A Top American Newspaper Withdraws Its Endorsement And Tells Hillary Clinton To Step Down

The Chicago Tribune withdrew its endorsement of presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and told her to step down, after the FBI reopened a criminal investigation into her flagrant mishandling of classified information as Secretary of State under President Barack Obama. Previously, the Tribune wrote glowing articles about Clinton. Clinton has the dubious distinction of being the only U.S. presidential candidate to be under investigation in the lead up to an election (and twice). 

The Tribune is stating Hillary Clinton's running mate, Senator, Tim Kaine, should stand as the Democrats' presidential nominee in her stead. This is ironic, as Clinton stole the primaries and subsequently the nomination from Bernie Sanders, who really should be the nominee.

Democrats should ask Clinton to step aside

Has America become so numb by the decades of lies and cynicism oozing from Clinton Inc. that it could elect Hillary Clinton as president, even after Friday's FBI announcement that it had reopened an investigation of her emails while secretary of state? We'll find out soon enough. 

It's obvious the American political system is breaking down. It's been crumbling for some time now, and the establishment elite know it and they're properly frightened. Donald Trump, the vulgarian at their gates, is a symptom, not a cause. Hillary Clinton and husband Bill are both cause and effect.

FBI director James Comey's announcement about the renewed Clinton email investigation is the bombshell in the presidential campaign. That he announced this so close to Election Day should tell every thinking person that what the FBI is looking at is extremely serious.

This can't be about pervert Anthony Weiner and his reported desire for a teenage girl. But it can be about the laptop of Weiner's wife, Clinton aide Huma Abedin, and emails between her and Hillary. It comes after the FBI investigation in which Comey concluded Clinton had lied and been "reckless" with national secrets, but said he could not recommend prosecution. 

If ruling Democrats hold themselves to the high moral standards they impose on the people they govern, they would follow a simple process: They would demand that Mrs. Clinton step down, immediately, and let her vice presidential nominee, Sen. Tim Kaine of Virginia, stand in her place.

Democrats should say, honestly, that with a new criminal investigation going on into events around her home-brew email server from the time she was secretary of state, having Clinton anywhere near the White House is just not a good idea...

Obama Criminally Targeting The Guardian Newspaper In London With No Legal Mandate Or Jurisdictional Right

U.S. President, Barack Obama, has been illegally operating in Britain, targeting employees of the Guardian Newspaper, among other people, over exposés they published regarding the crimes he has been committing from office in the United States. Obama has criminally sent the FBI and CIA into Britain, to illegally engage in vindictive, adverse conduct against employees of the Guardian Newspaper, having no legal mandate to do so. 

The Obama Administration has been criminally spying on employees of the Guardian, viciously targeting them and their families for harassment and "neutralization" constituting criminal violations of British and international law. Meddlesome, imperialistic Obama has violated his oath of office in America in doing so, in conduct that brought harm to Britons.

Obama is criminally abusing and spying on Britons and his behavior that is completely criminal and disgusting in this regard. It's called Great Britain, not Great Barack and there's nothing great about your behavior Obama. Get out of their country and stop behaving like a criminal. It is very unbecoming to do such things. Exactly who do you think you are to be engaging in this illegality and arrogance. It's bad enough when you abuse American journalists in the United States, but attacking foreign writers over their right to free speech is despicable as well and even more illegal due to jurisdictional issues. 

Failing to think ahead beyond one's time in office is a weak point of some heads of state. Some arrogantly and recklessly engage in egregious behavior in office, not thinking ahead to a time they will no longer be in charge. The Obama name is so muddied all over the world due to his behavior in a number of international countries, it is passing on a terrible legacy to his family members, who will have to live with that name and the negative sentiments now attached to it. People do and further will remember the abuses Obama has committed against innocent people in America and the world and associate it with his family.

New York Times Rips Mariah Carey’s Vegas Residency To Shreds

On May 7, 2015 the New York Times issued a scathing review of Mariah Carey’s Vegas residency entitled “Mariah Carey and Her Can’t-Look-Away Debut in Las Vegas.” The newspaper pointed out the fact Carey’s voice has significantly deteriorated, as the Judiciary Report has stated for the past few years. The New York Times review stated of Carey:

“But the notes have not been there for Ms. Carey of late: Some performances have been markedly off-base, the subject of intense scrutiny. Ms. Carey is still durable, and sometimes excellent, but her once-transcendent voice is like decaying manufacturing machinery: It still churns, but the product might be polished or dinged. You don’t know until it happens.”

“When it came to the notes, though, the struggle was real” and “’Fantasy’ featured Ol’ Dirty Bastard, who died in 2004, rapping via video, and he felt more alive than Ms. Carey, who was right on stage” and “even Ms. Carey’s movements were kept to a minimum. Several times, she was wheeled out on stage - singing in a pink convertible, singing on a Jet Ski, singing on a round bed.”

The New York Times also accused Carey of lip sync some of her show, “But as the night wore on, it became increasingly unclear whether the sounds coming through the speakers were coming from her mouth.” The article goes on to state Carey is contracted to perform 50 shows over 2-years at the Coliseum at Caesar’s Palace. Considering Carey’s barely done 3 shows and there is already a problem, her residency is going to be very difficult, as I anticipated months ago.

A number of high profile newspapers such as the Daily Mail (UK), the Mirror (UK), the Sun (UK) the New York Post and the New York Daily News, among others, have published articles about the implosion of the marriage of singer Beyonce and rapper Jay Z over him cheating with music model Rihanna.

The bad publicity exposing her unethical conduct has made Rihanna angry. It has also led to Beyonce's fans slamming her all over social networking, sending her hateful messages over the adulterous relationship. This is something new for Rihanna, as she is used to encouraging her fans to attack others online, over stuff they didn't even do.

At the end of the day, Jay Z is behaving like a fool. He is 50-years-old and sexually imposing himself on a 26-year-old woman, who does not love him and is not even attracted to him. He has been doing this since the time he discovered Rihanna when she was a teen and being desperate for fame and money, having come from poverty, she sold herself to him. Jay Z was a fool to sacrifice his marriage to Beyonce, who actually made a commitment to him, for Rihanna who does not love him or want him sexually. 

The man Rihanna loves and wants to be with sexually is singer Chris Brown, who is very upset that she has slept with various entertainment industry men for career favors. Rihanna sees it as meaningless sex for career favors. However, for years Brown despised it, as he knows and has to face many of these famous men, knowing they have had their way with Rihanna, doing graphic sexual acts (Jay Z, Meek Mill, Drake, The Dream, Kanye West, Eminem, T.I., L.A. Reid, Matt Kemp, Chris Martin, Ashton Kutcher, Future, J. Cole and Shia LeBouf, among others).

It has given Brown hang-ups regarding Rihanna and she just doesn't get that. She doesn't understand. He watched her go off with famous man after famous man from the start of their relationship and he resented it. It is not loyal, pardon the pun. But if Brown started having sex with various famous women Rihanna and her notorious temper would hit the roof in rage. History has shown, famous people particularly dislike it when the object of their affection or their significant other starts dating or cheats with another famous.

At the end of the day, who would want to be dating someone who is having sex with others, especially famous people. It is vile, disrespectful and cruel to put another person through that and demand they accept it. It's also vile and cruel to be smiling in Beyonce's face all these years and having sex with her husband behind her back. 

CNN Ends Piers Morgan's Show But Is It Due To Him Being Questioned By Police In London For Phone Hacking

This is a follow up to the Judiciary Report's series of phone hacking articles, regarding a story I broke first in 2005, via a formal, written police complaint to the Metropolitan Police in London, England. Since the time of the police complaint I filed, 100 people have been arrested in connection with the scandal. People are still being investigated by the police regarding the case.

CNN has announced they are cancelling the Piers Morgan Live program, after 3-years on the air. When Morgan was announced as the replacement for Larry King, whose show was on the air for 25-years, the Judiciary Report stated it wouldn't work and Morgan is not the right replacement. 4-years on, time has proven the Judiciary Report correct, as his ratings are abysmal.

However, Morgan has also been embroiled in the phone hacking scandal, which I broke first. Morgan was interviewed by police this month regarding claims he actively phone hacked people, illegally mining their phone calls and messages for items to print in the newspapers as scoops, when he was working for Rupert Murdoch's now defunct News Of The World and at the Daily Mirror. Tapes indicate Morgan did indeed break the law, as he was heard owning up to the misconduct that he is now backpedaling from, claiming complete ignorance (I know you did it).

Uh oh! It seems singer Beyonce left very little to the imagination at the Grammy Awards this past Sunday and repulsed viewers in the process, who flooded social networking with comments calling her "nasty" "dirty" "slut" "slore" "desperate" "disgusting" "tacky" "a hot mess" and a "trick" among other insults.

The Metro newspaper in London, read by millions, branded Beyonce a "whore" in its headline, for her performance of the disgraceful song "Drunk In Love" with her husband, rapper, Jay-Z. Beyonce, who stole the look of labelmate Ciara for the performance, tried to dance like a stripper, but was bashed online as "stiff."

Beyonce also had wardrobe malfunctions of all her private parts, in the ill-fitting see through outfit she wore that was also panned by audiences. Many parents slammed Knowles online for her overtly sexual performance, which occurred early enough in the night for kids to watch it.

People did not want their children to be exposed to the couple's lewd performance, rejected by many as a publicity stunt (while Jay-Z cheats on her left, right and center). Beyonce is desperate for sales and publicity, two of which have slowed down significantly. However, this was not the way to get it. Furthermore, the music should do the talking, not your butt (and other private parts).

President Obama's widely rumored mistress, Beyonce Knowles, took some desperate, unflattering, odd looking, half naked photos for GQ magazine, fed up that rivals Rihanna and Nicki Minaj have been getting way more attention in the pop culture press than she has been.

In the accompanying article, the bottom fell out of Knowles' false humility. She let the mask slip and issued an arrogant, megalomaniacal, delusional quote stating, "I’m more powerful than my mind can even digest ." The Guardian newspaper in London, England has picked up on the whole fiasco and slammed her for it to their millions of readers.

The public doesn't know the real Beyonce. She is one of the most cold, calculating, covetous thieves in world history. Her accomplishments are not her own. She has stolen every single song she has ever signed her name to as writer, from different real songwriters she and her crooked family ripped off. That's not being an "independent woman" another song she stole and was sued for. That's just being a flatout criminal and fraud, as copyright infringement and is a crime and its byproduct is money laundering and bank fraud.

It's odd that Beyonce should talk about feminism in an interview when she has single-handedly stolen from more female songwriters and artists than most in music history, depriving women of the "equal pay" she so ineloquently and hypocritically speaks about. Knowles is the Lance Armstrong of the music industry (much like her pal Madonna).

The Guardian, Tuesday 15 January 2013 15.00 EST - The singer's interview in American GQ offers a perfect snapshot of where the western women's movement is. And it's not pretty. Beyoncé … 'Famous women can sing about independence, as long as they’re wearing next to nothing' Beyoncé … And so, 50 years on from Friedan, it pleases me to announce that we have a new face to the modern-day feminist movement. That face belongs to none other than Beyoncé Knowles.

Last week the new issue of American GQ came out and it neatly encapsulated where western feminism is today. Inside, Knowles gives an interview that will probably be studied by future generations for lessons in both the loopiness of the 21st-century celebrity world and how hilariously far American magazine interviews have fallen since the days of, say, Gay Talese and Lillian Ross. In this typical piece of puffery, Knowles shows off her "temperature-controlled digital storage facility that contains virtually every photo of her", including one video diary entry in which she informs herself that she is going to listen to one of her own songs before having sex with her husband, which is one way to get in the mood, I guess.

But there is, the GQ journalist assures the reader, more to Knowles than raging narcissism – she is a powerful woman with a defiant feminist streak. "Equality is a myth, and for some reason everyone accepts that women don't make as much money as men do," she rails. "I truly believe that women should be financially independent from their men. And let's face it, money gives men the power to run the show. It gives men the power to define value. They define what's sexy. And men define what's feminine. It's ridiculous."

Knowles is right: it is ridiculous that American women earn 77 cents to every dollar earned by men. This is almost as ridiculous as, say, a self-professedly powerful female celebrity ("I'm more powerful than my mind can even digest," announces Knowles) complaining about men defining sexiness in a men's magazine in which she poses nearly naked in seven photos, including one on the cover in which she is wearing a pair of tiny knickers and a man's shirt so cropped that her breasts are visible. These photos, incidentally, were taken by the bafflingly successful American photographer, Terry Richardson, a man with a penchant for highly sexualised photos of women and who has been repeatedly accused of sexual exploitation and misconduct by young female models, which Richardson has denied.

To complain about the sexualisation of women in men's magazines may seem like complaining about the weather. But as Knowles rightly says in relation to the pay gap, the status quo should not just be shruggingly accepted if it is wrong. I never fail to be amazed at the high profile, often A-list women who celebrate their professional success by posing near naked on the covers of allegedly classy men's magazines, such as Esquire and GQ, and these covers are, to my eyes, becoming increasingly close to porn. In the past four months alone we've had Cameron Diaz bending over in a pair of mesh pants; topless Mila Kunis in leather trousers (while inside she writhes naked on a bed); Rihanna naked save for a mini leather jacket; Lana Del Rey also naked except for some jewellery (that was on GQ's October issue, which had four alternative covers that all featured men. All of these men, funnily enough, were clothed).

It's one thing to submit to this attention-seeking nonsense if you're a C-list reality TV desperado trying to get on the cover of Nuts; it's another if you are professedly one of the most powerful women in the entertainment business who has no need of such tactics. Knowles rightly hates the fact that women are humiliated by being paid less than their male counterparts. But they are similarly humiliated by being fed the message that it doesn't matter how successful, powerful or smart you are – all that matters is how sexually available you are willing to make yourself look...

Another News Corp Paper Owned By Rupert Murdoch Closes Down

Beleaguered News Corp CEO, Rupert Murdoch, is facing the closure of a second of his papers. The News Of The World was shuttered because of the terrible phone hacking scandal. Now Murdoch is closing online paper The Daily because, well, no one cares. Suck eggs Murdoch.

The Daily, an iPad based paper, was opened in February 2011, but has not garnered enough public interest to make it a viable business. In short, The Daily has been costing Murdoch money, which is all he cares about in life. Therefore, 170 employees could be fired if positions can't be found for them at another News Corp entity.

Disgraced News Corp CEO, Rupert Murdoch, who owns almost 200 newspapers and two major networks (Fox and Sky), is a first rate hypocrite, as he is of the belief he is to say and print anything he desires, often untruthful and defamatory, but block others' rights to free speech and free press.

On his direction and behalf, Murdoch's staff has been contacting social networking sites and various blog hosting platforms, demanding unflattering items regarding him be removed from their search results, to thwart the public reading the posts and articles. Murdoch also sees it as damage control, but he is in denial, because as the phrase goes, the cat is out of the bag, regarding his unsavory and illegal activities via News Corp in the phone hacking scandal.

The computer hacking scandal, regarding News Corp, has also picked up speed, resulting in several high profile arrests. With all this lawbreaking going on at News Corp, Murdoch is really full of himself to think he should be able to edit his press coverage, when he has so unfairly dragged innocent people's names through the mud for undue financial profit.

However, when the ugly truth is written about him, Murdoch gets his diapers (nappies) in a knot and demands it be excised from the internet at once. At the end of the day, the Murdochs are of the belief they are better than others and the only individuals entitled to an opinion. But the world doesn't work that way and there are still folks out there (like me and others) who refuse to let criminals like the Murdochs rob us of free speech and free press. You can't suppress the internet. It will get out in some form or another.

Furthermore, Mr. Murdoch, if you are going to live in America, Britain and your home country Australia, you need to learn to follow the rules and laws of each country, because mark my words, one of these days, you are going to run afoul of the public in such a terrible way, no lawyer, police officer or politician will be able to get out of it.

A number of very negative stories have been released about Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of the late singer, Whitney Houston. The latest had her walking off the set of the new sitcom she has been apart of, which producers denied. Prior to that story, the tabloids splashed photos of the 19-year old drinking and doing drugs.

It can be argued that they are just selling papers, but their obsession with Houston, has been transferred to Brown and with it a desire for her to fail and spectacularly fall in the public eye. Brown will have to stay off drugs and not excessively drink to prove them wrong. Her mother wouldn't want her to fail or die young.

According to sales reports, Rupert Murdoch's Sun On Sunday, launched as a replacement for defunct News Of The World, due to the terrible phone hacking scandal his company News Corp is involved in, has not been selling well, trailing its predecessor.

Murdoch lied to Parliament last summer, stating there was no such thing as The Sun on Sunday and it was not a replacement for disgraced News Of The World. However, months later he launched the Sun on Sunday as a replacement for News Of The World. The papers are very similar.

Murdoch and News Corp has consistently lied to the public. When I first broke the story about phone hacking in 2005, they despicably defamed and tried to discredit me on News Corp's Fox News site, in a paid for piece, trying to make me out to be a crazy, paranoid liar, due to my lawsuit and police complaint to the Metropolitan Police against them and cohort Madonna, for phone hacking, wiretapping and copyright infringement.

Several months later in 2006, the Metropolitan Police made its first arrests of News Corp employees for engaging in phone hacking, which proved my previous allegations correct. Then, News Corp lied to the public again, stating it was only "one rogue reporter" and private investigator on their payroll that engaged in phone hacking (the aforementioned employees arrested in 2006).

Then in 2011, the phone scandal burst wide open again with new arrests, illustrating Murdoch and News Corp had lied to the public again and phone hacking, computer hacking, wiretapping and stalking, are widespread criminal practices at the company, utilized by many on their staff. 

To date there have been 46 arrests of News Corp employees since 2006 for phone hacking and related criminal offenses. In short, never trust what News Corp tells you. The Murdoch family are a sick, greedy bunch of liars and criminals, commissioning illegal conduct in the name of profit.

Rather than own up to their criminal conduct, the crooked Murdochs are letting their employees take the blame for the crimes they ordered and paid for at News Corp. Rather than leave News Corp and terminate the ongoing criminal conduct they initiated and encouraged, the Murdochs refuse to go, in conduct that is going to completely destroy the company one day in the blink of an eye. To the News Corp shareholders: get that family out of there!

Several weeks ago, the Judiciary Report warned that News International/News Corp CEO, Rupert Murdoch, would attack, Julia Gillard, the prime minister of his homeland Australia, for publicly and correctly stating his company’s conduct in the phone hacking scandal is wrong.

On July 22, 2011, in the article Australian Prime Minister Slams Rupert Murdoch And News Corp the Judiciary Report wrote of Murdoch, "Of course, now Murdoch will lie about and smear Gillard in his papers, online and on television, with estimates placing his share of the newspaper market in Australia at 73 percent."

Well, this week Murdoch's done just that - viciously and vindictively attacked Gillard in one of his newspapers, via a defamatory, baseless article, he could not prove, as it was fabricated to malign her out of revenge for denouncing his unlawful conduct.

As a result of the defamatory piece, Gillard, took the unprecedented step of threatening to sue Murdoch in court for making up a damaging story about her and publishing it in his newspaper. This scared Murdoch, which forced him to issue a public retraction and an apology to Gillard in the newspaper.

Yea, he should be tired of court cases against him by now and if he has any brain cells left, view it as an indication the public is tired of his foolishness that continues to greatly damage News International/News Corp. Things have arrived at a point that the general public ceases to believe him anymore. How can you after what he's done.

Murdoch is mental. I’ve warned on website that he is bipolar. The levels of mental illness he is carrying, makes him a danger to the public, as he has exhibited a penchant for unlawful behavior, undertaking harmful activities, such as obstruction of justice via phone hacking murdered minors, contracting violent private investigators to stalk and threaten people he crazily deems enemies, due to their hard earned business and personal assets he wants to pillage.

Not to mention, Murdoch has destroyed countless marriages via unlawful spying, then for profit illegally divulging to the world, the contents of his staff's criminal invasion of privacy, in violation of the law. The man is a public menace with mental problems, which is made worse by the fact he has access to billions to commission terrible crimes against the public.

Based on published reports this week, U.S. President Barack Obama's poll numbers, have dropped to an all time low, exposing the fact the American people are not happy with his time in office. This coupled with numbers from polls concerning Americans' views on the upcoming election reveal, Obama is firmly on his way to becoming a one term president.

Articles published this week in mainstream newspapers and on the blogs, are comparing his presidency to that of Jimmy Carter, while others retain an even more unfavorable view, stating his has become the most unsuccessful in U.S. history.

The past two-and-a-half years of Obama's presidency have been consumed by excessive spending and a tremendous attention to PR, rather than deficit reduction, budget cuts and job creation. This does not a successful presidency make, as it led to unprecedented economic lows and an S&P downgrade of an historic nature.

Journalists and bloggers have also complained of Obama using his authority in the White House to punish outspoken critics, which was unwise of him, as this translated into even more bad press and reduced public support.

Publicly getting into a war of words with journalists and bloggers, as seen with the Boston Herald and numerous writers in the blogosphere, who later publicly complained, did him no favors with voters. This lack of restraint by the Obama Administration in attacking outspoken critics, cost him much in the way of support from newspaper and blogosphere readers, which equates to many millions of people.

The correlation became apparent to anyone following newspaper sites and the blogosphere, that each time the Obama Administration made a move against outspoken critics, exercising their right to free press and free speech, they in turn wrote extensive exposés on him, causing his poll numbers to take big nosedives.

But somehow the White House did not and has not, made the obvious connection and continues to persecute its outspoken critics in conduct that is undemocratic and unconstitutional. It also betrays a great lack of self-control, to risk one's presidency in retaliating against outspoken critics.

It has all the ingredients for disaster, as the polls have confirmed once again. The public does not want to see such conduct from any administration, as it goes against America's core values, such as free speech and free press.

With Republican candidates gaining in the polls, it really was not a wise time for the President to become so fixated with what journalists and bloggers wrote, rather than paying attention to the economy and job creation. 14,000,000 Americans are unemployed and suffering. This should be the President's main focus - not having his cabinet getting even with critics, as has been shown in well documented and publicized cases.

You have lost control of your presidency and it is evident you are not thinking clearly. You can't win against the internet. If you attempt to shut it down to silence your critics, you will be labeled an undemocratic dictator damaging democracy.

New announcements have been made by the Post Office, a number of banks and airlines, among others, that they are collectively going to shed hundreds of thousands of jobs, which could well add up to upwards of an additional 1,000,000 people being unemployed in the near future.

It is time for Obama to focus on the task at hand, the economy, as his presidency is slipping away from him, in the pursuit of PR and programs that have damaged the economy, due to their hefty price tags, underwritten by taxpayers.

In the final analysis, history will not as its main focus, rhetorically ask of the president, "Did he get even with his outspoken critics while in office." The question history will ask and answer is, "Did he save the U.S. economy." Right now, the answer to that question would be a resounding "No." President Obama has very little time left before the 2012 election to try to change that and has no time to waste, focusing his energies on what journalists and bloggers lawfully write. Ironically, his administration does not see it that way.

If you spend your time engaging in negativity it will plague your endeavors. If you concentrate on doing what is honorable, just and right, success will follow you. It's that simple. Think about that next time you think about persecuting critics for exercising their right to free speech and free press, rather than constructively finding ways to create jobs, as it is clearly affecting your position with the populace and in turn, your poll numbers. Cause and effect.
