via their own talk show. Will they show talk show host Oprah Winfrey they can do it too (especially after Toni Braxton revealed she felt Winfrey insulted her during an interview years ago). Probably not.

The reality show "Tamar And Vince" featuring contentious couple Tamar Braxton and Vincent Herbert is sinking in the ratings. The show placed dead last in the ratings, which WE tv could not be happy with. Braxton used her family's reality show "Braxton Family Values" as a springboard to the "Tamar And Vince" show thinking it was going to blow up, but the tires on the show below out in week one, leaving them stranded in the ratings race.

Uh oh! "Braxton Family Values" pulled higher ratings than "Tamar And Vince" because of...wait for it and hold your weave back Tamar...R&B star Toni Braxton. I know Tamar is not going to want to accept that (like I care), but Toni was a big part of the show's ratings (as were the other cast members). It wasn't all about Tamar acting like a ham hock.

Simon Fuller, much like his buddy Simon Cowell, known for rigging talent shows and the controversies surrounding them, has been suffering under declining ratings and dwindling sales. Both men continue to have a hand in the television show "American Idol" while Cowell expanded with the program "X-Factor" which is already hitting the skids.

Justin Bieber's "All Around The World" NBC special pulled poor numbers, indicating his fan base may be suffering from "Belieber" fatigue. "All Around The World" was aired to promote Bieber's new album "Believe" which is headed for number one on the Billboard charts next week. "Believe" will debut with estimated sales of 400,000 copies sold for the week.

Bieber hopes to get into acting in motion pictures, after his television debut on the show "CSI" which featured the singer getting lit up like a Christmas tree in a hail of bullets. In the mean time, Bieber remains on an international tour.
